I'm hearing that it's both at msg and today is supposed to be a hundred people and it's going to end at 10:30 because they've had to say a lot of things because they've had to clear the area and the streets. I saw this interview with the New York mayor and they're asking him and he just doesn't say anything. The police department is now, I think, confirming that it's happening. It makes so much sense, like you've been saying because of security. But also I think they Just want something enclosed because of helicopters. I just hope we get to see some photos. Like, do you think she'll do, like, People magazine or Vogue?

I was going to ask you what magazine to get the official photos.

[Mary]

It's gotta be Vogue.

I just feel like the Vogue isn't there. The Vogue curse. Like, if you do a Vogue wedding, you're destined for divorce.

I hope not. That did cross my mind today. Will they make it? I'm also like, when are they gonna have babies? She's like, 37. Are they gonna get right on it? Clearly she's frozen her eggs. I just think about these things.

Everyone's pretty scared to talk about it, it seems. Because of the NDAs. I think we will get official photos from a Vogue. I feel like she's got to wear, what, at least three looks?

Oh, I would say at least. Now, here's the question I have for you. Is she going to be performing?

So I kind of think so. Maybe one love song that she wrote especially for Travis. What do you think?

Well, I've heard that Stevie Nicks is performing and that she loves Stevie Nicks. And so I have this theory in my head that she's going to be like, oh, my God.

And for some reason it feels like there's a lot of negativity surrounding it because of all the closures. It's like this big weekend and you're shutting down New York.

I'm very excited, so I hope that we get to see the flowers. They kept the engagement so secretive for about two weeks, so it might take some time, but I'm excited for them. I just loved following her all around the world for the ERAS tour. So I'm excited for her.

No, I don't know about that. But okay, let's move on because yesterday we said that Liz is leaving Rhode island and Courtney had predicted this and now she's been in our comments and then she posted that comment as a story. Can you please read it? Because it made me a little nervous.

Because yesterday I was like, they're clearly hiding something. And she's like, I'm not hiding anything. I'm like, ah, I'm scared of them.

pasting from every person commenting about her departure. Yes, it's fascinating to me how everyone assumes my reason for leaving involves being afraid of quote, unquote skeletons, dot dot quote unquote jail, eye roll emoji, etc. This is not new gossip.

It has been the local slander for years.

If there were even an ounce of validity to it, I'd not have ever gone on a show. I realize that for some it feels good to speculate, hate, and defame my character. But I've never been investigated nor involved in any criminal case. It's preposterous and people should know how utterly ridiculous it sounds. Sorry to disappoint. It's wild to me how people feel at liberty to openly state such absurd claims as facts. Now that I have Time on my hands. I will start the process of holding those originating and spreading such fiction accountable.

The last thing has got you a

little bit that made me a little scared for myself.

Everything we say is a legend. I was watching the Valley after show and then immediately right after the Rhode island after show started and Liz is on there and the delivery of lines, the way that she's like speaking about things is so confident and so matriarch and queen bee. And then you see her at the reunion where she's kind of back down and then her departure. I feel like it's really about the portrayal and how she didn't come out on top from this season. She didn't like what she saw on film. She did not like how she was edited. She did not like that Jo, Ellen and Alicia were getting a lot of attention. She thought it should have been her. That's what I'm taking from it.

[Mary]

I'm truly shocked if she doesn't have anything to hide that she wouldn't want to come back and try to change the narrative and react differently in scenes. I'm very interested in why she decided to eliminate herself.

[Courtney]

It doesn't make sense to me unless

you're hiding something or you have just such thin skin and you can't handle it. It is tough to be a housewife. But I also feel like, and this is what we said yesterday is like you're not a first season housewife. This show has been on for 20 years. So I'm sure Dolores prepared her or tried to prepare her or at least told her what she could expect and it just didn't go her way.

Right. Even Andy, remember when he had all the women in the clubhouse for the premiere, he basically said to them, like, your life is about to change. You've signed up for something that is going to change your life.

[Courtney]

Hopefully the good outweighs the bad. But just know that there is bad that does come with it. There is chatter, there is conversation, there is negativity. But hopefully you feel that there's actually more good that comes to your life. You get more money, you get more brand deals, you get infamy, you know,

Yeah, I mean, I. I'm kind of bummed she's leaving. I think this cast was so good and I feel like there's so much left on the cutting room floor in regards to resolution there. And seeing what would have happened. And also seeing the course correction of season one to season two especially because when it comes to a new cast, they're all doing it at the same time. Part of the reason you've liked Salt Lake is because like the cast has somewhat stayed these corg women. And so watching them go through it all together is kind of fun.

[Mary]

I was reflecting about the Orange county women the other day and thinking about they really haven't changed or let it go to their head for the most part. What do you think?

[Courtney]

Oh, I disagree. I think to the core they are the probably the same people, but I definitely think they should. I think Shannon is a completely different person than when she started the show. I think so many of them are completely different. I think they came in as housewives, literally. I think they came in with their partner being this alpha, being the man of the house, being the one in control, leading the way. And then I think they realized that they could be independent. And I think that that's changed them personality wise. I think a lot of who they have been has been through it. But I do think that a lot of them change and I think, you know, whether better for worse. I think this is their, their best version of themselves compared to when they started the show.

[Mary]

I'm also thinking it from the perspective of who has let the fame go to their head the most. That's how I was thinking about it.

[Courtney]

Okay.

[Mary]

Because I don't think for the most part the fame has got to their head and that's why I think makes them good housewives and fun to watch still.

[Courtney]

Well, it's a level of delusion and I mean that complimentary.

[Mary]

Oh, absolutely, absolutely. I just think about those girls on the red carpet. We asked them to do the okay, wow trend and some of them knew what it was, some of them didn't and they just like throw themselves in. I'm like, you're like a 60 year old woman and you're willing to ham it up with us. It's just inspiring.

[Courtney]

Seasoned veterans. You know, can I just say too, just on the World cup front, I wanted to talk about the fact that the USA won yesterday.

And it was past his bedtime, so we had to go. But it was very exciting.

I think Zach being drunk during this head injury actually helped him because he was more flimsy.

Yeah. That could have been so much worse. That was actually frightening. They kept replaying it both on the episode and in the after show. And I'm like, please stop showing me this clip. It's actually scary.

I don't know how that happened because they clearly drive these streets all the time. You would think to say everyone has to be underneath during this part or no standing. Maybe he wasn't supposed to stand. I am very curious if he got money out of this. Did he actually have a concussion? It sounds like in the after show, the next day, his face totally blew up. I will say, I feel like out of this episode, we got a couple costumes. Like, if you go to BravoCon, you could, if you choose to dress up, come as Zach or Britney and wear the headpiece. Also, Tom Schwartz, the mime clown, emo, sexy, goth.

He emerged from the bathroom and I was like, this is actually just sad. This is really sad. Schwartz, what has happened?

[Mary]

He went up to the window. Like the Dorit moment, you know, when she goes to the window and does a photo.

[Courtney]

Teddy's event. Yeah.

[Mary]

Yes. I was dying. For me, he is such comedic relief and actually himself and authentic and doesn't want to be involved in the drama. And I think he wants to resolve the drama and help people get along and just have a good time. I actually enjoy him. He, to me, is also a friend of the show. It's not like he's a main cast member, per se.

[Courtney]

Sure, he provides the comedic relief, but I'm also watching him and I'm just feeling like sad boy. Like, I watch there feels like a sad darkness there. And it's almost like the way that he wants to be so conflict averse is a trigger for him. Fighting happens.

He's like, oh, God, no.

Everything about Tom Schwartz is just sad. But weirdly, I feel like when he's trying to, as you've said, is like, change the tone of the group and,

like, be silly and just have a good time.

It's almost like he's like, these weren't issues on Vanderpump Rules because we were all degenerates, right? Like, here we're trying to be upstanding citizens, and in Vanderpump Rules, that was never a goal. We were all terrible people. We were all the Spider man meme pointing at each other. And yet on this show, we're not allowed to do that. What do you mean? We can't blackout drink because people are going to hold us accountable for our behavior that we do when we don't remember. That's rude.

Well, and they all seem to like having a good time moment that stood out to me. This episode was when Michelle came back wasted and talking to Britney, Jasmine and Zach about how Kristen is saying they are wasted all the time and have a drinking problem. Like, everyone seems to be labeled with having a drinking problem and they talk about it while they're drunk. It's just so, so meta.

last week when they were like, these people have a drinking problem. It's like they technically aren't wrong, but

order to, like, bring Danny up. So it's freaking weird. By the way, though, when they get drunk, they're not like groping people. They're not being super annoying. Danny, you're annoying. Both sober and drunk. Like, just shut up. Just shut up. He can't handle not being the center of attention. It drives him crazy. And he can't understand why this group doesn't like him because he's like, I'm a child actor. I'm well respected in the church and in this group, I'm not the number one guy.

This episode also proved to me, like, I feel like Nia, you know, was like, don't dance here. Don't gyrate your hips. And she tries to say it slyly to him. And then this triggered him and set him off and he couldn't get past it. And I feel like this behavior Was like, so normal for Nia to see. She's able to ignore it. She's trying to help him in the bust. She's constantly trying to help him and is so used to this behavior that it's her norm. And that's how you know she's truly protecting him. Because this is like, what is that? Water under the bridge or what's the one. What's the phrase? The one.

The group is attacking her. I still don't understand why we had to put this sixam together. This is a terrible group to put together. But she's overwhelmed because this conversation is actually triggering something that she cannot talk about on camera.

I appreciate the production shut down cameras and she probably revealed to them what she wants to say but isn't ready to say it. And I have a feeling we will end of the season know what she's talking about. And you can kind of tell, which is a lot to take on.

bit more about it. When she's talking to Lala, it made me feel bad for her, and I feel like it's such an unpopular opinion to show empathy towards Janet this season. He's gonna say he's talked to his therapist, AKA his pastor. He's gonna talk about life coach, and he's gonna say, you know, I think this was, like, blown out of proportion. Nia's gonna defend him on it. The fact that we see in the preview next week that Lala, who. I'm like, stop making Lala so likable because Danny is so awful that Lala has to, like, talk to Nia to go through Danny. Like, there's, like, a singular line of the three of them, like, connecting the dots. This is crazy. Go talk to your husband, lala. Good one, Danny. Oh, he's really got her with that line.

I was very proud of Michelle in this episode. I think it was super sweet. I'm sure Michelle had to pay for the gift, but I think it was super sweet that they decided to go together to buy something for Isabella. And I love that she confronted him and was just like, hey, you know Lacey's gonna be here today. I've been having a good time with you, but it makes me feel really uncomfortable and awkward seeing you guys so affectionate. So can you just try to do that behind closed doors when I'm around? And he is like totally like. I mean, I had to experience that with you and Aaron and I feel like a lot different because the whole time in her relationship she wanted affection from him and so she's seen what she wanted the whole time. So it's like really a deep cut for her.

Like Michelle, you can't request that when you had a similar situation with Aaron and Jesse was watching that. Except for, as you said, she was getting from Aaron what she wanted from Jesse. And so when she sees that Jesse's actually capable of being this person, it cuts deeper because she's like, man, if he could have been like that, we could have still maybe been together. We have good chemistry as friends now and as co parents, and it's like, we can get along. And when I see that, it does bum me out because I wish that I saw that. But I also feel like she can't request it in the way.

it is like, don't throw your relationship in my face when he's like, but that's what you did to me.

Like, I think down the line, people can be in the same room and at the same parties and probably maybe connect. And I feel like Jesse was utilizing ways to, like, hold her. Not captive isn't the right word, but this loan that he's like, well, no, now you need to pay for, he won't sign the papers. It's like ways for him to still have power over her. And then she also has to film with him. She also has to raise Isabella together. So a lot of things she has to, like, bite her tongue on in order to. To make things okay.

And let's talk a little bit about, like, how Jesse and Britney got on the fight on the bus.

Britney is so wasted here. Wait, can I. You guys, this is mean, and I'm sorry, but I have to talk about this. This red dress, it is a low back and she has high waisted Spanx on from the surgery. I, I assume she's wearing it for the surgery, but it's like, why are you wearing a low back?

[Mary]

I don't have the answer for you.

I don't need an answer. It's just food for thought. It just, it's just a weird thing that I kept seeing. I didn't get it.

I was focused on it. But yeah. Talk about the combo.

Well, Britney's wasted asking Jesse for an apology because Jesse compared Britney to Jax and Jesse's just like, he doesn't really want to apologize. And Lacy's like, jesse, just apologize. I will say I think Lacy is really good for him because she wants resolution and she wants everyone to get along with the group. But then they start talking about introducing Lacy to Isabella and then they talk about this more in the after show and the double standard that Jesse has with Michelle. So basically Jesse introduced Lacy super early on and behind Michelle's back. Yes. And Isabella came home one day with like a braid in her hair. And Michelle's mom's like, oh, that braid's so pretty. Who did that for you? And my dad's friend. And that was Lacy. I would have been fucking pissed. You introduce Isabella to someone that's just inappropriate. And then he, he is claiming also in the after show, like he's very respectful when Lacy's daughter comes in their bedroom and gets up from the bed

in the morning before she gets up because he hasn't had the conversation with Lacey's ex husband. Liar.

And Zach's like, you're gonna cost production so much money for the amount of times they have to censor your with them going like skinny dipping in a non skinny dipping area with children there. Like she never got to that point where she was like, oh God, I have to go back out.

No, she just kept having a good time.

Yeah. And Danny being like, I'm uncomfortable, I'm uncomfortable.

I feel like Nia is like, Daniel, it wasn't you. Everyone was coming at you, and you were just gyrating your hips. You were having a good time. It was weird because, like, Nia probably would never dance on the bar. It was weird when Michelle and I could see that, because why does she get to dance on the bar but you can't dance on the stage?

I know. Then, like, she confronts Jesse and then she's really upset about Kristen, but she's not gonna talk about it with Kristen right now. But she's just like crying into her arms. I did think it was really interesting when Jasmine was like, she doesn't even hang out with him off camera. I was like, ooh, that's tea.

[Courtney]

I started to think about this when they were saying, like, Nia and Kristin aren't friends. And when Kristen's like, we hang out all the time. Okay. They both have like three month old babies. And Kristin's been freaking out about leaving her house in general. So I'm like, how many times is she actually going to Nia's house since baby? Not that often. However, I am sure that they are texting all the time as new moms who are a couple of weeks apart from each other. And Kristin probably leans on Nia for a ton of advice, especially as they're going through the motions in the timeline of having these babies. So do I think Kristin is exaggerating about the amount of times of hanging out? Probably. And maybe they hung out before the baby's arrival. But it's not weird to me that Kristen and Nia would be good friends who are going through motherhood at the same time.

[Mary]

Right. And you can also call someone your best friend and have a really deep connection with people via text message and talking on the phone. And I mean us, we talk every fucking day and we see each other. Well, we've seen each other a lot this year.

[Courtney]

You can't use us. An example for 2026.

[Mary]

I have plenty of friends that I text with all the time and know exactly what's going on with their lives and feel super connected to and don't see them 100%.

[Courtney]

I think in real life is very rare. The circle that you have and the amount of people who are actually close to you in your own life life do live in the phone. Jamal and my besties, we're all living in the phone.

[Mary]

Everyone is living in the phone. That's what the phone can I get. You know, I have weird issues with the phone because I think it can be a great tool and also your worst enemy.

[Courtney]

Just stop looking for me and seeing where I am people.
