Episode 154 of Tripp's Tennis Talk is a recap of the second round from Roland Garros 2026. Juan Manuel Cerundolo was declared the winner after one of the most shocking results in many years, rallying from a 3-6, 2-6, 1-5 deficit to TKO world #1 Jannik Sinner 3-6, 2-6, 7-5, 6-1, 6-1. Elsewhere, Collignon beat #5 Ben Shelton 6-4, 7-5, 6-4 and 17-year old Moise Kouame played a 4h56m epic, slaying Adolfo Daniel Vallejo 6-3, 7-5, 3-6, 2-6, 7-6(8) in front of a delirious Parisian crowd that was whipped into a religious fervor. The women's draw was quiet Thursday, but was still reacting to the Wednesday upset of Elena Rybakina, who went out 3-6, 6-1, 7-6 to Starodubtseva. It was a wild and woolly couple of days in Paris.
