Initially feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from his team, Alex rediscovered his clarity and confidence by reconnecting with his core values of transparency, collaboration, and growth. As he leaned into these values, not only did his stress begin to ease, but his team also responded with renewed energy and trust. We also touch on the scientific perspective of resilience, referencing Dr. Martin Seligman's research in positive psychology, which highlights the connection between resilience, optimism, emotional regulation, and a sense of meaning—elements that are deeply influenced by our values.
