This is amazing.
A (1:58)
Dude, check this out. With us today we have Justin Klon, author of the Innovator's Handbook, a field manual he wrote about his experiences with a few small companies that he's worked for. You may know some of them. Nike, the Delta Force, Under Armour, Lululemon, Harvard, CIA, darpa, Apple, Kanye West, Gwyneth Paltrow. The. The list goes on. You're either the luckiest man in the world to work with and around all these people, or you're the most interesting man in the world.
B (2:40)
Well, I'm definitely a problem solver like yourself, so I think that's why we're here. Long history of that. Both of us.
A (2:48)
Yeah, I'm, I'm glad you said that. And clearly I'd like to maybe take credit for your problem solving centric way of thinking with your exposure to the Delta Force.
B (2:59)
Thank you.
A (2:59)
Yeah, I've, I've, I've said it before. Just the number one attribute you can have as, as a person is being a problem solver. If, if you take Delta Force Operator, for example, we can teach you how to shoot. We can, we can teach you how to lift heavy weights, we can teach you how to skydive. Being a problem solver is more of a almost to one to on one hand, and I Want to get your opinion on this and an innate thing that you're born with to some degree, some people are just better naturally at problem solving than others. But is it, is, is it something you're born with? Is it something you develop? Is it C is a little bit of both. What do you.
