You know what? Okay, first off, let me be fully transparent. When I think about why I'm frustrated. I look at you and I'm like, Erica, you can't be frustrated about anything. But I was just feeling a little frustrated this week. I. I worked a lot this last month and I was just.

Anyway, I'm just being a brat, but I think we're. You're. Just because I'm going through a lot doesn't mean that you can't be a brat. It's not. One isn't codependent of the other.

[Erika Jayne]

No, I'm not. I'm not so sure about that. I think that you have to, for me anyway, look at my. I have to look at my own behavior and be like, yeah, I'm justified in feeling how I am, but tone it down.

But you can also get like. I also realize that some of the things that I get upset and frustrated about that hurt me the most aren't even the big things that I really, I'm actually frustrated.

I actually kind of understand that, though it's oftentimes the little things that take you to places where you're like, why am I even reacting this way?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Why am I so why am I at a.

[Erika Jayne]

Because it's not really about that.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Because, I mean, I was racing around and doing a bunch of stuff this weekend, but when I got into the car and granted somebody else was driving me, so it's not even like I have a reason for it. But normally it takes an hour to get to Orange county to la. I was trying to get to, you know, Kyle's house for the party.

[Erika Jayne]

Yeah.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And it said two hours. And I would have, one would have thought someone punched me in the throat.

[Erika Jayne]

But can I tell you, I'm not going through what you're going through. And I would have had a nervous breakdown on that. Like, I just, I can't. There are certain things that take me to a place two hours. First of all, from Orange county to Los Angeles is ridiculous.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, it's.

[Erika Jayne]

And Orange County's great. It's beautiful. But why does it take us two hours?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And there was so many accidents. And then I'm like, teddy, you should actually feel bad for the. The people that got in these.

[Erika Jayne]

That's true. However.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

However, I'm annoyed because I planned this day out perfectly.

[Erika Jayne]

Right. And it's. That also. That's also why I think that I rake myself over the coals. It's just like, Erica, what the. Do you have to be upset? Yes. You have problems. We all have problems. Everybody in life has problems. But, you know, compared to others, your problems are manageable, and you're fine, and they're yours. So get over it. Yeah, that's how I feel. And I'm not. I'm certainly not prescribing that for everybody. Yeah, you're allowed to have a bad day.

You know what this is? And I'm pissed, and I'm annoyed.

[Erika Jayne]

Well, also, too, I've gotten to where I remove myself from situations before I go and make everybody else pay for whatever's going on in my life.

Is that why I didn't see you the other day?

[Erika Jayne]

Yes, that's why. I was totally tired and depleted, and I reached out and I said.

No.

[Erika Jayne]

Yeah. Not no, but like, no, because I don't want to be a.

And I think that's important. I think.

But you know where this comes from? I was going to say, you know where this comes from. This is very. And. And, ladies, this is very Perry post. This is very postmenopausal. This is menopausal behavior for me, because I normally would have thugged it out and been a pain in the ass, and now I'm just like, I know I can't do it. I know I can't do it. I can't. And everybody's gonna pay for me not being in the mood, and that's not right for everybody.

Well, to make you laugh, I caught Lisa Rinna trying to sneak out.

See, there you go.

I go. I'm sitting there.

Yeah. She tried to do the Irish goodbye. And don't you. I could have let her be, but I didn't.

I was like, you're not letting anybody get away with anything.

Hey, Rinna, is that you sneaking out? I think you got to put at least 15 more minutes in. Have a seat. Oh, God. And she was like, I bet the.

Look on her face. I know.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

You know and then her other friend that she drove with, she. She goes, were you not gonna tell me?

[Erika Jayne]

Oh, my God.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She was like, I was gonna text you as soon as I got in the car. But we all do that shit.

[Erika Jayne]

Yes.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And granted, I did it one hour later.

[Erika Jayne]

Well, it's also a family event.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Erika Jayne]

And you're also, you know. And I couldn't even show up to the family event because I was being a loser.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

You weren't being a loser. You just. Sometimes the power of no is more important than the power.

[Erika Jayne]

Well, I think the power of me knowing. Yeah, I know where I'm at in my limit. And I was ready to rage on anything that was not. It's just not. It's not healthy.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And your version of raging, would that be ignoring somebody or being snappy? Snappy.

[Erika Jayne]

It's being snappy. It's being snappy and irritable and just kind of bitchy. And that's not the person that I want to be with my friends and that. She just wasn't showing up.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah. You were like, come on, you here. No.

[Erika Jayne]

Yeah, she's not showing up. I. You know, I mean, I broke down in tears and it was just like, the whole thing stupid.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But when you cry, do you call anybody?

[Erika Jayne]

Well, I used to call my mother, and then, you know, we had a falling out and I didn't speak to her for a year over it, so. No.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Erika Jayne]

Well, I'm not going to call my son ever, because, number one, he's my child, and number two, he doesn't need that.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Right.

[Erika Jayne]

So that's not happening. I don't lean on him like that. But. No, because I don't. I don't need to put that on my mother. She's going through her own thing. I'm not going to put it on my friends. I just. I just really. You know what? I really do. I sit down and I try to meditate and I try to connect with a higher power, and I just kind of take it up with that. Take it up with the creator, take it up with God, because I don't need to. Or my therapist, but she's. You know, that's a. That's an appointment.

Yeah.

[Erika Jayne]

And that's. And if I was going through something, like, devastating, then I would text my therapist, but she doesn't need me to text her because I'm having a small. Yeah. Shitty day. Get over it, Erica. You know, like, come on. It's not that.

And plus, like, I. I did just learn this, which I didn't even know in Regards to therapy. I thought you, like, go to therapy for the rest of your life.

[Erika Jayne]

I do, but I need that.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, but. But somebody told me that therapy is something that when you're talking to your therapist and you're just shooting the shit, that's not therapy. That's not therapy anymore. So you've. You need to. If you're not actually talking to them.

[Erika Jayne]

Well, you know, I come in with a list of questions every time you do? Yeah.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That's smart.

[Erika Jayne]

Not. Not. Well, let me. Let me clarify. Not every time, but I definitely will write out things and be like, I need to talk. I want to talk. I have four things I'd like to hit today. And she'll go, okay, let's start. And then she'll be like, all right, we need to pick these other two up later because there's a lot of work here.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Erika Jayne]

I make a list because I am at this place in my life, like, this can't be it. I'm just very. I don't know whether, you know, I was talking about it with my son. I said, you know, like, I'm. I'm at this weird place in my life because you're searching for something, and I am. I'm searching for, what is this all about? This can't be it.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And. But some days I can feel that way, too. But some days I feel like, wow, what an amazing life this is right now.

[Erika Jayne]

Same, same.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And then some days I'm like, am I depressed?

[Erika Jayne]

Yes. The answer is, yes, you are.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, Like, I'm. Like, am I?

[Erika Jayne]

And if it's not, and if someone in your shoes was not depressed, that. That would be insane and not truthful. You have a lot on your plate. Yeah, you have a lot on your plate.

Then you start to go through schedules, and then you start to be business. And then it's like, holy.

[Erika Jayne]

Do you have a hard time flipping between being creative and then being business minded? Like, I know that, like, sometimes it's hard for me to do administrative things and look at the business of what I'm doing versus being in a creative state. Do you find that?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, Well, I started realizing that if I. If it's not something I'm good at, I do much better when I hire someone else.

[Erika Jayne]

Sure, of course.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But then I pick a day where I kind of go through it. Let's say it's like the financials.

[Erika Jayne]

Of course.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Like, I'll pick a day, and I don't want it to be the same day that I'm doing the pot.

[Erika Jayne]

Right. I pick One day a week where nothing I focus on is nothing but what has to get done financially, around the house, things like that, that have nothing to do with being in a.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Creative space, running a million errands, all those types of things. Like, I wouldn't do that today. Like, today.

[Erika Jayne]

No, you need to be focused here, and you need to be lively, and you need to be engaged here.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And. And I don't. If I thought about. Oh, well, I gotta get to the DMV after this, because, by the way, do you have the updated.

[Erika Jayne]

No, I don't, but I'm using my passport. Oh, my Global entry. Why? I've already been through. I've already been through TSA with the.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Well, guys, this is a little psa. If you haven't gotten the new ID with, like, the special little thing on top. You have to bring your passport to travel or.

You didn't know that?

No, I was in the hospital, Erica. I didn't know. I needed the.

Going on for, like, 10 years, though.

Yes, the limit is. But what I want to know is. And maybe somebody. What was wrong with the other IDs? They weren't real. Like, yeah, what the fuck? You have my fingerprint already. So what is. What is this Next level.

I have to take a test.

I have a global entry. I have TSA pre. I have prints on file for multiple reasons. No, I've never been arrested, so that's not it, but other reasons. And so, you know. You know, listen, the United States of America knows who the fuck Erica Girardi is. I can tell you that right now. You know, when I'm coming through there.

You'Re not sneaking around. Can I ask you another question? Because.

Listen. Well, that's. I really am confused on one of Tamara's answers to our last questions. So we were recapping Secret Lives of Mormon Wild.

Oh, I was like, what do you mean?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No, no, no. We were watching Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and I said, have you ever done any of the following things? And one of the following things that I have done in my life is, okay, have you ever had sex with your partner or a person?

A partner? Yeah.

With another couple having sex in the same room.

I mean, I would have to go way back to high school.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I know it's like, 19, and I think it happened, and I said it, and everybody was like, what?

Yeah, I would have to go way back to maybe high school. I think a girlfriend of mine met these two German soccer Players. And they were staying in a hotel and maybe we had sex with them. Like, in like, the same room, but separate beds. That's why I kind of like that. But I'm. I mean, that would have to go way back. I was in high school. And yes, I was very mature then. I still am.

Okay, well, I at least feel slightly better. Mine might have been two beds. It may have been the same bed. It may have been one of us threw a blanket on the floor.

Yeah, something like that.

No, but I do think I was.

In the same room. So what? They tried to shame you for doing that?

I mean, they didn't try to shame me, but everybody else was like, no, never in the same room. And I'm like, I wasn't even paying attention to what the other.

I was have another place.

Right. We were trying to get it in. But here's the other thing. Look, I. And also where I'm at in my life, like, I don't really care, you know, what people do with their own consenting adult relationships. Knock yourselves out. I have no judgment. Hooray for you two consenting adults or more consenting adults. Hooray for.

You know what? If you only got a one bedroom, sometimes you gotta figure it out.

I would say, yes, I've gotten tattoos. I've gotten a bunch of tattoos.

Which people would say, I saw one on your spine.

I have one on my spine. So my dad. So this is why there has been so many tattoos. So I have this little knife I.

Was with that was there.

You were there for that.

I witnessed.

So I got this little knife. And it's because if everybody can remember the song, I think I like this little life. It became a joke in my family. It's I think I like this little knife. And so.

Almost, almost convinced Erica. But it's like you get annoyed and then you're like this. And everyone that knows you knows that means like, I want to knife it.

Yeah, I want to knife it. But each time that one of my family members has come into town to get knifed, including myself, I have gotten another tattoo. So I have my kids initials. I have this match that I joke with Kyle and Jen because we got a friendship one that it looks like a. A Q tip.

It looks like a Q tip.

But then my dad came into town to get his little knife, which by the way, looks like a sword.

That is a true statement. He goes, what should we do with this? He asked the tattoo guy because it was the same guy.

I wanna learn how to do something new.

Like, I wanna learn how to, like, dance.

Oh, fun.

Or I wanna learn how to become a better singer.

Which, by the way. Yes. It's in your blood.

Like, I want to take the time and, like, get lessons.

Like, I love riding horses. I have goals doing that. But, like, it's kind of now Slate's thing that I just kind of tag along with.

Yeah, but you need something new to, like, reinvigorate.

Yeah. You know, and I want to find, like, the. Like, not just, like, my sex appeal, but I want to find, like, your voice more natural in my movement. And it's not for. Not for anything for the public, but, like, I recorded a demo when I was, like, 17 years old, and I listened to it, and I was like, holy crap. That is terrible.

Was it terror? No. Really? Were you being hard on yourself, or.

I mean, it shows that I had Potential.

Right. So listen, raw talent is just that. It's like you got to polish it. That.

If you got raw talent. It just takes developing.

And I may not want it for anything other than I love to write music.

Yeah, but I love to write music. I have like 20 songs that I've written.

Perfect. I love it. Singing and dancing. Question number two. I recently suffered a health crisis myself and find myself slipping into a depression. What do you do to protect your mental health? But I gotta tell you something. I've never seen anything like you.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I just. Even hearing that, I could start crying. But I think the main reason was somebody told me. And I. I saw somebody actually at Kyle's the other night who told me that his Wife had the same thing as me, and she is about six months post. And he's like, he didn't even realize that I had it. I mean, he realized something was going on. He's like, but she's, you know, fallen into a pretty dark place and. But, you know, they said she'll probably come out of it in about six months. I'm like, so how long has she been in it? And he's like, six months. And I think where I. I don't know. I guess lucked out or whether. Whether or not I knew it or not, because my tumors came and they were such a surprise to me. I never let myself slow down because I didn't really understand the magnitude of it. It's not like, where, you know, years and years in advance, like, oh, I've got these tumors forming. If they get to this size, I'm going to have to do this.

[Erika Jayne]

It wasn't this thing looming over your head?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No, it was just like, bam. Okay. This is why you have the headaches. Okay. Now you're going to have to massive surgery. Okay. Now you're going to be in the hospital for 16 days. And I came out, and I would say the first five days, I was so brutally depressed.

[Erika Jayne]

Oh, I can't even imagine.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Brutal. I mean, I could cry just thinking about it. I didn't want to see anyone. I didn't want to see my friends. I didn't want to see my kids. I didn't want to see Edwin. I was broken.

[Erika Jayne]

I'm sure.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And then I just said to my dad and to my friends, I said, I need to get out of here, like, and I don't want you guys microman. Like, I want to go to lunch.

[Erika Jayne]

Yep.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I want to live, like, and I want. I said, can somebody go, like, get me some decent clothes? Because nothing fits.

[Erika Jayne]

Sure.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

So I think no matter how I'm feeling. Yes. Listen to your body. But if you're feeling sad or you're feeling depressed, find something that you can go do that makes you feel alive. Because my doctor even said to me, he goes, I feel like the reason you're doing as well as you're doing is because you have fought for every single thing. And he's like, and your body knows it wants to be live.

[Erika Jayne]

Yep.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

You're telling it every single day. And he. And he said, I want to be very clear about something. There's nothing that you could do right now that could get you to the point where it would make you worse off.

[Erika Jayne]

Wow.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

So I go, so could I Go skydiving tomorrow. And he's like, I mean, not that I want to.

[Erika Jayne]

Right? He's like, yeah, yeah, yeah.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

He's like, you hurting yourself or you injuring yourself isn't going to be any different than anybody else in the world.

[Erika Jayne]

Wow.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

So if that's something, a dream of yours, go do it. Go do it.

[Erika Jayne]

Wow.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Anything that's going to generate happiness for you and keep away from stress. And I found that there was a couple people in my life.

[Erika Jayne]

Did you cut them out?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That just added to my stress and were always negative Nancy's about everything. And I just was like, listen, if this is what you want to talk about, I don't want to talk to you.

[Erika Jayne]

That's wonderful.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I'm healing. Well, you've got a. Yeah, I'm healing, and I don't want to hear it. I don't care what so and so said on the Internet. I don't care what you read. And so and so's book. That's not a doctor. Whatever I'm doing is working for me, and I don't need your two cents.

[Erika Jayne]

Yes, exactly.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And that has helped me because I think a lot, and especially if, you know, if she's struggling or he's struggling, is dependent on what somebody else is thinking she should be doing or he should be doing.

[Erika Jayne]

You also have a great environment. You're also, like. People don't know this about you, but you're one of the most mentally tough people that I know. And Teddi's never complained. Teddi, nine months pregnant in pumps and a skirt like, you know, on some crazy housewives thing, never complained. All she did was eat Tums. And I say that because you're just not that girl. And I think that you have this tremendous will. And it really comes down to, look, there's. I can't even imagine what you go through. I really.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But I think anybody can generate. I'm not any stronger than anybody else. I just think I've generated myself throughout my life to not be pitied.

[Erika Jayne]

Yep. It's a big thing for you, and.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

It'S a huge thing. Like, there is nothing I despise more than I feel like when somebody's pitying me or when somebody's weeing me. Oh, how are we doing? What are we gonna do? No.

[Erika Jayne]

Yeah, you're not.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That. This is my life, and this is what I want, and this is what I'm gonna do, and hopefully it's gonna work. And if it. Everybody in my life will see that I fought my very hardest to show them how much I love them.

[Erika Jayne]

Yeah. Well, there's no doubt that you love your family and your friends. Yeah, there's no doubt that I think just shows up like, there's no stopping that.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But also taking away the guilt. Like yesterday, Let me tell you something. I slept for a jillion hours and watched 1 million episodes of Friends with Neighbors.

[Erika Jayne]

Let me ask you a question. What? What should you have been doing that you would have felt guilty about?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

What was the. I would have felt guilty because I only hung with my kids till 11am but then I called, had one, and I said, hey, I'm hitting that wall. That happens around day four or five. Therapy. I'm tired. And he's like, you want me to come get the kids?

[Erika Jayne]

Yeah.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And I was like, I would love that. And he took him to church and to burger place and lunch and blah, blah, blah. And then Cruz went to a birthday party, and then they got dropped off at home at 5, and we had dinner and went to bed like it was the perfect day.

[Erika Jayne]

Sounds.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But I had to ask for help, Right?

[Erika Jayne]

You don't like doing that.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't like doing that. But it felt good. But I got to say. And then. But then it didn't feel bad anymore. And then I got to say to Edwin, thank you so much for doing that yesterday. I really needed it.

[Erika Jayne]

Yes.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And instead of guilting me, he responded back, of course. We had a great time.

Perfect.

So it's just like learning that you can ask for help, but it's not the end of the world.

It's not. It's really not. And you, I think, also, too, you are very hard on yourself. And maybe in some way this has brought some softness, you know? Brought some softness.

I left myself off the hook about everything, guys. And also I dread that I set accountability. I am a health and wellness coach that helps you change your life and get your body moving and helps you make some healthier choices.

You did call yourself an accountability, but.

I did pick the wrong freaking word. I can hold somebody accountable to what their goals are. I'm not accountable. Holding people accountable to everything in the entire world. That's what people got confused by. You're gonna tell me your goals and I'm gonna hold you accountable to them.

Yeah. If I came to you with a fitness goal or a nutrition goal and I said, hey, I wanna do X, Y and Z and you go, okay.

I want to run a marathon.

What's the date? Yeah, great. Okay, this is our plan, but it's not for every day to day life. Clearly I make a ton of bad decisions.

It's a different life.

Lieb in the sense that the game that we play in reality television is very different than the game that they play over there. When I say they, I mean, you could call them, you know, like movie stars and shit like that.

Yeah, A listers. It's a different type of celebrity. It's a different type of fame. It's harnessed in a different way. We in the game that we do are expected. The rules are a little different, and the expectations are a little different of us than it is of them. Like, they get to not cherry pick, but they have a little bit more cover as to what.

An example of just that I know firsthand is my dad and I went to an event the other night, and I 1 million percent did the red carpet, and he arrived after it was done.

Right. But someone like Lashant gets to. Gets to come whenever he wants to come. Or let's say, let's take Jennifer Lopez. Like, she gets to do the carpets for the movies that are hers and the ones that she possibly wants to go to.

Yeah.

You know, if she wants to. It's a different life. It's a different level. It's a different level.

It's not that I don't know. It's that I need to fucking pay attention. I am so wrapped up in my own universe that I must look outward instead of like looking wherever I'm looking, which is like. Okay, next question. If you could trade lives with one housewife for 24 hours, who would it be? And what's the first thing you do in her shoes?

One housewife for 24 hours. I'm not gonna pick anyone from Beverly Hills because I think that's stale. And we already know.

Well, you already been around those women. Who cares?

But if I could change lives with anybody, I feel like, who lives like, you know who would be. She's not even a housewife anymore, but Caroline Stansberry.

She looks like she has a good ass time in Dubai and that and her husband Sergio. He waits on her hand and foot. And I saw it.

And every single day they're on a trip somewhere else, going glammed like she's got her outfits picked.

They are living.

That's who I want. And you know what? I. It doesn't have to be 24 hours. I'd do a week.

I don't. I don't need a week of him. I need.

Yeah. No, and I got it from the horse's mouth, so I was like, okay, cool. What is your favorite childhood memory?

My favorite childhood memory? Shit. Well, I have two memories that, like, really stick out, but they're bad. My gosh. Why are my memories bad?

[Erika Jayne]

Well, sometimes because the human brain etches those in there.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

So, like, one of my childhood memories that, like, really stands out, we're gonna.

From favorite to stands out is my dad's first house. So when my dad first. His first, like, big hit was in 1981. That's the year I was born.

So by the way, was a good. I love that song.

That's a good jam. But so we switched from, like, being in a little tiny house to being in this house. And I had a circular driveway.

[Erika Jayne]

Wait, what city are we in?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Indiana. Okay, so we're in the house with the big circular driveway. And anytime that my sister and I would get in a fight, we'd have to run it.

[Erika Jayne]

God, John is rough.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Run the circular driveway.

That's kind of cute, though.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But so, like, I have these memories of, like, looking at my sister and us being, like, far more and, like, figuring out ways that we could cross over through the grass to get through it. So, like, I remember that my other favorite memory was actually the first time I got on a horse.

How old were you?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I was four years old. Did you ask my neighbor, like, where. My dad had a. Like, a studio, and my neighbor, her mom trained Shetland ponies.

[Erika Jayne]

Oh, cute. So it was a pony.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

It was a pony. And I went over and I said, can I. Can I ride? And they said, yeah, we have a new Shetland named tj. And then he became mine, and he was my first pony.

[Erika Jayne]

Me. Was he sweet? Because Shetland's kid.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No, he was an.

[Erika Jayne]

I was gonna say Shetlands are mean.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

We have a video of my mom, like, giving him tap to have him go forward. And he kicked her right in the kneecap.

Breaker. Kneecap.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No, but we have it on video. Like, she's like, come on. Like, she's trying to. And you remember those old school videos that you can tell.

Oh, my God. Ouch.

How long did you ride tj?

I mean, I think my second one was Fancy.

But her name was Fancy and she was an actual small pony. So I went from the Shetland to Once I started being able to, like, post really ride. Yeah. Then I switched to Fancy. Oh, my God. I feel like I could remember all of my ponies and horses in order. That's.

Do you know how many just offhand, how many you've had throughout your years in total?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, that I've owned probably 20.

[Erika Jayne]

And how many did you ride for clients?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Oh my gosh, hundreds.

Hundreds, Hundreds.

Like I have no idea. But I the ones that are special to me I'll never forget.

Like there's this horse what goes around that I wrote of my trainers, Don Stewart. And I remember that horse every single day.

Like I love it. And we called him Wojima.

I was 17.
