it's Courtney from la. And let's just start off. Don't think it was an April Fool's joke.

It definitely was not an April Fool's Joke. It's the real deal. And the amount of content and information that is coming out is rapid. It's fast. We are on it, though. I'm so dedicated right now, you guys. There's a major construction happening outside my home. I am inside a closet right now to give you optimal sound because we gotta go through it all. It's fucking nuts.

It's been. Let's just say it's been about 24 hours since the official joint statement came out. And now it's just kind of the repercussions. The cast chiming in, other shows chiming in, celebrities chiming in. Everything has been going on and it's a whirlwind. And to be honest, and I'm going to say this once and then I will remove myself from it, but I understand that they made bad decisions, both west and Amanda, but I do hope that they are actually are okay.

[Mary]

Absolutely. Of course.

And I want to just state that because I can only imagine. I just think back to, like, scandal and how crazy all that was. And like, at the end of the day, it's these relationships and they've done betrayal and made stupid decisions. But we just want to make sure that in general, we're. We are thinking about people's like, mental health and well being stated that. Let's go into everything that has happened since the joint statement of yesterday. All of the cast has chimed in. What have you seen?

Okay, so I feel like Vanita kind of kicked it off and she did a story that says, imagine making a statement hard, launching a quote unquote connection and not even considering apologizing to the person you hurt. But I guess that tracks. And then she posted a photo of Sierra and just wrote like, love you. Then KJ starts and he goes, I love my big sister for life. And it's like the three of them, Mia. Then Mia puts up this gorgy photo of Sierra in the white. It's like, she looks stunning.

[Courtney]

I believe it's from the Victoria's Secret show. Okay.

[Mary]

Then Rod posts the photo with him and Madison at the author party. And his, like, hand on his mouth just like, oh, my God, so much is happening. Then Jesse Solomon entered the chat and he has a photo of himself just looking down like. And it started thinking because you said that gag order yesterday. And I'm like, is this the way they are saying nothing but everything.

It's just in the photo. Absolutely, absolutely. I think on Sunday when they did those reaction photos too, that was happening.

Yeah. Then Lindsay Hubbard posts a photo of someone and writes the new publicist. Question mark.

And then Charlie enters the chat from Southern Charm, which I'm like, charlie, that wasn't really you. Like, have you even met these people?

It felt. It felt weird. Danielle enters the chat, which felt. That feels real. Okay. Then Dave Portnoy enters the chat, which I thought was super interesting. And he's like, this is old news. Brianna Chicken Fry told me this at super bowl. And my wheels start turning. Courtney and I were literally on the boat with not just Wes, Kyle too, having the time of our lives. Like, blast. We get off that boat, the two of them, thick as thieves, going to the super bowl together. They go and they meet up with. With Sierra. And I was kind of like, maybe

something's going on with Sierra and West

after the super bowl. That was kind of crossed my mind. Little did we know.

Okay, I was texting with Sam from Bravo Historian a couple of days ago and she had mentioned something about how west and Amanda were hanging out kind of with the influencer group and Briana Chicken Fry. And so then I jokingly said, you know, didn't Brianna Chicken Fry hook up with that guy Aiden that Amanda was potentially hooking up with in that circle? I was like, what if it was her? That was the source. I just said that as a joke. And then when this Dave Portnoy thing came out, I was like, wait, I was kind of right on that. She posted a tick tock. Being like, if anyone's near Dave Portnoy right now, please take away his phone. And I'm like, she's a goss. Don't tell her any secrets because she's gonna tell them. KJ also posted a song, like a screenshot of a song that was called the Backstabbers. They are not playing with Sierra. Mia has unfollowed Amanda and Wes. KJ has unfollowed them both. Ben has unfollowed Amanda, not West.

Boston Rob posts a photo. Team Sierra. Jesse Solomon actually did something very funny.

[Courtney]

He posted a mug shot of Justin Timberlake and said, this is going to ruin the tour. What tour? Like Wes and Amanda to Jesse. And then he links out his tickets for his tour, which is made me laugh. And I was like, maybe I will go buy it. But now there's also drama too, Mary, because people are saying, and by people, I mean Zach from the Valley has said, oh, somebody I know, maybe his cousin or someone that's tangentially related to him. Ran into Jesse in Miami a couple of weeks ago, and Jesse said that west and Amanda were hooking up, like, told everyone. So then it goes to ask, how long have people known where were suspicions? Is Jesse the Tom Schwartz of the scandival here knowing that people are then questioning the timeline when Jesse was saying he wanted to hook up with Sierra, Was that like a Tom Schwartz making out with Raquel in Mexico? People are trying to find all these different parallels. I'm still on the path that they did not hook up until earlier this year. I don't think it was happening last summer.

[Mary]

I don't think it was happening over the summer. I don't know exactly when. But this is reminding me of a DM we got of Jesse was in Mexico and had said a bunch of to some girls, like, the Amanda west rumors is real. And we were like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

[Courtney]

Well, I joke because the amount of DMS we get about things that are happening, but we've always said, especially when it comes to like, cheating or random hookups, we're not investigative journalists. We're just like, oh, that's interesting. And then we're usually like, we can't believe. Oh, my God, Mary. You guys. I have my aura picture frame which does its digital pictures. You know, right now it's the photo of us with Kyle and West. It's like it knew. It's haunting us. Oh, my God. Little did we know what was going on behind the scenes there. But yes, we got a DM about that. We got a DM around when that first dumois rumor popped up too. That was like, oh, yeah, this is true. Sierra blood connection. And I was like, no, it can't be. Like, this is so crazy because we keep thinking there's no way after people who have seen scandal or who have had a fallout and come from the bottom and gotten back up to the top, there's no way they would do this again.

[Mary]

So many people talked about this yesterday. Rihanna's unfollowing Amanda. Then John Ham was on watch what happens live because he's promoting friends with neighbors on Apple. And Sierra interviewed him on the red carpet the night before. And they have this moment on the red carpet and she. She. It's like, how you doing? And she's like, I've been better. Jon Hamm just goes, team Sierra. It's just so wild. Like this a list celebrity on a John hand.

[Courtney]

Just think it's crazy. One the levels it's reached But Rihanna also doesn't follow Sierra, so I need her to start following Sierra. The Jon Ham thing, I don't even know if he's like a Summer House fan, but he has that connection with West. They're all from Missouri. And I think in like this world of craziness and darkness and things that we like are constantly going through is when you have this sort of scandal, it weirdly unites a community. I'm thinking Carl and Lindsay are about to be BFFs while they connect over this. Because nothing brings people together quite like a common enemy.

[Mary]

The amount of texts I got on my personal phone yesterday from like some girl from high school texted me, I love you, Melissa. Like, I haven't talked to her in a super long time. I think she texted me after I had Charlie and she's like, how's Charlie? And holy shit, what is going on? But like, I got so many funny text messages from people I haven't talked to in quite some time, which I loved. It was just like, what do you know? I'm like, I know as much as you do.

[Courtney]

We don't have any insider scoop. We are just seeing what's coming out. You watch the episodes too and you start to try to figure out things again. I don't think that there was anything happening last summer. Summer House is such an interesting show comparative to other shows because they really do live together over the weekends and so they have this really close knit bond with each other. And I think they actually hang out with each other outside the show. And so when you watch it, could there have been this emotional relationship because they're close friends? You're watching Kyle treat Amanda terribly. You have this weird defense over her. Everyone's just really in each other's business and it's like they're friends, they are close. And west, probably for Amanda, you said they basically have to get married. But I'm like, I can't see this being anything more than like the rebound you do to get over your divorce. But then it's coming out. All of these people that west is potentially dating, including Sierra. So this US Weekly article comes out yesterday and a source says that part of the reason Sierra is so upset is because over the past few months they started casually dating again to see if there was anything there and that they might have recently hooked up. So this is still something. But if they're casually dating, then I think the super bowl, like you said, where they're sitting together, was there more there? What's going on there? Then to come to find out he's apparently been exclusive with somebody for two years. Her name is Major, I want to say she made the horse hair tie he was wearing on Watch what Happens Live. And she captioned something because she was at the no Kings march on Saturday and was, like, fighting against all men with small hands, no moral compass, and loser tendencies.

[Mary]

What did the cast find out? I think Jesse Solomon's known for some time.

[Courtney]

You think so? More so than other people, or is this okay?

[Mary]

Yeah, I think Jesse Solomon has known for some time. West confided in him.

[Courtney]

See, it's funny. I don't really think they're that close of friends outside of the show. I think they have a bond of coming on the show together. I think they have, you know, we'll stay in the same room and they're guys and whatever. I feel like they don't hang out that often without other cast members present.

[Mary]

I think west needed to get this off his chest, and he told Jesse Solomon. I don't think Jesse Solomon outed it or anything like that. Like that. I mean, Dumal outed it.

[Courtney]

I mean, he could have. He's telling people in Miami. He's telling Cabo. But that actually begs me to ask the question, the person who said that they were exclusive, what is the story he is telling you then? Because west has been for the streets. And I'm not blaming her. I'm literally asking the question is like, is he just saying, oh, no, no. Because then there's also this person, and this person had DM'd us, too. And then also, like, DM Dumo that Dumont posted it. This is like the funny things I'm thinking about where she was like, I was literally in elevator over St. Patrick's Day weekend. Wes was with another girl. I'm not saying they hooked up, but it seemed like they were very comfortable with each other. And then there's this other account that's like, actually, Amanda and West are really serious. And over St. Patrick's Day weekend, they came out as an official relationship to his parents. I'm like, so was he in Chicago or was he in Missouri? Like, what are these accounts?

[Mary]

There were photos on stories of Wes Wilson in Chicago on St. Patrick's Day. So he was definitely in Chicago. I did not see Amanda in any of those.

[Courtney]

I feel like all these things are coming out, and then it's like, oh, no, he was actually sleeping with this person. He was sleeping with this person, and he was with this person. I was like, his roster must be insane. Then for all of These people that he is casually hooking up with.

[Mary]

Right. I also feel like he hasn't told one of them we're exclusively dating or anything like that. He's been non committal, like you say, being in the streets.

[Courtney]

But has he with this woman who said that they've been together for two years. That's why I'm like, what is the story he's telling her? I'm just a friendly guy. No, no, no. These my friends. Nothing's going on. This is crazy because you say, oh God, I'm so upset. I'm disappointed because he's always been so nice and you took him at face value and then you hear this. You're diabolical.

[Mary]

This does not shock me, though. I'm not surprised that he probably has a roster of 10 that he could call at any moment and hook up with. That shocking to you.

[Courtney]

The roster is not. The exclusive relationship is. And that would bum me out. If you thought you were exclusive with someone for two years, then come to find out. You watch Summer House as he's saying, oh, no, no, no. This is just for a storyline. Don't even worry about it. This is nothing like, what are the stories he's saying? And then I, I have to think of this too, is how are you keeping track of the lies that you're telling people? Because I have to assume it gets more difficult the more people you add to your roster.

[Mary]

So I don't believe that he was exclusive for this per. With this person for two years. I don't believe that at all.

[Courtney]

Okay.

[Mary]

I, I don't think he has anything to hide. And that is his loophole. He doesn't even have to lie. I think he has literally been very, very honest about this. This is why him and Sierra did not work out, because she wanted to be in an exclusive relationship and he didn't. So I don't think he lies, to be honest.

[Courtney]

And this is probably why him and Amanda won't work out because they're a situationship doing a joint statement. I, I think the worst part about this is I think if this was like something that they were going to do and they were honest about it, you know, TMZ came up with these, came out with these articles and it was like Kyle kept asking them, is there something going on? Is there something going on? Like, if there's something going on, just tell me. And they're lying to him. Right. And so it becomes this. I actually maybe don't even care that the two of you have hooked up. Because if you're saying it's really nothing and Amanda's moving on from Kyle west is for the streets and you guys just friendly, I guess. I don't know. But if you were honest with that, the blowback would probably be less. It's the betrayal aspect of it and the amount of lying that you're doing. And then I have to question too, is when did the cast start getting suspicious? There's rumors that Sierra started getting suspicious because Amanda turned off her location, which I don't know how you feel about that.

Shay has also, by the way, jumped in and someone was like, we need Sheena. And I thought about the locations and when she was noticing things and, like, Raquel had turned off her locations and Sheena said, don't worry, I put a fresh set on in case I need to get involved. Talking about her nails. So you did punch her after all this time, are you actually admitting that you finally did do something you're telling on yourself? But that's okay. When did they start to really realize something was going on? There's this thread that Sierra posted on February 13, and I can't stop thinking about it because I'm like, you know, nobody really knew what she was talking about. It was relatively general. But what she said was, girls that move weird make my skin crawl. And around that time, people started noticing she wasn't necessarily interacting with Amanda's content. She doesn't follow Amanda Batula swim anymore. When did the cast start to realize something was going on? And even though Amanda and Wes kept lying and denying, were they like, everyone's starting to move weird. Everything's going weird? And were they just suspecting? Like, when Jesse said, oh, yeah, it's happening, Is it? Because they all basically figured out it was happening and were just waiting for the two of them to admit to it, or did they know months ahead?

Yeah. My belief is that Jesse has known

for quite some time, but what's quite some time? Because when do you think it really started? You think it started, like, the beginning of this year? Because now it's sounding like it was not the snow weekend. It.

[Mary]

I think it's earlier than the snow weekend now. I don't know when, but. But I think Jesse Solomon's been holding on to this for a while.

So then does he shoulder some of this secrecy, the way that people talked about Schwartz knowing?

[Mary]

No. No, I. To be honest, I think Jesse was probably caught in a really hard situation, and it's he probably knew that this was going to come to the surface. And if, if I was Jesse, I don't think I would have said anything

[Courtney]

because it's just not his secret to tell exactly. Like he knows what's gonna happen. But then he was telling people, Mary, we have accounts. He was telling people. I don't know how to describe it besides like insane crazy, you know, after Super Bowl 2, there was the spotting of Amanda and West together in Miami. And so it was like, was part of the fun, the fact that they got to hide and be happen without anybody knowing. And so then it's like we're not really serious. Like we're just around. But there's this fun little secret. We're cheating, but we're not.

[Mary]

Oh, there is definitely something fun about having to keep a secret and be mysterious and like, when is it going to happen again? Are we going to be naughty enough to do it again? You know, there's all these factors.

[Courtney]

And then I think about it too, is Brianna Chicken Fry knew and she's the one who is telling Dave Porto. Who else in that group knew? Were they all covering when the rumors of her and Aiden were going around? Was that to cover for Wes? There's this random tick tock that I saw too. This person doing this like mukbang and west and Amanda are in the background and the girl's in front. She's putting like ranch on whatever she's eating. And she, at one point they're talking in the background but she holds the bite up. But then she puts her hand up and you know how people will put their hand up and show you what's in front of it just to give you kind of a background. But it was almost like she was blocking them. Ooh, were you guys keeping the secret? Was this an open secret that everyone knew but nobody talked about with each other?

[Mary]

Well, think about it. Would you want to be the person that's going around running your mouth about this? Like, I would not want to be involved.

[Courtney]

No, I wouldn't want to be involved at all either because as like scandal, I feel like the details were coming out about that. Like we were getting up to the minute news because Ariana was the like, burn it down, burn it down. I, I want to know everything. But now all of this, that's happening because the gag order is there. The reunion is supposedly filming on April 15. At the end of the day, are Amanda and Wes even going to show up? I asked this because I talked about it yesterday. Do I think that Amanda could Retire from reality tv. I do think she could. I think west cares more about his reputation and being in the spotlight and his career more so than Amanda does. And I wonder if Amanda doesn't show up. She already has a season of in the City. If the demand for Amanda comes through there, could she show up to the in the City reunion and not the summer House reunion?

[Mary]

They both have to show up. I mean, they have to face the consequences. They have to face the reality. Also, in some way, wouldn't you want to just get that over with because you're being burned right now. Not even that they're going to be able to explain their way out of it, but just say what actually happened. And what they should say is, literally, we were hanging out one night, we drank way too much, we made a really poor choice, and then it kept happening again.

We kept making that poor choice and now it's done.

And we didn't even realize how much it has affected everyone. And there's nothing we can do now but say sorry, and that's it.

I think you're right that they do need to face us head on. I think they need to have their story straight. I think they either need to decide, too. It's like, I know I don't know because I don't know these people personally, but I would assume that Wes doesn't want to be in a serious relationship. I would think Amanda would want a hot girl summer, but unclear. But I just think that statement was so read as so we got caught and we were around. And we are good friends who like to bang. Like, I feel like West's roster is good friends. He likes to bang. I don't mean that as, like, an insult. Like, I think he probably has good relationships with all these people that he hangs out with. I think whenever you go out with Wes, you have the best time. You have a good end of the night, too. And then he has a really good way of charming you to make sure that you guys are friendly and you're chill. And he probably tells you exactly what it is. Like, this was fun. We should hang out again soon. By the way, I'm not looking for anything serious.

I mean, it's just truly wild that this guy has caused so much drama. And it's not because of his looks. It's all because of his personality.

I felt invasive. Someone had sent that to us. That exact photo someone had sent to us and was like, you know, my friend just was walking by and spotted Sierra. And I was like, oh, my God, I'm so sad. And then when I saw it in Page Six, it felt yucky. To be fair, she was in front of an Hermes store. So chic.

I'm guessing Amanda's going to her parents house in Jersey for some time.

[Courtney]

God, I'm so curious what they're doing. And like, is it a we? The amount of times they said that in their statement, is it a we against everyone? Is anybody from the cast talking to them? I mean, we've got so many unfollows. I feel like Lindsay is like, doing this, like, empowerment. Let's find you, like, the hottest dress for the reunion. Amanda got dropped from her collab already with Edie Parker. Those photos were so hot. That were posted yesterday.

I know, I. That's just going to keep happening right now. I also, I feel like west, he isn't selfish per se, but he's gonna make sure that he wants to do what he wants to do. Like if Amanda was saying right now, okay, we gotta do this together, we gotta go into the reunion together. I feel like he could almost blindside Amanda in some way, say something to her face and say something different at the reunion.

I don't think that Amanda is taking initiative and being the alpha of what they need to be doing right now. I think Kyle has done a lot of that for her of making these decisions. Amanda's always been a beta and not as an insulting way, just has, you know, let somebody else take control. So I'd actually say she'd probably follow whatever Wes says we should do.

[Mary]

But then in this situation, since she kind of has more experience having to put out statements.

So then it makes me think, is she the one with more experience in this area and she has to take it on.

I mean, I hope that they've hired crisis PR at this point.

She's maga. I'm not worried about it. I do want to know the statements that they're preparing for the reunion. I think that they have to, as you said, I think they have to come with their tail between their legs, somewhat take the cast beating from everyone. I don't want Lindsay to get too activated. I think obviously everybody's going to be very protective of Sierra. We do have to think about Kyle.

Like I said yesterday, this is the best thing that happened for Kyle.

Kyle, oh my God. Everyone's like, like I said, let's buy lover boys. You did call her a dumb last week, but okay, sure. But I think it's like going into the reunion, everyone just has to show disappointment. Disappointment always goes so much further than the anger. I don't think that Sierra really needs to say too much besides being like, I can't believe you both would do this to me. The. The level of betrayal hurts worse than. Than anything else.

Is there any world that she could get through the reunion without even shedding one tear?

I would love that for her. She's already had to be in a reunion where she got so upset about this whole thing. His first reunion was a terrible showing. Like, he's already gone through it. It might have been when that first thing happened and he was like, I don't know, like, maybe there's something to it. They've denied it.

I thought it was hysterical that Lindsay's like, I am looking to be a sugar baby. I am looking for someone rich. Nice shoes, great, great watches. And then it just made me think, are you curious to know more about Lindsay and her baby daddy? She mentioned something about, like, the last two times I was in love, and I just feel like we know nothing about Turner.

I don't care about that at all. I like that Lindsay has gotten what she wanted on her timeline, and now I think she's living her best life. I love this sugar baby idea. I mean, she calls over a man that she thinks thinks he might be rich, and it turns out he's friends with Carl. And she's like, why didn't you open with that? Because he is off limits. Off limits. No, I don't. I don't need to know anything about Turner. I think because they're not together, it would make me wonder if they were together. What don't we know about him?

I'm getting a little bit worried because I don't think she's allowed to share that much of her life right now. So I'm hoping for the city she's able to share more, because right now, I'm kind of getting sick of her trying to, like, ruffle the feathers within the house and, like, move the story. I just don't think it's, like, very necessary.

Out of all the episodes, the one focused on Lindsay doing a housewarming party, and you don't think she's sharing her life? I was wondering what her apartment really looked like. It's absolutely stunning. I was like, lindsay's an adult. She's got the piano. She's hired someone to play. She's got the. This bartender. She has all these, like, past apps. Like, I feel like all the younger cast came in and were like, oh, no adults. Carl having to go to this home, having to. I think he wanted to.

[Mary]

I feel like he's very happy for her. And him recognizing his trash can in the bathroom had me giggling, but I thought it was very sweet. He brings her wine, and she's like, is this the alcohol kind? And he brings Gemma a book, and I just. Just don't like that. She always wants to make him feel uncomfortable. He genuinely is happy for her and wants to be friends and wants to be cool, but she tries to have a moment with him every single time. I'm kind of sick of it.

[Courtney]

Tell me this, if you had cameras and your fiance at the time broke up with you on camera and embarrassed you on camera, would you ever take your foot off their neck? Nick?

[Mary]

Well, you know where I lie.

So if I were her, I'm like, I'm going to like jab at him all the time because he did that to me on camera.

Well, she sure does.

But I think that they're in a good place now. Like I said, I think that this scandal is going to bring them closer together and I think that Carl, he's in a good place. I think Lindsay's in a good place. And I think too at a certain point is like after this season. I also don't think that Lindsay can do that anymore. This is like the last season. She's come back. She's not pregnant. She's living her single life. She's allowed to do this once more. And because he's not giving it back, it's going to look bad to continue to do so. It's like you get one last summer. Let's talk Carl and Kyle at the party about lover boy.

I thought it was really interesting to know that this was a 90 minute conversation. And at the end of it, Kyle is flipping the script and playing the victim. I love when Carl said that in his confessional. He's like, I just feel so weird after this conversation. I opened my heart up to him and said it really hurt my feelings that you didn't invest in soft bar. I know I didn't give you that much money, but I would have liked to see you do something. And Kyle's just like, well, my wallets. It went way too deep with lover boy so I can't do that and just like makes it about himself.

[Courtney]

Do you think Kyle's birthday party was the right com time to have this combo though? I mean, Kyle's wasted. I don't know that I would have this convo at this birthday party for him. Obviously I think Carl should have the conversation with him at the party. I don't think was the right moment. You could tell too from this as Kyle's just like under so much stress because the next day too when they're all eating breakfast and everyone's talking about the houses which shout out to Sierra and he's like, well, the deposit went into lover boy. And Amanda's like, I was literally kidding Kyle.

[Mary]

I the weight of the world is on his shoulder.

[Courtney]

You know, so many people have the weight on the of the world on their Shoulders. We've got Meredith. We have Kyle. It's like all of them are having this burden.

[Mary]

He thinks there's about three months left of lover boy unless he gets another partner. And Carl's like, man, I'm so sorry. Worst case scenario, if lover boy doesn't make it, like, at least you'll still have each other, right? Kyle's just like, I don't know.

[Courtney]

And then Carl, though, in his confessional is like, I really wish Bailey was here because it'd be nice to have somebody to talk to about this that you like. And that TikTok that came out last week and they were holding hands, it was. I guess I'll stop. You know, Jesse Solomon, that I was like, are they trying to insinuate that they're together? Because I don't believe that they're together.

[Mary]

I don't think they're together. I think they could be a cute match. I don't think it's actually really happening. I think think we're getting a little bit played.

[Courtney]

Let's talk about Sierra, Mia, and Lindsay because we've got to talk about Kyle and lover boy. And Kyle has told west and he's told Ben that he's personally on the line for $3 million, and that's clearly putting a lot of stress on him. And Sierra's like, so I don't care. That doesn't mean you can talk to your wife like that. And now, because there's no prenup with them, like, Amanda's going to be on the hook. And I'm like, did we not learn from vand punk rules? Amanda has no idea about their finances. Like, Amanda does live in a land of, I'm gonna let him do everything. He's the business guy. He knows what he's doing. But if you're also affected, you should just be aware.

[Mary]

I also feel like she is already not even involved in lover boy. And I don't think she's gonna be on the hook from it because Kyle's like, I'm not gonna make you pay for lover boy. I think they've already sorted that out in the divorce.

[Courtney]

I would love to know, too, from, like, a married perspective that if Kyle took out a $3 million loan on his own, Amanda would be on the hook for that. I know when Sandoval and Ariana, they took like, a heloc on their house, and so it was a house that they were both on the deed for that she became partially on the hook for that. But if he's taking out a personal Loan under the name of Kyle Cook. Is she responsible for that in a divorce? That sounds cre. That just sounds crazy. So then Lindsay's like. Like, gotta move the storyline along. Amanda, get over here. Sierra, do you want to tell her about the stuff that you found out about today? I.

[Mary]

That's why Lindsay's annoying me so much.

[Courtney]

You're watching it with a different lens now. I think, too. And, like, I just love that Sierra. This is why this is painful, guys, is when you watch the friendship between Sierra and Amanda, regardless that they were best friends, they were very close. There was a level of closeness, a level of comfort. And Sierra is saying. Saying hello. You cannot be miserable in order to make Kyle happy. Like, my parents got divorced for the same reasons. Maybe he needs a break from you. You need space, too. You can stay with me. What? A co worker, not a close friend.

It's like the level of betrayal that comes from this is because of. Oh, my God, look how much I was willing to give to you as my friend.

I just kept thinking, what if we don't even know this, but Amanda did stay with Sierra for some time. Like, we don't know that that didn' happen.

She's clearly offering it.

And then. Then we have Wes talking to Kyle. It's so crazy that the people involved right now are Wes talking to Kyle, coaching him how to help things with Amanda. And then on the other side of it, it's Sierra doing this to Amanda, trying to help both of them. Like, the. This is.

I mean, if they really meant well, they would say, don't give us all the attention and be flirty. Like, maybe, Amanda, you should give your husband some attention. And I thought, one, what a weird way, again, to be the victim and flip the script. But two, the flirty comment, obviously because of what's going on, was like, whoa, like, spotlight. Do you see the word flirty?

[Mary]

Did you ever think that they were flirty?

[Courtney]

Well, I think they all jokingly, innocently. Well, maybe not so many, but innocently flirt with each other. They all are, like, touchy feely with each other. They all live together. They're in this house. Like, again, I don't know what the timeline is, but I'm going with that. It was later. I think that they all have these emotional relationships with each other just because of the way that they're in this house together. That they all are jokingly flirty with each other. And because Amanda was, like, the married one, it never crossed a line. Jess used to leave all of those ridiculous comments on her Instagram. Instagram, right. And Lexi was like, could you not? Like, I think that they all cross a line, but it's like, it's innocent. Until now.

[Mary]

Until now. Okay, then Kyle is trying to go out in his old man costume, and Amanda's like, you cannot go out in those prosthetics.

[Courtney]

Like, just let go. That would have been the best.

[Mary]

It would have been the classic. But Amanda is trying to take off his makeup. She's, like, straddling him him.

[Courtney]

She is scrubbing his face with a level of hatred, though.

[Mary]

And Kyle's just twisting this situation. I wish that you would love me. And Amanda says, maybe if you were a little bit nicer, that would make it a little bit easier. And Kyle explains, we are just going through so much. I feel like we're in trouble right now. And he says, I'm sorry about last night. Why wasn't that the first thing that you said to me this morning? You were basically told to apologize. You know, let's just talk sober about this. Let's go to bed. And then they go to sleep. Meanwhile, you see KJ and Dara, like, cuddling so sweet. And he's like, thank you for being so beautiful on the inside and the out. Like, the juxtaposition between the two is

[Courtney]

a lot Mia and Sierra, they also don't go out and they're talking in the bed and they're like, I hope they don't start fighting tonight. Referencing Kyle and Amanda. And it's just like everyone in that house knew how terrible everything was. Because they're also wondering, is Amanda going to bring it up? Don't talk to Kyle. Wasted right now. They all come back from going out and they keep flashing back to Kyle and Amanda's room. And Amanda's laying there scrolling on her phone. And so it's almost like they're trying to insinuate that she's listening to this conversation happening at the late night dinner table they're having. But, you know, Carly's telling them, like, I'm worried about lover boy.

[Mary]

I feel like Kyle really knew this was the end of their relationship, and this is why he's so worried and spinning out. The next morning, when Amanda and Kyle finally sit down, I think production made them talk about this.

[Courtney]

I think Mary. I was like, they had to do this on camera. Production told them they had to soberly talk on camera, that they weren't allowed to go another weekend and do this shit.

[Mary]

I think they weren't allowed to leave the house until they had this conversation.

[Courtney]

Right?

[Mary]

Kyle looks so anxious when he's about to sit down for this conversation. He's like, can I have a hug? And Amanda just says, why did you wait till last night to finally say sorry? And he's like, I just had to, like, process everything. I needed time. I don't know what got into me. I don't know why I said that. I said it because I'm an asshole and. And I don't feel like you want to be with me.

[Courtney]

When she's like, well, we're in a weird place. You said fuck you the beginning of the summer. You were mean to me. The way you speak to me, the things you say to me. That's the issue. Like, I am feeling disrespected constantly. The fact that Kyle also was like, yeah, I really got to figure out why I said that to you.

[Mary]

And he keeps on apologizing and he just realizes we are in really troubled water and what are we going to do about this? And she makes very valid points. She says, I have stuck with you through thick and thin, through rumors, name calling, and I can't put up with it anymore. I can't be treated this way. And I know you're stressed out and you're at a breaking point, but this has to stop. Then he flips the Script because he tries to make it seem like he's the only one that's caring and is going to make a change and wants to go to. To couples therapy.

[Courtney]

It's like they've already tried couples therapy, too. That's what's crazy. When he's like, well, would you be interested? She's like, kyle, I've literally asked to do that multiple times. I'm sure we'll probably see a scene of them in couples therapy where Kyle wears a pair of eyeglasses. You know how I feel when these men go to therapy. They always put their glasses on.

Yeah. I'm very curious how much of the city they filmed before actually separating.

[Courtney]

I think we get the full separation in it. I think we go, this is my prediction. We. We spend September together trying to fix things. October is when the separation convo happens. November, right before BravoCon, she has moved out and they are living as separated couples trying to navigate how we tell people the city is going to be short.

[Mary]

I feel like eight episodes, maybe nine.

[Courtney]

Sure. They need to be picking cameras back up now for in the City, as we said yesterday. Are they going to rework these storylines too? Who is going to be part? Are we going to get cameos from the summer house? Are there going to be clues? Is production in the editing team going through the city footage right now to try to find information? We were told that cameras were going to pick up before the reunion. Now we're being told they're not. And I wonder if that's because the reunion is going to be on the 15th. That we're like, like, no, we're not going to do it. It's live reactions. Everybody just needs to chat at the reun. God, I would love to be on these group chats. Please put me in these group chats. I'd also love to know, too, because there was a rumor that Amanda told Sierra, like a statement was going to come out, but when she actually found out, it's like there's just so many layers to this. And every day more information keeps coming out. And like, Mary and I keep laughing, like, we gotta update whatever this timeline is. Like, who has said what? What is going on? I'm sure we missed tons of information just even talking about it today, but it's like, we'll be back tomorrow.

We're trying our best. We're doing it all.

We're all trying our best to stay informed. I do also want to say, and I talked about this on our Patreon too, that I was like, every year for April Fools. Every year I put up that we've canceled a show. And last week I was also, before any of this had come out, I was like, I'll just do Summer House because, you know, there's all these, like, rumblings, whatever.

It'll be like, silly. Okay. I even had the post prepared and Mary texted me last night was like, so are you still going to do it? And I was like, I don't think the fandom could handle it right now. Like, everyone is in shambles. I feel like the level of crazy that's going around of everyone wondering what's happening because it had been less than 24 hours. I said, I think it's called growth. I'm not gonna do it.
