In this episode, Missionary and Adventure Coordinator Kyle Benner shared the concept of the "blessing strategy" and the valuable leadership lessons he learned from his mission trips. He also discussed on the value of prayer in leadership, building relationships through using God-given resources, leading with humility and integrity, the powerful effect of listening as leaders, developing a servant-leader heart, and the importance of sharing stories and experiences to the team. Further, he shared his struggles, realizations and experiences while in mission trips in various countries. He gave practical pieces of advice to deter the tendencies of leaders to be selfish and self-centered and how one can be blessed and become a blessing to many. He extensively discussed different pointers on how blessing can help leaders become better in leading their teams or organizations. He enumerated various distinguishing factors which leaders should rethink and reflect particularly in the aspect of sharing the blessings and the resources to help others and make a significant impact in the society.
