Mary
Welcome back to two Judgy Girls. This is Mary from the Bay and
Courtney
it's Courtney from la and I've got my ass bun in you guys.
Mary
Okay? Courtney is in Paris and reporting live from Paris. We we for the Summer House reunion part two with her ass bunny.
Courtney
So my friend that I'm staying with, she is hosting a watch party tonight for Summer House and so I told her I was like, I gotta wear the fuck ass bun. Like my hair right now. It's in a nice little Amanda fuck ass bun for it. Right after we finish recording this, I'm gonna help prep and we're gonna get all of our stuff done. We've got a menu for tonight. But I was like, I gotta dress and theme. Maybe I'll try to find something yellow. I have like my Harry Styles yellow sweatshirt. I could wear as like my butter yellow maybe. Are you in a butter yellow sweatshirt right now?
Mary
It's a cream.
Courtney
Oh, just say yes.
Mary
Okay, Yes. I am also dressed as Amanda.
Courtney
A two for one here. Between the two of us, out of
Mary
all the characters you could be, you chose to be Amanda. Wow, a villain.
Courtney
It required the least amount of effort.
Mary
She, she is lazy.
Courtney
There's just like so much to talk about. It's like I might be in a different country, but we are eat, breathing, living, summer house, sleeping. Everything is Summer House related. I can't get enough.
Mary
How many times have you watched this reunion, Mary?
Courtney
Don't embarrass me. Watched it three times and I'll be watching it a fourth tonight.
Mary
Okay, I, I did watch it. We got the screener yesterday, so I watched it then. Then I did the live threads chat and was trying to do my own threads at the same time and then I had to watch it again. To make sure our notes were credible and that I got every single line to talk about.
Courtney
Okay. And then when I was watching the extended one, I sent you the minutes to go check in on. So you've done like three and a half. I'm gonna say definitely.
Mary
And we have like six pages of notes. You guys, we can let you know. The markers for the peacock version, extended.
Courtney
Go ahead and read them.
Mary
7 minute marker, 18 minutes, 2330. And that's about Jesse. And then we have 44 minutes and 54 minutes.
Courtney
And that 2330. Stick around for about 4 minutes because those are. There's a 2 extended during that. But it's like, when I want extended. Like, I don't care about Ben. Okay? I don't need the extended scene about Ben. You are a flop, as Lindsay said. Okay, like, when I say extended, I want to watch squirmies.
Mary
I mean, watch what? Crappin's got a shout out. That was when Kyle spent the night out. It was after a Watch what Crappens event.
Courtney
It was their crappies in New York last year. And so then I texted Ben and I was like, hey, Ben, FYI, watch what Crappens is mentioned. But then I'm like, oh, my God, the time change. I'm messaging him at like 6am LA time. And I'm like, I'm so. But he's awake. He's like, wait, really? I'm like, oh, hi. Yeah, so sorry to bother you. But it's good news. Like, it's good news.
Mary
He was in New York, so you're fine. Because tonight, watch what happens is doing their cabaret shows. You can even watch it online. Check out those crappies, guys. And guys, they're gonna be on the pod on Friday and Monday.
Courtney
Oh, my God, I love that you have been killing it. By the way, we have to give snaps to Mary. She has been doing such a fantastic job holding down the fort so that I can be on a sabbatical. So I'm just. I'm very. I'm. I'm proud of you.
Mary
Thank you so much. And how are the travels? How was Sardinia?
Courtney
Oh, you guys, Sardinia was so fun. We had the best time. It was like a perfect mix. We were there for seven nights. It's a perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, like going out, beach time. Highly recommend. If you go, please rent a car. You need a car for everywhere there. Like, I've realized when you go to kind of like the smaller islands, like, they just don't have a lot of Ubers and taxis. Plus the taxis are Wild. You like one way somewhere is like $150. Now if you have five people like we did, that's not that bad. But if you're like two people, that's, that's rough. But also at the same time, when you're going out at night, like you're not going to drive your car because you might be having a few drinks. But we had the best time. We got to go to like all over explore. And we ended our weekend with going to Fee beach, which is like this beach club. I sent you a bunch of videos from there and stuff and watched Benny Banassi, who was a dj. He was so much fun. Like, we just had such a good time. And now I'm back in Paris and I feel like I'm living like my like real life here. I put quotes around that because like, obviously I'm not. And let me just tell you guys, money here for me means nothing. I am playing with monopoly money, you guys. I went to a French pharmacy yesterday, I'm gonna do a haul because I feel like I need to. And I spent €250 and I don't even wanna do how much dollars that equates to because I don't want to know. Like that's something for my bank account. And then I had to go back today and I spent another hundred dollars and I was like, well, that's fine, no worries. And I just keep shopping. I can't stop.
Mary
I think that's amazing. Treat yourself. You're on vacay.
Courtney
It's my birthday. That's what I keep saying. And I'm like, you can't say that because when your bank account says zero, it doesn't work.
Mary
I'm very excited because Friday you have an appointment to like these custom jeans. And I'm just, I'm very invested in this for some reason. I just am very curious of what you're going to come out with. What's the price point? I want to know. So report back.
Courtney
Yeah, I'll let you know next week. I don't think it's going to be custom jeans. I just think it's like a vintage seller and then they like find you the best jeans for your body.
Mary
So we'll see.
Courtney
We'll see. I have no idea. And there's a bunch of other things I don't know that I need a pair, another pair of jeans. But you know, I didn't need the other hundreds of dollars of stuff that I've already bought as like today I walked to my favorite place which is Cafe Charlot. It's in the Marais. It's my favorite restaurant. I come here every time. I said, how much is a hat? Doesn't matter. I'll take it. I'm now, like, a merch.
Mary
Merch from the shop.
Courtney
Yeah, Yeah. I already have a sweatshirt from there. Why not have a hat?
Mary
And who did you listen to when you walked over there?
Courtney
So I listened to KJ on Carl's podcast. It was really good. The best thing about being in Paris. Well, the best and the worst is this time change. Right? Like, I was texting with Mary this morning. We were doing this at, like, what, 8am Your time? Right now it's 5pm My time. And, like, Mary's like, you know, our texts are so off because I'm nine hours ahead. Well, I fell asleep to us texting about the reunion. And then I woke up and I had, like, 10 texts from you. And then I'm like, I can't text her now because it's at night. You know, whatever. And then we start texting. I'm like, by the way, I've already walked, like, 6.5 miles today. Like, how's Charlie? Like, waking up? How's it going over there?
Mary
We. We are still very connected.
Courtney
Totally. But just like our time change. Like, my day is going to be ending soon, while yours is just starting. But to go back to what you said, KJ was on Carl's podcast. I highly recommend this one. I know Lindsay's going to be on soon. I'm sure you talked about that on the other pods.
Mary
I have this idea that Lindsay and Carl could co host something. Because Carl only has his podcast once a week, he could easily do a second one with Lindsay, and I think that could be. There's something there.
Courtney
Well, I mean, she did buy him all that podcast equipment years ago. My thing is, I think it should be Kyle and Lindsay. Like, I said that, like, a couple of weeks ago when they were on Watch what Happens Live Together. Like, I'd love the two of them to talk. I love Carl and Lindsay's friendship. He talks a little bit about that on the podcast, too. Talking about how people are, like, shipping them. And even his mom's like, what's going on? He's like, no, we are friends. And of course, the toxic in me is like, but what if you were more than.
Mary
And I know. No, absolutely not.
Courtney
I know. But, like, also, what if.
Mary
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Courtney
Okay, thank you for bringing me back down.
Mary
But give us the rundown of the highlights that KJ said so.
Courtney
KJ is just so genuine and so honest, and I feel like he's just such an open book. And he was talking about his time on the Summer House season, and they were talking about, you know, the upcoming season, too. And Carl almost talks about. As if he might. This scandal's really. While it's ruined some careers and has really shaken things up, I think it's really changed the trajectory of a lot of people's careers that were maybe not going to be returning.
Mary
To be honest, after this second part reunion, I have decided that Wes Wilson has got himself fired. I really do think he has said about 17 words. He just keeps apologizing. He is not fighting, he's not combative. And he's a liar. Yes, he's. But he's a liar. You know, his actions don't meet his words. So I really do think Bravo's probably so pissed at him at this point that they're like, no, we're done with you. I think he got himself fired.
Courtney
I'm on that side with you, too. Especially because watching that, you can tell to one that he's, like, so pissed. He's in a dressing room with Amanda and he doesn't get to hang out with the boys. Like, I know that is eating him alive that he doesn't get to joke around with the guys. Like, he's public enemy number one or two, depending. But probably number one, Amanda can be number two. But at this point, he's become, in this reunion especially, is like a shell of himself or as a shell of who we knew him to be, which, you know, as you said, is a liar. But he was a good liar. He was a fun liar. He was enjoyable to watch until everything was exposed.
Mary
I just think there's no way that he can come back from this. And also, I have to say this, please. At the end of the reunion, I genuinely felt bad for Amanda because I think it is very obvious that she has had to take an insane amount of medication that is probably definitely prescribed to her to get through this. I mean, she's, like, falling asleep in the dressing room.
Courtney
You've done a bunch of threads last night, and you were saying, like, it's obvious when Amanda went back to her dressing room, what she did, and I was like, okay, it's not obvious to me. But you mean she, like, took her meds or something just to kind of be like a Zoloft rock?
Mary
Yes.
Courtney
Okay. Yeah. I mean, it's funny because I. When I look at the two of them and I'm talking actually Kyle and Amanda here. It's really interesting because there's no perfect victim, right? Like, people are kind of rewriting history on a lot of things and being like, team Kyle. Team Kyle. Like, look how bad Amanda is. And it's like we've watched season so of Kyle yell at Amanda, and we've seen the way he's treated her. We can physically see it on her body, you know, the stress that she's put herself through, all of these things, and yet she's so manipulative and has lied and has done these things and betrayed her friends. And it's like, so where she's a victim, she's also like, the aggressor in a way, and the betrayer. And then you've got Kyle, who, like, isn't the great partner, and he, you know, says really nasty things to his wife, but he still feels this need to protect her. And then you hear about the indiscretions. It's like there just really is no perfect victim. Which is why this show is also so compelling, because they're so incompatible.
Mary
They really, really are. But I just felt like she was such a. Like, flatline, no personality. Yeah, she shed some tears. She couldn't even muster up any. Anything, to be honest.
Courtney
I just watched this and I keep thinking, why didn't they come with their tail between their legs? All they had to do was say, we fucked up. We went about it completely the wrong way. We hurt everyone. We personally hurt people. We professionally hurt people. We have done our big one and we are so sorry. And at this point, I'm not going to justify what I did. Yes, we are seeing where this relationship goes or whatever this is, and so we will continue to pursue this. But at the end of the day, we're sorry we fucked up this reunion is for you guys to come at us. At this point, I'm not going to try to defend anything because it doesn't matter what I say. I've done so much wrong and so much bad here. Except for at the end of the day, they don't think they did anything wrong. And that's why we're at the place. We are in this reunion completely.
Mary
And west is definitely just going to sit here and take it and apologize and say my wrongs, and he keeps doing that. But I also feel like west, at
Sponsor Voice
the end of the day, he's a
Mary
college athlete, he's a major competitor, and I think this reunion is going to make them stronger than ever.
Courtney
Well, they're in Italy together, right?
Mary
No, but they are going to stick this out for a very long time and I really think they could get married. I'm not joking as they should though,
Courtney
because they've messed up so badly. It's like if you go the vanderpump way, which is like Raquel removed herself so bad. Obviously we've seen the trajectory of Tom Sandoval. Whether he's been, quote unquote redeemed with traitors and House of Villains and whatnot. He's still kind of the butt of the joke. But at this point, it's like you do need to stick with it. You've messed up so badly at this point. People want your happy ending. Most people seemingly want it off their screens, but you gotta stick with it.
Mary
But I also think the way that Dara spoke to west, he's like, I am going to spite you. It's that competitive side in him that he is going to prove these people wrong and they are going to be thick as thieves. They're already trauma bonded.
Courtney
It's just wild Bonnie and Clyde. But you know what's crazy though, Mary? The lunchtime scene where Wes is pissed that he can't be, you know, messing with the boys and he's kind of stuck on the couch with Amanda. And I'm like, the lack of chemistry here is actually wild. They both don't want to be there. And I'm sure they do have chemistry. I mean, we've seen tiktoks with them. We've seen their relationship and friendship in the house. Like, there's chemistry watching them on that couch. And then when Sierra's like, they don't even like each other.
Mary
Saw the chemistry and on in the city, the first 10 minutes of it, I mean, these long hugs touching the shoulder. I mean, she has goo goo gaga eyes for him. She is already in love with him at that lunch on in the City.
Courtney
Does that change for you? Does that change the timeline of things?
Mary
I. I was always saying this January thing, I think something happened before. I really do. She's had that apartment for such a long time. Alone for a year.
Courtney
Lease, your lease.
Mary
That was crazy.
Courtney
Also, I wish she'd just be like
Mary
more forthcoming and say, you know, Kyle, she strung him along. She strung Kyle along. And I'm actually, I'm happy for her that she had the courage to leave him because something needed to happen in that relationship. They were not right for each other. They were both miserable. And I have to applaud her for finally leaving. I. And she was the one that pulled the trigger on everything. I think, and I think that was something that she's literally. It probably took her three years to do that. You know, they were only married for four years and they hadn't slept together in four years.
Courtney
Well, was it four or seven?
Mary
No, they cleared that up at the reunion. They hadn't slept together in four years. The entire time they were married, they had not slept together. Which is actually insane.
Courtney
Which also though, does not give you a reason to cheat. And we'll get there, but with me, with the timeline and people are going to tell me I'm crazy and obviously we know that I'm a fucking psycho, but I don't at this point still think something has happened. Wes is playing this emotional knight in shining armor because Amanda is quote, unquote unavailable. Do I think he encouraged her to leave him? I do. I think she had the strength from another man showing her how nice a different person could be. And that's why we see her attached to him so much now in these reunions and them in their relationship or whatever, dating, whatever it is. She's yelling she's single at the reunion. I'm like, are you single? Are you dating Wes? What's happening here? Whatever. But I feel like she's so infatuated with him at this point that everything Wes touches turns to gold. I just don't feel like it's happened yet because I don't think that he wants to have crossed that line yet. Yet, no.
Mary
But I think probably like Thanksgiving, December.
Courtney
Okay, but not during this in the city scene, I guess is what I meant.
Mary
No, not yet. But I think she's already in love with him at that point. It was almost like a Kyle Richards Morgan situation on camera. That's how I felt.
Courtney
Okay, well, let's take a break and then let's break that down.

Wait, you never finished the KJ story?
Courtney
Well, okay, when do we ever finish
Mary
a thought on this?
Courtney
We're not even going to finish the Kyle Morgan comparison to Amanda and Wes. Finish that and then I'll go back to kj.
Mary
No, I mean the way that Kyle and Morgan were like goo goo Gaga on the TV screen. You could feel the love and the flirtation. I felt that when I was watching in the City. Amanda was lighter sitting at that picnic table, I think, which is funny because
Courtney
she's wearing that stupid ass suede jacket again. Oh, it's too much.
Mary
And then the whole, like, everyone, make sure you watch the first 10 minutes of in the City. It's very, very important.
Courtney
Watch the whole episode. I'm actually very much enjoying in the City. And I actually think there's another scene that happens in the city, which is why I actually don't think that they were hooking up at this point is because when they're at the brunch, Kyle and Amanda are sitting next to each other.
Mary
Bike shorts, collared, rugby shirt was awful.
Courtney
Look, Princess Diana core. There I was like, everyone else is dressed up in Amandas and sweatshirt, but there's this moment that she's actually cuddling into Kyle. Lindsay and Danielle. Are somebody talking. And has anybody. By the way, I haven't been keeping up that much, but has anybody called Danielle's olive branch the Oliveira branch? Like, for some reason that feels like it's punny and nobody's really using that.
Mary
You started it.
Courtney
Yeah, it's not gonna go anywhere from here, but I just feel like that would have been a good one. Danielle should have used that. I'd love to extend an Oliveira branch to you.
Mary
Also, Carl needs to comment about the hj. He has to come forward.
Courtney
So she's denying it.
Mary
Watch what happens live. Denies, denies, denies. The flashbacks are like, over.
Sponsor Voice
The pants are under.
Mary
We don't know. I think she honestly doesn't even know what happened. So she's denying it. It was a very drunk night.
Courtney
She's just an unreliable narrator. Lindsay and Carl also kept that secret about the fact that Danielle's the one that told about Craig getting kicked out of Chanda's wedding, too. They're all unreliable, but makes compelling tv. But at that brunch, though, there's this scene where they're cuddling and I'm like, I think they really are trying to date each other at this point that I just feel like if Amanda was so Done. Done. Even though she is done, she's moved out, she's done all this. I feel like she'd show zero percent affection of, like, not even sitting next to him. More jabs. And maybe she just has a level of comfort with the summer house cast more so than the in the city cast.
Mary
And I think in that moment, she thought it was sexy that he was sticking up for her because we don't see that often.
Courtney
What? Kyle sticks up for Amanda all the time. He's sticking up for her in this reunion. He wrote a 17 page fucking email to the cast in defense of Amanda. He might not defend her to herself, but he is. If someone's coming at Amanda, he's always defending her. He just will come after her too.
Mary
Okay, Kyle.
Courtney
Well, I guess I'm just. I feel like Wes will never do, like, you'll never see west write a 17 page email. He will tell you behind the doors in a break that if you're gonna cry at the reunion, at least cry on stage. Really sell it.
Sponsor Voice
He really is a man of few words.
Courtney
I know. Okay, let me finish up with the KJ on Carl's podcast and then we'll bring it back. Okay.
Mary
I missed you. I missed you so much in these ADD conversations because I'm following, like, and
Courtney
I hope people also that have been with us for a while are like, okay, yeah, thank you.
Mary
This is why we're the two judgy girls. We're a dynamic duo.
Courtney
I love it. I really have missed you too. It's hard this time, change. Like, we can never. We can never be in different states either.
Mary
Oh, my. Courtney. Never.
Courtney
Same time zone always.
Mary
Yes.
Courtney
Looping back to KJ on Carl's podcast. So KJ opens up a lot about the end of summer. What happened after that goes into, like, a lot of detail and is just so brave and honest for telling that story because I feel like sometimes it could be really scary to show that. But he's like, I want to share my story if it will help anybody else. And Carl asks, you know, you mentioned you were diagnosed with BPD and could you see it on the show? Could you see things happening? And he was like, yeah, I noticed in the last couple of weeks that it was really affecting me. I was sleeping a ton and Carl's like, yes, there was like a weekend. Remember you had mentioned this too, to me. But, like, there was a weekend where one of the days KJ slept, like, all day and he was like, I could see it starting to affect me and maybe I'm inferring this from what he said. But it was kind of interesting when he was talking about the end of summer. It was like hard for me to like make ends meet. Like I was living with Sierra, I was living with Dara. I didn't really have a ton of money and I started thinking it's because he's a first season cast member. He's not getting the brand deals. He hasn't even been on TV yet. Right. He's this unknown figure to us because we're not on the summer house. Like you know, watching all of that he said and things just got tough and then, you know, he's self harmed. And Dara had called Mia and Ciara and they all took him to the hospital.
Mary
I have chills.
Courtney
I literally have chills. And it's just talking about them coming into his life too and everything. I guess Mia had told Dara like you need to break up with him just for yourself. Everyone's sake on this. And so Dara did. And then when KJ was away he kind of thought Dara was the villain. And it's really a good story. I don't want to like tell the whole story because I think it's definitely worth a listen from him. But he goes into a lot of detail on it. I love KJ so much and I'm just so happy like where he is. I would love to know because I don't know when this was filmed. Like it was released yesterday or the day before but had to be filmed earlier. He talks about their relationship and that they're still in a relationship. So I'm wondering what the timeline is now. What are your thoughts? Because I think they're broken up.
Mary
They still seem to be broken up. I just don't know what happened at that DSW event but they had.
Courtney
Someone had said before too is like one time he deleted all these photos of Dara and it was like because he was protecting her. And you know, I hope for them too. Especially when you hear about them on the reunion, talk about their relationship. I want them to work out. I think they're so adorable. And if it were, if that's what they want, then great. And you know, we'll see. I mean summer's around the corner too. Do both of them come back?
Mary
I am dying to know what the cast will be. Also Jesse Solomon is going to be on watch what happens live next Tuesday after the final reunion and Andy says he will share the timeline. So good.
Courtney
Well, I was like, okay, it's rude that we didn't get to see his timeline Now, I think Andy said things that had come out at the reunion didn't necessarily line up with timeline, but he's going to let him share it anyways. And then I thought, wow, Jesse is the final person on for this season.
Mary
That's a good point. Especially they didn't want to do someone. I mean, I guess they already had Lindsay and Kyle. I would have thought they would try to get someone from in the city, but.
Courtney
Well, I don't know who Jesse is on with, so he could be from in the city. Somebody else. Sierra is in Fiji because Love island has started, so she's not going to be there. I would love to see Mia.
Mary
Would you have watched if they brought as the final guest west and Amanda six times?
Courtney
I would have watched it.
Mary
I know that honestly would have been a little bit brilliant.
Courtney
Well, when you say earlier, right, you're like, I think west can be fired now. I don't think he's going, but I'm like, there is something about wanting to know an update. And I saw that in the city is going to get a reunion, obviously with Amanda being on that stage. What will change and what will we talk about and where will their relationship, Kyle and Amanda at that point be? I just am like, if Wes comes back, then he and Amanda need to be together, staying in the primary, switching it up and then like, no, but there's.
Mary
There's no way they would get the primary.
Courtney
No, of course not. But like, how funny would that be in. In theory.
Mary
Completely. Completely. No, but what would be better is like they were down in the basement with no AC level or like the double bed situation where they couldn't even sleep in the same bed. Like, something.
Courtney
They change it to two twin beds. Bunk beds. Two twin bunk beds. So they came and pushed the beds together.
Mary
West, you're on the top.
Courtney
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant summer house. I mean, aren't they going to a new house? Because that house is being sold.
Mary
I mean, let's see if it's actually bought.
Courtney
So true. Just. Okay. Can I go back to in the city? Sorry, guys. Sorry. I wanted to talk there. The Sierra, West, Amanda scene, though, because it was when the three of them are holding hands in that little triangle and she's like in that confessional and she's like, I've got my trio back. It's wild because if you had a magic ball to know, guys, what was going to happen in six months, four months, three months, whatever.
Mary
Him just being like, Manders, Manders. And then she's talking about, I Was checking your location to see where you were. Sierra. And Sierra's like, like, I forgot you had my location. It's just so much foreshadowing. And then west is. He has his hands on her. He's like, how are you feeling? She says, you know, I'm making the move by myself. And he's like, are you feeling proud? This is such a big step. It's just crazy. And then we get to the confessional, and she's speaking about Sierra. She's one of my best friends for a few years now. I'm absolutely obsessed with that woman. You can't write this.
Courtney
I mean, and then she does a confessional on my birthday, And the producers kind of like, cut the. Like, let's talk about it now. And then what's crazy, too, is like, okay, May 5th, the reunion is filmed, like, what, April 23rd? So this is like, two weeks after that.
Mary
Oh, good point. Good point. And I love that the producer was like, was there a crush at that point? And she is adamant. No, we were all just good friends. They helped me through this hard time in my life. And then she says, I am so happy right now. And I'm, like, happy with west right now.
Courtney
What time right now? Right now in. In the city filming or right now in this confessional?
Mary
I was confused by that. Yeah.
Courtney
Yes.
Mary
I thought the exact same thing. It's just a perfect little trio, them holding hands.
Courtney
Wes gives his houndstooth jacket to Sierra because she's cold. I also was like, sierra, you are dumping a ridiculous amount of parmesan cheese on that pizza. She was shaking that shaker for a good minute. I was like, this is cheese on cheese on cheese.
Mary
A woman after my own heart.
Courtney
I mean, I love cheese. As Oprah said about bread. I'll say it about cheese. I love cheese.
Mary
And then.
Sponsor Voice
And then west is like, have you
Mary
given Kyle an ultimatum? And she's like, every single day, basically. And I'm literally moving out. Then they start talking about the loans, the prenup, and you can just tell Amanda has no idea what this divorce is going to bring. And it still does seem lover boy is just completely his. And. And she's going to be off the hook for all of that. Not like Jesse and Michelle. She's not going to have to pay half the loan.
Courtney
When Michelle pulled those divorce papers out, I audibly gasped, like, queen. Closing that with that scene, I was like, God, they got me again. And that's why I think we're spending the wrong time on the wrong people in that show. Like, The Jesse Michelle Lacy contingenc. See, everyone who's on the other side of the hill of the valley, they are the interesting people.
Mary
Agreed. I completely agree with you. I also love when they talk about the blind items in Dumois because Dumois can be right. And they're talking about Kyle staying out till 8 o' clock in the morning after that SNL party. And he falls asleep in the kitchen a lot, apparently, after his snackies.
Courtney
Well, he's gotta. He's got the drunk munchies. He's gotta find the Tostitos. He's the muffin man, you know, sharks, friends, family.
Mary
I will say Kyle looks horrible in. In this city. He has bags under his eyes. He looks exhausted, stressed. It's sad.
Courtney
He's losing his marriage and his job and he's in this. I mean, we've talked about, right, Going from summer house to in the city. He's got this new thing that he's trying to make work. He's trying to save everything. His mom's an English teacher. She's gonna. He's gotta get ready, send her the joint statement so that they can make sure it's grammatically in punctuality. Like the punctuation on it is. He's got a lot going on. Also, though, last week when Lindsay was like, kyle gets Botox. He's like, kyle's nine years older than me. I was like, but he looks great. I'm like, if Georgina is doing his Botox, like Georgina, you should be getting a new clientele because that man has never Kyle's wave of his hair right now. I'm like, this man has never looked better. I can't believe how many blonde men I'm attracted to.
Mary
He is Ken and Benjamin Button 100.
Courtney
Wherever he was DJing at over the weekend, I was like, you've literally never looked better. And now I'm glad too, that people are on to the fact that as we've said since super bowl, which we will segue into the Briana Chicken Fry of it all too. He's a good dj, okay, I.
Mary
If he comes back here, I know a thousand percent, go see him. I'm upset.
Courtney
I will bring all my friends. If it's at a club, I'm buying a table bottle service, baby. I've got a sign that says Kyle cook for Coachella 2027. Let's go.
Mary
Okay. Let's take a break and talk about Brianna Chicken Fry. To realize the future America needs. We understand what's needed from us to face each threat.
Courtney
Head on.
Mary
We've earned our place in the fight for our nation's future. We are Marines.
Courtney
We were made for this. I've really missed you.
Mary
This is. This is Unhinged in so much fun.
Courtney
Are you guys still with us?
Mary
Don't worry.
Courtney
We'll actually get into the episode, too. We're talking about everything. I mean, there's so much. And then I'm also like, I know you've probably talked about on all the other pods, too, but I also want you to talk about it with me.
Mary
Of course I'll talk about it with you. I'll talk about it with anybody.
Courtney
I know. The best part about having different guests come on is learning their opinions and, like, their thoughts about everything. And I'm telling you, I would love to know. Actually, here's a question I have for you. Since you've had so many guests on while I've been gone, has your opinion on anything changed?
Mary
No.
Courtney
Okay, well, because I feel like when you were out, I had a lot of people. I want to say that was when OC was airing and people were talking about how Tamara was, like, a necessary evil. And then I started softening on her. And I'd also love to talk about Tamara and Lala talking about how good Kyle is in bed. Have you talked about that?
Mary
No, I haven't talked about that.
Courtney
Okay, so lala on her podcast talks about how she's heard that Kyle Cook is a generous lover and that, like, it's, like, posted somewhere, and then Tamara comments under that. Like, I can concur. Like, I heard five O's.
Mary
And who are they hearing that from?
Courtney
Because he's hasn't had sex in four years, and.
Mary
And he's been with Amanda for 10.
Courtney
Well, as we know from the extended scene at. What Was it, minute 54? Is that what it was on the peacock version? This is the last one that I sent you. They mentioned Kyle dating and sleeping with somebody before Amanda did. Did that person and, like, say something? Is it Ava Dash? Who I'm convinced they're dating based on just a few appearances together. I'm still. I'm on the train that Kyle is with Ava Dash.
Mary
When they were going over the list of all of Kyle's girls since Amanda, I was like, sally, Megan King, Edmund.
Courtney
Oh, my God. It's for sure, Sally. It's for sure Sally. Sally and Kyle definitely hooked up when he played a DJ gig in Charleston. And she's the bladder mouse South.
Mary
You're totally right.
Courtney
It's Sally.
Mary
You're totally right. Yeah, because Then the. Those southern hospitality people are probably talking about it. Sally probably told like Mia and TJ and it's just I was telling her
Courtney
about west and so they were comparing their hookups with the summer house guys. It's so good when we can really dive deep and figure it all out based on nothing.
Mary
Okay, let's talk about Brianna Chicken.
Courtney
Right. Okay, let's talk about it. She stands by the timeline that Wes told her at the super bowl that he and Amanda were hooking up. That is what February 8th weekend.
Mary
Lex Nico was on and she was at the super bowl with Sierra and West. And I said, did you think they hooked up after? And she said yes.
Courtney
I thought Sierra and West. Yes. And it's just diabolical. The two of them on the boat with us. And I'm telling you, when I am at home, that aura frame of mine where it pops up a digital picture every day. There are hundreds of photos on that aura frame every day. You, me, Kyle and Wes pop up every day. It cycles through and it's like. Just want to make sure you remember this one.
Mary
I. I will never forget that day. I have talked about it with every single guest.
Courtney
You have to. And did you tell them how you wash your face though?
Mary
I haven't mentioned the kiss. It. That's just a little too deep. That's too embarrassing.
Courtney
Sure. It's a safe space here. It's just you and me.
Mary
Totally.
Courtney
But. Okay, so chicken cry is adamant about that timeline while that Lex thinks that that happened with Wes and Sierra. It does not surprise me. The preview for the reunion part 3 talks I assuming is alluding to this talking to it because they mention like hey Amanda, like Wes says, I've been not clear with a zillion women I've dated. And Carl then says to Amanda says do you still want to be with him? He's hooking up with four other girls right now. And your former best friend, it's so crazy now interesting that she thinks that Sierra and Wes slept together because I feel like Sierra at the reunion told us that they did not. They've just had two sleepovers. No, no.
Mary
I actually Lex just thought after that day something happened could have, but she just thought maybe they could have. But I think west and Sierra have both corroborated that story that they never slept together in the fall or the winter or the summer.
Courtney
So like maybe make out some heavy petting, touching a slumber party or two. Yeah, just like sleepover sleeping bags, that
Mary
bunk bed, maybe an over the pants
Courtney
hj otphjs they're back in 2026. I hear it's the summer of the otbhj. Did you get that email?
Mary
I did.
Courtney
I did.
Mary
As well as the song of the summer is wildfire by jesse solomon.
Courtney
Exactly. Exactly. Okay, shall we jump into the actual reunion?
Mary
Okay. Amanda, she's crying. She can't look at anyone. And Lindsay's just like, he is going
Courtney
to do it to you, Amanda.
Mary
I feel very protective. We got very close filming in the city and he's gonna do it to you. West, you are a pathy. We believe nothing when he abbreves everything.
Courtney
Pathy was din din on the tabes
Mary
pathy.
Courtney
That's what I'm hosting for the. For the watch party tonight. We're having din din on the table.
Mary
Oh, nice. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Courtney
Doing it on the tapes. We've got. Can I give you my menu?
Mary
Yeah. We didn't do that.
Courtney
I'm sorry. And I know we started the episode, but pause, rewind. Let's talk about it. Okay, so for drinks, they don't sell lover boy in paris. So instead we just bought bottles of wine. But we're calling it bottles of amanda wine. Like she's whining.
Mary
W h I n e. And that's
Courtney
honestly my favorite thing of the menu. I thought that was so, like, very clever of myself. And so I tooted my own horn on that one. Beep beep. For appetizers, we're doing like charcuterie, but we're doing it shark, coutery, friends, family. Because in season five, if you recall when Lindsay rotc Kyle in that Covid pub crawl they did, that was what was important to him.
Mary
Yes.
Courtney
Then for meal, the main. The main dish. Now people are saying we should do a sandwiches. You know, how many sandwiches have you made for me? But I'm going to tell you, I don't want a sandwich for dinner.
Mary
I agree. That's a lunch item.
Courtney
Yeah. So we're doing buffalo wild wings.
Mary
Love that.
Courtney
Now the problem is we do have to suspend disbelief here because they don't have buffalo wild wings out here and they have wing stop. So just pretend that it's a buffalo wild wing.
Mary
Wait, I'm shocked. They. They have wing stop.
Courtney
Yep. And then we're going to do fries as the side for that. But it's freedom fries because, you know, like in France it's not french fries, so it's freedom dinner fries. And then for dessert, we got kyle cookies and we got karma brownies because Sierra and Kyle are the main victims in this and they deserve Their own spotlighted meal. Even though Amanda gets wine. It's like wine. You know?
Mary
That sounds like the perfect menu. You will have to post the final picture of this.
Courtney
Yes. Okay. Yeah, maybe I'll, like, make a little ticky talkie cute about it. We'll see. We'll see. But anyways, I just thought that was, like, fun. What did you have when you watched it? Anything good?
Mary
When I watched it. The three times?
Courtney
Yeah. Any of the three times, did you have anything delicious with it?
Mary
I. I was working. No, I was typing away. I was like, threads, live chat, taking our own notes. Like, I was like, charlie, are you okay? Watch Ms. Rachel.
Courtney
It was psycho, you guys. Mary literally texted and she goes, I'm gonna watch the live feed and Charlie's gonna watch Ms. Rachel, and neither of us are gonna feel guilt about this.
Mary
At 4 o', clock, I took him to the park and I was like, we're gonna go to the park. I'm gonna be a good mom. We're gonna go up and down the slide. We're gonna do the swings. 4:40. I was like, we gotta get in the car. We gotta get home. Then my mom's calling me. She's like, I think your sister's going into labor. I was like, what? This is crazy. Yesterday was such a big day. Summer house.
Courtney
Tell her to hold it in.
Mary
June 2nd was the biggest day of my life. It was Andy Cohen's 58th birthday. Love island premiere. The Summer House reunion, part two. Maybe I have a new nephew. I mean, a wild, wild ride.
Courtney
I will say you posted some great threads and quotes last night. Night. And then I got on today and I was like, I'm gonna give some attitude.
Mary
I love it. I wish there was a way that we could show who is typing. You know what I mean?
Courtney
Like, my friend was like, I loved your threads today. I said, that was all Mary. And he's like, oh, okay.
Mary
Should I text her if I italicized or something?
Courtney
Just put mm in parentheses. And I think that's. Yeah, well, let's offline about this because we do have to talk about. About the episode. You know what? At this point, should we just pause and then come back with a part two?
Mary
Yeah. We will be really professional and serious in the second part.
Courtney
You guys don't promise that.
Mary
Just kidding.
Courtney
Bye.
