B
It was a huge moment, Ben, because Kyle had sober sex and he deserves a medal. Like, everyone's like, wow, Kyle had sober sex. Kyle, congratulations on having sober sex sex. And he's like, so was the sober sex with Sally? And he goes, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
A
Hell no. I have to be wasted for that.
B
Yeah. And Amanda goes, no, one was my age. Like, one was like 10 years younger, but reads older. So was that AA is not her age. Ava's younger. Right?
A
Ava is younger. So maybe that's what she meant. But that also sounds like Amanda did not approve of that one because why would you say one was younger than me but reads older? That's like a. That's a bit of a dig. I think that you're gonna. If you just say that to someone unless she's trying to, quote, unquote, protect Kyle to make it seem like he's not robbing the cradle.
B
I think it's a diss at Kyle for dating a young. You know, for, like, middle age crisis thing going for a young lady or whatever. But I don't know. So wait, one was my age, one was 10 years younger, but reads older. So did she mean she met 10 years younger than Kyle? Right.
A
Oh, I thought.
B
You see, now we're doing it. Now we're doing it. Like the reunion.
A
I know. I was like, I thought she meant 10 years younger than her, but maybe she meant 10 years younger than Kyle. It's hard, you know, it's. It's a very nuanced show.
B
Super. So then Andy is like, all right, let's put a pin in this. Okay? So let's. We'll get back into Kyle and Amanda's marriage later. Oh, thank God. Really have not talked enough about Kyle and Amanda's marriage. You know what? Do it for another five weeks. Just keep it going. I want to go until Christmas.
A
Yeah, seriously. So we're back to we're gonna put a pin in this. And now, these days, let's talk about Lindsay getting activated. Looks a lot different for Lindsay Hubbard. This new mom found herself sandwiched between a baby, a core group of New York City friends, girlfriends, at an utterly unpredictable love life. So he's basically like, oh, Andrea, you got really excited when you saw that Lindsay. You know, when you were trying to set up Lindsay. What's. What's been going on there? Oh, yeah, well, she's still going strong with the milkman. And he's like, you are? She's like, yeah, not to advertise that. Oh, yikes.
B
And everyone's like, wow. And. And he says, you know that. That's Kelly Dodd, one of Kelly Dodd's exes, right? She like, yeah, I know, but he's, like, really hard. And I'm not, like, really looking for anything serious. I'm going to get it right this time because, like, I've gotten it wrong so many. And she's like, yeah, everyone gets nicer when they're getting laid. Right? Look at Kyle. He's going. And everyone's laughing. He's like, so it's ex lover sex.
A
The sex is the best. Wow, Kyle, the dignity that you have in this moment, I have to say, it's just. You're just. You're a man amongst men. I just. I'm so proud of you.
B
You are a hero to men, Kyle. A hero. Two men. So Georgina's saying she sees Lindsay with someone ambitious and, you know, great. And the country guy. The country star guy. Checked all those boxes. But well, haven't heard from him, so, you know, we'll just stick with the milkman for a while. He does have a milk company based on hot guys delivering milk like the old days. So I approve, Andy. I approve. And Yvonne's like, yeah, Lindsay needs somebody who prioritize, prioritizes her and really can calm things down. At her best friend's wedding, that would really be appreciated because her best friend felt pretty disrespected. So,
A
yeah, I think that's what she needs. And then Andrea's like, yeah, yeah, well, she's right about that part. Related to Frank, he should be more available, you know? So Andy's like, okay, Danielle, what do you think of Frank and Dustin as potential mates for Lindsay? And she's like, I'm not gonna comment on Lindsay. I've. I know not to do that anymore. I've learned several lessons, and I do think that what Georgina and Navon said is spot on. But, yeah, me, perhaps a little someone more grounded and ready for someone like her would be better. Like, yeah, Frank, the milkman's terrible. Okay, I said it. I said it. Why is she still with that man? Why is she still with him?
B
So what does Georgina think about Lindsay? What does Georgina think about dating, rather? And Georgina's like, well, I'm almost ready. And, you know, a friend said, told me this, and it really stuck with me. She said, her parents split up when she was really young and they both remarried and then she had more people to love her. I just found that so beautiful. Hey, Georgina, you shouldn't be with someone to because you're half empty. You should be with somebody because you're overfilling and you need to share your glass with somebody there. Yeah, I can be that friend to you.
A
So then Andy's like, well, Ali w emailed congrats to Danielle, Yvonne, Lexi, Lindsay, and Georgina. What is the best parenting advice you have to offer our soon to be moms? So Lindsay's like, my advice is just go with it. And you can't control how it's all gonna go down and what are gonna say. You're playing with certain circle cards, so just have fun with it and go along.
B
And Georgina is like, well, basically, look, I had one baby. I would hear the baby crying, and I was gonna be drop everything, you know, and I would run to the baby. And then by the second one, I was like, it, the baby's crying. I have time to make a cappuccino, do my nails. What are you gonna do? The baby's still gonna cry. It, that's what I say. That's my advice. So then let's switch gears. Kenny caught smoke for moving Whitney all the way to New York without giving her a ring.
A
Or.
B
But rumors that Kenny and Whitney's relationship lacked a spark and this entire group all lit up. God, that's good. I just got that reading that back on the card. That is funny.
A
Ah, so Gabby from Schmabby says, Kenny, why is it so crazy for Lindsay to say that it's a big gesture for your girlfriend to move across the country from her friends without a ring? Like, do you not agree? He's like, well, I agree it's a big gesture. And she's projecting her situation onto my relationship. You have to understand, women are irrational and emotional. They just don't understand things. I think statistically their brains are just a bit smaller than men's. So, you know, I'm trying to hold space for that. Sorry, Andy.
B
You know, it's just like Will Smith saying, Andy, women just don't understand. That was parents. I don't remember it that way, but. Oh, okay.
A
Smith also saying, it's like a nightmare on Hubbard Street. No, that's not what he's saying.
B
So he's immediately, he's not gonna let this go. He does not take it that way. And he's not gonna, he's not going to listen to that. And Yvonne jumps in, said, Kenny, I think she was just asking Lindsay like, let him finish, let him finish. Okay, just let him finish. And Andy's like, okay, yeah, before the minions step up. So Whitney's like, yeah, you know what? It was very intense. Like, if you're saying it, I was out of my best interest. You would have just asked questions verse. But I did ask questions. But you were insinuating judgment on the questions versus just understanding and hearing his perspective on the question. I'm just asking questions. And he's like looking around, making sure you're not right there to make sure you don't know that he fucked around on you.
A
Well, so like we talked, we, well we, we talked about all that and his past. Okay, well it's like. And Kenny's like, okay, let's not like paint some picture here. Like, I was a boy, okay? I've had an 11 year relationship, an eight year relationship. Okay, so when I can finish, let me know. Gaslighter oh, money. When I can. Okay, when I can finish, let me know. When I can finish, let me know.
B
He's like, okay, so there was a time where we. Yeah, there was a time where we took a step apart. When I get there, let me know. We took a step apart, and I was going through some very, very difficult family shit. Okay. And when you. When I finish. When you finish, let me know and I can talk. Okay, I will let you know. I will let you know. But when you're going through something and you lose the only person in your life that. That literally the person that is closest to you, the person
A
two,
B
when I get finished, let me know you is my mother. That is who gave birth to me. And when he's like, that is not true. And Lindsay's like, let me know when I can finish. When he's like, oh, my God. You just talk over one. Let everyone let someone else speak.
A
Well, okay, Lindsay, what do you want to say? We are letting you know that you can finish now. Well, I was making a point to Kenny saying, wow, your girlfriend is committing hard to you right now. And don't around. That's me taking Whitney's side. That's me taking the perspective of the female. To say, as you're looking around and your friends are saying that you were a boy. My response is, don't around on her.
B
I mean, that's how I took that. That's how everyone on the show.
A
It was benign what she said. She was so benign. She's just like, this lady literally just moved across the country. So don't it up. Like, it's the most standard, like, like, non offensive thing to say. But he's so fragile and he's so concerned about his image that he immediately, you know, spirals downwards.
B
Yeah. And she's like, if you can't understand that, it's because you have a different mindset as a male in this world. Okay, it's time for a commercial. It's time for a Grappens commercial.
A

I love that place because it's also the great to order things and have it put together. You know, you can have, you have the option with Wayfair that they just come, they deliver it, they put it together in the room that you want and boom, you're done. You're not messing around with the little, you know, tools and all of that stuff. So as much I am, baby.

B
And, and he's like, can I just say something? Can I finish? Can I just say something? Let me know when you're finished. Okay, I will. Let me know. Okay, Lindsey. It didn't seem to land with Whitney that you were being a girl's girl. And Whitney's like, yeah, because if you were being a girl, pull me aside. Whitney, you dingbat. Why would someone pull you aside who they don't even know? Not that she knew Kenny that well, but why would she pull Kenny's new girlfriend aside to say, wow, you moved across the country for this guy? I. That guy better treat you right and not around on you? No, she would say that to the guy. What good does it do to say
A
to you, yeah, it doesn't do anything. And in fact, if anything, it sort of like makes it more of a thing if you have like a private conversation. And again, it's has it literally has to do with Kenny and not with you. And if Lindsay did that, Kenny would be like, well, I don't like that she's pulling you aside and talking about me. Behind my back. She should say it to my face, you know, but then she says it to his face and he is like, you know, totally shattered by it because
B
he's, he's delicate and he also twists, you know, he, he twists everything to be that everyone's against me and you're against me and you're turning all the women against me. And I don't think any of these things really prove that. He's just kind of twisting everything to be a drama queen on tv, you know, like the whole. And we'll get into this next, but it's like, oh, the women are all coming for me. And, you know, you're just a group of mean girls. And then I'm just gonna happen to go find my dad while I'm on tv. I mean, this guy is like born for a reality show. And he's pulling out every trick in the book for his first season.
A
Yeah. And I do believe that, like, someone is turning the women against Kenny. And I think that person is Kenny. I think Ken is not realizing that he has a repulsive personality and that he's very condescending to women and that the moment that there's even like the lightest sense or, or, or potential for criticism, he immediately turns it around and starts painting all the women as hysterical and mean girls. Irrational, emotional, you know, all the things. He just leans right into all the stereotypes. When all Lindsay said was, hey, like, you better like don't around on her because she's, she's, she's doing, she's making big sacrifice for you.
B
Yeah, she made a big sacrifice to treat her right. And he's like, how dare you suggest. Whatever. Okay, well, Amanda Arizona from Ice Tea said, how are you going to go off on Lindsay? When you straight up told Kyle you were questioning if there were sparks with Whitney in the first episode Lindsay has you clocked and. Oh, no, no, that was to Kenny. I'm sorry. And Kenny's like, well, you know, we spoke about the fact. I mean, I've had an 11 year relationship. I've had an eight year relationship. Okay, Kenny, you're a very monogamous person who also has access to a feed of Gavin's bars so you can check out hot girls. Like, yeah, you were the one who said that, you know, like, it doesn't make you a bad person. But to be like, oh, my resume, my LinkedIn resume, as far as women goes, is completely solid and it doesn't even matter because no one questioning that in the first place.
A
Oh, yeah, that's the Thing is that no one was saying he was a boy. Gavin made a joke, he said, oh, it's giving boy. But no one actually said, well, Kenny's a boy. That was actually never the, the, the talk going into the, into the season or the episode. He is the one who brought it there. And now he's like. And I was, look, I've been in two monogamous relationships. I just lost my mom and by the way, an eight year relationship and an 11 year relationship. What that says to me is I see someone who does not commit, actually, because I don't see someone. I mean, actually I shouldn't say that because you could get a long term relationship and not be married. Hello, I'm in one. But I just feel like in the world of this, of this, of this group, it feels like they're, they, they are so concerned about commitments and rings and, and pregnancies and mop. There's, there's actually a very traditional thing going on with this group that like, if you're saying you were in two different relationships, long term relationships, but there was no, like, there were just, there was no rings, there was no weddings. That happened to me. I'm actually like, oh, so you're a commitment phobe. Even though the years seem to say the other way. Other seem to say like a marriage,
B
like a, maybe a marriage, like a marriage commitment.
A
And I say that only because, like, I see Whitney and Kenny as being more traditionalists. Right. I definitely see Whitney as, as that. So it's like, okay, Whitney. Well, there's also an element of like you're, you're moving all the way across country to be with a guy who was in two different relationships that never led to a ring. So also consider that. And again, I'm saying I'm not someone who believes that there ever has to be a ring, but I just think in the, in the world of these people, it seems like it's very important to them. I mean, if we're based on the, the vibe of Yvonne having a temper tantrum, that her third wedding celebration was ruined, that like this stuff matters a lot to them.
B
Yeah, I mean, I don't know what's better, you know, being with somebody who's been in long term relationships, being with someone who's not had any track record, or being with someone with like three divorces, you know, it's like, what? I don't really know because I'm not a relationship person. But I think Whitney, you know, was a bachelor contestant. So there's your first clue that Someone really, really wants marriage and all of that.
A
Yes.
B
And then she moves cross country. And this whole show is about, like having kids and settling down. And, you know, it's kind of the them of the show, not necessarily marriage, but like having kids and doing the adult things, including marriage and babies. And, you know, Kenny's. That Whitney watched this show and is justifying everything that Kenny said. Like, he can reword it however he wants to, which he does now. And he does the my mom passed away card a lot, which is. I hate to call it a card because his mom did actually pass away. And that's terrible. But like, to be in an argument, be like, everything, everything is my mom passing. It's un. It makes me kind of uncomfortable to hear him using that over and over again. And Whitney, you know, he said on the show, I'm not feeling a spark. Like, I'm not really feeling like, she's really nice, but I'm not feeling a long. That long term excitement, like where you get excited to be with somebody and you get that love where you're so excited. I. You said all of this on the show. You're not feeling the spark. So now to change it to be like, well, my mom passed away, though, and I've been in all these other long relationships. And it's just, if I'm taking a really long time to say, Whitney, all the signs are here. Stop making excuses for all of these things and go find somebody with the spark. This is somebody who's just like, okay, it's time to do this. I'm on a TV show, I need a girlfriend, and I'm supposed to do these things for a plot. That's what it's giving. I mean, you guys may have dated before this, but she says they did. They started before the show even came in. So she's not thirsty. Yeah, but he didn't move you here until the week of shooting, so I don't know. This shit's fishy. I wouldn't. There's so many signs and the way he talks to women and stuff is just, come on, Whitney, get together.
A
You know, he does, he does use the mom card thing a lot. But I. I would think that what he would say is like, I was going through a lot. You know, my mom had just passed. I was in an emotional space. And for that I apologize because I wasn't in the right state of mind. Instead he's saying I was go. I was going through. I was. I was in an emotional space. So therefore you should apologize to me. Like That's. That's what he is saying here. But, yeah, the point is that, like, when he offers this up as an. As an excuse for why he's actually like. Like he should be exonerated or let off the hook for his behavior, I'm like, I don't know, because the more I look at it, the more it doesn't actually seem great for him. So anyway, he's talking about how he was.
B
There's just a lot of signs. It's a lot of signs that you're ignoring Whitney. This is more to her than to him. And so Andy's like, okay, but Whitney, you saw the conversation with Kenny's concerns about your future as a couple. How did that land with you? I like that he keeps mentioning landing to Whitney. This didn't land with Whitney, guys. It's not landing with Whitney. Whitney, how did it land with you? Was she on the pilot Pete season? Hold on. I'm gonna look.
A
I don't know. I thought she was on the Nick Vile season. I do, too.
B
I think you're right. Yeah, it was Nick. It was Nick file. Yeah, because Jasmine was on that season, too. Okay, so still the only season. Whitney's like, well, I mean, when Lexi and Georgia brought this to me, I was in disbelief because, like, we'd had conversations. But the words obviously started ruminating, like, oh, my gosh. And, like, you see me upset because the last thing I want to do is miss something in a relationship. But then all I had to do was go talk to him, and everything he explained to me made total sense. Oh, my girl. You saw it on the TV show, though.
A
I know, girl. It's terrible. So y's like, hey, if I could stand up for my boy for a second. And Georgina's like, are you sure you want to do that? He's like, yeah, I think. I think you were. You were off the bat defensive. And so Kenya's like, as I should be. As I should be. As. He's actively being defensive about being defensive. And he goes, learn from Amanda, okay? She just sat here, and she said she wishes she weren't as defensive. Amanda's like, wow, someone I'm being used as as a good example.
B
But also, I like that Gavin says, I'm gonna stand up for my boy for a second. Everybody, hold on. You were being very defensive. Kenny standing up for him.
A
I know. I don't understand that at all. But, like. But of course. So he's giving Kenny advice, and then Kevin. Kenny's reaction is basically like, yeah, I should have Been defensive. It's like, listen to Gavin here. Don't be so defensive. Like, this is. It has destroyed your entire season. Everyone hates you. No one likes Kenny because he's defensive and so sensitive. Yeah.
B
So Kyle's like, well, you know, like, he wasn't questioning the future. He was just questioning, like, hey, like, I love her, but, like, am I 100%? Like, I identify with that. We know, Kyle, and look how it turned out for you. This was exactly how you were in the start with Amanda, and it was a miserable marriage and now a divorce. So keep it over there. And Kyle's. Andy's like, well, I've been unsuccessful before. And Kenny says, yeah, you know, and I just lost my mom, guys. I just lost my mom. And Nick's like, well, nobody's judging. Why is it. Why is it so hard to understand? I don't get it.
A
And. Yeah. And he's like, okay, moving on. Gavin, Jennifer from Panifer says, I couldn't believe when you called Whitney boring to her face. And. And he's like, gavin, what is it. What is it about Kenny and Whitney's relationship that is boring to you? Aside from the fact that the two of incredibly boring? He's like, well, I didn't call her boring or vanilla. I think maybe the word I used was dull and uninteresting. I don't know. It's hard to remember. But, yeah, no, I said just, they're really boring.
B
Faded, Penny, I think, is what I was trying to say. But he also didn't say they were boring. He was saying, kenny, you know, you're used to this, like, exciting life, and then now it's, you know, you've got. Now you're saying you don't feel the spark. Sounds kind of boring. I think he was saying, like, I feel like you're feeling like this is kind of boring. He wasn't saying, like, look at this stick of wood next to you. Look at this bump on a log next to you with no personality. He was saying, I feel like you're saying. When you say I don't have a spark. I feel like you're saying this is kind of boring. Which. Yeah, but of course, it's twisted to be like, you called Whitney boring.
A
Yeah. And so do you agree with Whitney's take that Gavin is only used to toxic, crazy, toxic relationships and seeing you miserable. And Gavin. Gavin goes to. Can you think before you answer that, Kenny? He's like, well, I think part of it is that Gavin has been in these cycles of relationships that are, like, very Volatile and toxic. And, you know, it's like. And you know, I've been in those relationships too in the past, you know, but what I love about this relationship is that it's like, it's very grounding. It feels very safe. It's like we're in really good place. And I think that, like, what. That might come across as boring to people, but for me it's regulating. And it feels good, by the way. That's. That's what I want to hear. I want to hear like, how is your real. How is your relationship with this new girl? It's so regulating. I love it. It's very regular.
B
Andy. It's like putting on a seat belt. Have you ever taken a cruise and then you have to go out with everybody at the beginning of the cruise and you have to stand there while they explain what life jackets are do? No, it's not very exciting, but you kind of have to do it to go on the cruise. And that's basically. I feel like that's Whitney. Whitney is that pre cruise speech, Andy.
A
And let me tell us their station. In a storm.
B
Whitney is a blank paper towel. And you're like, God, I should have bought the ones that I could cut to the shape or that would automatically cut to the size that I need. God, I really need to buy some paper towels. What were we talking about? Andy and Gavin's like, I love Whitney. I love Whitney. I love Whitney. There, I said it. You do? Yes. It just annoys me that they say their relationships, all travel and excitement. I mean, it sounds like honeymoon phase, which is great, I guess, but like, be just honest with everybody and yourselves that you're still working on things. What is so hard about that?
A
Kenny is like, it's so much more than that. So Andy's like, Whitney, Jasmine said on Watch Happens live that the most fame hungry contestant from Bachelor nation is you. And this is from Jasmine, who's been on quite a number of reality shows. And Whitney's like, that's like the most bizarre thing ever because I didn't even go far on the Bachelor, so I can't even want fame because I was eliminated before I could even have more fame. See, Georgina's like, but if you had just said you were with him to be on reality tv, I actually prefer that to you saying that you actually like him for his personality.
B
Georgina. Georgina is just up there in her stool of judgment hammering everybody through this whole episode. And it's cracking me up because she does seem so apart from everybody else up there. I kind of agree with Whitney. She wasn't really on the battle. I recapped that season. She was barely on it. I mean, she didn't much like probably in life she doesn't leave much of a mark. So I was surprised that Jasmine said that because Jasmine went from the Bachelor, which by the way on that she like grabbed Nick and was like, whoa, what am I crazy? Like grabbed him by the throat. Like, like, what do I want to strangle you? You know, she was, she came off as kooky on that one. And then she went on Bachelor in Paradise after that. So she made the rounds, you know, and she's been on like five reality shows. So it's weird to call someone like Whitney the thirstiest. But I don't know, maybe it's because she showed up on this show the week that she started filming. Maybe that's why she's saying it. But I wish that was expanded upon in that clip.
A
Yeah,
B
here comes one right now. Losing weight can be like trying to roll a wheelbarrow up a hill. You can do it, but it's so much better and easier. Support Noom combines GLP1s to kickstart your weight loss with healthy habits to help you keep it off even if you stop the meds. NOOM helps you lose more weight. They found 37. More weight is lost with Noom than just taking a GLP1 on its own and you can sustain it too.

It is funny, it does seem like all the. Was Audrey. Not Audrey. I mean, what's her face from Rhode Island? Was she on that same season too? Ashley.
B
Oh, Ashley was on. No, no, she wasn't on Nick Files
A
because I was about to say it feels like that season had like a big sort of crossover with Bravo type things because you have Jasmine's on that season, Whitney's on that season, Nick Vile goes off and becomes Nick Vile and is often commenting on Bravo on his podcast. You have Rachel Lindsay who has morally corrupt and she's talking about Bravo. And she even popped up in the background of the Valley last week. So I feel like that that Bachelor season had a lot of like, Bravo, future Bravo presences. So I was. I was reflecting on that because that's what I do. I have nothing further to say about it.
B
She was. She and Jasmine were both on Bachelor in Paradise, but I think it was different seasons. I think Jasmine. Jasmine was on four
A
on the same season.
B
No, I'm talking about Ashley.
A
I. Oh, Ashley.
B
Oh, Ashley.
A
Rachel Lindsay.
B
Oh, Rachel Lindsay. Duh. Rachel Lindsay. Okay. Do you see? God, there's so much Bachelor.
A
There's so much. It's such a. It's such a thing.
B
Rachel Lindsay was Nick.
A
Yeah, yeah.
B
Oh, my God. I just made up my head. You're gonna scramble my brain. It's too.
A
I just did the standard thing where I made an observation that was interesting to me but probably to very few other people out there. And it has no impact on anything. It just stops the entire podcast.
B
Well, the Bachelor is like. And also I start Googling. So I'm going. I lived this because when I recapped that show, I did it for like, what, four or five years. And it's like the below deck shows where it was constantly on. It was either Bachelor, Bachelorette or Bachelor in Paradise. Something was always on multiple times a week and all of the people from it just blur in my head. You know, I don't remember who's from where, what's from. So. Yeah, yeah, you say that to me and my brain start, like, starts leaking out of my ear. Like.
A
Yeah, I get it. Well, Andy is asking now, how is the spark today? What's going on now? And when he's like, brighter than ever, he's like, yeah, I honestly, I think we have such a good connection, and I just think we're in such a great place. Like, the other day, we. We sat down and talked about yogurt, and then we were quiet for a while, and then Whitney's like, was that a bird? And I said, no, it was the oven. And we were quiet for a little bit longer. It's just. The chemistry is just so strong between us. The spark is sparking.
B
And Whitney starts crying, and Andy asks why she's upset, and she's like, I mean, it's just hurtful that people think I was, like, on a show with Kenny for fame. I mean.
A
And Jordina's like, I don't think that. I'm just saying I wish it was the case. I don't think you're understanding the shade I'm throwing at you. What I'm trying to explain is Kenny is such garbage that I would like you better if you actually didn't like his personality. And we're only in it for the fame, but the fact that you like his personality is so sad for you. How do I spell this out?
B
Yeah. And Amanda's like, well, I've been accused of the same thing for 10 years. Whatever. Yeah, yeah. And Georgina says, well, I watched back the whole show, and basically, it's worse than I thought. I mean, it's like, you want her to be friends with everybody. You say, let me finish talking, Whitney. Because Whitney's like. And she's like, andy asked me a question. So if you show up to a group and you want your girlfriend to be friends with everybody, you should be nice to everybody, and you don't just attack people, Kenny. And he's like, well, maybe this is a moment for me to own it. And I know you guys are waiting for me to genuinely own this, so let me do it by saying, this is absolutely not my fault because I had to come on here and defend every little detail of my life. So there. I owned it. I owned it. I have been attacked constantly.
A
So Yvonne's like, well, I. Hello. I'd like to say something here. Like, what, is craft services trying to get another reader? No, no, it's me. I'm just. I'm at the corner of the set. It was also, like, really hurtful to watch you talk about us. And, like, you don't even know us. Like, I had just met you guys a week before and your girlfriend moves to New York. And then the things that you're saying about her, the Lindsay. Lindsay has minions. Like. Like that we're just some minions. And Yvonne's like, like, what does that even mean? Like, they're just like, we're just. We're just gonna gang up on her. Like, not give her an opportunity to be part of our group. Like, we don't even know you.
B
Lexi. Lexi pipes in. She's like, you also said mean girl crew. Yeah. And it felt like you were isolating her and creating, like, a n government. And we are not opinions or minions or whatever the you guys were saying. Okay. How dare you? And Danielle's like, yeah, but you even, you know, said when we were hanging out, the four of us, you were like, oh, wow. Well, it's okay that I'm hanging out with you, because Lindsay's okay with it. So Lindsay's okay with Danielle, so it's okay that we're hanging out.
A
That was Danielle's way of saying, you are a minion because you needed Lindsay's approval. She didn't need Lindsay's approval. She just knew that if she had a best friend who was beefing with someone, it might be a weird vibe if you went and, like, were hanging out with him. And so she was trying to, like, respect her best friend.
B
So it's also coming from Danielle, who was Lindsay's minion for years and years and did Would go. Whoever would go against whoever Lindsay didn't like and do whatever she could to stay in Lindsay's little group to stay on the show. So Danielle's just upset because when she tried to separate herself from Lindsay, she made an ass out of herself and went over the top in trying to do it. And then now she considers that being out in the cold. But if you. If you come for somebody and then they stop hanging out with you, you can't get offended at them. You were the one who came for them.
A
Yeah. So Kenny's like, I don't think you guys realize that when there's something that comes up, you don't think you're having a group think. But, like, you're all having the same opinion at the same time against one person. I'm like, should we just, like, watch the scene again, Kenny, where you scolded all the bros because they didn't all have the same opinion and back you up about Lindsay. Should we watch that part where you actually tried to assemble some minions, but you didn't have true personality like Lindsay to do it?
B
True. And Also, your girlfriend just sits here and spouts every little argument that you have and doesn't think for herself. Like she can't even make the own the arguments you're trying to get her to make because she's not intelligent enough to like reframe them as the argument goes on. So why is it OK if you have one minion because you're dating or you're like, I don't, I don't get it. How he's accusing everybody of the same way is the same things that he's clearly doing.
A
And Lindsay's saying, you know, Yvonne's always been a big devil's advocate in her life and Georgina's highly opinionated and you know, Danielle also has opinion, has lots of opinions and she's friends with all of them. She goes, I mean I actually feel like I'm the minion in all of my friends. Okay, well let's not get too crazy, okay? Let's not. Laughs I'm not saying that Lindsay doesn't have followers and doesn't have like she does assemble sort of sidekick types and she is an alpha personality, whatever. But what I don't think is that all these people dislike Kenny because they're just following Lindsay's orders. Like he is unlikable and yeah, he is condescending to all of them. And they also are standing up for the friend much in the same way that you are hoping that, that people like Gavin and Kyle etc would stand up for you.
B
So the same thing with Danielle. I mean Danielle is unlikable on her own. Her Winter House season was one of the most embarrassing cringy things I've ever seen on reality. I mean she was really. Danielle has definitely made her own enemies on this show. But you know, on the other hand, Lindsay is over the top, you know, controlling of when she has friends that go against her or she doesn't, she's not in line with. She will cut your ass ass off in two seconds like and not look back again. So she does do that for sure.
A
But here's the thing, Lindsay's just funnier about it, okay? She's she as the alpha of her little squad, she is funnier as an alpha. And Kenny's just not funny. If he were funnier, I might be a little bit more sympathetic to him. But he's just not funny. He's just self pitying and sensitive. And I'm, and I say this as a sensitive person myself.
B
So anyway, I actually think Lexi and Kenny are. I'm not Lexi, you know who I Mean, Lindsay and Kenny are kind of the same thing in different font. I really do. I think they're both, you know, I think they're similar in so many ways, and it cracks me up. Like, I kind of want them to make out at some point or date maybe, because they would have the best couple fights. You know, they need. They need sparring partners, and I think Lindsay hasn't found one. You know, Carl was like, in the fetal position by the end of their relationship. And I think Whitney is just like, duh. Like, she'll just go along with whatever Kenny says because he is, you know, like Lindsay, you know, very Lindsay. So she's gonna just go along with it. And I think he needs somebody to, you know, kind of spar with with. Yeah, I wouldn't want to be their neighbors when they were together because it would be non stop fighting and yelling. But.
A
Well, it's just the return of Lindsay and Everett from season one. That's really what this. Yes, yes. And that's what it would be if they got together. They would have. They would have sex, they get drunk, and Lindsay would be like, oh, why did you say that? So anyway, Andy is sorry. Lexi is saying that she does not. Doesn't. Doesn't feel this minion thing, whatever. And Danielle's like, well, you know what? I will say this, though, in terms of, like, clicks. It's really lonely on the outside. The island that I found myself on was terrible. And Lindsay's like, well, I was the oldest girl in the summer house for years, and I was on an island for about five or six years in a row. So if anyone can understand, it's me. I'm just, like, tired of it. She's like, no, no, you do not get to pull the island card. I have the island card. I've been sitting on this island car for a long time without even complaining about it, and now I'm letting it out. Okay, I had to sit there. There is the oldest one, the most senior member of the girls, and had to watch Paige and Sierra blow up. And I'm just still sitting here. So. Don't tell me about an island, Danielle.
B
Yeah, but, like, I think in this situation, we have to listen and we learn. Like, maybe here on out, when a question isn't asked to one of you three, like, isn't asked to one of you, that the three of you don't all jump in and answer, and then maybe people won't call you minions.
A
So. So, yeah, maybe. So then Andy's like, well, I mean, Lindsay, you are Wearing yellow. We love that. NBCU corporate synergy. So Kenny's like, kenny does apologize for using the word minion. He's like, I thought it was the best word choice. Whatever. So Andy's like, okay, well, let's move on. Kenny, I'd love the scene where you reunited with your dad. I mean, it was so moving. That must have been just mind blowing that that happened so quickly. And of course, by that happened, I mean Whitney being able to look someone up on Facebook. Wow, that was so fast.
B
That was nuts. He's like, honestly, it was so unexpected, to be honest, that a woman could type something into a search engine and find it. I mean, I'm just so proud of her. Can we just have a moment for Whitney, that was. That was amazing. He still talks to his dad weekly. He hasn't met all of his half siblings yet, but he's met some of them. Them. And Andy says, you know, we talk about how the live you. Both Kenny and Lindsay's lives were affected by, you know, the absence of your parents. And Lindsay says, you know, first of all, his scene was, like, so touching. I love that, Kenny. It was a beautiful scene for a terrible person, and that was great. But, like, you know, at least his. You know, his dad was looking for him. Like, his dad did not know how to use search engines or Facebook, but he was looking for him really hard, and my mom did not. And that's the difference. And she says that, you know, she has true abandonment. I don't know if they. I don't know if it's a competition, but she's just specifying how different their. Their situations are.
A
Yeah. And Andy asked Whitney if there's been a change in Kenny since he brought back his dad, and she's like, like, yeah, there's been a huge weight that's been lifted off him that I didn't even know was there. And. And she sees in terms of, like, the future. She says that, like, you know, we talked about getting engaged this year and taking steps and being kind of, like, really in confident place, and it's definitely a different place than a few months ago. It's like, oh, wow, okay, cool. I'm already bored. Not saying that you're boring. Just your relationship is boring. Oh, sorry. But anyway, clearly this group has baby fever. Do you guys want to have kids someday? And she's like, like, you know, Whitney's like, yes, definitely. Kids. So soon.
B
We want them soon. So they all make minion jokes. Like, well, they can have their own minions. Okay, well, guess what? Now we are at the mom card segment. Lindsay, you were accused of playing the mom card. Whitney, do you regret that choice of words? And Whitney's like, I am so sorry that I used that term. What I really meant was, I'm sorry if you took it a certain way or if it affected you. But, like, I thought more so it would be nice for you to show a gesture to Yvonne because, you know, her wedding was messed up. So that's what I meant. Whitney, you are such a wuss. At least stand in what you said and just say, okay, I know the mom card offended a lot of people, but the first thing Lindsay did when she said, we're going to take this room is because we're moms. And like, that's. That's what I meant by playing the mom card.
A
Yeah. I felt like that entire little Whitney monologue, if they had cut to Kenny, you would have seen him, like, mouthing along like a stage mom in the rafters watching her daughter. Yeah. You know, I felt like he was like, I'm like, mama Rose
B
to the raptors, honey to the raptors.
A
I felt like he was trying to, like, do gestures like smile, smile, smile, you know? Yeah. This was so doing the box step
B
in front of the stage. We got it.
A
But you're totally right. I actually think what Whitney should have done if she was, she, like, if it was really a bad entitlement, she should have leaned into it and been like, you know what? I know it's not nice here, but I do feel like you played a mom card. You immediately took that room for whether Amanda to put it in your brain or not, you were like, like, we deserve this because we're moms. And I'm not saying that you as moms don't deserve anything, but you very quickly move the mo. You use the mom card to shut us all up. And there wasn't a discussion. I did not like that. There was not a discussion. Like, that's what she should have said and says it has nothing to do about.
B
It's.
A
There's nothing about being. It's not anti single mom. I think you're conflating the two things. And the more you conflate it is, the more you're using the mom card. I think what it's about is you just didn't let this be something that we all planned because some of us had different opinions and we weren't allowed to have an opinion. And so because we weren't allowed to have opinions. And that is why I say you use the mom card. Now, we. As it happens, I agree that Lindsay and Georgina should have had the room, but I think that Whitney could have actually had a pretty strong point by being like, wow, there just was, like, no discussion about this, and you just went and made this choice. Admittedly, Kenny also made a choice and tried to. Tried to play the wedding card on behalf of Yvonne, but Whitney just came in supplicating and trying to apologize. It just was not going to ever work.
B
She's such a wuss. I mean, you are such a wuss. And you can't go back on it because, like, Lindsay points out, like. And by the way, this is two paragraphs of Whitney going on and on. And so Lindsay's like, well, not only did you say she uses a single mom card, but how could she when she has a nanny and she has help the double down is. I mean, it was even worse than it was explained to me when I watched it on tv, Whitney, it was so bad, I vomited. I have cried for six months since I have seen. I went into a coma. I had to be put on liquids and told to come towards the light. I died. How could you do this to me?
A
The. I cried for six months, and it wasn't a man. It wasn't until Amanda and Wes scandal that she was able to come out of it. I was like, okay, this seems like a bit much here.
B
Yeah, thank God the Amanda scandal happened because I could get back on social media and rag on somebody else for a while. Thanks a lot, Amanda. You really helped me out there.
A
I. I think that Lindsay and Georgina should have been totally offended by Whitney, by what they perceived as Whitney sort of saying, like, they shouldn't even be tired because they have nannies. So this is ridiculous. They even get special treatment. That's basically what Whitney had said.
B
Dead.
A
So I get that. I think they should have been furious at her, but I. But the. I cried for six months. What are you crying about?
B
Like, what.
A
Like, I don't understand what the. What the crying is. Like, what was the thing that happened that made you cry?
B
She's so over the top. And everyone's laughing, by the way, because Lindsay does not let it go. Like, Lindsay has something that she knows that she has the upper hand, and so she is just going for it. She's yelling and she's pointing and she's, like, shaking her crazy, you know, rat's nest ponytail around, and it's like, how dare you? I sobbed. I sobbed. I've never been this destroyed like, Lindsay, we've watched this For a decade. And you have been called worse.
A
I know. And I did love when she said, the reason I have a nanny is because I work. And while you complain about your boyfriend not paying for a $30,000 closet in his apartment all season, I'm providing for women, plural. And you are depending on your boyfriend to provide for your lifestyle.
B
And that's why it's very.
A
I was like, that was. That was a great. That was a great point. She lined up.
B
I am providing for women. And then I died. I started laughing so hard, and everybody on the stage is cracking up because she's so ridiculous. And she doesn't drop it. She just keeps going and going. And Georgina comes into and she's like, how dare you? You owe an apology to single mother. Tears everywhere. We are dead. I can't even believe Georgina is here right now, because she was literally bleeding out of her eyes for six months after you said that to her.
A
The tears. The tears. She was just crying into her son's diaper as she smudged chocolate in it to make him happy.
B
So silly.
A
So then Kenny finally pulls out his. His line that he is rehearsed. He goes, lindsay, you collect apologies like you collect souls. It was a good line, though. It was rehearsed, but it was a good line. I was like, that is kind of funny. So that's where it ends. And, yeah, I loved this battle of sanctimoniousness that was happening between Kenny and Lindsay. And we'll see what happens next week on the second and final installment of this reunion.
B
Yeah. All right, everybody. Well, thank you so much for being here. We are going to talk about the McBee dynasty next. I know Ben is completely excited for that one. We'll see you over there. Also, for those of you who don't know, Real Housewives of London came on the same night as in the City, and we are recapping it. We did the first episode. God, last year when it aired originally. Hosts: Ben Mandelker & Ronnie Karam
Date: July 22, 2026
This episode dives into part two of the reunion for the Bravo show "In the City" Season 1, Episode 10. Ben and Ronnie bring their trademark snark and Bravo obsession to unpack heated relationship debates, “mom card” accusations, crumbling friendships, and the personal dynamics that drive this chaotic friend group. The recap highlights contentious moments from the reunion, particularly around Kenny and Whitney’s relationship, Lindsay’s “alpha” energy, and the infamous “mom card” incident.
Kenny’s Sexist Rant:
"You have to understand, women are irrational and emotional. They just don't understand things. I think statistically their brains are just a bit smaller than men's. So, you know, I'm trying to hold space for that." – Kenny (08:36)
On Lindsay’s 'Alpha' Role:
"She does assemble sort of sidekick types and she is an alpha personality... But what I don't think is that all these people dislike Kenny because they're just following Lindsay's orders." – Ben (39:26)
On Defensive Relationships:
"He is unlikable and condescending to all of them. And they also are standing up for the friend much in the same way that... people like Gavin and Kyle etc would stand up for you." – Ben (39:26)
Ultimate Read:
"Lindsay, you collect apologies like you collect souls." – Kenny (51:52)
Meta-Reunion Take:
"It's just the return of Lindsay and Everett from season one... They would have sex, get drunk, and Lindsay would be like, 'Oh why did you say that?'" – Ben (42:08)
The hosts bring signature Bravo-loving, roast-heavy banter to their commentary—direct, irreverent, and delightfully judgmental. Their tone is playful but incisive, equally ready to call out hypocrisy, throw shade at reality stars and each other, and celebrate "iconic" moments of self-delusion and drama.
This episode is a must-listen if you revel in Bravo reunions, with all the layered feuds, hilarious overreactions, and cutting observations that Watch What Crappens does best. Ben and Ronnie dissect every nuance behind the arguments, never losing sight of the comedy underlying Bravo melodrama—making this recap both insightful and thoroughly entertaining for anyone following "In the City" and the ever-churning drama of reality TV.
