founder and CEO of Cervel. We built Serval to automate the IT work that slows companies down. Onboarding, password resets, accessed applications. My laptop stopped working. While employees wait for help, their real work is put on hold. It desperately wants to automate this work and that's why they need Serval. You just tell Serval what you want to automate in plain English and it's built. No drag and drop workflows, no expense of consultants. Employees get unblocked and IT teams go from drowning in tickets to building what actually matters. With Cerval, it becomes the AI engine powering the entire company. This is a new way to run it. We guarantee you'll automate 50% of all tickets and we'll prove it to you in a free four week pilot. Go to servil.com acast that's serval.com Most people don't realize how much of their personal information is being bought and sold every day. Data brokers are making billions, pulling details about you from public records and the Internet, then packaging and selling it, usually without your consent. That's how your information lands in the hands of scammers, spammers, even stalkers. It's why you get endless robocalls and why ads seem to follow you everywhere. That's where Aura comes in. Aura actively removes your data from broker sites and keeps it off. They also instantly alert you if your information shows up in a breach or on the dark web. But Aura goes beyond data protection. With one app you get a vpn, antivirus, password manager, spam, call protection, dark web monitoring, and even up to $5 million in identity theft insurance. All backed by 24, 7 US based fraud support. Other companies might sell just credit monitoring or just a vpn. Aura gives you all of it together at the same price competitors charge for just one service. Welcome back to two Judgy Girls. This is Mary from the Bay and today I have Samantha Bush, AKA the Bravo Historian, also the host of the Chronically online podcast that launched last week, topping the charts. Welcome. Samantha.
Samantha Bush
Hi.
Courtney
I'm so excited. I haven't seen you since BravoCon.
Samantha Bush
Oh, my God, what a fucking bust for me.
Courtney
You got sick.
Samantha Bush
I got sick. I was so sick. Yeah. I was really trying to convince myself it was the altitude for, like, 48 hours. I was like, it's the altitude. It's. I'm not used to it out here, and it's so dry. I was really, really trying my best, and then finally I just gave in and I said, nope, this is bad.
Courtney
That's such a bummer. Oh, yeah.
Samantha Bush
I was maybe, like, at BravoCon for six hours total. Like, it was bad.
Courtney
There's nothing worse than feeling sick, traveling, and then having to take that plane again to get out.
Samantha Bush
Oh, no. Like, I was non verbal for, like, I got in the Uber. I said, hi, I'm so sorry. I can't do this.
Courtney
Like, I.
Samantha Bush
Please don't talk to me. And then, you know, got in the plane. Like, being on the plane home was rough because I just. All I wanted to do was be home. And then for me, it's not even the plane. It's the car ride. It's the car ride from the airport to your house.
Courtney
Oh, completely. Like, at sfo, you have to go up to this special spa to get the Ubers. You know, there's nothing better than a airport pickup. Like, Michael will always pick me up, which is so lovely there. There's. There's no greater love.
Samantha Bush
No. I, like, my best friend loves to pick people up from the airport and take people to the airport. It's crazy.
Courtney
That is a bestie.
Samantha Bush
No, I know. I'm like, this is really nice. You really do not have to do this. Like, I promise.
Courtney
And you recently moved to New York?
Samantha Bush
Yeah, like, a month and a half ago.
Courtney
Yeah.
Samantha Bush
It was really exciting.
Courtney
What decided this move? Tell us.
Samantha Bush
So I have been. I grew up in Michigan. I grew up in, like, the Detroit metro area. And I had been living there, like, my whole life. And so within the last, like, year and a half, I've been really, like, itching to do something else. Like, to just grow and change and do all the things. And so it was between Atlanta and New York because I really love Atlanta. Like, when I went there, I was like, I love this. I have friends there. It's great. But then also New York. Like, it's New York and I have friends here. So I was like, what do I do? And then I finally made the decision. In October, I came for my Birthday. And it just, like, clicked. Like, I don't know what it was. It was just like, this was the decision that, like, I have to make. And then I told myself, April 1st, I'll start looking for an apartment. For some reason, I started looking, like, end of February, beginning of March, found an apartment, got approved within, like, three days. And then they were like, you're moving in, like, four weeks. I was like, oh, great. Awesome. So here I am, and I love it. It's just a completely different way of life.
Courtney
Right? I mean, everything fell into place, though. It sounds like you're meant to be there. It sounds like you have boots on the ground for the west side Story. Have you seen any of them on the streets?
Samantha Bush
I've seen Carl Radke on the street. I accidentally stumbled upon Soft Bar. Had no idea where I was. And I am walking by, and I look up and I see Soft Bar, like, the sign. And I was like, oh, my God, soft bar. And then I look, and Carl Radke is standing outside in a white, baggy jean, of course, signature look.
Courtney
He loves a white pant. At least it's not skinny.
Samantha Bush
He loves a white pant. And there he was. And did I say hi? No, I panicked. And I also, like. To me, he's like Julia Roberts. Like, he is someone. He's a celebrity in my eyes. Like, he's an angel. I just. I don't. He doesn't need to slum it with me. You know what I mean? So I just walked by and, like, giggled a lot and screamed.
Courtney
That's an exciting moment. Yeah. Wait, speaking of Carl, yesterday, Lindsay and Carl, they posted this. Such a, like, almost like, engagement photo. Such a Lindsay Hopper PR moment. But Lindsay is going to be on Carl's podcast with. What are your thoughts of this budding friendship? Because of the scandal.
Samantha Bush
I knew they had it in them. I knew it. I knew it. I was like, just give it time. Because Lindsay is. Went to the school of Tamara Judge, which means she fights hard. She's a little, you know, messy, but she lets go of things. Like, Tamara will, for the sake of the show, will film with people and will make up with people and, like, move on. Now I'm going to hear. You're going to hear from your listeners about that, because Tamra's, like, very hated. I ride for her. I'm like, I'm a Tammy sue girl. It's bad.
Courtney
Tammy sue apologist.
Samantha Bush
So it's so bad. It's like, I'm not even apologist. I genuinely don't see how she does anything wrong. Like, it's weird. Like, I. She's like, the one Bravo Liberty where I'm like, I get. I don't think she's wrong. Like, it's.
Courtney
We have a couple of those that we ride for Allah, Carlito, Lisa Barlow. I mean, I'm sure there's many more.
Samantha Bush
I don't see her doing anything wrong. And that's. So Lindsay is like that, too, where she just is. She'll forgive and forget, I think. And it's just. I mean, this was such, like, a big thing that happened with her and Carl that I knew it was going to take some time. But Uncle Carl is on the way, and I don't want them to get back together.
Courtney
No, absolutely not. I don't like people pushing that at all. But I want them to be friends. I mean, I love them making money off of each other, too. I love money right now.
Samantha Bush
Yeah.
Courtney
Like the Uber Eats ad, the Carl's a mess merch, you know, they were also able to donate to charity. I am praying that Carl will be on season two of the city, because I think that will completely make sense. I actually feel like Lindsay could be a matchmaker for him or maybe he could be a matchmaker for her. I. I love this. I thought it was really, really exciting. And I just, like, love the little tease of it.
Samantha Bush
Well, and also, it's like you said, it's so Lindsay to pose like that.
Courtney
The hand on the chest, and it almost looked like she was wearing, like, a diamond ring.
Samantha Bush
Like an engagement ring.
Courtney
Yeah, Yeah.
Samantha Bush
I was like, lindsey, please.
Courtney
I know. I can't tell you the amount of people in the DMs were like, oh, my God, they should get back together. I'm like, do you guys remember what happened? They hated each other.
Samantha Bush
Like, they couldn't do it so good.
Courtney
They didn't walk down the aisle like, we're fine, but they can definitely be friends. Okay. Speaking of Summer house, tonight is Reunion Night Part 2. What are you anticipating for tonight?
Samantha Bush
I genuinely. I hope just more of what we got the first part. Because when I tell you I couldn't. Still can't get enough of that.
Courtney
I know.
Samantha Bush
Like, I'm.
Courtney
I'm the same way.
Samantha Bush
It felt to me. There's so few moments in Bravo history that to me play out exactly how I want them to. And it, like, the Jen Shaw arrest is the perfect example of, like, how I had envisioned this. Like, the SWAT team surrounding the. The van and the. To the Tahoe, like, escape. Like, it was just. It was everything and so when I. When we heard the leaked audio, I was like, okay. But, like, is. Are they really going to be like this the whole time? The whole. The whole time? They're coming out swinging. Amanda's definite offensive. West appears to be mute.
Courtney
Not shocking on west being mute. I'm so curious. Like, I'd love someone to do, like, a word counter on west tonight.
Samantha Bush
You should. It will be 17 words, and half of those will just be mumbles.
Courtney
Can somebody do that for us tonight? Count how many words he says.
Samantha Bush
Oh, please.
Courtney
And then how many times Jesse Solomon cries.
Samantha Bush
Oh, Jesse.
Courtney
I.
Samantha Bush
Listen. I don't understand why he's crying. Like, I'm sorry. I don't get it. Like, why are you crying over this? It's. It feels really weird.
Courtney
I think he feels duped by west and he isn't sure, like, what was genuine in their friendship because he can't trust him at all. The fact that he would do this to the house, to their jobs, all of that, that's. That's kind of my thinking. But, you know, I share a minor in psychology with Courtney, and we love to overanalyze over here.
Samantha Bush
No, I. That's so important. That's so important. And that's great. I. Because I. Like, when I saw the clips of him crying, I was just like, I don't really get it, but when you put it like that. Okay, that makes sense to me why he would be so upset. Because the cast. The cast is, like, really upset with Wesley. So I'm like, what else is he lying about?
Courtney
I mean, if Jesse. Jesse's like, we were supposed to take over the summer house. Me and you were supposed to be Kyle and Carl, and they were having a new cast, and it was gonna be kj, Dara, you know, Bailey, all the new people, and they were going to. In the city, but you screwed that up. I think he's genuinely, like, worried about the job and their friendship.
Samantha Bush
Yeah.
Courtney
But Ciara keeps rising. Do you think she will come back this summer?
Samantha Bush
I hope she doesn't.
Courtney
And I. I'm in the same boat.
Samantha Bush
I hope she doesn't. Only because I would be worried about giving your narrative and your life up to editors. Because I think, like, right now she's on such a high and not saying that she would do anything on the show to, like, jeopardize that, but the way things can be twisted or edited or just people's reaction to her, like, I just think, go out on a. On the highest of highs and just move on.
Courtney
And you're having A very, like, page moment. You're on to bigger and better things, you know. Tonight, Love island starts. Will you watch Love Island?
Samantha Bush
I'm so. I just got the chills. I'm so excited. Like, I. You have no idea. Summer House Part 2. And then love Island.
Courtney
It is such a big day. It is Andy's 58th birthday. Love island starts tonight. Summerhouse reunion part two. And then it goes into in the city and. And then today, you guys, potentially one of the biggest villains in reality tv, Spencer Pratt could potentially win a Merrell race. At this point in la, there's three big contenders. It sounds like it's gonna turn into a runoff. The top two votes, the top two people will do the runoff in November. And I just have a feeling. I think he's cold. I'm scared to be in the runoff. I just have a feeling.
Samantha Bush
I'm scared. And it's not like, listen, him running for public office is terrible no matter which way you slice it. But it's also, it's like, it's a huge economy that he would be in charge of and, like a huge population of people. So it's not like he's like the mayor of a small town in Nebraska.
Courtney
Yeah. Like, it's way different.
Samantha Bush
It's LA. It's crazy.
Courtney
I think like $14 billion he'd be in charge of something like that. Yes.
Samantha Bush
Oh, my God.
Courtney
Crystals.
Samantha Bush
Yeah. Chris. Hummingbirds. Oh, my God. We're in the darkest of times.
Courtney
It's truly a crazy day. June 2, 2026, you guys, June 2
Samantha Bush
is a day to remember.
Courtney
Okay, let's take a quick break and I want to talk a little bit more. And we'll get into Real Housewives of Atlanta. This episode is sponsored by Michael's, your destination for all things birthday parties. Charlie is turning 1 in July, and I already know exactly, exactly where I'll be getting my balloons and party supplies. Let me tell you, planning a first birthday is no joke. And the party shop at Michael's is truly my secret weapon. They have everything you need in one place. Balloons, decor, tableware, themed party supplies, DIY touches and gifting. And it all starts for 99 cents. I love going in person because I can actually see the colors mix and match themes and grab those giant number balloons that instantly, instantly make the party feel special. And here's the best part. Michael's does free balloon inflation when you buy balloons there. Plus, they have ready made balloon bundles if you want something cute without having to overthink it if you're short on time because planning a kid's birthday somehow becomes a full time job. Their summer bedding is breathable, lightweight and actually designed to keep you cool all night long. Their sheets are made with 100 organic cotton woven specifically for airflow, not just softness. Okay, I want to go back to Summer House really quickly because what is your timeline for Amanda and West starting to hook up?
Samantha Bush
Oh my God. So I've thought about this so much because I of course we all have. Who am I kidding? And I don't think anything started before last summer. Like, I'm not in the camp of like it started in April or May of 2025. I think it started the emotional stuff started towards the end because I don't think Amanda would ever leave Kyle unless she had some sort of like safety net for something else. Yeah, and I think Stinky west is in the wings. The West Wing. And it's.
Courtney
I love that. The West. The West Wing, yes. Yeah, like tonight they're gonna be on in the city. So it's Amanda, Sierra and West. And I'm so curious what that threesomes dynamic is going to be like.
Samantha Bush
I'm scared. I know I'm scared. And someone posted on Threads last week and Kyle actually responded to it. It was a theory about the situation between west and Amanda. And it's like the one that I think a hundred percent that he saw. West is very aware of the cameras and producers and vi and viewers and all of that and fans and things like that. And I think he could see maybe when they were filming that things would look different and Amanda would kind of have this rise due to Kyle's behavior being so terrible.
Courtney
And we don't even know if off camera they had a conversation and she was like, I'm going to leave him. Like, we don't know that.
Samantha Bush
Right. I think a lot happened off camera. Like I so much. Like there is so much we don't know and I, I don't know if we'll ever know the whole truth.
Courtney
Right. Well, when do you think they first kissed? This romance started when they first hooked up. You know, they're claiming after the statement, which is total bs. But wait, when do you think the actual first kind of hookup is?
Samantha Bush
Oh, I think that happened in like January.
Courtney
Okay, I, I'm on that. I'm on that page too. Because why would you be at a guy's house on January 17th and hiding it if you weren't doing anything sketchy?
Samantha Bush
Right. I think Amanda, like, they, her and Kyle put out that statement, what, like January 3rd or something? And I hate that I know the date. Um, don't know my own family members birthdays, but that date really rings truth to me. Um, so she put out that statement. I think after that it was like free game. She was like ready to West.
Courtney
Yeah.
Samantha Bush
And I think I agree with you.
Courtney
Well, and they were totally. I, I hate that they were playing us. You know, they were in Gemma's house. Oh, I got a new fast. I, like, I remember talking about it on the podcast. Like, obviously they aren't separated or living apart because they are making fun of it and it's like, no, we fell for it.
Samantha Bush
Well, you were at Bravocon, so like, you, you saw. Were you at their panel? I'm assuming no, but I did a.
Courtney
There was like a creator's drinks and Kyle was there and he immediately started talking to me. And Courtney. And he definitely was trying to put in things like, oh, well, when me and Amanda flew here together because there was already rumblings that they had been living separately and separated. Like, that just happen. Happened that weekend. And they were pretending at Bravo Con they were together, but it was so
Samantha Bush
clear that they weren't like, I know her body language. At the panel that I was, like, watching, I was like, she hates this man. Like, she hates him. I also heard from a friend of a friend who was like, oh, Amanda moved into my building and this was in, like, September. So I was like. So when she posted that whole Gemma's house thing, I was like, you're, like, really embarrassing because I know that you're not living with Kyle.
Courtney
I know. Do you think she has a job in reality TV still?
Samantha Bush
Yes, I think she'll come back.
Courtney
So summer house or in the City?
Samantha Bush
I think Bravo's like, bring them all back. Fuck it. We'll just get him on both shows at this point. Like, what do we do?
Courtney
People want to watch this.
Samantha Bush
It's.
Courtney
It's like. It's so amazing. I will say Sierra today did an article with Interview magazine, and there's, like, a couple quotes. My favorite one is talking about share houses. She goes, just have fun, get drunk and get a little messy, but don't screw your neighbor in the next room. This is the Prozac quote. I need to up my dose because I'm still crying quite a bit for someone on this high of a dose, which that, like, broke my heart. The karma one is I believe in it. And I know a few people who've got some bad karma coming in their future.
Samantha Bush
I'm obsessed because, I mean, she played this all perfectly, in my opinion. She would. She handled this so much better than I ever could have dreamed. So I'm glad that now after the reunion, she's, like, able to be, like, a little messier, you know?
Courtney
Yes.
Samantha Bush
Because I think publicly for a while, she was like, donate to the Girl Scouts.
Courtney
I was like, right. She did a good job keeping quiet and getting herself, I think, like, her ducks in a row, probably listening to deals, deciding what she wanted to do. And she did play it very well. Any other summer house or in the city things that you need to talk about?
Samantha Bush
Yeah. What's going on with KJ and Dara?
Courtney
They're done.
Samantha Bush
But, like, what the hell happened?
Courtney
Something happened after that DSW event. Apparently.
Samantha Bush
It's just like, what happened at the DSW event. Like, what could have happened? We were all so happy that day.
Courtney
I don't know, but it feels like they're done. Done. Yeah. He wrote a poem this week about heartbreak. Yeah, he's just. He's just a gem. Are you watching Rory?
Samantha Bush
Of course. Of course. It's my favorite. It's my favorite hour of television. Well, now that Love Island's on. Well, you know what? I can't even say that it's my favorite. No. Because I can't even say that I love Atlanta. I just. I love everything that's on right now. I'm so happy.
Courtney
So good right now. Rory is so nostalgic. And Gibson was on, and we were. He was like, there's something about, like, a suburban housewife that is so nice. And I'm like. It's like going to those restaurants in a strip mall and thinking they're classy is just the best.
Samantha Bush
It's the best. And it scratches that Jersey itch. Yeah. That old school Jersey itch. For me, where you would go to, like, Posh, or you would go to that salon. I don't remember the name. They were always there.
Courtney
Daughter's salon.
Samantha Bush
Yeah. Faces or something. It's called something like that. Something crazy. LA Face. I think it's called LA Face. I could be wrong. Probably am.
Courtney
No, I think. No. And then I love how they all know each other and their families. That is. It's so interconnected, and that's why it is working so well. So, Liz, the mask fell this week. What do you think will happen at the reunion between, like, Liz, Joellen, and Alicia?
Samantha Bush
Whoa. Liz is so scary. Liz. Liz's Liz is Drita.
Courtney
Mob Wives.
Samantha Bush
Yeah. Like, she's got a dark energy about her. Like, I don't. I was actually talking to Tom Hamlet about this of the dumpster dive pod. And because he was also, like, this was like, weeks ago. He was like, liz is so dark. And I was like, no, it feels like she practices in, like, the dark arts. Like Carlton.
Courtney
Not. Not Carlton of Prince of Bel Air.
Samantha Bush
No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Carlton of larva. Beverly Hills the Bee. Remember when she put the larva on Kyle's.
Courtney
She did practice.
Samantha Bush
Wicca cracked. But so Liz, to me, I. Alicia and her. I mean, this is a feud for years to come. It's gonna be beautiful.
Courtney
It's really interesting, too, because Teddy and Tamara were talking on their pod, and Dolores comes on a lot, and Dolores is, like, clearly defending Liz, and she's like, she doesn't drink. I'm like, she orders gin at every single meal. She definitely drinks. So don't say that. We Literally saw her wasted, and she copped two being wasted after she went off on Kelsey. But she definitely feels like someone they are all afraid of. And it's like, why are they afraid of her?
Samantha Bush
I think she's got connections.
Courtney
I do too. I do, too.
Samantha Bush
We went on, like, a whole thing
Courtney
about this and Dino, and there's been
Samantha Bush
arrests, and Daniel Staub energy.
Courtney
Gary got rid of that boat real quick.
Samantha Bush
The gypsy.
Courtney
What about Joe Allen? Do you think Joellen cheats on Gary?
Samantha Bush
No, I don't either. Or he's like, I don't know.
Courtney
Or they have some kind of understanding. I don't even think that.
Samantha Bush
I think they talk about that stuff and act like that for fun. Like, I don't. I just. I genuinely don't think he's gonna. Her sister. You know what I mean?
Courtney
Like, definitely not definitely.
Samantha Bush
I don't think she's cheating on him. I think that there's maybe, like, if she goes out, she can flir. Like, Like Ramona and Mario before he actually cheated. Yeah. Like, she. That was a bad example. But, like, back in the day when she would, like, go out to bars and, like, you know, dance with men and, like, she would just act a little crazy, but, like, yes, yes, yes. Also, Joellen is Courtney's doppelganger.
Courtney
Everyone says this.
Samantha Bush
Yeah.
Courtney
And we got to interview Joellen. So that was. That was fun. Okay, thoughts on Rula and Brian.
Samantha Bush
There is this joke online, and it is one of the funniest jokes that I've seen about Rula, and it's that she's like, a stay at home real housewife. Because, like, she, like, only will film, like, in her home. I'm obsessed with her. I don't understand why she's so, like, convinced he's not doing this still. But is. But he isn't. Because I'm like, you also have your own money, it seems, so, like, you can leave at any point. So why are you with this toad? Like, I don't understand.
Courtney
We were calling him Dexter the other week, you know, when he started talking about the filet mignon. My favorite is Brian after two shots of tequila. That's the only Brian I want to know. And I think we're going to see that at the upcoming week when they have this party. They are fascinating, no? Fascinating. I love. I love to watch. Are you watching the Valley?
Samantha Bush
Yes. Dark side Danny. It's tough because Nia defends him.
Courtney
Oh, my God.
Samantha Bush
It's tough to, like, be upset. And then she's the one, like, protecting him. So it's like, then why am I even saying anything? You know what I mean?
Courtney
What Lala said last week about her, basically, like, covering up the secrets for him. It just felt so dark. And I think that she does. I mean, they are very much together in real time. I can just fast forward in three years and see it not maybe working out.
Samantha Bush
I don't.
Courtney
I would never. I never wish bad for anyone or divorce on anyone, but I just feel like we're seeing some signs.
Samantha Bush
Just a few. Just a few signs. My favorite scene, honestly, one of my favorite scenes of the whole show the season is when Kristen is, like, defending Lala and Danny. And you can see Lala's like, wheels turning in her head, just going like, who the fuck are you right now? Like, you're like the truth teller and you're completely. She's like, yeah, you know, I've never seen Danny drunk. I was like, what are you talking about?
Courtney
And it's all because Kristin hates Janet that much and she has created this strong alliance. And I love that Lala got to say that in the confessional about the alliance because I think that's important. I wish they would break the fourth wall a lot more on these shows because we're just at a different point. Like, I think it would be very strange in Rory to break the fourth wall. But in the Valley, these are seasoned, experienced reality stars a la Kristen Brittany. They know how to play the game. They know what's going on. They're with new players.
Samantha Bush
I agree. I think just like a little bit. I don't need the whole thing broken down, but, like, give us a little more behind the scenes.
Courtney
Agreed.
Samantha Bush
Agreed.
Courtney
Are you watching anything else that you're obsessed with right now?
Samantha Bush
Have you got your eyes on Widow's Bay over on Apple tv?
Courtney
I have. I've watched about the first four or five episodes. I talked about this yesterday and, like, literally, the trailer was so scary. I was like, I would never watch that.
Samantha Bush
Yeah.
Courtney
And then Lizzie Bassett came on and talked the Valley the other week, and she does this podcast called what Went Wr? And she was like, no, it's not scary at all. It's really funny. Like writers of the Office. And I gave it a shot. And me and Michael are obsessed. I think it's fantastic.
Samantha Bush
It is so good because, like you said, I. Here's the thing. I, like, love to be scared. I like horror movies. I love to jump. I love, you know, to do all the things like that. But I was like, I don't know what to expect from this show. My friend was like obsessed with it and I put it on. I'm having a time, I'm laughing, and then there are moments where you're a little scared, but then you laugh, but then you're kind of creeped out and then you laugh some more.
Courtney
The girl that throws the party with
Samantha Bush
the antlers on her head, I think her name's Patricia.
Courtney
That one episode that focuses on her throwing the party is epic. Epic. Yeah, epic. It's so good.
Samantha Bush
So good. It's so good. I'm obsessed with it. I'm also deep in the Tudors right now, which I know isn't a new show, it's an old show. It's crazy. Okay. You know I love history, so I had to get my eyes on it.
Courtney
The Bravo historian loves history.
Samantha Bush
Shocking.
Courtney
Okay, let's take a quick break and then we will deep dive Atlanta

Courtney
By the way, I noticed there was a situation last night with you. A baggy T shirt and cookings and a fire.
Samantha Bush
Oh, yeah. So you know, I. Because I was telling you, like, I'm glad the smoke has finally cleared from last night.
Courtney
When you first said that, I was like, okay, is she talking. Were there fires in California? That's. That was my first thought. And then. Then my second thought was, like, what? Did something happen on. On Summer House that I don't know about?
Samantha Bush
The fires. The smoke is clearing.
Courtney
Yeah.
Samantha Bush
No, just me. I have a gas stove now. Never have had one in my life. And I'm cooking last night, and I go to, like, reach into my cabinet to, like, grab a spice, and all of a sudden, I turn around, and I feel, like, heat on my stomach. And I look down. My whole shirt is on fire. Oh, the entire. And it's. The fire's traveling quickly, and so I, like, quickly, like, put it out. Pieces of my shirt are falling onto the floor. They're also on fire. I had to stomp fire out. It was, like, the craziest three minutes of my life. I. I have burn marks on my rug. It was madness. Kept cooking.
Courtney
It's on your stomach, and you just start patting yourself down to. To put it out. Okay. I feel like my first reaction would have been, like, to take off the shirt.
Samantha Bush
I. I couldn't believe it was happening. Like, I looked down, and it. My whole shirt. I still have the shirt sitting on the counter as just, like, a reminder.
Courtney
Memorabilia. A souvenir.
Samantha Bush
A souvenir. And it's like, half my shirt's gone. It's a crop top.
Courtney
I saw this, but are you okay?
Samantha Bush
I'm fine. It was just, like, really scary. And then I called my mom. I was like, mom, this is crazy. And she's like, what do you even mean? I was like, can't. She's like, sam, you can't cook in a baggy shirt ever again.
Courtney
No, you cannot.
Samantha Bush
No. Wow.
Courtney
That is a heroic moment for you.
Samantha Bush
Yes.
Courtney
I survived. That is truly why it was crazy.
Samantha Bush
I was like, what the fuck is happening? And then I just kept cooking. I was like, I guess I'm just gonna, like, keep going.
Courtney
Of course you had to eat. What'd you make?
Samantha Bush
I was making a steak salad.
Courtney
Oh, yum.
Samantha Bush
Yeah, I know. It was, like, really good, but I was like, fuck. Really put a damper on things.
Courtney
I'm glad it turned out okay. You're here to tell the tale, and you also still got to enjoy that steak salad.
Samantha Bush
Exactly.
Courtney
And you have a souvenir. It's perfect.
Samantha Bush
Right?
Courtney
Okay, so, Atlanta, we're picking up the peaches. That's what the episode is called. And we're still at Phaedra's healing water event. And literally the last episode, it is Portia and Kelly fighting. Kelly has her red wine And Portia's face, Portia is pointing her finger at her. And production immediately steps in. I felt like they stepped in a little bit too fast.
Samantha Bush
I think they know Portia and saw that glass of wine in her face and was like, we gotta get in here. So I think they were just like, let's just step in. Let's just get ahead of this one.
Courtney
Right? And then Kelly, you know, is sequestered to a room and she's yelling, I'm not the one.
Samantha Bush
Ho.
Courtney
And K. Michelle and Shamia are listening to her. And you know, Kelly is like, I've just had such a bad week and I don't want to tell them that because they'll just laugh in my face. I need to come in with my chest up, my nipples out and get out of here. And it's really because Kelly can't film with her kids. And that's like, she's so upset about. It feels like a dramatization if you ask me.
Samantha Bush
No, it feels crazy. I'm like, I don't care to see your kids. Actually, that's not why I watch this show. Like, I know your kids aren't interesting to me. Maybe, maybe she is upset because then that would take away her camera time if she does, if she isn't at home with her kids, then she doesn't get filmed as much. I don't know.
Courtney
Right? And just like, like the fact that a man could still control her, I mean, that would that me off too. I understand that, but I'm also like, well, why don't you show your boyfriend,
Samantha Bush
what is his name? Jasper Jarvis.
Courtney
Jarvis.
Samantha Bush
Jarvis.
Courtney
You guys, I am trying so hard to find out who this man is. I gone on Reddit multiple days trying to find out that I don't know if he's real. I know.
Samantha Bush
I'm like, who is this? Why is he sending you flowers to the dentist?
Courtney
I know. You know, you know that was from Shamia.
Samantha Bush
Also, I used to work in a dental office. Like, they don't want flowers. We don't. We're not bringing them to the room. That's a hygiene. That's like a hygiene issue. That's, you know, like, I'm not doing that. I'm just going to be like, hey, they're at the counter.
Courtney
By the way, her talking about, she's like, ah, these $70,000 teeth. Now I'm gonna have to give 70, 000 blowjobs. I'm like, a dollar blow job. That is low.
Samantha Bush
Yeah, that's really low. We need to work on that also, like, isn't she in debt with her business?
Courtney
Yes.
Samantha Bush
So it's like, maybe we put the money elsewhere.
Courtney
I know.
Samantha Bush
Maybe not on the teeth.
Courtney
And then I'm like, is Jarvis the married man? It just. I'm like, why is she protecting Jarvis? They've been dating for a year.
Samantha Bush
Papa vibes.
Courtney
Yeah. There's something going on.
Samantha Bush
Rip. Big Papa, right,
Courtney
Rip? He recently passed.
Samantha Bush
Yeah, recently.
Courtney
Yeah, like, in 2026, I think, like,
Samantha Bush
within the last month.
Courtney
Yeah.
Samantha Bush
You know, it's tough. I used to be a big Kelly fan. Like, I was obsessed with her. I. She is the only Bravo Liberty I took a picture of at BravoCon. And it is a. Yeah. But I saw her at her little booth, and I was so excited. I just love her, and I've really had to let her go this. This season. She's just not. She's just acting like a wackadoodle every. Like, I don't know what she's thinking.
Courtney
Right.
Samantha Bush
That T shirt.
Courtney
The T shirt dress, confessional. It's $140.
Samantha Bush
Yeah. She was like, it's designer. I'm like, what?
Courtney
It's T shirt, you know? Okay, then. Going back to the fight, though, we have Portia. She is yelling. Everyone knows that man you had sex with. And, yes, he was married. You were lying on me last year, and I licked your ass back, and you are mad about it, you hobbit ass. And she's calling Kelly a follower. It's pretty wild. And then it's just like Angela being, like, the pastor.
Samantha Bush
Right?
Courtney
Angela, she's just, like, late to the game always.
Samantha Bush
She's, like, always a little late to putting the pieces together.
Courtney
Yes. Yeah.
Samantha Bush
Like, you really see her. Her think her thoughts. Like, you see her kind of putting things together in her head completely every time.
Courtney
So do you think Kelly slept with this pastor?
Samantha Bush
Yes.
Courtney
I do, too. I do, too.
Samantha Bush
Yeah.
Courtney
There seems like there's, like, a lot of facts and details, and I wonder if she's worried about it, because Jarvis might find out.
Samantha Bush
I think that's it. I think that that's it. And it's not Mr. Chocolate. It's not Mr. Jamal Bryan, is it?
Courtney
No. No. I don't know. It's not. But I think. Yeah, but Mr. Chocolate is Jamal.
Samantha Bush
Jamal, right?
Courtney
Yes.
Samantha Bush
Okay. But, Kelly, that's not the pastor they're talking about. He's married.
Courtney
Jamal or the. Oh, Jamal's married?
Samantha Bush
Yeah, he got married.
Courtney
No, but it's not. It's definitely not Jamal. Okay. Jamal is Mr. Chocolate. This is not the pastor. She slept With.
Samantha Bush
Okay, I had to ask.
Courtney
It's very confusing. It's very confusing. What are you thinking about K. Michelle?
Samantha Bush
She came in so beautiful, so bright. A bright light, a breath of fresh. Something has turned. I know something has changed. Paranoia, paranoia. I don't think she understands how the show works, because it's not. People bringing things up to you on camera isn't necessarily plotting and planning. It's just like making a show and filming the show. Like, that's just how it is. It's just kind of how the whole thing kind of operates. And it. She's taking it to this other place. And she's also really mean. Like, she just has this really mean spirit where it makes me think something else is going on behind the scenes, and she's, like, completely taking it all out on them. Because I don't understand this, Right.
Courtney
I feel like, you know, Pinky, K. Michelle, and Cynthia and Portia all go out to lunch, and I like that Cynthia and Pinky got up right away and was like, you guys sort this out. And, you know, K. Michelle says in her confessional, Portia isn't a bad person, but she's not smart.
Samantha Bush
And.
Courtney
And then she also says she's huge and she could beat her ass. So I'm gonna be cordial. And they seem to make way. And I think Portia was trying to explain to her, no, you better get used to this. This is Housewives. That thing about Kelly that I said in front of you wasn't about you. This is just the group setting. This is Housewives, baby. Like, welcome to the game. But then it's like, K. Michelle is, like, obsessed with Drew. Drew to be Sedora. And she's like, you know what? That whole black thing, she said, be careful with the oysters. And she told me that my toes were too long.
Samantha Bush
And then she goes, and they are long.
Courtney
I know.
Samantha Bush
I was like, okay, so she's not lying. But I don't know what K. Michelle thought she was signing up for.
Jake Stauch
I know.
Courtney
I know. I really wanted to like her. And. And actually, like, when she talks about the miscarriage thing, I am on her side because I think Portia and her had a conversation off camera, and Portia knew it wasn't a miscarriage. So I think it was very insensitive to say that, especially as K. Michelle is trying to conceive. But do you think K. Michelle is going to get a second season?
Samantha Bush
I can imagine them asking her back. I don't know if she would do it, because I don't know what's going on with her. She's hard to for me to figure out because I really liked her in the beginning. I don't think she is used to Bravo and how production works because she kept looking directly into the camera on the first two episodes. She would do direct to camera work. And turning on Portia is just not the smartest move because right. Portia is like, we are one nation under Portia Williams. You cannot be doing this. I know.
Courtney
Well, even like Pinky with her to go plate on the ride home is like, so I really think Portia wants to be your friend, you know, but
Samantha Bush
like, she has a little bit of
Courtney
a facade, but I don't think she has bad intentions against you. And K. Michelle is just like paranoid and. Yeah, she just is like, she doesn't run Atlanta and she doesn't run me, and she can't really get past this. And I think that's gonna be her downfall is that she's not gonna be able to get past this, which that a good housewife like Tamara Judge is that you can film with people and get past it a la Lindsey Hubbard. You know what I mean?
Samantha Bush
Portia and Phaedra are friends still. After season nine. The Lie as a housewife, as a Bravo, Liberty, as someone on these shows, you're not living in reality as much as this is a reality show and you are showing your life. There are things that are just not going to make a lot of sense. Like, if someone ever said in half the things these women have said to each other, I would never talk to them again.
Courtney
Right.
Samantha Bush
Like, but you're filming a show. This is your like, Kyle Cook, the professional that is. Is like, listen, I'm gonna meet with west because we have to work together and film it and film it so you guys can all watch it.
Courtney
And I'm gonna come into the INS in the city confessional with Lindsay Hubbard and let her read me this statement so you guys can see my natural reaction.
Samantha Bush
Exactly.
Courtney
Yeah.
Samantha Bush
It's just beautiful. But K. Michelle, I mean, I don't know what's going on, but like you said, it's paranoia. It's paranoia.
Courtney
Her confessionals are hysterical though. I mean, she's like, Drew, you mean her face that. Huh? Face ass.
Samantha Bush
And then they'll cut to her making that face. You know, the editors took the time. They took the time. I have to say, Drew's never looked more beautiful.
Courtney
Okay, let's talk about Drew and her team.
Samantha Bush
Drew's cruise. Yeah, that's what I'm calling it.
Courtney
I feel like they were Trying to pitch a reality TV show here, like, 1,000%. What was going on? Did you care about this? Is this something you'd want to watch?
Samantha Bush
No, but I loved the thirst of it. Like, the thing about Drew is she's always so close to getting it, but then there's something that goes so amiss. Like, she's always so close, and then she just goes left. And this moment with Drew's cruise, it was. I didn't understand what was going on, but I did enjoy the arguing. I don't need to watch it on its own, you know?
Courtney
So she has a driver slash assistant, a hair stylist, a regular stylist, a publicist, a makeup artist, a photographer, another assistant. I mean, when the man talked about, like, you slip up on her hair all the time, he goes, it lifts.
Samantha Bush
The wig lifts.
Courtney
And then they're like, freedom. You're drunk half the time at work. And then he's calling Danny, like, the double stuff. Orea. I'm like, these people. That was truly insane. But I. It is interesting because Drew really doesn't have a storyline this season, and I do think this could be her last season. It doesn't seem like she is filming with Ralph. And why would you. Why would you give him the camera time or the money? Doesn't seem like their kids have really been filming. She had, like, her movie premiere, but she doesn't really have a storyline except the black thing, which isn't really sticking. I mean, actually, K. Michelle has made that story bigger than it should be.
Samantha Bush
Totally. And also, I think Drew has gone through a lot in her personal life since they filmed. Like, I believe she, like, wasn't taking her kids to school and, like, she lost custody of them or something. Like, something is going on with Drew, and, like, I want. I can't wait for the reunion because I hope Andy, like, asked about this because I want to know more of, like, what's going on.
Courtney
Getting some updates. Agreed? Yeah, agreed. What are your thoughts on, like, Shamia? I feel like we're seeing this marriage quickly dissolve.
Samantha Bush
So Shamia really lost me last season because I didn't understand this. Quick switch up on Portia. I didn't understand it at all. Still to this day, do not get it. This woman is, like, your good friend has been for years, and, like, now you hate her. And, like, I don't understand why. And Shamia's really kind of. And I don't. I don't like this, but she's kind of a loser. Her trying to come at Angela. I was like, what are you talking about? Like walking in and being like, she's the big lady with the 12 size feet. I'm like, you're not giving what you think you're giving.
Courtney
I can't stand when they come out each other talking about looks. I think it's really disgusting.
Samantha Bush
Such low hanging fruit.
Courtney
Totally calling her Sasquatch. Her size 12 foot. It's just too much. And the people have spoken. I put up a poll and it looks.
Samantha Bush
Yeah. What are they saying?
Courtney
It says, let me, let me get the results out, please. Team Shemessa 26% Team Spangela 74 the thing about Shamia, like, I really feel like this show has ruined her life. Her husband doesn't want her to do it. I'm not kidding. Her husband doesn't want her to do it. Won't even film with her. Then she's trying to get like these storylines. I feel like she's trying to be frickin frack with, With Kelly. With Kelly. And then I also feel like the whole infertility storyline is like really weighing on her in such an important conversation. But it's just like kind of sad to watch because I think she has like PTSD from it. And, and I mean even like her sister's T shirt this week it said idc, idk, idgaf. So I don't care. I don't know and I don't give a fuck. And that's how I feel like her family feels about being on the show because. And then her whole relationship with Portia is completely over because of the show. I mean, nothing good has come for her from this show.
Samantha Bush
No. And I'm not seeing Rum Bum on the shelves. No, I can't, I can't get my hands on Rum Bum. So I don't think she's gotten that off the ground. There's just something about Shamia and you know, in the words of Heather Dubrow, when I watch Shamia, I just feel hollow. It's like lifeless. But it's like trying to, she's like trying on all these different personalities. Like Angela said, she's like, you're trying to be Candy. You're trying to be this person. Like trying to. Who even are you?
Courtney
You're a lap dog in lipstick. You want an egot, but you don't even have a hit, okay? Because Angela is self made. She never had to live on her back to get on her feet. And then what did you think about her saying, let's talk about the Falcons or the Hawks.
Samantha Bush
I sat up straight And I said, huh?
Courtney
I know.
Samantha Bush
Let's talk about it. Angela. We can talk about it. Call me, because what does that. Is she insinuating that Shimmy cheats on her husband? Yes. She said, my husband sees you in the streets.
Courtney
That was also so embarrassing. Like, Drew almost makes it. You're like, so your husband's in the streets, but sees you in the streets with Falcons or Hawks players. I will say, I freaking loved them having the confessional, like, right out of the restaurant. We need to bring that back.
Samantha Bush
It is the best. They used to do this all the time.
Courtney
Yes.
Samantha Bush
Like, after the Atlanta. Yes. Like, after the wig shift. Sheree was on the street talking about it.
Courtney
Yes.
Samantha Bush
Yeah, it was beautiful.
Courtney
So freaking good. I will say, I also loved Portia and Dennis going through the drive through and the Rolls Royce.
Samantha Bush
You know, for a while, I thought those two really had something. I was like, these two kids are gonna work it out. But now that I see Portia with Sway, I'm like, dennis the Menace, you're gone. Who even are you?
Courtney
To me, this Sway thing seems very serious.
Samantha Bush
Yeah, very.
Courtney
Thoughts on Phaedra this season?
Samantha Bush
Phaedra. To me, like, as much as I love Phaedra, I think she's one of the best reality stars on the planet. She's never been very. She's a Scorpio. Okay. So she's not a very open person. She's very mysterious about a lot of her life. And it's. It's. I don't even think it's, like, intentional. I just think that that is just the way that she is in her. In just her day to day. So I don't think she needs to be a full time. I would love for her to be in, like, a Cynthia role, because Cynthia is just in the perfect place, like, loving Cynthia, right?
Courtney
And they're kind of being like the mediators and bringing people together, but they don't want to share their entire life anymore. Like, I thought it was so sweet when Cynthia came and modeled with Pinky's daughter. That girl couldn't have been cuter.
Samantha Bush
Couldn't have been cuter.
Courtney
Angela's daughter, like, running and hugging Cynthia, like, giving her this good hug. It was just a tender moment.
Samantha Bush
I saw Cynthia Bailey on the streets once, like, years ago, and I made the mistake of taking a photo with her then.
Courtney
You thought you would.
Samantha Bush
She's so beautiful. I'm like, I just am gonna crop myself out and just frame just this picture of her hugging this. Like, I looked crazed. I was so happy to see her. I was like, Cynthia.
Courtney
She was like, where was this?
Samantha Bush
She was waiting for her car outside. I was leaving a restaurant and there she was.
Courtney
Wow. And was she nice.
Samantha Bush
So nice. So nice.
Courtney
I could see her being just like a doll to everyone, but overall, Atlanta is fire. I'm loving this season. I just want to know who Jarvis actually is. I am Team Angela on this one and that K Michelle. I just don't know how she's going to turn this around.
Samantha Bush
I don't think she can.
Courtney
I know, I know. She's cooked. I know. We were rooting for her. Was. Yeah, Sam, this was too fun. Tell everyone where they can find you, where they can listen to your podcast.

Full of witty banter, unapologetic opinions, and in-depth Bravo universe knowledge, this episode is a treat for diehard reality TV fans. Both hosts' chemistry and Samantha’s historical context ("Bravo Historian") keeps the analysis sharp but never mean-spirited. The detailed speculation, personal sightings, and sharp-edged humor make this a top-tier Housewives recap.
Perfect for: Anyone who wants to catch up on the latest RHOA drama, hear smart Bravo-world predictions, and laugh along with two of the most well-informed, judgey (but affectionate) Housewives fans in podcasting.
