KMOX Legal Analyst Brad Young joins Megan Lynch on the heels of several high-profile Supreme Court decisions. The first was a ruling on a Pres Trump executive order on birthright citizenship, allowed under the 14th Amendment. 'I do believe this resolves the issue,' says Young. A pair of states can continue to ban transgender women from participating in sports. 'Moving forward, if a state wants to say sports are defined by your birth gender, they can do that,' says Young, but also if a state wanted to allow those few transgender athletes to compete, that would be allowed as well.
