There's a lot of decisions you have to make when you have a baby and the one that I feel the most comfortable and safe making is using Huggies for our daughter River. I always tell Nick that when River's crying, she's trying to tell us something and that's the case with most babies. They express it through cries. And so we've turned to Huggies. The new Huggy Skin Essentials are here. A brand new dermatologist approved line of diapers, wipes and pull ups training pants that are all designed with baby sensitive skin in mind.
Nick
Their wipes are so thick and ph balanced to help maintain healthy skin. Their wipes have zero harsh ingredients for a great gentle clean.
Natalie
The Skin Essential diapers features a skin protect liner which is what helps take care of the ick and stick that can cause rash. They have this liner built in their diapers.
Nick
The whole diaper helps protect against the top two causes of rash by managing moisture and running mess. The liner gives you the barrier to help absorb moisture and lock away runny mess from baby skin. Pull Up Skin Essentials has your big kid covered too with a training pant that is ultra soft and breathable to help protect sensitive skin through potty training. Dorit
You're crazy.
Nick
What's going on, everybody? Welcome back to another episode of the VI Files Reality Recap Edition. I am your host, Nick. And. Have anyone here ran out of gas?
Molly
No.
Garcelle
No.
Sutton
What do you mean?
Nick
What?
Molly
What do you mean?
Natalie
Like, oh, like actually or just like emotionally, like while you're driving. While you're driving the car, like slow, not.
Nick
Not metaphorically.
Dorit
Literally stops all the time.
Natalie
If we're talking about metaphorically, no, I'm not.
Nick
I don't care about your emotional health right now, okay? No. Have you ever ran out of gas in a car?
TJ
No.
Garcelle
I've gotten close, but never.
Dorit
I've gotten close.
Garcelle
I've coasted.
Natalie
What happened to you?
Nick
I did the other week.
Molly
What do you mean?
Nick
I mean, what do I mean?
Molly
Don't you have a light that, like, tells you you've got 20 miles and you kind of watch it?
Nick
Here's the thing. We have two cars. Natalie has her car. I have my car. Natalie's car is the family car. You know, Giving Mom. I have the. Just the day to day. I literally only drive my car to work and to the grocery store, maybe run some errands. That's it. That's all it is. So I just, like, don't really pay attention to that light. And then when the light goes on, it's like, I don't know, I might have, like, three or four or five more trips to work left in me. One day I got in, I just didn't pay attention. And honestly, I got to criticize Audie here. Like, their light is this. It beeps once. It beeps once. It's not like you really needed to go get gas. It was like the. It like the light beeped. I got in my car a few more times. I kind of forgot about it.
Natalie
You should also criticize them for the light on the side mirrors when there's a car there, because you don't pay attention to that one. Okay, sorry. I'm like, it's the lights on because there's a car in your blind spot, and he's like, oh, going over.
Nick
You know, another thing I really struggle with, with the. The. The. The turn. The turn. Directions on the map. The map.
Natalie
Oh, my God. It highlights what lane you should be in.
Nick
I have no idea.
Natalie
Highlights the lane you should be in.
Garcelle
Yes.
Natalie
It'll be far right because we got to exit. He's in far left.
Garcelle
Like, do you know your left from right?
Natalie
You've got to agree with Nick.
Molly
Got to get over Apple Maps, Google Maps, all the way.
Nick
No, no, no, no. That wouldn't. No, that's just. I. I just didn't know that it told you what lane to go in.
Natalie
It's confusing. I'm saying it's confusing. It's not easiest thing to read. It's when you.
Sutton
Verily.
Nick
I just didn't really know it existed.
Natalie
They made it for a kindergartener.
Nick
Anyway, I ran out of gas, and thankfully, I wasn't too far from home, but, you know, like, I had to call now and be like, sorry, babe, I ran out of gas. She's with river on a walk. On a walk. I'm literally. I ran out of gas as I was turning. So, like, he's kind of in the.
Natalie
Middle of the street.
Nick
Kind of in the middle of the street.
Molly
Like, in the inner. Like, you're.
Nick
I was making. I was about to make a right turn.
Dorit
Okay.
Sutton
It's so embarrassing.
Natalie
No, imagine me.
Nick
I was.
Natalie
When I received the call, that's all.
Sutton
I could think of is, if I was that car, I would have to Just, like, throw the car away. Like, leave it.
Nick
He's doing this guy, like, I'm done.
Sutton
I'm done.
Nick
I. I was. I was stuck. I tried to move my car to the side. Apparently not strong enough. Yeah.
Natalie
So he calls me.
Garcelle
He's like, I don't move your car.
Natalie
He ran out of gas. I'm like, oh, my God. He's like, yeah, could you bring. We have a gas can in the backyard for, like, the power washer. He's like, I think there's some gas in it. Like, can you bring that? It should be enough to just, like, get me to the closest gas station. I'm with River.
Nick
Not to pick a fight, but I did say in that moment, I said, actually, you probably should go.
Natalie
It was like an either or. It was like an or. Like, if you wanted to, you could go. And I was like, you know what?
Nick
It's my fault for running out of gas. But I definitely said, you should definitely go to the gas station.
Natalie
I heard or. So then I was like, okay, well, I do have river with me. So, like, this. The fastest thing is to, like, just get this gas can to him. She was like, needed to take a nap. Was, like, cranky, crying, not Happy River. So I pull up, I give him the gas, and I'm sitting there, and I'm like, like, can we go, or are you good? He's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, go. I'm like, okay. So I drive off. I get to the light at the end, he calls me. He's like, not enough. Car's not starting. I was like, are you fucking kidding me? So then he's like, I thought she.
Nick
Was going to turn around, grab the gas can, and then go to the gas station.
Natalie
Well, he just said, can you get me some more gas? So I was like, sure. So I go to the gas station. Come to find out I'm also low on gas at this point. So thank God, I do go to the gas station. I fill up myself, and then I have to go inside to get the gas can. Well, I have to take river out of the car. Can't leave her in the car. That's a whole production. Take river out of the car, bring her inside the gas station, get the gas can, pay for the gas can, come out, put river back on a car seat. She's absolutely livid. She's screaming, she's crying. Everyone's staring at me. I'm filling up the gas can. I put it. I'm like, oh, I got it here. So I'm like, I'm Like, I think it's, I think it's on. And I put it in the passenger floorboard seat. I'm driving. I'm driving. I'm driving. I'm driving. I'm driving. I'm driving. There's Nick. I have to make a u turn to get to him. U turn. Gas can fall.
TJ
No other passenger floorboard.
Nick
And so her car is fuming with gas. I have to pole. I, I, I have to. In this weather.
Molly
You have to take River.
Nick
This was like three weeks ago. Yeah, this like three weeks ago. I have to take river out of Nally's car because it's full of gas and put her in my car and fill it up with gas. Take river home.
Natalie
If there's anything wrong with me ever in life, it's because I had to breathe in all of those highest.
Molly
Right now.
Nick
I will say though, I couldn't, I, I couldn't move my car. And a very, very kind homeless man was like, let me help you. And he helped me p the side. I never have cash on me, but for some reason I had $200 bills that were just like putting a hole in my wallet. And I gave him $100 bill.
Molly
That's so nice.
Nick
Well, you know, it's the least I could do. It was the least I could do.
Natalie
He clearly was stronger than Nick. To get to the side, that's a two man job.
Sutton
Someone has to steer it and someone has to.
Nick
Yeah, it was like, it's tough to do by yourself. Thank you, Justin.
Sutton
You're welcome. I did call it embarrassing two seconds ago.
Nick
So the only reason we brought up the story today is. But her car. Well, we got it shampooed. We got it detailed. I came home immediately, started shampooing it.
Natalie
He put a bunch of like baking.
Nick
Put baking soda on it. That didn't really do much. Then we, we got a detail that.
Natalie
He spent maybe an hour power washing the mat. And I was like, well, you know, you could just get a new one on him.
Nick
Yeah, yeah.
Natalie
But so much time power washing that mat.
Nick
Yeah, I did. And then I was like, I should, I could just do this. I could get a new one for 75 bucks.
Sutton
But then the color might not match. So I'm with Nick. You have to have the same.
Nick
No, we're gonna.
Natalie
No.
Nick
You can go to the dealership and get literally the exact same gasoline soak.
Natalie
So then.
Nick
Well, it smelled like gas. And so Natalie's good friend Chambliss, her boyfriend is in the boat cleaning business.
Molly
Okay.
Nick
And so he deals with like Smells.
Natalie
And Ellis Marine Detailing. If you're in the Savannah.
Garcelle
If you're in the Savannah area, boats get smelly.
Nick
Yeah. And so he told us, because for the past three weeks, like, it kind of still smell like gas. And we're like, what are we gonna do? Do we have to get a new fucking car? Like, can't just keep getting in this car. Like, we definitely cleaned it, but it just. It gave a little. It gave gas.
Molly
I don't know how you get it out.
Nick
I'll tell you how. There's this thing called, like.
Natalie
He was like, you need to get the ozone machine or whatever it's for. It's usually when people, like, smoke cigarettes in their house and, like, it's a rental or whatever, and they have to re. So they have to, like, ozone a house to, like, get the cigarette smell out. And so you can. He, like, ozoned my car. This guy Logan named Logan.
Nick
He's in the Sherman Oaks area. We got.
Natalie
Sent me his.
Nick
We got a guy.
Dorit
You got a guy.
Natalie
If anyone knows auto detailing and coding.
Nick
If anyone has spilled gas in the LA area and they don't know how to get gas or a foreign smell out of their car, it was. It's this young man, very. He works out of his house. Very young, professional, does great work. He also detail and wash your car. Yeah, yeah.
Natalie
This is really helpful info. But he also. When I was on the phone with him, I'm like, hey, so, like, this is what happened. And he was like, well, you could just buy this ozone machine off Amazon. And I was like, I'm not in the business of running this machine myself. I'd like to bring it to you. And he was like, actually, funny story. I spilled gasoline in my sister's trunk two days ago. And I was like, oh, my God. He's like, I'm taking the ozone machine over there right now to run this business. I'm like, damn. Let me know how it works. We were connected.
Nick
How does it smell? You were in this morning.
Natalie
Oh, it smells great.
Nick
Yeah.
Natalie
I mean, there's a weird. I mean, it's like the smell of ozone, but, like, way better than gas.
Nick
Yeah.
Garcelle
Yeah.
Nick
It leaves.
Natalie
It's a smell of ozone.
Nick
It's not gas.
Natalie
Yeah, it's fine.
Garcelle
It's like, what's ozone?
Sutton
It's like a fumigation, Right.
Natalie
And he put a. And he put an air freshener in there.
Nick
So, like, it'll. It'll smell fine in, like, in a day or two. Yeah.
Garcelle
Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode? The Smelly car.
Nick
Yes, yes.
Garcelle
That's what you're experiencing.
Nick
That's what we were experiencing. But I don't know if they had the ozone machine back in the 80s, so. Yeah, you know, that was. That was a product of bo, wasn't it?
Garcelle
Yeah, yeah, yeah. The valet has bo.
Nick
Yeah.
TJ
Yeah.
Nick
By the way, we have a great episode lined up today. Molly O'Connell from Southern Charm is joining us via Zoom. She's also. When she was on America's Next Top Model.
Natalie
Yeah.
Nick
She also sings. I get more questions about that than I do Southern Charm.
TJ
Right.
Nick
Do you think maybe she's been sexting Craig to, like, maybe bring up his spirits since the breakup?
Natalie
That's what I want.
Molly
Is a possibility.
Nick
Did she send him, like, a courtesy nude? Hey, sorry you're hurting. Here's a titty on left or the right?
Natalie
Honestly. Honestly, it would be very kind.
Nick
Yeah, it would be. It would be generous. As long as. As long as. As long as she had his consent, obviously. Obviously. Obviously. Also, Emily D. Baker joins us, our legal. Unofficial legal correspondent for, you know, Tick Tock. Is it going to be here next week? I don't know.
Natalie
I hope it's not.
Nick
I don't know, honestly.
Garcelle
Me too.
Nick
I think mixed feelings, but Emily is going to join us later this episode to give us a 411 on all the legal aspects of the Tick Tock ban. Will it survive? Will someone buy it? A lot of burning. But before it is canceled, according to TikTok and bustle, TikTok's latest movement is full bush positivity.
Garcelle
This is an incredible article.
Nick
What does it say in there?
Garcelle
Okay, so basically, amid murmurs of an upcoming TikTok ban, users have taken the unique opportunity to do and say the things they've previously left undone and unsaid.
Nick
These are the TikTok's finals words is.
Garcelle
TikTok's final words is to quote full bush in a bikini. It was this. This girl on TikTok. It all started with a still unfounded Etsy review where the customer in question posted her thoughts on a bikini with a personal photo in tow. Although the image is widely unseen, one tiktoker who has posted about the beauty of body hair before came across the review and she just said in her video, repeating it over and over, full bush in a bikini. Full bush in a bikini. She was radicalized by that Etsy review. For real. Like, yeah, that's how it should be. But now that video has 14 million views and the discourse is discoursing and people are like, bushes are so hot. I don't care, commented one user. And what about it?
Nick
Who's saying it's hot?
Garcelle
One user.
Nick
Okay.
Natalie
I'm not against a full bush in a bikini. Like, I'm not against full bush at all. I mean, I obviously was like pregnant. There's not a lot you can do when you're pregnant. You know, it's like, I don't need Nick, who has only ever shaved his face and his balls, to shave my cooch. So I was like, well, I'll. I'll just remain how I am. And thank God I was still able to push a baby through it. But since having baby, you know, guys shave their balls.
Nick
Yeah.
Natalie
Do guys shave their balls?
Garcelle
Do guys shave their balls?
Nick
I don't know why I'm asking y'all, but possible.
Natalie
Yeah.
Garcelle
I don't know.
Molly
I know.
Natalie
Absolutely they do.
Sutton
I mean, I've said it before. I narrow because I'm afraid of putting a razor.
Natalie
Oh yeah, you narrow. He's a narrow.
Sutton
I don't put. I don't put razors on there.
Nick
It's like your thinnest skin on your body. You're just.
Sutton
The timing has to time. You have to watch it.
Nick
Yeah.
Garcelle
This article also references the Real Housewives of New York City, I guess. In the most recent episode, Jenna Lyons shared a photo of her own straight haired bush with her castmates.
Dorit
Straight haired bush.
Garcelle
Jenna Alliance, I guess has a straight haired bush.
TJ
Yep.
Natalie
That's not normal.
Garcelle
I don't.
Molly
Well, typically have texture.
Garcelle
Low curlicue.
Natalie
Can't relate to that.
Nick
Anyways, pubic hair is not straight.
Molly
It's not. But gentiles.
Natalie
But apparently, apparently Natalie.
Nick
Do you think she straightens it?
Natalie
You think I straighten mine?
Nick
Yours is straight.
Garcelle
I think body hair, like all bodies are all different.
Nick
I'll be honest, man, I've never really examined.
Natalie
Thankfully I am married to a man who's like, is that hair? I don't really give a fuck. Same along with like, period is like, is that blood? I don't really give a fuck. You know, because he's an adult. Thank God. And old as fuck. Thank God. And sorry. And so, you know, I like, I'm busy. I don't have a lot of time to be in the shower and be shaving my whole body. Right. Like, and I definitely cannot shave my legs and my cooch in one go. Like, it's just not absolutely. It's not gonna work.
Garcelle
It's a lot.
Natalie
So it's. It, you know, it's like fine. So yesterday Nick is like, hey, I booked us massages And I'm like, oh, my God, that's so nice.
Nick
I'm gonna say, as you guys know, I am on my health kick in 20, 25. The water fast. Haven't had any sugar, fasting, haven't had any coffee, haven't indulged in any extracurricular activities, and were, you know, we were stuck at home, and we were hoping to get maybe, like, someone who was like, also stuck at home, who gives, like, massages. And I got a couple numbers, asked her out, and I got one massage, and then I got one person just stretching and, like, lymphatic draining. And I was like, you know what? I could. I could use a stretch.
Molly
Yeah, I bet you could. Carry on.
Nick
I'm not very flexible. You know, we. We don't stretch. We just don't stretch.
Molly
Can you touch your toes?
Sutton
No, you can't.
Garcelle
You can't stretch all the acid you've let out of your body with your fast.
Nick
I. I'm. I'm. I need to get more flexible, is. Is the point. So I booked a stretcher instead of a massage.
Natalie
Well, he didn't tell me that.
Nick
I did not.
Natalie
So he told me, hey, massage. Massage is coming.
Nick
I think she's getting a full massage here.
Natalie
I'm like, oh, great. Okay. So she's setting up in the playroom, you know, away from the dogs. Nick Scott, River. Nick's like, why don't you go first? I'm like, cool, I'll go first. So I wear my little boy short panties like I always do for a massage. Put the robe on, and I walk in there, and she's like, hey. I'm like, like, hey. She's like, so do you want to start with, like, stretching or lymphatic or stretching and lymphatic or. And I was, like, waiting for her to say regular massage. And I was like, I guess stretching and lymphatic. She's like, okay. So it was, like, waiting for me to get on the table. Usually, like, you know, they'd leave the room, let you get under the blanket, whatever. So I was like, what do you want me to wear for this? Cause I'm wearing, like, just underwear. And she was like, oh, underwear is fine. And I was like, and my boobs are good to be out. And she's like, I've seen boobs, but if you're more comfortable, you can. And I was like, okay. So she's like, lay on top. And I'm like, on top of the blanket. Okay. So I drop my robe in front of her, and I Get on the table. She's like, so we'll start with some stretching. And I'm like, okay. And she grabs my leg and she pulls it to the side. And I'm like, what the fuck? Oh, fuck.
Garcelle
So you're topless?
TJ
I'm.
Natalie
Oh, boobs are just out.
Garcelle
Incredible.
Natalie
Thankfully, she was like, oh, here, I can grab. I can put this towel over you. I know this is your house and, like, your husband, but, like, if you want. And I was like, yeah, that would be great. So she does cover my boobs. Eventually. Leg is open, and then leg goes up and then other leg goes out. And I. She's like, you need to relax. Try to relax. And I'm like, my bush is in your face. I can't relax. Like, I would have worn workout shorts if I knew we were stretching. Like, we were in a gym. I thought this was a massage the whole time. There's, like, not one second of silence. And I think it's because we were both so uncomfortable.
Nick
They were chatting it up like crazy. I had to take river on a walk, they were chatting so much.
Natalie
And I'm laying there and I unfortunately watch her eyes drop too many times. And I was like, oh, no, she's looking at it. And I've never been more scarred in my entire life. And I think she was also scarred. And it was just. Just a nightmare of a situation. And it was like too many leg movements and she was just right. She was right there, you know, it almost grabbed a hold of her and I. It could have been real bad. We could have lost her.
Garcelle
She was in the forest.
Natalie
She was in the forest.
Garcelle
She was looking through the trees.
Nick
My bad. Poor communication on my part.
Dorit
No, for sure.
Natalie
So I thought she made it out alive.
Nick
I thought I told her that we were getting a stretch, so definitely would.
Natalie
Have worn a full workout outfit if I knew we were stretching. But I thought it was a nice massage, you know, face down.
Garcelle
I just love the idea that she thought that you wanted to be stretched topless bush out dead ass.
Natalie
I was like, I wish you would have been like, oh, just like, shorts are fine. Oh, amazing. I'll be right back. This is my house.
Nick
But, like, the closet was right there. Like, we had so much.
Natalie
Also wish she would have been like. And if underwear. No bush, please. I would have been like, I'll be right back.
Garcelle
Maybe she's actually the tiktoker that said full bush in a bikini.
Natalie
Maybe I hope to God it was her, because I don't know if she'll ever come back. The way she just kept saying, just relax. Just relax. Loosen up this leg.
Nick
How is. Is Heidi still number one?
Sutton
Yeah, I think so. I mean, Heidi also just. She's filming her music video. I don't know if they already filmed it, but that's going. There's paparazzi photos everywhere of them currently.
Natalie
Around Santa Barbara, which is so iconic because they. She used to make like, tiktoks being like, you called the paparazzi. I'm leaving the store. And it'd be like her filming herself, like, calling the paparazzi. And now they don't have to call the paparazzi.
Nick
My favorite thing about this story is just the way, like, Heidi and Spencer are a team. I. I love. I think what I find so, like, inspiring and attractive about this story is this. And I think we need to acknowledge it more and more. I just, I love the way, like, husbands will support a wife. That's just the way, like, Spencer has been riding for Heidi in the manner that he has. Like, I find it to be so awesome and so attractive in. In a way that, like, I think we need more of that. I think we need to celebrate it. It just in general, I don't think we do that enough. And, you know, whether you're in a relationship romantically or not, like, just, I. I think we need to celebrate people, like, having the backs of their people, you know, whether it's your friends or things like that, I just find that to be so attractive and great. And I just want to commend Spencer and Heidi in general. But, like, I just love the way Spencer is riding so hard for his wife. And, like, they clearly are a team and, like, facing this tragedy. And I think it's something we need to celebrate.
Sutton
I was going to say I respect it a lot too, because they're transparent that it's not easy. I know there was a live stream. Stream they did recently. It was Spencer's live stream where it was clipped and it was Heidi asking him, like, can you just get off the live stream? Like, not right now. Not right now. But it's him being like, well, we have to support the family. Like, so he's continuing. Like, it's not easy. And they're very transparent.
Nick
Yeah. And I, I love that they just have each other's backs. And I think, I just think that's great. I just, you know, I think too much now. Our society is very much, like, individualistic. You know, it's all about, like, thinking about what you need yourself, you know, it's just like. And I I. I love that we're, I think, transitioning to more like, celebrating people who are acting their own, thinking outside of themselves, you know, like, whether it's just your wife or your kids, but, like, not just thinking about you, the individual. And I, I think it's great. Absolutely.
Natalie
And your friends, I mean, there was, like, this kind of trend going around for a while that was like, if your friends aren't liking your, like, your posts, like, they're not your friends. Like, that's the bare minimum of just, like, support your friends and. And have their backs. And it's like, yeah, you can't even do that.
Nick
Yeah. Having their back back. Or is this the way, you know, Justin Baldoni's back in the news? Apparently his lawyer is demanding Disney hold documents to support his claim that Ryan teased him in Deadpool.
Natalie
Did this stem from social media? Like, was this some fan who was like, oh, I think nice pulls about? And then they think.
Nick
I think fans always are looking for Easter eggs and speculate. But it really stemmed from Justin Baldoni's lawyer doing his press tour and trying to, like, try this case in the court of public opinion and making the accusation that Ryan was, like, bullying him. Yeah. Implying that he was bullying.
Garcelle
The lawyer went on Megyn Kelly and was like, is this, Is this the type of thing that somebody who was protecting his wife would do? Make a joke about it?
Nick
Probably.
Sutton
His legal team specifically says, reflecting a deliberate attempt to mock, harass, ridicule, intimidate, or bully Baldoni through the character of Nice Bull.
Nick
That's mock or harass. I mean, that's just ridiculous. And I, I hate even giving it oxygen. But back to, like, supporting your partner, I mean, I, I don't know what, I don't know what it would be like to be in Blake's position had this gone on, but I imagine it'd be very difficult. Also, according to Justin's team, like, a week ago, it wasn't the only thing that Ryan did. Again, according to the complaint that apparently, according to Justin's lawyer, Ryan. What was the phrase? Berated him for fat shaming Blake? And it's just like, well, which one is it? Like, does that all he did was mock Justin, or did he also stand up for his wife when you called her trainer? I, I. Are people just tired of this guy, like, playing the victim here? I don't know. Know. We've talked about this a lot. Some of you have listed, obviously, some of you are Team Justin. We respect that. Fine. My opinion, just to remind you, is primarily based on the fact that I had met Justin before interview Justin and was left just with a really terrible impression of the man. And then obviously reading the complaints and all the, like, what I, what I perceive as very like, strong evidence against Justin versus, like, all the like list of text messages that Justin put out there to just kind of confuse people. But also, also people are just like, in the comments, it's like, you're not. You're not giving Justin a fair opportunity. You got to wait for like, this is. We give our opinion on the show to be clear. You know, like, we bring people like Emily Baker on or Elizabeth Bagmeister from CNN to make sure that we're forming our opinion on like, facts and good information. But, like, make to be clear. We give our opinion and we're. We're happy to be wrong at times. We're happy to have change our minds, but we are giving our opinion. But once again, like back to the Ryan and Blake. It's just, it's. I, I find it to be almost like, once again creepy and just like tasteless for like, Justin's lawyer is basically, they're trying to use. I'm assuming if even if that were true or whether it's berating Justin for fat shaming his wife. All these stories are centered around alleged. Supposedly Ryan defending his wife. That should be celebrated. We should back that up. I don't know what it would be like to be in their position. I'm. I'm assuming you'd do all sorts of things, but like mocking someone for doing what he did. Yeah, I, of course I would do that. Like, and the fact that people are eating that up as if like that somehow makes it less valid. You know, Blake's arguments because Ryan may have mocked him in a movie, I mean, I imagine. Wouldn't you. Like, are we. How do we know what, what you would do if you were stuck in that situation?
Molly
We don't. But all I know is that if somebody was bat shaming me or made me feel uncomfortable if Connor wasn't berating them, then we have a problem.
Nick
Yeah. Or, or, or mock or, you know, making fun of them or finding your own way to like express yourself. I mean, it must be very challenging to be in their shoes to like, not be able to speak out. Obviously everyone has lawyers involved most of the time. Lawyers say, you know, don't say anything. Don't say anything. You gotta wait the long games. Here they are just like the Internet is doing their thing. We now know that again, allegedly Justin and a lot of seems to be strong Evidence to back it up. Hired this whole, like, crisis PR team again. The same one that like, took down Amber Heard. Amber Heard. And then very same patterns online. And it's just like imagine would be like to being in their position, what. What were they left to do? And then it just. It just seems so gross that everything that Justin's being accused of, they're just trying to spin it around and flip it and then trying to core public opinion. It just seems like the only people who want to believe Justin, the people who, like, went to school with a girl that remind them of Blake Lively. That's just my opinion. Again, my opinion. You guys are welcome to be wrong, but again, my opinion is strongly based on the fact that I met Justin and I just really got it bad. But whether he allegedly mocked him or not, I. Who knows? But I. I know I would if I were in his shoes. I just, I'm all for people standing up for their wives, their partners, their friends, their family, their people, their co workers, like, having each other's back. We don't have that enough. Like, I feel like the past few years, it's all about take care of yourself, worry about yourself, and like, not speak up, be, you know, and no one wants to, like, have their people's back. And so back to Heidi and Spencer. I love the way they're supporting each other. I. I love their way they're being a family. And I think it's very inspiring and I, I want to see more of it. I love the way a bunch of celebrities have been posting it. Like Diplo has been posting supporting Heidi and Spencer. I mean, there's. The list is long in terms of Paris Hilton. Entire cast of the Hills is. Is supporting it.
Sutton
So Biol and his kale salad.
Nick
There you go. We were making kale salad. I don't know. I love it. I'm happy for them. And I'm just ready for Justin and his lawyer to hopefully go away. This does not seem, Peter, that they're doing this. Once again, if read the complaints, read them in full detail and have an open mind. Sydney Sweeney, what an interesting marketer to her movies.
Garcelle
She's committed.
Molly
I will give her that.
Natalie
She is committed. I don't know. I mean, she stepped out with Brandon Sklenar, who was in It Ends with Us, also supported Blake Lively and is now in Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.
Nick
They.
Natalie
They're filming that or just finished the hit or whatever. I don't know know who he is in it, but he's in it. Sydney Sweeney is in it. And they have been photographed together. Now they're just walking. They're just going somewhere. They're not. It's definitely not as juicy as the Glen Powell of it all, but they do look couple.
Nick
Ish.
Natalie
Do you think or are they just walking together? You hate photos. You always say this. You're like, photos say nothing.
Nick
You're right. But if you were in a photo with a co worker like that, I would be a little uncomfy. Wasn't it? They left a Broadway show together or something. They just seem like they're hanging out in public.
Natalie
They're literally just walking. Like they're not holding hands. They're not close together. They're not hooked with arms. Like they're just walking.
Nick
Honestly, maybe I just have Glenn Powell PTSD from.
Garcelle
I think that's what's happening here.
Molly
And either way, I mean the one thing I will give her is that if teasing an on set relationship while everybody knowing that she's engaged, if that helps with her marketing. I'm like, I feel like it's kind of.
Natalie
They're also with another girl. It's a group of people walking. It's not even the two of them.
Nick
Father to her. Right.
Garcelle
It just makes me think of the SNL sketch. Bow straight. Have you seen that? Bowen straight with. When Sydney Sweeney hosted snl, she did a, like a pre tape sketch with Bowen Yang where it was basically Bowen Yang was lying about being gay the whole time and he was actually hooking up with Sydney Sweeney. It's really funny and it, it's really smart because it leans into her whole thing as well.
Natalie
Like she's not doing that.
Nick
She is not doing that.
Natalie
Her and Glenn Powell were very cozy.
Nick
I. I mean when that was going on, the Glenn Powell one, I was like, they're. They're in a relationship. You couldn't do that.
Sutton
That one had to be marketing.
Garcelle
Yeah, I think it was marketing Awakening.
Molly
Yeah.
Nick
Boy, man. Her fiance, he's strong, very secure man.
Natalie
Well, I think he's. He's a producer. I think he helps.
Molly
He's on set.
Natalie
Yeah, he's on set with these films. And so he definitely is.
Molly
I guess he knows what's going on.
Natalie
So they're just walking.
Garcelle
On a positive note, Kate Middleton has revealed that she is in remission from cancer.
Nick
Okay.
Molly
Congrats.
Garcelle
Congrats, Kate.
Nick
Yay. Has Harry and Megan reached Stop.
Sutton
As far as we know, no.
Natalie
But they did give their Montecito house to a lot of people who were evacuating fires. They've been very nice of them. Non stop at the donation centers.
Sutton
And Megan Marco delayed her cooking show.
Nick
I feel like that was more of a Netflix thing.
Natalie
But maybe you can't hate her because I don't. That woman who's spreading. Spreading all the hate around, Blake Lively is also in charge of the Megan Marle stuff. So, like, are you on women's side or not?
Garcelle
Don't let the propaganda get to your brain.
Natalie
Did you all see that? Brad Pitt has an imposter and he catfished. Imposter catfished a woman out of $800,000. And honestly, this man looks more like Brad Pitt.
Nick
I don't like this headline because as we were just discussing earlier, I think it's just photoshopped. I think it's just a straight up catfish situation.
Natalie
Oh, really?
Dorit
Yeah.
Molly
If you look at the photos from him in a hospital bed, it literally looks like Brad Pitt on a red carpet.
Sutton
I want to clarify. Nick originally said the man looks exactly like Brad Pitt pit.
Nick
I said, I said the man looks more like Brad Pitt than Brad Pit. And then because I read the headline and they referred to him as an impostor. Yeah, and like, impostor implies someone who, like, looks like and is acting like it makes you believe they're that person. A catfish is just someone who's like, send you the picture of the person they're trying to pretend to be and says, I'm this person and the other person is just dumb enough to believe them. What do they call it? Just a public service announcement. You're not dating anyone you've never met, period.
Molly
I think the public service announcement is if it's somebody like Brad Pitt, George Clooney.
Sutton
No.
Nick
Or anyone. Or just anyone if you've never met him. Also, if you've never met, you're not dating.
Molly
You're not dating. And don't send them money. But second of all, too, I'm like, there's never going to be a world where Brad Pitt needs a kidney transplant and you're the only person that can provide for him.
Garcelle
I think it's just sad because they, like, manipulate. Like, they target really vulnerable people who obviously, like, enter a place where they.
Molly
Would believe it 100%. It said that she found out she.
Nick
Had $800,000 to give away way that.
Garcelle
Doesn'T mean you're in a good place.
Molly
Well, that was from a divorce settlement.
Natalie
Because she divorced her husband to be with.
Molly
No, I think she was going through.
Nick
Wait, she divorced him to be with Brad?
Natalie
That's what I thought. Maybe not.
Molly
I thought she was going through a divorce. And had mentioned that she was, like, going through her settlement, and that's when the scammer was like, send me money. I need help. I have health problems.
Nick
And then do you think she asked fake Brad about the plane ride to be like, hey, before we take any next steps in our relationship, I just gotta know, like, what happened?
Molly
I guarantee you she hasn't even heard about it or read about it. She's probably just, like, visualizing Mr. And Mrs. Smith or, like, Thelma and Louise.
Natalie
Did she share any of the photos of said Brad?
Molly
There was a attachment to it.
Sutton
The hospital bed one.
Molly
Did you want to pull it up? I'm like, it's pretty apparent. It said that she found out that she was swindled when the real Brad stepped out with his girlfriend. And this is after she's already sent him approximately 850,000.
Nick
And these are Photoshop photos.
Natalie
Oh, my God. You're kidding. That's what she got. And she said, this is my man.
Dorit
Yeah.
Molly
Sent from a hospital bed.
Sutton
She did say, I'm not used to social media, and I didn't really understand what was happening to me.
Natalie
This fooled me. So how did she meet this fellow? Did she say that? Did he, like, Message her on WhatsApp or Kick or ask me anything?
Nick
Doesn't your mom have, like, a. An acquaintance or friend who thinks she's dating Keanu Reeves?
Natalie
Yeah. Yeah. What?
Garcelle
It happens to a lot of people. Catfish has been running for how many years?
Natalie
I know, but, Nick, that woman showed up in our front door.
Nick
Declare, it didn't happen to me. Something was pretending to be me.
Natalie
And this woman showed up on our front doorstep, and he was like, I have. And I'm in the house. And he was like, I have a girlfriend. She's like, you told me she was fake and only for Instagram. I'm like, wait a day I fucking. Then open this toilet to beat this bitch up.
Nick
No, I. I know they're vulnerable, but they're not stupid. And that's what was crazy about this woman who showed up on my door. Like, she was, for all intensive purposes, a normal person. She seemed smart enough, you know, like, very capable. And she emphasized how crazy she wasn't. And I was like, I think I've told this story. I said, you may not be crazy, but I need you to recognize. But this is this.
Molly
This moment right here.
Natalie
She was like, I flew in from Canada.
Nick
It was during COVID She, like, quarantined for, like, two days.
Natalie
Told her to quarantine before they saw each other.
Molly
And then they Sent your address.
Nick
She figured out where we lived.
Molly
Okay.
Nick
And then showed up at 7:00am no. Yeah, it was scary, but.
Sutton
Well, this woman was 53 years old, so I don't. I think it's a social media thing that she just didn't understand.
Molly
And this is also why AI is dangerous.
Nick
53 is not 93, but also, like.
Natalie
I know younger than that who are great on social media who are also getting cat.
Sutton
Exactly. It could happen.
Natalie
Anybody gotta, like, Gotta use your brain. You're not FaceTiming this person and seeing their face or meeting them in real life. Like, you can't do the money.
Nick
There's only so many medical emergencies they can have for why they can't meet you this time.
Molly
Right?
TJ
Yeah.
Molly
Or why their camera phone doesn't work.
Natalie
Yep. Yeah, their camera's broken.
Molly
But here's a selfie from the red carpet.
Nick
I just don't like the headline. It's just not an imposter. It's just a catfish. Woman was catfished. Yeah.
Natalie
That is crazy.
Nick
It really. I mean, I was like, another person who looks like Brad Pitt.
Natalie
Yeah, I know. And then the photo showed two pictures of Brad Pitt, and I was like, well, God damn, that's good. Well, listen, Nick and I were fooled, okay? Like, she got these photos by the.
Nick
Headline, not the photos. I didn't. I didn't, like, do a deep dive on all the photos. It said imposter.
Natalie
Who is the woman who looks just like Taylor Swift or just like Ariana Grande?
Nick
Well, sure, because it said imposter.
Sutton
Natalie has a point that there's, like, imposters of Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande. That these are real people that look like creepily.
Natalie
Really look like them.
Nick
There was. There was a Taylor Swift imposter who showed up at the Grove and, like, hired security and, like, I know her name. Walked and acted like. And wanted people to pretend that she was Taylor Swift. There's Michael Jackson impersonators, things like that. So when you say impersonator, I'm thinking that. I'm not thinking catfish. Catfish is just like any of us claiming to be someone else and sending photos of that other person saying, I'm this person.
Garcelle
I mean.
Sutton
Yeah, valid.
Molly
Now, the Ariana Grande impersonator is. Is scary.
Natalie
She want to go to the Wicked premiere, and they were like, no, Can.
Nick
I see a picture of this person?
Molly
She dyed her hair blonde when Arian. And then I think she's on Only Fans Making Content. Yeah, she is.
Dorit
Huh?
Molly
It's really, really gross.
Garcelle
I mean, the Salt Lake City cast got fooled by a Fake Trixie Mattel in. In Milwaukee.
Molly
Oh, I saw that.
Garcelle
Trixie sent a fake Trixie.
Molly
Yeah, that's the impersonator.
Garcelle
That's crazy.
Natalie
It's crazy.
Molly
And she literally, like, makes the same facials. She also walked on a. On a Runway dressed as Ariana or like done up as Ariana. It was really, really, really bizarre.
Nick
Jesus. What about Taylor Swift's impersonator?
Natalie
I don't really think she looks that much like her, but she really tried. And then she'll get. She does TikTok lives or she's like singing Taylor Swift on, like, girl that.
Garcelle
Just looks like a woman.
Natalie
But if she goes out in public and she has her quote unquote security and she's wearing like, people definitely think it's her.
Garcelle
Okay.
Nick
When you see someone super famous, you just. You won't believe it's them and you're like, is that them?
Molly
Or like, how many times you've, like, mistaken somebody being like, I think that's. And then you get closer. No, it's not.
Nick
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. We. We had that moment with Justin the other day.
Sutton
I didn't hear about this.
Molly
Oh, wait, what happened?
Nick
Yeah, I thought we saw Justin in the car.
Natalie
No. Yeah, well, it was only because they had the same car as you. The hair was the same. And I was like, oh, my gosh.
Nick
Same car, same hair.
Sutton
He wasn't Asian.
Natalie
Well, I don't remember.
Nick
But we almost.
Natalie
Did roll down the window and then we were like.
Nick
It was like, it could have been me. Same car, same haircut.
Natalie
From the back haircut.
Nick
I was like, is that Justin?
Natalie
Sue me. You could be at the airport.
Garcelle
Justin has sued over less.
Sutton
That is true.
Nick
Traders drama. Lindsay Hubbard speaks up. I'm confused by this story. Can you bring people up to speed, Justin?
Sutton
So, I mean, originally, like back before when the traitor's cast was announced, we saw that Sierra was representing Summer House on the cast. People immediately started, started spreading a rumor that allegedly Dorinda told production that Lindsay was pregnant. And then she got removed from the cast and then Ciara replaced her.
Nick
Sure. To which Peacock and Bravo all said, completely false.
Sutton
Producers came out and said, that's absolutely false. I know there was comments of Lindsay on post kind of implying she never really met Dorinda. Dorinda would have never known. Now she's saying that at a party she wasn't at, there was rumors of Dorinda going around telling people that she miscarried, implying that she was then pregnant.
Garcelle
And Durinda was drunk.
Sutton
And Durinda was drunk.
Nick
But Was Lindsay at this party? So how does Lindsay know that Dorinda was doing this?
Garcelle
Multiple people told her, apparently what was.
Nick
Being said, but that still has nothing to do with whether she was or wasn't on Traitors.
Garcelle
Yeah, I. This is very confusing. It took reading this like, five times for me to actually understand what even the rumor was.
Nick
You know what I found out? You want to hear some traitors?
Dorit
Tea?
Nick
Tea.
Molly
Yes, spill.
Nick
Absolutely. So Ion now, sadly, has left the show. We all, you know, as we know, the fires have affected la, as Dorinda pointed out. And watch what happens live. Her press tour was canceled. So was Ayan. They were both going to be in studio last week, but obviously we had to adjust a lot of our schedule due to the fires. I didn't know. And no disrespect, she's obviously a star in her own right, but I didn't. I wasn't totally familiar when it was pitched to me that Ayanna wanted to come on with the cast. So I was like, like, oh. And Leia was like, oh. I'm like, send me her Instagram. She sends me her Instagram. And I looked her up and I'm like, oh. And then I was just kind of, you know, taking a look, and I went to my messages and noticed that Ayan had messaged me. She had DM me in the past multiple times.
Sutton
Does Natalie know of this?
Nick
Yeah, I told her. The first message Ion sent me was April 17, 2017.
Molly
2017.
Nick
2017.
Garcelle
This is like archived receipts.
Nick
This is. This is fresh off the. Yeah, this is right after the Bachelor. I think my season got done airing. I think I was finishing Dancing with the Stars. It was right around. I might have been done with Dancing with the Stars. I might be on Dancing with the Stars. It was right around that time. Her first comment to me is, you're full of yourself as a man. With. With. With four cry, laughy face emojis. Now she's replying to a story. I unfortunately can't look up what that story was. It says story unavailable. I wish I could go back.
Natalie
It's probably you, like, painting shirtless.
Nick
Probably. Yeah.
Molly
I mean, listen, I was dancing shirtless.
Nick
I was just. I was trying to see what landed on my page. I didn't really know at the time.
Garcelle
Literally figuring out the.
Nick
This is when Instagram stories literally just became a thing.
Dorit
Right.
Nick
Mind you. Like, I don't know what's going on. When Instagram stories first came out, I was just, like, opening up and just, like, taking selfies and, like, not Talking because I didn't really didn't know how to talk to the camera at that point. My friends were like, you need to stop doing that.
Garcelle
I mean, you were full of yourself as a man, apparently.
Molly
I mean, was it the third song?
Nick
That's hard to argue. It's hard to say. I probably was. You know. A year goes by.
Molly
Oh, no.
Nick
A year and two months. June 9, 2018, she follows up. And this is not a reply to anything that I'm aware of. It's just seems to be unprompted. But you need to grow up.
Molly
I'm dead.
Nick
She hates you.
Natalie
She fucking hates your guts.
Nick
And then right around and then. And then she DM me 12-21-of this last past year. But I think this was around scheduling her to come on. And she just messaged, do you live in L. A? Which I got to. I really respect her because she clearly messaged me before, like she messaged me. She could have seen these other messages and unsent them, but she's like, nah, fudge it. I'm just going to leave them for him to see. She is who she is. It really makes me love her.
Sutton
I'm telling you. Dubai housewives, she was gold.
Nick
I just want. I can't wait to have her on. I just thought, what?
Natalie
So many questions.
Nick
How did I land on your radar? She's in Dubai.
Garcelle
Incredible.
Natalie
Do you remember the story you responded.
Molly
To telling me I was full of myself?
Natalie
She probably posted again.
Nick
How did I look?
Garcelle
I do not recall.
Dorit
Was it good?
Garcelle
Well, she is. She's popping up in the Twitter comments right now about traitors. Basically, there was a tweet reading. I will absolutely not be rooting for the traitors. How are you going to. This is not Chanel, by the way. How are you going to kill Dorinda and Ion who are both giving us all the entertainment? Bob knew they were going to steal his creepy meantime and he couldn't have that. I hope Dylan gets his ass. And Ayan then responded. It was all about this. So she's being shady.
Nick
She's confirming the allegation. Yeah. Bob didn't want his. Bob was also full of himself, apparently.
Dorit
Yeah.
Nick
Yeah.
Natalie
And he needed to grow up.
Nick
He needed to grow up.
Dorit
He needed to grow up.
Garcelle
You and Bob have so much in common.
Nick
Probably. Yeah.
Garcelle
Yeah.
Molly
You know who's not full of themselves and doesn't need to grow up?
Nick
Dylan.
Molly
After Saffron, he added to his bio. Happiest outside and misguided. He's owning it.
Nick
You know, it's nice to See him.
Molly
I'm rooting for him, you know, so hard.
Nick
Who isn't rooting for him, right? The hot brother of another beloved man.
Natalie
Hot man, but he's smart too.
Nick
Do you think Zach is. Is. Is handling this with grace and support for his brother, or do you think there's any. You know, for sure?
Molly
They did that documentary series together, so that's why his title says down to Earth.
Nick
Oh. Which confused. Confused me.
TJ
I was like.
Nick
I was watching it.
Natalie
I'm like, down to Earth. I'm like, that's his show.
Nick
I did not know that. I was like, wow, they really think he's a sensible guy.
Garcelle
I do.
Nick
Down the Earth.
Garcelle
I watched that and I enjoyed it and I.
Natalie
It is very enjoyable. It's good.
Garcelle
They're really wholesome. My question is.
Dorit
You have to ruin that for me.
Molly
Sorry.
Garcelle
My question is, does this, like, name, misguided, make Bob the drag queen Dylan Efron's drag mother? Because if we know anything about drag, when you name someone, it makes.
Natalie
If we know anything about drag.
Garcelle
A lot of time in drag, like.
Nick
In a drag mother.
Garcelle
Drag queens will have a drag mother and they'll, like, you know, help you, shape you, take you on as one of their own. And I think Bob might technically be Dylan Efron's drag mother.
Nick
So you don't get a choice.
Garcelle
Well, I mean, you can. You can. I mean, you can disown your drag children. Your drag children could maybe disown you.
Sutton
The drama is drama.
Garcelle
The drama is drama. They're drag queens. They have drama. But anyway.
Molly
Well, in other news, it seems as though they are filming something outside of something about her. So my prediction about Tom and Tom getting a spin off. Completely wrong.
Natalie
Katie and Ariana.
Molly
It's Katie and Ariana.
Nick
What do you think it's going to be?
Natalie
I feel like it's a commercial.
Nick
Yeah.
Sutton
I think it's a pilot.
Nick
You think it's a pilot? You think it's a spin off?
Sutton
Yeah, I mean, there were.
Nick
I don't think they needed to. I just.
Sutton
There were sources speaking out, saying pilot, though.
Nick
I just. Well, if it's a pilot, then it's not Bravo. I just don't see. I don't see Bravo doing a show slash spin off with Ariana and Katie and, like, doing a pilot. It's like they're gonna just decide whether they are gonna commit to a series or not.
Sutton
Good point.
Nick
If it's like a Hulu or something else, then maybe, or. Yeah, I don't.
Sutton
Can you imagine if it's just A commercial can some Internet would be gagged.
Garcelle
Yeah.
Molly
Can somebody on their way home just continually drive past just to see how many times there's a camera crew outside.
Nick
How many takes you definite be something that's not a spin off or what.
Natalie
If it's a crossover from like Beverly Hills Housewives and they're filming in something about her and Katie and Ariana are like, serving sandwiches Chuck E. Cheese style. That was so nasty of them to do that.
Sutton
I felt so seen in that moment.
Natalie
I loved it.
Nick
We'll get into it after we talk to tamale. But I have never disagreed or thought a housewife was more wrong than watching Kyle on this episode of Beverly Hills Housewife. I. I honestly, honestly, Kyle was so wrong and so, like, out of touch with her. Take that. It felt almost staged and fake it almost. It's just like. I don't know, maybe it's just not real. I just couldn't imagine that Kyle is this self centered, manipulative, like delusional, like just that bad of a friend, that much of a. Like, not a girl's girl. Like, the list goes on. I just. It's hard to believe that Kyle would be this way, if not just like taking one for the team. Team for the Beverly Hills Housewives. It was shocking.
Molly
I feel so vindicated and so proud because you're like, I hate. I don't hate Kyle.
Nick
And this is not for my love of Dorit.
Molly
No, no.
Nick
It was just more like, how. What is she doing?
Natalie
Quickly, do y'all remember Nick loving Dorit's hat in the first episode? The one that was like the disc?
Dorit
Yeah.
Nick
Did I?
Natalie
Yeah, because Las Vegas stupid fucking hat. And I was like, that's not what you said publicly. Publicly. You were like, so great. She's just so unwran. She's so cool.
Molly
Is he doing that thing that guys do where it's like he's gone too far with the attraction, so now it's like, oh, no. Horiz are too close together. I would never be interested in a girl like that.
Natalie
We're not there yet. But he was critiquing the hat and.
Molly
I was like, switch up only in front of me.
Nick
Yeah, it was. You know what? It was the back of her hat when I made that comment, so I didn't have the pleasure of seeing her face for sure.
Natalie
So anyways, Molly's here, so we should get to Molly.
Nick

Dorit
Hi. Thanks for having me.
Natalie
We're so excited.
Nick
Yeah. How have you been? What's. What's new?
Dorit
I've been all right. I moved into a new house recently, but nothing. Nothing really. Nothing crazy.
Nick
In Charleston?
Dorit
Yeah, in Charleston. I just. I. We found out that my old house had black mold in the bin.
Natalie
That is my biggest fear in life, is that I'm living with black mold. How did you find out?
Dorit
Yeah, so my roommate saw, like, it coming out of the vents. Cause he worked out in the corner where this weird vent was, and he was like, oh, my God, there's mold here. So we had people check, and we looked in every single vent in the house, and it had it all in the vent in the H vac system.
Natalie
Have you been sick a lot recently?
Dorit
I always had bad allergies, but it was worse. And my roommate got diagnosed with, like, asthma, and they were giving a bunch of inhalers over the past year. So we think it had been happening for a while. And we didn't realize it.
Nick
Oh, no.
Dorit
I had to kind of, like, emergently move out of there really quickly.
Nick
Oh, right.
Dorit
During the premiere of the show. And then I got asked to do Watch what Happens Live, and I was, like, actively moving when I had to leave for that, so it was just a lot.
Nick
That's crazy. Crazy. Well, we. You're now on Southern Charm. How did you end up on the show in the first place?
Dorit
I've just been friends with all them for a while. I think Whitney and Madison. I mean, they're my main people.
Nick
Okay.
Dorit
So they just. They're just like, you're friends with everybody, and they just asked me to come on.
Nick
Have you checked in on Craig since his breakup?
Dorit
I have not. I sent him, like, a meme or something.
Natalie
Yes.
Dorit
No, no, no.
Nick
I mean, it was. At least you could do. He's heartbroken. I mean.
Dorit
I know, right?
Nick
Yeah, just a little, you know, a little boob.
Dorit
Just throw him a. Throw him a bone. No, no, I did not. I just sent him, like, some. I don't even remember what it was. Nothing crazy or, like, flirty or anything.
Nick
Just underwear.
Dorit
Oh, it was on a water slide. It was a water slide thing. So. Yeah, No, I have not. I have not. Checked in on him. I feel like I'm just gonna let him. I don't know.
Nick
Has anyone checked on him? Is he okay? Does. Is. Is his heart hurting? Do we know?
Dorit
I mean, I would. I would assume so. I saw the video that he posted, kind of addressing what had happened, and he was smiling, but he. It looked like a. A pained smile, a sad smile. So I. I felt. Yeah, it was. It was very depressing. So, yeah, I mean, I, you know, I'm not trying to, like, go jump on someone who's healing, and we haven't been like that in years. So I'm not like, you know, how.
Natalie
Was it filming this season of Southern Charm?
Dorit
It was. It was fun. I'm. I'm really high stressed all the time. I'm, like, very high strung. So I was always like, oh, my God, am I boring? Does everyone hate me? Like, every. Every situation I go into, I'm like, I overthink it. And I'm like, oh, no. But I actually think it went really well. Everybody was super welcoming and nice, and I was afraid, like, you know, that it'd maybe be clicky and, like, new people on the show, even though we're friends, I just didn't know how that was going to go. And, like, working, technically, working with my friends now, being their co workers, but it was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. And I've gotten super good feedback from, you know, everything that's been. That's aired so far.
Natalie
So, yeah, I think it's been going great. I mean, besides you not beating the fuck out of Whitney for his comment about eating cupcake.
Dorit
Oh, my gosh. Yeah. I mean, he's just, he's. He's very insensitive sometimes, but we know that about. About him. You know, it's like, he's charming, but then also he can be, like, very blunt and, you know, not the most sensitive to the situation. But I think it was more of. I had just been talking about how much weight I'd gained and how uncomfortable I was. And so he was just being problem solving, I guess, and being like, well, maybe the cupcake is not what you need if you're trying to lose weight.
Natalie
And I'm like, okay, thanks.
Dorit
But people don't understand, like, if you have a bad relationship with food, you know, those kinds of comments can be very unhelpful.
Nick
I don't know if they're helpful for anyone.
Natalie
Yeah, yeah.
Dorit
But, yeah, yeah, no, not. Not really. No. And just let me have a cupcake. It's not like I'm eating cupcakes all day long, like, you know, and even.
Nick
If you wanted to, I don't know, Molly, it's totally fine.
Dorit
I might get diabetes. But yes, I had a cupcake a few days ago, so, you know, I'm still eating them.
Nick
Do you pop into the. Was it the Republic? The Republic bar or whatever on Southern hospitality? I just started watching.
Dorit
Yeah, Yeah, I do. Well, I used to, I used to frequent there all the time in my 20s. That was like the. It still is the place to be, you know, on King street, so. And I've been there a few times. Yeah, I don't, I don't go out and drink a ton anymore. So, you know, I'm not there like I used to be. But yeah, I was there. I was there. I, I walked in a, A little like, Runway show that we had at Republic recently.
Natalie
So look at them a little.
Dorit
But I, I worked there for like a month.
TJ
I was too old for that.
Nick
You worked at Republic?
Dorit
Yeah, last year I worked at Republic, front door. I was just like, let's do something. Let's get out of the house. I was like, kind of in a mental health rut of sorts. And so I was just like, let's go work, work and be out around people. I turn into a hermit when I'm like, not when I'm very anxious or not doing well. And I was like, very hermity. So it was good to get out of the house. I just was like, wow, I'm like a decade older, plus than all of these people I'm working with, like. And I, you know, I take my sleep meds at like 9pm Now. And I was there till like 1am, you know, every night. And it was just like, this is not.
Natalie
The schedule's thrown off.
Dorit
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm an old lady now.
Nick
Am I allowed to ask?
Dorit
I'm 37 tomorrow.
Nick
Oh, happy birthday.
Dorit
Thank you. Yeah.
TJ
So.
Nick
So what can we expect the rest of the way on Southern Charm? Because, well, we've really enjoyed watching you. It's been a bit of a slow moving season and kind of waiting for like, what. What are we. Why are we tuning back in? I mean, you were like, oh, they're sending nudes, you know, but like. And then it was just like, well.
Dorit
The Craig and Austin thing definitely escalates more. And the Taylor and Sally thing definitely, definitely escalates a lot more. So there's drama. I think they're just, they're prepping us for what's to come.
Nick
What about you? Are you involved? In any drama this season, do you go toe to toe with anyone?
Dorit
A little bit. I don't.
Natalie
Get your feet wet.
Dorit
Fight anybody? Yeah, I dipped my toes. But I'm friends with everyone and so I'm like, I try to be like the neutral person, but that doesn't, that doesn't work.
Nick
What was a more challenging experience to film or feel welcomed? Southern charm or America's Next Top Model?
Dorit
Top Model was harder, definitely. It was like 247 filming. They had like motion sensor cameras in the corner of our bedroom. Like, the showers were like see through except for one little frosted part. The bathrooms had a shower curtain. There was no door so like, you couldn't escape anyone. They could just come in. They didn't go, if you're peeing, actually peeing. They didn't do that. But like, if you wanted to hide from the cameras, like, they come find you. So it was a lot. And they would purposely mess with us. They would do interviews, like really late at night for me, really long interviews. And I, I would get like low blood sugar attack and need food and they would like dangle a sandwich in front of me. Just a few more questions, Molly, and then we'll feed you. And so then I met.
Natalie
That was a different, different era back then.
Nick
Yeah.
Molly
Toxic.
Dorit
Oh yeah. It was so toxic. And they, they literally. I mean, it was a bit of psychological torture, if you will. I mean, I, you know, I would still do it again. It wasn't so horrible that I wouldn't do that experience all over again. But it, it was definitely a lot.
Nick
Who was more rude about food? Whitney or Tyra Banks?
Dorit
God, honestly, probably Tyra and all that. Like, you know, Whitney just made that one comment. He's, he doesn't like say stuff like that to me often. It was just like, oh, come on, read the room. Like, don't say that.
Nick
What would, what would Tyra say?
Dorit
Tyra was so toxic. Well, she didn't say anything about us eating. She wasn't like, don't eat. But she did come and film like a segment with us about like healthy food to eat and like egg whites and I don't know, whatever. But I mean, the people who. They would be like, oh, well, you're plus size size. You're the biggest girl here. They're smaller than I am now. It was just so toxic the way they would just, I mean, Kasha on my cycle, they were like, oh, yeah, you're plus size. You're really big. And she was not big at all. It was just such a toxic Time. It's still toxic in the industry, but that was. It was next level. I mean, that was 2000, the end of 2010, when we filmed.
Natalie
Wow.
Dorit
It's been a while, but it was. It was very fun. I had a lot of amazing experiences and photo shoots that. I mean, I'll never be able to top those photo shoots, but.
Natalie
Do you keep in contact with any of the women who are on your season?
Dorit
Yeah, a lot of them. Almost all of them, to some extent, at least. Like, you know, staying in touch on Instagram a bit. But I chat with Brittany, the girl who beat me. We actually lived together right after the show, so we've stayed very good friends. Monique. Yeah, a lot of the girls. And I speak to Nigel Barker often. He invites me to events and stuff that he has in New York. We're probably going to shoot, do a photo shoot soon, which will be fun.
Nick
I always thought he was a cool, cool dude back in the day.
Dorit
He was super nice. Like, the judges weren't as in on.
Nick
The toxicity of them.
Dorit
Yeah. Like, they were just kind of there getting paid and just.
Nick
They weren't dangling sandwiches.
Natalie
Did you have.
Nick
No.
Dorit
That production and that was. That was. I don't know.
Natalie
Did I have what, Janice Dickinson on your panel?
Dorit
No. Thank God. Oh, my God. She. She would have been. I just feel like she wouldn't have liked me or something and it would. I would have cried. She was so mean.
Natalie
Yeah, she was mean.
Dorit
She was so mean. I couldn't have dealt with that. No, we had. I had Mr. And Mrs. J and Nigel.
Natalie
Yes.
Molly
What's the wildest job that you've had as a model? Like, what was, like, something that you were asked to do? Whether it was the shoot or climb it, whatever it was. What's, like, the most wild job that you've had?
Dorit
Nothing has been, like, as crazy as the stuff that we did on. On Top Model. I mean, honestly, nothing seems weird after all of that. Right. I. I did like a sort of a nude, simulated nude shoot where I was nude, but it wasn't like everything showing. It was like the side. But it was with a male model.
Natalie
Oh, my God. Of course.
Garcelle
And the.
Dorit
The photo, like, we didn't want to, like, smush together because, you know, junk's out. And the photographer was just like, put your big dick on her leg. And I was like, this is.
Natalie
That's wild.
Dorit
Like, he.
Natalie
He literally.
Dorit
I thought that to my friend. We joke about it. Yeah. Yeah. Yes, it was quite. Yes, it was a lot large. And so, yeah, we just smushed together, you know, it wasn't sexual. It was just like, very weird. That. But that was the weirdest thing I've really done. Everything else has been a pretty. Oh, I guess I did one warehouse shoot where they like, it was in the middle of. It was January and she. Chicago, the warehouse was not heated. And they poured cold water on me from above, like to simulate rain. And that was miserable. But the photos were really, really cool. I've had toxic things happen on shoots. I did a test shoot that my agency sent me on with this guy and he put his hand in my shirt and I. Oh, my gosh. Froze. And he left the room and I just got all my stuff and like left I. Or I actually left a bunch of my shoes, some of my favorite shoes that I got in Morocco filming Top Model. But yeah, I was so uncomfortable, I froze. I'd like to think that in those situations I would like, punch someone in the face, but I didn't. And I just left and like, went home. Was just like, so uncomfortable. And I messaged my agency and they were like, oh, yeah, we've heard some weird stuff about that guy before. I'm like, why are you sending people?
Natalie
Yeah, maybe let's not go back to him.
Dorit
Back to him.
Natalie
Yeah, maybe.
Dorit
So. Yeah, I mean, there's messed up stuff going on in the modeling industry all over the place for sure still. But that was a while. I mean, that was like 2012, 2013.
Natalie
So you feel like it's gotten a lot better.
Dorit
I'm sure stuff like that's still happening. Yeah, I think the body positivity and the inclusiveness is definitely better. There's still that kind of air of like, I don't know, just not. I know that a lot of people are like, annoyed, like in the modeling industry are annoyed by the body positivity thing because they don't think it's like real models or real fashion. And I'm like, yes, it is.
Natalie
It's.
Dorit
It's all beauty. I don't know, I just feel like there's. There's still the toxicity. It's light years ahead.
Nick
I also imagine it's still like a. A hotbed for creeps and kind of predators like that photographer that you mentioned. In terms of people who pretend they're there for art or fashion or beauty and they're really this there to crop a field or get a glimpse. Yeah, like that.
Dorit
Yeah. Oh, I can. I know that guy was doing way sketchier stuff like, oh, it was so skeevy and gross. I just can guarantee you that he was doing that a lot and, like, younger people who maybe didn't, you know, leave or, you know, I don't know, maybe it escalated. I don't know what. What's happened, but it was. It was gross.
Natalie
Yikes. Well, going back to. To Southern charm, you talked about going on a few dates with Whitney. What in. In God's name attracted you to Whitney?
Dorit
Oh, my God. Look, Whitney. Whitney is very charming. Like, I know a lot of what you see is maybe not so charming, and especially. Especially not the cupcake comment. But, I mean, he can be really charming, and he's super fun. He's super interesting, very weird. I like weird. I like older. He's a weird, older guy who's very smart and odd.
Nick
Why didn't it work out?
Dorit
Just fun. I don't know if he, like, really wants to date, date. And I got that vibe pretty cool quickly. And so it was just more like, for fun, like, you know, let's just hang out every once in a while, like, for funsies. But I didn't expect to actually date at first. I did, and then I was like, oh, he's. I don't think he's trying to settle down, and I'm a crazy, jealous person, so I don't have any expectations of anything more than just fun with Whitney, which is fine.
Molly
When you were on Watch what happens Live, you answered a question, and you said that you thought that Craig was the biggest pot. Why did you say Craig?
Dorit
Well, I mean, we've seen him saying that JT Called Patricia a. And then it's like, no footage found. Where's the footage? If that happened, I want to see it, right? And, I mean, I've never heard JT Say anything disparaging about a woman like that. It might be like, you know, oh, you're lying, or this or that. But, like, he doesn't call women out.
Molly
Of their name words like that.
Dorit
He's not that kind of guy. So I was very surprised. I at first believed it all, and then when, like, everybody else was kind of like, I don't know. Craig lies sometimes. And then I kind of remembered he totally does. And it just doesn't seem like on brand for JT So I. I kind of tried to have his back. And especially during the cane thing, I was telling Patricia at the Easter dinner, I was like. Like, I really think it was just a thought, thoughtless thing of like, oh, we include Patricia because everybody else got a stupid cane, and I'm gonna give it to her. And I can understand that she didn't get that. And she took it a different way. But, you know, I was just trying to say that's. That's not. He didn't mean it in a weird way. But then I was like, if he did say call her the B word, then that's just. It's like social suicide. Why would you do that, right. In this group, even if you do think that, don't say it.
Natalie
What was your reaction when you found out JT wasn't coming back next season?
Dorit
I was, yeah. I mean, I was a bit surprised, but also not. I feel like he's been going through a lot and I feel like they kind of underplayed it or it seemed not as serious. His accident in Costa Rica, it was pretty bad, and I think he got a pretty bad concussion. And concussions can really mess with you for a while. And so I think he's already kind of a out there guy coupled with. He had just gone through something pretty tremendous dramatic. And then if Craig is lying. Craig lied about him calling Patricia A. And so he's getting all this flack for that. And so I think maybe he just. I don't know if it's mental health. Like, he doesn't. It's make stressing him out too much or what, but I. I'm assuming that. I don't know.
Nick
Have you checked on. On Madison lately with everything that's going on in her life and how. How's she doing?
Dorit
I've spoken to her a little bit lately. She, you know, I. I know that she's been stressed about all the bread stuff and the health scares. Understandably.
Nick
Yeah.
Dorit
But I. I think she's doing all right. Yeah.
Nick
We've.
Dorit
We mostly talk about, like, fashion. I'm like, this is. Is this dress going to be good for this event? Help? Like I'm always asking her. I'm terrible at dressing myself. It's the worst.
Nick
Are there any potential, like, showmances that could bud in in this show? I feel like there, you know, there has been a lot and may going to date has already dated, but is there a possibility for kind of any in group hooking up or.
Garcelle
I mean.
Dorit
Yeah, I think there's a possibility for sure for. For some. Some co. Mingling of the cast.
Natalie
All right, love.
Nick
Could you possibly be part of that?
Dorit
No. Oh, I can't. I can't. I'm not going to tell y'all who. But there.
Nick
There.
Dorit
There will be.
Nick
Okay.
Dorit
There's some stuff going on.
Natalie
Something.
Dorit
Yeah.
Nick
All right.
Dorit
Gonna have to tune in.
Nick
Okay. We will. We Are any more questions for Molly?
Molly
We saw the video on your TikTok of you singing Casey Musgraves.
Natalie
Insane.
Nick
Yeah. Why didn't you. What? Why. Why did you pick reality TV as opposed to, like, being the next top pop star?
Dorit
Well, speaking of the anxiety that I have, I. I sang a lot as a kid. I sang. I was in choir my entire life. I did musical theater in high school. I double majored in college in vocals and band with scholarships. So I. I really love to sing and play music, but singing in front of people, like, performance, like, really gets me. It, like, I'll choke up and my voice won't sound as good. And honestly, the anxiety of that kind of made me quit music for, like, a decade, Over a decade. And I actually was. I was really not in a great place a few years ago, and I. I moved home and I started doing ketamine infusions for depression and anxiety. And in my first ketamine infusion, I played a bunch of 80s rock ballads, and I was just, like, sitting there, you know, kind of tripping out, listening to music, and I would just, like, had this epiphany. Not, you know, nothing, just, like, why. Why would I have let something stand in the way of something that brings me so much joy and that I've done since I was 5 years old? And so I immediately sent off my miniature tuba to get cleaned, and I auditioned for Charleston concert band, and I made it, and I started playing again, and then I started singing with my friend Keith. And so, yeah, just putting out that video was so stressful for me. Like, I didn't even want to watch it back. Like, hearing my voice on camera, I don't know.
Nick
It's.
TJ
I don't know.
Dorit
I really need to deal with that because I love it. You're very good, and. And I know that I don't suck.
Molly
No, you have an incredible voice, and you should be sharing that.
Nick
We won't ask you to sing now because I feel like, oh, God, I.
Dorit
Would pass out and die.
Nick
What is a ketamine infusion?
Dorit
So I go into a doctor's office, and they put hook me up to an IV and they full of ketamine. And it's. You know, I can't really explain, like, exactly how it helped me, but my friend who helped me be not afraid and try it. She told me that it's like. It's like you walk outside and things are colorful again. Like, the light. It lets the light into the room. Like, when you're in such a dark place and That's a good description. You know, I just did it and it kind of was like just jogged, jogged my brain into being like, you need to do things that you enjoy more. You know, life is worth living. I, I mean I was truly in a, in a dark place. I, you know, suicidal ideation. I've had a lot of mental health struggles in my life. I have CPTSD that I was recently diagnosed with. And so it just, I did a lot of these infusions and now I only do them every couple, couple of months. And it just, it really helped me kind of have that like vigor for life again.
Natalie
If you don't mind me asking, what had you so down? Why were you so depressed?
Dorit
Don't really have a reason. I, I think. Well, I do have reason. I think it was really just. I've been living with undiagnosed PTSD for the majority of my life. I've been in therapy since I was in middle school and none of the therapy ever worked until someone realized like, and diagnosed me with this and told me the correct therapy to go through. Behavioral therapy. I do DBT dialectic behavioral therapy. I've been doing that for almost three years now and it's been life changing as well. And the ketamine kind of just got me out of that funk enough to where I could start doing self care again, hanging out with friends again and playing music and doing things that I enjoy again. Enough to where I could then be mentally well enough to deal with the really difficult task of dialectic behavioral therapy. Because it's a lot of exposure therapy, closing your eyes and going to the worst parts of your mind, thinking of the worst possible scenarios and you know, a lot of grief counseling and stuff that is hard to deal with. It's really like I dreaded therapy every week. I was like, I don't want to do this because I cry the whole time or I'm, you know, I'm thinking about all these terrible things. But once you do that hard work, it's life changing. I mean I've. The past three years of my life are just really. I'm doing a lot better. Well, good to have the coping skills to deal with stressful things when they happen.
Natalie
I'm so sorry you went through all that. And it's, I mean I went through an EMDR therapy which is.
Dorit
Yes, I hear it.
Natalie
It's incredible. I mean it's, it's. Yeah, it's a lot of trauma based stuff as well. It really makes you like be able to access your trauma and then watch it back as if it's a movie and not like relive it every time you think of it, which is very helpful in a lot of cases. And so I, I relate to going through something that changes your life.
Dorit
I've heard so many good things about that and a lot of people have suggested that to me. So I'm really glad you found that because it's, it's so hard to go through life without, like, any emotional regulation and like, just getting triggered by the littlest things. And I just didn't understand why I was so. Had so much turmoil inside, why I was so angry. And it. Yeah, I mean, it's just, it's helped so much. So I'm glad you found that. That's amazing.
Nick

There's a lot of decisions you have to make when you have a baby and the one that I feel the most comfortable and safe making is using Huggies for our daughter River. I always tell Nick that crying she's trying to tell us something and that's the case with most babies. They express it through cries and so we've turned to Huggies. The new Huggie Skin Essentials are here. A brand new dermatologist approved line of diapers, wipes and pull ups training pants that are all designed with baby's sensitive skin in mind.

All right, well, we have Emily Baker coming up soon to let us know if TikTok really is going to be banned and how that all is going break down. But before we get to Emily, it's time for Vibes versus Stack, which I care less about now that the packers are gone. But, like, it's not about me.
Natalie
Well, we've always not cared about it.
Molly
So you're part of the Vibes now.
Natalie
Yeah. So are you part of Vibes?
Garcelle
We're just having a, having a time just running our mouth about things we don't know anything about. It's actually really fun.
Natalie
We're just yapping to yap.
Garcelle
Yeah.
Nick
I'm just happy that the Philadelphia Eagles stepped up and did the right thing when it came to their disgusting fan.
Garcelle
They did. The Philadelphia Eagles fan Ryan Caldwell has.
Nick
Been fired from his job and banned from entering and. And watching any more Eagles games. At the.
Garcelle
Yeah.
Nick
At the stadium. He was harassing. Philadelphia fans are notoriously intense, committed sometimes. Sometimes. And sadly inappropriate. I've mentioned it, but they. I believe they have their. An actual courthouse in the stadium with a judge, like, ready to go. Stop. Yeah. When they arrest people to like, just try them or, I don't know, convict them. I don't know.
TJ
They Bird law.
Nick
They get right to it. Right.
Molly
Is there a gavel? Is like, you are, I think.
Dorit
I don't know.
Nick
I don't, I don't know if the judge is wearing like a robe or whatever, but they do have a courthouse. But anyways, during the game, a Packer fan, they played the packers and a couple, a young couple went to the game and there he's filming this guy harassing his girlfriend or wife or partner. Beyonce calling her a dumb C word. And the guy was just like, hey, don't call her that. You can't call her that. I really don't like the people online who is like, is that all you did is if, like, what are you supposed to do when you're surrounded by a bunch of other Eagles fans? Are you supposed to, what, like, pick a fight?
Garcelle
Like you're trying to de escalate and also protect your fiance?
Nick
Exactly. So anyways, the good thing is he did get it on Film. And this guy just kept repeating it. You're a dumb C word. And he posted online. And the Eagles did the right thing. His place of business. It sounded like this.
Garcelle
This guy had like, BCT partners.
Nick
Yeah. A job job.
Sutton
He's a pro. He's a project manager at a consulting company for dei. That's the crazy part for that. A DEI focused management consulting firm.
Garcelle
Okay, well, good thing they got him out of there.
Molly
And he was only harassing this woman because she was for the other team.
Nick
Yeah.
Garcelle
Packers fan.
Molly
Yeah, but women are too emotional and irrational. Interesting.
Natalie
We're dramatic for sure.
Garcelle
Not great for the Eagles fans. And this week we're talking about the LA Rams versus the Philadelphia Eagles will.
Natalie
Immediately be going Rams because of this past story.
Garcelle
Yes, yes, yes, yes. But yeah, LA strong. But one really nice little thing about the Eagles that's happening isn't actually about the Eagles, but the people of Philly did get a crossover between Quinta Brunson's hilarious and incredible Abbott elementary and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The Eagles are mentioned many, many times in it. Charlie Lurch to read for the first time. And it was great. So shout out to Philly. But Abbott El Mundry is filmed in Burbank, so really, this is so fake.
Sutton
It's a good show.
Garcelle
Great show. Hilarious episode. Incredible episode. But for the Rams, I did hear.
Nick
Bradley Cooper opened up a cheesesteak restaurant. And I hear it's good.
Garcelle
Nice.
Nick
So in Philadelphia, if I ever go back to Philly. I've been to Philly once.
Natalie
Seems great for a second.
Nick
I didn't enjoy it. This was like my first job out of college. And our training session was there. And it was the middle of summer. And my biggest takeaway, it was like 90 degrees and inside every building was 50 degree. They blast their AC and outside smelled like garbage and inside was freezing. And that's all I remember about Philly.
Garcelle
I've been to Pittsburgh many times, so I can't really, like, support Philly necessarily, but I do like the TV shows that are set there. Anyway, to get into the Los Angeles Rams. Obviously the Rams were not able to play their playoff game last week against the Vikings in LA because of the fires. The game was relocated to Glendale, Arizona. Only the second playoff game in NFL history to not be played at a team's home stadium. Last time this happened was in 1936.
Nick
Oh, wow.
Garcelle
Because like a Boston game had to be relocated to New York because of low ticket sales during the Depression. So that was the only other time this is ever Happened to a playoff game. There was football in the 30s. Yeah.
Dorit
Yeah.
Garcelle
What the vibes have been vibing for many, many decades.
Sutton
It's a valid question in my head, so.
Natalie
Right. 30s, good.
Garcelle
Yeah. But anyway. Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill sent two team planes to Los Angeles to help the rams get their 335 person entourage, players, the players, families and two dogs to Arizona. Rams tight end Tyler Higby referred to it as Noah's Ark going over to Arizona. So they flew out like everyone and their families to keep them safe.
Nick
Then I believe they gave the rooms that they reserved for, you know, the incoming players in LA to families who were displaced by the fire and allowed them to use those homes at Sofi Stadium.
Garcelle
If I. I think that's something to that effect. I think something like that happened because they just. They didn't want to take up space at SOFA in case it was needed for, like, evacuations to help people. But Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife Kelly, organized free charter buses for season ticket holders and fans who were able to transfer their tickets, taking them directly from Sofi to Arizona. On the sidelines, Rams players and staff wore LAFD hats and shirts, and the arena was painted to resemble the Rams blue and gold. In order to make it feel like as much of a home game as possible. Rams running back Kyron Williams said before the game, there's a feeling amongst the team, this is for la, this is for hope back home that they can cling onto that the Rams are going to be the people who can take away from whatever they're going through for a few hours. The Rams did, in fact, beat the Vikings 27 to 9.
Nick
And we love it when the Vikings lose, so that is nice. Well, go Rams. Hopefully you guys beat the Eagles.
Garcelle
Yeah.
Nick
All right, that does it for Vibes versus Stats. Emily Baker is up next. And then we'll be breaking down Bev Hill's housewife and Southern High hospitality.
Natalie
Hello, Emily.
Nick
How are you?
TJ
Good, thanks. How are y'all?
Nick
We're doing great. So, elephant in the room. Is Tik Tock going to be here Monday morning or next week or what? What's going on?
TJ
I think the elephant in the room is what will Tik Tok look like even if it is here Monday? So the Supreme Court had a very large document that they released on Monday at the beginning of their term. They said nothing about TikTok. I think people were maybe overly optimistic that the Supreme Court would do something on Monday. That when you want the Supreme Court to do something, they're they're kind of like a toddler and they're like, yeah, no, we're not going to do that on your, on your timeline. I was surprised that they took this up. People keep calling it a TikTok ban. That's not to be a legal nerd about it. That's not technically accurate. But Congress passed, passed a law. That law got challenged by Tick Tock and Tick Tock creators. It went through the court system. The courts held the law constitutional. It seems that the Supreme Court is also going to hold that law constitutional. That law has a deadline as of January 19th. And that means that not only does TikTok have to separate from Bite Dance, but the tik tok used us can't use the ByteDance algorithm. The repercussion for that is if companies continue to support TikTok with ByteDance attached to it. ByteDance being the company in China or partly owned in China that operates TikTok. If that doesn't happen by the 19th, which is not going to happen by the 19th, it can't be offered in the App Store. And other companies, and everyone keeps forgetting to talk about this, but other companies supporting the app can be penalized and fined for supporting it, including Cisco, who hosts all the TikTok servers in Virginia. So if you don't have a server, you don't have an app. Regardless of the app store, if TikTok divests from ByteDance, they will be allowed to be back in operation in the U.S. the lawyer for TikTok said that TikTok will not divest from ByteDance and the algorithm. It's not just who owns the app, it's the algorithm of the app. So if TikTok is going to operate going forward in the US they will have to use a different algorithm. They cannot use the algorithm they use now, which everyone who used TikTok says, but it's the best algorithm. It shows me what I want to see. The algorithm knows me. And the US government is saying, right, that's the problem. So it's not just that it won't be in the App Store. It might not have servers, it will inevitably have security issues. And TikTok has said we want to use the algorithm that we want to use. And the US Government has said you can't do that.
Nick
What, and what is the law that they pass that says why they can't use that? Like what specifically is that law?
TJ
Without reading off the name, the summary of the name is the Protecting Americans from foreign adversary owned applications and Something something app. It's like PFAAFA something, but essentially protecting Americans from foreign adversary owned applications is the the core of the app. The first app that's being targeted under this is TikTok. Could we see other apps targeted at the Supreme Court? They were asking about Sheehan and teu. That came up quite a lot. But both of those apps, from my look, it seems that those apps are not owned and held in China or have any part of Chinese ownership, though they are apps that come out of the economy in China. It seems that some of those are held offshore in the Cayman Islands and elsewhere. So those apps are a little bit more nuanced of a discussion. But could this impact other apps down the road? Yes, but it is the foreign adversary owned that is the key of the issue there.
Nick
So for the people like Kevin O'Leary or I think Elon Musk has been speculated, let's say some billionaire other group of people get together and buy TikTok or an organization like Microsoft comes in and buys TikTok, you're saying that even if that happens, the algorithm that is now currently running TikTok, no matter what TikTok, as you see it, will forever be different. Come a week or two from now.
TJ
Yes, come this weekend, TikTok will forever be different because the algorithm is the issue. And the justices were asking, look, can't you use a different algorithm? And the TikTok lawyer said, we don't want to. And I don't mean TikTok lawyer is a pejorative because people use that. They look at me and they're like, oh, that YouTube lawyer. I'm like, well no, if Google was paying me, it'd be a whole different, different thing. But I don't mean it pejoratively. The lawyer for TikTok at the Supreme Court said, we have the right to operate our business the way we want to. And the justices jumped on that and said, look, we have a long history of antitrust law where we make companies sell off parts of companies, we tell companies they can't operate in a certain way, we divest monopolies, we approve sales, we disapprove sales, we tell businesses how to run often and they do. In the world of antitrust, we haven't seen it in an act app like this. And most people, I would imagine, who use TikTok casually, especially the younger audiences, have no perception of antitrust law in the US because why would you? They're not interested in whether railroads ran monopolies and how the government forced breakups of telecoms. Like it's not on the radar and they're not teaching it in school. But yes, the government can control how you do business and circumstances. Cynically, when people say, well, Meta has a bunch of our data, YouTube has a bunch of our data. Right, well, the government can leverage some amount of control over Google, over Meta. We've seen Zuckerberg dragged in before Congress and questioned. They can't drag ByteDance into Congress and question them. So does the government care about data privacy? Do they care about ownership? Do they care about control? I think that's open for conversation, but there are some big concerns with security with TikTok and I'm not just a TikTok hater, but when large TikTok creators use it on a phone that is completely clean, that has no other apps on it, that doesn't connect to their home wifi, there's a reason when most industry won't allow TikTok on work phones, there's a reason there's a bunch of lawsuits about what TikTok logs. If you tell TikTok not to grab your contacts, there's a lot of evidence that it still does. If you tell TikTok that you don't want to sell your data, it still discloses it. So there's a a lot there. And lawsuits have alleged for quite a while that TikTok keystroke logs your phone, meaning that if you're texting your mom that there are allegations that the TikTok app can gather that data even if the app's not open, if it's on your phone. So there are some data privacy concerns here. The what about is really the argument I've seen on the Internet. Well, what about Facebook? What about Google? What about. What about. Well, this law is not about them. So we're focused on the one.
Nick
Fascinating, given what you're saying. I mean, why wouldn't ByteDance or TikTok just, you know, raise the, you know, the flag, give up and sell to someone? Because it sounds like they can't do business as is where they're doing. So why not at least try to make some money by selling it?
TJ
The lawyers at the Supreme Court said in their briefing that China has disallowed ByteDance from selling. So they've been told no. And the government lawyer interestingly said, we are now at a game of chicken. Literally said that in front of the Supreme Court. We're at a game of chicken. They have had more than 270 days notice that this was going into effect. This has come up pre 2020because this wandered through the 9th Circuit Courts in California. This has been discussed before. This law was passed at Congress for over three years where they were trying to deal with the data security issues and the keystroke logging and data getting sent back to servers in China to make the algorithm work and to have your information. So for over three years, Congress was going back and forth on this in hearings, trying to come up with a remedy and there was no cooperation there based on the briefings. And so this law was kind of the last resort. And the government has said, we've tried to do this for over four years. We've given them 270 days, they've not done it. We need to let the deadline fall because maybe they'll blink after the deadline comes, maybe they won't. We've been working on this for years. This is not sudden, this is not out of the blue. And that's true. The government's been going after TikTok since before 2020. This is, I think this started in 2018 is when we first started getting rumblings, rumblings of this in Congress. So they said time is time. And I was waiting for her to say around and find out, but that was never going to happen.
Nick
Have you, have you heard of Red Note? A lot of people are speculating or apparently a lot of Americans are already downloading it to replace TikTok in anticipation for TikTok being banned. I checked it out and it looks like RedNote's also owned by the Chinese government. Or again, is that different? Same again. Is it an algorithm thing? What does that look like? And do you anticipate, you know, the people, Americans like finding a replacement like that? And what happens when it's also a Chinese company owned business?
TJ
I think the government will start playing whack a mole with it and start going app after app afterwards because this app, this law, allows for them to go after different apps and I think that they will probably do that. What I'm incredibly frustrated about in all of this is I feel that Congress has not been transparent with all of what their concerns are. And I wish that they would take the approach of let's tell people exactly what's going on here and what the concerns are for data security, safety and privacy versus keeping it mostly secret. A lot of stuff submitted to the court was redacted and private and is above all of our security clearances. But I wish that they would spend a little time sharing all of the concerns on a more broad scale versus just saying, oh well, we're going to shut this down and people are downloading another app that is truly from a data security standpoint, more concerning, I was surprised. I pay pretty close attention to data security issues, data privacy issues because they come up in lawsuits and I'm a nerd and I'm fascinated by it. But I was pretty surprised by some of the things that the government brought up in their brief that wasn't redacted of things that had happened with TikTok, including US journalists being tracked by the Chinese government with data location through the TikTok app because ByteDance gave that information over because the government was trying to figure out, not our government, but the Chinese government was trying to figure out who was talking to these journalists and to shut down those conversations. I paid pretty close attention and I was still like wait, what? So I'm not surprised people aren't allowed to have it on their work phones. I have been one of those parents that does not allow tick tock on my kids phones. I don't use tick tock regularly. I don't. I also have it on a clean, clean phone. I do not allow it to attach to my IP address and my wi fi at home. It's on a completely separate phone number, completely separate account.
Nick
I also have a Emily I feel like I've been changing in front of my neighbors with the doors open for.
Molly
The past three years right now I had no idea.
Natalie
If I delete it right now, do they still have access to my information? Like if it's off my phone apps.
TJ
Deleted, it should not going forward it should not. When I took TikTok off my main phone I did get a new phone but I'm also crazy in that way. But it should not still have access to your phone. I think most data privacy experts would say a hard reset is probably what's what's needed. But a lot of us aren't the target according to the government. The government's concern is not for all of us. The government's concern are about truly your kids and my kids. If my 12 year old had the TikTok app, which he doesn't and was texting me from my home address, if he ever became a member of government or military, China would know who his friends are, who his parents are, where his parents live. All the information that when people go into higher levels of government and military can get scrubbed wouldn't be scrubbed because they collected that data when he was a kid so they know where his childhood home is, what schools he went to, what video videos he liked, what DMS he sent, what text Messages he, he sent to me, who I am, where I live, what I do. So the bigger concern, the government has stated, is tracking information on those that will become members of our armed forces and our government and how much information they will have on them before they were aware that that was information to keep private. And especially with the keystroke logging. Could TikTok see your DMs on Instagram? They allege yes. Could TikTok see your text messages? They allege yes. And are they keeping large maps of who we're all connected to? Yes. That's what the government says, whether people believe the government or not. I wish the government would be more transparent about it, but I also think the government's trying to limit what they know that we know, that they know that we know. So that makes it hard.
Nick
Assuming because this sounds like this is moving forward, who benefits and what. In just in your opinion, who you know, where do you think users will start turning to?
TJ
I worry for all the creators and, and so many creators that grew during the pandemic on TikTok and have found it harder to grow on other platforms. I understand it having a massive following on TikTok doesn't mean you'll have a massive following on, on YouTube. I'm not surprised that both YouTube, much to my regular complaint, and Instagram have leaned into their shorter form vertical video content because I think both companies are hoping that the TikTokers will migrate there and that everyone that's large on TikTok will be like, hey, go follow my YouTube. But I think we'll see disbursement between threaded apps like Threads, Blue Sky, Twitter. And Twitter is paying people for video whether they want to be there or not. But I also think we'll see people going to platforms like YouTube, which algorithm is very different to Instagram, and I'm sure something else will spring up or TikTok will eventually sell and create a new algorithm for the US Market and it will be a completely different app, but people will use that. So I also have concerns for everyone that's built their business and their following on TikTok and is now somewhat panicked about where to go. Though these rumblings have been there, I think people thought the government really wouldn't do it. And I'm not surprised that Americans are like, wait, our government does stuff like that. Doesn't shock me that that's the overarching feeling that our government gets nothing done until it's getting rid of TikTok. I, I understand why people feel that way.
Nick
That's crazy. Thank you for all that information. Moving on. I know there's been some kind of breakthroughs and updates with the didd. Can you update on anything that you've learned recently that that's changed?
TJ
Oh, you're gonna. You're gonna love this. Have you seen the Diddy filed motions yesterday to undo some of the protective orders over videos of his victims?
Nick
Yep.
Garcelle
Yes.
Nick
Something. Can you educate our audience? I've seen something to the effect, but I. Yeah.
TJ
So currently there's a protective order in the Sean Combs criminal case with the US and we are just talking about the criminal case. Not everything going on in Australia, the civil cases. There's a protective order regarding the evidence in this case, including videos that the government says are videos of the quote, unquote, freak offs that have been described by the government in detail as being part of the trafficking scheme that he is being charged with. In cases where there are sensitive video, whether that video involves minors or not, it's not unusual that prosecutors will not have that video video on their work computers, nor will they turn it over to the defense. That's normally held by law enforcement. And if you want to review the video, you have to go to the. Wherever the station is, sit down with law enforcement and review the video on those computers with law enforcement there. Those videos are not just handed out like other discovery. They're not put in discovery portals. Diddy's lawyers are arguing that these videos show. These are. These are Diddy's lawyers arguments that these videos show consensual encounters, that they show that victim one is in charge and enjoying herself. They put that in their motion. And that because these videos are consensual encounters and are rating material, that the government should be required to turn those over to the defense because the defense wants. Wants to digitally enhance the audio, digitally enhance the video, examine the metadata, have experts review the videos, have witnesses review the videos. And Diddy's lawyers said that the government's failing to turn over these videos shows that the government is sexist. Their words, paternalistic and puritan. So did Diddy's lawyers argue that the government was kink shot, shaming him? Yes, they did. Did they argue that the government is being sexist because the government does not realize that these videos are of a empowered woman who has agency? Yes, they did. So they argued that Diddy's a feminist at the end of the day and that women have agency.
Nick
That's crazy. Very similar to the. Also, I don't know if you've also kept up with the Justin Baldoni and Blake Ly case yesterday, I think something similar were Justin's lawyers. I think they went to Disney and demanded that they preserve footage from the Deadpool movie. Kind of very similar. It seems like they're just trying to turn around the original argument and kind of flip it on their head. I mean, I may. Is this just lawyers being lawyers? But. But, like, I guess, you know, how do you see it? And I guess, am I even properly articulating, you know, what's going on on that case?
TJ
You are articulating it very well. The lawyers are lawyering, which is their job. And it is hard for me in the Diddy case sometimes to separate my own feelings about the case with the lawyers are lawyering, because sometimes the arguments are so wild. You're just like, oh, I got to take a deep breath on that one. But with the preservation notice, this is incredibly common. It happens in a lot of cases. Hey, we think there might be something there. You're on notice to preserve all this stuff. I call it colloquially when I stream about this, the don't delete your shit notice. It's, hey, we might be subpoenaing you or we might sue you. Delete any of this shit relating to all of this. Hold on to it. Preservation notices are a regular and common practice. The fact that it seems to have been given to Variety is interesting because Variety reviewed it. The somebody gave it to Variety. I cynically don't think it was Disney that did it. But it's always funny to me when you see lawyers saying, how dare you give this complaint that would not be public to the New York Times. I'm going to go ahead and give this demand letter to Variety. It's same same. So are the lawyers lawyering? Yes. Does this mean Disney's gonna get sued? Not necessarily. Do lawyers often go after the deepest pockets they can find? Yes. That's where the money is. These right now are all civil. So the remedy in civil is money. We're not talking about, like, the Diddy case, a criminal case. So could Disney get looped into all of this? We'll see. But that becomes very expensive if you. If you are on the Baldoni, which Wayfarer side, strategizing this. Fighting the PR team is one thing. Fighting Blake Lively, if they sue her directly is another. Fighting the New York Times is another. You start bringing Disney into it, you're now fighting a war on, like five fronts, and that can exhaust your resources incredibly quickly. All of this is multi million dollars of litigation. So strategically, does leaking the demand Letter put pressure on maybe on Disney. Who knows? Are they trying to roundabout pressure? Sony, who knows? But demand letters are common. Doesn't mean Disney will get sued. We'll see. Would suing Disney at this point benefit them? I. I don't. I don't think so. But they think that what nice pool Was making fun of Justin Baldoni because he identifies as a feminist. Well, I guess Diddy does too, now.
Natalie
So it was making fun of Diddy. It wasn't Justin. It was Diddy.
Nick
Yeah, well, I mean, the way I kind of almost just blame Diddy.
Natalie
Yeah. Yeah.
Nick
It seems. Yeah. Just to me, it seems like Justin's lawyer is really just trying to fight this case in the court of public opinion, and they're just trying to basically antagonize his followers to, you know, give them more arguments to, you know, harass the people who don't support Justin online. But that's just kind of how I see it.
TJ
But I kind of would, I think to Devil's advocate with you for a minute, I think they would say that Blake Lively did that first by giving the complaint to the New York Times. So I think the lawyers on Baldoni side would say, we're responding to what you did and we have to respond. And so we're going to respond in court and out of court. But lawyers that often deal with the media are going to do things on both fronts, on all sides. Like everyone's team is going to do that.
Nick
Well, Emily, this is a ton of information you gave us. We really appreciate you just setting the record straight.
Natalie
So it's so fun to pick your brain.
TJ
Yeah, it's always great to talk to you guys. And I think there's a lot. There's a lot underneath all of these things that the headlines don't always capture well. And I think there's also a lot of, especially with regard to Tik Tok. I've seen a lot of stress in the unknown of what's going to happen. So I always remind everybody, look, follow your favorites on multiple platforms, no matter what. It helps everybody to grow. And there is a lot of stress around TikTok, but I don't think there's going to be a reprieve on this one. I think it is a. When that deadline hits, there's not much that can happen. And people have asked if it's going to get undone the next day with an incoming administration. And it's not easy for a president to change an act of. Of Congress because this was a bill, bipartisan bill passed by members of Congress. So if it's going to get undone, it's generally going to have to be Congress that undoes it.
Nick
Yeah.
TJ
So.
Nick
And it's.
TJ
But if toxels they can be back in operation.
Nick
So it really seems like something that people just really think is not going to happen. It almost seems like surreal, but it's, it's, it sounds like it really is happening and it'll be interesting to see how things play out.
TJ
It looks like it is going to happen. So I think prepare for it to not happen or prepare for it to happen and then if it doesn't, we'll all be surprised. But we've learned a lot more about TikTok than we knew before all of this. And I think that might also inform how people choose to use the app.
Nick
Or maybe for good. Maybe for good reason. I don't know. There's a. You said a lot of things that I think should give a lot of people pause. So it's very interesting.
TJ
I wish we had more transparency in all of it, really, at the end of the day with all of our apps and maybe if that's what comes out of this, it will be for the best, et cetera. I think we all should understand a bit better what our apps are doing and we should be talking and as.
Nick
New parents and as you mentioned, like, I don't know, when it comes to protecting our kids, it's, it's, I'm always, I always can get behind that, even if, even if it upsets other people. And yeah, it's, it's sometimes scary what kids have access to or who has access to your kids when it comes to these types of technology. Yep.
TJ
And we, that's a whole conversation for another day too. Because some of the worst places for that are roadblocks, which are things that parents of kids and like the 8 and 9 year old range. No, but Roblox has a really open chat feature that allows people to access your kids. It's wild.
Nick
Yeah. Scary stuff. Emily, thank you so much for your time. We appreciate you and we'll talk soon.
TJ
Talk soon.
Nick
All right, thanks so much.
TJ
Thanks everybody.
Nick
Bye.
TJ
Also, I'm loving Traders so much. I love your on Traders. I'm obsessed with traders. I love nothing more than traders.
Nick
Well, if you want to come on and just like not talk the law and talk some traders, let us know.
TJ
Well, let me know. I. Look, I'm a huge fan of Dolores, but I know her and I love her. I love Traitor so much.
Nick
Who, who's your front runner? Give me your early front runner.
TJ
Oh God, I love Boston Rob, but I think he's got a target on his back. I, I love Dolores like as a human, so I'm always rooting for her and I think she's incredibly smart. The gentleman from the reality show that I do not know who's already kind.
Nick
Of clocked Bob the Drag Queen Brother Dylan. Yeah.
TJ
Yes.
Nick
He's my front runner.
TJ
You can watch him learning to play the game in real time and I'm really excited to see how that plays out because I love watching him learn the game where the people who do the. The game type shows already know. So I'm really excited to see more from him. But I will say the Law nerds have been fantasy footballing their Dream Traders cast and you have come up from every single one for Dream Traders cast. Every single lard is like, nick, Dream Traders cast get.
Nick
But I think I'd have a target on my back right away. I don't know. We'll, we'll see. Also, who's going to do the show?
Natalie
Hello?
Nick
Well, I mean now they could do the show. I just. Sorry. Yeah, of course now they could do the show.
TJ
But we only film for like a week.
Nick
No, it's like three or four weeks. But if I get. Yeah, I don't know.
Molly
In Scotland.
Natalie
Cue the, the comments being like, absolutely not. You can't have Natalie.
TJ
A month in Scotland doesn't sound right.
Nick
I don't know. They don't have real bacon.
Natalie
Me and river won't survive.
TJ
That's a very fair point.
Nick
Yes. For bacon they give you ham lunch for breakfast. Is this.
Natalie
I'll be hungry.
Nick
All right, Emily, we'll talk soon.
TJ
We'll talk soon. Bye.
Nick
Interesting stuff.
Molly
I didn't know any of that.
Nick
Do you have it to change your opinion, Mary?
Garcelle
Oh, I thought TikTok Tok should have been banned in general, but just because I think it's rotting people's brains. But now to know the actual legalese behind it. I thought the government was kind of being petty. Petty and annoying.
Molly
But like Mark Zuckerberg was being petty.
Dorit
Yeah.
Garcelle
And my, my whole thing was kind of like the. What about. Like what about Meta. What about Elon Musk? What about all of the United States backed corporations that are selling our information?
Natalie
I definitely would rather have the US have my information than China.
Garcelle
I would rather nobody have our information.
Nick
But I think that's just.
Garcelle
But that's always been. But that's always been my take on it. But to hear like the actual detailed complaint is terrifying. And it just Makes me think about, like, literally having my computer open right now.
Nick
But the key takeaways, if you're following us on Tick Tock, me or the show, just go ahead and follow us on Instagram and YouTube.
Molly
I can delete this up. I would be very happy.
Garcelle
Let Zuck sell your soul.
Nick
There you go. All right.
Natalie
Remember when we were all scared to do the. The fingerprint ID on the iPhone when they had that because everyone was like, you're giving the. The government your. Your DNA or whatever your. Your fingerprint. And now it's like face ID your eye. You know, like, they got my eyeballs.
Nick
They got it all.
Garcelle
Everyone's got it.
Dorit
Whatever.
Molly
There's some.
Natalie
Whatever.
Molly
There's gonna have it.
Nick
All right. Speaking of whatever, Beverly Hills Housewives, I don't. Wait, what?
Molly
There's some breaking news. Breaking news on Salt Lake City Housewives. Jen Shaw's prison sentence reduced again. Now she will be released for Thanksgiving next year. Her new release date is set for November 3, 2026. And she's already initiated.
Nick
Oh, it's set. Yes, it's set. Now we know.
Molly
I mean, it could be reduced again.
Natalie
Had some great behavior.
Sutton
I mean, I heard she was hosting Barbie parties and friends with all the girls.
Garcelle
Jen Shaw is very charming.
Molly
She completed her anger management requirements. She's already initiate her payments towards her 6.5 million in restitution.
Natalie
Okay.
Molly
And I think she's doing positive things in prison, so. Yeah, well, I think it'll be reduced again probably.
Nick
Okay. All right, well, keep watching that. Beverly Hills. What the fuck With Kyle. I mean, what is going on? Is this real? Is this my first question? Is this real?
Natalie
That was crazy of her to be like, it's just memes. It's just jokes. And be like, okay, fine, guys, I'll read you the message. And then being like, I won't ever share anything. You tell me it will always stay.
Sutton
I've never shared.
Natalie
I've never way. We can just keep it memes and jokes. It's like, sorry, you left out a huge part of that conversation.
Nick
First we gotta. We gotta start back from last week when Kyle Andre got into it and Kyle is losing her mind, popping out of her head, yelling at her friend. If that doesn't scream guilty, I don't know what does. I don't know who looked more guilty. Kyle on Beverly Hills or what's her name on Emmy?
Molly
Emmy.
Nick
Oh, that, that, that hyperventilating.
Garcelle
Anytime you have a forehead vein, you're in the wrong.
Natalie
You're going too hard about whatever it is you're trying to, but then.
Nick
But then, like, the double downness, the manipulation. Going over to Bose's house right after surgery, by the way, she's like, yeah, you know what? I know you just had surgery, but let me come over and try to change your mind, because that's more pressing than your healing journey. I love Bo so much. Like, she's so smart and she's so, like, not. Like, she doesn't buy any of this.
Natalie
Dirty of Kyle to bring up the. The meme photo that you don't care.
Nick
About that was so dirty, and then act like you care all of a sudden just because what you. Because she was part of a group hug with your ex husband. And then in the same episode, Kyle admits that if it was someone were talking to my husband, she'd be just as pissed right there. End of conversation. You just acknowledged and empathize with Dorit and said that you would feel exactly how she feels. And yet you still want to convince everyone else that they're wrong and you're right and like to say, I don't think I could ever be friends with Dorit. What the fudge is going on? It seems so out of pocket and so touch. Like, I'm. I'm prepared to believe that it's all an act. Kyle is just taking one for the Beverly Hills housewife team. I don't. I don't know. I just. I don't know, Kyle. I've never met her. I don't doubt that she's set in her ways. I don't doubt that she has a hard time taking accountability and apologizing at this stage in her life. But this is crazy talk. This is giving, like, pick me. This is giving, like, absolutely not a girl's girl. This is crazy behavior.
Molly
I'm going to show up to your bedside to prove to you that you should have my side. Because heaven forbid you pick up the information that the other women have said in public. When she pulled up to her house after that, I just sat in bed and I go, are you fucking kidding? Like, we couldn't wait a couple days to have this conversation?
Natalie
Yeah. Being like five hours later, Kyle. I'm like, kyle, Kyle. Showing up out of everybody.
Dorit
Okay.
Garcelle
I guess Rose and the editors clocking her immediately, though, was really, really funny.
Natalie
Why everyone has an issue with taking their shoes off is, like, beyond me. Like, these are all some nasty ass bitches. They want to walk through this woman's house with their dirty shoes on.
Nick
I mean, I'll walk with my shoes. I'll keep My shoes on. But if someone asks me, I'm like, oh, my God, So sorry. So sorry.
Natalie
That is when I enter someone's house, I'm like, do you want me take my shoes off? It's a question. It's a question before I walk through the threshold.
Molly
And they're also like. It goes with the outfit. You're coming to sit on my couch, my girl. You don't need your shoes for this.
Natalie
Camera's not even on the shoes.
Molly
Absolutely.
Natalie
We're doing waist up shots.
Nick
At first I was mad that, like, why. Why are we uninviting the drama to Chuck E. Cheese? Were you seen, Justin?
Sutton
I felt so seen. I was like, Garcelle, Sutton and Chuck E. Cheese.
Nick
For those of you don't know, Justin weirdly thinks Chuck E. Cheese is good pizza.
Sutton
The best pizza.
Garcelle
It's so good.
Nick
How would you rate fast food pizza?
Sutton
I don't think it's fast food pizza.
Natalie
Like, in general or like, like gourmet pizza? What's the best?
Sutton
That's not gourmet.
Nick
As opposed to what? Like.
Sutton
Well, I've said it's best food. I've said it before.
Nick
Pizza, Domino's, Papa John's.
Sutton
Pizza in general is a nasty food. So if I'm gonn going to get the nastiest pizza.
Natalie
Yeah, Pizza Hut is great.
Molly
I like Pizza Hut.
Nick
If I had to pick, I'd pick Domino's. And obviously I would never eat such disgusting food at this stage in my life. I do think Papa John's is the most disgusting one out of all of them. Oh, my God.
Sutton
Papa John.
Nick
I haven't had Chuck E. Cheese pizza in some time, but I'm willing to bet it's better than Papa John justice for Little Caesars.
Sutton
I currently have a cart loading if you want to hop on.
Molly
He wants to order a pizza pizza.
Nick
Can you order it? Justin, you have Chuck Chuck E. Cheese coming right now.
Sutton
Well, I haven't placed the order, but it's a bogo deal this week, so place the order.
Molly
We said yes. Can you get it, please?
Garcelle
Only if somebody accuses me of being a lesbian while we're eating it.
Molly
Garcelle really did compete for, like you were saying, like, Garcelle, step up your game.
Natalie
And I was like, I don't.
Nick
I don't care who Kyle's anymore.
Natalie
I don't either.
Molly
Nobody does.
Nick
I don't care.
Natalie
Just give it up. At this point, who gives a Doesn't.
Nick
Want to talk about it or she does? I didn't go.
Natalie
But also, Sutton sitting at after tennis and being like, the infidelity. The infidelity. Well, you had infidelity.
Sutton
No, she's like, what infidelity?
Molly
I genuinely.
Natalie
Huh. Like, the silence at that table that was, like, so awkward. And Sutton being like, things just slip out of my mouth. I don't know how that happened.
Garcelle
Garcelle said this is definitely the unspoken thing that nobody brings up.
TJ
No.
Natalie
Well, she did bring it up last season.
Molly
Mauricio.
Sutton
She's brought it up in the past.
Molly
Even, like, Lisa Vanderpump has brought it up in past. Things like, Mauricio has been accused of infidelity throughout this season. But it is of those things where I'm like, we literally watched something where I don't think Kyle thought that this was gonna stay in the episode because it's like, you're watching her strong arm or like. Like, strong. Whatever the fucking thing is, where she's not acknowledging. It's just like, what are you. What are you talking about? Like, move on. And then carried on with the next topic where I think she thought that that would have been cut. But I feel like that's how those conversations go, because Kyle is the queen of Beverly Hills. You do not cross me. If I don't want to acknowledge it.
Nick
Not anymore, I don't. How do. Am I. Do I. I was triggered by Kyle's behavior.
Molly
Me too.
Nick
Is the rest of Bravo Nation feeling the way we're. Is Kyle's. Are Kyle Stan still standing?
Molly
Of course.
Natalie
I'll always love Kyle. I. She's an og. I don't know how.
Nick
I'm just shocked by her behavior. I'm like, a disappointed parent, and I'm.
Molly
Not surprised at all because I was like, huh, Here we go.
Natalie
Yeah. No, it was definitely like, I think it's Kyle just playing in and being a housewife, and I think she was trying to accuse Dorit of doing that by being like, you know, this relationship. And now you're just all of a sudden trying to, like, be mad at me, to like, have this storyline and to make these other women, like, turn against me, when in reality, I think it's like, well, now me and PK Are separating. Now I'm not comfortable with you texting my ex, but, like, especially while we're.
Molly
Not on good terms, the simple fact.
Nick
That Kyle is even trying to argue this, even if. Even if it was only memes, the only appropriate response to someone, especially if you can, like, the whole, like, are you. The whole girls, girl, guys, guy argument, like, it's real simple. Does this make you uncomfortable? Yes. Okay. I'll stop. That's it. That's all. The end of conversation. It's her husband, separated or not. She gets to decide what her comfort level is with her friends, engaging with her partner. And she doesn't have to be rational. She doesn't even have to make sense. She just gets to say, this makes me feel uncomfortable, and everyone just should shut the fuck up. The fact that Kyle is, like, fighting this fight is just bonkers. And the way she's fighting it is. I don't mean to, like, overdo it, but it was like, she'll. She's. She'll do anything.
Molly
Kyle met Peter Dorit. So it's like, why are you acting like this is your close friend when Dorit was your friend?
Natalie
And telling him that you will never share, you have never. You will never share what is spoken between the two of you.
Nick
That means PK's talking some shit.
Molly
People can call Dorit whatever they want or like that. She's not very smart, but even clocking the fact that she was like, why wouldn't you just read the text message? Like, if it wasn't a deal? You're making it out like it's memes. It's memes. You don't need to see anything. She's like, well, why wouldn't you just show me if it wasn't something to hide? I would do the exact same thing. If my girlfriend was like, you talking to my husband makes me feel uncomfortable. But read the text messages, scroll through. If anything. Anything comes out of, like, seems out of pocket, let me know. I will never say something like that again. Like, that's a good friend.
Nick
Why do people criticize dumb people? As if it's like a decision.
Molly
You know, that's funny. That is a. That is a tagline right there.
Garcelle
That's the quote for the episode in the copy.
Nick
But I'm not. Again, like, I don't even want to stand up for Tom Sandoval here, but if he is, in fact, not as smart as other people, like, I'm sure he wish he was, you know, like, true. Like, sometimes if you're just. You know what they say about stupid people? It's just like, it's. What do they say?
Molly
What do they say.
Sutton
Them?
Natalie
Why are you looking at Justin?
Nick
Well, it's like, you know, it's the same as being dead. You know, you don't know that you're stupid, just like you don't know that you're dead. It's as painful for everyone else, but it's also not your Fault.
Natalie
It's also just like the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top.
Nick
Yeah, I mean, like, can we show a little grace? And I'm. I am not saying to re. I don't know Dorit, but, like. Like, I feel like your cells always, like, coming at her or just even Sutton and a lot it always. It always felt like Dorit should know better or she's not. I don't know. It just felt a little.
Dorit
The.
Nick
I kind of feel like the bullier.
Molly
Well, that's what I love about Bose too. And I think it's so funny because she is unproblematic, but she can also shut down. Like, I. I feel like Garcelle wanted to talk shit about Dorit being like. She talks so much and she's like. And she's like, okay, let's change the subject. You're not on my page. But Bose is like the neutral Switzerland. Like, a real one, though, that is like, I'm not attacking you and I'm not going to bat for Dorit, but at the same time, you're saying things where this woman is hurt. She's healing. Why are you trying to kick her while she's down?
Nick
It's because Bose isn't threatened. Bose knows she's smart. Bose knows she's sophisticated and super intelligent. And, like, she doesn't need to prove that by, like, explaining things to Dorit and trying to make Dorit feel stupid like all these other women often do. They read a book and then they go and been like, well, do you know, like this. It's like, I don't know.
Molly
It just let me know everything that you do. And then they're like, the one woman that, like, they think is so cool is friends with Dorit. And they're like, why it bothers them so badly. And it's like, she. She's not up Dorit's. She's the new girl, she said is.
Garcelle
An embryo of your coochie.
Molly
Like, and even then, I love that her cut to is like, that was so juvenile. Like, what is the point of making these statements about my friendship with Dorit? Either make an effort with me, but coming at me to be like, don't be friends with Dorit. It's a weird stance at 40, 50 years old.
Nick
What also I love is that even though she's the new girl, with Kyle being like the queen of Beverly Hills, the fact that Kyle feels the need to go to Bose's house to get Bose on her sides, like, she shows the power that Boaz has Because of her independence and the fact that she doesn't give a hell. Yeah. Like she, you know, she may be new, but she has like made her power like known. And her power comes from the fact that like she knows that like she can set a boundary. She's not intimidated, she's not a follower. She doesn't feel the need to like fit in and like make sure that she is welcomed by these people. She's just like, she shows up as she is and she's very comfortable with it and like Kyle can feel that, which is why Kyle goes to her place. Also, wasn't it like kind of really sad? Sad? Not even kind of super sad to see Bose's beautiful house and now that we know that, sadly it burned and it no longer exists to like, you know that it was a. It's really sad.
Natalie
But at least she has like lasting footage of, of what she created.
Nick
Would that. I don't know. How would you feel about that? I don't know. I don't know if that'd be harder or worse or. I don't know. It's sad.
Natalie
You know, you could at some point be like, oh look, this was my house.
Sutton
I'm sure production would give her like unfiltered media if she wanted it.
Nick
Also props. Did we, did we get an update on. I'm not sure. I'm not. Wasn't really familiar what type of procedure she had, but she mentioned fibroids removed.
Natalie
Right.
Molly
10 or 11.
Nick
Did we find out if she is going to be able to conceive if she decides she wants to move forward with that? My mom had my youngest sibling at 47.
Molly
Oh wow.
Nick
Yeah. I'm just saying there's a chance.
Natalie
Should we jump ship to Southern hospitality because what the is going on with Emmy? Is she okay? Pulse check.
Molly
That was speaking of a speaker and.
Natalie
That was the most. Oh my God.
Nick
I believe that's what she was doing.
Garcelle
Yeah, that is exactly.
Natalie
That was literally the most performing performance I've ever seen in my entire life.
Nick
She's also guilty. Her boyfriend was like, yeah, well did.
Molly
You doing that Will is the worst this time.
Garcelle
That was crazy.
Nick
By worst you mean. I kind of appreciated it.
Molly
I don't care about the coming for. It's just like the fact that your. Your girlfriend is having a full on breakdown at work and you're just sitting there sipping a high noon, being like.
Natalie
I know I can't go to the back cuz I don't work. Yes you can. Yes you can.
Molly
You're on the show. If you have a camera on you. You can walk into the back.
Nick
I don't know. He's probably seen this type of irrational, like, performative outburst.
Natalie
I won't allow you to defend Will. This man is so terrible.
Nick
I don't know anything about him. This is my first. My first time meeting him was when she was having a hyperventilation moment.
Natalie
Episode 1.
Molly
The first episode where he was talking about her body.
Garcelle
She's boring, she's anorexic, she's no fun.
Molly
Oh, and that's what.
Nick
That's what he said about his girlfriend.
Molly
That's what he supposedly said at the bar after her breakdown. At the end of the episode, they were like, yeah, he was just drunk and talking shit about her and said, what did he say?
Garcelle
She's boring, she's anorexic, she's no fun. Which is insane to say about anyone.
Natalie
Anyone, let alone your girlfriend.
Dorit
Livid, the woman you love.
Natalie
But also like Siobhan, the girl who brought this issue up with Emi, being like, this is what the rest of the girls think. What a bizarre thing to just think of anyone being like, she said she had store credit and then were like giving her money for the. Like, you think she's. That was just like a weird assumption anyways, you know, to make up about someone is like, she posted about having store creditors mentioned she had store credit at a store. Like, if I'm being like, hey, everyone, I'm going to buy us T shirts from this store. Like, send me your money. And I bought a bunch of T shirts from the store. And then the store is like, oh my God, girl, we love to like, we love seeing like, here's some store credit. You think I'm going to continue buying stuff for other people. People and then pocket. Like, that's just a weird way to go around things.
Sutton
So you believe her or. No, because I believed her.
Natalie
I believe that that's probably something she did not do. Although her reaction was so bizarre that it was like, this is a nothing. I mean, like, you would just be like, no, I'm not stealing.
Nick
My oldest used to sell Mary Kay's like, beauty products.
Sutton
Mlm.
Nick
Yeah. And then like every Christmas she'd be like, so mom really wants makeup for Christmas. And then she would like, I'll, I'll get it. And then she would profit off of us.
Natalie
Your sister.
Nick
Yeah.
Natalie
Was the type.
Nick
Yeah, she would take the commission. Let's be clear. I mean that. Yeah, she would.
Natalie
The commission.
Molly
And she.
Nick
She did not get the free makeup. I mean, she had to sell the Makeup is like, I don't know. But she definitely made a commission off of us. And, yeah, it was some shady shit. It caused some family drama.
Sutton
So you think.
Natalie
I mean, I honestly think Emmy had to have been more upset about Will in front of Siobhan. And Michael's being like, well, are you pocketing the money if there's an issue? And Nick isn't like, she would never do that. If he's like, wait, well, did you like what? You're going to ask me that?
Nick
Qu.
Natalie
Like, ask me at home later tonight if you, like, you think I really did it, but in front of all these people, have my back and be like, absolutely not. She would never do this.
Molly
He didn't even give her, like, a pat on the head. Just like, he was like, from five feet away, like, did you do it?
Natalie
And then he was like, I'm going to go.
Nick
He just thought she was capable of anything that she was accused of 100%.
Molly
Where it's like, to go to your sentiment at the beginning of the episode. Have your partners back.
Nick
Yeah, I. Kennedy made an appearance as the mentor of Maddie. Yeah. I wish they would have edited him out if I'm just.
Natalie
That was her being like, he's my mentor. I'm like, girl, pick a new one.
Garcelle
I will say female dj, much cooler than male dj in my eyes. I can support female reality TV for sure.
Natalie
Maddie's definitely my favorite.
Garcelle
She seems really, really cool.
Nick
I mean, that recording session was.
Natalie
The Grace Lily bit was hard to watch. I'll be honest. Didn't love the song. No. Maybe with the beat behind it.
Nick
I loved her confidence.
Molly
Auto tune.
Natalie
It could be fun, but love the confidence. The men in the room were kind of like, all right, I think we're done here. Yeah.
Nick
The men in the room look like guys who got into music just so they can meet chicks.
Natalie
The one sitting on the couch barefoot, was that. That was.
Molly
Is this legit, legitimate operation?
Nick
It seemed very jump scare.
Natalie
I was like, I don't need to see this man's toes.
Molly
It was kind of reminding me of, like, early seasons of Vanderpump, when Sheena would record songs. And he's like, make it sound like more like a porn star or something. And, like, you're just like, is this real direction for, like, for you? Part of the Academy?
Natalie
Do you know what you're doing?
Molly
I'm just not trusting this right now.
Nick
I will say, as someone who just started watching this show, it's like, you watch it, it's like, this is kind of stupid and dumb. But you're like. You keep watching it. And then as much as the hyperventilation was great, crazy, you're kind of like, this is wild and awesome.
Molly
I need the chaos.
Nick
Also, isn't Molly Moore kind of giving, like. Kind of Kayla.
Molly
Kayla.
Nick
Okay, yes, she's giving Kayla.
Natalie
She does give Kaylor, even in that.
Nick
She really gives Kayla in that photo.
Natalie
But also for them to be like, she was talking to all these NFL players, and she's like, NBA players.
Garcelle
First of all, it is a distinction.
Molly
Get it right.
Garcelle
She was like, they were tall.
Nick
Their distinction is they were lanky.
Garcelle
They were tall.
Nick
Their only distinction is they have guaranteed contracts.
Molly
Yeah.
Nick
Post the NFL. That does not.
Natalie
She's like, and what's my background? Who's on my background? It's Will. So never cheated.
Molly
I was like, mine's my dog. What does that mean?
Garcelle
Also, TJ spreading rumors that Joe Bradley was gay.
Natalie
I told you all, I don't like him from the start, but he gives me bad vibes.
Sutton
TJ or Joe Bradley?
Molly
Tj.
Sutton
I hate to say it. TJ Backtracking and telling Michaels that he likes him. I was like, okay, now. Now we're actually playing Emotion.
Nick
TJ does look dirty. He. He. He. He seems untrustworthy.
Sutton
But I like the show because of him.
Dorit
Yeah, I'm watching.
Natalie
Yeah.
Nick
I mean, again, we love the Toxic people.
Sutton
Yeah.
Nick
Short of them being actually physically abusive.
Molly
Facts, the mouth of the South.
Nick

There's a lot of decisions you have to make when you have a baby, and the one that I feel the most comfortable and safe making is using Huggies for our daughter, River. I always tell Nick that when River's crying. She's trying to tell us something. And that's the case with most babies. They express it through cries. And so we've turned to Huggies. The new Huggies Skin Essentials are here.
Nick
The whole diaper helps protect against the top two causes of rash by managing moisture, moisture and running mess. The liner gives you the barrier to help absorb moisture and lock away runny mess from baby skin. Pull Up Skin Essentials has your big kid covered too with a training pant that is ultra soft and breathable to help protect sensitive skin through potty training.

Natalie: "I think there's some gas in it. Like, can you bring that? It should be enough to just, like, get me to the closest gas station. I'm with River."
The situation escalates humorously as Nick attempts to transfer the gas can while managing River, culminating in a minor car leak and the involvement of a helpful homeless man. Nick reflects on the incident at [08:50]:

At [90:09], Emily explains the specific law targeting foreign adversary-owned applications:
Emily D Baker: "Protecting Americans from foreign adversary-owned applications is the core of the issue. The first app being targeted under this is TikTok."
She delves into the ramifications of this law, emphasizing that even if TikTok is sold to a U.S.-based company, the algorithm integral to its operation poses significant challenges:
Emily D Baker: "If TikTok divests from ByteDance, they will be allowed to be back in operation in the U.S., but they will have to use a completely different algorithm."
Emily also highlights the broader implications for data privacy and national security, urging listeners to be aware of how such regulations could affect other applications in the future.
The conversation shifts towards the latest happenings in the reality TV sphere, particularly focusing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) and a startling incident involving Brad Pitt. At [30:52], Garcelle summarizes an RHOBH drama where Jenna Lyons shares an email revealing a catfish incident:
Garcelle: "Brad Pitt has an imposter and he catfished a woman out of $800,000. And honestly, this man looks more like Brad Pitt."
The hosts dissect the situation, debating whether it’s a simple catfishing case or something more orchestrated. Nick voices skepticism at [31:01]:
Nick: "I don’t like this headline because I think it’s just photoshopped. I think it’s just a straight-up catfish situation."
Further discussions at [113:37] touch on similar impersonation stories involving celebrities like Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande, reinforcing the episode’s theme of deception and identity in the digital age.
