Proverbs 20 doesn’t just suggest rest—it guides you into a way of living where clarity, integrity, wisdom, and peace all show up at the same time.

But let me ask you something real…

If you never stop… how will you ever hear what matters most?

I didn’t understand that before.

But sitting here on the beach… I do now.

So maybe the question isn’t “Do you have time to rest?”
