Happy holidays! Today's episode is a replay of last month's Market Matters event, which featured Mark Gibson and JLL Capital Markets-Americas and his 2026 capital markets update. Mark is a longtime TREC member and former chairman of the organization. He leads nearly 2,000 capital markets professionals throughout the Americas region and is a member of JLL’s global capital markets board, which helps set the firm’s strategic direction, growth, and client activities. On this episode of TRECcast, we sit down with Jessica Stroud (Stream Realty Partners) about the 2024 Associate Leadership Council (ALC) class project, which benefited the ongoing Dallas Catalyst Project: Mill City. Jessica served as project manager for the class’s renovation of a former church building into a new headquarters for the nonprofit Zan Wesley Holmes, Jr. Community Outreach Center, which offers educational programs, workforce training, and job placement opportunities to help lift young people and families out of poverty. Jessica and the rest of the class will join Zan Wesley Holmes officials in cutting the ribbon on the new facility on Friday, December 12.
