Two teas in a pod with teddi mellencamp and tamara judge.
B
Hi, guys. Welcome to another episode of Two T's in a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp, and Dolores Catania. Hi, Dolores.
A
Hi, my Teddy. How are you today?
B
I'm good. I would be amiss if I didn't ask you something that I just read on. Bravo and Cocktails.
A
Why? What are they putting up now? They got us in trouble all the time.
B
Well, they're saying, Dolores, there's a new rumor that Real Housewives of New Jersey is being cast around you, Melissa and Marge.
A
No, Teresa, I don't think that's to be true.
B
You don't think that's what is cast around mean? That means that they're going to bring other people in and you guys are the three.
A
No decisions. This is what they say. No decisions have been made yet.
B
Okay. Okay, I'll take that answer. And then this is just on a personal note for me. I just wanted to give everybody a heads up. So this is a reminder that even if you have, you know, lung cancer, brain cancer, whatever, you still need to continue to get your skin checks. Because yesterday I went to go get a skin check and I had an abnormal spot.
A
Really?
B
Yes. And so they removed it. They. They're sending it in to get checked and make sure it's nothing. The good news for me, what I'm telling myself means it's okay, is it's in a new spot. All of my original melanomas were on my back, and this new spot is on my stomach. But I just wanted to remind you guys, because I hadn't gone in about six months for particular skin check.
A
Wow.
B
Like, I've been gone.
A
That's a good reminder because people don't think, especially with everything you're going through.
B
Yeah. You're like, oh, I'M getting checked. But no, you've got to go. Remember, go get your skin checks. Even if you're in treatment for something else. There's specialty doctors that do specialty things. So I'm really glad I went yesterday because now we're on top of it and it's going to get. It's going to alleviate some stress.
A
So I'm glad to hear that. Thank you. And, and yeah, I mean, I guess it makes so much sense to think that because you're at doctors all the time that the other things that aren't being checked still exist.
B
They still exist.
A
Wow, that's really, really. Thank you for sharing that.
B
Of course. Of course. All right, so this first one is from Daily Dose of Style. Dolores, do you still want to get married?
A
Well, I never. Oh, yeah. I mean, I'm open to getting married. Yes.
B
Someone wrote, it's just paperwork. Is that what you think of marriage?
A
Yeah.
B
It'S just a document.
A
It is because I live like I'm married anyway. And I treat Paul as I would treat a husband. No differently than I would treat a husband husband. But there is paperwork that there is a security that comes with the paperwork of a marriage that when you're putting the time in with someone, you should be entitled to. For both of you.
B
Yeah, I agree. This one is Teddy. Have I seen my dad recently? I have not. I talked to. I saw him on the 4th of July, but I talk to him on the phone every single day and if I miss his call, he sends a follow up text. Like, I didn't see the missed call. Like, hey, just want to let you know.
A
Does he leave? He doesn't leave you a voicemail like my dad. This is your father. I'm like, okay.
B
But even though he has caller id, when I call, if I just go, hey. He goes, who is this? Is this justice or Teddy? And I'm like, because justice is my sister.
A
Same. I know you named your sister. Yeah.
B
So you know that I. My dad is very much there, but I haven't seen him recently. I can't. Flying is a lot for me right now. So, yeah, I'm sure I'll see him soon.
A
How old your dad now?
B
The other day somebody asked me this and I straight face, go 47.
A
Because.
B
I get my numbers confused.
A
Oh, 74.
B
I think he's about to be 74.
A
Okay.
B
Oh, he'll be 74 in October. So I was pretty close. I mean, not with the 47 thing, but with the 74 thing, I was pretty close. This one is for both of us. What do you say to people who think you guys won't criticize Tamra?
A
I feel like I always say when my friends are wrong or right, I say it in a very diplomatic way. So that's what I say to that. I mean, do we not.
B
I think that we're diplomatic about it. I think we also care about her, so we have empathy towards her, which I think when we're watching this, I was sitting there thinking, I thought Emily and Gina and. And Tamara were in a good place. What's happening?
A
I don't know. And I only realized it in this episode, so I didn't see Emily so much. I did see Gina losing her patience there. You know, one of the reasons I think we could both say why we don't criticize her is because, you know your relationship with Tamara and, you know, she was also going through a lot, being worried about you and sincerely upset, as you know personally firsthand. I know as well personally firsthand, because I was speaking to her quite a few times while she was going through what she was going through. So I do know that it's hard for me to criticize something when I know how they were feeling inside and what they were going through.
B
Yeah. And it's hard for me to criticize inside because I've had so many crying conversations with her that were just devastating during that time.
A
And.
B
And I know that, you know, we went from talking every single day to then when I was in the hospital, some days I couldn't talk to anybody. Some days I wasn't there.
A
And so she said that. Yeah.
B
And I think she felt like she was probably losing everyone.
A
Yeah.
B
And I think that when you feel like you. It didn't really feel like she had anybody there for her in that moment. Like, and I even. I joked with her on the pod last week. I was like, what was up with you? Like, your eye looked like. Like a little funky. And she was like, I took a Xanax and, you know, while having champagne. So that's what happened. And I think.
A
And that's. There's your criticism right there. We're saying she was drinking and she took his anx.
B
Yeah. And you know what? That's why she couldn't really carry the conversation and make a lot of sense. So there it goes. There's your criticism. I mean, the next question is, did Tamara really quit? I mean, I think we all know the answer to that. I think in that moment, she really quit.
A
Yeah, she did. In an emotional. And in the. You know, the emotional time that she was in. In her mind, she quit. But that isn't the first time or the last time that's going to happen in the housewife's world, especially when you have a beverage.
B
A beverage. Xanax fighting exhaustion from a trip. Do you think Tamara should have shown more compassion to Shannon last season?
A
You want the truth? I didn't watch last season that much, so I can't. I can't speak on that. Yeah. Does Tamara think she should have?
B
I think Tamara does think she should have shown more compassion, but I think Tamara is very much of a, like, direct person. So if something's on her. Dorit used to always say the saying. I'm trying to remember, if it's on my lung, it's on my tongue, you know, like. So I. But I do think as we're seeing the relationship get stronger, I think that she does regret some of the things that she says.
A
Well, she's said that. And she also said she's working on herself and nobody's. You know, I've heard Tamra say you're say she was sorry, and I've heard Tamara say she was wrong. I don't know how much more we want from somebody other than to not do those things again after they.
B
Sometimes when. I mean, and this is something else that Gina came out. I think it was on E. News or ET or something like that, but she said, you know, I said something that I regret. Gina had said something along the lines of like, well, she's doing these things to get better. Then why is she still making mistakes? Just because we're working on ourselves. Mean, we're still not going to have slip ups.
A
Yeah. I mean, true, true. So.
B
Yeah, yeah. So I. I appreciated that she did that. All right, we'll get into. We'll get into the recap now, folks, but we had to get into all of it.
A
Yeah. And I'm. And I love. I love the questions. I love the criticism and. And if they think that we need to say more, then I'll. I'll consider it. I always look at, you know, everybody. I asked them to weigh in for a reason. So let me see if I need to say more bad stuff about Tamra. Right now. I don't feel like I need to.
B
Yeah. Right now I feel like she's gotten a pretty big pile on, and that's how I feel. Like, very rough time.
A
I mean, it's not like she was, you know, walking in here feeling great and on top of her game. And I know that emotional times, we. We do things that maybe we regret. I've done it many times in my life. I'm putting myself in her shoes because I know firsthand what she was going through at the time. But the person on the other end didn't. So fine. Yeah.
B
But they also didn't ask.
A
They didn't want to.
B
They didn't want to know. They didn't want to give her any sort of outlet to communicate.
A
Right.
B
How she was feeling.
A
You know what? The truth, I think Tamara brings a lot to the show, but by the way, how she can be sometimes. And I think it makes everybody's job a little lighter. Yeah. And I feel like everybody got a lot of big balls now to say stuff they may have wanted to say in the past because Gretchen was there.
B
Yeah, true.
A
That's how. That's what I have to say.
B
That's your opinion. Well, we'll get into the Gretchen aspect of it all in a little bit. Here's the thing about being a great gift giver. When you find something truly perfect for everyone on your list, you almost don't want to give it away.
D
That's what happened with my quints order. Everything's so soft and well made. I'm seriously tempted to keep all of it for myself.
B
Quince pretty much has your whole list covered. Mongolian cashmere sweaters for $50 when you'd normally pay $200 or more, the kind you'll wear on repeat.
D
Then there's the denim that goes with everything. Silk tops and skirts for when you need to look put together. Cashmere beanies and scarves and down jackets that actually keep you warm.
B
The Italian wool coats, absolute top of my list. They look designer and are made with premium materials. But like everything at Quint's, the price won't make you. We're talking way less than other brands charge.
D
By working directly with trusted factories that maintain high standards for both craftsmanship and ethical practices, and by cutting out the middleman and markups, Quince is able to pass those savings straight to you.
B
I can't tell you how much I'm loving my new cashmere sweater. I will be wearing it a lot this holiday season and getting one for my daughter. Slate Find gifts so good you'll want to keep them with quince.

B
Okay, so it's another day in New Orleans. Gina says she assigned Emily to take the troublemakers, which includes Tamara, Katie and Shannon.
A
I want to be in that bus.
B
Yeah. Then before leaving, Shannon says she will not go to lunch with Katie. Katie told them they will. She will go without her. Katie told them, go ahead then go without me.
A
Shannon's so funny. I'm sorry. I enjoy her anger.
B
I would like Katie to bottle up her ability to maintain calmness and every dramatic situation and actually sell it to me.
A
And then what? We wouldn't have housewife shows.
B
But how does she always stay so? I think she stays calm because she knows she's wrong.
A
I think somebody said to her at the table not to get ahead of us, like shut the fuck up or I don't know, whatever. And she goes, no, get the fuck out of here. And she goes, I'm not going anywhere.
B
Yeah. She's like, whatever. Then we pan to Tamara saying the last time she was in New Orleans was with me. That is accurate. I don't remember much of that trip. That was the height of plum size tumors in my brain. So it was a really rough trip for us as friends as well because, you know, you know how I am. Like, I like to, you know, have my wits about me and keep things together and have, you know, follow a pattern. And I couldn't really do that at that time. And it was just really a struggle. And we have to remember this is just a few weeks after that Right, Right. This is a few weeks after that.
A
There was a great deal of. And I don't want to speak for Tamara, but I'm sure that she is mention this. I think you didn't know what was wrong and no one knew. Right. Who would know? Who would have thought? But she felt bad that she didn't know that you were going through that. That weighed very heavy on her. How is it not to get off this. But I have such a question for you because on a much smaller scale, when my mom saw the episode, when I found out she was getting a quadrant, she had to go for open heart surgery. It really. When she watched it back when I got the call, when I was filming with John Aiden and my mother watched it, she got very scared and like, relived finding it out all over again. How is it for you watching this being talked about and what this is?
B
Like, it makes me emotional, to be perfectly honest. Like, I'm watching it and I'm seeing all the heat that Tamara's getting for, you know, like, oh, it almost made me sad. Like, why? It's hard not to take things personally, but there's a point when people are just blowing off anything. Tamara's saying that, like one. Does nobody care how I felt, how I did? Not from Tamara's sake. From all the other women. Like, they see their friends struggling to this extent. Why is nobody helping her? And also, yeah, reliving it, seeing it, hearing the conversations and not being a part of them.
A
Right.
B
And that was, you know, by. By choice. I mean, obviously I could have been a part of those conversations, but I knew better. But this is. This is where Tam does fuck up a little bit because she says an absolute, which never works. Tamara tells Shannon she isn't drinking much anymore and that she isn't going to have a drink. Where I think Tamra is getting it is because Tamra says, you won't see.
A
Me wasted while she's wasted, correct?
B
Well, no, she wasn't even wasted at that point in time. It was the same day, though, a couple hours prior.
A
Right. But she was drinking. What?
B
What?
A
You know, when she knew wasn't water.
B
Yeah, we all knew it was yellow. It'd be like, this is a water.
A
If you say, Listen, I'm the kind of friend, if you say, that's fucking water. That's a water. Okay.
B
And it's not like she was trying to hide it so much. She put it in a clear glass. She could have poured.
A
It was. Yeah, piss water. We didn't say it was piss Water.
B
Then all the girls meet up to walk in a parade. The event brings awareness to adopting and fostering dogs, which I'm for.
A
All for this.
B
I'm all for this. It kind of made me laugh though. When Shannon said I adopted Archie from the Four Seasons.
A
I was confused. What's the Four. Is that a. Is that a puppy mill?
B
I mean, what is the Four Seasons there? She's talking about the hotel. My guess is she left the dog.
A
There and not come back. I don't know.
B
I think she was joking. I think she bought the dog and the breeder brought it to the Four Seasons and that's where she picked it up. But I could be wrong. This is completely how I think that's something.
A
I, I do have her number. I should ask her. Yeah.
B
I mean, or maybe she found it running around the Four Seasons.
A
Yeah, that's a smart dog. Next, when I come back as a stray dog because I know in this life I fucked up. I'm coming back as a stray dog. I'm going to run right to a five star hotel and outside.
B
I'm lonely.
A
I didn't learn my lesson yet.
B
Then all the girls decide to go meet the voodoo queen. Bloody Mary.
A
Pass on that bitch.
B
I don't care who I would have had to go sit with. I would have passed on that. Shannon, Tamara and Gretchen also pass on that because they don't want to participate. So they head back outside.
A
It's so funny. They would. They, they've done things, like horrible things in their lives, but they're going to pass on the voodoo doll. Okay.
B
Sitting outside, Tamara recounts that Katie claimed to Kiki Monique that Gretchen told her Tamara had roof. Gretchen says she never said that. And then Shannon doesn't want to be around Katie because of what she does. If I were, I mean, this is all, you know, news to me. Like, not I, I'm not shocked by this information. As shocked as especially Gretchen appeared to be. She tried to squeeze a tear out, but she was able to say I wasn't crying. And we were like, we know because you couldn't get a tear out of there, but you wanted one out.
A
Just don't try. Like if you can't, it's worse if you try. You're better off just not. You're funny. Like she couldn't squeeze one out for us.
B
She couldn't even squeeze out herself in the eye. But if I were Katie during this entire voodoo thing, I'd be keeping an eye on what Heather's doll looked like. Then we, we flash back to Tamara telling Gretchen that she does want to sit down because there's a lot in the past that she wants to apologize for. Gretchen all of a sudden clocked in when she called out Shannon for DUI also being illegal.
A
Well, there you go. Yeah, there you go. But. But Shannon, I don't think is hearing it. Like, she's not having it.
B
Yeah, no, because they're saying the two differences between, you know, giving information, recording somebody on the phone doing all that, getting a dui. I mean, all things. Yes. That is a true statement. It's all legal.
A
Right. You can't be.
B
No, you can't. But it's based. I guess it didn't have anything to do with Katie.
A
Right.
B
There's no reason for Katie to get involved.
A
Well, if you want to talk, Katie was premeditated, I believe.
B
Yeah.
A
And sometimes that's a. A premeditated murder is you're going to do more time than you would if you just accidentally killed somebody.
B
Yeah, that's very true.
A
So there's different levels here.
B
So Kiki, Monique has alluded online like, that Katie is lying, but she's letting it play out for us on the show.
A
She can allude. Okay, first of all, all I want to say is, where's the proof? Where's the proof? Where's the black and white? Where is it? Let's see if it's in writing. Somebody's got it. If it's in writing and I want.
B
To see the proof, and then I want to.
A
But then what are we waiting for?
B
Even if we get the proof? But we never got the proof earlier this season when it came to Katie either. She never shows. But I guess next episod. Get the proof.
A
Well, I'm waiting for it. How could you hold it that long?
B
I don't know. I. If it was me and I didn't do it, I'd been like, do you see anything there? Do you have your glasses on?
A
Do you need your reading that we're going to see next episode?
B
Oh, my gosh. Well, then the girls are getting ready for dinner. Tamara goes to Shannon's room. Shannon's hair is. Honestly, that's what my hair would look like if I tried to do it myself. And Tamara, even then it was like, shannon, I'm scared. You're not gonna fix this. I feel scared. Fix it. Because, you know when you tease the back and then you just leave it.
A
And it's like, yeah, something about Mary.
B
Like, on day three of, like, not washing your hair, and it's just not doing it's.
A
Not giving greasy. Yeah, yeah, it's not giving taking its own form.
B
Before all the algorithm fed blah and the endless sea of dupes, shopping used to feel more, well, fun. But here's a confession Dirty Rush listeners. You can find that fun feeling again on ebay. It's not mindless scrolling, it's a fashion pursuit.
A
I love using filters for condition and price saving searches and spotting verified listings. It makes shopping feel smart and exciting again. And when you soar that rare Adidas Collab or that Dior saddlebag you've been manifesting, it's a rush.

B
Then Tamara says she is nervous about how to bring up the Katie situation. Tamara says it feels good to have Shannon on her side again.
A
It's funny how they bonded over their hate for the same person.
B
Yeah, sometimes it takes.
A
By the way, they don't usually last those friendships. But hey, it's good for now.
B
Ride this wave and we it was good. I think this is the first time I've seen her like go to Shannon's room and those are the two to recap before they go in. But I guess you know they had a mutual person that they had an issue with. But Tamra said at this point Tamara's getting a little nerved up she as she should be that Gretchen isn't going to really believe what Tamara said now.
A
And I understand that she she isn't. I mean I get it but unless she's got it in black and white, how's she gonna prove it? You know I always say it's harder to prove that you're innocent.
B
It's definitely harder to prove that you're innocent. Well, then Jen goes to Gretchen's room. She's still in her robe, which bugs me because it's like, you know what time dinner is, and we know you're going. Gretchen tells her what she heard from Tamara about Katie. And then Katie then goes to Gretchen's room. Katie seems shocked. She says she. She never said that. And she thinks it's all Tamara's plan. I just. What I found the most interesting about this conversation between the three, the three of them, is why were Matt and Slade involved in these conversations? They both said, I talked to Slade. I talked to Matt. Like they're calling their significant others and. Or husbands and telling them the rumors that they had.
A
Confused. I got very confused.
B
Yeah. I was like. It made it seem like even more guilty on Katie's part.
A
And why should anybody believe Katie?
B
Yeah, and why should anybody believe Matt? We've seen Matt get a little.
A
I know. It's just a big. I think it's a big show right now. And they better get their. Together next episode.
B
They need to get their story straight. They need to get their story straight.
A
If you're gonna blame somebody for something, then have the proof. Just.
B
Yeah, just do it.
A
Print the poster board like everyone does and gets in trouble for it.
B
Print the poster board and get your asses in trouble.
A
We keep Walgreens in business.
B
Then the girls arrive at dinner. Tamara pulls Gretchen to talk and ask if she should bring up the Katy story at dinner. At this point, I was like, shit. Gretchen's out. Gretchen tells her that she already talked to Katie about it and Katie denied it. Gretchen tells Tamara that she believes Katie. And then Katie walks over to them and tells Tamara that she did not tell Kiki these things. Tamara is pissed that Gretchen doesn't believe her and walks back into the dining room and tells all the girls. Huh.
A
That's a lot.
B
The moment.
A
It's a moment. It's a lot.
B
And at this moment, you're. You realize what's going to happen because you realize, holy shit. Like, Tamra thought that she was bonding with Gretchen by being honest with her about what's going to come out. And now Gretchen doesn't believe her. So now that's another friend that's, you know, she's trying to. She lost. No love. Loss. But she did say she wanted to talk and try to rekindle that.
A
Well, there was. Yeah, she was considering. Why do you think? Because she likes Tamara. Because she Wants to stay on the.
B
Show, I think because she wants to.
A
Stay on the show. Correct. Yeah. And. But that's what it's all about in our. In. In our world. It's all about resolution.
B
Yeah.
A
Until the next. Or the next season or the reunion, but we got to get there.
B
What about Shannon then screaming at Katie when she walks back into the room? And Shannon says that Katie has hurt every person in the group besides Jen. Here's my problem with this. Like, I don't mind when Shannon gets upset, but when she screams like that, it loses the plot for me.
A
I love it. I can't get enough of it. Like, hysteria and, like, I'm not used to people getting that mad without punching somebody in the face. So I like to watch that all go down without the violence. Shannon gives me what I'm looking for.
B
Well, then completely off that we're. Now we're just completely switching topics. And Jen chimes in. She says that, why, Tam, while we're going through everything, let's talk about the photo. I'm like, what does one have to do with the other at this point? Can we save this photo conversation?
A
No, no. This is. This is like you ever see in wrestling when they all jump in the cage at the same time and they just start beating the shit out of each other. The Royal Rumble.
B
Yeah. But then Tam's like, I don't care about that.
A
It's time to leave. Tam, go take a little break.
B
But at this point, Heather, get Tam up and walk her out. Be like, tam, I know you're upset. I love you. This is not going to end well. Let's have this conversation. When you're not in this emotional state.
A
They let it play out.
B
They let it play out. They let her just dig that hole.
A
But I have to say, I was kind of. I've seen Tamra worse, and I was kind of, again, surprised that Gina went for her in that moment. And I feel like everybody's got, you know, because Gretchen's around. Well, I think if you're going to go for Tamara, you better be damn well prepared for a fight.
B
Yeah. I mean, well, she goes for her twice. She says Tamara is being rude and that she is sloshed. And. But I wonder when it comes to Gina. When it comes to alcohol, since Gina is sober or California sober, if it. I don't like to use this word, but if it, like, triggers her. Yes.
A
No, I don't. I don't. I don't see that. But I. But I think that's a good. It's a. A good reason for her to have acted out like that towards her.
B
Yeah. But also, I don't know, just that.
A
She'S clearly everybody's drink. She's not. Tamara's not the only one drinking.
B
Tamara's not the only one drinking. But then Tamara snaps at Heather when Heather asks her if she wants some of her dish. Shannon says she does not know how many drinks Tamara had, but does not think that the water Tamara brought into her hotel room earlier was actually water. Tamara had just told Shannon five hours before this that she would see Tamara wasted again. Then the table goes silent.
A
Meanwhile, back at the ranch. Fast forward.
B
Meanwhile, Tam was like, listen, I didn't roofie Gretchen, but I'm about to roof myself for this dinner.
A
Yeah. Hey, with friends like Shannon having her back and making her stop drinking the yellow water.
B
Yeah, I mean, the yellow water is probably why. Maybe she had a parasite.
A
It's called a point. Oh, parasite.
B
Then in the hall, the producer asked Tamara if she's okay, and Tamara starts crying. And this moment, you realize where Tamara is mentally, she says, I just want to go home.
A
I felt so bad when she did that.
B
It's like she's crying. Heather gets up to talk to Tamara and tells her not to act like that, like she's not acting like herself. And then Tamara comes at Heather and tells her to go off and that she can have Gretchen. And Heather doesn't know why Tamara's coming after her.
A
I do. Yeah, because she asked her if she wanted some of her gumbo soup.
B
Yeah, like, you needed to have a bite of eat. To eat. And then Shannon goes, well, I offered her my water. I gave her Gina's water.
A
No, When Heather offered Gretchen her gumbo soup.
B
Oh.
A
Your body, huh? You're getting buddy over here. Gretchen, you're gonna have her have some of your soup. Now you could go.
B
Soup you actually have to touch. It's not. Soup isn't like, do you want one of my chicken fingers?
A
No. She was like, hey, Gretchen, you want some of my gumbo soup? And then, as blasted as Tamara was, she was like, oh, you guys are buddies now? You're sharing soup?
B
This is where I draw the fucking line.
A
Yeah, you want. You want to be friends? You shoot soup sharer. Go ahead, you soup share.
B
You. You asshole.
A
Seriously. And then. And that's what pissed her off. And as she was walking out, she's like, you can have Gretchen. Yeah, but she literally, Heather actually had a say. This is Tamara. Hey, Gretchen, you want some soup? Like she had doing now it's not the time.
B
Then they're still sitting at dinner. Then it's like nobody goes with Tamara. Tamara's down in the lobby. I think it's probably like a two story restaurant. She asked, should I get an Uber? And then the girls all see Tamara's story saying, this was I want to read it word.
A
Nothing like somebody running out after a Tamara, though.
B
No, none.
A
Heather did, but. But she.
B
No, she couldn't make it downstairs. She didn't want to miss the dessert.
A
Well.
B
But then the girls see Tamara's insta story while they're all sitting there saying it was a long run. When life gives you real problems, this reality doesn't make sense. The girls wonder what this means. Is she quitting the show? I mean, honestly, I'm shocked Tam was able to do that. To write that up on her phone and post that.
A
That's saying she did it.
B
No, I'm saying she did. Well, clearly she did. But I mean, if I was in that state, I don't know that I would have been able to be posting Insta stories telling, sending texts for people to off. I'd probably be passed out in the back of that Uber.
A
She.
B
She gave it, I want to quit the next.
A
With the last bit she had left. You know Tamara, I'll always have the last word.
B
Yeah, well, she did. And so she leaves us on a cliffhanger. I know at this point I was like, probably in the hospital room, I don't know. But I was still somehow looking at Insta stories. And I saw that and I'm like, holy, this can't be happening. And I'm like, I had to get on the horn harassing Tamara the next day. I'm like, did you mean to post that? Were you hacked? What's going on? You're not quitting. She's like, I'm quitting. I'm like. And I gave her a big, big tongue.
A
Yes, you did. And I remember speaking to her about that. And you gave her the strength to stay.
B
I'm glad that she did.
A
She wound up in the end. It works out for her in the end. Let's just say that.
B
Well, let's just hope that. Let's hope that it gets better because it's been. I mean, I feel like we won't see Tamara next episode is my guess.
A
No, no, no. There's. There's a little bit of a lapse, I believe.
B
I think we have a lapse. I think this is where we get to the more. Next week we'll find out more about Katie. And then, then I think we have a lapse in Katie.
A
Well, how many episodes is this trip?
B
I don't know. Do you think that I'm wrong?
A
Yeah, I do. I think something big happens this next episode.
B
Oh, so you think Tamara will be in the next episode?
A
I don't know if she'll be in it, but talk about. Clearly, it's a very, very pivotal moment for the season.
B
Oh, okay. Well, I like it. I like it. It was a hard episode to watch. It made me sad. But I feel like everybody's doing their part. I mean, when Amber was trying to, trying to get the troops together to all have like some sort of cohesive conversation, finally she was just like, I gotta give up on this shit. I can't do it.
A
I love, I, I like the aesthetics of the trip. I like the. There's a lot going on where they went, you know, it's not boring.
B
They had a lot of beignets. Everybody had beignets.
A
The big beignet pants, the puppy parade. I love that shit. They had their fair share of fights and friendships and a lot getting resolved. Kudos, girls. Good job.
B
Who do you think you would naturally get along with best in that group? You can't say Tamra.
A
Okay, so if I can't say Tamara. I like Gina and Emily's friendship, but I don't know that there's a lot of room for anyone else in it.
B
Correct.
A
They're very tight knit. They go to the bathroom together, they have their conversations together. They do all their things together. So then Heather, there's. Who's left? Heather, Shannon, Jen.
B
Heather, Shannon. Jen. And Katie.
A
Katie. And Gretchen.
B
And Gretchen.
A
For sure. For sure. Gretchen and Katie. I'd be best friends with them. I would connect myself. I would jump on that friendship so quick, I probably wouldn't last an hour with either one of them. No, I don't know. You know, it would be between Shannon and Heather.
B
I think I'd go with Heather. Yeah, I think I'd go with Heather.
A
I'd have to get to know both of them. Heather's funny. I'd have to get to know both of them a little better because I've spent more time with Shannon at times. We've done some press things together. I would have to spend more time with Heather to give you an answer on that.
B
Maybe we need to have a hangout, me, you, Heather and Shannon. And say, listen, guys, we're auditioning you to see who we would be closest with.
A
Who I'd let you sit at my lunch table ok. Yeah. Which one I'd let sit at my lunch table?
B
All right, so that's how we'll leave it.
A
I let always let the underdogs sit at my lunch table.
B
You do always person always did.
A
In high school A.
B
This is.
A
No one sat alone.
B
Teddy, you know what they left alone tonight?
A
Huh?
B
They left Tamara alone tonight.
A
They did.
B
To get her own Uber.
A
Now, let me ask you, what would you have done if you were there? How would you have handled that? Would you stand behind Tamra and say, fudge you? That's my friend. Don't talk to her like that. Like, what would you have done?
B
I think I probably would have. If I was in the right state of mind. I think I probably would have been like, you guys, this is where it's too fucking much. Let's wait and get the actual information. I want to see the proof. I also want to know who these two reputable people are, other than Kiki, Monique, that are saying it. And let's go for it. Let's go from there. We can't accomplish any goals here. We could have maybe accomplished things when it came to Jen and Tamara had she been in a place. But, yeah, a million percent, I would have. When I saw Tamara come in and her eye makeup's all smudged over on the side, she's not looking like herself and she's clearly not doing well, I think I'd be like, you know what, Tam? Let's go back and watch your movie. Now's not the time.
A
Because I don't think any production wouldn't have let you do that.
B
I think they would have. I think they would have after the first time, when she wasn't making sense, if I said, and then they would film us in our room talking about.
A
The world, they would have handcuffed you to the chair and said, let's. Let's let you make a slop of yourselves. Let's go.
B
If Tamara would have openly at that moment said, I'm on Xanax and alcohol.
A
Oh, then it's a liability. That's different.
B
And they would have let her walk out with me. So if I would have been like, tamara, honestly, I know that you're struggling, but what's going on? And she would have told me the truth in that moment and said, like, you know, I'm overserved in whatever capacity I'm in. And then I would have gone and we could have filmed talking about it all when she sobered up a little bit. By the time we got back to the hotel from the Uber, Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
And then we would have gotten the full side, but now we're confused. Now she's. Now it's just everybody against Tam and I. I do think it'll switch because there's a bunch of.
A
Well, we're gonna find out.
B
Well, thank you, Dolores, for another great episode.
A
Thank you, Teddy.
B
I appreciate you.
A
I appreciate you. I adore you.
B
And I don't know if I'm going to be doing Miami with Dolores or with Tamara this week. It depends when it Dr. I think Tamara might be out of town, but I.
A
We're by this week. I'm getting my hands done tomorrow. You are moving on. Skin tightening, fat transfer, and skin tightening.
B
That's a big day.
A
Yeah. And then I'm flying home the next day.
B
That sounds like a good plan.
A
Yeah, I have.
B
Well, we celebrated my son's birthday early. And then I asked him. I go, what do you want to do on your actual birthday? And he goes, I'd like to get a massage.
A
What? There's some good places that you could take them.
B
I'm like, okay, we'll go get a massage. Don't twist my arm. But I mean, I don't know if we're gonna get a Happy Feet down the street.
A
I'm not so sure of what kind. I mean.
B
I know I died.
A
Okay, kiddo?
B
Okay. You are 11 now.
A
It's time.
B
Oh, my God. All right, guys, thanks for tuning in. Before we get ourselves in any more trouble, we gotta go. Bye.
C
What a matchup we got, y'.
A
All.
C
This is that classic HBCU vibe. Non stop action. The band is rocking and the crowd lit. Chance echoing drum beat. Everybody showing that school pride. A game like this. Yeah, it calls for an ice cold Coca Cola. Ah. Crisp and refreshing. That's a game changer right there.
B
Mmm.
C
Yeah, that taste always hits the right note. Just like the band at halftime. And just like that, we're back, back at it. Passionate fans, school colors everywhere. And an ice cold Coca Cola. That's a winning combo. No matter the sport, no matter the yard. Everybody knows fan work is thirsty work. So grab a Coca Cola and keep that HBCU pride going.
