Making that it's 30 minute Thursdays. We still don't have an intro. We still don't have a new song. But I'm going to just put this out here. David Right now, listeners, give us a shout. Trading secrets Jason tardick.com if you have a new intro song for us or you have a new phrase for 30 minute Thursdays or even a new logo for trading secrets or 30 minute Thursdays, submit it to trading secrets@jasontardic.com we will share those online. If we use them, I will pay you 500 bucks. So there's that. We need a new intro to 30 Minute Thursdays. But David, we are back. Back to back. Holy smokes. Just when we predicted that. Can we really do this? Is there enough to cover between our episodes? Life, economics, what's happening in pop culture, all the things. Holy hell, we got a lot to talk about. It's been a week since last Thursday. I feel like just the last two days have been two months in my personal life. David, how you doing?
David (Curious Canadian) (2:08)
Yeah, the old Are we going to have enough to cover? I think we could be doing 30 minute everydays right now. But we're back, boys are back in town. Maybe that's an Intro song for 30 minute Thursdays. We'll work on that. I like the $500 offer. Life is busy. Jay, you know what? I was actually going to get on here today. Before we get into any of our topics, before we get into recapping a little bit of the one, the only your episode with Catherine. I was Gonna say, Jay, quick one to ten, how's life?
Jason Tardick (2:33)
Oh, man. I would tell you life right now is about a 10. I would also tell you that my stress levels in the last two days have been astronomical due to things happening at work and due to this move and executing the actual negotiations, inspections, escrows, all the moving parts of a new home buying process. There's so much to cover on this new home buying process. I'm wondering, and I haven't really shared much on social media. I always share all my stuff here first before I, you know, do my little reels of what's happened. But I think honestly, maybe next Thursday I give a full breakdown of everything that has ensued with the home buying process, the negotiation, the, the last minute, minute moving parts that have impacted and what I've learned, because it's astronomical what I've learned.
