The footage shows a willing victim who had expressed a beheading fetish online for years, posting on forums under names like Dat Beheading. The executioner wears an Anonymous mask and Adidas. The video is sold in packages ranging from 89 to 198 Yuan. In Gravataí, Brazil, another video shows two young men digging their own graves under gunpoint. The killers laugh. They discuss whether the victims are dead. They pour gasoline and set the bodies on fire. None of them show any emotion. From ISIS propaganda to cartel chainsaw executions, murderers have always recorded their kills. But the Vietnamese Butcher represents something new: murder recorded deliberately for commercial sale.
