I mean, only Mary. Leave it to Mary to call someone to let them know they're having an event and you're not invited. I mean, even her dog was like.

Nope, no, that's my dog. If. And if. If he lifted a paw, then he. They were invited and he didn't.

L. The dog is so cute. The dog is so cute.

And she's so funny. Mary really cracks me up.

She does. But she's a little intimidating.

Yeah, a lot. Like, she's kind of scary. Like, you don't know. She's like that aunt or uncle you have that. You don't know what's going to come out of their mouth.

Yes. So she's like Tamara Judge.

Yeah. Kind of no skin. No. But her way is, like. It's so, like, harsh. But there's no, like, she doesn't yell. She doesn't scream, I'm gonna try that. I'm gonna try it. I'm just gonna. Very nicely. With a smile.

But she also doesn't say things behind other people's face. She just says it right to their face.

The only thing that makes me believe that something did go down on the plane is because I don't feel like Mary would lie. The other ones. Yes, I do. Mary, no.

You think this went down. Yelling, screaming, shaking of the seat, pulling of the hair, spilling this wine. I mean, I just.

Any housewife would have pulled a phone out.

Yeah, I know.

[Tamara Judge]

If it was happening to me, I would pull a phone out.

I know. But while they're at Sunday social at Vaulters, they start discussing what happened on the plane. Meredith and Lisa claim that Meredith was just very upset, venting to Lisa. While Whitney claims that Britney was terrorized for. For five hours. Meredith says that's not possible because she watched two movies and slept. The girls ask what movies she watched. Meredith can only name crazy, rich Asian. And then Angie. Angie asks how it ends, and Meredith can't remember.

[Tamara Judge]

She's like, are we really doing this? Like, seriously, how can you not.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

How can you believe her when she can't remember how it ends?

[Tamara Judge]

Well, first of all, when I watch a movie on the plane or watch a movie anywhere, I tend to go in and out of sleep. It puts me to sleep. So I don't know. I don't know. But five hours is a long time to have a meltdown and nobody do anything.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Well, Lisa Barlow may not Be a good listener. But the fact that she can recall this movie, I was like, you know what?

[Tamara Judge]

When Lisa says, I have Global Entry, I should have used it. What? What? Is that going to fix anything? Well, I don't understand where that.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Because they were waiting for five hours, and they didn't wait with Five hours for what? To get through customs.

[Tamara Judge]

Bullshit.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That's happened to me before.

[Tamara Judge]

Five hours, yes.

But I don't. I mean, I have the card as well, and I've never tried it. But if you just have it, can you just get in the line and show them your card? Does it have to be on your ticket?

I think so. I think you can just show your card, yeah. Oh, no, you can't. Global Entry only needs your face.

I don't know. But I was. I was watching a comedian on the show on Netflix. Who was it? Oh, Kevin Hart. And he was talking about, like, when you're younger, you can, like, jam your foot into something and you just like, start jumping up and down and you bounce it out. But over 40, you stub your toe, you're in a boot. You're in a boot for six weeks. It's so true. It's like you break a foot in your. In your 20s, you just like, you know, you rub it out. That's what you do.

You rub it out. You get it done. But Lisa tells Meredith that she met with Brittany recently. And we see a flashback from two days prior of Brittany and Lisa. Lisa claims she had no part in what happened. These two just see Brittany as less than. So it's never going to get better. Okay.

Britney. I mean, especially after meeting her and her lovely daughter at Bravo Khan. I'm really warming up to her.

Yes, I am. I am. I think she's doing a good job.

I think she's doing a good job. But I also think we're not getting the. Everybody else is talking about exactly what happened on that plane except for Brittany.

Then Britney and her daughter Olivia go to therapy. Olivia explains that when Brittany married her second husband, she became more of a mom to her stepchildren than her own.

Did you feel like Brittany seemed a little disconnected and not present at the therapy session?

I don't know if she was trying not to cry or she was just shocked that her daughter was opening up so much.

I mean, her daughter was being so open and honest. Like, you know, obviously it hits me hard watching these scenes like this. And she was really strong to do that. And I. I don't know if Britney was just kind of like, oh, I'm gonna look like a bad mom.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She might have been overthinking it, but she also, like, they were so far apart on the couch. She never, like, reached for her. She never, like, went to comfort her.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah, I mean, I'm happy to see they seem to be in a better place. We met Olivia at Rabocon when we interviewed her mom, and she was lovely.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, she was so sweet. Such a sweet girl. Then after this. But also, I want to know, does Brittany still keep in contact with her stepchildren? I don't know.

[Tamara Judge]

We should have asked her that on the podcast.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I know. Because if they took over this, you know, this big spot, does she still have a relationship with them?

[Tamara Judge]

Do you think this Britney, being so male centered, stems from growing up Mormon or her desire to have a husband overshadows everything?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I think that she has some deep down, like, insecurities, and having a man helps fill that void. She thinks when really it ends up hurting the people around her sometimes because she'll do anything for them.

[Tamara Judge]

It just. I mean, it upsets me and makes me happy at the same time because, you know, I've been in the situation, but I didn't turn my back on my child or choose somebody over my. You know what I mean? So it's like I want to shake her and be like, what are you.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Why?

[Tamara Judge]

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, why?

[Tamara Judge]

But at the end of the day, we're glad that they're on the right path.

But she didn't say much. She. She didn't say much. It was more her daughter talking.

Yep. Then Meredith and Brittany meet. Meredith asks her to meet at the park. I hate when they meet at the park.

I don't want to meet at a park. No. And. And it's like, it's saying, you know what? We're so tired of filming in coffee shops and restaurants. Can you guys do something different? Well, she ain't coming to my house and she ain't coming to mine. So it's the park.

It's the park. And we're going to come decked out to the park while we're freezing.

I mean, what we did find out is Meredith is never, ever going to admit to having an outburst on the plane.

No. Meredith apologizes for Brittany hearing her.

What kind of apology is that? When I started watching this, I'm like, no, no, this is such a bullshit apology. And then it got to a better place. And I do like that Brittany took responsibility for bringing up the tick tock. Because sometimes it gets all lost in the sauce where Brittany started This.

But I have a question. This felt like producers are making me apologize from Meredith.

Yes. They're probably like, meredith, you look like an so just letting you know you're looking like an so figure out something.

But you are right. It's like we had to like like all of a sudden we forgot what Brittany did that started all of this.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah, because you know why? Everybody on the cast is harping on what happened on the plane and this is how the cast can change the viewers minds. So if everybody was harping on Britney and saying you deserved it, you brought up this TikTok about her marriage, then everybody would be thinking differently.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, I mean, but I think we have to also say like this was a TikTok online. It's not like something she saw herself that she brought to it.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah, I know. How long do you think that this reconciliation is going to last?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't even think it lasted throughout this conversation.

I don't think it lasts to the next episode. Which leads us to episode 12.

Yeah, they were both nice to her. You can see like, and the daughter. I thought all of the Bronwyn stuff in this episode felt very authentic, but.

How do you merge with the mlm? Did they start up a new mlm?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I think they had their business already and they wanted to make more money. And the way that Whitney wanted to make more money was by getting into the bigger stores.

Right. I understand that. And by the way, just because you get into the bigger stores doesn't mean you're going to make a ton of money. No, it means if it sits on that shelf, you know what, you might have to eventually buy all that product back.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Tamara Judge]

So it's. It's not a for sure thing.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I mean, apparently neither is an mlm.

[Tamara Judge]

Right. I mean, when you go to Sephora, I mean, I'm usually looking at all the name brands that I normally get.

Yeah.

When I go there. So when you have a newer brand, it's hard to kick off, especially skin care, all those. Because there's. The market is so overly saturated. We had a skincare line with Veena for a while, and I was, like, kind of against it, and my partners wanted to do it, so I'm like, okay. And we had it in Sally Beauty, and it. It didn't go anywhere. It's hard to move product that people are not familiar with.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

So that's what I don't really understand. Did they. Did an MLM company buy A portion of.

[Tamara Judge]

I don't know. I don't know.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I mean, because she said she wanted her name back.

[Tamara Judge]

Well, she probably partnered with somebody that has MLM experience, which is a very hard business model. Very hard. And maybe he got part ownership of her company when they did that. I would imagine he may have got 50% of it. And so now she wants it back.

But why is she mad at her husband for paying the bills?

[Tamara Judge]

Well, she never said she got into Sephora. She just said she met the guy at Sephora.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I know, she.

[Tamara Judge]

Because it wasn't like it was a stretch. I felt like, you know, and.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But she was like, you know, really hit hard when I saw that big, you know, piece of money go out of our place. And, you know, it's. You had to pay those bills. And he's like, well, I like to, you know, keep my word and.

Yeah, I. I don't know that it was. From what she said. It wasn't like he started this MLM and Sephora that now she can't get into Sephora and they want her. It was just like, after we did the mlm, I met a guy from Sephora. Yeah, it's not that easy.

And even if she did start the mlm, can you not get into Sephora if you have an mlm?

[Tamara Judge]

I don't know. I guess it depends on their business model. But I know, like, I. I actually joined MLM years ago, Advocare, when we had our gym because we would sell their products at our gym. Now people were making millions off of it. I still get residual income from it, but they changed their business model. And people that were making millions no longer are making millions now. It's not like it does. It's not run like a MLM anymore. It's just like MLMs. You recruit people, you make percentage. They recruit people, you make percentage.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Remember Amway?

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. And people think, like, they're illegal. They're not illegal. No, they're not illegal.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

There's certain ways that you can do it that would make it illegal.

[Tamara Judge]

Exactly. So, I mean.

And now what's actually really going on with the relationship?

[Tamara Judge]

I don't know. I'm confused with that relationship, honestly.

Me too. I'm also always Confused. When one person has a glass of red wine and one person has a glass of white. Did you open two bottles?

What were you thinking? Unless you drink a lot of wine. Like, if we open a bottle of.

If one glass was drank, it will sit there for two months and then you gotta throw it away. You just don't drink wine at home. Hardly ever. Like, I opened a bottle of red on Thanksgiving and I had a glass, Sarah had a glass, and the bottle's sitting. I'm gonna have to throw it out.

Could you imagine just being like, oh, well, one red, one white. Nope. I'm like, you drink whatever one's open.

Yeah. Something didn't feel 100% right there. I was trying to figure out what it was. And that's why I'm like, I can't really get what's going on in their relationship. I can't tell if it has to fully do with this business or it's something else.

But no, it didn't feel stage. When Bronwyn's mom, Muzzy, tells her how proud she has brought this made me so happy. I know the entire scene with Bronwyn and her mom, I liked it.

I did too. And it made me think, like, okay, the first scene we saw with her, we're like, ah, yikes. I think she's just somebody that's just super honest. And I think she's also very sweet. Yeah. And you can see Bronwyn's pretty sarcastic. Yeah, her daughter's a little bit sarcastic. So it just. Sarcasm runs in the family. I can relate to that.
