I’m excited to pull back the curtain this week and share with you the journey my company and I have been on in learning to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the business. This is the type of work that literally lasts a lifetime, but if we can all progressively get better and be more open and accepting, this world would be a much better place for everyone!
