Traveling right now is really bad. It's better to be safe than sorry. We had a three hour delay, but we got there. Did my thing too. What's that?

No, we flew into JFK and then we went from San Diego to JFK and we did the JetBlue mint, which I tend to enjoy.

You put me on JetBlue mint and you're like, oh, you get your own pod. I pay for it. I change my flight. I did. I was in a like a economy plus C in the first class.

That's weird because I will say, like, depending on what airport you fly out of, they're different. They're diff. So I go to lax. They have the really nice ones. You got individual pods. You don't have to share. You're like, there's nobody next to you. And then I flew out of San Diego, which is, I think is a smaller airport, obviously than lax. And they were like two together.

Well, that's the one I took out of lax.

Yeah, it's. The individual pods are way better. They have a door that shuts. You're in a hole. That's weird. I don't know why. Maybe because you flew out of, like, Napa area and it's a small airport. It is what it is, you know. Let's talk about the Atlanta reunion, part one. Before the reunion, Phaedra goes to check in on Brit and she's MIA Now. I was a little bit confused. Did they sleep at the studio? No, it was like there was like girls getting there. I saw one, drove up and it was kind of looked like it was bad weather outside. But then we drove up. They all drove up. Okay.

Drove up. All of them. They did not.

[Host 2]

Well, Brett's not there and it's really weird because she had talked to some of the girls and she never said anything about not being there. Portia calls her, she gets her voicemail. The reunion was supposed to start at.

[Host 1]

9 o', clock, 11:30. He's still sitting there. You don't make the boss. Wait, let me tell you something. We would have never gotten away with that.

[Host 2]

That's why I was going to ask.

[Host 1]

You, would you have four o' clock call time? Five. Four, five. And you, you don't show up late like that. No, no.

[Host 2]

I was like. And he looked annoyed.

[Host 1]

He should have been.

[Host 2]

Yeah. I would have been so annoyed. She. Did you. Did you happen to see Shamia's face when Portia entered the room?

I didn't.

[Host 2]

Oh, her face was like. And I'm like, oh, they're not in a good spot. I thought that they were.

They are no longer friends.

[Host 2]

They follow each Other on Instagram.

That's, you know, when they. When people unfollow each other, then they get friends again. They follow back.

Have you ever gotten mad at somebody? Unfollowed them?

No. Don't gauge by me.

I know stupid.

Well, we didn't have social media in high school, but that would be like scratching out somebody's picture in the yearbook on a photograph or in the year.

Yeah. Yep.

I know you do me, I'm like, yeah. So if I'm ever not friends with someone and I still follow them on social media, then you have to know. Yeah, they still follow each other, but you. You have to. Don't use that as a gauge for me.

[Host 2]

Yeah, well, sometimes I like to be a petty and follow on block, so I love that. You don't deserve that part of my life.

[Host 1]

I. You. I'm gonna tell you something. Nobody gets me really that mad. I don't care enough.

[Host 2]

Yeah. Oh, that's a good way to look at it.

I'd rather vote out than unfollow you.

[Host 2]

Well, you rather scratch my face out in the yearbook than. How about your react? What's your reaction to Brit not showing up?

[Host 1]

I. Did she want to make a statement? Was it for attention? I think it's too early to make a comment on that. You know, I'm a Capricorn. I like to really think things out before I speak on them. I really. I need some more information on how policy move.

[Host 2]

Definitely a ballsy move. She's not going to come back. It's not.

[Host 1]

She's not coming back. No.

[Host 2]

It's not very often that you have a newbie that gets on a, you know, platform like Bravo, which is huge. Gets on the platform, and then just decides, nope, not doing this.

[Host 1]

She's calculated well she was going to sue. And if she did go to the reunion, how would she be able to sue?

[Host 2]

So you think that her attorney told her? It's not going to be a good look if you voluntarily go to the reunion. She also has a contract.

[Host 1]

I don't think her attorney told her that day. I think right up until that day, so they couldn't edit anything out. And she. She did. It was a. It was a power move. She played them. She knew she was incoming to the reunion and just showed up. Earl didn't show up that morning so that they could not manipulate anything to cut her out of anything or to fix anything that would help their case.

Well, some of the girls are shocked. Yeah, I. I don't know. I Don't know what to make of it, honestly. But some of the girls are shocked. Kelly says that she caused. That Brit caused mass destruction in the friend group and that she plays victim and villain at the same time. We all have. We all know that person on every cast that pills villain and victim. Yeah, it's. Yeah, they're the. The worst kind. Portia spoke to Brit last night. Brit didn't mention one thing about not showing up to the reunion. Like, she didn't want anybody to know.

Brit knew what she was doing. And again, I stick to my theory by saying she did it so last minute so that nothing can be manipulated to help to, like, hurt her case that she's going to be doing. She. She's a very thought out person.

[Host 2]

Now, I found this very interesting. Drew got a text from Brit a couple weeks ago saying that Britt was filing a lawsuit against Drew over a blog posted about the poster board at Kenya's. You know, Kenya's party. Why? What did Drew do? Well, is there something we don't know? Did you give.

[Host 1]

Did you write? Did it come from Drew?

[Host 2]

Yeah. So that leads me to believe there's a possibility that these pictures that Kenya showed came from Drew.

[Host 1]

I'm feeling like maybe. Maybe or allegedly.

[Host 2]

Yeah, I. I just don't understand. What other. What other grounds does she have to sue her?

[Host 1]

None.

[Host 2]

No. Now, you know, Portia did insinuate they came from a housewife, but she didn't say. Yeah, she didn't say what housewife.

[Host 1]

And, you know, let's just talk for a second, because we could be like, conspiracy theory up the ass here. So all of a sudden, Portia becomes friends with Brit. Portia's book is full. She does not need to become friends with Brit. And Portia is not that stupid to be getting close with someone who can be quite sloppy at times and turn on you on a dime if things don't go away. But if. If she has proof, if Brit has proof that Drew had something to do with those pictures, then Portia would. It would be in her best interest to become friends with Brit, because Britt's about to take down her arch enemy on this show.

Yeah, that makes sense.

But then I thought, well, it's because Phaedra was only there for 10 days.

I think. See, I disagree with that. I think that Cynthia should have had the second. She did such a great job. I felt like she should have been out there the entire time. She did so much. But Cynthia being a friend and sitting closer to Andy, I mean, she's closer than Drew is and she's a full time housewife.

Here's what I have to say to that. I never. Another thing I never gauge is where you're sitting on the couch. I could care less where I sit. Like, you know what? Put me wherever you want. That's it. I don't care. I've never sat next to Andy. But if you sit next to Andy, you know, you've been through the fucking mill.

It's usually I. There's either like a fight between two people and they'll be on both sides. Somebody that's in, you know, I don't know. Some people say seniority. I don't agree with that. It's not seniority.

Yeah, I mean, like, Kyle sits next to Andy and I feel like there's other people that have done more at certain seasons than her. And, you know, whatever. I mean, I don't care. Like I said, it doesn't mean anything. It doesn't mean.

It's like, yeah, in life, you don't remember what you said. Like, somebody will repeat something to you. And then it's also people's POV of things. Somebody's point of view. Like, you could say something and think nothing of it. Right, Tamara? But then you got somebody else who's, like, putting that in the back of their head, saying, I'm gonna use this against her one day.

Yeah. Or like, you know, Portia says something that gets back to Shamia, and Shamia is like, wait, this is my friend. Like, what is she doing? Then she gets upset, and then she slowly leaks things out to one person. Before, you know, it's a big, giant fight.

So I think it all started with Portia wasn't being that welcoming to Shamia, who they're supposed to be lifelong friends. And listen, not everybody. I'm gonna. One compliment I'll give myself. I'm a Lot of stupid things. I'm a lot of dumb things. But I carry my friends. I never not bring my friends along anywhere on or off the show. I always try to support women and be a team player.

Not everyone's gonna do that. I don't think Portia did it here, but Shamia didn't need her to do it. So now, to be honest, Shamia owes her nothing. Absolutely zero.

I had a friend for a while, and I had to cut the friendship off and he went and did horrible things about me. So I would never do that ever. So Andy asked Drew whether she stands by her comment the Porsche's return to Atlanta was a flop. I don't know where she said that. I'm assuming it must have been an interview. Okay. Oh, you have all the details. I don't think that Porsche's return was a flop. I think we definitely are seeing a more calm Porsche.

I think. I think Portia. Portia. But here's where. Because I was. I was frustrated with Portia through a lot of the season also. She did not react. She wasn't reactive when she should have been at certain times. But again, she was Going through so much. It is so stressful. The women on this show this year had real stress, real life stress.

Like, no, they're going through a lot of things. Yeah.

Trying to support kids, finances, divorce, dealing with men who are putting stuff out about you. You know, it's a lot like they had. They had their fair share and. And they still gave us a really good show. So I'm. I'm like, want to say girls, you girls housewifed it up. You did good. Like, really good.

Well, Drew says she stands by it. She still thinks that Portia, you know, her term was a flop.

Yeah. And then, then the word storyline, like, you know, you didn't have a storyline. The whole you don't have a storyline insult is so played out, I can't even stand it.

We have lives, and not every year you have something huge going on. But Portia did come back to the show. She is going through a divorce. Her husband is going through, you know, like, she can't film in her house. Her husband is detained. Like, there's. She does have things going on, but not everybody has a giant storyline or something big going on.

Life unfolds every day, especially in the dynamics and in a group of women. You know, there. Here's the thing. When you make a plan. God laughs. This is. This is the truth. So I'm saying, like, if you're planning your storyline out through production, and here, this is what my storyline is. There's. There's five people's lives, six, seven people's lives to follow.

You can't get. It's the. It's not a movie about you. So I agree with you, Tamara storyline. Bullshit. Overplayed, overused line. Gets really on my nerves.

You don't have to on somebody's company, especially when you were an ambassador for so many years when you had nothing.

And I agree, you know, there's a lot of content creators out there that are just doing a job and having fun doing it, and then there's some that are so thirsty and desperate to turn on people they're talking to and try to get on the show. Like, it's just. It's. It's too much like, you know, and. And another thing is, like, the drop. The show's giving them a platform. Like, do. Can we get away. Away from it? I don't know.

I think that it's too far gone. I think it's. It's now become a part of the shows. It has now become a part of the Bravo world. And I don't know. I don't think you can undo that.

Like, what was it, a 20,000 bill, $20,000 bill or something like that.

Okay. So Kelly said, well, I had to spend 200,000 on legal fees for my divorce, so I was struggling. Hold on, hold on. Okay? I am a saver. I am a saver. I have my freaking retirement. I have it. Let me ask you a question. If $200,000 puts you so far back that you can't pay your bills, what the are you doing buying your daughter five designer bags? Your dog has to have these. Now, I'm confused on that, because I, too, thought that you have to have cause to file a restraining order. I mean, you can go in and lie, but that's not, you know, being.

Here's the thing. In New Jersey, you have to have a reason for that. Like, there has to be a threat of a really. Yeah, a really big threat. Not a little threat. Like, they just don't give them out for nothing here. But Phaedra, the counselor there, says that. Yeah, you can't. You can do that. You don't need. Right. So.

Well, I mean, you can try to file a temporary restraining order, and if nobody goes in and fights it, the other person doesn't fight it, then it'll probably be honored. But it. Maybe. Atlanta's different. Oh, wait. We got some information here. Atlanta, you cannot file a restraining order or protective order without cause. That's what I thought.

Okay, so then why did Phaedra say that?

[Host 2]

I don't know. Well, she was incorrect on that, but.

I wouldn't, because, you know, that's a big thing. That's a. That's a serious thing. They. I. They don't give them out here for nothing.

Yeah. Now, Andy asked about Kelly's expenses and why she couldn't pay her rent. Maybe just cut back on the bodyguards, the dog grooming, designer bags for the kids, and maybe things will be better. So let's see. Andy asked Angela about the rumors in the group about Charles, and he asked whether Angela knew Phaedra sent Marcus to the group. Angela pulls out her folder and says Marcus said he sent her and that Phaedra was. Or her brother went to high school with his aunt. Now, that's just my cousin's sister's brother. That's like you say, my cousin, sister, brother owns that restaurant in Big Bear. Like, what the hell? It's reaching.

It's so reaching. Like, Angela thought she was going to have the code to the nuclear bomb here because. Because she thought she had something big on Phaedra. She had nothing. But no, let's write. This is what I've been waiting for this whole podcast to get to. Can you please explain to me, because I can't listen to Angela speaking that long on the phone call. Can you? I'm sure if you listen.

Let's go over it. So for you guys that haven't heard, there has been a leaked phone call. I'm assuming it's from Marcus. Giorgio says has posted it on Instagram. Now, this call is between Angela and Marcus. It's about 16 minutes long. It is the most confusing phone call I've ever listened to, but there's a few things that I did take from it. I am assuming that this phone call happened after the initial connection with Marcus where he said, you know, cheers to somebody cheating on their husband or your wife, whatever. After that, in between, where she brought Marcus to her husband's charity event. This is where I think the finale. Angela and Marcus talk about needing receipts to back up a past situation. He mentioned that Nene Leaks is his third cousin, but says she doesn't claim him, which I don't know why. Yeah, I don't know why we need.

To know that times. And three out of the three times, she didn't even speak to him. So. Okay.

[Host 2]

Now Marcus apologizes for what happened and says he felt disgusted by it all.

[Host 1]

I wouldn't claim him either.

[Host 2]

So these conversations are leading me to believe that Angela didn't set up the initial conversation. Right? No, I don't think she did. But now she's saying, you know, we need to get our story straight. We need to come up with a plan. The she pitches a scene where she catches Marcus and other party talking and confronts them. Marcus recalls Phaedra once kissed him and whispered in his ear. Maybe the cameras caught that. We can say that he was. She was involved. Angela accuses a Phaedra setting Marcus up and questions why he's protecting her. This whole conversation is so confusing to me. She talks to him as if she kind of knows she's being recorded. But then she slips quite a few times.

She's not that smart at this. It's not.

[Host 2]

It was like she was coaching him. You need to say this and you need. I don't know. And then Marcus suggests Angela should publicly go in on him again, but also frame him as a scapegoat. Says he can't name names, but can provide subtle breadcrumbs.

[Host 1]

And I ask who was. Who was the. What. What party was recording this? Him or her?

[Host 2]

I. You know what? I don't know. I'm assuming it was him.

[Host 1]

You do know a recorded anything is not admissible in. In a court of Law. Unless the other person knows they're being recorded.

[Host 2]

Well, also, I think releasing something like that isn't.

[Host 1]

No, it's against either.

Yeah.

Knowing it. So I'm just curious who recorded it? I, at this point, don't even know. I'm.

I don't know. I don't know. But Angela, one thing that. It shocked me. Angela wants proof or validation to make their claims credible. So they're putting. Trying to put their heads together to try to pin this on, which sounds like Phaedra.

Phaedra is not phased by it, by the way, at all. And. And considering somebody who went through what she went through, actually got fired for put, you know, making a false allegation about. Against someone and. And perpetrating it to be true and whatever it is that happened back, we all know not to get into it, but I don't think Phaedra, as we say, is a bright woman, would do that again.

No, I don't. I don't think she would at all. Yeah. In Georgia, legal to secretly record a call you're not a part of, such as eavesdropping on someone else's conversation.

[Host 1]

So it's legal to record the call if you are a part of it. Yeah.

[Host 2]

You're not a part of it. Illegal to report a call if you're not a part of it. Huh? I don't know. Every state's different. But they ended the conversation. They agreed to talk again tomorrow and figure out a plan moving forward. So I don't know if. Now he says in there, like, he was just being a messy guy. So did he figure he was going to show up and he did this on his own, and then after he did that, she caught. She contacted him and say, listen, let's pin this on somebody else.

And his family's mad at him, as you know.

Yeah, he said his family was mad. I mean, he looks like a douche lord doing this, really, but he.

Douche lord. I'm going to use that. So what I say here is he's so not credible. He. It's just not worth even talking about. And Angela should have removed herself so far from him instead of trying to get something out of him, being like, you know what? Charles did not want to hear what he had to say, even if he was telling Charles where it came from. She's like, no, no, you have to listen. She's not that smart. He's like, I don't care. I don't care what this guy has to say. I want him to fuck out of here and, you know, to give him any more whatever. If this man wanted to tell her who did it, if somebody really did it, she would know already.

Do you think that she did this? She orchestrated this herself to kind of go out with a bang?

[Host 1]

No, I don't not.

[Host 2]

I just don't. I don't understand. What the hell, I don't know. Every day something new comes out. So we're gonna see, we're gonna, we're gonna hear, I'm sure. Phaedra insists that she doesn't know Marcus and doesn't want to take Angela down. Angela says Phaedra was trying to secure her spot. Now that was the stupidest comment she could have made. Phaedra says I have a guaranteed contract.

Phaedra, smart, probably the most secure of all housewives I know because she's got. She gets everything. She gets shows, she gets sideshows, Dancing.

[Host 2]

With the stars, yes, but also Phaedra is very smart. Do you think any other housewife on any other franchise would film for 10 days and hold a peach, hold an orange, hold. Hold an apple? No, they wouldn't. They wouldn't. She negotiated this, I'm speculating, but she negotiated this into her contract. Just like she negotiated guaranteed contract that she'll be back.

Yeah. So, I mean, it's not Phaedra that has to worry at all. I think at this point with Angela and all this scheming that's going on, she should be worried.

Who do you think's coming back and who do you think isn't?

Let's think about this. I think Portia's coming back, Phaedra's coming back, Cynthia's coming back. I obviously Britt's not coming back. Drew, I think that's questionable. I'm not sure that she's coming back. Kelly. What? I. I think Kelly will come back.

I think everybody. I don't think there'll be a shake up. I think it did well.

I don't know. I don't know. I mean, we obviously know that Brit's not coming back. That's a no brainer.

There's going to be a big fallout with Shamia and Portia. I predict next season it's going to be the War of the Worlds because they are both. They know where all their bodies are buried.

I hope that they don't go that dark and ugly against each other because they have been friends for a long time and obviously, you know, a lot about your friend. That's going to show character if Portia starts revealing all the secrets that they know as friends. That's shitty. That is absolutely shitty. Now we're talking about a 10 year relationship. Not somebody that you know, they've met that started going together.

Oh, 20 years. However long it was. I don't even know. It's just a long relationship. Very few fan thoughts. I just don't believe Portia did that to Angela, which I think we all agree this point. Too many filler scenes in the first half. Couldn't. Could have been just a two parter. Why? It was. There was a lot of filler scenes in it. But good for them because they get more money.
