Two t's in a pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra.
Tamra Judge
Hi, guys. Welcome back to another episode of Two Teas in a Pod with myself and Dolores. Good morning, Dolores. How are you?
Teddi Mellencamp
Good morning. Good. It's a good morning. It's my boo bear's birthday today.
Tamra Judge
Your boo bear? Holly, It's Polly's birthday. Oh my God. Happy birthday, Polly.
Teddi Mellencamp
Oh, he's going to have breakfast by himself.
Tamra Judge
Oh, he's all, happy birthday to me.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, right.
Tamra Judge
Are you guys gonna go celebrate?
Teddi Mellencamp
So there's a restaurant called the 130 Club that he loves. So we're gonna go there and. Yeah. And then tomorrow we have movies with the kids. The F1 movie and a barbecue here. And then Sunday, full day.
Tamra Judge
It's never a dull moment for you, Dolores.
Teddi Mellencamp
No, I have two graduation parties and engagement, and then my kids want to bring him to brunch. So. Yeah, it's a big day on Sunday.
Tamra Judge
That's a big day. Okay.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah. So how's everybody? How are you, Tamara?
Tamra Judge
I'm good. After this, I'm gonna go to lunch with my granddaughter and her mother, Sarah. So we're gonna go meet for lunch. And then Eddie said he wanted to take me date tonight. I go. Why? Really?
Teddi Mellencamp
It's very. A little frisky. Yeah.
Tamra Judge
I mean.
Teddi Mellencamp
But wait now, tonight, since you're going on a date, are you going to get dressed up, do your makeup and hair?
Tamra Judge
I probably will do my makeup and hair and dress. I, I, I don't know where we're going, so I don't know if it's dressy or, or what. So I'm like, where are we going? He's like, well, I'm not going to tell you. And I'm like, okay, but I need to know how to dress.
Teddi Mellencamp
Are you getting engaged tonight? What's going on? I don't know.
Tamra Judge
I don't know. I think he's just trying to be really sweet.
Teddi Mellencamp
That's really nice.
Tamra Judge
Yeah. And then the next few days we're going to leave to Go back to Big Bear for the fourth of July. You do have any big plans for the fourth?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yes, I will be busy. I can't.
Tamra Judge
Oh, you'll be out of town.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'll be out of town. Oh, fun.
Tamra Judge
That'll be fun. So this episode of Miami. It's Episode. It's only episode three. Can you believe it? It's only episode three.
Teddi Mellencamp
And it is bringing it.
Tamra Judge
So good.
Teddi Mellencamp
It was so good. I. I really loved it.
Tamra Judge
I can't wait to get into the Julia of it all, because I want to know your opinion, what your thoughts are on this, because that was a lot.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, we'll get there.
Tamra Judge
We'll get.
Teddi Mellencamp
We'll get there. But because, I mean, first. First, I want to talk about the happy stuff.
Tamra Judge
Yes.
Teddi Mellencamp
Marisol is so amazing. Why is she not a housewife?
Tamra Judge
I don't understand.
Teddi Mellencamp
I almost want to boycott this.
Tamra Judge
I know.
Teddi Mellencamp
Maristol is amazing. She's in every scene. She's funny, she's witty. Her clothes are insane. Her husband's adorable. Boo bear. Like, this is. I'm not understanding. She is. I don't understand housewife material.
Tamra Judge
Well, not only that, they're giving her home scenes, and they film at her house, and they're covering her wedding and all these things, and it's like, if they're doing all that, like, why isn't she, you know? I don't know.
Teddi Mellencamp
I feel like best friend is a housewife. I mean, like.
Tamra Judge
But don't you feel like the friends on Miami have solo scenes like Housewives do? I mean, it doesn't make any sense to me. Kiki had her own home scene as well, so I'm like. I just don't get it.
Teddi Mellencamp
I mean, I think Kiki is an amazing housewife, too. I do. I could say the same about her. They're good. Listen, these girls got the memo, and it's just hard for me to say, why aren't they housewives? But they're just so good doing their job.
Tamra Judge
So I'm gonna have to get to the bottom of this, because I've always wondered, why is Marisol not a housewife?
Teddi Mellencamp
I need to know. I. I'm telling you, I almost want to pick it.
Tamra Judge
I'm gonna. I'll see Andy in a couple weeks. I'm gonna ask him.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, yeah, ask him. Ask him.
Tamra Judge
It starts out, a flash forward, shows Marisol and Steve's wedding. Gertie and Julia get into a heated argument. So let me get this straight. So Marisol and Steve, were they not officially married? They had. They had Ceremonies. But they never really got legally married. If I'm.
Teddi Mellencamp
They had, like, 25 weddings. The one in Scotland was unreal. Off the. I think they, like, off the hook. Like, her. She had a custom, beautiful dress. She has style. Like, unbelievable. I should refer to her for style. But I could never fit into anything she wears or have it look good on me. So they weren't. They got married in Scotland. He's Scottish. I think.
Tamra Judge
I. Oh, okay. Makes sense.
Teddi Mellencamp
I believe I could be wrong. Anyway, he is a class act, brilliant guy. I mean, Paul was very impressed when he met him. And he's just a gentleman. It's the. She says it's the best thing that ever happened to her, and I believe her.
Tamra Judge
Well, he's just. He really is like, you know, in a world of housewives where we see a lot of douchey boyfriends and husbands, he's not that guy.
Teddi Mellencamp
He's not that guy, you know, and he. She deserves it, and I'm happy for her, but it gives hope. Like, I was looking at it, and I said, you know, a lot of women in their older years look at who have been through the mill. He's Australian, Okay. He's Australia.
Tamra Judge
Australian. Okay.
Teddi Mellencamp
I don't know why they got married in Scotland, but you can't go wrong getting married in a castle.
Tamra Judge
Maybe it's one of their favorite places.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah. And it. And it fit them. They looked beautiful. And so, I mean, just looking at them and their relationship gives so much hope to women who think. Who've given up and saying, it's just not in the cards for me. Like, I'm not going to find that guy. You know, Maristal went through it with that other bad guy that she wanted to die over.
Tamra Judge
I don't remember him. So I don't remember the past history of.
Teddi Mellencamp
I think it was her narc. And remember, Adriana shoved it in her face and goes, yeah, he called me after you just broke up. Remember that whole thing? He wasn't on the show.
Tamra Judge
Okay.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, it was during the break, but.
Tamra Judge
She went through between the. The. The break. The.
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, this was her devil. But she was crazy about him. And then. And then they got in that crazy fight because Adriana's like, yeah, he called me. She's like, how dare you, knowing what I went through with him that you never told me.
Tamra Judge
Now you're gonna throw it in my. Coming back to me. Yes, yes, yes. Well, it's three days before the wedding, and Alexia and her son Frankie head to Sea Spice to meet Miriam. Alexia is planning a Surprise event for Marisol and Steve. Now she even admits Alexia. She cracks me up. She's throwing a surprise wedding party at the place she and Todd met.
Teddi Mellencamp
Alexia, stop already.
Tamra Judge
And she's like, basically, yeah, I'm a glutton for punishment. That's why I do this.
Teddi Mellencamp
She's like, I'm. Yeah, I'm a masochist, but you like Alexia. Go get a big vibrator and stop banging this guy. Go get. Stop. Tell your it's over. And it's just that, that place, you know, I've been there. Have you been there?
Tamra Judge
I've never been there.
Teddi Mellencamp
I used to be a Miami lover. We had a place there for 15 years in sunny Isles. So I've been to the. And I miss it. It's not the same, but that place had, like, bad vibes for some reason.
Tamra Judge
Oh, really?
Teddi Mellencamp
It just gave.
Tamra Judge
Do you think that she chose that place because of the fact that it was an easy place to film or.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, it's a cool place. It turns into, like, a disco. You dance on the chairs, and it's like.
Tamra Judge
It looks like a ship on the inside.
Teddi Mellencamp
It's hot. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And. And, well, she had memories there, but I think it's a cool, cool place. It's a beautiful place to go. And it's. You know, you gotta go high end with Marisol. When. When it's Marisol, you just can't do, like, something like that. But it was nice of her to plan this party. It really wasn't. She was very surprised. Because, Marisol, you know, when someone's not surprised, you know, they're dressed to the nine. You know, Marisol is beautiful as she looked on her worst day. She looks amazing, right? But she's like, I'm not dressed for this. She would have been dressed.
Tamra Judge
I loved how she. They got on the back of the motorcycle. And Drew, it was just the courthouse, right? They just went and got married.
Teddi Mellencamp
They made it official. And. And to her. Her credit, she said, listen, I guess there's no prenup. Because she said, we have to. We don't. I don't have children. And as we're getting older and I know this is my guy, we need to be in. Able to get into each other's funds. And I. And I get that.
Tamra Judge
I get that 100. Get that as well.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'm not mad at that.
Tamra Judge
Not at all. So I think it was really sad when Frankie was. Got upset that his mom was crying.
Teddi Mellencamp
I got. Oh, Tamara.
Tamra Judge
He's like, mommy, don't cry. Don't cry.
Teddi Mellencamp
And let me tell you, he didn't say one bad word about Todd.
Tamra Judge
No, he didn't. Alexia explains that even though Frankie can't express himself the same as others, you know, he still understands what's going on. And, you know, he was clearly affected by Todd, and he doesn't want to say that.
Teddi Mellencamp
Jerk off. He didn't say Ma. He's don't cry. He's a piece of. Frankie knows how to say those things, but Frankie doesn't. I've always noticed what a special man he is. She raised a man.
Tamra Judge
Oh, yeah.
Teddi Mellencamp
She taught him to be the man. Yes.
Tamra Judge
Good man. So then Alexia calls Lisa to invite her after she was just saying it was funny. Lisa doesn't pick up her phone. She doesn't answer. And she's like, oh, hi, Lisa. Like, but Lisa was in Canada because her dad passed away.
Teddi Mellencamp
I feel bad, very bad about that. My condolences.
Tamra Judge
Yes, absolutely. And then we see Marisol getting glam for her official wedding. And Marisol gets emotional, talking about her parents not being there. She explains that it was important for her to get legally married, like you said, because she wants to be able to, you know, if something happens to one of them, to be able to take care of that person and have access to the things that maybe aren't recognized legally. So she. But you'd have to say Marisol's had more weddings than probably, I don't know, Miami has had seasons.
Teddi Mellencamp
More husbands or more weddings.
Tamra Judge
Weddings. Weddings to Steve. Like that.
Teddi Mellencamp
Listen, I, I, I love watching it because her style is so amazing. It wasn't like, you know, ew. I mean, each wedding got better.
Tamra Judge
Oh, yeah. She's got the best clothes, but it's like, crazy. Like, she's on the back of the motorcycle. You see her veil go flying, but she still looks great. She gets off that motorcycle, I'd be like, a mess.
Teddi Mellencamp
Marisol, I can't get enough of the two of them. Because he lets her be herself. One of the main things, because, you know, we're set in our ways now we're older. You have to find a man who accepts everything about you and lets you be yourself and never gets mad at you for being yourself. Sometimes I get loud or I talk loud or I swear or something, but, you know, and there's other people, when they meet later in life, that that other person tries to control and mold them to be something they want.
Tamra Judge
Oh, yes. I live that.
Teddi Mellencamp
You get what I'm saying?
Tamra Judge
I lived it 100%. Don't be loud. Don't talk like that. Don't dress like, why are you with me?
Teddi Mellencamp
No. Yeah, don't tell me. Grown ass woman. Don't tell me enough in my life. And I. And I. I love the person that I am now. I don't want one person telling me to do anything.
Tamra Judge
Same.
Teddi Mellencamp
Don't tell me what to do.
Tamra Judge
I agree. Now, over at the cafe, Adriana heads over to meet up with Julia. You know, I was a little bit surprised at this too, which kind of, I think, proves that they're not good friends like you think they are. So Adriana was saying to Julia, like, you didn't even tell me about the adoption. Like, why you tell everybody else? I'm supposed to be your best friend. Of course they do the flashback.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'm supposed to get the heads up before everyone else, that is. There's a chain of command here.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, I feel like we're seeing a little bit of a softer Adriana this season.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, her face is much softer because whoever did the work on her face, she should be divulging because she looks 30 years younger. Or it's. Or it's French dick. I don't know what it is, but whatever it is, she needs to share whatever made her look like she's 20.
Tamra Judge
Like a French dip. Oh, my God.
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, it's. You know, do I kind of feel.
Tamra Judge
Like Julia has dropped Adriana since, you know, she. It's just like she's moved on to friends. Like, she's like, I'm gonna go hang out with the cooler girls because Adriana got so much last year, and now she wants to be with Marisol and Alexia.
Teddi Mellencamp
Let me tell you something. I don't. This happens. But no this happens. If you haven't noticed. See, I'm very loyal. I don't do this. I always stick with the person, even if the ship's going down, as you know. But. But it happened in Atlanta too, and.
Tamra Judge
It happens with me too.
Teddi Mellencamp
But what I'm saying is, you know, this is noticeable to me. I see this. And. And I see. And I agree with you, Tamara, but Adriana, girl, you look so good.
Tamra Judge
Do you know that she's almost 60?
Teddi Mellencamp
I did not know that.
Tamra Judge
And she looks amazing.
Teddi Mellencamp
But, yeah, and listen, you could ride that wave till it crashes, Adriana, but I don't know how old that guy is, but I don't see that having longevity. Have fun with it. Keep your skin looking young, whatever it is he's doing to it. And like, when she was going in the water and she takes her top down yes. The look of disgust. I mean, maybe I'm reading it wrong, but he was like.
Tamra Judge
He just didn't. He was just like. He did have a look on his face. It was like, whatever.
Teddi Mellencamp
Unless they just edited it.
Tamra Judge
Like, unless it was editing.
Teddi Mellencamp
I didn't see him gone.
Tamra Judge
But they're only gonna edit it like that. If further on in the season, we see, like, him being shady with her or something, not adding.
Teddi Mellencamp
Sometimes I. Faces. And I don't mean it. I don't mean it. So I'm not.
Tamra Judge
I make faces, and I do mean it.
Teddi Mellencamp
But, Tamara, I'm not gauging that look. I had to say that. You know, clearly, we have to speak about what we saw. But I'm not going to say that he made that at her, and I'm not going to give that any weight. I'm not. I'm just going to say. Because sometimes the camera catches that look.
Tamra Judge
Adriana, you know, being upset and with Julia, because tell her it was totally fair. But Adriana asked Julia if she could have a baby shower for her, which I thought was really sweet, because, you know, she could have easily went like, screw you. You're obviously not my friend. Why am I going to have a party for you? But she does. She has baby shower now. Gertie goes to the stretch lab. Have you ever been to a stretch lab?
Teddi Mellencamp
It feels so good.
Tamra Judge
Yes, I went. There was one over here by my house, and I went. Did a little sponsored situation for them. And, I mean, if I had the time, I would go all the time.
Teddi Mellencamp
No, it's amazing. It gets your blood flowing. It. It really feels good. And you leave there feeling good. I've been getting lymphatic drainage massages. It hurts, Tamara. It hurts so bad. You do see a difference. I don't know how long the difference lasts, but it does get, like. It gets my digestive tract going. And it's supposed to be good for skin tightening. I told the girl, listen, I don't totally. I'm not buying the skin tightening yet, because, you know me, I believe in everything has to be surgical. But I have.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, I'm over here buying every oil, every rub. I just bought this diamond head thing that you, like, go in circles in your skin, and literally your skin just goes flying off. I'm like. I'm doing it all right now. 57 years old and is just falling.
Teddi Mellencamp
It happens. So at some point, you just have to embrace it. But. Well, like, to some extent, unless you want to just go get it cut off. But. But the renuvion. Helped me a lot. The. The knees, the skin tightening.
Tamra Judge
Maybe I need to do that. I need to do that. Actually, my doctor told me that that was a pretty good.
Teddi Mellencamp
It's amazing is.
Tamra Judge
And you also went from what he was saying, like, you could do it, like, more than once you can do it, and every time you do it, it gets better.
Teddi Mellencamp
No, it's one and done. Renovian.
Tamra Judge
Well, Gertie is struggling with insecurities post cancer. She says she wants to do anything she can to help herself feel sexy again. I totally get that. And, you know, when she looked at her husband and said, you know, he's like, no, no, you don't need this. She's like, man, if I don't feel sexy, it's not going to benefit you.
Teddi Mellencamp
And she's not lying.
Tamra Judge
No, that's true.
Teddi Mellencamp
I want to say I think men need to. And I'm not talking about Russell because he's the husband from heaven, but I want to say that men need to tell women they're beautiful more. They really do. Your partner needs to tell you, because if you feel good, just like she's saying you, it benefits them because you feel sexy.
Tamra Judge
Oh, thank you, Matt. Matt just told us we're both. You're beautiful, too, Matt, who just said you're both beautiful.
Teddi Mellencamp
So sweet. But.
Tamra Judge
But do you know what I'm saying? Yes, I understand that. But at the end of the day, if you don't feel beautiful yourself, like, it. It does. Like, it makes you not want to take your clothes off. It does make you want to turn the lights off in the. In the bedroom. You know what I mean? Like, if you don't feel good about yourself or something is like, Gertie's going. Went through cancer. She's been open and honest about gaining weight, having to have surgeries on her breasts and all that stuff. And her husband, like, a nice husband. I think most men are like this. They're like, you know what? You're good. You're okay. Don't worry about it.
Teddi Mellencamp
You need. Most men are not like that.
Tamra Judge
They're not. See, Eddie's like that.
Teddi Mellencamp
I know Eddie's like that. But most men are not like that. They're not. And I think that has a lot to do with. From them not telling their women, oh, you look beautiful. Oh, let's. Let me get your hair done. Let's have a date night. Let's do something special. It makes women lose themselves. They're like, why bother getting dressed if he's not even going to tell me? I Look nice, you know, that does happen.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, I get it.
Teddi Mellencamp
Sorry.
Tamra Judge
I get a little insecure. I've, you know, I've had my breast implants put in, taken out. Put in, taken out. So now what happened? Because I've had it done so many. Well, I've had them done a few times. My muscles separated from my breast tissue so I have like an indentation in my chest and it bugs me. It really, really bugs me. And he's like, oh, who cares? I go, I do. It bugs me. If I flex, it's because I work out too. And so if I flex, they like there's a big indentation, separation. So I can never really wear anything low cut or anything.
Teddi Mellencamp
So I can imagine how she feels. You just have an ideation she has, you know, a malformity there.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, no, I get it. So I get it. As a woman, I understand it and.
Teddi Mellencamp
I, yeah, I think she should do whatever makes her feel good.
Tamra Judge
Yeah. And it's like it hasn't bothered me and then it has bothered me and then I forgot about it. And lately I'm like, I should just get it fixed. Like all it is. They go in and sew it up. But just another time.
Teddi Mellencamp
Time. Yeah.
Tamra Judge
With summer in full swing, I feel the familiar urge to refresh my closet. But I'm trying not to waste money on pieces I'll only wear once or just one season.

No one wants to think about hiv, but there are things that everyone can do to help prevent it. Things like prep. Prep stands for Pre Exposure Prophylaxis and it means routinely taking prescription medicine before you're exposed to HIV to help reduce your chances of getting it. Prep can be about 99% effective when taken as prescribed. It doesn't protect against other STIs, though, so be sure to use condoms and other healthy sex practices. Ask a healthcare provider about all your prevention Options and visit findoutaboutprep.com to learn more.

And if you're the second kind of folk, then Dietz and Watson is your new secret weapon. They've been handcrafting premium meats for over 85 years. No cutting corners, focusing on real ingredients done the right way, even if it's the hard way.
Danielle Fishel
Their signature deets dogs are made from premium uncured beef, and it'll make you question everything you've ever grilled.
Ryder Strong
The jalapeno cheddarwurst. It's got a World cup kick. And don't even get me started on the smoked beef hot sausage.
Danielle Fishel

Adriana tells Julia that Gertie said she was getting weird vibes from Julia. Julia says she does not have time for her. Julia's just being a. I'm sorry. I don't know what's going on with her.
Teddi Mellencamp
It's not like her. You know, I met her at BravoCon. She wasn't that friendly. No.
Tamra Judge
Well, then that. That goes to show right now. Like, she's just.
Teddi Mellencamp
Maybe she just didn't know who I was. But once.
Tamra Judge
Who cares? I don't care who anybody is. Like, you'd be nice to people. But she wasn't have time for her.
Teddi Mellencamp
She wasn't like, not nice. But I'm very different. But I bet a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. You know, make it your business when you're a housewife to know the other housewives, by the way. Yeah, I do.
Tamra Judge
I do too. I mean, before this podcast, you know.
Teddi Mellencamp
I made sure that I knew who everybody was. So when I met them, I gave them the respect they deserved as someone else I work with. Right. It's just who I am, what you do.
Tamra Judge
But in the confessional, Julia and Gertie explain what happened on the cruise. This whole cruise situation, a little bit.
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, what's so weird?
Tamra Judge
So just give you a little back story. This cruise was December of 2023. They didn't start filming until late August, early September 20th. Oh my God.
Teddi Mellencamp
Was on the cruise.
Tamra Judge
Well, listen, that means Julia waited almost an entire year to bring this up on camera. So Jen Fessler was on this cruise. So obviously this was like Some Kind of Housewives Celebrity cruise. You're going on one in September, right?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, but this was a different one. So apparently this is what I just did not realize. So Gertie was on one right before.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, she got home and wasn't even unpacked.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yes, he repacked and went with her. Now, here's what gets murky. The waters get murky. Julia's story is getting a little convoluted now because in the beginning she said she asked Gertie to go, but then she said she didn't. Right. But I believe she asked Gertie to go because why would Gertie get off a ship and then get right back on?
Tamra Judge
Yeah, that doesn't make any sense. I thought she meant she invited Gertie to go, like, to be part of all this, not.
Teddi Mellencamp
Not to take place of Martina.
Tamra Judge
Martina. So that makes sense to me. But of course she asked her to go. Why would she say that? She got home, she was unpacking from just being on a cruise. I'll tell you right now. I mean, that's a good friend. Because I probably would not take the time out of my life and my business and all that to land, get home, and then get right back on that ship. I don't know that I would do that.
Teddi Mellencamp
I don't know that I could. Because I'm not with somebody who's always like, yeah, yeah, just go. I mean, a lot of times Paul's very supportive of that, but I have a responsibility. I'm not a single person. Right. Kids. She has kids. Been away for a week.
Tamra Judge
Businesses. Like, it's not that easy to go on vacation.
Teddi Mellencamp
Right. Come home and drop what you're doing and go and support your friend, which I'd love to do every single time. Listen, who wants to turn down a cruise with Captain Sandy? You tell me.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, no, I get it. I totally get it. But didn't she just go on a cruise? Why would you want. And how long is this cruise?
Teddi Mellencamp
Whatever. Here's the thing. When they get on the cruise, Julia gets annoyed at the way Gertie is working it. Let's face it, I'm seeing through all right now. Yeah.
Tamra Judge
All the fans were coming up to. Gertie wanted pictures, all that stuff. Julia was feeling left out then.
Teddi Mellencamp
You think that's what happened?
Tamra Judge
Yes, absolutely. Gertie is a much more bigger personality than Julia.
Teddi Mellencamp
Julia got drowned out. I got it.
Tamra Judge
That's what I think happened. So she got all pissy about that. But it's so silly. It's so Immature. I just think that, overall, Julia is trying way too hard to be relevant, and it's not in her personality.
Teddi Mellencamp
Not everybody needs to be like that. Julia. I loved her. I did, too. I don't love this, but, you know, should I say it?
Tamra Judge
Go.
Teddi Mellencamp
Tamara, you're making me like you. I'm gonna get in trouble. Say it. Okay. You know what? I think Julia could have been a little more attentive to Martina when she was going through that stuff, because when her last round of chemo was, she forgot to tell her to congratulate her, do something for her, be there for her. She was doing opera lessons, or wasn't.
Tamra Judge
She getting a facelift?
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, now we find out she got a facelift during chemo.
Tamra Judge
And now she was having a medical emergency and she got on that cruise. She got on that cruise.
Teddi Mellencamp
Listen, I'm not happy with it. You know, there's something to be said for that. Right now I'm starting to question Julia, which I never did before. Never loved her. Loved how nice she was, how sweet she was. There's been times they've shit on her. Listen, people have done worse to Julia on this show than what Gertie has done to her, and it's been handled a lot different. She is very rambunctious right now.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, no, what I was trying to say is that Larsa went for Lisa for traveling while her, you know, dad was sick. And so I'm like, I bet you anything Lars is going to have something to say about this as well. Because, you know, here you're talking about this story and you're admitting that Martina was going in to have a procedure or she. Something happened.
Teddi Mellencamp
There was a scare. No, you don't go there.
Tamra Judge
And then she just takes off. And like, I. I wouldn't.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'm different. I'm different. I don't. I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't do it. And, you know, that's okay, Julia. That's what you did. If that's how you guys are, I.
Tamra Judge
Mean, this takes me back. Did you go to Bass Lake? Like, you know what I mean? Like, if somebody's in the hospital, you know, I got a little. I told you, I got a little shit because I said, you know, Larsa was a little out of line for saying that, but I didn't think that she really had that.
Teddi Mellencamp
I didn't think she was really that out of.
Tamra Judge
But I take it back. I take it back. I do. Yeah, sometimes you're not admitted.
Teddi Mellencamp
Legitimate question. But now she's. She's Regretting that time she didn't take with her father. And let me tell you, there's. There's nothing like the regret of somebody passing away and you saying, I wish I. I did this because I wish things were different.
Tamra Judge
I wish I could have said goodbye. I wish I could have said I loved you. Well, they're. They're at her dad's funeral at this point. And Lisa explains that her dad was an alcoholic and that those were the memories she had of him when she was a child. She had bad memories of him the last.
Teddi Mellencamp
She weren't that kid with the alcoholic parent. I don't say anything against Lisa for how she handled things. I'm not judging her because I don't know what kind of alcoholic he was. I don't know what kind of father he was that she couldn't come back from that. So I just feel sorry for how she feels.
Tamra Judge
Yeah. You know, and I mean, they had reconnected over the past year, spent some time with him. She felt like it wasn't enough time. So, you know, my brother, a bad choice.
Teddi Mellencamp
My brother, who I always say is the love of my life, I heard him say to somebody one time who wasn't speaking to his father, and my brother, you have to understand, he's been a cop in Patterson for 30 years almost. He's seen it all. He's held dying kids. He's seen what my brother. My brother's so brilliant. And I heard him say to somebody one time who didn't talk to their father, he goes, if you found out your father died tomorrow, would you regret not speaking to him? And that person went and drove to their father's house. So that's something to think about, you.
Tamra Judge
Know, so to not have a family member in your life over something silly or something that's not that big of a deal, like, families fight all the time, but to turn your back on that person, I don't care if they're an alcoholic. You know, there's obviously a line you have to draw somewhere, of course, but there's. Alcoholic is a disease, and you want to help them or, you know, for whatever reason, you don't like the way they act, you don't like the way they talk. Like, you know, what, Were they that bad?
Teddi Mellencamp
Here's the thing.
Tamra Judge
Were they that bad?
Teddi Mellencamp
There are parents and there are people and family members in your life that do not deserve that, ever. There are things that can happen, and I. So I never really judge anybody, but I say to people that I care about, will you be able to live with this. Will you think about, will you regret? Because tomorrow is not promised to anyone, Will you regret not making up with them? Because that's a part of healing as well. As we get to Kiki now, whose father threw her out on the street and she's now rekindling with him because she wants him to be a part of her children. But that is for the sake of her. If you even do it for the sake of you not wanting to regret that, then when you can, you throw up your hands and say, now I'm okay. If I never speak to them again, then you can move on.
Tamra Judge
Yes. I mean, just personal experience. I pushed my son into seeing his father. He hadn't seen him in years when he was fighting cancer. And I, you know, it took me a while, but I'm like, listen, if something happens to him, you're young right now. When you get older, you're going to regret it.
Teddi Mellencamp
And you have to. You have to come to terms with that. So. But that's into everybody's individual thing.
Tamra Judge
Yeah. So Kiki, her mom and her daughter head to the Museum of Ice Cream, and all her daughter wants is a damn chocolate ice cream cone.
Teddi Mellencamp
So cute. She's beautiful. She has beautiful children.
Tamra Judge
Well, she is stunning. Did you see her on Watch what Happens Live?
Teddi Mellencamp
Oh, that silver dress. I want to know. Listen, there's two outfits out of this that I want to know about. I want to know where Alexia got that skirt and shirt when she was planning the party at Seaspice and she didn't get back to me. By the way, Alexia, I text you and I don't see your answer. So I'll go to Big Hair and find out from there. Thank you.
Tamra Judge
She'll have it. Lauren will have it on her site.
Teddi Mellencamp
Lauren will have it. And then Kiki, I'm not even going to bother to. Maybe I'll dm. You know what? I'm almost being a prick right now. Like, I want to DM them and find out if they get back to me. And then I'm going to be pissed. I'll talk more here. So if I ask you where you got something, somebody better get back to me because guess what? I'm going to try about it.
Tamra Judge
And guys, if you ever want to know what housewives are wearing. Big blonde.
Teddi Mellencamp
Blonde hair.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, it's an Instagram account and she usually shows everything and she'll give, like, options. Like maybe a cheaper option if you.
Teddi Mellencamp
DM her sugar back to you.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, yeah. The guests start to arrive at Sea Spice and Marisol and Steve, you know, for their wedding celebration.
Teddi Mellencamp
I think Steve knew about it.
Tamra Judge
Probably.
Teddi Mellencamp
But I feel like he did because he had to help with the guest list.
Tamra Judge
But let me ask you a question. Do you think the. The other girls obviously knew why they were going, right?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah.
Tamra Judge
So why is Julia and Kiki showing up in white?
Teddi Mellencamp
Maybe they're European. Maybe they don't know that you don't wear white to a wedding. You know, it's maybe a cultural thing that we don't like it here, but it's not. Maybe.
Tamra Judge
Maybe you're giving. Look at you, giving them benefit of the doubt.
Teddi Mellencamp
I get the benefit of the doubt when it's due.
Tamra Judge
You're so kind, Dolores.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'm. I. I'll find other things to pick on them about because it's coming right now in this scene, but I'm just gonna say.
Tamra Judge
Yeah. Don't you dare not respond. Don't.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'm not gonna hate them for it. It's okay.
Tamra Judge
Well, Marisol wakes up with a sty in her eye, and she fixed.
Teddi Mellencamp
That sucks.
Tamra Judge
I know. That does suck. But she put a suck pirate patch right over her eyeball.
Teddi Mellencamp
Now we know what to do if we have to film with a sty.
Tamra Judge
I know. Wait, so did she wear that at her wedding, too? At her ceremony?
Teddi Mellencamp
No, no. You saw the wedding. When they went to the courthouse. She didn't have on.
Tamra Judge
Didn't have it on. But was the party the next day or the same day?
Teddi Mellencamp
No, the. I. The side came the day.
Tamra Judge
Oh, it was the next day. I was thinking that they went straight from the.
Teddi Mellencamp
No, another wedding. This is a connection to one of the 50,000 weddings they had.
Tamra Judge
Oh, my God. But Marisol's so happy that Adriana was forgotten about. She wasn't there, so Alexa forgot to invite her.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, here. Here you go again. Did Julia say. Why isn't Audrey. Adriana invited?
Tamra Judge
I didn't hear her say that.
Teddi Mellencamp
I didn't hear her say, you know, it's. I don't like excluding cast members, but they really can't stand Adriana. Marisol really can't stand her, but Larson.
Tamra Judge
Starts sharing that in Milan. Lisa understood Larsa's side and said she would unfollow Marcus. So she feels like she got through to her. She's gonna unfollow Marcus.
Teddi Mellencamp
Okay. However, what's your doing for you, Lisa? Like, Marcus isn't doing nothing for you. You're on the show with this girl.
Tamra Judge
Well, it was her best friend, you know?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, like, that's what I'm Saying, I.
Tamra Judge
Talked to Larsa the other day about the situation, and I said, you know.
Teddi Mellencamp
I still call her. Or did you see her?
Tamra Judge
We're on the phone. And so I said, do you. I see. Said, do you want me to unfollow Marcus? Because, you know, I started following him after Traders. We're on Traders together. And she said, yes. And I said, okay, listen, I've just had a couple DMs with him here and there. I mean, he's always been really nice to me, but I don't know him.
Teddi Mellencamp
Girls before bros. Yeah, I'm like, hoes before bros, hoes before pro.
Tamra Judge
However, Jody. She's saying that Jody went crazy and started yelling and saying he doesn't want Lisa and Larsa talking anymore.
Teddi Mellencamp
Dirty. She's dirty.
Tamra Judge
Larsa shows him a photo of how big his eyeballs were.
Teddi Mellencamp
You know what she's getting at? It's not nice. That's. You know what, Larsa, Sometimes you gotta just like, stop a little. Like, the girl just said, okay, I'm gonna unfollow Marcus. And then you go after Jody and you know where you're going with this.
Tamra Judge
Yes, we know. Everybody knows where she's going with this. So Marisol lifts her eye patch to get a better look to see, like, oh, look at his eyes.
Teddi Mellencamp
But, you know, he has that look anyway.
Tamra Judge
Yeah. Well, did you find it strange that.
Teddi Mellencamp
Julius Julia says, oh, I saw her jump on that. I saw her jump on that before.
Tamra Judge
She even showed the picture. She goes, let me show you a picture of Jody. Julia says, how big were his eyeballs? Like, why would that be a natural instinct to say something?
Teddi Mellencamp
They were talking about it. They knew it was going to be brought up. And. And Julia's like, julia, stay. Stay in your lane. Don't try to be like the other housewives that you're hanging out with. It doesn't. It's not a good look. When you try to be something you're not, it just doesn't work.
Tamra Judge
I kind of feel like his eyes have always been big. And Alexia is like, that's his eyes. Like, that's Jody's eyes.
Teddi Mellencamp
Was right. Gertie's like, sometimes you get a flash.
Tamra Judge
And you're like, well, sometimes you're talking or you're heated and you. Your eyes are open. I don't know. Larsa was just trying to prove her point.
Teddi Mellencamp
Low blow, low blow, low blow. Larsa, sometimes you go low, girl.
Tamra Judge
Well, Alexia is obviously Team Lisa right now. She doesn't like that Lars is talking about this at the moment while Lisa is grieving her father. Do you think it's a bad, bad timing for Larsa?
Teddi Mellencamp
I think it's all wrong. I think it's all wrong if she was really fight. I mean, Lisa just, just conceded. Lisa just said, okay, I'll do this, I'll whatever. And then, you know, sometimes you might not like the, the guy, but you have to respect him for the. If you love your friend, you have to respect him. Right?
Tamra Judge
Do you?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, I mean, I. I kind of do. I kind of do think.
Tamra Judge
I mean, it really depends on the situation. I think if you want to stay.
Teddi Mellencamp
Friends or stay in that person's life, then you kind of have to tolerate the person they're with. If they love that person.
Tamra Judge
What if he lies about cancer?
Teddi Mellencamp
How does she feel?
Tamra Judge
Or commit to crime or something?
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, you have to. Again, you have to love that. They say you love the dog for its owner. Yeah, I mean, I think the dog.
Tamra Judge
There's a fine line there. I feel like it depends on, you know, how good of a friend is this? Or is this. Yeah, I mean, if it's a really good friend, you know, you're gonna be honest and say, I don't think he's good for you.
Teddi Mellencamp
How do you know me?
Tamra Judge
That's my opinion. That's what you have to do.
Teddi Mellencamp
But, but you can say it. But it doesn't mean like, listen, if Larsa wants to be friends with Lisa, she can't go after this. She's chasing this coke thing with him. You. I'm not. Let's fucking say what it is here. Let's just say what it is. We know what she's trying to say. That's a low blow.
Tamra Judge
I will tell you. Jody did an interview with Eddie and Edwin on the EDS and just talking about his life and his ex relationship and his kids and what he does for work and all that stuff. Yeah, he has one. He has one daughter.
Teddi Mellencamp
I didn't know.
Tamra Judge
Teenage daughter. And he came off very nice and very sweet, very down to earth. I didn't know he's Canadian. I didn't know he was Canadian.
Teddi Mellencamp
I didn't know that either.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, Paul's got a very good relationship with his ex wife.
Teddi Mellencamp
They do things like a very decent guy.
Tamra Judge
He seems like a very decent guy. So then Julia, which I don't know what the hell she's doing, but she starts yelling and running around hugging Steve and saying congratulations.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, that was so weird.
Tamra Judge
It's very performative for the cameras is how I feel. Nothing she does is coming off natural. So far this season.

Honestly, honestly, honestly, no one wants to think about hiv, but there are things that everyone can do to help prevent it. Things like prep. Prep stands for pre expl prophylaxis and it means routinely taking prescription medicine before you're exposed to HIV to help reduce your chances of getting it. Prep can be about 99% effective when taken as prescribed. It doesn't protect against other STIs though, so be sure to use condoms and other healthy sex practices. Ask a healthcare provider about all your prevention Options and visit findoutaboutprep.com to learn more.

Well, you know, Gertie asked Julia, do you want to talk privately? You know, without the group? And Julia starts yelling at Gertie, saying she's producing. Gertie apologizes to Steve while Julia's still screaming. Gertie tells her to go sit down. Go sit down. I mean, it's not Julia's.
Teddi Mellencamp
It just is not becoming of Julia. But do you know what I was thinking of the whole time? I Watched this. Tam. I was thinking the Valley. I hope they're. I hope they're watching this. I hope they're learning. Because you know what I was thinking of Tam, like, so the El Coyote scene where the Valley lasted three seconds. Everybody got up and ran away.
Tamra Judge
Oh.
Teddi Mellencamp
Because they all sunk in their seat and started crying. And you know, Nia was crying like, it's so hard. This is. Girls take a lesson. This is the way a scene is supposed to go.
Tamra Judge
And.
Teddi Mellencamp
And Kiki saying, gertie, get up and leave. Gertie knows.
Tamra Judge
She's.
Teddi Mellencamp
She's a seasoned housewife knows. No, no, I cannot get up and leave. I am not getting up and leave.
Tamra Judge
Well, I honestly, yeah, I. I get that. Gertie yells like, what are you going to do, touch me? I mean, Julia's gonna clearly provoking Gertie this entire time. You can tell. Like, she's just like, how far can I push Gertie to get her pissed off?
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, she handled her own.
Tamra Judge
When somebody gets up and puts their finger in my face.
Teddi Mellencamp
That was rough.
Tamra Judge
I would have to walk away because I'd probably punch him in the throat.
Teddi Mellencamp
I've walked away a few times. But I'm just saying, Tamara, that when she was. And she was just like, sit down. Gertie had such restraint during this. And she was. The screaming, the. The high pitched.
Tamra Judge
Well, she was screaming back at her as well. But Marisol's like begging them to sit down and shut the up. They finally sit back down and grieve.
Teddi Mellencamp
Let me tell you, Marisol should be mad. She should be mad.
Tamra Judge
Yeah. I mean, she. She was mad.
Teddi Mellencamp
It was such a good scene, though.
Tamra Judge
It was so good. Julia calls her crazy and then throws a drink on Gertie.
Teddi Mellencamp
I know. On Kiki. Well, Kiki was sitting, you know, I.
Tamra Judge
Mean, Gertie's reaction was perfect by her not reacting the way Julia was hoping she would. I feel like she won that fight. It just didn't seem warranted. Like, it wasn't. Gertie didn't say anything to Julia that was that, like, over the top that deserved her to be throwing a drink. I think that's things that she's has seen done on Housewives shows before. And she's like, I'm going to make my mark. I just feel like she's just a try hard this season. Way too hard. And that's going to get her fired.
Teddi Mellencamp
I know. And now she's pissed off Adriana, who they've always stuck up. Adriana's like hanging in there, but she's like, you know, you could have told me. And Adriana, being a good sport, says, listen, it's not about me right now. I don't like how she handled things, but it's about her and her boys. And I want to still throw a party for her. So right now, Julia has the time to, I think, redeem herself. But let's see how the rest of the season goes. It's only worth we're third episode in. Let's see what happens when Stephanie Soji comes in.
Tamra Judge
I can't wait for her to come in. I cannot wait. I feel like Julia's about to put out another public statement like she did last week or the week before. What?
Teddi Mellencamp
What did she do?
Tamra Judge
She put out something about her behavior and how she was stressed and all. All this crap, but.
Teddi Mellencamp
Oh, so she didn't like the way she looked when she saw it. Gertie got the fan. The fan, you know, support.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, she did. I. I was confused with Kiki telling Gertie that she should leave. I'm like, if anybody should leave, Julia should leave. She's the one that threw a drink. Like, I. And. And Gertie's like, I ain't leaving.
Teddi Mellencamp
Gertie was smart to say, I'm not leaving.
Tamra Judge
But you know who did? Kiki leaves the party. Julia tells Larsa she wants the event to be over. She wants to take her mic out and cry. What are you gonna cry about? You instigated this. You instigated it, Julia. Now you want to sit there and play victim? No way. Nobody's buying this.
Teddi Mellencamp
No, because you know why? It's. She. She's not. It's not in her to act like this. So that took a lot out of her. Now she wants to fall apart.
Tamra Judge
Now all of a sudden, she's embarrassed.
Teddi Mellencamp
Right? Right.
Tamra Judge
She should be embarrassed.
Teddi Mellencamp
Right? Yeah. 100.
Tamra Judge
Gertie has done nothing to warrant this type of abuse from Julia. It has been happening since the very first episode. The very first. And it's like, I feel like she's going to keep coming for her. And I'm like, okay, like, what the.
Teddi Mellencamp
Hell happened on this ship? It's been like this ever since.
Tamra Judge
I mean, it's almost starting to feel like they're. That some of the girls are trying to ice out Gertie and Adriana.
Teddi Mellencamp
But why wait almost a year? But wait. Gertie wasn't invited to the Alexia. I don't think Alexia. So, like, she didn't invite Gertie to the little. They had a dinner or whatever. A little Lunch? I don't know.
Tamra Judge
Oh, she didn't. Wait, when? What are you talking about?
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, when they were talking, they were talking about Gertie. She's too much. Adriana with Ger and Gertie were the only two that weren't invited to this lunch. Alexia's dinner.
Tamra Judge
Oh, so it does it really? That just proves what I'm saying. I feel like they're trying to push them out.
Teddi Mellencamp
So they're trying to push Julie and. And Adriana out. But, But Alexia wasn't at the dinner. I mean, but Gertie wasn't at the dinner is what I'm saying.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, no, I think that they're trying to push Gertie and Adriana. Adriana. Oh, sorry, did I say the wrong name?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, yeah, I think you did.
Tamra Judge
Yeah.
Teddi Mellencamp
Okay, now I see what you're saying. I got confused for a minute.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, no, I think that they're trying to push them out. And I'll tell you, that happens on housewife shows.
Teddi Mellencamp
It does.
Tamra Judge
And sure, they try to push people out and try to ice them out. And I have a certain cast member on our show that, that loves to use the word. I'm gonna ice her out. So.
Teddi Mellencamp
Okay, well, let me, Let me let everybody in on a little something. You can't really do that.
Tamra Judge
It doesn't work like that. You look like a dick.
Teddi Mellencamp
Sometimes it backfires on you.
Tamra Judge
Oh, 100% will backfire on you.
Teddi Mellencamp
Unless the whole cast is after one person, like Monica Garcia. The whole cast said, we're out. She doesn't have a friend in us. We don't want her here. Get her out.
Tamra Judge
I still think that was wrong. I think that Monica deserved another chance.
Teddi Mellencamp
I, I, I do too. I absolutely do. I do.
Tamra Judge
Yeah, but that, that's it for this episode. I mean, it was a great episode.
Teddi Mellencamp
So good. Now you know what happens. Bring a different person into the dynamic. Stephanie Soji. And now we're gonna see how it goes. But I haven't heard. You ready. I haven't heard one person say one bad thing about Stephanie. I've spoke to all the girls. They all embraced her. They all that I know of, they've all said she was a great addition. She did a great job. Even Alexia, who she goes for when she gets there, she tries to take down an og, as you see on the coming attractions, and they still didn't say a bad word about her. So, so let's see. But if you did see the public statement that Dr. Nicole put out this.
Tamra Judge
Morning, I didn't see it.
Teddi Mellencamp
What'd she say she's sticking up for Gertie. She said we can all use our words to argue, but. But we still have to respect people and not get physical with them. As far as throwing a drink, she went. She said it. Yeah.
Tamra Judge
Well, I thought, like, if Dr. Nicole was still on the show, you know, that she would have Gertie's back at this moment.
Teddi Mellencamp
Oh, yeah, yeah. But that's a whole nother episode.
Tamra Judge
Well, we're excited to see Stephanie next week. She comes on the show and she's going to shake things up, that's for sure. Follow on Instagram. I've chatted with her a little bit. She just seems like a really cool chick.
Teddi Mellencamp
Okay, cool. All right.
Tamra Judge
Excited for her. But thank you guys for tuning in to another episode. And we'll see you next week.

Release Date: June 27, 2025
Host/Authors: Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge
Platform: iHeartPodcasts
In this episode of Two Ts In A Pod, hosts Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge delve into a detailed recap of Real Housewives of Miami (RHOM), specifically focusing on the third episode titled "Get a Vibrator." The duo offers their unique perspectives, blending humor and insightful commentary to dissect the latest drama unfolding in the Miami Housewives’ circle.
Marisol and Steve’s Wedding:
The episode centers around Marisol’s whirlwind romance and her numerous wedding ceremonies with Steve, including a lavish ceremony in Scotland. Teddi expresses her admiration for Marisol, questioning why such a charismatic and stylish character isn’t officially designated as a housewife in the series.
Teddi Mellencamp [06:14]: "Marisol is so amazing. Why is she not a housewife?"
Tamra echoes this sentiment, highlighting Marisol’s integral role and appeal, suggesting that the character adds significant value to the show.
Tamra Judge [06:23]: "Marisol is amazing. She's in every scene. She's funny, she's witty. Her clothes are insane."
Friendship Dynamics and Conflicts:
A significant portion of the discussion revolves around the strained relationship between Julia and Gertie. Julia’s behavior on a recent cruise, where tensions flared between her and Gertie, is scrutinized. The hosts debate Julia’s motives and her fit within the housewives' dynamics, questioning her sincerity and authenticity.
Teddi Mellencamp [32:10]: "She was trying way too hard to be relevant, and it's not in her personality."
Tamra adds insights into Julia’s confrontational approach, suggesting that her actions are a strategy to assert dominance within the group.
Tamra Judge [53:22]: "Gertie has done nothing to warrant this type of abuse from Julia. It has been happening since the very first episode."
Adriana’s Inclusion and Relationship Struggles:
Adriana’s interactions with Julia and her efforts to maintain friendships amidst the ongoing drama are also discussed. The hosts emphasize Adriana’s resilience and her focus on her family, despite the social tensions.
Tamra Judge [20:45]: "Gertie is a much bigger personality than Julia."
Marisol: Teddi and Tamra both laud Marisol’s vibrant personality and her positive impact on the show. They express frustration over her not being officially recognized as a housewife, given her central role and charismatic presence.
Teddi Mellencamp [06:54]: "I could never fit into anything she wears or have it look good on me."
Julia: Julia is portrayed as a controversial figure whose attempts to fit in seem forced. Teddi criticizes her for being inauthentic and for exacerbating tensions within the group.
Tamra Judge [53:22]: "Gertie has done nothing to warrant this type of abuse from Julia."
Gertie: Gertie is commended for her restraint and composure in handling conflicts, contrasting sharply with Julia’s volatile nature. The hosts appreciate her loyalty and emotional strength.
Teddi Mellencamp [53:38]: "Gertie had such restraint during this."
The episode highlights several key conflicts:
Friendship and Loyalty: Teddi and Tamra discuss the complexities of friendship within the high-drama environment of RHOM. They emphasize the importance of loyalty and genuine connections, critiquing characters who seem to prioritize social maneuvering over authentic relationships.
Teddi Mellencamp [45:03]: "Sometimes you gotta just like, stop a little."
Emotional Vulnerability: The hosts address the emotional vulnerabilities depicted in the show, such as Lisa’s grief and Gertie’s insecurities post-cancer. They advocate for open communication and emotional support among friends.
Tamra Judge [21:14]: "If you don't feel good, it makes you not want to take your clothes off."
Authenticity vs. Performance: A recurring theme is the tension between being authentic and performing for the cameras. Julia’s actions are often seen as performative, leading Teddi and Tamra to question her motives and the genuineness of her emotions.
Tamra Judge [52:14]: "But she wasn't having time for her."
Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge wrap up the episode by expressing anticipation for future developments in RHOM, particularly the introduction of new cast members like Stephanie Soji. They remain optimistic about resolving current tensions and are eager to see how the dynamic evolves.
Teddi Mellencamp [58:46]: "It's only episode three. Let's see what happens when Stephanie Soji comes in."
The hosts reiterate their commitment to providing honest and engaging recaps, ensuring listeners stay informed and entertained by the latest happenings in Real Housewives of Miami.
