The antisemitism capital of North America is now Montreal. That's what the New York Post reported. Hatred of Jews is now normal in Canada and Jews are now the number one target of hate crime in the country. That's what the government of Canada says. Foreign. Welcome back to two Judgy Girls. This is Mary from the Bay and
C
it's Courtney from la. Happy Monday. How was your weekend?
B
My weekend was dandy. I got to see the stuff, son. And I saw my fam and I went to a park.
C
Sorry, you went to a what?
B
A park.
C
Wow, that does sound dandy. If I was going to describe a dandy weekend right there.
B
The weekends are a little different right now. How was your weekend?
C
My weekend was good. I mean, it was a tough Saturday because Norway has lost now. And I did make a shirt for for it. And now I'm like, well, what do I do with this shirt? I don't know that I'm a Man City fan. I've been a tot thought for all these years and it's just like, you know, you have an existential crisis when the 17th team that you've been rooting for during this tournament gets out. But that was fun. We're down to four, Mary. We're down to four. France versus Spain. And then you got England against Argentina. Who are you rooting for?
B
I'm going to go Spain and England. That's what I'd like my final matchup to be.
C
Okay. And I want Spain to win. Wow. Okay. Spain has won the Euros in 2024. So they are like the reigning European team right now.
B
Okay. See, I didn't know any of that. I just picked a team.
C
I know. I'm plus wanting into why you'd be voting for that mine. I want France against England. I root for France because of my friend. And I've been going France the whole time, you know, but there's something about that Jude Bellingham. He's a breakout star. He's not the Erling Haaland of the tournament, but he's. He's up there. What do I do with my life after? Live it.
B
And I heard Love island finished last night.
C
Yeah. I am happy for the winner. I don't know who the winner is, but because Love island is over. Sierra actually flew home early. Did after sun from New York because it was the first weekend of shooting Summer house for the new season.
B
It's very exciting. I saw Lindsay right on threads like, what a weekend. And Mia commented. I saw a photo of Mia and KJ leaving the city together. So the crew's all together. The band's back together. That was the first official filmy. I'm excited.
C
I kind of thought that it would have been. They were waiting for Sierra to come back. It feels not right to have the first weekend without her. And I think also we don't need the July 4th party.
B
Well, I'm okay with missing 4th of July because we had to wait for with Sierra. I will make an exception to starting the summer.
C
Thank you.
B
Yes.
C
But then like, not to be outdone, too, which I actually am getting to the vibe now. I'm like, I don't care. Even though I say that, you guys know I freaking care all the time. But not to be outdone, west and Amanda couldn't even go film this past week because they were at a wedding in Montana. They were already having other plans, so it was like they were not available for filming even if they were asked.
B
And they both put up on their social media on stories. So Amanda is wearing, I would say a lime green nightgown, if you will, lingerie esque. And she's looking out at this horse, and she's marking that she's at this wedding with West. I mean, she clearly did that with a lot of intention. And then the Internet was going wild thinking she was pregnant. And I don't believe it.
C
I don't believe it. But even if she was okay, and I think it's so funny, people will always be like, don't speculate on someone's pregnancy. We shouldn't do that, especially as women, because are we body shaming, whatever it is? But then, like, well, we hate this person. So we don't care if we want to speculate or not. We don't care. Yeah, she must be pregnant. Let's make all these tiktoks about it. Let's discuss it. Because we hate her. So we don't care.
B
It's truly, truly wild. And if they were pregnant, okay, then it would be fine.
C
It. It would be fine at this point, whatever, you know, it make a good storyline for in The City Season 2. I'll tell you that.
B
It would secure a place for her. I. I do believe. Yeah, I do.
C
Because people would want to know that story totally. But yeah, I just would say that they definitely wanted to post to make sure people knew unavail for filming. We're at a wedding. Speaking of weddings on camera, in Real Housewives of Potomac, Stacy and Timo got remarried this past weekend.
B
The kiss of death of every housewife. Was this a vow renewal or were they remarried?
C
They showed us the docs on the reunion. She was officially divorced. Now, I don't think remarriage is actually a kiss of death. The vow renewal, yes, but the remarriage. Nene and Greg got remarried. I think there's success in a remarriage, not a vow renewal. I don't think they're trying to save anything. I think that they have a new outlook. I think they are living the best life together. I think Arabella Is going to be so happy. Fam is back together.
B
Together. Were Angela and Charles there? I think I spotted them. And Charles was wearing white.
C
I felt like that the theme was green and white.
B
Oh, I see.
C
Because all the Potomac women looked like they were wearing different shades of green.
B
Got it. Got it.
C
But it's going to be filmed.
B
I mean, she has to have a story. She is such a liar face. I love her.
C
What if, though? What if at the wedding, TJ runs through the doors and says, don't do it, don't do it. We'll always have season nine, don't do it. And they run away Mrs. Robinson style.
B
Well, how much would he get paid to do that?
C
Half the salary, maybe.
B
Okay. I mean, I think he would do it if he was getting paid.
C
Oh, I think he would do anything to have a camera on him.
B
Yeah. God, she's so fascinating.
C
I love her.
B
How much of Teemo will we see this upcoming season?
C
I think he's gonna lean in.
B
Okay.
C
I think he's gonna lean in. I like him. I'm like, sorry, Secure the bag. He's high up at Audi. Yeah. I want the brand new Audi car. Vroom, vroom, bitch.
B
Okay, so New Jersey is in South Korea. Feels very random if you ask me. I saw Teresa and Melissa post a photo together.
C
You know what's funny about Teresa and Melissa, though? So I saw the photo. I forgot what it said, but said something. Something with my sister in law. She can never just call Melissa her sister. It will always be sister in law. The boundary she's always had there.
B
Yes, absolutely. Absolutely. She will always be her sister in law. I didn't choose this as a friend. She's my sister in law.
C
Unfortunately, my brother chose her, and now the law is on our side.
B
I feel like Teresa, you can totally read. So be very interesting this upcoming season. Like the dynamic with her and Melissa and how much she'll be willing to take because she has to make it work. But we'll be able to tell if she still loathes her love.
C
Love, love, love, love. But you're so right. This is only gonna last for, like, a hot second. And then if New Jersey has good ratings, guess what happens the following season?
B
They're just fine.
C
Sure. I'm gonna say no. There will be cracks in the foundation. We will get back to hating each other because they can't handle one being more in the spotlight than the other. And the problem is, is that it's not Melissa and Teresa that are fighting for the spotlight. It's Teresa and Joe O. And that double Dutch champ. He needs the spotlight.
B
He is a star in person. Completely lovely. Adored him. Favorite person I met at Bravagon literally
C
demonstrated how to double Dutch jump.
B
Roping is very good exercise, I will say.
C
And you got to get a jump rope with a counter on it if you're going to do it. Because it's nice. Like, if you jump rope and you're like, okay, I'm gonna do a thousand jumps.
B
Whoa.
C
Wow.
B
Sorry.
C
Too far. Start low. But I'm just saying, like, if you wanted to do a specific number when you have the counter, it helps.
B
Yeah.
C
Didn't you know?
B
Didn't they have that, like, 90s game or. It was called a skip it or bop it.
C
Oh, I was literally thinking skip it. In my head, it was pink, and then it would literally roll on the ground and you had to skip over and had a counter.
B
Yes. My favorite.
C
Yeah. So look at you exercising, thinking you were playing a game. They tricked you.
B
You have to do it to a hundred without missing it one time.
C
Keep going. Five hours later, you're like, I did it. Okay, well, let's take a quick break, and then let's come jump into this Atlanta episode.
B
We recently redid our backyard, and before Wayfair, it was honestly just an empty space that we weren't using. We wanted somewhere to relax, host friends, and actually enjoy those warm summer evenings. After our way for order arrived, it completely transformed the space. We added a beautiful patio, seating, outdoor rug, lighting, and now we're outside almost every night. I really feel like I got a third living space. The moment it clicked for me was seeing the quality and the price. I kept finding pieces that looked so much more expensive than they were. And with over 20 million five star reviews, I felt confident ordering. If a friend told me they didn't know where to start or thought updating their space would cost too much, I would tell them to go to Wayfair right now. Honestly, this was so, so wild. And at first I was like, oh, I. I don't like what Shamia is doing. It felt like a setup, but Portia's pushback and all I could think about was if this did happen, if Shamia's mom slept with her uncle. What year? That's all I want to know. What year are we saying this happened? Because I'm like, is this in the 70s? Is this before they got married? Or was this during the marriage? Like, I need more detail. I think they didn't give us enough time at this dinner. It was only like 15 minutes.
C
Which uncle? It's when you start watching this episode, you're like, oh, this is kind of a filler episode. We're just having a good vacation. The vibes are high because the girls all decide to get along the night before. And then Shamiya's like, don't you even think that we're gonna be Kumbaya on this trip? Because I got something to say. And then it was like explosive. I put the captions on.
B
The backfiring that happened to Shamia in this moment is truly insane. And I have to think this really happened.
C
I don't know which part, though, Diane trying to hook up with Shamia's dad or Shamia's mom hooking up with her potentially already married husband, maybe dating, but his brother? Which part do you think happened? Or all of the above.
B
So I think the problem here is how are we going to prove that Portia's mom tried to sleep with Shamia's dad? I think that would be hard to prove.
C
I think either of them would be. I don't think that we need to have proof of it because that feels weird as Shamit Said, my parents have been married for 50 years. You started this social MIA. What did you think was gonna happen? Portia is a seasoned veteran, and you wanted her to pop off Phaedra on Watch what Happens live. Let's just say we're so happy that Portia did not have any Hennessy, because Portia knew she was getting set up there. She saw what was happening. She's like, I'm not taking the bait. I also think, too, is that Portia just fought the fire with fire and was like, I'm not going to take it further because Shamia knows where the bodies are buried. I think Shamia would have no problem exposing things that she knows about Portia for her own personal gain. To be a better housewife on this show and to have a step higher in the hierarchy of housewives.
B
I completely agree with that. I will say Portia was so calm, cool, and collective and was like, if you're gonna go there, I will go there. And then I'm like, does the dad know about this, or was this the first time hearing of it? I need way more details on this entire thing.
C
Well, hold on, though, because the dad's just as much in trouble, potentially, too, if he's gonna hook up with Ms. Diane. Maybe he's like, oh, you wanted to hook up with my wife. That's okay. We're even now. Because I wanted to hook up with Portia's mom. So, like, let's just nullify the whole thing. Let's start fresh. Everything's okay.
B
But are we talking about, like, this happened in the 2000s? Did this happen in the 1980s? I need more detail.
C
I'm gonna go with prior to marriage.
B
Okay.
C
Based on absolutely nothing.
B
That was, like, my initial thought.
C
I need to know more about the details of the mom's relationship. Were they friends before they were both married? Before they both had their kids, then they met their partners, and then the partners became friends, and so, like, then they all became this chosen family. What's the relationship dynamic on it? And when did the daycare stuff happen? And that was the falling out. Did the daycare actually push for the affairs to happen so that we could act out a little bit and get back at each other? We need a timeline.
B
I need a timeline on this. It would be really wild if we're talking about something that happened 40 or 50 years ago. Right. That's what it makes me think. It's more current by current. That could be, like, within the last 20 years.
C
Yeah, 30, 40, you know, under 50, it could have a 2000 in front of it. It could also have a 19.
B
Could you imagine in your 70s, on national television, people are saying that you slept with your husband's brother.
C
It happens.
B
It's like, so. Honestly, when that came out of their mouths, I was like, wait, wait. What?
C
What?
B
Rewind. I was like, no, that's. Wait, we're going there. We're going there. I was like, first we started talking about the kids. I was like, we should never talk about the kids. And we started talking about the moms. I was like, this doesn't feel right. And then I was like, what?
C
This is freaking nuts. Well, that's why I also think what she said. My parents have been married for 50 years. You're either trying to say something happened before we were married over 50 years ago, or you're trying to say. Now you're saying there was infidelity within the 50 years. Like, we left that. Like, Shamia, why did you run away? Why did you leave the fight you started? We need more. I just also have to say too, before I forget, because it will leave my mind, but there was this scene as Kelly and Shamir leaving in the van, and Shamia is laying on Kelly just, like, crying. And it gave me such Ireland flashbacks. When Shannon was holding camera, was like, oh, man, housewives, they're so different, and yet they're all the same.
B
Even something that also really stood out to me in the episode was when Shamia was talking to her mom on the phone before the dinner, and she tells her mom casually, like, well, you know, these girls are saying, I'm sleeping with George. And her mom had, like, no reaction to that. And I'm just thinking, if I called my mom and said, people are saying that I slept with someone besides Michael, my mom would be like, what the hell are you talking about?
C
Like, up in arms, like, this is actually insane.
B
And the. The mother's reaction was like, nothing. And I found that very strange as I was watching. And I, like, noted that. And then to come to find out later about this uncle. I think the uncle thing is real.
C
Oh, no, I don't.
B
I mean that, right? You don't make that up.
C
Going into that phone call, though, I thought it's actually sad that the only person Shamia could call was her mom. It's not sad because, like, I talked to my mom 800 times a day, but I was thinking, like, she can't call Gerald because he's like, I don't even want to be on fricking camera.
B
Right?
C
She doesn't have another friend to talk to. So she has to call her mom to talk to her about being accused of an affair. Then what we probably don't see is her mom saying, well, you know that Portia's mom tried to sleep with your dad, right? And Mama Morton is the one who started the rumor and said bring it up, because she obviously hates Diane, Portia's mom, and so she doesn't care, not knowing that Portia's got something in her back pocket, too.
B
I know. It's like, this is the most insane thing. It's truly why I was. I was blown out of the water. I just did not think this was going to happen. And it really. Where do we go from here? There's absolutely no way they will ever, ever, ever, ever repair this friendship. And it was kind of interesting. On Watch what Happens Live, they had Phaedra, and Andy was asking her some questions, and then he's like, well, we will get into more of that at the reunion and making it seem like maybe they could have moved forward. Or I'm. I'm like, there. There's absolutely no way. I mean, Shmia got herself fired, right?
C
So that's. The thing is, like, I felt like Shamia. It's actually sad. I. I feel a little bad for Shamia because she's obviously under a lot of pressure within her marriage. I think when it comes to the surrogate and making sure that Gerald has a son. And I think she's just, like, unhappy in a lot of spaces. I think she really does miss her friendship with Portia because that was really important to her. I do believe her that Portia didn't want her on the show, even though she says she did.
B
I completely agree with that.
C
And I think that there's just a yearning for that friendship that was lost. And so she's pissed when she sees, oh, Portia and Kelly are getting along. Kelly's my number one. Where does that leave me? Which makes you paranoid? K. Michelle style. And she's just spiraling right now. And I feel a little bad for her because you could just watch it, like, yeah, did she bring that up? Hoping that the Pilar stuff. And then she just, like, word vomited the stuff about her mom thinking, like, maybe she wouldn't say that, but then she did. And then she's like, oh, and then Portia said that. And then she's like, oh, my God, now I have to, like, run away because I've really stepped in it.
B
I think she regrets every single thing about this situation because at the end of the Day, I feel like she definitely never knew about this uncle situation if it's true. And then she, like, gets in the car and is like, oh, my God, this is gonna be on national television. And like, I could have potentially ruined my parents marriage even if nothing comes from this. And maybe it is a lie, but for your parents to have to deal with that, the guilt you would have, it feels really, really yucky. I mean, like we always say on Housewives, like, don't talk about the kids. I feel like, don't talk about the moms.
C
Well, okay. I mean, talk about it for us, obviously, right? As viewers. Continue talking, ladies. Continue talking. I was thinking, well, why would Portia bring up Shamia's mom in that IG story? That was stupid. She shouldn't have done that. So then I paused it and I read the story again because it was so long ago. Okay, so Shamia was talking about Portia's mom last season. I have to remind myself, because you have to sometimes dump all the things that you know to make room for more housewives. So I'm like reading this and I'm like, oh, okay. So Shamia was talking about Diane on the show. And then, then Portia rebutes that online. And then Shamia sees that and that pisses her off. And so Shamia started it, because I was thinking Portia started it. It's actually Shamia from previous season, which it all becomes so crazy too, of like when things are airing or whatever happens and then they're reacting to it months later because they don't know everything that's going on.
B
So what is the big deal about her mom buying her mom's daycare? Why was that a big deal?
C
So it sounds like it was potentially shady. Was that she did that behind her back. She bought it, if I recall correctly. Was that like one of them couldn't afford to do it anymore or they were going to go in business together or something, and then the other mom went around the back to buy it. It feels very complicated. And that's why they say, don't mix your friends with business. And that's why Mary and I have been pretending all these years. I tried to get her to say, she's my best friend. She said, we're co workers, you cutie.
B
We do a very, very good job.
C
We do so far. But let me tell you about your mom.

Well, you can post anything about her on social media because she doesn't have

B
Okay, so you kind of cleared up the daycare part of it.
C
I don't think we really did, but I do believe that there is behind the scenes drama of her buying it behind the other mom's back.
B
Okay. Okay.
C
And it's public news, as Portia mentioned. Everybody knows. Yeah, no, she.
B
She knew that part was coming, but she didn't know the. Okay, then Shamia goes, but your mom tried to sleep with my dad. Now, I need details about this. Was it a party one night? Were they drinking? And she was coming on to him being flirty? Did she actually proposition him? Did this never even happen? And what year did this happen? Or did this happen before they even got married?
C
What is the accusations? Their statute of limitations on accusations? If it's over 50 years, we can't be bringing that up. It wasn't even cell phones 50 years ago. Okay? We didn't even have Internet at that point. Okay, okay, but let's.
B
Let's pretend that it's in the last decade. So everyone's really, really, really stunned in this moment. Honestly, K. Michelle's like, shamia, that's what you said. Like, are you kidding me? I also wonder at that club night if Shamia's mom told K. Michelle then. Because K. Michelle was like, oh, well,
C
I think she also was like, you're gonna lose that argument right now. Like, that's where you're going. Because if we rewind the whole thing, Drew starts this whole thing off.
B
That is true. Because she's like, oh, I'm working with Dennis, because actually I am working on an album with Ray J. And when he came to Charles in the confessional, I was like, yeah, like, it could.
C
It could be good.
B
And the producer's like, you are so polite. And she's like, no, no, no, no. Because delusion on delusion, it might be great.
C
In my mind, when this fight was happening was making me think of Chloe, Tristan, and Jordyn Woods. And then you have Ray J. Who? Obviously, he and Kim Kardashian. She got famous from a sex tape with Ray J. It was just like this full circle of, like, how you can connect it all. Then when Pinky was like, drew, if you need backup, I can sing. Said, well, babe, you're gonna have to audition. Drew can't have a part in your show, but you want a part in Drew's life.
B
Delusional.
C
But then Drew starts it, and she's like, Portia. So I was working with Dennis, and I brought you up, and I asked you what's going on? And do. Does he miss her? Is there a way to work it out? He said, she doesn't want me. Yeah. Because now he's feeling threatened. When it was Mike, he wasn't really threatened, but because of Sway. Now he's threatened because it's a woman.
B
Yeah.
C
And that started it all off, because then Shamia was like, wait, Dennis. Dennis. Gerald. Hey, Portia. Dennis and Gerald were talking, and he said that you don't trust Pilar coming over to our house. And I was like, wait, how did we jump? Oh, Shamia hurt people. Hurt people.
B
She was looking for an opening. And she's like, I can't believe you wouldn't let Pilar over. Our kids were such good friends. I would never do anything to your child. I thought we were sisters. Because Portia's comeback was like, the only person that I would let see my daughter after the way that you spoke to me is my own sister. And then she's like, well, I thought we were sisters. And she's like, well, I thought we were too.
C
In Shamia's confessional, she was like, obviously, I have grievances with my sisters. I'm like, okay, so Shamia has problems with her sisters, too, because she's like, they would never keep my niece or nephew from me. And I'm like, so you're fighting with everyone, Right?
B
So it's like, I go back to Shamia last season, and I loved her so much. She was so fun and light, and it feels so dark. Everything around her feels so dark. And then when they flashback, I'm like, she really is in a fight with every single person. But then at the same time, I do have empathy for her because all these people are, like, accusing her of sleeping with her neighbor and Hawks players.
C
That's also just all Angela. Angela's the ones making all those accusations.
B
But true. But then. Then I keep on thinking, like, why are there so many accusations about her sleeping with people?
C
But it's again, coming from one person.
B
Okay, okay.
C
But, you know, there's a lot of people that Angela's accusing her of. Well, yes. If it doesn't stick, she throws another at the wall. So she's like, if it's not a Hawks player, it's a Falcons player. If it's not a Falcons player, it's George. So then they're like, they start going at it, and it's literally, you're just, like, watching this and you're watching Shamia unfold. Like, that's what makes me feel bad, is that she's backed herself into such a corner. Portia. She thought when she got on this show that it would be something for her and Portia to do. And when she started giving the examples of, like, you said, I have dance, I have the Hawks, I have this. Like, I 100% believe that. That Portia was like, this is my thing, and you have your thing. If you want to be a friend of, you could be a friend of. But, like, don't come for my thing. And I feel like it wasn't natural for Shamia to be a friend of. She didn't want to be a side character. She wanted to be a star. And I feel like Portia could see, like, this show will actually ruin our friendship.
B
She predicted that for sure. She saw the writing on the wall. It almost is a little bit like Teresa and Melissa, but Melissa went behind her back.
C
Even though she'll say she didn't. We know the truth.
B
She totally did.
C
She totally.
B
But I wonder if Shamia did as well a little bit.
C
I think Portia said, come be a friend of. Dip your toe into it. I also think that Gerald didn't want it either. And so it felt like it was something that she wanted to, like, push so hard that she was willing to sacrifice her relationships with her friends, her family, whatever, to get this stardom. It seems like she has been chasing it. And there's nothing wrong with wanting to chase your dreams if this is, like, what your dream is. But you do have to realize there will be some sacrifices. And the people you do surround yourself with, if they're not okay with it, you have to realize you will be putting a damper on that relationship unless you're really cultivating it and really making sure to intentionally put your energy over there. You know what I mean?
B
I also thought it was really interesting when they did the flashback to the reunion. It almost, like, made it seem like Andy was lying. So then. Then that got me thinking, too.
C
I know when Portia was like, see, Andy Didn't I always want her? And maybe she said it to Andy, like, yeah, you can make her a housewife if you want. I don't think she'd be good. But if you want to, like, it could have been like that. Like, they've had a conversation about it. And maybe eventually Portia did come around to it. Maybe. Shami has been asking for years. We have seen her for years on our screen. Like, Portia's first time around. Shami would be in the background there. So maybe initially she didn't want her. And then when she came back around, she's like, okay, you know, we're in different places in our lives. Why not?
B
Right?
C
What's the timeline on that? We need timeline. Then also when Portia's like, you're lying. You're lying. I felt like she was keeping calm because she was like, don't say anything else. Which also, by the way, if you have a friendship and you have secrets with that friend. You and I, we have secrets and we break up. We will never break up. This is all hypothetical, Mary. Don't ever want you to really picture it. And we break up and we get into some big fight. I would never tell your secrets because that's in the vault for when we were friends. But totally, too. I'm like, oh, I think Shamia would let it all out.
B
I mean, she's trying to. She's like, gets in that van and is like, what else can I think of right now? I have to say something else, like. And she's just trying to be like, well, Portia, nobody. Her family's so screwed up, and that's why she's so mean. And. But it's like she was trying to rack her brain for a worse story. But there is no worse story than your mom sleeping with your uncle while she was married to your dad. And if that happened in the last
C
decade, it also felt like projection. When she was like, portia's so unhappy in her house, like, marriage. I was like, shamia, I. I actually think Portia's in a good place this season. If you told me that last season, I'd be like, 100%. You are correct. And then I started thinking, actually, that is probably what she's referring to, because they were still technically friends then. She doesn't know who Portia is anymore. Portia's moved on with her life without their friendship. So her reflection is when Portia was unhappy going through the divorce, and Portia
B
has done a good season not talking about Shamia, but Shamia instigated her. So she was like, if you want to play, let's play. This is my show. And she's like, you and your mother are low down dirty snakes. And then should be is like, no, you and your mom are. And it comes down from generation and generation. And I was holding my mouth on it because I didn't want to embarrass her.
C
Porch is like, embarrass who? Because I'm not embarrassed. If that's something my mom did, that's my mom. If you want to embarrass her, go for it. It's not going to reflect poorly on me. And you're so right, though. Like, these women that they're talking about having affairs are in their 70s. These women are in their late 40s, mid-40s. The things that we're accusing of to be embarrassed are so silly. Especially if it was 50 years ago. You know there's a 19 in front of that date, right? We can't be talking about that. Okay.
B
It's so true. It's so true. That's the statue of limitations.
C
I mean, honestly, if there's two zeros and a two statute of limitations of 15 years ago.
B
No, I know. I. I know it's 20, 26.
C
I don't know. I know. I'm just saying, like, it's like, it's so crazy that we're bringing this up. Also, though, I do hope Andy does ask for a timeline at the reunion, you know.
B
Well, we can write in Mary.
C
Mary reported it.
B
Oh, yeah, you're right.
C
Okay, we need, we need when one of them are on watch, what happens live.
B
Yes, we do.
C
It's got to be Portia. We can't ask Shamia. I think she'll. I don't think she's gonna give us the truth.
B
Well, I mean, they have to deny this. They have to take this to the grave. You never admit this happened.
C
But then I'm also wondering too, was one in retaliation of the other?
B
No, Completely. Okay.
C
It's a back to back affair.
B
Right? You're totally right. Okay, so apparently Portia's Ms. Diane goes for Shamia's. And then Portia got word that Shamia's been going around town saying that, and she's like. So I asked my mom and my mom was flabbergasted. Her flappers were guested because your mom slept with your father's brother. It was kind of funny how she didn't say uncle because it made it like, kind of more confusing. Your mom slept with your father's brother.
C
You're lying. Which one? Say the name. Then I was like, wait, how many brothers does your dad have?
B
He could have a lot. He could have a lot.
C
So then I'm wondering, what is the family tree?
B
I gotta see it, right? Because Ms. Diane was dating her father's brother, and that's when the mom slept with him.
C
So.
B
So she stole her man.
C
Oh, my God. You just added another element. I forgot that they were dating. This is.
B
Yeah, like, that's the whole thing.
C
Where were the cameras for this reality show? Okay, that's what we need. Pick them up, time travel, get us back there.
B
And then how did Ms. Diane find out about this?
C
How did she find out? How did either of them find out? I think it's Shamia's dad. Loose lips, sinking ships.
B
I just. There has to be some truth to these stories because the layers of it and like, the more information that kept coming out because, like, Shamia thought she had Portia. I know your mom tried to go for my dad. And Portia's like, well, the reason maybe that happened, if it did happen, was because your mom stole my mom's boyfriend. That's actually your uncle and my daycare. This is so insane.
C
I. I love it. It's watching a ping pong match too. That's why I had to turn the captions on because, like, I actually have to read what they're saying because they're moving so fast. Right here, watching Angela. Angela's got her hand on her forehead looking down. The other hand is holding a shot with a sugar rim. She is just like, these women are driving me to drink. K. Michelle, by the way, been drinking all day. Can't even participate in the Highland games with for the tug of war because she's been drinking. She blames it on her leaky butt, but we know that she's drunk. J realizes she's lost, pushes the chair away. By the way, the McDonald's worker, aka Kelly, has come over to calm her down at this point too. And Shimmy is like, we're out of here. And she grabs her stuff because she can't forget her tartan sash. Because Portia, by the way, has paid for all these. And you know, that pissed Shamia off too, because now she, quote, unquote, owes her something.
B
I will say I learned a lot about me too. The tart, the tartan pattern. I had no idea. They are hand woven. They were gorgeous.
C
I'm gonna stop wearing Burberry like Portia. I haven't started wearing it, but I'm also gonna stop Wearing it because I can't afford it. But actually it's more the pattern of
B
how much do you think they go for?
C
I was thinking about that because I'm like, okay, well, they got him a sash. Because I know those sash probably are expensive. I was gonna say like three to five hundred for a sash. Is that crazy?
B
No, I don't think that's crazy. It's handmade. It might even be more.
C
They make the royals tartan.
B
No, it's beautiful. It's beautiful.
C
Gorgeous. And learning about that. Everyone has their own pattern. I'm like, I want to. Not my own pattern.
B
It's pretty cool.
C
I know. And then I'm like, I would like to go to Scotland. I also, I want to go to Norway too, but that's for different reasons. But, like, I want to go to these places now. This is building tourism for me. This is great. This is great. But when they walk out, Shimmy has got to put her jacket on. She's like, I can't believe this. This is narcissistic. She's just like. She's getting upset. Babe, you. You started this whole thing.
B
I. She's. She's gonna have to come back with something. I don't know. I. This is. It's really, really bad. What will be their next interaction? They're on this trip. They're in a castle together.
C
They gotta go to Phaedra's birthday dinner next week. Does she leave the trip?
B
To be honest, if I was Shamia, I would have left that night. I would have been like, I am leaving this trip. This has gone way too far. This has been. Is absolutely crazy. You're saying on national television that my mom slept with my uncle? No, I'm not doing this anymore. I would have left. How is she gonna call Gerald and tell him he's gonna be tick? I don't think he. He wants any of this drama. This is exactly why he didn't want to be on the show. For someone to not support you being on the show, and then this happens. He's gonna be ticked.
C
That's why there is a level of feeling bad for her, though. Because I'm thinking like, okay, she's already on the back foot in this group. She knows she is not in the majority, right? She's got to keep K. Michelle. She's got to keep Pinky. She has Kelly still. But now Kelly and Portia have made up. Oh, okay. Well, Pinky, K. Michelle and Shamia all went to dinner together because K. Michelle and her had that conversation two weeks ago. And so she's like, okay, there's something going on with me and K. Michelle. And then, like, Pinky knows about it because she brought it up at the basketball thing. So she's got this level of paranoia. Then they also have jet lag on top of this.
B
Yeah.
C
Tired. Then she's also fighting with Angela because of George, and it's like, the group is against me. And I do feel bad because I hate when these trips become one against someone. But she's the one doing it. She's the one who's being first in to throw stones, not battle axes or pieces of wood. But she started it, and now she has to stop it, and she can't. She just opened Pandora's box. Shamia's box, if you will. And she did Kegels.
B
Then on that party bus, talking about Kegels and their pelvic floor and going to the doctor to have to push it back up.
C
Kelly's like, I can't afford much, but I could put it on insurance. Oh, my God. Hey.
B
It's hard for me to pick a side here because I do think Shamia was waiting for this moment, and this was premeditated. And, like, Portia was so right on. She's like. She was trying to trigger me. She literally is poisoned right now. I see hate in her eyes. Devilness. I can see it. And I'm, like, not fucking with that. Yeah. And I. I completely get what she's saying, but then I'm like, but Portia, like, you said something so bad that
C
she's fighting fire with fire. I think K. Michelle had a good read on it where she was like, I don't want anyone to feel left out. The Shamia I know, like, this isn't her. Which is crazy because she's only known her for a couple of months.
B
Right. Right.
C
Devastated by it. Knowing that Shimia is in a bad place. And I think it's obviously coming out. And I think she really is sad about this friendship with Portia. And I do wonder, too, if Portia said, you know, I don't want you on the show because I don't want it to affect our friendship. Because think about a lot of duos that we know that have come on these shows together and how their friendships have changed.
B
I mean, if Meredith Marks and Lisa Barlow can move on from a hot mic moment and sleeping with half of New York, maybe these girls can, too.
C
I'm crossing my fingers. I am crossing my fingers. Okay, let's go back to the beginning of the episode, because these Women, they are getting dressed for I don't even know, God knows what event, except that we're going outside to play the Highland game.
B
Their full on furs at the breakfast had me giggling. And when Phaedra's like. So I was doing some investigating last night and I tried out Tasty Black. You can't even get it here. And Portia's like, well, the trick is at home, you just screen record it and then you can watch it on vacation.
C
Who says these shows aren't educational? I learned something new, and that's a hot tip. Thank you, Sasha. Yeah, thank you. Anyways, I love the man teaching them the games because he had such sass with them that.
B
Just do what you're told.
C
Yeah, that I was like, I bet he hooks up with a lot of tourists if he's not married. I feel like he leans in. And then I was watching all these women and I started thinking, think. Who do I think is the most athletic of this group? Because you have housewives that are athletic. Some. When I think of athletic housewives, I actually think of Whitney Rose Courtney.
B
I was, like, thinking about her on that poll. That takes a lot of upper body strength. I completely agree with you.
C
I believe she also does, like jiu jitsu and snowboard. She, to me, is probably one of the most athletic housewives.
B
Yes. You know, Nia does too. She's like a black belt.
C
You'd think she would just, like, flip her husband over and spanking for being a bad boy. You're on timeout. Daniel, on this cast, who do you think is the most athletic? It's Slim Pickens.
B
I think Portia did pretty well.
C
Yeah.
B
Kelly.
C
Kelly getting dragged on that tug of war. I cackled so loudly. Just legs up in the air. I don't know if she was wearing her latex spandex pants, but they were really helping the grass movement.
B
I mean, she was dragged across.
C
It was one of the funnier things because instead of letting go, she just kept going.
B
No, she wasn't gonna let go.
C
God, Angela being like, I've been waiting all trip to drag Kelly's ass. He's with her. So fucking and funny.
B
And then we also have this moment with Pinky having a mental breakdown this episode.
C
Pinky is like when they say, like, well, you got to spend millions to owe millions. Or in order to have a business, you got to spend money to make money. Yeah. But sometimes if you spend too much money and you don't make enough money, then your business has to file for bankruptcy.
B
Yeah. I Was thinking about this.
C
Yeah.
B
Well, I feel bad for Kelly, too, but I don't want to watch multiple people.
C
You want one poor?
B
Yes.
C
One poor only.
B
Yeah, yeah.
C
Pinkies is just interesting because.
B
Okay.
C
And this is, like, crazy because it's obviously a lot of money, but in the grand scheme of things, is $20,000 a lot of money? When you have multiple locations and businesses, that feels like a drop in the hat.
B
I agree with that.
C
But if you're pulling it from your personal bank account to make it that payment, then that's a problem. Where are we on the bankruptcy? What's that? Timeline. Got a lot of timelines. We need answers. We need visual timelines. I love when the editors give us visuals. We need that. She was. When Angela walked in that room and Pinky was crying, I felt like Angela, you know, when MJ and the traders that, like, famous meme of her where she's like, like, standing there just during the spotlight. That was Angela to me, in Scotland doing the same move as mj. Like, oh, no. Now I have to, like, they're there. Like, sorry.
B
Drew's like, new levels, new devils.
C
And then Kelly, when she was talking about Jarvis and Shamia, introduced them at a Hawks game, and I was like, did Shamia know that he was a good guy because she's hooked up with him. Kidding, kidding, kidding, kidding, kidding. But when she said, Best 70k ever spent on that smile, I said, homeless, not toothless.
B
And when Phaedra said, I would have taken that and bought some Crest White strips and had $69,972, I was like, phaedra, we are on the same page. That's why. What she should have done.
C
Kelly's teeth looked fine before. And then this outfit where she looked like, literally a McDonald's worker. I thought, was the M for, like, mew mew, or was it a costume? I don't know. It was a look. And then I was thinking, when they went into the tartan place and she walked in in that full plaid, I know that man was giggling. Oh, that's. That's the o' Toole tartan.
B
The fashion on this trip has made me giggle.
C
Well, Portia's like, I told them to bring their nightwear, but they're all wearing the same outfit from. I thought we were getting in separate outfits. This is the look from morning to night. Jarvis, by the way, you guys, he's a Pisces. She's never dated a Pisces. I'm like, I don't know that Jarvis is real.
B
Once again, Jarvis is Gerald.
C
But to celebrate, Group Kegels.
B
So much to unpack here.
C
Honestly, last week I missed these girls. Like, we didn't have last Sunday because of July 4th weekend. And it felt like a missing piece. Last week when we were doing all of our different episodes was like, honestly, by the end of the week, I was missing these ladies.
B
It felt like we hadn't seen them in a very long time. And at first when I was watching, I was like, I don't. I don't want to watch these stupid games. I wasn't into it. Then I was like, wait, I'm kind of into this shopping excursion. Wait, I'm into this party bus. Group Kegel. And then this final dinner, I was like, I'm back. I am back. Atlanta's back, baby. I. I am excited to see how Portia and Shamia will come together because they're staying in the same castle. Like, what is going to happen next week, do you think, at that nightclub? It's like Portia runs out? Kind of. It seems like. Is it because Shamia shows up? Maybe. Maybe they hadn't seen each other yet.
C
Okay, so that's what I was confused about, because I was like, are they back in Atlanta at that point? This is at the birthday party next week.
B
I feel like they're still in Scotland. I'm. I'm assuming. So this is episode 13. Probably only a couple left.
C
Yeah, I mean, we already have the reunion. I would say, what, two to three more?
B
Yeah.
C
Yeah. Max, the best thing that Portia can do that will piss Shamia off even more is ignore her. Yes, the opposite of love is not hate. It's indifference. And I believe it was the Lumineers who sang that.
B
And on that, I think. Have a great Monday, guys. We will see you later this week.
