Okay, we are back, part two and
Commentator 2
Amanda, Sierra, and Mia are sitting on that lounger outside, and Amanda is sucking on a wing. But she uses it as a device to only have blue cheese. And that was disgusting.
Commentator 3
I'm not a blue cheese girly. I think it tastes like ass. I also haven't eaten ass, so I don't know what that tastes like, but in my mind, it's disgusting and it's blue cheese. And if it was ranch, I'd understand more.
Commentator 1
But blue cheese isn't like blue cheese chunky.
Commentator 2
There's many variations. It could be a smoother one, but it would definitely have the flavor. So she. She gets that big old blue cheese in her mouth.
Commentator 3
But I'm like, I'm actually having a visceral reaction right now thinking about it.
Commentator 1
Okay.
Commentator 2
But Amanda's like, I'm just so grateful for you girls because you speak out loud what I'm thinking. And, you know, the girls are just really hyping her up in this moment. And I love what Sierra says. She's like, you know what? You off your rocker. I'm so tired of this. I'm tired of using kids gloves. If this was Mia, I would have packed up her. We would be out. I will schedule everything for you. We cannot sit here and watch you cry anymore and do nothing about it. You are in charge of your life. You have to stop letting life happen to you. You need to let this know you are serious. If you treat me this way, if you say, you, I am gone. We can go work on the relationship living independently. You are still young. You could get a divorce, start caring about yourself and put your big girl pants on. And I loved this moment. I mean, what a good friend.
Commentator 1
I agree. And I also love the way that
Commentator 3
she said, we're sick of this shit. We don't want to be spending parties consoling you anymore.
Commentator 1
And that line of her saying, you
Commentator 3
are in charge of your life, you have to stop letting life happen to
Commentator 1
you is so important.
Commentator 3
That actually hit me hard when she said that.
Commentator 2
I also think Kyle thinks the same thing. He's like, stop, Amanda. I think Kyle in a lot of ways is like, amanda, I want you to stop life passing you by, you need to get out of bed and like go after things. And. And I think Kyle wants that for her as well.
Commentator 1
The delivery might have been wrong when he said you have no drive, but I think he's saying like, you have the opportunity.
Commentator 3
Kyle's such a go getter.
Commentator 1
And honestly a lot of this cast is too, where they're like, we only
Commentator 3
have a finite amount of time to take advantage of this stardom.
Commentator 1
We have brand deals we can be a part of.
Commentator 3
We have like collaborations we can be doing.
Commentator 1
And like Amanda really hasn't done that. And if they have, it was a
Commentator 3
lot of times with Kyle.
Commentator 1
Right.
Commentator 3
I think Kyle was setting up a lot. I just keep thinking about this line that she's bummed because Kyle won't respond for emails for her anymore.
Commentator 1
You know, like I think about that and then it's.
Commentator 2
It is like challenging because we do have to take in to account she is depressed, you know, so 100%.
Commentator 3
Yeah.
Commentator 2
I feel like that is hard.
Commentator 1
Oh, especially too is like. And we've said this too, that we
Commentator 3
said in the last part is like
Commentator 1
these lines between blurring reality and reality
Commentator 3
TV are tough too.
Commentator 1
It's like she's in this state because she's also upset about her marriage and she is maybe upset about like where
Commentator 3
her life is and where she thought it was going.
Commentator 1
And we've watched really the progression of
Commentator 3
Amanda from season one to season ten.
Commentator 1
Get confidence, lose confidence, have no self esteem. Have self esteem, tie her identity to Kyle.
Commentator 3
Maybe she can get away from Kyle.
Commentator 1
All of these different things and obstacles
Commentator 3
that she's like had to go through
Commentator 2
and admitting her fears. She's like, I am really worried. Like I am not enough for anyone else. And Sierra's like, we gotta work on your confidence because you are. I mean, the girls build her up. They couldn't have been a better support system for her. But I'm tired.
Commentator 1
But I love that the tough love too is like enough is enough. Either like do something about it or be done.
Commentator 3
Because your life is passing you by. In this moment of you wondering what you should do and teetering the line, you just have to pull the trigger.
Commentator 1
And it's going to either be where
Commentator 3
you're 100% into your relationship and you're going to make it work and you're going to take the steps to do
Commentator 1
so, or you're out and you're done and you're so young. A divorce at 34 is nothing.
Commentator 2
Right? Right. Do you sometimes have to take the
Commentator 1
leap And I, and watching this episode
Commentator 3
just made me so sad for Ciara
Commentator 1
because I just thought, God, she is
Commentator 3
such a good friend.
Commentator 1
And this temporary insanity that Amanda is
Commentator 3
going through, maybe it's not temporary anymore but like these decisions that she's made to fuck up her life and everybody's life around her, which other people have benefited from is such a bummer for how good of a friend Ciara is. And I was just so sad for her watching this, knowing what we, we know now especially and just the betrayal, it's heart wrenching.
Commentator 2
She couldn't have been a better friend to her. She guided her to leave her husband which was in her best interest. I mean, this is something you can never recover from.
Commentator 3
No. And what's funny too is I feel like Mia has been done with Amanda's shit. She's obviously like once removed. Ciara has been in here for five, six seasons with the couple she, you know, tries to be friends with. Mia and Sierra are actually legitimate friends outside of the show. And then their friendship allowed Mia to come onto the show. So it's like a totally different friends of convenience, which I think Amanda and Sierra started out as like we're on a show and we're drawn to each other. Now we're friends versus like Mia who's like, well, I'm friends with Amanda because Sierra is a friends with Amanda.
Commentator 2
Yes, yes, yes.
Commentator 3
And Sierra and Mia have like a better, a different relationship because they were like friends off camera.
Commentator 2
Yes.
Commentator 3
Does that make sense? And I feel like, like Mia has been done with Amanda's shit. The stuff at the beach, I feel like Mia started to clock like weird there.
Commentator 2
This is the, the final pep talk. She's like, okay, we can't do this anymore. I'm exhausted.
Commentator 3
I'm so done. And Sierra, stop putting your energy toward this. And even the conversation that Sierra has with a Mia in the bed after the kiss that, that morning, you can tell that Mia is like, I cannot wait for this show to be done.
Commentator 1
Everyone in this house is insane.
Commentator 3
And I don't know how I got here. This has been a great summer. But at the same time, what the.
Commentator 2
She's like, I literally remember exactly what it was like when Wes did this to you to the first time. Do you, did you forget about that?
Commentator 1
Like I had to pick you up off the floor.
Commentator 2
It very well can happen again.
Commentator 3
Yeah.
Commentator 2
So the girls are all chatting and Kyle is talking to Ben and Kyle's like, I dug this grave for myself. And Ben's like the pizza man and like grabs him And. And Sabrina's like, you know, women want to be fought for. Just go over.
Commentator 1
I do think Sabrina is right in
Commentator 3
a way, just not tonight.
Commentator 1
But I do think if at any point, Kyle, instead of saying fuck you to Amanda, was like, just like, this is my wife and I want this relationship. What the hell do they talk about in couples therapy? I just don't understand. I don't understand. But Kyle, go be the knight in shining armor.
Commentator 2
Kyle walking over there in the fur, and he's just like, oh, hi. And she's just like, no, no, I'm not. Not today. And like, Lindsay's like, you guys could talk tomorrow. Like, also making sure that Kyle doesn't get too activated. This is the last party in the house. Like, you could tell. Like, Lindsay's, like, worried. She's like, I just. Not today. Not today. This is the last party in the city.
Commentator 1
Starts literally tomorrow. Guys, please don't ruin this for me.
Commentator 2
And Amanda's just like, I just want to jump in the pool. Like, let's talk tomorrow. I want to jump in the pool. And then it's like cuts to Kyle crying in the confessional. It's been 10 years. The severity of my actions have compounded and thrown a wrench in things. And this could lead us to not coming back as a couple.
Commentator 1
It was, like, literally sad because you
Commentator 3
just again with the layer of this being the end of an era. And this is the way he's going out.
Commentator 1
It's really sad now. Like he said, this is the grave I dug. He did it to himself, but at
Commentator 3
the same time, it is so wild. The pressure of his marriage, the pressure of lover boy, the pressure of the ending of Summer House and starting a new show.
Commentator 1
The hope that there's going to be
Commentator 3
a successful show coming back from this.
Commentator 1
Is there a way that I come
Commentator 3
back to the Summer house?
Commentator 1
I got a DJ to save the company and save my life. And the stress of it is like.
Commentator 3
It's really is so sad to watch this. Like, them all lining up to get ready to jump in the pool.
Commentator 2
This is where we needed the montage, though, of the good times. I would have loved to see five minutes of good times. I could have easily stretched this to make it to an hour and 15 this episode.
Commentator 1
They could have given us six hours. They could have uncut from the beginning of the party to the end. And I would have sat there riveted even when nothing was happening.
Commentator 3
I'd be looking at the guests. I mean, all the guests are fully dressed.
Commentator 1
This was the party to End the party.
Commentator 3
So I bet people left that party as a guest and said, I went to that final summer house party with the OGs. I'm gonna post to Instagram.
Commentator 1
Actually, I don't even recall seeing phones there. I wasn't also looking.
Commentator 3
Maybe it was a phoneless party.
Commentator 2
Oh, that's actually a good point. They might have to do that, like, lock up the phones. That's a good point.
Commentator 3
Literally, everybody was recording, like, oh, well,
Commentator 1
I didn't see it.
Commentator 3
Okay.
Commentator 1
I didn't see that.
Commentator 2
The only thing I saw was KJ's whitey tighties that have become see through.
Commentator 1
I. You know, we started the summer off
Commentator 3
with Amanda skinny dipping in her nude undergarments.
Commentator 1
And we ended with KJ and his tighty whities that are now see through.
Commentator 3
And everyone's like, kj. They're like, good job, Dara.
Commentator 1
It really is sad. Like, they're all jumping in the pool. They do this every summer outside of everything. This really is the end of an era. And I don't think, like, as you said, I don't think that we are recognizing this enough as an audience because
Commentator 3
we're so focused on the end of their relationship.
Narrator (Aura Ad)
Yeah.
Commentator 2
And we still don't even know who's coming back.
Commentator 1
I know. So then this party ends and they're like, so are we going out? I'm like, what? What? We're still going out. And everyone goes out till 5 o'
Commentator 2
clock in the morning. Some of them. When Kyle and Jesse come back at 5:27am and realize that people are still, still awake. I was like, this is such a moment. And then Kyle trying to pretend that he wasn't drunk. When Amanda comes to get water and she's just like so annoyed of him, not even acknowledging him.
Commentator 1
She's.
Commentator 2
He's like, yeah, there's crackers and chips if, if you want some. I. I didn't want to wake you up. That's why I didn't go in the room. She's like, okay, Kyle, Kyle, I checked your location.
Commentator 3
You were at some random house in the Hamptons. So the first crew comes back around like 2am I think in that car ride back, because I think they were. Amanda was with that crew. They were like gassing her up to have that conversation the next day. We're not seeing the fact that this conversation is being talked about of her having the separation conversation, not going back, that this is what's happening. Because that hug the next day, I'm not. Not to fast forward, but that hug between Sierra and Amanda the next day was, you got this. You can do it.
Commentator 2
Completely.
Commentator 3
Completely. So I think she went to bed. The rest of them are, like, wired still. Ben, Sabrina, Bale, Wes, and Sierra all go outside and they're in front of that fire pit.
Commentator 1
Like you've said before, too.
Commentator 3
There aren't cameras anymore.
Commentator 2
Yes. Which I love. So west kisses Sierra's forehead to start. Then they start making out, and literally my stomach hurt watching this. It was just like, oh, no. Oh, no.
Knox or Jamie
It just.
Commentator 2
It was like a punch in the stomach for me.
Commentator 3
This isn't where this is supposed to
Commentator 1
go because sans Amanda, sans this scandal, we know the conversation that just had 15 minutes on the show for us. Now, this is probably like 8 hours ago for them, but this is 15 minutes ago for us, and we're saying he doesn't want to be a boyfriend. He doesn't want to do this.
Commentator 3
And yet here they are.
Commentator 2
Thank God they both have roommates this summer because there wasn't really an option for them to have a solo room because it's. Jesse and Wes are roommates and Sierra and Mia. So I feel like if there had been a room, they might have gone into the room.
Commentator 3
No, I don't think Sierra would have
Commentator 1
because she still could have, like, cuddled him.
Commentator 2
It is 5:27 in the morning. They've had about 20 drinks throughout the day. People get weak.
Commentator 3
I don't even think at this point he could get it up.
Commentator 2
That could be true. But there's medicine for that as well.
Commentator 1
What. What, you think he. Do you think he has some of that?
Commentator 2
No, I. No. Oh, maybe his backup. I don't know. But it would also be maybe one of those things too, where they go into the bed.
Commentator 3
They.
Commentator 2
Maybe the next morning.
Commentator 3
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Because I think also Sierra's very aware of the cameras. I don't think she would let anything happen in the bedrooms because I do remember when Austin was visiting one time, he was like, take it off. Like, talking about her bra. And she's like, on camera. And Austin goes on camera and she points to the live feed camera.
Commentator 2
Okay, you are so right. That is correct. But I was just thankful they had roommates.
Commentator 3
Okay, I. I agree.
Commentator 1
Okay, let's take a break and talk
Commentator 3
about what happened in the room with them, though.

Lately I've been more intentional about what I wear day to day. Leaning into pieces that are effortless, comfortable, and still put together. It just makes getting dressed so much simpler. And Quince has been my go to. I only wear their cashmere. Their linen is so incredibly comfortable, especially for summer. The fabrics feel elevated, the fits are flattering and everything just works without overthinking it. Great for mixing and matching. Their lightweight linen pants, dresses and tops are breathable, easy to repeat and start at just $30. Quince uses premium materials like 100% European linen and organic cotton, but everything is priced 50 to 80% less than similar brands. Their denim is also a standout for me. Structured and supportive, but still soft and comfortable. And when I saw the price I to used be genuinely double checked. $50 for a great pair of jeans. I'm not kidding when I say this. I could not wait to get home from vacation to sleep in my own bed. And it's that's entirely because of how much I love my Bowen Branch sheets.
Commentator 2
They are life changing.
Ad Voice / Narrator
Before my bedding situation was fine, but you know the little things that start to add up. The sheets were pilling, the corners, popping off the mattress in the middle of the night. That's the absolute worst. Pillows going flat and the bed somehow was getting too warm. Nothing terrible, but it just like wasn't great. And then we switched to bowl and branch. You can feel the quality immediately. The sheets are unbelievably soft, very breathable. They don't trap heat, they don't slide around, and they somehow get softer with every wash. Our bed just feels more comfortable and inviting at the end of the day, like a place you actually want to crawl into. It's one of those upgrades you don't realize you needed until you have it and then you can't imagine going back if a friend asked you for a bedding recommendation. Commentator 2
Unfortunately, it was way Darker than it needed to be.
Commentator 1
I'm like, come on, is there not night vision? Yeah.
Commentator 2
I mean what I saw was that they were inching towards the bed. They kiss again, she leaves. Thank God. What I saw.
Commentator 3
Well, and Jesse though at the end, Jesse is like, are you serious?
Commentator 1
Like what is happening here? And like in his confessional of him
Commentator 3
just being like, I don't know, I, I, I don't know what's happening. But then them ending when they're like,
Commentator 1
imagine being Kyle coming back to your wife at 6am like they are giggling
Commentator 3
because they've had the best last night and some people in the house have not.
Commentator 1
And I know too is that Jesse
Commentator 3
and Kyle being together. Kyle probably cried like this is my last night. I ruined it.
Commentator 1
My wife hates me. And Jesse's like, just have a white claw or a lover boy. There's no lover boy at this party here. Just like, relax, chill out, everything's gonna be fine.
Commentator 3
And he's just laughing, going, it's not fine. No, nothing's gonna be fine.
Commentator 1
Nothing's gonna be fine.
Commentator 3
Wait, I have to talk about the fact too.
Commentator 1
I, this is why this house is
Commentator 3
so touchy feely that I'm like, it's so hard to be like, why are they doing that?
Commentator 1
Why are they doing that?
Commentator 3
Because it's like even west and Jesse are fully leg locked in the bed cuddling with each other.
Commentator 1
And then I thought about, remember last
Commentator 3
year after the bedbug party where they were all on that really big trampoline bed watching like Zootopia, all the boys cuddling.
Commentator 1
And I thought this house, the dynamic
Commentator 3
is hands all over each other. Yeah.
Commentator 2
I mean west and Jesse, they're like, I was shock a doodle dude last night of seeing that.
Commentator 1
Wow.
Commentator 2
And then we see Mia and Sierra talking about it and Mia's just like, I get it. You know, west, he's a good guy. He's smart, really cool, he's funny, he's charming. But Mrs. Doubtfire better behave. And you can tell Sierra is just like, I had fun. Like she doesn't want to overthink it. But then meanwhile she's like out the window. Like he's out there in his ski goggles.
Commentator 1
What is this? Romeo and Juliet? I know, she wants to talk to him.
Commentator 2
She like is so in love. She just thinks he's the best.
Commentator 3
He's having massive anxiety. He's like jumping into the pool, like off I some up. I've done it again. He's try, he's like, thank God it's
Commentator 1
the Last night I almost feel like
Commentator 3
he's like, I made it the whole summer. Except for 5am I made the whole thing by noon.
Commentator 2
Seven hours. I was seven hours shy dam.
Commentator 3
I can't believe I did this again. Because I'm going to have to figure this out. You just know. He's like, get me in the car and get me out of here.
Commentator 2
Wait, what if we like, come to find out after they made out they like hung out in this city already?
Commentator 1
Like, no.
Commentator 2
What if this isn't the first kiss? It is, right?
Commentator 3
I think it is. Because I feel like she wouldn't have told Mia. Like, we kissed again, right?
Commentator 1
No, like, but I know.
Commentator 2
I love a conspiracy.
Commentator 3
Well, I know I'd start it, put the tin foil hat right on. But also too, I was thinking like, okay, remember she invites Wes to her 30th birthday party, which is in December. So like, and he goes. The conflict conversation seemingly never happened about just being friends. Yeah, yeah, it's, it's, it's tough because
Commentator 1
it's like so badly. If we didn't know, we'd probably be rooting for this. Oh my God, like, this is so great. Especially like, we saw him at the Super Bowl. They were looking so friendly.
Commentator 3
They've seemed to really figure out what
Commentator 1
their relationship is now. And now it's all like blown to smithereens. Which is a blessing in disguise for Sierra.
Commentator 3
She never has to talk to this man again.
Commentator 1
This guy that has like a hold over her.
Commentator 3
The hold is gone.
Commentator 1
And that's been the best thing to
Commentator 3
come out of this for her because I think that this would have been that guy that she's always like.
Commentator 1
Could there have been.
Commentator 3
Is it timing?
Commentator 2
What was it in Love Island? In Dancing with the Stars? She doesn't even have to come back to Summer house if she doesn't want to. She is on to bigger and better things.
Commentator 3
This was a really tough lesson for her to learn, unfortunately. And yet so much has come from the other side of being like, actually let me be me and let me focus on myself and fuck this guy and Amanda and fuck her too. Yeah, that's okay.
Commentator 2
So then Carl obviously provides everyone with breakfast. Lindsay jumps in, she's got a speech, but nothing's prepared, never is. And. And she's like, we've have a lot of new relationships. KJ and Dara, which they're literally the normies, which I think is really funny. Ben and Sabrina. Sabrina was allowed to stay. And Weston, Sierra, which I'm like, friends, friends, friends.
Commentator 1
The fear on West's face. He's like, yep, he's west. And Sierra, he's like, seven hours. I couldn't keep it together for seven hours because they thought too if it
Commentator 3
wasn't on the show. And let's say they kissed in the city, like, after the fact, like, once they're back home, it wouldn't be broadcast.
Commentator 2
Yep. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Commentator 3
Idiot.
Commentator 2
And she's like, carl and I chatted. And Carl's like, I want a group hug. Family on three. Everyone's starting to say their good. Bailey's like, this summer didn't bring me love, but it. It reinvigorated me that I. I know there's great men out there. I'm so happy I met Carl. He restored my faith in men. And, you know, everyone's saying their goodbyes. Wes kisses Lindsay. He has this long hug with Amanda, and she whispers like, thanks for the summer and, like, helping me. And then Sierra is crying, and this was super interesting. So. So Amanda and Sierra are having their goodbye, and Amanda goes, nice working with you, which just made me giggle too, because it's like, yeah, this is their job. Like, nice working with you this summer. And they do this long hug, and it's like, I love you. I am proud of you. You are special. You are beautiful and important, and your voice matters. And it's her saying, you have to do this. Like, you can do it. We know the plan. Don't go home with him. And Amanda's like, I have such good friends. And, oh, God, just.
Commentator 1
I like. I mean, it's making me tear up
Commentator 3
thinking about it because I'm just like, God, like, Sierra is such a good friend.
Commentator 1
She has been such a support system
Commentator 3
to help you be you.
Commentator 1
It's not even to help you get
Commentator 3
out of your marriage. It's to help you better your life
Commentator 2
and, like, beyond the show.
Commentator 3
Exactly. Exactly. You can do this next show and not have to be Kyle's wife. You can be Amanda Batula or Amanda Patuglia as Dave Portnoy wants to call her.
Commentator 1
But it's like you have, like, I almost felt like Sierra was like, you
Commentator 3
are going into this next era. Define your path. Don't let Kyle define it for you.
Commentator 2
I know. It was great advice. You know, it's like, this is the
Commentator 3
end of this era of summer house, of you guys, of what this house has been for you.
Commentator 1
And this house has, in a way
Commentator 3
for Amanda, been a prison for her.
Commentator 2
She said, there's been a lot of good times and a lot of bad times.
Commentator 3
Yeah. So let's Talk about Amanda and Kyle, because thank God, too, that we end the season with the door breaking again.
Commentator 2
A full circle moment.
Commentator 3
He's like, I gotta. I gotta WD40 this at some point. I'm like, kyle, this is the last day.
Commentator 1
You never have to do it again.
Commentator 2
Also, I like what Mia said to Wes was like, take care of my girl. I will kill you if you don't.
Commentator 1
He's like, I know. He's like, when he hugs Sierra goodbye,
Commentator 3
he's like, we're literally going in the same car back.
Commentator 2
Right?
Commentator 3
I just know he's having a full panic attack. This idiot couldn't wait.
Commentator 1
He just couldn't wait.
Commentator 2
Okay, let's talk about Amanda and Kyle on the stoop. My whole thing was like, why did they decide it was going to be on the stoop?
Commentator 3
Checkout was at 11.
Commentator 2
I was just like, why were producers like, okay, yeah, let's go and sit on the front stoop as this final scene. So did you notice the helicopters? There was helicopters in the air that I could not block out that noise. Did you notice that?
Commentator 3
I did not. Because if I heard them, I probably would think that they were just outside my house.
Commentator 2
Okay.
Commentator 1
I mean, I have so many helicopters over my house all the time, so I probably didn't think one thing of it.
Commentator 3
Okay.
Commentator 2
We're on the stoop, the helicopters are going over, and Amanda's like, how you doing? And Kyle's just like, I feel so sick to my stomach. Because on the beach, Sierra talked about us taking time apart. And it's been on the back of my mind all weekend. And it really got the best of
Commentator 1
me when she was like, well, I had no intentions of talking about that. I thought we were moving in the right direction. Puts the onus on Sierra where I'm like, wait, why are you. Why aren't you just saying like, yes, Sierra and I had that conversation, too. I said you would never go for it because I was wondering too.
Commentator 3
Remember I said, like, is she going to use this as ammo of Sierra overstepping their relationship at the reunion?
Commentator 1
But it's like, but you can't say the night before.
Commentator 3
Thank you, guys for saying out loud what I can't say because that's actually you acknowledging it. Then there, like you could say in
Commentator 1
a confessional, oh, well, I said that
Commentator 3
in a confessional later because that's where we were at the point in our relationship.
Commentator 1
But you saying it at the party
Commentator 3
is acknowledging that what she did was fine.
Commentator 2
Yeah. So that. That was a little bit confusing. But everything Else she says was great.
Commentator 1
So then she was like, then seeing
Commentator 3
you snap and the way you looked at me and said you. And then you almost fought Carl, like, that scares me. Now I'm back at square one with you and thinking, is this what forever is going to look like for us?
Commentator 2
And I think it in the back of her mind, it's like, so the next step is potentially us having kids. We have this new show that is gearing us up for that, and you're getting in fights with Carl on camera. Like, you think, I want to have kids with you, So I got to give her grace there. And Kyle's just like, I've let everyone down. You, me, I had such high hopes for this summer, and I think Amanda did a nice job. She's like, we have spent so much time together in the hamptons the past 10 years. I grew up in this house. I've learned so much about myself. We've been through so much. Cheating rumors, infidelity engagements, fake weddings, real weddings. It's been amazing and really fucking hard. It's some of the best and the worst memories. And leaving this weekend, I want to close this chapter and start over, whatever that looks like for us. And I was like, oh, my God. Because, you guys, this is a really huge moment. It's weird to watch back because we, like, like, no, they separated, but we didn't. Nobody suspected. They didn't leave the summer house together. So this is a huge moment that they were able to keep it under wraps. Bravo con November 15th. Thinking they're trying to hide these rumors.
Knox or Jamie
We.
Commentator 2
We in December still think they live together. She does that funny video. Good. And out of the gingerbread house. They did keep this under wraps, which I. I appreciate.
Commentator 1
Well, I was thinking about that too,
Commentator 3
because it's like, okay, this is September 1st. We're on September 1st now, and this conversation's happening, and we're filming an entire show.
Commentator 1
Obviously, the rumors are there and they're happening, but realistically, it really is under wraps. Like, there was a scene with Kyle
Commentator 3
and Kenny in the city, and they're outside talking about everything, whatever. And behind them are these two girls that are like. Like, you could see them being like, that's Kyle Cook filming something.
Commentator 1
Recognizing, like, oh, the new show is
Commentator 3
being filmed, which was just like, a funny pickup. And I'm thinking he's talking about his issues with Amanda, But I guess if you were overhear that, you'd be like, still got problems.
Commentator 1
But this combo with Kyle and Amanda, and Amanda saying that I thought she was Saying, like, this is our opportunity
Commentator 3
to change the routine. I'm not gonna go back with you, because if I go back with you, we just go back into our routine. Nothing's gonna change. And I just thought, as we said
Commentator 1
in part one, it really is.
Commentator 3
We film in the summer. We go back, we go do press, then we do that. Like, there's just such a routine that happens every year that it's hard for them break it. Which is why I think that they've stayed together all this time, and they are so enmeshed with each other, and now they have the opportunity to change it. Hey, this isn't just the weekends now. This is our life, and we're sharing more of our life, even though we share so much on Summer House. We're not just going to the Hamptons for a weekend. We're filming on a Monday. We're filming Tuesday. Wednesday, actually. We're probably not even filming on weekends anymore.
Commentator 2
Right? Right. Yeah.
Commentator 1
You know, like, we could change this,
Commentator 3
and I want to change that.
Commentator 1
And I. I think she's also saying on her side, too, is that, like,
Commentator 3
I want to be different?
Commentator 2
No. I was so proud of herself. She's like, something is fundamentally wrong in this relationship, and we need to start changing it, and it has to start today. I'm going to go get a hotel. She's like, I want to be there for you. I can see you crumbling right now. I. I want to support you. I want to protect you. I want to help you. But, like, I need our relationship to be nurtured, and I need to look out for me, and I need some space and to be alone. And I will meet you at therapy on Wednesday.
Ad Voice / Narrator
And.
Commentator 2
And he kind of just has to accept it. Like, he was the one that said fuck you on national TDB to her multiple times.
Commentator 3
He called her a fucking bitch.
Commentator 1
He said some really nasty things. And he's like, you know, I'm not okay.
Commentator 3
I think I'm gonna throw up. And I thought about it when there was that cheating rumor and they drove back in silence.
Commentator 1
Like, I think there might have been
Commentator 3
one time that she went to brunch with the girls, but that was also
Commentator 1
part of filming, I think. So I think she's, like, saying, like,
Commentator 3
we're starting in the city off, not going back together.
Commentator 1
And we said that too, right? We're like, there's no way that they go back together.
Commentator 3
I thought maybe she'd go back with Lindsay, but I guess this has, like, really changed again, the expired license, because she's getting a ride back on a in the production van.
Commentator 1
This is why I don't believe anything
Commentator 3
has happened with her and Wes.
Commentator 2
Same.
Commentator 1
I think she had fallen for him in a way of like, he's my
Commentator 3
knight in shining armor.
Commentator 1
But she hadn't acted on anything at this point because it's like, you think, this is what I want to do either. Like, it just has to be done. Like, we can't keep doing this. They hug, they pack up, they say bye to the house.
Commentator 3
Like, Kyle is crying. He shuts the door and she drives away. Kyle's monologue again. Tearing up, Mary tearing up. I was in my 20s when I started coming to the Hamptons. I'm 43 now, and I might actually lose Amanda and everything that matters to me. And it's lonely, like, is this what I want? And then the American Idol coming home song starts as they leave the house,
Commentator 1
and I'm like, what?
Commentator 2
What is this song? And he drives us into the city. He's playing with his ring on his finger. Amanda's walking into that hotel, and she's like, this is just gonna show him how serious I am.
Commentator 3
Let's take a break and jump in.

Commentator 2
And then it's like bombshell. Bombshell, bombshell. January 26th, Kyle and Amanda split February. Watch what happens live. Amanda says she will be the first today because she's already sucked Wes Wilson's dick. March March 2026. Kyle, there's no way those rumors are true. West, she's just a friend. And then it's Kate Riccio. It's her voice that says Amanda and West are together. And then we get April 9, 2026, Kyle is in the kitchen doing and Amanda walks in. That was shocking to me.
Commentator 1
I did not think that was a pickup scene. I did not think that was the pickup scene of the two of them so confused.
Commentator 2
And he's like, are you eating like you're super skinny and I'm really worried about you? And she's like, I'm worried about me too. Can I sit on your couch?
Commentator 3
There she is rocking another striped shirt. The amount of striped shirts Amanda owns is actually wild.
Commentator 1
Between the shirts that she and west
Commentator 3
have that are matching that might be
Commentator 1
his to what she has.
Commentator 3
I'm like, we are having a Bert and Ernie moment here.
Commentator 2
No, this is like so wild though, because they're sitting down and Kyle's like, you know, I just want to clear things up. I keep looking back at last summer and you were so done with me. Amanda's like, that is beyond frustrating. I gave our relationship everything I had. I wanted that relationship to work so badly. The idea of not existing with you in my life was impossible for me to wrap my head around. And that's what made it so hard to actually call it quits. And then everything got so messy. And I was so afraid when we ended things that we would be out of each other's lives forever. And I couldn't handle that. And Kyle's not buying it.
Commentator 1
Well, I was also trying to figure out, is she talking about why the separation was so messy or when it got so messy?
Commentator 3
Because she involved herself with West.
Commentator 2
I think the west part of it.
Commentator 1
But then she's like.
Commentator 3
And I. I was afraid when we ended like that we'd be out of each. Out of each other's lives forever. The relationship was toxic, and they're clearly better apart than they are together. Like, we've witnessed this for 10 years, and even on this premiere, we're witnessing this. But it's like, she was checked out, Kyle, not because she was involving herself in Wes, but because she was done
Commentator 1
with the emotional toll it took on her. She had to be done where she was like, I can try to save
Commentator 3
this if he changes.
Commentator 1
But she wasn't seeing any change.
Commentator 2
I was also totally on Amanda's side. Later in the episode, when they go to therapy, he stayed out till 4
Commentator 3
o' clock in the morning.
Commentator 2
The one thing she asked, it's like, okay, fine, you're gonna do the DJ thing. Come right home after. Like, you are not to go out after these DJ sets if that's your job. Fine. She has to accept that if that's how he's making money. But that means it's a professional thing and you're not drinking after. You're coming right home. And he doesn't respect her. He does whatever the he wants. Like, I'm actually very much on Amanda's side right now because he's not doing what he says he's going to do. He's not changing. It's the same old song and dance with him. And he has the power and control. So, yeah, she is tired. She doesn't have anything left to fight because she's asked him for all these things and he hasn't done any of them. He isn't trying to improve the relationship, in my opinion.
Commentator 1
Well, I think it's also twofold, too.
Commentator 3
Like, if you told Amanda, hey, here's how it works. I go and I DJ. I DJ till 2am then from like 2 to 4 I consider it a meet and greet. I'm interacting with fans. I'm selling lover boy. I'm selling Kyle Cook the brand. I'm selling Summer House the brand in the city.
Commentator 1
Like, if he explained it like that
Commentator 3
and then came home, though not wasted.
Commentator 2
Exactly.
Commentator 1
It'd be different. Like, if you're coming home wasted and you're talking about this gray area, I mean, she brings up in this conversation too. She's like, kyle, I wouldn't cheat on you because I got cheated on by you. You cheated on me before we got eng. You made out with a girl while we were married. He's like, with who? She's like, there's video. He's like, oh. And then I thought, is that the only rumor that's happened while they were
Commentator 3
married is that he made out with
Commentator 1
someone and there's video of it? Because I was trying to think, how
Commentator 3
many times was she cheated on by Kyle?
Commentator 2
His defenses. I had a one night stand. And then it's. And then it's like, the other defense was like, you. I actually have a fudgeing video of you making out when we are married.
Commentator 1
His defense was. Was. Says who? He's like, where's the proof? She's like, right here on the video. He's like, okay, please don't show that.
Commentator 3
Yeah, sorry.
Commentator 2
That what she did is very, very wrong because of her relationship with Sierra. That's what's the most painful part of this situation. But, like, she needed to leave Kyle. And I think everything she's saying, you know, I'm also looking through. I'm thinking about the therapy part later in the episode. She had to leave him.
Commentator 3
She. She did. Because I don't think he was going to leave her. And I think he knew she wasn't going to. And, like, if she decided to make
Commentator 1
that move, I mean, he says it
Commentator 3
in the closet too.
Commentator 2
Right.
Commentator 3
Last episode on Summer House where it was like, she's never gonna do anything. And, like, that's the problem.
Commentator 2
Right. And also, what benefit would Amanda saying she had an emotional affair with what, West? Why would she ever admit that?
Commentator 3
I know.
Commentator 1
Like, never, like, sorry, a guy was nice to me.
Commentator 3
So then I kind of imprinted on him Twilight style. And yeah, when she was nice to me and you weren't, I was definitely
Commentator 1
like, oh, I wish I was with Wes. And then it just took me a
Commentator 3
couple of months to get there.
Commentator 1
Like, no, she's not gonna say that. Like, we could see how toxic their relationship was. I see where Amanda's coming from, but then I Was like, there is no
Commentator 3
compromise in this relationship from the two of them. And that's why it was fundamentally never going to work out, because everything that was the problem was cut Kyle.
Commentator 1
And so it's like Kyle's like, well, I need Amanda to get some drive. Okay, well, I did this.
Commentator 3
Like, what was Kyle's want from Amanda to either compromise on him going out or he has to compromise on the going.
Commentator 1
Do you know what I'm saying? Like, if everything that was a problem
Commentator 3
for them was a Kyle problem.
Commentator 2
Yeah, no, that, like, yeah. What did he want? I guess he just wanted Amanda to have more ambition and drive, go out with him, be his partner. I think he feels very lonely in the relationship, but, yeah, it is so interesting. And he makes this very clear. He's like, I want to be there for you. I care about you. Not to, like, rekindle our relationship, but I'm just, like, worried about your mental health. And I don't think you're a bad person, but you're being, like, thoughtless and reckless right now. And I'm worried about you because this doesn't feel like it's you. And then also, he's upset because he's like. Like someone else is getting the version of you that I fell in love with.
Commentator 3
I felt, too, this was, like, really hard for her to not roll her eyes. So when he was like, you were being thoughtless and reckless when she's like, you cheated on me too. Were you not thoughtless and reckless?
Commentator 1
The reason why it's a bigger deal
Commentator 3
for me is because obviously it's a cast member, right? And like, obviously it's someone else who's, like, in the public eye, and this hurts way more people. And, like, I understand the gravity of that, but, like, it's funny coming from you saying I'm being thoughtless and reckless when you were thoughtless and reckless with our own relationship.
Commentator 2
Oh, wild. That Kyle Cook looks like the good guy in the end. That's the craziest part of this whole story.
Commentator 1
I know. He literally should have had the worst season ever. Worst season. And yet he's coming out on top. I mean, even talking about in the city is like, when he's having this conversation with Kenny and they're talking about. And he basically says, like, if.
Commentator 3
If we, like, don't sell or I get a partner by, like, the end of this year, like, lover boy is over.
Commentator 1
It's like, well, actually, if your estranged wife just has an affair, I'm not
Commentator 3
calling it an affair. Sorry.
Commentator 1
But, like, you know, just Hooks up
Commentator 3
with your co star.
Commentator 1
Actually the fandom is going to turn and they're going to support you.
Commentator 2
All the merch is sold out, the drinks are sold out. There's like wait list. I mean, if they can continue this and then get repeat customers, maybe he will get that 25x back eventually again. Wouldn't that be the craziest story?
Commentator 1
Truly? If all of a sudden we're. We hear like, anheuser Busch has bought Lover boy, we're like, what?
Commentator 2
Oh my God. So crazy.
Commentator 1
Okay, let's talk in the City. Because I think the most shocking factor of in the City for me was
Commentator 3
seeing baby Gemma's face.
Commentator 2
Literally, I was like, have you watched it yet? Have you watched it yet? Because I didn't want to spoil it for you. And I was like, we saw Gemma. How did she get that signed off on but she can't put her on social media. That seems crazy to me.
Commentator 3
Social media to me is scarier than television, to be honest.
Commentator 1
That was shocking because we see it
Commentator 3
on the baby monitor. So I'm like, okay, so we're going to be like shooting side profiles, whatever.
Commentator 1
And then all of a sudden it's like, oh, what a cutie patootie she is.
Commentator 2
Oh my God. She's also, when she's filming it, she's Charlie's age right now. I figured that out because it's like September, December, baby. Yeah, she's like nine, ten months. And I'm like, oh my God.
Commentator 3
Because they figured nine months from Lindsay's sex. Lack of sex. So do you think that Lindsay dropped the timeline of when she actually broke up with Turner? Because she's talking about her sex life and she's like, I haven't had sex in nine months. But she was cleared to have sex six weeks later after the birth of baby Gemma.
Commentator 1
However, the headlines that they throw up on the TV indicate that they broke
Commentator 3
up at quote, unquote, five months after Gemma.
Commentator 2
No, I think literally at that six
Commentator 3
week mark he broke up with her.
Commentator 2
I think he had been like waiting
Commentator 3
the whole pregnancy and then getting before the pregnancy. And she was just cleared at six weeks but didn't have anyone to have sex with at six weeks.
Commentator 1
I just thought that that was an
Commentator 3
interesting timing because she says it's nine months. We know Gemma's about nine months old at this point.
Commentator 1
I was like, okay, wait, maybe they weren't really together and they decided to just co parent before baby Gemma came. But I do think that she revealed
Commentator 3
a timeline that was not five months later.
Commentator 2
I think you're on to something. Well. And they also talk about how Yvonne was milking her boobs. And I think they said that at six weeks or something like that. So they. They quickly after had been baby Gemma parted ways.
Commentator 3
Who was your favorite newbie that we met yet?
Commentator 2
Oh, good question. This isn't a newbie, but I'm very invested in the Danielle Lindsay situation because I don't know whose side I am on. I really like Danielle. She looks fantastic.
Commentator 3
Amazing. She also looks so good in that navy outfit from the in the City premiere. It's, like, just tight on her and her belly.
Commentator 1
I think this haircut on her, too, is such a good look on her. She looks. Looks so pretty.
Commentator 3
I'm very invested in this. Also, like, kind of hypocritical storyline that she's living.
Commentator 2
This is why it's hard, because Lindsay has the receipts. She has the evidence. So she's like. One thing that bothered me was in season four, she gave Carl a hand job. Okay. That was so strange. Then we get the engagement flashback.
Commentator 1
Just roll footage.
Commentator 2
I know. I do remember. I thought Danielle was thinking about their best interest. Like, she's like, this is going too fast. And I was team Danielle at that time. Then we talk about the pregnancy comments. And then it's just, like, so weird because now Danielle not engaged, living with her boyfriend, having a baby. And that was kind of like, all the gripes with Lindsay. The timeline's definitely different, and he's still married. Yeah.
Commentator 1
So it's gonna be tough for me
Commentator 2
to defend Danielle, but I'm swaying to
Commentator 1
when, you know, you know, like, we've been dating for six months. We moved in together at five months. I would like to be engaged before we have babies.
Commentator 3
Even though you're in on it. Owen was a tennis player at Cal.
Commentator 2
Oh, okay.
Commentator 3
I mean, I'm assuming because they were flashing to him playing tennis, and he had the Cal logo, so I'm assuming he was a Cal tennis player.
Commentator 1
And then when she's like, I'd like to be engaged with four babies, and I'm like, he's still married. Like, you can get engaged, but you also cannot get married. I also.
Commentator 2
I wonder how far Danielle is at this point.
Commentator 3
I feel like she looks pretty popping. Yeah. Yeah. I was gonna say five or six months. Yeah, definitely.
Commentator 2
Definitely.
Commentator 1
I mean, I think it was kind of like she had to announce it because they had press.
Commentator 2
Exactly. Well, and always, always a good time. Brings attention to the show.
Commentator 1
Yeah.
Commentator 3
Okay. Owen was also giving me. And you guys are gonna get mad at me. I already know it, but he was giving me like Pedro Pascal vibes. Like, maybe his. Like the Irish version.
Commentator 1
Yeah, there was something about where I was like, kind of reminds me of
Commentator 3
Pedro Pascal a little bit.
Commentator 1
He seems sweet and obviously, like, we
Commentator 3
don't know the storyline of their relationship, his marriage, whatever, but they were cute. Minus the hypocritical part coming from Danielle.
Commentator 1
When you know, you just know. And it's like, Lindsay might have known. Obviously you knew too, but whatever. It's funny. But then I also think too, on the behind the scenes part is like, Danielle is on this show and Carl is not because of Lindsay.
Commentator 2
I wonder how Danielle got on the show.
Commentator 1
I think it's with Lindsay. I think this is like a good
Commentator 3
villain to friends story.
Commentator 1
I think they have history. I think it's a way of bringing
Commentator 3
people back and also bringing new cast members on.
Commentator 1
And I also felt very much that this was like a little put upon
Commentator 3
of this villain storyline.
Commentator 2
When Lindsay tells Danielle, like, I have to think about the coffee or the lunch. Like, she's shutting horror down. And Kyle's like, I really don't know what. Get what's going on. Like, come on, give it. Give this girl a shot.
Commentator 3
Well, obviously they're gonna go get coffee because it's gonna be filmed.
Commentator 1
Like, we know it's coming.
Commentator 3
You know, we're gonna have to have some sort of resolution or understand more of this villain storyline.
Commentator 1
When Danielle's sitting there after playing tennis and she's like, it's crazy because we're
Commentator 3
going through all these, like, big life events and we're not involved in each other's lives anymore.
Commentator 1
Because Lindsay's replaced Danielle with Georgina.
Commentator 2
Okay. Georgina has potential to be a star dermatologist, has a wild background story was with her partner. He leaves her at 32 weeks pregnant. She has a toddler. She just feels like kind of. She kind of. This is not even a good comparison, but like, Georgia from next gen. Yeah. There's just kind of like a zaniness to hers, like a kookiness that I'm excited to watch.
Commentator 1
She's like, I should have been unstacked. And I'm like, you're bringing a level of crazy.
Commentator 3
I'm. But like, you're owning it, so I'm into it.
Commentator 2
Yeah. I am definitely weary of Kenny. Kenny and Whitney. Kenny just feel like him being like, I was going through a lot. I was grieving my mom and everyone.
Commentator 3
One.
Commentator 2
I don't know. I. Apparently they're together in real time. Do they have a ring yet?
Commentator 1
I Don't think so. But they are really interesting to me because I feel like Whitney is moving
Commentator 3
to New York for the show.
Commentator 1
Like, they were dating for six months, and basically they were like, hey, so the next phase is people who are wanting to get married go to the next level. And he's like, well, I've kind of been dating this girl. She was on the Bachelor, so she does understand reality tv. Is it cool if I move her out here for the show? Now, it seemingly has worked out, but
Commentator 3
when he's talking to Kyle and talks about his reservations about breaking her heart, like, Kenny, you're a boy.
Commentator 2
Oh, completely. I mean, his best friend's calling him out.
Commentator 3
The guy that owns Garrett Gavin is on the cast.
Commentator 2
Yeah. When he talked about having the cameras to be able to see if anyone was cool or worth going to to the spot, I was like, oh, my God, this is too much.
Commentator 3
Wait, that's, like, funny.
Commentator 2
Don't admit that on camera. I wish I had that at Balboa Cafe for years.
Commentator 1
I was laughing. I was like, mary would love this, because she would have done that regardless. Would have loved to have seen if,
Commentator 3
like, you should go, like, is it popping?
Commentator 1
I'm coming over.
Commentator 2
Is it worth it?
Commentator 3
Come on.
Commentator 1
Yeah, I see nothing wrong with that. I mean, maybe, like, the legality of it all.
Commentator 3
It would actually be pretty funny if a bar had live feet.
Commentator 1
You could check in at any point.
Commentator 3
It was just, like, broadcast on YouTube or something, and there were cameras on that you could check in and be
Commentator 1
like, oh, it looks fun. I'm gonna go over there. I don't think that that's crazy.
Commentator 3
If you advertise it.
Commentator 2
Yeah. That you're being filmed as you walk in. That's scary.
Commentator 3
Sure. Well, it's like, some of us can't go there ever. I'm on, like, the live feeds, like, checking in while I'm there. Like, where am I not on camera?
Commentator 2
So scary. I think it could be really.
Commentator 3
It could be an idea.
Commentator 2
You're on to something here.
Commentator 3
Think about it. Think about it. But this is a speakeasy.
Commentator 2
Let's talk about Amanda paying Kyle $117,000 of back rent.
Commentator 3
Okay, so I. I looked it up. So three years, $117,000. It equates to about $3,250, which means that their rent is probably $6,500, which
Commentator 2
feels like a good deal for New York, to be honest. They have a giant apartment. Yeah.
Commentator 3
I thought that was cheap, too, but I was laughing, like, had he been
Commentator 1
asking her for money?
Commentator 3
And she's just never paid it.
Commentator 1
Has he had, like, a list for
Commentator 3
her of, here's what you owe me monthly, and, like, just get it to me. Or was he just, like, in a rage?
Commentator 2
Like, you owe me this in a rage. You haven't paid rent in three years. Here's the amount that you owe me.
Commentator 3
Me.
Commentator 1
And then I started thinking when she was just. Was like, okay, here you go.
Commentator 3
Here's $117,000. I was like, we are in the wrong business.
Commentator 2
I would love to know their salaries for summer house.
Commentator 1
I would love to know Kyle and
Commentator 3
Amanda's finances, who pays what?
Commentator 1
Because, like, in my mind, I think
Commentator 3
that Kyle has set everything up automatic payment and is just like, here's what the monthly is. And he just pays it. And, like, doesn't think about it, doesn't
Commentator 1
ask Amanda for money.
Commentator 3
I would just love to know how things are set up.
Commentator 2
I think it's exactly as you said it. And he never charged her. And now he's like, well, I am, because we're getting a divorce.
Commentator 3
Don't. Neither of us have filed.
Commentator 2
Oh. Oh, okay.
Commentator 3
Yeah. In present day, too.
Commentator 2
Yeah. No, no, no. That makes sense, because we would have seen a headline of that, but this anniversary dinner was. Was tough. Let's celebrate four years. And by the way, I'm moving out. I just feel like out of any of the days to say this, maybe just enjoy the dinner and talk about it the next day or the next
Commentator 1
time at therapy and the confessional before where Kyle's like, so this anniversary dinner is great because I feel like we're really moving forward in our relationship of getting back together. And then she, like, drops this, and
Commentator 3
he's like, like, okay.
Commentator 1
He's like, so if I allow.
Commentator 3
She's like, you won't be allowing.
Commentator 1
He's like, so if I agree.
Commentator 3
She's like, you don't need to agree. I'm doing this.
Commentator 1
He's like, so if I'm on board. And she's like, whatever.
Commentator 3
You got to tell yourself, Kyle, I'm leaving.
Commentator 1
I'm leaving and I'm taking the dog, dumbass.
Commentator 2
I like her in this moment. Like, I love her standing up to him. And at the end of the day, they are better separate. We have to be proud of Amanda in these moments.
Commentator 3
I know. Okay. I will crack up, though, because when they were getting out of the subway or whatever it was to go to the Garrett, and I'm not laughing at the breakdown, but when Kyle's like, you're
Commentator 1
wearing a rain jacket in summer. She's like, it's not a rain jacket, Kyle.
Commentator 2
Well, once again, to her point, they just had this, like, crazy therapy session, and he's able to just, like, go and have fun with his friends and act like nothing happened. She's like, I. That was so emotionally draining. And she's realizing that, like, we are gonna get a divorce. I'm not gonna go and show up to film right now. I. I can't do it.
Commentator 1
I mean, when she tells Lindsay that, she's like, yeah, so we were in
Commentator 3
therapy, and the therapist says to us,
Commentator 1
so you guys hate each other. Like, the shock on Lindsay's face during
Commentator 3
that whole grocery shopping section was like, the fuck?
Commentator 1
And I kept thinking, like, she has
Commentator 3
to know this, right?
Commentator 1
She has to know.
Commentator 3
Cause I was like, I don't know if that shocked face in the beginning was genuine because she had already known that Amanda was staying at a hotel.
Commentator 1
But then as the story kept going
Commentator 3
on, I feel like she was. Was like, wait, what?
Commentator 1
This is way worse than I thought.
Commentator 3
Like, this is absolutely insane.
Commentator 2
I also. I don't know how I felt about grocery shopping.
Commentator 3
Too normal for you?
Commentator 2
Yeah. Yeah. Just like, I'm like, oh, really? We're gonna go grocery shopping.
Commentator 1
Gemma likes to grocery shop.
Commentator 3
She's gonna give you a death stare.
Commentator 2
Okay, who was your favorite overall newbies?
Commentator 3
So I actually find it interesting that Katie, Amanda's friend, was not introduced to us. And.
Commentator 2
And that's who Danielle was talking to at the garret.
Commentator 3
Yeah, she's a tall blonde. She was in the white sweater, maybe.
Commentator 2
Yes, yes, yes.
Commentator 3
I. I liked seeing Danielle back because her and Lindsay have just such an interesting dynamic. Andrea and Lexi, like, they're very cute. Where is Lexi from? Is she also from Italy?
Commentator 2
I'm not sure.
Commentator 3
I'm not sure either.
Commentator 1
I feel like it's.
Commentator 3
They're giving us, the fans, a treat of having two beautiful people on it for our own benefit.
Commentator 1
The main thing I hear is at
Commentator 3
some point somebody says something to him,
Commentator 1
and he's like, I'm not a wall,
Commentator 3
so do not talk to me like I'm a.
Commentator 1
A wall.
Commentator 3
And, like, he's not going to have that much conflict. So it's nice that we can stare at them.
Narrator (Aura Ad)
Yes.
Commentator 3
I think Georgina is gonna have a lot of drama of just being, like, kind of like cuckoo banana. But I really feel like the Yvonne and Nick storyline of you guys are the new Kyle and Amanda divorce.
Commentator 2
Yeah, I'm. I'm very invested. I'm excited about this new show. I do worry this could be the demise of Lindsay Hubbard.
Commentator 1
Lindsay's a star.
Commentator 2
We'll see what happens.
Commentator 3
You can't have newbies.
Commentator 1
Like, you can't have Whitney, who I
Commentator 3
didn't watch the Bachelor, so I don't know her. But, like, you can Whitney and Yvonne and like, other people who we don't know. After our girl, it's the same thing
Commentator 1
that happened with Kristen Doty. Whether she was crazy Kristen or not.
Commentator 3
She was our crazy Kristen.
Commentator 1
We're allowed to talk shit on her,
Commentator 3
but not people who actually know her in real life. Okay. And they bring it to the show and we don't know them in real life. I'm not worried about our girl.
Commentator 2
I'll also be curious how many episodes it's going to be and if we'll get a reunion. Because the Valley did not get a reunion. I think for this they could because they want to keep on piggybacking off the US the west side Story.
Commentator 3
You make a good point.
Commentator 1
I will tell you, though, I was invested. Like, I watched this, I highly enjoyed it. And then I thought about the dynamics, too. And maybe I'm just comparing it to
Commentator 3
this season of the Valley, which is terrible.
Commentator 1
We're all right.
Commentator 2
Nobody's all right.
Commentator 1
But I was thinking like, this so far from episode one is like, the
Commentator 3
kids aren't the center of it. Even though we met Baby Gemma, there
Commentator 1
was a different dynamic. And maybe it's because, like, Lindsay was
Commentator 3
like, we hate men. Here's a panel channel. Kenny, you suck and we're going to tell you why. But there was a different vibe compared to the Valley.
Commentator 1
They're just in their next phase where
Commentator 3
they're not partying in the summer house. They're just on a reality TV show.
Commentator 2
It's just Manhattan millennials.
Commentator 1
You're so right. You're so right. They probably couldn't name that because they
Commentator 3
heard it from us and they were like, we'd have to pay two judgy girls for the idea. I think that's what happened.
Commentator 2
Has to be it. Any final thoughts about Summer House? Because, you guys, Courtney is going on her big trip, her sabbatical. She is going to come back and talk about the reunion. And we want to wish you a fantastic vacay. A well deserved vacay. I can't wait to get updates along the way. Yes.
Commentator 3
Thank you so much. Yes, I.
Commentator 1
You guys take care of Mary while I'm gone. She has a fabulous lineup of really fun guests.
Commentator 3
I'm so excited for you to chat.
Commentator 1
You're gonna hear so some favorites from before, some newbies I'm so excited for you guys.
Commentator 3
I will be checking in for Summer House because we can't, like, not like,
Commentator 1
oh, I'm on vacation. Yeah, that's. That's not work.
Commentator 2
This is a passion.
Commentator 1
It's a passion. It's a hobby. Talking about this, watching Summer House, I was in tears.
Commentator 3
It really is the end of an era. It's wild.
Commentator 1
And then I'm excited for in the City. Like I said, once I was in the city, my mind was focused on
Commentator 3
that I was done with Summer House for the episode.
Commentator 2
You transitioned.
Commentator 1
I think we have a lot of
Commentator 3
drama coming with that. I think that Lindsay's not gonna let this show fail.
Commentator 2
I agree with that.
Commentator 3
I'm so invested still in the demise
Commentator 1
of Kyle and Amanda.
Commentator 3
Like, that pickup scene had everything for me. I mean, I wanted more, but, like, the fact that it was Amanda and
Commentator 1
Kyle in the pickup scene, insane.
Commentator 2
It was great. You know, I'm looking forward to the reunion and. And I can't wait to keep covering it with you while you're on vacation. Have the best time, and we will chat soon.
Commentator 1
All right, I will see you guys next week. Mary will see you later this week.
Commentator 2
Yes. Bye.
Commentator 1
Bye.
Commentator 2
Foreign.
