It was kind of shocking just how beautifully timed up because obviously that show moved so fast. They couldn't possibly have timed it or know that Jeremiah and Huda were gonna break up or that Huda would have been, like, just kind of like Huda Hurricane making everything about her and then finally bring in someone like Megan Thee Stallion, to, like, no one gave a fuck about anything else in that moment. And, like, it honestly, like, saved the villa for, like, a split second.

It really did. Everyone was, like, happy, and Larry was.

It was very unpredictable. And I would sometimes go then, then there was a Gelsons that had it. Sometimes the air one sometimes had it. But there wasn't anything very good, you know. And so I have figured it out now because now we're remodeling the lake house and they certainly don't have a whole foods at the lake house.

And I, I, I need to have freshly squeezed orange juice every day. It like, it, it's the thing that makes me the happiest.

But did you, did you ever strain it and like put, put it through like a.

No, I did. And like still not as good. Yeah, it was like a whole process. So then I got the handheld thing. Absolutely game changing. The orange juice is elite.

I, I have some in the fridge. I made a whole, I got a glass, I got a glass container. It's, it's never, it's, it's, it makes me so happy.

So. Yeah, there's. I've ruined shrimp restaurant shrimp. I used to always think that you can only go and get like a good shrimp cocktail at a restaurant because like before that, like you'd have like a dinner party or something and then someone bring a shrimp cocktail and it'd be like a bunch of shrimp that's sitting out forever and it's just like kind of soggy and little and like this is disgusting. And then you go to a restaurant and then you'd bring out the rest. Shrimp cocktail. No. It's so easy to do.

You said that you boiled it, right?

[Nick Viall]

Yeah, it's real simple. You go to go to a nice grocery store, fresh market, whole foods, whatever. Get the pre peeled. So they take the poop out.

[Victoria Fuller]

Yeah, yeah, I don't want that poop out.

And then so you just take the skin off. Real simple. You boil some water, you put maybe crush some garlic and onions. You don't. Whatever. Just boil water. When it's boiling, turn the water off, put the shrimp in.

Okay.

Six minutes later, done.

[Steve]

Turn the water off or turn the stove off?

And then the water will stop boiling.

Take the shrimp out. In the meantime, get a bowl of ice, put the shrimp, rinse it out, put it in the. Put it in some ice. Ice water. Cold freezing water. Then I take the water out and then I put the shrimp in the freezer. And you have to. You eat it right before it's like not frozen yet, but like stiff.

I feel like Taylor had more time. You know, they starting five, they had more time. I didn't have much time to work with, but, you know, I'm coming in there just being myself. And at the end of the day, I was just being myself, like, just, hey, I'm jb. You know, I'm from this place, that place. I thought we had something in common, but, you know, unfortunately, she had a better connection with Taylor, so I wish them. Wish them two the best.

So I knew it was going to be Taylor at the end of the day, so I was kind of like, okay. I mean, it was either me or him at the end of the day. So I was. I mean, like, it was like, okay. She. She. She. She got a better connection with Taylor.

Yeah. What do you do before you showed up at Love Island? You. You're a trucker?

So, like, credit to you, man. Like, but how did you get discovered, and how did you end up, you know, being a trucker and end up on Love Island?

Oh, so I'm going to say it. Shout out to Nishay, one of the producers on Love Island. She found me on ig and we kind of went from there, man, because I was shocked. I thought it was a scam. Or some, like, some type of thing. So I didn't know it was for sure until I did some research on the Shay. I'm like, oh, shit. It might be. Might be real. You know what I'm saying? So Nishay found me on social media, and I don't know how, but just went with it.

Well, the rest is history. And so it's true that you had to get a passport. This is your first passport, or you got your passport just to go to Love Island?

[Phaedra Parks]

Yeah, I got my passport just to go to Love. I'd never been outside the country. Never.

Are you gonna start using this passport now that you have one?

Definitely. Definitely. I gotta travel some more, man. It just. Fiji opened up my eyes, you know, it's more out there other than, you know, farmland, just, you know, just land and trail rides, all type of stuff.

And I want to say, I want to thank them, man. Like, it's really a dream come true. I never would have thought that. Hey, man, me coming off of two episodes. Three episodes. A lot of the fans reactions and kind of what we all thought was, it really seemed like for whatever reason, like, Ace seems to be kind of like the leader of the pack. He has a lot of opinions about a lot of people. He kind of seems to talk shit about people behind people's back. And for whatever reason, he always seemed to kind of like, have an issue with the way that Jeremiah was moving. And a lot of people are blaming Ace for ultimately the men's decision to send Jeremiah home. You were around these guys for a few days. Like, how did you see the dynamic of that group? Is Ace kind of the ringleader of. Of like, between Nick and Taylor. Or is that maybe an inaccurate perspective that people are just, like, coming up with on their own?

I think people just coming up with that on their own, you know, they just see more camera time, I guess, on Ace, I mean, and they see Ace just, you know, being Ace. You know what I'm saying? So I just think people got their own opinions about things. But me personally, I feel like it wasn't on ringleader. It wasn't no pack leader. All the guys did what they wanted to do, and that's it.

Okay, why do you feel like they came up with the decision to send Jeremiah home? If you had to guess, I don't.

Jeremiah's just been trying to be in with them this whole time, and he can't do anything right. Like, he cuts himself off with Huda. That's not right. Even though Taylor did the same thing with Alandria and Nick did the same thing with Sierra, and Ace did the same thing with Shelly, if we're being real.

And then he cuts himself off from Huda, but he didn't do it properly. So then they're all upset with him for that, and now he finally has a connection with someone else, and they're mad at him for locking in too quickly with her. Like, what can. What is he.

Yeah, I. I com. I completely agree. Except that. Do you think Nick is. Is more outspoken than we realize and just maybe it's just not being aired as much?

I don't know. I was upset that they didn't really air that conversation to begin with because I would love to know. I. I understand why how the guys got to Jeremiah because, like, Taylor kind of explained based on what America saw.

Yeah. But it was. That didn't show. Know any of those conversations of how they came.

How did the girls get to Hannah? Like, why did the girls choose Hannah? Like, Iris doesn't have a real connection. Like, she's going for TJ because he's kind of like, same with Amaya. Amaya. And. And like Amaya, I love Amaya and I'm glad that she's staying because I think she's fun. But like, her and Austin, it's not a relationship. So, like, either one of them should. Like, Hannah has one of the strongest connections in the villa, and the only thing that I can think of as the reason why they would send her home is because Huda wants to go for Pepe.

That's gotta be it. But it's like, I thought they didn't fuck with Huda, right? And now it turns out that they do. I'm. It's just like, kind of confusing. And also, like, Hannah got so over by Huda and then just to get sent home, like, she was just trying to be a good friend.

And what I. What I hate the most is Huda being like, I love you, baby. Like, we love you, we love you. And I. I loved that Hannah was just like, no, this is like, I'm having a hard time talking to the people who just vot. Like, yeah, like, you're gonna pretend to be all like, buddy, buddy. Like, no, you just voted me out of the villa for no reason because I have a connection. Like, it would be one thing if I didn't have a connection and I. Okay, I understand, but, like, what the fudge? Yeah, I'm heated.

I mean, do you think it's because Hannah was a bombshell and Huddle wasn't.

[Marisol Patton]

But there's just like, no real connections going on. Like, I'm not rooting for any of these couples. And I'm not saying that if Hannah stayed, I would have been rooting for her and Pepe, but at the same time, it's like, yeah, we're getting rid of the two people that actually have connections. And then it's just like, I'm not rooting for anybody else in this house.

That's why I was like, casa.

I'm like, casa is going to be a mess because everybody's single.

The only person I was rooting for was Sierra and Nick. And then Nick is just being like, well, the day after they have sex, he's like, I want to be open. Like, of course that's going to fuck with her.

But do we also think that, like, we want to get Jeremiah out because all the guys want to get with Adriana?

I think that they wanted Jeremiah out because Nick is feeling Andrina and so.

Is Ace, and so, like, all of the guys are feeling her.

Jeremiah is not a follower. He did his own thing. He's clearly, like the best looking guy in the villa and he clearly, like, basically got dibs. Like, all the women came in immediately interested in Jeremiah, whether they ended up, like, staying interested or not. Like, I think all the guys noticed. And that's the thing. Jeremiah was able to, like, have this intense relationship with Huda and then find a quick connection. Like his. His ability to move on, I think was threatening to the other guys. And the fact that he, like, kind of did his own thing, whether it's Ace, like, leading the pact with, like, Taylor and Nick, or it's just like the three of them all kind of just, like, kind of talking shit and just kind of being their kind of this little clicky group that kind of, like, loves to, like, you know, it's us three and everyone else type of thing and act like they're those three are, like, the alphas. And I also feel like I said this to Victoria and Natalie. I feel like Nick, Ace, and Taylor being, quote, unquote, saved. I feel like they owe their women a thank you because I feel like they got saved based off of being in the relationships with the most popular, popular women in the villa.

Yes.

You know what I'm saying? I feel like. I don't feel like Jeremiah not being saved is a. Is a reflection of, like, America not liking him. I think it was more like a forgotten vote, you know what I'm saying? It wasn't like, there were no reasons for people to be like, let's save Jeremiah. Like, Huda, for example. Like, as many people who, like, wanted to see her go. There are plenty of people out there.

Who, like, there was a movement.

[Nick Viall]

Yeah, there was, like, a movement for Huda. Like, let's protect Huda. Because knowing that Hilda had a lot of, like, haters, there were a lot of people who responded to her haters or Jeremiah's more neutral. You know what I'm saying? And him being more neutral, like, there weren't people going out there, like, trying to save Jeremiah and he got screwed over from it.

Yeah. No. Shelly, Alandria, and Sierra are the closest thing to, like, the new PPG that we have of the season. And America loves the three of them. And so their men were saved.

Yeah. My. My biggest beef of the season is with Taylor. You're with Alandria, and you are not just like. Like, whatever you want.

[Nick Viall]

Yeah.

[Ariana Maddox]

You know what I mean? Like, the way. And I understand maybe he's a little reserved and, like, she's a little reserved, and they're taking things slow. But at this point, once Megan the Stallion comes in and hypes up your girl like that, you need to know that you have to do the work. You have to put in the goddamn work to keep this woman after that because she is better than you.

If Taylor gets with someone at Casa, like, he's the biggest idiot in the world.

Alandra is literally one of the most beautiful women.

One of the most outrageous things I find on the Internet, of many things on the Internet, and it's kind of funny, is the amount of, like, average to ugly looking people judging hot people online. Yeah, it's the most hilarious thing, like the way that the confidence of these, like, Internet trolls talking about how these people are ugly, when then you go on their page and you're like, you're. You're judging someone. That being said, it just seems like the women who are currently in the villa are just dynamite and they're bringing in people for CASA who just don't, at least based off the pictures, don't appear to be in the same league.

[Ariana Maddox]

I mean, that does kind of reflect real life, though, but. And of the most beautiful women you've ever seen in your life dating men, and you're like, what? That. That guy? But Love island is supposed to be an escape from all of that. Love island is supposed to be an island of people that are so, so, so, so, so beautiful that they look like they were made in a lab.

[Nick Viall]

Only reason why I point out that out, because I just, I. And I. That's why I asked Jalen. You know what I'd really love? Because you know how traditionally it's like in Casa, it's usually the guys, like, stepping out of the relationship and usually, like, the women are just like, sitting around wondering what their men are doing. Doing. Like, that's usually how it goes. I would really love to see, like, Sierra Swerve or like, or Shelly. Oh, my God, that would be amazing if Shelly, like, found a better connection or just a connection that made her like, I want her, I want it. I want to see Ace rattled, you know what I'm saying? Like, the thing that bothers me about Ace so much is that he's like, he's moving too confidently, and he's moving like he's never worried about, like, it's just. It seems like. Like, he knows he's not going home, you know, and there's. I want to see him rattled. I want to see him, you know, for all the hate that Huda's getting, like, she just got emotionally invested too soon. You can criticize, you know, how she got there or whatever, but, like, when you're activated and you're emotionally triggered, like, you know, it's not easy to be at your best. So I. I want to see, you know, some of these guys get rattled. I want to see them scared. I want them emotionally worried about, like, losing their women, and I want to see how they react. And it would be great to see some of these women, like, fall have connections with some of these casa guys.

I mean, I. I agree. I think that that would be. I mean, I think that. That Ace is way too comfortable. I think that him getting voted, like, him being safe last night is only going to make him feel even more safe and more confident. And I think that.

I think he's gonna run amok in casa more. Like, I think he's like, finally, I get off my leash. It's a whole group of whole new girls, and now I don't have to pretend or like, I'm. You know what I mean? Like, I just. I feel like he's gonna. He's gonna get himself in trouble because of Costa. More.

It really felt like everybody to back him up. Honestly, like, last night's vote was, like, giving. The first time I shot, Ace lived up to his first height.

Well, I have a theory, too, since the beginning that Ace was into Huda. I don't think he is anymore. I think that he was turned off by her, but I think initially he was into Huda and Jeremiah had her.

You know what they always say? The opposite of love is not hate. I feel like he. You know, the. The anger or hostility that Ace showed towards Huda is like, he. He still seems invested in Huda. You know what I'm saying?

Like, he seems too invested in everyone but his own, like, situation. Like, he's so invested. You know, those. Those People at CASA who are so, like, invested in everybody else's relationships and they're pushing the other guys to like, get with girls and go outside of their couples. That actually is my prediction for Ace at cas. Think that he's going to stay loyal to Shelley and I think that he's going to be the one egging on all the other guys, convincing them to, to go outside of their couples.

But then also at the same time, like, put that energy into making like gassing Shelly up because again, another woman. That is so, so, so, so beautiful.

Funny how the dates stopped happening. These like, pop up dates stop happening the second he knows he has her.

But it's like while I'm trying to steal him from Austin or steal her from Austin in. That's when I'm like, here's pop up yoga in the middle of the. Of the villa. But it's a surprise. But like now it's like, where are these days?

Know what's, what's annoying is like I think the most. The cutest couple that actually looks like like the best match outside of the villa is actually Ace and Shelly. There is like a natural chemistry that they have. It's just that Shelly seems almost like kind of. Shelly's just almost too chill. She's like.

She's on vacation.

[Nick Viall]

Yeah. She's just kind of like there chilling. She seems wonderful. But they do when they're together, there's like this, this palpable chemistry that I feel like you feel. And then like Ace seems almost like too good at reality tv. You know, it just seems like he's. I'm not getting this authentic Reaction. It just seems like he's working with producers too much. I don't know. And then, like, them not showing how they came to that decision just feels like they were protecting people in a way that I didn't want them to be protected. If you're gonna make the cast, vote someone off and, like, get together and, like, not do, like, these independent, like, just get behind people's back. I want to see those conversations. That was such a major storyline from last season, and the fact that they just didn't even give us any of, like, not even 15 seconds. Not even, like. Like, a little bit of Cliff Notes about, like, how they came that decision. None of that was just kind of annoying.

Yeah. They even had, like, a whole movie night about that specific.

[Marisol Patton]

They also did it at the reunion, remember? And we were like, why are we spending 15 minutes on this footage we don't care about anymore?

Yeah.

Yeah. And then we get. We didn't get any of that. You know, it's fascinating. Like, all the couples who have had sex are either, like, on the rocks or broken up.

Hannah and Pepe, broken up. Huda. Jeremiah, broken up. And Nick and Sierra. Nick's like, I want to get ready for casa, even though it was the.

For the first few seconds it was giving like, oh, this is going to be an absolute disaster. But then there was like the flip where, like, you know, the judges got involved, the audience got involved. It was like a very, like, uplifting, positive performance. Like, that was the takeaway from the show. I'm just curious if, like, what you guys think specifically, Sierra being, you know, more like anti Tom Sandoval.

I'm not anti Tom Sandoval. I just am not a fan. But I'm like, I think he did a good job.

We realized that America's Got Talent is like fake, right? Like, the audience reactions don't actually happen when, like the talent are out. A lot of the judges reactions are taped at different times.

Oh, I didn't know that.

Like, if you've ever been to America, if you've been to an America's Got Talented taping, it's like the talent comes out, but, like, the reactions of the audience will be on, like different days. They'll make you react in certain ways. Like, it's all Staged.

My biggest question is, does Simon Cowell know about Tom Sandoval?

Oh, he didn't care.

Well, I think this all came together because of Howie Mendel. I think Howie Mandel has some kind of relationship with Tom. He was the first one to interview Tom post scandal. Like, I think there's a bit of like Howie Mandel has a soft spot for Tom, Howie being one of the judges. So I think that Howie, I'm guessing how he facilitated getting Tom on the show in the first place. So I don't know, maybe he gave, I don't know what Howie and Simon's relationship is, but maybe he gave him a little, you know, fair enough.

It is funny. Just the comparison of Tom Sandoval on America's Got Talent and then Ariana Maddox hanging out with Megan the Stallion on Love Island. You know, it's just like a little funny juxtaposition.

I mean, yeah, they're, I mean like, yeah, Ariana's crushing life. I just like this was a guy who did something terrible certainly, but was something that like I don't know, 60% of the people dating do and he was, I mean like his life was destroyed. Like he was literally the most hated man and talked about man for years and like he' working hard and trying to make something of this experience and he's going on like knowing that people want him to fail and he still goes on out there and like, you know, does his best. I feel like he got like, you.

Know how there's like an egot, like there's a club where like very few people have received an emmy, a Grammy, etc.

I don't know what's going on, but the fact that they unfollow each other just invites people online to do outrageously horrible things. I don't think it's bothering any of them. I think we're reading into it because, I mean, if. Even if we look at it like with when Haley signed her road deal to Sephora, who was liking the post? Selena Gomez. So I'm like, just because she unfollowed her and we don't know that anyone.

All right, well, let's start with Atlanta. I. How do you, if you're still married, do you have to pay? I'm a little confused. That's my big takeaway or question from this episode of Atlanta. I don't. Certainly not a legal expert in the court of, like, family court court. But I do not understand how if you're married, how you owe child support. Second follow up question is, with all the stories out there that you hear about, like, deadbeat, usually fathers not paying child support, how is it, like, is Georgia state law like that hardcore where they're actually throwing people in jail for not paying it? Because you hear a lot more stories about, like, just people just not paying what they owe. I was just kind of very confused by all that.

I mean, I feel like they've been going through this legal process for, like, three years now. So I think that that's part of it. I think they are separated but not fully divorced. So maybe that's why he's a. Because them being separated, maybe that's where the child support comes into it.

Yeah, well, I mean, they had the divorce hearing, but it didn't get finalized and there had to be a continuance.

Church child support is typically determined using an income share approach where both parents incomes are considered to calculate the support amount. The non custodial parent who has less than 50% of the parenting time usually pays support to the custodial parent. Georgia law also outlines procedures for reviewing and modifying child support orders as well as enforcing them through various legal means.

[Jalen Brown]

And I'm also reading so this is an article from last year when the original lawsuits were going on. And basically it says says that Kelly said despite his previous jail stint, her ex failed to pay his support for February, March, April, May and June in quotes. By his foregoing persistent and habitual refusal to abide and respect this court's order and other misconduct, Chavalo has persistently shown his utter disdain, disrespect and disregard to authority of his court. The court then orders Chavalo to be thrown in jail for contempt on January 12th. Kelly's lawyer says Chavalo must be held in contempt and incarcerated until he purges his himself of his contempt. She also demanded the legal fees presiding over divorce granted Kelly's motion and ordered Chavalo to be jailed until he paid the child support.

And then it does say criminal penalties. Failure to pay child support can lead to misdemeanor or felony charges, especially if a parent is attempting to avoid payment or has a history of non payment. So they do take that very seriously in Georgia.

Like, where it's like, to me, that's the weird way to go about it, being like, you'll find out when it comes out. And then being mad that she just said congrats.
