Doris is a seasoned leader in financial services with more than 25 years of Board level experience in finance, risk management, and change management, which she gained as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She is also experienced in non-executive Director and Advisory appointments with organisations focused on climate change and sustainable development. Doris has worked in Frankfurt, Tokyo, Singapore and London. Until 2019, she was Group Chief Operating Officer of Standard Chartered Bank and a member of Supervisory Board of the Standard Chartered Germany AG.

Doris is also the Chair of the Climate Bonds Initiative and a Board member of the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market. Both organisations work on mobilising global capital for climate actions.
