B
it's Courtney from la. But big week this week Mary. Big week this week. I get to see you.
A
Yes, I will be flying down tomorrow. A quick 24 hour trip. It's gonna be a blast, a whirlwind. Probably just a big week though.
B
You know we're going into July. I can't believe that July 1st is this week. Which means we're halfway over with the year. Which means that we will need to do a prediction check in.
A
That is a great idea. I know you are really excited about it because you check them off as they happen. You ask. Believe you receive. I'm gonna guess you have about 15 by now.
B
No, that's way too high.
A
You have, like, 45.
B
Well, I know I like to. I like to really shoot large and. And small. You know, go for as big as you can, and then you start going more nuanced, and, you know, it's like small fish, big pond. Big fish, small pond, that kind of thing. Got it. Got it.
A
Okay, you need to fill us in about your whirlwind trip to Boston.
B
Oh, man, what a fun trip. So I went to Boston for the France Norway game on Friday. I was excited. I thought Haaland was gonna play. They sat him because it didn't really matter. For them, it was a game for first for who would win their group stage. But Norway's just stoked to make it to the next round. That I think they didn't really care about placement. They just were like, we're already going to the round of 32. Let's sit our strongest players. We want to make sure that they're ready for the next round. So I did have remove my ass bun that I had wore in honor of him.
A
Oh, unfortunate. For the rest of the crowd, let
B
me tell you one of the great things about being a woman at the World Cup. The lines are much shorter at the bathroom in the stadium than they are for the men's. Like, it was one of those, like, yeah. See how it feels, guys.
A
I didn't think about the ratio.
B
It was really fun. But I will tell you, Gillette, they. Well, you have to call it Boston Stadium because all the stadiums also did not sponsor FIFA of. But they are sticklers for a bag. You guys, I had my small purse, okay? This lady ran. She ran after me.
A
Mary.
B
After I walked by and said, I have a card. Put your purse on this card to make sure it fits. The purse literally fits, except for it had two side tags. Do you know what I mean? Like, where you would, like, clip into it. And she said, well, those don't fit, and you can't bend them down. So she tried to get me to check that bag, and I was like, this is literally standard purse size. This is standard purse size. This is literally a concert bag. She's like, nope, you need to get rid of it. You need to get rid of it. Like, I'm not getting rid of my Longchamp bag. Are you serious? So what did I do? I outsmarted her. I had a friend who had, like, a. Like, a clear bag, and I was like, give me your bag right now. I'm Gonna go take it out. Then I had a hat that was, like, clipped on, too. So I put my hat on. I put everything in my clear bag, and I folded up my Longchamp and put it in my friend's pocket, and I said, walk in front of me.
A
Very smart.
B
And then I just thought, gotcha. That was, like, a big win because it was on principle, like, this bag fits. But you're telling me an edge that is literally just decorative on this bag, at some point can't go in.
A
Right.
B
What do they think I'm doing? This is a girl tax, by the way, because men are not wearing small purses. What do you guys think I'm gonna do, Right? Let's go look up the stats of who does bad things. I'm just saying, less women than men. It just feels rude. Okay? And so it was like, on principle that I was getting my bag in, and my one friend was like, I told you not to bring that bag. I said, I googled it.
A
There's nothing worse than being the person that brings the wrong bag to the stadium. Because then everyone has to wait to go in because you're, like, supposed to put it in the locker, blah, blah, blah. And then you're kind of worried about your bag the whole time, and you're like, I brought the bag because I needed the bag. I needed the shit in the bag. That's why I brought the bag.
B
Yes. So I guess technically, yes, I'm in the wrong because of, like, the small, little extra centimeter provided on my bag. But in principle, just let me go.
A
Well. And at that point, they could have looked inside the bag.
B
Well. And at that point, you're telling me I can bring a gallon bag, a large, clear gallon bag, which I could have put the purse into.
A
Right, Right.
B
It's not fair. Life isn't fair, though.
A
It's the stadium rules. Yeah.
B
Yes. But anyways, then after the game, which was so fun, I feel so lucky to get to go to a World cup game. France ended up winning. My friend, he was born in France, a huge France fan. He said it was one of the best days of his life. We just had, like, the best time. It was so fun that I convinced the rest to change their flights from Saturday to Sunday. And I said, we gotta have one more day here.
A
You did it. I mean, you went all that way. Why? Exactly.
B
I was like, guys, think of how much fun we could have watching the games in Boston. One of my friends had never been. I said, you haven't been on the freedom trail. I said, well, I'm gonna walk you on that trail to other bars while we watch the other games. And so it was just really fun because everyone there, too, was, like, vibing, and we had a great time. And I, you know, I. I love a cracker that's a white man with blonde hair.
A
Too bad you couldn't have stayed for Capo Sunday.
B
I know. Knowing, too, that there's two Sinatra Sunday shows now. It was a bummer, but there were things that had to be done back here, so I had to go. But great weekend. City of Boston was great. Minus that one lady doing her job, but still had a blast. Now I do have to walk back something that I had said on the pod last week.
A
We do need to talk about this. And it was a great idea at that time before we got this new information. Tell everybody the new information.
B
So, as you guys know from the Valley recap, I thought maybe it would be a good idea to add Sandoval as a friend of. To laugh at. Not a mere two hours later do TMZ reports come out about him and Victoria and this tumultuous relationship that they have. Now, the first thing is that Tom called the police. There was abuse from Victoria. He was able to get a temporary restraining order. Her dad was also involved. And then she was also ordered to leave the house, which is weird because I thought that it was her house he moved into. So I'm, like, texting you. I'm like, oh, no. Oh, no. And not only that, I had mentioned him on the whiteboard one too. I was like, we never talk about Sandoval. And then twice in one day.
A
I feel like you were having a premonition, but you got. The wires got crossed.
B
Yes, if you will.
A
Like, you were feeling like Tom Sandoval, something's coming about him that he was fresh on your mind, and so you incorporated him into the pod. But then things got weird.
B
Yeah. So then after that, this video gets released, and it's the fire pit of their. In their backyard. And Tom is yelling. There's a scene happening. He goes over to Victoria, who's then somewhat cowering and yelling at her, like, are you recording me? Are you recording me? And her dad gets up and kind of tries to pull him back, and he pushes the dad onto the fire pit, and the dad, thankfully, like, gets out. It looks, hopefully not too much had happened to him, but in the same way, I'm like, okay, is the dad gonna get a restraining order on Tom? And apparently he hasn't yet. We're recording this Monday Morning. So I don't know if anything has since happened, but I'm like, this is crazy. And after I just said that, yes,
A
the timing was not ideal. We had to put in, like an editor's note. We're like, we do not want Tom Sandoval on the Valley. We didn't see that video. I mean, the video is pretty insane. It's pretty long. And it's from their backyard. And, you know, at first he's. Yeah. Yelling at Victoria and I'm. I didn't read the heading. And I'm like, who's this man trying to help in this fight? And I'm kind of confused as I'm watching it. And then all of a sudden I see the man go into the fire pit. I'm like, oh, my God, this is crazy. Then Tom runs in the house. The man runs into the house. Then I read the article. I'm like, that was her dad. I was like, what is happening? Tom went to the house the next
B
day with the police.
A
But the whole thing just feels too much. And I don't want to talk about Tom.
B
I don't want to talk about Tom anymore. But I just felt like we did have to mention it because I do have to retract my statement.
A
Yes, yes.
B
I don't want him involved. Nothing.
A
No, no.
B
Nothing to do with him. And so moving on.
A
Moving on. So Bravo and Cocktails is reporting. It says happy Summer house filming week. To those who celebrate, Cass will be staying home the first weekend. Production doesn't want cast slash newbie leaks right away. Kyle, Carl, Jesse, Mia Bailey will be full time in the house. Lindsay will be in and out like last year, but full time. Expect five to six newbies and Sierra appearances throughout. KJ has decided not to return, but possible he can film a scene or two. And Dara was only part of the show because of kj, so she's out. Ben not asked back as he didn't quite gel with the cast. I'm hearing girls names. Jamie and Jolie, another girl friend of MIA's. Then two to three guys connected with Jesse, Carl and Kyle. So I don't know. I. This feels right. What do you think?
B
Well, I think it's weird that the executive from the article that was in Variety or Deadline the other week said that Sierra is the star and she's just going to pop in. That doesn't feel right to me. I assume just after Love island starts, she'll be there.
A
Okay, that.
B
That doesn't make sense to me. If they want to be backing Sierra so badly. Ben is interesting. Ben wasn't asked back not because he didn't gel with the cast. He's literally hanging out with the cast all the time. But maybe because he had a girlfriend the whole time. Kj. I'm bummed that he's not coming back, but I think if he's focusing on himself, that's okay. Kind of makes sense for Dara, though. I wouldn't mind seeing her just because I feel like she already has connections with the cast there. But these new people. Okay, bring it. Because they're supposed to be the future of the show.
A
Okay.
B
No mention of Amanda.
A
No mention of Amanda. Not shocking there. I wonder too if KJ will end up coming more than we think.
B
Looks like he's in Paris right now based on his Instagram. So maybe he's just having a hot boy summer.
A
I love that for him.
B
Yeah. So this doesn't surprise me in a way because it's kind of like everything we thought. It does surprise me that they would say Sierra is just going to pop in unless that executive said Sierra is the star. But Sierra is like cool. That's great. I don't want to be doing that. I want to have a couple of things. I have other things that are in the works. And then I love that Mia's going to bring a friend because I think Mia has been a great addition. So I have to assume that her circle is just as fabulous. And I'm excited for this next season of. Speaking of summer house, over the weekend they were in the Hamptons for that palm tree festival. I don't know if you saw too Alex. Earl was on this brand trip for a palm tree festival and she was staying at the summer house. House.
A
I saw that. Yes.
B
But noticeably with Kyle and some pictures was Ava from NextGen.
A
I did notice that and it made me giggle because Courtney thinks they hook up.
B
Listen, I'm not saying they're in a full relationship, but I think that they have been horizontal or know each other horizontally. Okay. I'm just saying I think that there could be something there and that we're not ever gonna find out. Cause we're gonna have a single Kyle season. But I do think that he has been single with her.
A
I wonder if she would come to the house for a party.
B
I feel like she should. It seemingly makes sense. Like on Next Gen. Remember at one point she couldn't go on one of the trips because she was in the Hamptons. She's friends with Jesse. Jesse and her have been in Tiktoks Together. Like, she's friends with the cast. Wouldn't be surprised. I do love the, like, kind of silly crossovers we get when a Bravo star appears and not their own show.
A
Yes, I love a crossover.
B
Yeah, we love a crossover. It is interesting because I can't figure out if staying home means that they're not doing their annual 4th of July party and they're staying in whatever the new home is or if they're staying home, AKA stay at home in the city. You guys are coming out next week because we don't want there to be anything that happens. It feels tough to Covid them for a weekend in a fourth of July.
A
You know, it's kind of interesting that they announce other casts, but they never announce summer houses. So why do they keep it a secret? Is it also because maybe they're unsure who is full time at this point and they want to see how the first couple weekends are gelling. Like, for instance, with Levi, they kind of decided she was going to be
B
a friend of the imaginary friend of.
A
Right. But at what point do they decide that?
B
But she's in the cast photo as a cast member. So it just. It doesn't all make sense. This is like something I would love as like a docu series about Bravo. How they make these decisions, how and not just summer house, housewives, friends of what that casting process really looks like, the whole thing. It would be really interesting to follow that.
A
Agreed. I definitely watch and I think it's
B
okay too, to not know who the cast is. It kind of makes it fun and exciting to watch through. Like, I think we knew it would make sense for Amanda not to come back. She doesn't at this point have a connection with anyone in the cast, minus Kyle, who's probably being nice to her. My hope is that when they have their first party that it's World cup themed. My friend and I were talking about it. It'd be fun to have like a sports themed one. I would.
A
That's a great idea.
B
Maybe it's just like top of mind with us right now because we were just, you know, at the game, but we're like, that would be so cool.
A
No, that kind of reminds me a little bit of their around the world party during COVID The COVID season.
B
Maybe that's what they'll do if they're stuck in the house this weekend. Another around the world party. Yeah, I love that. But it's actually just Covid themed.
A
Oh, so good. So good.
B
And I wonder if they'll order anything from Revolve. If they're having an around the world party.
A
It's so nice with Revolve because I mean it comes to your house in two days. They can get that to the Hamptons in two days. I wore all Revolve this weekend. I went on a little getaway. I've been living in these Steve Madden linen pants and then I just got the green cargo ones. I'm gonna bring them to LA with me. I feel like I can dress them up or dress them down, but Revolve is the best size inclusive, thousands of brands I It's great for date night, it's great for a wedding. They really have it all.

B
Head to statefarm.com to get a quote.
A
Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.
B
Well, while we were on break, Mary, as we mentioned, it's been announced Amanda will not be returning to the summer house. No surprise.
A
Not shocked at all.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Like will she still be on the city? I think so.
A
See, I think that is going to be interesting how it plays out because I almost feel like if she's not dating west, she will be on in the city. If she is dating West, I don't think she will be. And maybe I'm totally wrong, but that's kind of my prediction.
B
Okay, explain why though.
A
I think if she's still dating west, they won't want to have them both on together. And how will she be on the show? Not really talking about that. I mean, I guess she could talk about it and not film with him. I think Bravo wants a break from west right now, but I also think that Bravo is mad at both of them because of the drugs and their poor performance at the reunion. I think west did a better job on this whiteboard thing than he has on anything. So I think they're Just like, do we need Amanda on In the City? They're definitely going to be a rejuj of in the City. I don't know how they're going to shake it up. It feels like it's getting pretty mixed
B
reviews, and I think it's just because of the fact, too, of what happened on Summer House or the aftermath of Summer House in the off season, which I think is why it might be getting some mixed reviews there. It's funny you say that about that, because I think, you know, now he's like, I reluctantly did that video. He's coming out today saying that. I think that the west scandal is the most interesting thing about Amanda right now.
A
I agree with that.
B
So I wonder if there's a break in just social media right now. Like, I saw Dumois posted that they were in Wisconsin over the weekend, and some, quote unquote, firsthand account said that they say I love you to each other, which is like, okay. But when that, like, came out, my first instinct was, why do I need to know about this? Which is so crazy because I keep saying I think I'm over it. Then this whiteboard comes out, and I'm like, I'm not over it. But then that comes out, and I'm like, oh, wow. People who are dating are dating.
A
Right. And I think in the City actually should step away from Amanda, and I think Kyle's a more interesting person to follow at this point, and they need to figure out that casting and Amanda just doesn't have to be a part of it.
B
Yeah. I leave this up to you all listening. Do you want Amanda back in the city? Do you want her back in. In general? If she's still with West? Is that more appealing to you, to want to watch Amanda and Wes navigate their relationship? Or if she's still dating Wes, you don't want to see it. And then if she can't share that part of her life, what does that mean? So we leave that to you to tell us.
A
I also feel like if she filmed in the city, it would just be one of those things where she's, like, on an island alone. At that point, it's going to be so far past. Like, is Kyle really going to have that much sympathy? Like, has she gotten all the stuff out of the apartment?
B
Yeah.
A
I don't know. It's just not there.
B
It was a good time.
A
We enjoyed it. We can be done.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. All times do have to end, good or bad.
A
Don't cry because it has. Don't. What is that? Line. Don't cry because it's over. Be happy it happened. Dr. Seuss, Tyler Perry, Dorinda Medley, one of the three.
B
Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.
A
Yes.
B
And it was said by one of those three or someone else. Let's get into Rory, because smile. That had happened. I don't think Rula is. And this is a really great way for us to wrap up a fantastic first season of a housewife show. Takeaways from you from this last part.
A
I felt bad for Rula. Joellen would not stop, and she was trying to catch her in a lie. And I think Rula learned a lot of information on that stage that she is not privy to. The timeline of her own marriage, the timeline of Brian's divorce, and the timeline of Brian's other partner.
B
Right. When he's like, I haven't been with that partner since. I'm like, oh, my God, this is just so uncomfortable. The problem is, too, is I'm like, I want to feel bad for Rula. But then she also goes so below the belt with her insults towards. But I'm like, that's just her, like, lashing out now. Jo Ellen, I understand you have a need to be right because Gary said it. You said it. You want to be proven that you're not a liar. Babe, we all know you're not lying. We know Brian's the liar. Now, look, did I love all the information she had? Of course I did. Who has the time? Joelle. And she's unemployed, thanks to Brian. But who has the time to do that much digging? It's actually a little insane that she took all that time and energy just to prove she's right. And at what point, even though you've admitted you're not a girl's girl, at what point have you gone too far and you can't keep, like, kicking the person while they're down?
A
Right. At the end of the day, Rula has chosen to be with Brian. So it's kind of like, just stay out of their business. I. I was team rule on this. I just felt so bad for her sitting there. It was so embarrassing. And honestly, when did he get divorced?
B
2016.
A
Did Joella, like, hire a private eye or something, or do you think she does it on her own?
B
No, I think she does it on her own. I think now that she's unemployed and by unemployed, like, she's a housewife and she's going to be making brand deals and her from the show, I do think she could open up A side
A
business as a P.I.
B
as a P.I. i think she could ask Billy if he'd like to get back into his law degree and be the attorney for the PI Office. I think that this could really be a family business. And by family, I mean Rhode island housewives. It's a little crazy. I know that there's public records, but, like, I think she probably paid to get whatever information. I think the mistress also supplied her with a ton of information to tell her side of the story, in a way. And I also think, too, is that Joe. Well, and she said, I'm going to prove I'm right. Which also, by the way, vindicates my girl Rosie. Because if she had this much time to get this much information on Rula, then you're telling me that all she knows as a police officer told her there was a police report about Rosie being in the car, but Joellen couldn't find that information. Joellen is the person who could find a needle in the haystack.
A
Right.
B
Rosie vindicated my girl Rosie. I love her. And I think Jo Ellen's downfall is actually defending Kelsey on nonsense.
A
And you wrote down you think that Kelsey may have gotten a chin implant.
B
Oh, well, okay. What's going on with the chin? It was really distracting. Like, more so this episode. I was like, did she get a chin implant? Is that crazy?
A
Or maybe lost a little bit of weight or something? It made her face more defined.
B
Sure. It was just really pronounced that I was like, huh. Is there something going on?
A
She.
B
She's absolutely stunningly gorgeous. Dumb as rocks when she was like, I know you have two mortgages, Rosie. It's like, is that the gotcha you think it is? And you have zero because you don't own property, babe.
A
I know. It's so embarrassing when they're like, so now who's paying for you to live? It's like, why can't she pay for herself?
B
She pays for her health insurance, Mary.
A
I had to move in with Billy because my ex cut me off, and he wasn't going to pay for that apartment anymore, so I had to move in with Billy. I Billi. Pays for my car, but I pay for my car insurance.
B
No, not even car insurance. She just pays for her health insurance. I think Bill's paying for the car insurance, too.
A
I'm sorry. You're right. You're right. You're. You are right. I. I mix up those insurances.
B
And also, I was like, bill, I'm. I'm getting a little sad for you too. What do you mean? You Were celibate for a year while Kelsey was fucking her ex.
A
His hand was getting a lot of work, and he was like, that is a little too much even for. Do you feel like he has a tude this reunion?
B
He was cracking up because he's like, joellen, you're an absolutely insane person. This is something that, like, Tamara would do in, like, her third reunion. Okay. And you're coming out swinging. First reunion, he was talking about Rosie and the mortgage and the square feet. He's like, kelsey, seems like you do care about the amount of square feet that she has. When he'd asked Rula something, he'd be like, joel, now I feel like you have something to share with that. I do, Andy. Thank you for asking. He almost was like, you guys are setting me up for punchlines here. This great.
A
And then when Rosie's like, I have to go get my briefcase, he's like, we're literally talking about you. You can't leave and get the briefcase as we're talking about you. Okay?
B
And it was a bedazzled briefcase. And I was like, rosie, that is your first and only time that you can do that as a first year housewife. Always have the proof on hand.
A
Rosie also had a great reunion overall. I feel like she kept it very calm. She was trying to help Rula. At one point, she was unbiased. And then I feel like at the end of it, too, she was like, you know what, Kelsey, I'd like to move forward with you. And that's a smart housewife. Like, we have to move the story along. We have to be in the same room together. It will work better if you guys come together at this point. I think Rosie knows that.
B
Yeah. I also thought it was funny too, when Kelsey's like, you know, somebody told me about the mortgages, and she's like, let me guess, it was Gary, Joellen's husband, who works in mortgage. Like, is that your source first? I think she learned in, like, real time. She was like, oh, they actually have nothing on me, so I'm just gonna let it. And I think she was thinking too, like, Joellen, like, again, you have all the info, but you're looking a little cuckoo, too. Continually coming after and after. And if you want to get into Rula and you want to get to her, you need to lead with compassion, because you just, like, hitting her with facts, hitting her when she's down, and then at the end being like, oh, no, rule of this isn't at you. It's really about Brian. And you're just kind of collateral damage because you're married to him. It's yuck. And if you don't lead with compassion, then you're not going to get through because all you're doing is making her hate you more because she said, yeah, give me the info now. I don't want it now. You keep making my private information public. I'm done.
A
Yeah, Joellen definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. And it's clear that she's talking to the girlfriend, partner, mistress all the time. When Gary was like, I literally ran into you guys at a bar and she introduced you as a boyfriend and I didn't know who you were, so I didn't think anything of it. Come to find out you have a wife at home that's gonna be on a reality TV show with my wife. That's insane. Also, the mistress today on her stories.
B
Oh, my God, Yes.
A
Is putting up stuff. She's like, what you're looking for isn't on social media posts. It's in my phone. I've got screenshots, videos, and audio recordings that will shock your entire nervous system. It's like blurry photo on her ring finger with, like a red ring.
B
Too much. Well, and the text from November 2nd that says, I can't wait to be the best boyfriend and fiance to you. I'm like, brian is crazy. And you guys, I like, went dark for a second. I took your darkness and pulled it into me. And I was like, are we gonna deal with a creepy scandal? I actually got kind of concerned for Rula and what happens behind closed doors. And I went a little creepy there because I'm like, it's not. These are storylines. We've storylines, real life, but things we've seen before is scary.
A
Well, it leads you to keep asking the question, why is she staying with Brian? What is motivating her? And she never really says that. It isn't even like, I'm staying because of the kids. She hasn't really defined why she's staying with him. She admitted that they both have their own prenups.
B
What's in the prenup? Is there a 10 year rule? That's what I want to know. She does say in the season now, obviously, obviously, she's finding out more information after, but it's like, divorce is a big deal. She doesn't want to get divorced. She wants to stay together with the family. I choose to believe because I'm like, rula, come on, girly. I choose to believe that there's a long game she's playing that. She's playing chess, and Brian is playing checkers, and she's gonna take him to the cleaners, and she's going to come out on top. I have to choose to believe that. Bring them back for season two so I can watch it.
A
Brian is a thousand percent plain checkers. When they review that polo day, and they are talking about the ring, and he said, originally, I took off my ring because I did my son's hair. And then he changes it and says, oh, I did my own hair. I mean, he clearly went over to that woman's house to calm her down or something.
B
Or she was going to go to the polo field.
A
Or she was already there. Maybe. Maybe he went to the polo field to find her. Something happened, and he definitely met up with her, and he definitely bought her a chanel purse for four, $100.
B
Okay, but like, Joellen giving that information. Well, again, as a viewer, I'm like, thank you. As a human, I'm like, what the. What the hell? And then you're checking the SKU numbers to make sure it's the right purse. You have Brian Chanel account number. Like. Like, that is actually crazy town for you to go that deep. Thank you, though. But, like, I. I never want to be on Joellen's bad side because the babe has too much time on her hands.
A
Right. But she's clearly gotten every single thing from the mistress. Yeah. This is, like, all. She's just being the mistress spokesperson. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. And then, oh, my God. When Brian got on stage and spoke like, Andy, I can't speak to that. There is a lawsuit, an NDA, and he couldn't speak to anything, which I think pisses off Bravo so much. Like, you have to talk.
B
He's the one who gave the NDA to the mistress. These are his own NDAs. He's clearly lying. Like, he can't talk about the Chanel bag because of an NDA. What. What are you covering there? There's nothing to be covered there, because you're the one giving the NDAs here, here. And Andy asked, why would you guys come on this show? The extended uncensored was actually really good because they also address those Alicia IG stories. When I was watching, I was like, oh, Mary's gonna be so mad she didn't see this.
A
I re watched it this morning, too.
B
Damn it. On Peacock. No. Oh, yeah. The reason I get upset, too, about these extended and uncensored is because the information that they give on this. I understand you want people to subscribe To Peacock.
A
I get it.
B
You know, don't worry. I'm already there. We don't know how. With your account. You're there, but. And we don't know how. We don't know how. That.
A
I don't think I pay for it. I don't know how I have it.
B
Well, you're like Alicia. You don't know your finances. You got a girl, Sarah. She's like the office admin and the bookkeeper. But when they do these extended ones, like, these are the questions that people have that they want answered. So Andy questions him. Brian, why would you come on the show? He doesn't really answer, but then Andy asks. Asks all the other men, would you guys come on this show if you were in the middle of an affair? And all the men are like, no. No. Can we talk about the one funny Brian moment, though? This was, like, indirect.
A
Was it the garlic ass moment?
B
No, that was weird. And I don't understand why Joellen. One knows that Rula's ass tastes like garlic.
A
No, I think it would smell. Smells. Smells corny.
B
And two, if Brian is telling the mistress that his wife butt smells like garlic, and then the mistress is telling Joelle, and I'm like, that's weird. But then when Jared was like, I'd love for my ass to smell like garlic, I was like, what are we doing here? That's why I'm like, joel, and you're cruel. Like, that's a cruel statement to make. Why would you say that? Also, I was with Andy, whose ass smells perfect.
A
Andy was like, everyone's butt smells bad. It's normal.
B
Like, oh, oh. You like to think your shit don't stink. Roses really smell like, ooh, ooh, ooh. Okay. Outcast sang it. Okay. How dare. How dare. No, the one funny moment was when they were talking about Jerry and Liz, and Andy asked Jerry, did Brian and Rula call you? And he's like, no. So it was a friend and. And Rula goes, oh, thank God. And then the jury goes. And then the friend put Brian on the phone. And Rula's like, no. You could just see her be like, wait, what?
A
No. But it is kind of interesting to think. So Brian, who's in an active affair, is calling other people out. You feel like, as someone that was having an affair, they probably wouldn't. And this is the only one we know of love, you know?
B
Right.
A
So I'm like, so you're the person calling other people to tell on them? That feels kind of strange.
B
It was the friend and Brian Just happened to be there. And then I thought, wait, this call was at 6am why the hell is everybody up at 6am making phone calls?
A
Maybe they didn't go to sleep.
B
Brian, what are you doing?
A
There has to be something going on. And I. I like that you this chess game and she's playing the long game because why is she staying? He's when Andy was like, and how's the bunion business?
B
He should get Ashley from Potomac as a client.
A
Oh, my God.
B
Let's take a break and come back.

B
I want to dive deeper into are they married or not? So, Joe, Ellen brings out the receipts. Rula says he was divorced in 2010. I met him in 2013. We were married in 2016. She was pregnant with her kid in February of 2016. They both have prenups. Joellen says not true. Brian also says not true because he says that he was divorced September of 2012.
A
I know.
B
And then according to court connect, which Joellen has the receipts for, he filed on July 7, 2011. And then in March of 2016, it was finalized. So what took five years?
A
That seems crazy.
B
Well, ask Bethany. Okay. It can take a while.
A
I can also see why he would want a prenup because it took five years for him to get divorced the first time. Where is the Spanish teacher now?
B
Alicia.
A
But my thing is, I feel like they probably got married within a church and that was their wedding. And then maybe down the line, Allah, Yvonne and Nick went to the courthouse and actually did the filings. It feels like they probably had a wedding or something and. And got married in the eyes of God. Allah Slade and Gretchen Rossi. So they feel like they're married. Do you know what I mean?
B
But what's the prenup? Then I have a dumb question. And maybe there's a lawyer or two listening, having a prenup, but no actual legalized marriage certificate. Does that matter?
A
No. So in my opinion, I think they probably had some type of wedding at a church and they were married in
B
the eyes of God in 2013.
A
Yes. Okay. Then he gets divorced in 2016, and then at that time, they do the prenup and actually file for the real marriage at that time. Like, they're definitely covering something up.
B
But then I'm wondering, Joellen didn't find a marriage certificate or whatever, and I feel like she probably searched for that. So are they legally married? Like, that's what I'm trying to figure out. What's the timeline here? I don't think it was crazy that Rulo didn't give an anniversary date because I felt like, Joellen, she's gonna have a rebuttal to this. She's gonna tell me something within my own life that's wrong and why she didn't want to share. Like when Jones like, mine's July 30th. I can tell you. Why can't you tell me? Because you don't have good intentions, Joellen. She's not telling you because she doesn't want to give you an inch so you can take a mile and embarrass her again. No.
A
And Joanne's like, I have a baby out of wedlock. Like, it's fine,
B
by the way, Gary, not gonna give any sperm to Jen. Not gonna happen. Fistful of boobs in 7th gr best friend went for the younger sister.
A
Can you imagine if you were on a TV show and they're talking about a hookup from seventh grade and you can't get past it? Like, die.
B
They willingly shared that information on the show. They said that to us. We weren't the ones asking. They let us know, hey, there was Jen, but then there was Jo Ellen.
A
He was into the younger sister.
B
Gary. I will say I do appreciate him defending his wife, even if they're both wrong. And when I say wrong, I just mean because Gary is co signing that Joellen is not a liar. We know, we know. Sometimes you have to let the mouse go.
A
Well, it was kind of interesting when Rula, Rosie, and Ashley, I were whispering in between the break and like, well, there's a lot that's going to come up this summer. Kind of like they have info on Joellen and they're going to try to expose her. Like they have something up their sleeve.
B
I was like, h, well, I wonder if it has to do with getting fired for using the company card on non company related purchases which Rula throws out there. And I'm like, that to me, seems more likely than sleeping with doctors.
A
That. That does seem more likely. I can't imagine her Doing that either, to be honest.
B
No, I know, but I'm saying, like, as opposed to being like, everybody in the state knows that you sleep with doctors.
A
Right, Right.
B
It's like, okay, well, you have to come with proof for that, because, again, we shouldn't be making those type of accusations. But when she said the company credit card, I was like, oh, that's. That's interesting. When they said that there were skeletons, it seems like there's going to be skeletons. Is that one of the pathways?
A
Maybe, Maybe.
B
Perhaps.
A
Perhaps. I also feel like. Because when we spoke with her, I think they had had massive layoffs, and she was a part of that.
B
Yeah. And then I saw, like, a little crazy. I saw a little crazy from Joellen, too. When rule at one point goes, who the are you? You're a psychopath. And she starts giggling, and she goes, I know. Thank you. I'm like,
A
there was definitely, like. You got a sense of taunting. I think that's why it was really hard to watch. It was almost like. Like, Joellen was the older sister, and she just kept picking on her younger sister and picking and picking and picking. And then eventually you're just like, this is too much. I feel horrible for the younger sister. Even if the younger sister's in the wrong.
B
Right. You just took it to a place that now you're literally just continually embarrassing Rula when Brian's the problem. And, like, Rula is the victim here, and she says that at one point, like, I'm the victim learning all this in real time. Imagine somebody else knowing all of these details and facets about something. It's like when everyone. The room is talking about you, and you can enter, and it, like, kind of goes quiet. You're like, okay, okay, great. And the paranoia is taking over you. Like, do I think that Rula came out of this reunion looking good? No, I don't. Do. I think that she probably went home and was like, what the. What the hell?
A
And what happened when they went home? Because, okay, his whole defense was like, you know, after I tracked my wife because I had to so I would know where she was when I was with the mistress, because I would sleep with the mistress at my mom and dad's house. And one time she left her panties there, and my dad found it. It was super embarrassing. But anyways, I don't know why the
B
word panties like, is, like.
A
It's, like, moist.
B
I knew you were gonna say that when you said it. Now I just don't even want to think about those two words together.
A
Right. So It's. I imagine they get in the car, ride home, and she like, what the is going on? This ended in maybe January. I mean, does he ever really tell her the full truth? Truth is, he just constantly lying. He's a bad liar. He gets caught in his lies all the time. I just don't understand.
B
So my thing is, I think that Rula doesn't ask a lot of questions either.
A
She doesn't want to know.
B
I think she doesn't want to know. I think Brian tells her one story, and it's either like, accept the answer or go digging yourself. Obviously, she doesn't need to go digging herself. Jo Ellen's available, but she just is like, okay, I'm going to listen to my husband. This is what is. I also wonder, too, if she's like, my husband's actually a little scary, and I don't want to push these things because I'm playing whatever this long game is. When Joellen is like, yeah, you gave your mistress your son's Christmas list to, like, buy her gifts or something. I'm like, this is December. We are currently in June. This was filmed, let's say May, April. I don't remember when it was filmed. I'm like, this is still fresh.
A
And he had an immediate answer to that. He was like, no, no, no. I posted his Christmas list on my Instagram stories. Basically. I'm like, that. Why? That doesn't seem right. We need to follow him, so we need to follow him.
B
I guess so. I guess so. Okay. Just from a research perspective, it's for our jobs.
A
Okay.
B
Okay. I don't want to. You know, I just don't want to give him another Follow another engagement over here. Can we go into. When we say engagements and we can talk Alicia and Billy.
A
Okay. Okay. I'm mad at Alicia because she's not doing her due diligence and going to the meetings and doing her work and knowing her worth.
B
Exactly. It's like, Alicia, I'm on Billy's side here. To go back to how I said, Andy, Andy brought up those IG stories. He said, hey, you know, you posted these IG stories. Was that for a friend or was it for you? And she's like, well, I was just mad at Billy because I have to go through Sarah to get all of my money. And so I was pissed. I deleted it five minutes later because I was just mad. But, you know, I. I was annoyed. Like, why don't I have control of my own money? It's like, Alicia, you literally can. Billy says, I set up an S corp for her. So he basically gives her a business so that when she has her taxes, if she has expenses, she can write them off. He's like, I'm literally preparing her for tax purposes and that she should be protected. Listening to Billy say all of this, this, Alicia, you need to take control of your own life financially. Like, even when Andy says too, you know, there was a housewife who was signing things, not knowing what she was doing. You didn't make yourself look very smart because you're bored. Billy is suggesting that you guys have monthly meetings to go over the finances. Go over it, he says, I used to cc her on emails, but she didn't want it.
A
I thought it was also interesting that Ashley. I jumped in, was like, billy is such a good guy, and he would always leave you with at least half. And we come to find out there's a trust. It does feel like she's set up and he's not going to screw her. Even though they're not married.
B
And she's being like, old school. I just want my name on the deed. And so then I started thinking, too, because when he pulled out that paperwork for her to sign, and he was like, all I want is for you to drive Selena once or twice to dance if you can have up to 50% of my shares. I'm curious how his business is tied up, because it's obviously a family business, so it's not just his. And so where is his family involved? And, like, what does he have ownership in? And then I thought too, is, like, when it comes to the house, is it Billy's name on the deed or is it the family? The reason it's in a trust for Alicia is because it'll go towards Alicia as Selena's mother. And these are questions that Alicia should be answering because she should know the answers to this. He is wanting to take care of her, but she's actually doing herself a disservice by not learning just the basics too Some highlights. So.
A
So Billi appears to be a nice guy. I am choosing to believe that he's gonna support her and everything. But I had a dark thought.
B
Oh, no.
A
I think. Cause Andy was like, so, how are you in the pizza business? And then I was like, yeah, that is kind of weird. And he's like, oh, my family's always
B
been in the food business. And then I was like, don't you mafia me. Do not mafia me, Mary.
A
I'm like, why do they have the pizza business? I mean, you're a lawyer. That feels Strange. It just piqued my interest, that's all.
B
No, the only mafia related is Liz, Dino and Jerry. Okay? I cannot have Alicia and Billy involved in the mafia.
A
I can't. I didn't say Mafia. I didn't say Mafia.
B
You thought money laundering. That's exactly what I thought, and I don't like it. I feel like Billy is a good guy and we need to have one man we can root for.
A
I. I do too.
B
It just crosses.
A
Crossed my mind. It came across my desk.
B
Okay, okay, fine. But really, though, Alicia, please take interest in your finances. If you don't like what's going on that you have to ask Billy or Sarah for money, why don't you go in, learn about it, and figure out how you can have access to your own bank account without asking? I'm frustrated on her behalf, but she's doing it to herself. Go in, go figure it out, and go drive your daughter once or twice a week just so that you can have access to the 50 series. Then she's like, well, I don't really want it. Like, so do you want to be a kept woman or not? Because I don't actually know the pathway you're looking for, and that's bothering me. And you're going to have an oyster cracker collab. Come on. Where do you think that money's going to go?
A
Where is the cracker collab? That should have happened by now. Well, I hope it actually comes to fruition.
B
Yeah. When Andy's like, so how do you stay lean?
A
I know. James Fonda. James Fonda.
B
Do you think that Liz was pissed that Alicia got to do the final toast?
A
Absolutely. I. I look back at the promos, and it's like Liz is in the middle holding the clam. To be honest, I was shocked that Liz was sitting right next to Andy. I feel like Rula could have taken that if she had shown up to more things, she would have. I also liked Rula's explanation for not going to filming. She was basically admitting, like, I was so stressed out I was making myself sick because I was dealing with Brian all summer. Which that is valid. I mean, I can't even imagine.
B
Absolutely not. It is really sad. And everyone raised their hand when they thought she was actually sick because it was so stress induced.
A
I know.
B
I felt terrible for her in that regard.
A
Yeah.
B
But, yeah, I was surprised. Like, Liz said maybe two words in this episode. It's a good point. So does she come back next season? I don't know if she liked her experience.
A
They're all coming back. I think it's the exact same cast, and maybe they add in a couple more people.
B
A couple more? We're already at seven.
A
Some friends.
B
Oh, God, I don't know. See, I like how we've changed what the friend of is. So speaking of a friend of. You know, Dolores blamed Rosie for why she didn't film as much. She tried to say that it was Rosie who had a problem with it. And Rosie's like, I'm sorry. Do you think I have that much pull? I can't even go get my briefing case. It's like, dolores, maybe they didn't need you.
A
Yeah, that. That's an interesting excuse. Yeah.
B
Well, at least Dolores got a mention in the reunion because she thought she should have been invited to the reunion too. I wanted to circle back onto Kelsey. I wanted to talk about these escort rumors.
A
She's like, they were people I was hanging out with. I'm like, so that seems strange.
B
I think it was, like an actual Boston escort that was hanging around the same crew as me, and then she was putting my head on her body. Never sold any holes for money.
A
It feels like she definitely knew the person and probably who she thinks it
B
is, but it was never found out who it was, even though she went to the state barracks to make a report for harassment.
A
And they probably got scared and stopped. But you're telling me her ex, Paul
B
Abdul's ex, that was crazy, too.
A
Like I say at Paula's house, Paula must be freaky. Why? Because I think Kelsey's freaky.
B
You think Kelsey's freaky? It's no rumor. They got rid of that tumor. Andy was, like, shocked. She's like, I asked if they could wait for the brain surgery to be put on pause until after this pageant. And Andy's like, sorry, you asked to delay brain surgery. I wanted her to be like, but see, I won, so it was all worth it. What's happening? And then they're like, so can we talk about your arrangement with the ex boyfriend? Who they don't name too. They beep his name out. She was like, well, I knew about the other girl we met, and then we had an arrangement that we wouldn't post with our boyfriend so that the other one would. Would not get upset about it.
A
He had two separate lives, and he had two relationships. They both knew about their relationships, and that was the arrangement.
B
She was only jealous at the beginning, but then it was, like, out of sight, out of mind.
A
Yeah, I think Kelsey has a lot
B
of skeletons, and maybe that's who the Girls on the other couch were referring to as well. They want a little bit more about the timeline too. And Kelsey skirts around it a lot, though you.
A
You could tell she's lying. She's covering something up. And I need people break up and get back together all the time. I'm sure she would get in fights with him and leave and go to her parents house and then come back and then he was gone half the year anyways. So she's probably just staying there. They could have been broken up. Who knows?
B
I wish you would just say when I first applied to this show two, three years ago, which he didn't know, it was housewives. And then once he figured out it was Housewives, he said, I don't think so. And I was like, I wish you could just say he was in my casting tapes. By the time the show came to fruition, we were already broken up.
A
Right? No, because we know Jo Ellen got the job when she was pregnant with her baby and filming the first season. I think her baby is almost a year. So that happened quite a long time ago.
B
Also the fact that she met her ex at the tanning salon that Jo Ellen worked at. Jo Ellen is such a millennial. Of course she worked there. Of course she probably had the Playboy bunny stickers. Of course she probably had the double heart one where you could either put the full heart on you or just the outline to get that tan on your hip. Of course she did. Did gtl.
A
We did too.
B
Yeah. Well, obviously I'm speaking for a full detail because of my experience at $3
A
tan, my tan was a monthly membership was 1999. And you could go the most amount of time every single day. Yeah. And I did. Yeah.
B
To be young.
A
Do they even have tanning salons anymore? They do.
B
When you come down here, I'll show you one right across the street.
A
Cool. Cool. Yeah.
B
Let's go over what everybody learned from and what they would maybe want to change for this season.
A
I like what Ashley said. She's like, I wish I was less nervous, and I would have been a little bit more fun, and I could be more of a mediator. I think she'll bring that this second season, which I think that is constructive criticism about yourself, Rosie.
B
So Rosie wouldn't call her or ask Kelsey if she was a polygamist. And. And I like this. Of course, this is only gonna last for like an episode or two, but I like that she was like, moving forward, I would love for us to be in the same room. And Kelsey wants that too. And she thinks it's hard to make friends on the show. So if they wanted to progress their relationship off camera, then she's all for it. And so is Rosie's. I did notice that the five of them, minus Rula and Liz, that were at some concert together, like, a week or two ago. And so I'm like, there is progress within the group. I think that they are learning it's an ensemble show. I do honestly wonder if Liz will be back on her own accord, not fired, but because she didn't like her portrayal. She really hasn't posted a ton about the show because I think she's gotten a lot of criticism because her thing was, I try to control, I try to react, I try to police, and I try to care less. All four things.
A
Right? No. I also think it's interesting that, like, Rosie chose to make it about Kelsey when the other people tried to make it more
B
about themselves.
A
Yes.
B
Maybe she could have said, I shouldn't have called her a slam pig. When Ashley I said she wanted to call Brian a slam pig, I giggled. Okay.
A
He wishes she, you know, shut things down harder and sooner, which she should have done that.
B
But I didn't even know if it would have worked.
A
I mean, it doesn't appear that way at this reunion.
B
No. And then Joellen was like, well, maybe I would have changed the way that I went towards Rula, and maybe I would have been more private. Like, you could have done any of that on the stage today. But then this was interesting. She's like, I'd have been a better mediator, and then I would have made sure that I had Liz's back more. She is so obsessed with Liz in this motherly role for her. She does not want Liz mad at her. I feel like she texted Liz after the reunion, was like, can we grab drinks? Are you okay? Is everything okay with us? Like, can we move forward? She's really concerned about her relationship with.
A
With Liz, and I think Alicia is too.
B
You think so?
A
I do. I think they are a little bit scared of her. And, you know, we wrap things up with our girl Alicia. Her only thing that she wishes is she wore more makeup because of her face scar. And it's from her dog, you guys. The dog bit her a little bit, so she just wishes she wore more makeup and she wouldn't change anything else. That was so perfect. That, like, sums her up as a person so well.
B
Andy's like, that's all. She's like, wouldn't change a thing. And then Andy brings out Dirty Shirley's with lemon wedges that Bill will have to pick them out for Kelsey. But Liz is like, hold on, Andy, because as the matriarch of the group, I want to present you with this mask. And it's not a facility facade. It's not a facade. It's just this represents us, but not representing a facade. There's seven points on it because you're the king of Rhode Island. And he thinks maybe it'll go in the clubhouse and you could see Liz's wheels turning. Like, okay, okay. I'm still the star. I'm still the star. I'm still the star. But he said maybe. Is it in there?
A
I have not seen it yet. They must be filming, like, any day now, too. Yeah.
B
Because didn't Jo Ellen host the four or Liz. One of them hosted the 4th of July party.
A
I think it was Joe Allen. Yeah.
B
Rey and so dirty Shirley. Alicia, can you lead us in a toast? And Liz is like, that's fine, Alicia, do it. And Alicia, I'm so proud of us girls. I love all you guys. And, Andy, thank you for giving us this opportunity. Yeah. Yeah. Overall, great season. All of them need to come back, including Rula, including Bryant.
A
I will miss them so much. This was such an epic first season. I have zero notes. I'm absolutely obsessed. My goal, when I go to Boston, I'm there for 10 days. I want to do Capo Sunday, one day. I want to go to pizza Mama. Twin Oaks. I got to see the sites. I want to go to Cranston. I. I want to do all the things. And Audrey's.
B
Yeah.
A
This was so fun. Yeah.
B
Always a good time. We'll see you tomorrow for at least Anna.
A
Okay, bye.

Hosts: Courtney (LA) & Mary (Bay Area)
Courtney and Mary reunite for a lively deep dive into Part 2 of the "Real Housewives of Rhode Island" (RHORI) Season 1 reunion. The episode balances updates from Bravo world (notably, "Summer House" and "Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard") and their signature, highly opinionated, play-by-play of the explosive RHORI conclusion. Court and Mary break down messy marriages, investigative housewives, rumor-mongering, and all the petty drama—interspersed with the hosts’ quick-witted banter and guest predictions. As ever: judgmental, hilarious, and uniquely “Judgey.”

Both hosts agree RHORI S1 was an "epic" debut, full of iconic mess and real, painful (sometimes darkly funny) family drama. They’re desperate for Season 2, rooting for all the women to return, and plotting their own Boston "filming-location tour." The episode is packed with quotable zingers, insightful read-throughs of reality TV dynamics, and signature Two Judgey Girls comedic analysis—a can’t-miss listen for Bravo fans.
