Do you want to know the best part about being married to a woman?
Ad Voice / Sponsor Host
That there's no man involved.
Taryn
I mean, true, but I was going to say that it's a sleepover every single night with your best friend.
Ad Voice / Sponsor Host
Oh yeah, that part's cute too.
Taryn
I'm Taryn, she's Cammie.
Mary
We're married.

Girls this is Mary from the Bay
Courtney
and It's Courtney from LA. It's Wednesday. We are on podcast. This is 7:23, I believe. And it feels like just last week we were at 7:02 when we remembered we had hit 700.
Mary
Look at us up 20. Who'd have thought?
Courtney
Not me. Okay, I feel like we have to talk about some like somber news to kick this off, guys. I honestly don't know how to react to this because it feels a little weird of if we would even know about this if we didn't know West Wilson. So I'll just start, I guess and read the TMZ article. So Summerhouse Wes Wilson's cousin arrested for murder of step grandmother. Wes Wilson's cousin has been arrested and charged with allegedly murdering their grandmother. TMZ has learned Dakota Sweeney of Carrollton, Missouri was arrested on April 22, the night before Wes filmed the Summer House reunion. Carroll county law enforcement officials responded to reports of a shooting at a resident and found 75 year old Gail R. Wilson dead. According to the probable cause statement. Cops say a witness told them Sweeney was quietly sitting in the same room as Wilson for 30 minutes before he allegedly shot her with a handgun. Officers also state this witness told them Sweeney and Wilson argued earlier in the evening over Sweeney not assisting with chores around the house. After taking Sweeney into custody, officers say they located a holster on his person. Sweeney was arrested without incident at the scene and he's been charged with first degree murder. Wilson's dad, Bruce, and Sweeney's mom, Kelly are both Gail's stepchildren. We've reached out to Wilson. So far, no word back. This.
Jameela Jamil
I don't.
Ad Voice / Sponsor Host
I feel weird.
Courtney
I feel weird. It feels weird. I also think it's pretty gross of TMZ to be like, we reached out to Wilson for a comment. What would you like him to say about this? Like, that is strange.
Mary
I. I just, I know it's. It's becoming too much. It's becoming too much like this. This is a very sad situation. And. But it's just like weird that we're reading about this on tmz. Like it's getting too much for me.
Courtney
Like, would we know about this if we didn't know who west was? Because he's connected to it. It's just, it feels icky. And then also to know that this happened like the night before the reunion. I just, I kind of want to move past it, but I felt like we had to say something.
Mary
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's a strange situation.
Courtney
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Let's change into a different, strange situation, because one of the things you cannot grasp, you are obsessed with, is the connection of Dr. Dre and Michelle from the Valley. Dating.
Mary
Yes. Like a paparazzi found Jesse this week, like, yesterday, and was like, so did you know that was gonna happen? And Jesse's like, I found out the same way you guys did. I had no heads up. Then he's like, I just hope, you know, she continues to be a good mother. And then he does this, like, dig, because when her and Aaron broke up, it was a lot on Isabella. I'm like, oh, okay. Yes, of course. And if you and Lacy break up, that would be a lot on Isabella. You know, it's. It's sad. It's hard. But, I mean, for all we know, she went to dinner with Dre and that's it, you know, like, nothing could come of this.
Courtney
Again, he was holding her hand because there was a crack in the sidewalk and he needed to help her get over it. Apparently, her friend works with Dr. Dre and introduce them.
Mary
Do you think this was a first date?
Courtney
I'd like to think that they're in a fully serious relationship so that I can cross it off of my predictions list. Everything always goes back to how can it benefit me? And the prediction list, which does not matter, but just does matters to me. I'd like to get as many as possible. Wait, can I also tell you something really funny? So there's this US Magazine article, and it's like, Teddy, Melanie texted Jesse and was like, Dr. Dre. And he was like, I was wondering why Isabella got a pair of new Beats headphones.
Mary
This is so, so good.
Courtney
Like, it's so silly. And I'm like, that is. You know, that's so Jesse. He is. He's a witty one.
Mary
I feel like he is probably kind of loving this, though. I feel like this is somehow going to benefit him.
Courtney
They seemingly have a good relationship with each other at this point, too. Especially when we talk about the Valley in a little bit. I think he had to have been laughing when he found out, like, Lacy, you're gonna shit yourself when I tell you what is going around the Internet. Because, you know, if he didn't see it, he opened his phone at one point and had like, 40 text messages.
Mary
Oh, my gosh. I can't. I can't even imagine them seeing that
Courtney
photo in the Valley group chat they are sending being like, what the hel. Because also, who on that cast knew about it, you know? Or are they all discovering at the Same time. Michelle, you said you were going to Nobu, but not with who.
Mary
I feel like Lala. I've. I bet Michelle contacted Lala before and was like, I have this kind of opportunity to go on this date. What do you think? And Lala was like, definitely. Can you hook me up with 50?
Courtney
If Lala started dating 50s? I'm giggling. That is silly. Oh, my gosh. I feel like you don't go to Nobu unless you kind of, like, want to.
Mary
You want to be seen. Kim just went, yeah, no, people go to be seen. It's like the Ivy. It's like Craig's.
Courtney
I went to Nobu there. There were people from the Bachelor. Like, Jason Momoa was there. Like, it is a hot spot there. Yes, exactly. And so I just would love to know what they talk about.
Mary
Good for her.
Courtney
I mean, it's just silly. Just so silly. Okay, last night was the watch what Happens live with Bailey and Mother Hubbard. What were your overall thoughts?
Mary
I thought it was very funny that Lindsay wore that horse tie from the Montana girl. Like, what a statement. I was surprised how much they were allowed to answer. I'd be, like, so nervous if I was them, because it's watch just happens live. So, I mean, I bet they were prepped a lot ahead of time. Obviously, they're giving the questions to them. So Aaron was also in the audience.
Courtney
Don't forget Levi.
Mary
Yes, yes.
Courtney
Levi was miked and Aaron was. Andy was like, oh, God, if you guys only knew the drama that Aaron is involved. I'm like, stop pushing Roni on us. Okay. When she started another prank. Queen of pranks. But yes, I will say, because when Lindsay came out, I was like, is she wearing the same designer Meha? Like, is she wearing her tie? And then she literally confirms him. Like, see, Lindsay has a level of petty that I find so hilarious. Like, that is just so silly that she did that.
Mary
Absolutely. Totally respect that. But not giving my Carl a stuffed animal.
Courtney
I can't talk about it with you because it's actually impossible to see nuance about this subject of Carl. I love Carl. I think he's great. I'm very happy for him. And I think if Lindsay next season, let's just say they were back on Summer House and Lindsay is still doing this, then that's getting annoying. At this point, though, it's like, ride it out. It's over. It's done. Take your last looks. Because then it's gonna get weird. Sure. Can we allow that?
Mary
Yeah, we will find out.
Courtney
So I wanted to talk about. Because Obviously, like you said, they're talking about the reunion, but they also have to talk about the reunion as if they haven't filmed the reunion of some of the questions that are being asked, you know, and then you could kind of see on their faces too. And I always notice this with after reunion watch. What happens live is like, they'll. The guests will always kind of look at Andy, like, do. How should I be answering this? Like, should I answer this as if I don't know what we've talked about at the reunion, or am I trying to keep it vague because we have answered these things at the reunion?
Mary
I. I would get very confused. I could tell you in that chair because I'd be like, what am I allowed to do? I'm scared to get a ticket, get fined. I would just, like, be, like, pretty quiet, I think. But she. They gave us a lot of info, so I love that they both said, like, there's no way this is end game. Like, they think this will end very soon.
Courtney
Bailey said, if it's not over yet, it will be over in two weeks. Bailey had a great first watch what happens live. And I also think, too, the way that she shouted out Levi, we need to give Levi another season. I'm sorry. Like, the girl deserves more.
Mary
I know it's unfortunate that's not happening. So I thought it was also very interesting that Lindsay says, well, I think there was an emotional affair and then it became physical and that it started before February.
Courtney
Do you think it started last summer? At the reunion? There was, like, a revelation of something that happened last summer. Now I think we're on the same timeline that we think maybe December, January, whatever. The physical part started, but. And maybe you're seeing it with the episode from last night, too. Is that the emotional part especially, I think on Amanda's end started much sooner. I think just a guy was being nice to her, and she started to develop a crush from that. And then the emotional part for her was there, and it wasn't acted on until later down the line.
Mary
Yeah. My hope is that it happened in 2026. I'll be very curious that, you know, when she moves out of the apartment, like, are we seeing that on the city? And then when are we gonna see Wes pop up on the city in that. Is it when she's moved out or before? And I'm guessing it's when she's moved out.
Courtney
Is it the day of his date with Mia? Oh, September, pre gaming. Oh, that's what I. That's what I was trying to Ask yesterday, like, is that part of it that there could be something that. Like, that's when they were hanging out. And then she told her at Bravo, I have a puzzle piece right now. Okay. In front of me is a puzzle, and it is painted the same color. Blue. Okay. And I am trying to put this puzzle piece together, but it's. It's blue. There's no. Like, the middle is blue as the same from three pieces over. And there's nothing that I can do besides just put the pieces together until they fit.
Mary
Right? Well, we got a little bit more pieces to the puzzle because, you know, Bailey talks about this brunch, and that was on February 28th. And this is when Wes and Amanda are at a bar together. Then Kyle comes in, and they have this kiss. And it sounds like it was a big, big kiss. In Lindsay's line at Watch what happens live. Deliver it for us.
Courtney
Imagine using your husband as a decoy for your boyfriend. I. I was like, diabolical. Diabolical.
Mary
Like, and apparently Wes goes like, let them do their thing, because he's trying to get the heat off him.
Courtney
I think he literally doesn't care, though. Like, I think he's like, yeah, whatever, because it doesn't really West. To me, it doesn't feel like he gets jealous in people he's hooking up
Mary
with or, I mean, well, we don't know. They were in a very tricky situation. So I feel like he's like, if you have to do that to get the heat off us, no problem.
Courtney
Decoy.
Mary
Jesse and Lindsay go to Canada to promote for hey, you and Jesse. This is on March 2nd, and Jesse's, like, trying to puzzle things together and talks to Lindsay about it. And Lindsay's like, absolutely not. No way. And it's like, that's pretty wild.
Courtney
She's also pissed, too, because they bring up that Wes posted that photo of Sierra and Gemma at Lindsay's house.
Mary
And we kept bringing that up. I. I kept bringing that up. I'm like, no, they were all good together because they were playing with Gemma.
Courtney
She was like, oh. And we addressed that at the reunion. She's like, I'm pissed. Not only are you, like, effing with Sierra at that point, but then you're also bringing my daughter into this. Like, that's not cool. I also like what she said, too, because somebody asked her, like, are you upset about bringing west onto the show? And she's like, I'm not going to take blame for that. Are you kidding? Everybody love Wes. He was the best newbie. To come on in so long until up again until two months ago. And I would agree. Like, I think that Wes was a great addition. I think Jesse's been a good addition. The people that they brought on were good additions. He just thinks with the wrong head.
Mary
This is my favorite season with Jesse Solomon because he's a Gossip Girl. I love it.
Courtney
So you're a solid woman now.
Mary
I am. I've converted.
Courtney
There's. This is probably going to go by the wayside. But I was like, oh, Bailey is in agreement with us that Sabrina and Ben were dating this whole time. Now people are really trying to kind of throw Bailey, like, well, that's because Bailey wants to be with Ben, blah, blah. I'm like, no, she's connecting the dots like we did.
Mary
I wonder if at the reunion he will admit to that.
Courtney
Just admit to it. Because otherwise, it's like you're buying a Christmas ticket. And we're in August.
Mary
Yeah. Yeah.
Courtney
And you've been together for three weeks at this point. Come on. Come on.
Mary
I love people that can dive right in, though.
Courtney
Okay, when was that first rumor? March 2nd. They were promoting that. I want to say it was like March 5th when that first rumor came out.
Mary
Oh, I don't. I would have no idea about that.
Courtney
Again, blue pieced puzzle. I can't. I don't know where it fits. Where. But I'm just. I'm enthralled by this.
Mary
We're obsessed.
Courtney
Like, it's again, unhealthy. I want to eat, breathe, live summer house. Like, I'm grabbing drinks with girlfriends later tonight. What am I going to talk about my best friends in the Hamptons? Do I know a single one of them? No. Are they my actual friends? Absolutely not. Am I going to talk with them with fervor, as if this is happening in my own personal life? Of course I am. Of course I am. And you know what? I know that they're going to be just as into it because as Maika told us in the interview earlier today, it's international, baby.
Mary
It's made it across the bond.
Courtney
Yes. What do you think is going to happen? Like, do you think that there's another leak? There's been this rumor now that the audio. That there's like 30 minutes of a leak and that they're, like, breaking it up in parts for us, which I'm like, just give us one a day until we hit a reunion.
Mary
Don't want any more leaks. I think we've got a solid taste. We've had three and. And that's enough. You know, you've had your appetizer. Let's wait for the full meal. We don't want to get overstuffed. We got to enjoy the main event.
Courtney
You are so right. I don't want to be full. I would never be full. I'm a bottomless pit when it comes to this. But I do think you're right for, like, my own sanity. Now, if something was going to come out, give it to me next week. Like, one a week maybe would be okay. No, don't. Integrity is important, everyone.
Mary
I can't handle it. Did you see that cartoon?
Courtney
That's like, a conscious story. Is that where you saw it?
Mary
I don't know. I don't even know.
Courtney
Like, it's a New Yorker cartoon, and it's someone that's in confessional, but it's Andy and his. Watch what happens. Live chair. And someone being like, please forgive me, Andy, for I've listened to all three leaks.
Mary
Ten Hail Marys for that and three Our Fathers.
Courtney
What does that mean?
Mary
Oh, when you go to confession, you tell the priest, and then they tell you your penance and. And what you have to do. So usually you. You go back to the pew, and they'll be like. You do five Hail Marys and three Our Fathers or whatever it is.
Courtney
So they rank how bad your sin is.
Mary
Yeah.
Courtney
And then when you go to the pew, what are you. You're. You're saying, hail Mary. Hail Mary. Hail Mary.
Mary
You say the full prayer? The full Hail Mary prayer. However many times I'm.
Courtney
We.
Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy name, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for sinners now at the death. Amen. And then you do that 10 times based on how many they told you.
Courtney
This is like the Catholic version of writing the same sentence on the chalkboard when you're in trouble.
Mary
Sure, if you call it that. I wouldn't say prayer is a punishment. You're asking for forgiveness. You're giving it up to Mary. You're doing your penance. Huh? Courtney's shocked.
Courtney
And then what's the second part of it? Hail Marys and what? It's.
Mary
It's a whole prayer.
Courtney
But you said, like, 10 Hail Marys
Mary
and three or it. This is an example. Sure. They might say, like and do, like, three Our Fathers or whatever.
Courtney
And Our Father is another prayer.
Mary
Yes.
Courtney
Big up to the big guy. Okay. And then you go back and you say, I'm forgiven.
Mary
No, I mean, you don't go back and say that you did it. They hope that you did it. And yeah.
Courtney
Oh, it's an honor system.
Mary
It is. And then it's like you're absolved of all your sins. You kind of have a clean slate.
Courtney
Huh?
Mary
It's a good feeling.
Courtney
Don't be a bad boy. Wait, this is. I've got so many more questions. I'm not going to ask them because we're here for a reason and it's not this. But can we take a break and come back and talk the Valley Yes.

And you can always tell which ones were thrown together last minute and which ones had a little Michael's magic behind them. Because the party shop at Michael's is truly my secret weapon. Michael's Everything to celebrate anything. I love making big pasta salads, sandwiches and cozy baked pasta dishes, but a lot of those are carb heavy and they don't fit my macros. But that's why I use herobread and especially hero noodles. They taste delicious, the texture is soft, fluffy, satisfying. It's crazy how they've done it because it tastes like a traditional bread or pasta, but it's a healthy swap. So they make sliced breads, buns, tortillas bagels and noodles so you can make the meals you love. I use the noodles for the pasta salads and family dinners and the tortillas are a quick for a great veggie wrap at lunch. These simple swaps help me hit my fiber goals without overthinking it. They are life changing. Before my bedding situation was fine. But you know the little things that start to add up. The shadow sheets were pilling the corners, popping off the mattress in the middle of the night. That's the absolute worst. Pillows going flat. And the bed somehow was getting too warm. Nothing terrible, but it just like wasn't great. And then we switched to Bowen Branch. You can feel the quality immediately. The sheets are unbelievably soft, very breathable. They don't trap heat, they don't slide around, and they somehow get softer with every wash. Our bed just feels more comfortable and inviting at the end of the day. We sit around, have our wine on our beautiful couch. I've taken a nap out there. I added some lighting. We have a fire pit now. It's a space I want to be. Literally the best part of this show. You guys, what is going on here? Like, I'm watching every week, but I know it's kind of a punishment, and yet I can't not watch it. I can't skip an episode. I'm there. I'm invested. But what are we doing?
Mary
Maybe you need to rank the people. Who do you want to watch the most and who do you want to watch the least?
Courtney
The most? I think we're focusing on the wrong storylines here. To me, the fun and the silly is between, like, Jesse, Lacy and Michelle and Dr. Dre. And I think that we need to be focusing over there because in this cast, the lightest people are like, Jesse. I think we are having way too much Tom Schwartz and Lala. I don't understand. I know Tom was always kind of like, but, like, the level of pathetic that because he has to pretend he doesn't have a girlfriend right now, even though he's fully with a girl, and that's why he can't kiss anybody at the Belmont of this stupid single scene.
Mary
And what was the deal with them all having lollipops?
Courtney
I was like, is there. Is this a weed lolly? Like, what are we doing? What are we doing?
Mary
I don't know.
Courtney
And then it's like, stop forcing Lala on me. Everything is so overproduced with her. She has her lines for her confessional. She's pulling out a CVS receipt. It's embarrassing and she's not entertaining to me. I'm wanting Sheena Shay back.
Mary
Wow, that is truly, truly shocking.
Courtney
I don't know what we're doing here. This week. They had me feeling bad for Janet because at this point, everyone just, like, wants to go at her. And. And I don't care if we don't like Janet or not, but it all just feels weird. And then it's like, Kristen's gonna get high with her at the end of the episode, but it's like, it's not an olive branch. Well, how would she take that? If you guys are smoking weed together and being cool, what are we doing?
Mary
I know Kristen's like, don't take this as a new friendship. Or anything. Like, I just feel like getting high in this moment.
Courtney
Yeah. I actually am glad that Brittany stood up for herself this week at game night at the bar when she was like, I don't want to be involved in this. I'm like, finally she says something because it actually is annoying with of them. I'm so sick of this fight because why is Dany acting like he is holier than thou? 10 Hail Marys and 3 hour gods for that man?
Mary
They did a disservice because we know, like, Danny and Nia are never going to forgive Janet and Jason and vice versa. So either one of those couples kind of had to go because right now it's like the group is never going to be able to come together. And honestly, I think Janet and Jason maybe should have been the people to go and maybe Danny and Nia at the same time. I don't know. Like you said, I want to see Zach, Jesse, Lacy, Michelle. The Kristen Luke situation fascinates me just because I'm postpartum as well.
Courtney
So I want Kristen, not Luke, not Luke in his tall socks be like, why won't you fuck me?
Mary
Luke is making himself look so bad. And what was crazy this week was how Kristin was like, so during my first trimester, things got really bad and I thought he was gonna leave and I was like, fine, do it. Go ahead, go. And it feels like they do get in these, like, pretty dark times. But he does not understand what Kristen is going through at all. She's like, go out, have fun. And the only thing he had to do was come home and sleep in the bed and then be functional enough to help Kaya for the morning. Also, even if you aren't functional enough, you better fake it that you're functional enough and you can wake up six or seven and then you can take your first nap. When the baby takes the first nap, you chose to go out and make yourself feel like, so guess what? You have to suffer the consequences in the morning. Sorry.
Courtney
Not only that, what did she ask to sleep in the bed. And you couldn't do that. And then he's like, christian, it's really hard for me too. Here's the thing. I don't doubt that it is hard for Luke, but you know who it's harder for?
Mary
Kristen.
Courtney
Yeah, exactly. You could have hard times and you. It could be really hard for you. Complain to any other person besides Kristen about this because you will never have the same amount that she does. Unfortunately, that's what her body is recovering. The hormones are everywhere. She's doing everything like, you too. And you know what? I think he does? I think he threatens all the time that he's going to move back to Indiana. I think he plays this game where he's like, I don't want to be in la. Well, Luke, it's funny how you're in LA getting a paycheck from a real reality TV show. You were on Kristen's podcast. You were in LA before you met Kristen donated to a sperm bank that Lala had gotten her sperm from. So you seem to like LA for enough, except when you don't like it and then you're gonna threaten to leave. So do it right.
Mary
No, this is like a huge problem because he's always going to hold this against her. Like, he's stuck there, and it's like, no, you're literally doing a job. I also think it's weird because Kristen is. Is obviously on this show as her job, like, working. And I think people don't view it as a job, perhaps because she's like a working mom right now and, you know, dealing with a newborn.
Courtney
It's not like she got, like, a normal postpartum, too. It's like when she was. They were at that restaurant, Britney and Jasmine and Kristen last week, and she just was, like, so unhappy. She. She's going through it and just is like, I just, like, I don't want to leave my house. She is having the hardest time being a working mom right now.
Mary
Completely. Completely.
Courtney
And it's.
Mary
It's like your hormones just go so down so fast. And it's tough.
Courtney
It's tough. 100%, Luke. You could do a really good job of not being an asshole.
Mary
He's just making himself look terrible. There's not an ounce of remorse I have for the man.
Courtney
He's like, oh, I haven't been able to go fishing. It's been three months, Luke. Stick your pole somewhere else. I'm so sick of him and the hard time he's having. Oh, shut up. Like, if you told me this was like a year out or, you know, we were further from the. The birth of our child, then maybe I'd feel, like, a little terrible. It's been three months.
Mary
When they go to that bar, like, around the corner from the house and get pizza, and they are gonna have this, like, like, fun date night. And then they start talking about their real. And her taking off those glasses, she's like, you want to talk about it? Let's go, buddy.
Courtney
I felt old VPR Kristen come out, and I love dish because I don't.
Ad Voice / Sponsor Host
You.
Courtney
Why do you bring that up? I don't know, Luke, because you bring it up all the freaking time. I'm embarrassed for him. I cannot believe this is the storyline that they went with for this season.
Mary
Courtney, it's not a storyline. I think that's what we're really watching. Like, this is truly their life. That's the difference.
Courtney
He's just terrible.
Mary
I think this is what they're literally living through in the moment and they're having a hard time having this baby.
Courtney
I have a question for you too. So, like, he wants to move back. He wants to move back. What does he think Kristen's skill set for a job in Indiana is? I know she has her clothing line James May, but if she's not on tv, what is her job, profession? Luke? Because somehow I think you'd get mad if she was a stay at home mom. I also thought you lived in Colorado.
Mary
I thought he lived in Colorado as well. And Kristen has agreed. Once Kaia is in school, they will live closer to family. It's like she's literally living in California to work because she is in the biz, baby.
Courtney
This is where the biz is, that show biz. And everyone's watching Bravo.
Mary
It's the popular thing to do.
Courtney
It just incenses me. And I am so frustrated watching this because then we also have to go to Santa Clarita, which I'm like, you know what? If you don't live in the Valley, you can leave the show because we have to see Danny be Mr. Milker. Let me put them. It's so annoying to be this kitschy in a way. Like, he's always joking around and I'm like, stop it. When they were playing, playing beer pong, and he was like, oh, my God. You guys went from two girls ten cups to two girls one cup. Oh, and you know what? I had to stop drinking the hard liquor. I just do white claws now. Okay, stop talking to Tom Schwartz, the king of half shots, about how to be a better drinker.
Ad Voice / Sponsor Host
I know.
Mary
Okay, My ranking is Lala's at the bottom, then God, then Janet and Jason, then Danny, India, then it's Britney, Jasmine. I actually kind of enjoy Schwartz. I think he's harmless. Then Kristen, Luke, and then Jesse, Lacey, Michelle. I like to watch. And Zach. Zach's my number one.
Courtney
Yep. Yeah, I agree. But even when Zach is, like, sitting down with Janet, here's the thing. If you guys aren't going to sit and have resolution, I don't want to see it. I mean, she made a point at game night. It's 10 against one here. I don't want to be put in these situations. And I can understand that, even though it's consequences of her own actions and why part of the group is mad at her. But we can't have just fight after fight after fight of us talking about this same thing over and over.
Mary
And this is from last year. That's really what the problem is. Like, I loved when Michelle and Nia went to the gymnastics and we learned so much more about her backstory. Like, she tried to be in the Olympics, like a serious gymnast. And then I was like. And Aaron broke up with her because she wasn't an athlete or athletic enough or a gym person. Like, like, screw him. But it was interesting to hear about her dad leaving them because he had, like, a mental illness that has been undiagnosed. And when the. The mother passed away, he was still calling her his wife. That was a super interesting story to me. I would love to know more about that. And even her talking about her and Jesse, like, when they were in love and getting engaged in Paris and how she's changing this stone. I'm invested in learning more about her 100%. I don't want to learn more about Lala. I unfortunately think, like, Dani, Nia, Janet and Jason could all go because no one's going to be able to come together because of them. I think Jasmine has a super interesting story. She's getting married this year. I would love to know more about her time as a cheerleader, more of her backstory, how she got to la.
Courtney
They.
Mary
We give her nothing.
Courtney
I agree. Her and Zach are kind of almost a joke in a way, where it's like, you bring on Zach because we're gonna be funny. Like, we're gonna go to a sex shop and look at the silly things. Oh, bring in Zach while Kristen is getting waxed so he can see her vagina. And it's bumming me out because there are stories that could be happening and we're not focusing on the right stuff. I don't know why we needed to have singles night with Schwartz, Lala, Michelle. Or then we're going and we're getting our toenails done and we're like, have. We're going to make the receptionist a joke. Like, Lala, the attitude that she had towards this receptionist when she showed up at the Belmont was so freaking rude. Who the hell do you think you are?
Mary
Lala? Lala always talks about, like, hooking up and yet, like, never actually has A real date on camera.
Courtney
Slide into the DMS with a chef's kiss hand and like. And you're single. It always works, does it? Not saying she doesn't go out on dates, but she just. She has this, like, holier than thou attitude about herself where she thinks she's doing all of them a favor by being on this show completely complete.
Mary
I have been loving Jesse and Lacy. I think they are fascinating. I think he is so obsessed with her and so in love with her. He would do anything she wanted. I love how she's like, you're a hoarder. Calling him out on his. I. I think it's. It's great.
Courtney
I wonder if he was like this with Michelle in the beginning too, because they said, oh, you're such a beta in your relationship. And he just laughs like, yeah, I kind of am. I'm so wondering what it was like with Michelle in the beginning because it sounds like he pursued her. The engagement that was in Paris. And then I do wonder if children change something for them because it happened in Covid, you know, when we, I
Mary
think was tough for them.
Courtney
Yeah. So I'm like, is he always like this? Because it's really funny to watch him because she could say probably the meanest thing to him and he'd be like, I love you. Can we live together? How do I get myself into, like, your house? When he was like, oh, and like your bomb shelter, she's like, please don't talk. Talk about that on camera. She doesn't want people to find it. So in case something does happen, she's like, I'm not sharing this space.
Mary
It's literally not even at her house. I feel like it's like out in Arizona or something. You have to drive a couple hours to get to it. Did you feel like that?
Courtney
I have no idea. Because she doesn't want us to know. What did you think about Brandon inserting himself again? Because Kristen was not excited about that. We had a big pool party at Britney's. It was take two of everyone that's gonna be in there. And everyone's like, oh, God, a caperna. I can smell a caperna in here. I'm like,
Mary
I kind of like watching him try to be in the mix just because, you know, it's someone like, wanting to be on tv. He's inserting himself. He's the new Sabrina, if you ask me. Except I think people like Sabrina, so I like Sabrina, so I think it's interesting to me. It's good tv.
Courtney
This is kind of like the Petty drama. I want to see when he was like, kristen, be nice. And she looks at him, he's like. Like your loving usual self. And she's like, he has a small lane in Britney's life and he better stay in it. And I'm like, let's focus on that. It feels so weird where it's like Janet comes into the room and everyone's okay, let's ignore her. Like, that's not how these shows work.
Mary
I know. They really need to move forward fast or else they're going to lose the audience.
Courtney
Have they lost a lot of the audience? I mean, we're all watching still because we're hoping for resolution, but we're spending too much time on things that we as the audience don't want to talk about anymore.
Mary
Completely. It's last year. We got to leave it in the past. We got to move forward.
Courtney
What do you think we need to do with this show?
Mary
I think we need to go to San Diego and have fun. And that Janet and Jason and Danny and Nina need to sit down and say, we need to all be in the same room at the same time and be pleasant. And you don't have to forgive us for last season, but we gotta move forward and we gotta have a fudgeing blast in San Diego.
Courtney
It doesn't look like it from the preview. It doesn't look like it. And this is why. This is why we need to focus on Michelle, Jesse and Lacy. Because watching Michelle and Jesse at the pool party together when they were in the kitchen and they were talking about something and Michelle and Jesse, I feel like we're almost like elbowing. Like, you see this. They have the chemistry of we were together and now we're co. Parents.
Mary
Parents. Like, they're, they're friends, they're buddies, they can laugh. They're. They're not interested in each other whatsoever. And they know each other so well so they can laugh about things together.
Courtney
That's the kind of relationship I want to see. Even when they were like, jesse, can Michelle kiss Schwartz? And she was like, I'm not asking for permission. Then Lala's like, wait, I want camera time. I'll kiss Schwartz. And it's like, stop.
Mary
Too much. Too much stop.
Courtney
If you're gonna have Schwartz on there, then the girlfriend needs to be there. Because I'm not pretending. He doesn't have a girlfriend. Friend.
Ad Voice / Sponsor Host
I know, it's so strange.
Mary
And they're pretty serious at this point. I think he got a tattoo with her.
Courtney
Oh, well, he. When he was on watch what happens live last week. It's like the love of his life.
Mary
Well, good for him.
Courtney
Good for him, good for him. But don't Ben and Sabrina us here, we're not dumb. Remember when he knew about Sandoval and Raquel?
Mary
And you know what? I have to retract a statement. Oh, I think Jesse Solomon didn't know because we have a better timeline. You know what I mean? Like, he went to Lindsay on March 2, and, like, what do you think? So I guess he didn't know.
Courtney
I just. It's nice. It's nice to have a few of us together. Sure. Solo women unite. Anything else about this show?
Ad Voice / Sponsor Host
No, that's.
Mary
That's all I could say for right now. Let's come back tomorrow with Southern hospitality.
Courtney
See you then.
Mary
Bye.
