I've been to Yellowstone with Gabby because, you know, I wouldn't go there and it's pretty amazing. I mean it's beautiful and everywhere you look there's bison and yeah. Wildlife. And there was a little ghost town. I stayed in a cabin and it. It really brings you back to nature. Your phone doesn't really work there.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah, it was great. It was beautiful place. We were there for three or four days and he surprised me with another couple, walked around the corner and I was sitting on the phone. And I didn't even put two and two together. I just thought, I go, what are you doing here?

That was nice. Like, I.

It was like one of those things where we just bump into each other, you know? And I. Yeah, I just thought, oh, what, why, why are you here?

And I will be bumping into there. Yeah.

It was so weird.

We do, yes. Yes. They have a house in Big Bear as well. Or actually they just sold it. But she's from Big Bear, my friend Jackie. And so, yeah, we have a lot of fun. We do a lot of things together. We go camping, we go motor crossing. We do all the, all the.

I have, I have a couple I do everything with. It's called the fashionable couple.

Yeah. Well, today we are going to be recapping Miami. Oh, it was a good episode. Did you recapped with Teddy last week, right?

Because I did. I was in, in Jackson.

We were, we. We had a good laugh over the buffet when Stephanie got on the boat and she was just like, I am not happening. This is not me. She really tried to be nice about it, but her face spoke enough.

I actually watched last week's episode this morning because I'm like, you know what? I forgot I didn't even watch last week. And just in case something happened, crossed over in here. Well, because I watched this week's episode and I'm like, how? Last time I watched, they were in Spain. How the hell are you on a, on a cruise now?

I don't know, because New Jersey only gets to go to the Jersey Shore, so I don't even to talk about.

It was this, this was like the, the Richard Branson of it.

But we never got to see him, right?

No, no, no. Just.

Yeah, so they're, they're. I mean, they're hardworking girls. They go from Spain, they come home from one day and they are on a cruise in one day.

The cruise. I'm not a cruise girl. Not really cruise.

Why? Wouldn't know. I've never been on one, so.

And that cruise was impressive.

Like, well, it's Richard Branson. His planes are impressive. His hotels are impressive. But the funny thing is it only. This cruise only stays in Miami. Did you know that?

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah, I heard her say, we're not leaving Miami.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That's why me and Teddy were laughing. He's like. We're like, did. Did it leave the dock at any point? Because the last episode before this one, you really didn't see the water moving.

Yeah, I mean, it was. It was interesting. I think that they literally just docked right there and they just filmed it.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Okay. Yeah. But listen, it wasn't bad. They had a great spa.

Yeah. I mean, the whole boat looked amazing.

Now, the girls food looked top notch. They had a whole penthouse. The Rockstar suite.

The Rockstar suite was pretty impressive.

Now the girls take an 80s Dorinda, like, workout class. Dorinda. Now when you think of an 80s.

It's all Dorinda. I would have loved to see them walk in and it was Dorinda dressed up.

That would have been so good. Why don't we do more of that cross stuff? I know. I would love to come film by you just once. Just.

I would love to be a floater. I just go to all the different franchises and just film for a couple weeks and go.

Yeah, I liked the lack of history that I had, and it was just easier to film that way.

Do you find it's harder to film when there is a lack of history?

No, I find it's easier. I know that the. The. The fans and the viewers, like, like a history of two girls, like, getting to know a friendship. But it's so much easier in a film with someone like you met three minutes ago. You don't care.

Yeah.

Tell them. And then when you have a friend, you're like, kind of hold back a little bit, as I've always done.

That's crazy to think that somebody that she's with now was actually a full grown adult in college when she was born. It's kind of like I don't like to think about that.

I know, I know. I think about.

Listen, it works though. I think he's a nice guy. I like him with his dogs. I really love him with his dog.

I think they're really cute together.

I think she got him at the right time in his life because you know men, when they get older, things don't work so much so good anymore. They start to worry about who they're gonna die with when they hit their late 50s. And then all of a sudden they're like, nice. Oh God.

Like something more recent, like you Were following my ex. I asked you not to. That was it.

And they're still on that. And then. And then she's told her, I unfollowed you in Spain. Lisa unfollowed Larsa and Spanx. She got pissed off at her.

No one noticed. I don't know if Lisa. Larsa are gonna ever get back to where they were, you know, as long as Jody's in the picture. Not that I think Jody's a bad guy at all. I actually like Jody, but I feel like this feels. Fighting has happened since Jody is friends with Lars's ex, Marcus, and they're not moving forward. I don't know. I think enough time can pass where she can give a shit who is hanging out with Marcus.

I think that they'll be friends, but, you know. But now they know where they stand with each other.

No. I was married.

I was shocked that that happened.

Alexia shares that Marisol was mad that Stephanie went to lunch with Adriana. I don't. I don't know. I. I feel like there's problems going to happen between Alexia and Marisol now.

No. You don't think so? Nope, I don't. And then Alexia and Stephanie bond over not talking to their sisters anymore. They decide that they will be each other's sisters, which is a stretch since they barely.

It's like, a lot. You guys just Met each other and you've hated each other up until three seconds ago. And now you're gonna call each other's sisters. But, hey, go for it. I'm here for it. Wait, does that mean that Drink.

But sometimes you drink, and sometimes I get, like, really loving. Like, oh, I love you. I want to be your sissy, you.

Know, and then bombing everybody because you're drunk. Then the next day you hate them.

Yeah, I do that on the show sometimes. And, like, my assistant will go, why do you do that? You shouldn't have to do that. I just want to move forward. I'm that girl that just move on. Nothing is that deep. It's. You know, what is that deep?

And she has nice legs.

Yeah, she's beautiful. Very youthful, very pretty.

And she miss. She's saying she misses her boyfriend, her croissant, her little French boyfriend.

She wasn't really herself. She seemed very quiet.

Herself. I would. I would keep an eye on her. I would have somebody watch her 24 7. She does not look good. She doesn't look good. Her coloring is not good.

What do you think's going on?

I think that. I think she's depressed about her age. She's always very unsure about her future and her stability. And her boyfriend's been away for 11 weeks. He's in France. Who knows if he's coming back? You know, he's young. He's in France. You look good on the outside, but the insides are still six.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. Yeah. So the girls are back in Miami, and Russell drops Gertie off at a solo therapy, Gertie starts to unload on her past, talking about her cancer journey, childhood trauma, and how they're going to move forward with therapy. She explains how she was sent to live with relatives when she was young and barely have to house for three months. Didn't speak the language. It was, you know, it was a sad thing to watch. And you know, for me, who was going through therapy and had it on the show, which I was kind of hesitant about doing it, but then I thought, okay, well, I opened my mouth about it actually. Andy did, you know, people criticize like me, like, oh, every scene, no matter what I do, if I bring somebody to event. Oh, Tamara's really changed now.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I know.

[Tamara Judge]

It's so stupid in, in such a idiotic thing to say because that's not why I'm going to therapy. I'm not going therapy to make you two you happy. I'm going to deal with trauma that has happened and my life. And it's the same thing that she's talking about that when you don't deal with, comes out in other ways. Yeah. So it's just stuff that you've never processed and if you're a person, like maybe Gertie or myself or probably you as well, you kind of bury things and you just. It is what it is.

And she thought, she goes, I thought that it wasn't there. And, and you know, I'm looking at my son and he's almost the same age I was when. This is the second time this week I've heard this from one of my friends where they were sent off at a young age to not be with their parents, to give them a different life or a better life or whatever their parents thought they were doing. And it didn't turn out like that. And there's a feeling of abandonment that now comes later in age. And I say to myself, is this happening? Because now women are going through menopause at this age and you just don't have the wherewithal to deal with these things that you were dealing with all this time. But now you've been drained and so much and hormones are raging and now these things come up. I mean, is it that, is it triggering? I don't know. But it breaks my heart because in everybody I see a hurt kid and that's still a kid to me. I could look at you and if you told me something happened when you were like 10 years old, I'm looking at you now as a 10 year old child.

[Tamara Judge]

And it kills me and that. I mean, if you've gone through therapy and you have gone through stuff as a kid or as an adult even, and you understand a little bit better and you have a little bit more compassion for other people, some empathy.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah. You know, that hurt.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. Yeah. And you. You know, and maybe people do lash out for certain reasons. And now I know, like, you know, when someone's lashing out or doing something like that, there's something wrong, and you got to give them a little bit.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Of grace, you know, I did speak to my niece about that. She was telling me a girl had just moved to their school, and she was being mean to her friends. And I said, you know what? The girl's new in the school. Maybe she's going through something at home.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She's new at a school. You don't know why she had to move. You don't know where. What's going on there. So try to understand people instead of getting mad at them first.

[Tamara Judge]

Yep. That's what I say, too. Alexia and Frankie head over to Marisol's house. I love this little scene. Frankie thinks.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I love Frankie. Any scene with Frankie, I freaking love, love, love.

[Tamara Judge]

So Frankie thinks Marisol is drunk. She tells him she hasn't had a drink yet. She doesn't eat dinner.

Did I go to bathroom for that? Wait, what? Tell me, Tamara, what did he.

Yeah, he just said, you know. You know how he talks. He's like, marisol, drunk. You're drunk. And. And she tells him she hasn't had a drink yet. And Marisol, you know, everybody eats, and Marisol doesn't eat dinner because she had a bunch of cheese.

Yes. She said she was grazing.

[Tamara Judge]

Alexia says that they will be going out together again. Marisol is confused if Alexia is meaning she's back with Todd. Alexa explains she is past all the hurt, and now it's just kind of like a booty call. That's actually was Marisol's words, but she's like, no, we're married, you know, but there. There's still banging. They're still banging.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

As of today, I don't think so.

[Tamara Judge]

No, not today. Not today. Back then, though, you know.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Oh, back then.

[Tamara Judge]

It takes a while to, you know, you're married, and then all this happens, and then you connect again, and then you don't connect. And she just had to figure it out. She needed closure on that relationship. He left her in a way that she went away and came home, and all this was lunch.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She didn't even go away. She went to Lunch. She went to lunch. They had. They had a date the night before. She said they had great sex. He was telling her, you're the best. I love you. All this stuff. Like, he was like. Like being all into her. And then she went to lunch the next day or went shopping. And she comes back, and Frankie's like, well, he left. He's gone. She's like, where'd he go? She's like, no, no. He's like, he got his stuff, and he packed his stuff, and he left. And that's how it happened. So in my mind, I think that when people break up before they hate each other, there's still that want to go back to them for that physical.

Well, I think Alexia needed that. She needed closure.

She could for the hurt.

When you're just broken up like that and then there's no communication whatsoever, that is very hard for me anyways. Very hard to deal with. So she. You know, she.

You know, I've. I've known women, like, they're so hurt that they want to feel physical with that person that hurt them just to feel good for a minute or just to feel good for a second or to feel that we've all been there. We've all been there.

Well, you know, Steve. I really like Steve a lot. And Steve, Amerisol's husband, Boo Bear. Yeah, Boo. He was like, he's not happening. He was not into Todd, and there would be no double dating. I don't think, going on there.

Well, he. I don't think, from what Marisol said was Steve did not like the way he spoke to her. She was always poking at him. And now you know what? Even more so listening to how Marisol really was hurt for her, and so was Steve. Boo Bear hurt for her about the way she was being treated at the time. Like, that's a friend who really does care about you. So is there a part of Mar. Is there a part of Alexia that's a little bit mad at Marisol for being mad at Todd?

Yeah, there is.

Remember we were at that lunch?

I was gonna say. I was. I wasn't gonna say, but I was gonna say we. We did have an interaction with them. And I think that Alexia was worried about how this would play out in front of Todd. But. But Marisol wasn't the only one saying things about Todd. Everybody was saying things.

Wait, remind me. Didn't Todd come out publicly and make a statement recently?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah. What did.

[Tamara Judge]

I remember everything he said.

I don't though, but like some things that I want to remember, I do. So this is one of the things he was saying. Listen, he goes, I wasn't going to come out and speak about this, but after I realized the way I was being talked about on the show, I was never given the chance to rebut what was being said about me. First of all, I was not mean to Frankie when I moved out. He said I had, I had coffee with Frankie every morning. I took him out three, four nights a week to dinner, put him in designer clothing, brought him to the movies, spent time with him, started the foundation for him so he would have something at the end of the day. I, you know, I was always there for him as much as I could be.

And was there reports that he wasn't good to Frankie? Is that why he was saying that?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

They were saying like, poor Frankie, you moved down on Frankie. You moved down on Frankie in front of Frankie. So he wanted to come back and say, let's talk about what I did for Frankie. And then he had said that he just wasn't happy with the way it was edited and the way he was spoken about. And I think Alexia was also worried about that. Oh, and then he said also that he still pays the bills. He still pays for a lot of bills and he doesn't have to.

Maybe that's why she's so tries to be so nice about him.

Well, I think she loves him.

I think she, she did. I think she's moved on though.

Because it was after all this stuff came out, which she knew what would happen.

You know, first Alexia is like, well, Marisol, why is Marisol not getting any heat? And then there was talk about Marisol owning a PR company and she knows how to work things. So I see a little pot stirring. Maybe somebody might be going after Marisol.

Well, Adriana and Marisol, there's no love loss.

And Adriana is so excited that Stephanie isn't. Doesn't really like her. But I don't see. I haven't seen any interaction or any kind of argument between Stephanie and Marisol. So I was wondering why Stephanie decided just like all of a sudden not to like Marisol. Is it because. Yeah, because Alexia said that she was in on it too, for whatever fights they had. I don't know. I don't know.

[Tamara Judge]

But do you feel like the girls kind of secretly want Marisol and Alexia to fight?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Secretly want to separate them? Isn't that in every franchise you want to separate the. Well, I don't. I never.

[Tamara Judge]

Why is it your opinion. Why is it when you're super close with somebody on one of these shows, when you have an actual real friendship, you're called their mouthpiece, their lap dog. Yes. All these things. I. I do think Switzerland. Yes. I think it's hard to have a very close relationship with somebody that you're like, let's say, your best friend. It is a difficult situation when you do have a friend that's really close, that you protect each other and you can't call each other out and you have each other's backs, because that is not the moral of the show.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And I'll find that there's always one friend in that relationship that's a better friend than the other than the other.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah.

Yeah. Well, they started at the same time. You know, Vicki and I were really close for many, many years, and especially in the early days, but we had no problem, like, calling each other out if they. If I did something or she did something, you know, and we'd fight about it, and we get over it. We make up, and we.

I love that. I love to see that. And I remember you were like that. Yes.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. So it's just. I think as long as you can do that, then it's not. You know, people won't be calling you, like, a lap dog or a. All those great.

They're going to call you what they want to call you anyway. Tamara. They make their opinion, and then that's the way it stays, and then you're just. It is what it is. And then. And then it sticks. Whatever it is they decide to peg you at, it's sticks. No matter what you do, whether you pick a side or not, whether you do something or not, you're going to get called the name you were called, and then that's it. Right. Am I wrong?
