Two T's in a pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
Dolores
Hi, guys. Welcome to another episode of two T's and a Pods and myself, Dolores. Hi, Dolores.
Podcast Announcer
Good morning.
Tamara Judge
Hi. I'm still stuck in Florida.
Dolores
Still in Florida.
Tamara Judge
Oh, boy.
Dolores
We are recapping Southern Charm Two episodes, episode 12 and 13, and they are in Puerto Vallarta. It's crazy.
Tamara Judge
So this is the second week Bravo's been there. I mean, think about it.
Dolores
I know. So it starts out with Vanita calls Austin and tells him Madison had her baby. So Vanita now is the designated information hub for this entire season. It feels like it does.
Tamara Judge
Vanita gets herself into everything. As we're going to talk about.
Dolores
She also talks about her current feelings with Sally. Um, do you think Austin actually cares about Sally romantically or is he just the attention or it's just a. An easy lay?
Tamara Judge
Well, it's a lot.
Dolores
A lot of things.
Tamara Judge
She's making it easy. It's a lot of different things. And I don't think she has any. Any problem with making it easy. Like, she's fine with it. You know, it's just if you're fine with it, then it's okay, right? If. If sure the girl being easy is okay with being easy, then we're all okay with it, right?
Dolores
Yeah, I think so.
Tamara Judge
He's not looking to any soul searching. I don't find her being upset with herself about anything. And she's. And you know, she's good. She's like, yeah, I'm going to do whatever. And I'm happy with the way I am. I don't see her being really upset with anything. Like, I'm upset with things about myself. Are you upset with things about yourself?
Dolores
Always?
Tamara Judge
Yeah. Like there's always something. I'm like, should have done this better. I have plans on doing this. Maybe I could have been a better friend about this. So Sally's happy with Sally.
Dolores
Sally likes Sally. So that's good for Sally. So we get to see the crew go to Molly's open mic night. She's scared shitless.
Tamara Judge
She cracks. She's funny.
Dolores
She cracks me up.
Tamara Judge
She's funny.
Dolores
I do.
Tamara Judge
I think she's so entertaining.
Dolores
But the group is so impressed by Molly. I was impressed by Molly. Like, she's missing her calling.
Tamara Judge
I'm impressed with anyone who can get up in front of people and sing or dance. I'm impressed with anyone who can play an instrument, who speaks several languages. I'm impressed by people all the time, just not myself.
Dolores
Well, I mean, I would like to see more singing and less tuba.
Tamara Judge
She's just funny. And I'm going to talk about. She said something later on in the episode which we're probably not going to talk about. So I'm going to bring it up now before menopause brain forgets it. When somebody says, don't be a pussy, she jumps in and she's like, listen, balls are way more sensitive than pussies. Pussies take a pounding.
Dolores
Yep. I was like, don't be a ball sack. How about that?
Tamara Judge
I'm going to tell people. For now on, that's going to be our new thing. Tamara, don't be a ball sack.
Dolores
Don't be a ball sack. Shep tells him he thinks he they should do a group trip to Mexico and hopes to bring Craig and Austin back together. There's a glimmer of hope with Austin and Craig at times.
Tamara Judge
I think so.
Dolores
I think so. They have history. I think when you know somebody for a long time and you care about somebody, that's when things get so heightened. If you don't care, you're like, whatever, do your thing.
Tamara Judge
Well, that's the thing. Like I see with your relationships. With my relationships. If there's history with a friendship, you know, we're in the business, you're gonna.
Dolores
It runs deep then.
Tamara Judge
It runs deep. And it's worth the salvage. It's worth working on or at least giving it a chance. Sometimes you do grow out of people. It has everything as an expiration date eventually. But I'm not. Just not friendships. I mean, just in general. Right. So you can grow apart sometimes. You'll see each other more or less, but they're worth working on. They have some history.
Dolores
Yeah, I think so, too. And then we see Charlie go over to Sally's house. Sally feels like Charlie is being secretive about her because of Craig. Of course she is. She knows that Sally does not like Craig and has such strong feelings. And I have to tell you, Charlie just seems like the kindest, sweetest girl ever on reality tv. She really does. She doesn't want to upset Sally. She doesn't want to accept upset Craig. She's afraid to say anything to Sally about Craig. I would have been secretive, too. And I don't know why. Sally's kind of being a little paranoid.
Tamara Judge
Well, Sally. Because Sally wants her to say to her, yeah, I slept with him yet because.
Dolores
But does she really? Because when she hear those. Those words, as we see later, she finds out they kissed she was like, what?
Tamara Judge
What? Well, first of all, if I was Sally, there's no way they didn't bang yet. I don't care. What are they doing? Holding hands? Just stop. Like, this is like, I mean, it's TV time, but it's going on at least a couple weeks or a week or two. They had the oyster thing. And remember he said, you're the first girl that I'm going on a date with that I didn't sleep with first or something like that. Which is what is in a. That's not a great resume, but yeah, whatever.
Dolores
Not a good opening line.
Tamara Judge
Thank you. It's like charming. That's not Southern charm here. That is.
Dolores
No, that's not very charming.
Tamara Judge
Not filling that spot, but. But I mean, I don't believe for one second that they haven't been together yet. And when they say they kissed, I'm like, when is it just a kiss at this age?
Dolores
I don't know. I just think they look so cute together. I really do. I feel like they just have like this little innocence about them. And I don't giggle together.
Tamara Judge
Really likes her. He does, but remember he said, I don't want to hurt her if she falls for me.
Dolores
And well, I think he's just. And I understand that because he just got out of a four year relationship that he thought he was going to marry this girl. I don't think he really knows where his head is. And you know, you have that sometimes you have that rebound relationship.
Tamara Judge
There was nothing wrong with him saying that, by the way.
Dolores
No, I don't think so either.
Tamara Judge
No, they made a big thing about it. But why did. Why did they make a big thing about it?
Dolores
I don't know. But Austin is admitting he has no plans of being with Sally. But it's endearing to him to have someone flirting with him like that.
Tamara Judge
Understood. He's being honest and that's understood.
Dolores
Totally honest about his intentions.
Tamara Judge
Yeah, Sally's aggressive.
Dolores
Very aggressive when it comes to men.
Tamara Judge
Very aggressive. And they, they drink a lot together.
Dolores
And I think that could be her problem. One of her problems. What's that about finding a guy or landing aggressive, Being a little too aggressive. Guys aren't really good with that. Most guys maybe if you find like a weak guy, he might.
Tamara Judge
I was never like that because I have too much pride. Like, and even in a relationship, I'm still not like, I'm like, you come to me.
Dolores
Well, things are clearly, you know, not good with Charlie and Sally, but when they arrive to Mexico, they get their room Assignment. And guess what? Charlie and Sally are sharing a room.
Tamara Judge
And. But, you know, she gets there and she's like. And I didn't think this was very nice because she's over Charlie being with Craig. Right. She's over it, I feel like, because now she's on to Austin.
Dolores
Well, you think she would be, but she still gets bothered by Sally. Not. You know, she tries to twist it and say, well, I'm only concerned because my friend's not being honest with me. Well, I think you can understand why your friend is not being honest with you. It's not that she's not being honest with you. She's just not telling you.
Tamara Judge
She's not telling you with her about other guys. And, you know, she doesn't want. She could not be honest with her, of course, because she doesn't want to hear.
Dolores
She doesn't want to hear the shit.
Tamara Judge
But, you know, Sally, do you remember when you didn't want to hear it from Vanita, you almost lost your whole friendship over it. So don't be a hypocrite and don't have, like a selective memory on remembering when you didn't like it. So leave it alone. Let her come to you when she wants. That's what real friends do. It's not easy for them to be friends at this time. But you know what? Let's see. Let's see what they got. Are they really friends? Let's see.
Dolores
Yeah. When two girls are going after the same guy and he picks one you don't like. Charlie was very transparent. She doesn't want Sally venting to her about Sally's negative feelings about Craig.
Tamara Judge
And maybe she doesn't want to hurt Sally's feelings that he didn't like her in this way.
Dolores
I mean, if you had a friend that didn't like Paul. Are you going to sit there and talk to your friend about Paul? No.
Tamara Judge
Well, no, because when you wind up with someone, well, it doesn't know. Yeah. Because a real friend, Tamara, should be. You should be able to talk to them about anything, regardless of the feelings they have towards the person you're with. Right.
Dolores
But if I have a friend that doesn't really. And I don't even know that I can be with somebody that thought that my husband wasn't good for me. So I'm not going to go to that friend and go like, oh, you know, this is what Eddie did, or whatever. It's just stupid.
Tamara Judge
It depends if the person's justified in not liking the person too. Like, if they don't like Eddie for a reason, which there's no reason not to like the nicest guy ever. But if they don't like him for a reason, you have to understand that. But you should be able to vent to that person. That's how I feel.
Dolores
So. So like you said, I feel like Sally is doing the same thing she got mad at Vanita for doing.
Tamara Judge
That's it?
Dolores
Yeah. At least Benita was trying to warn Sally. Sally's just mad that she wasn't picked by Craig at the end of the day is what I think. Like she feel like maybe she lost out, I think because she jumped over to to Austin so quick.
Tamara Judge
Are these, are these all like ingredients for very long term relationships in this friend group, like dating and fishing in the same pond? No, I don't think so.
Dolores
Okay, be honest. How many trips start perfect and then one tiny thing turns into a full meltdown. Go to travelinsure.com before you leave the group. Chat. Seriously. A delay becomes a misconnection. That's what Signature Hardware is all about. Style and function in every detail, from the kitchen to the bathroom. They help you finish your space beautifully. Check them out@signaturehardware.com or visit your local Ferguson showroom. Signature Hardware Create your signature style. So then Whitney takes Molly and Shep on a history tour of the building. Shep Demis. I didn't need to say this. Shep is demonstrating how he imagined they had sex in the bathtub. And I'm like, no, we don't need to see that.
Tamara Judge
Shep, some things are your long, lanky
Dolores
body bending over and positions that we don't want to see you in.
Tamara Judge
Yes, we'll pass. Hard pass. Hard pass.
Dolores
Then we get to see a sweet moment with Venita and Sally where Venita tells Sally she wants to be friends again and misses her. And Sally tells Venita she feels like Charlie is hiding something from her.
Tamara Judge
You know what, Sally, can I just talk to you for one second about this? At this moment, Sally, Vanita's talking to you about your friendship and how you can salvage it, which I have a lot of respect for. This Vanita doing this. Let's not care about what Charlie's doing. It's not the time to care about what Charlie's doing. This is a moment for you and Vanita, and keep it that way.
Dolores
We also have had friends that, you know, get a boyfriend or start dating someone, and you just don't hear from them as much as you normally do.
Tamara Judge
It happens right away.
Dolores
It happens right away. And then you, like, as a friend, you're like, ah, you know what? She's had over heels. She's doing this, doing that. Yes. Like, she'll come around when it. You know, when things get normalized.
Tamara Judge
Never be mad at somebody. I did it when I met.
Dolores
Everybody does it, and people were used
Tamara Judge
to me being around because I was in a relationship where there was no time to be with that person ever. So I was always there for everyone else. So when a person is in their love bubble and their honeymoon stage, do not get mad at them for not being around. But. But they should always be around if you need them. Like, that's where I have a problem. Like, if my friend needed me, I'd be there for them. Love bubble or not 100%.
Dolores
Charlie has no problem telling Craig exactly what went down with the conversation with her and Sally. Charlie explains that she feels really good about it and feels like she laid it all out there. I don't know that she completely elated out there because she's so not how I would. Because she's so sweet and kind, and I just.
Tamara Judge
You're funny. Not how I would.
Dolores
Not how I would. I'd be like, back off. Yeah, she was very, very good with her words. And you could tell, like, maybe because
Tamara Judge
she feels guilty about dating him when Sally liked him so much. Yeah. I don't know.
Dolores
I feel like at the same. Same time, I feel like they. They got hit by Craig at the same time. It wasn't like Sally had been wanting him for months. And then Charlie comes in.
Tamara Judge
I think if the shoe was on the other foot, Sally wouldn't feel so bad because she didn't. When Vanita was having issues with it, she did not feel bad.
Dolores
Well, you can't really say you laid it all out there when you didn't tell Sally that you kissed him.
Tamara Judge
I don't like having to account to somebody, friend or not.
Dolores
Oh, I know.
Tamara Judge
I don't like it. But I'll tell you this. I don't feel like I should have to.
Dolores
Have to.
Tamara Judge
If I don't feel comfortable telling. Well, are they really a friend? If you can't feel comfortable telling them, are they really a friend?
Dolores
No, they're not a friend. If you can't. Can't tell them something and they're, you know, they're going to get upset about it. But I think in due time, I think Charlie's going to get. And I could see it in her already where she's just. It. Just leave me alone. This is what happened. This is what I'm doing. It's coming. Like, just leave me alone. Like, stop it. Stop it.
Tamara Judge
Yeah. So she should do that sooner than later then. If she's going to do that anyway, then can do it now. Enjoy your relationship because Craig's going to probably dump you anyway. Enjoy what you got and tell your friend. You listen. I don't feel comfortable talking to you about it because of the way you feel about himself. Leave me the fuck alone. My relationship with him is off limits in our friendship. And if that's not okay, then talk to me when him and I are done or don't talk to me at all. That's it?
Dolores
Yeah. What did you think about Shep's game he wanted to play at dinner. They each had to go around the table and share a New Year's resolution for someone else at the table. Nothing like telling somebody how they should live their life.
Tamara Judge
I kind of liked it. I want people to tell me. Yeah? What would you tell me? I know what I would tell you.
Dolores
What would I tell you about your New Year's resolution? Maybe this year I'm going to get a little bit more organized.
Tamara Judge
Well, I don't organize myself, so let's.
Dolores
I know that. I know that me and Paul talk about it all the Time.
Tamara Judge
I don't organize myself. I, I, I wait. But I, I do, actually, at the end of the day, I do get it done, though. I get it done.
Dolores
Get it done.
Tamara Judge
I get it done. What I would say to you is, care less. Care less.
Dolores
Yeah, I'm trying. It's starting to work, actually.
Tamara Judge
Well, that was last year's resolution for you and me and you. Now let's try this. We're starting again. We're doing this again. We're doing this again. But timing is everything. It doesn't mean you had to do it when we said it. Yeah, you do it when you're ready.
Dolores
Well, Venita tells Austin that he.
Tamara Judge
But wait, I am going to take that advice. I'm going to try to be more organized.
Dolores
Benita tells Austin to stick up for himself more, which Craig takes as a stab at him. Well, do you think it was a stab at him?
Tamara Judge
Yeah, and he knew it. Everybody knew it. And Rodrigo. Was it Rodrigo that said it was kind of inflammatory to go there.
Podcast Announcer
Yeah.
Dolores
Do you think that Austin should stand up for himself more, or does he do a good job defending himself against Craig?
Tamara Judge
I think Austin stands up for himself when he want. When. When it bothers him. See, we all, we all should stay out of people's business on how they feel about something, whether or not they should be mad about something. If it's okay with them, then it should be okay with you.
Dolores
Yeah.
Tamara Judge
Unless it's abusive, right?
Dolores
Yeah. Well, it gets. It goes bad quick. Craig tells Vina that she doesn't know enough about him and Austin's relationship, and then he says that Vanita doesn't exist in his world. Into f off. I'm like, nasty Craig, just sit your ass down. That was no reason to do that at all.
Tamara Judge
Well, I liked that Sally jumped in. Whether it was for her benefit or Benita's benefit, it was. At least she did.
Dolores
That was a good friend.
Tamara Judge
Whatever her intention was, I'm not interested. At least she jumped in on that.
Dolores
Well, because she. It's for her hate for Craig. That's what it was.
Tamara Judge
Of course it is.
Dolores
I mean, her hate for Craig, but then also like, hey, I'm going to stick up for my friend when it
Tamara Judge
feels right, when it benefits me.
Dolores
I mean, Craig has this distaste for Vanita because she said she was team Paige. Now, that I guess that really bothered him, but.
Tamara Judge
Well, it shouldn't.
Dolores
If anything, you got to remember we started out the season where we knew that Craig and Vanita did not like each other, but we've never seen anything become of it. They've co. Existed, never talked about, never went anywhere. So at least we're getting.
Tamara Judge
Why did he get so much? You know, Watch what happens live causes a lot of problems on the. Like that show Andy, that shady. You got a little. Your studio.
Dolores
He knows what he's doing.
Tamara Judge
But. But it's. The answer is that, like, people take what is said on there so much to heart. It's crazy.
Dolores
And here's the thing also, guys, like, watch what happens live is live. It's live.
Tamara Judge
It's live.
Dolores
Doing things on live tv. You might say things or do things or. Or. And also, keep in mind we drink while we're there. Most of us.
Tamara Judge
Yes. Well, that's a big. That's like. Yeah.
Dolores
And then you say things that maybe it didn't come out right or maybe you shouldn't have said that. And you can't take it back. You cannot take it back.
Tamara Judge
What happens live can make or break you. Yeah. So. So I'm not saying watch what you say, but just know there's consequences for what you say on there because it's going on air. There is no.
Dolores
Like, right then at that point when
Tamara Judge
we're filming, we could say things, and sometimes it doesn't make the cut.
Dolores
Right.
Tamara Judge
It's making the cut on Watch what happens live.
Dolores
Oh, it's making the cut all right. Okay. So the next episode, it continues with Craig and Vanina's argument. Uh, Craig says Benita is a bully to stay out of his business. Well, I don't really think that Bonita is a bully. I think that Benita has been very outspoken this season. That's for sure.
Tamara Judge
As she should be if she wants to be.
Dolores
Yes. Sally jumps in to tell Craig to stop coming for Vanita.
Tamara Judge
For her girl. That's my girl.
Dolores
Yeah.
Tamara Judge
But I have to say, Sally's not the only one at the table that didn't like the way Craig spoke to her.
Dolores
I don't think the whole table was happy with it.
Tamara Judge
So the whole table was uncomfortable. And Charlie. Even Charlie sat back for a second and was like, whoa.
Dolores
Well, she. She. Yeah, she understood why Craig was upset.
Tamara Judge
She understood why Craig was upset. But see, Craig might be. There's a saying right in mind. Wrong and reason. You have the right to be it. But then when you do something and the way you handle it, you become wrong.
Dolores
Wrong. That's. That's my. That's my problem half the time.
Tamara Judge
That's Tamara.
Dolores
That is mine. That's what I need to.
Tamara Judge
So let's Talk. That's our.
Dolores
That's my year's resolution is. Yeah. My delivery.
Tamara Judge
Because what was your word again? You had a word.
Dolores
Unbothered.
Tamara Judge
Cuz Sierra, when I was filming the commercial with her, she said her word is more community. She's going to go with other friends and yours is unbothered. Okay.
Dolores
Trying to be unbothered.
Tamara Judge
I'm still figuring my house people's stupid because remember, you have to be accountable to it. So how have you done so far? Just asking.
Dolores
I'm doing great. I'm doing great.
Tamara Judge
That sounds so much like it. You're not.
Dolores
I mean, I clearly think Craig was wrong to continue to go off at the table.
Tamara Judge
He's nasty. He gets.
Dolores
I know, I know. And then Vanita gets upset with Austin that he didn't stand up for her. Didn't she get mad at Rod too? She get kind of mad at everybody.
Tamara Judge
She got mad at everyone.
Dolores
And I.
Tamara Judge
And I think it's. It's, you know, I have to say she did kind of like poke the bear.
Dolores
Antagonize. That's what I was going to ask you. Do you think Vanita antagonized Craig a bit?
Tamara Judge
Well, you know what she could have come back with when he got nasty with her. What makes you think I didn't say you were the one? You're saying you're the one.
Dolores
Yeah. I don't think Craig is capable of admitting when he's wrong. Sally tells Charlie she made out with Austin. She says he's a good kisser and she can't wait to do it again.
Tamara Judge
Will, she followed him into the bathroom
Dolores
and like did you hear his comments? Oh no, Sally. Oh. Oh God. Like, oh, like he can't turn. He can't turn her hot body down. But he's like, oh.
Tamara Judge
He's like, oh no. Like Austin, come on. You can't stick up for yourself. And now you get. Let yourself get accosted.
Dolores
This would have been a great moment for Charlie to tell Sally about her kiss with Craig. You know, it's like, oh, you kissed Austin. Well, I kiss Craig.
Tamara Judge
Wow. Must be the kissy day. Yeah. Let me tell you about my kiss. But again, Charlie doesn't have to tell Sally anything she doesn't want to. And you know what I say that goes for friends too. Because there's times where things have been going on in my friends lives and I don't question them or ask them or make them tell me if they want to. I have actually I have a. A rule with one of my friends. If she feels like telling me. I don't take it offense if she doesn't tell me.
Dolores
Yeah, that's how I feel about all my friends. They don't want to tell me. I'm not going to procreate, poke and pry unless I need to.
Tamara Judge
Sometimes people can't say something for the reason that then it becomes reality to them and they're kind of. Yeah, they live in denial or they're internalizing what they're going through and they haven't been able to articulate it yet because when you are. When you say it, then it becomes real. With anything. Intentions, whatever.
Dolores
Yeah. Well, Molly asked Vanita about how she's feeling and she. She goes up to her room, the door's locked, telling her to come in. She comes in and she's. She's not happy. Vanita tells Rod that she's not happy with him either. She's not happy. She didn't feel like she was supported by anybody but Sally at that table.
Tamara Judge
What about Whitner? He.
Dolores
Yeah, he did a good job.
Tamara Judge
He jumped in. Yes, he did.
Dolores
Yeah. Well, Rod feels guilt for not defending Vanita. He said he should have said something but couldn't.
Tamara Judge
When you feel guilty for not sticking up for somebody, you get mad at the person that caused the whole problem in the first place.
Dolores

And it's so surreal to see the town that I've visited quite a few times and to see it look all pretty. And then now what we see on social media, like a war zone. So half the group goes surfing, the other half go for wheeling. Austin tells Craig that he made out with Sally, and then Craig tells Austin he kissed Charlie. So now they're. They're coming clean. Do you think that Austin telling people he kissed Sally was like, is that kiss and telling or is it, like, should he kept that to himself or.
Tamara Judge
No.
Dolores
Does he know the cameras followed him? So it doesn't matter.
Tamara Judge
He knows. He knows. And you know what? I think he'd be telling anyway.
Dolores
What did you think about Molly and Vanita asking Charlie about Craig's behavior? Like, putting her on the spot.
Tamara Judge
I think it's justified. But she's.
Dolores
I think she's like, I'm not his keeper.
Tamara Judge
Well, I'd still like to know how you felt about it. Do you think that he handled it right? Like, this is why I think it's okay that they asked him where's her head? Is. Is she, like, not seeing that? That kind of really wasn't necessary to be that nasty.
Dolores
Well, we've seen Craig go off two times on this trip, and Sally is in the back with just her hands on her face and, like, so, like, worried about worried. And. And she's got to be like, no, stop. Just stop it.
Tamara Judge
But she's saying, charlie, watch what you wish for.
Dolores
Right? Austin tells Sally that Charlie and Craig kissed. Sally says that she has told Charlie to do whatever she wants. So she is upset that Charlie has been lying to her. I don't believe that. I don't believe that at all.
Tamara Judge
I don't think she's upset.
Dolores
I don't think she's upset because Charlie's lying to her or not being transparent with her.
Tamara Judge
I think sad that it wasn't her.
Dolores
Yeah, I think she's. I think Sally's more mad that he actually kissed her.
Tamara Judge
Sally, were you. Were you upfront with Vanita when you were screwing around?
Dolores
No.
Tamara Judge
With Craig at first?
Dolores
No.
Tamara Judge
I don't think you were. Just don't be a hypocrite. Be. Be a lot of things. Don't be a hypocrite.
Dolores
Yeah.
Tamara Judge
Don't be a double standard. You know me and you hate that.
Dolores
I hate that. So we see him surfing. Molly, of course, is a pro. Charlie, not so much. Shep was just ripping it up in the waves. He was Just doing his finest work there. So everybody meets for lunch, and it's tequila tasting time, which is never a good idea.
Tamara Judge
No, they're having a good time. Certain liquor makes you behave a certain way.
Dolores
Tequila makes my clothes fall off. And not just because it's a song, but it actually does. Somebody sang that song for a reason. What do you mean?
Tamara Judge
Like, you get horny?
Dolores
I just. Okay, I'll just do anything. Like, I just. I don't.
Tamara Judge
I wish I could take something that made me do that.
Dolores
Oh, no way. I. I can't.
Tamara Judge
Like, you don't think it's good to
Dolores
take your clothes off in front of people?
Tamara Judge
Yeah, if I look like you, I would.
Dolores
I did. I've done it a million times. I mean, let's not forget about me and met me in Puerto Vallarta, jumping into a hot tub naked and breaking my foot. Having to go to the hospital in Mexico. Then I was, like, off my foot for three months.
Tamara Judge
There's the Tamra in her Aviator Nation outfits, and then there's that Tamra's. No tequila.
Dolores
Tamara no longer exists.
Tamara Judge
It's gone.
Dolores
I was gone.
Tamara Judge
I want to be like that.
Dolores
No, huge.
Tamara Judge
I think Paul would love me more if I drank and I was.
Dolores
He'd get annoyed with you. Be like, dolores, sit your ass down. What do you take. What do you. What do you think you're doing?
Tamara Judge
What do you think you're doing? This. Right.
Dolores
So they all go to dinner. Sally tells Austin that she thinks it's weird Charlie didn't tell her about Craig. Oh, my God. Be quiet. I'm sick of hearing you say this. Austin takes a body shot off of Sally. Now, I don't see Charlie letting somebody do a body shot off of her.
Tamara Judge
She seems very, like, reserved.
Dolores
She does very. She's almost very classy.
Tamara Judge
It's a good thing that Charlie doesn't do it, because Sally would have left no room for anyone else to do it because she. Before it was even out of his mouth, she was on the tape, laying on the table.
Dolores
Do you think Austin is doing this just to get under Craig's skin by entertaining Sally?
Tamara Judge
No, because Craig don't give a. Yeah, Craig's actually happy. He wants. He wants Sally occupied so that he can enjoy his relationship with Charlie.
Dolores
Well, then we move on to Sally confronting Charlie about the kiss. Like, Sally, you don't leave it alone if you know that there was a kiss, do that. Leave it alone. And Charlie's like, I didn't want to tell you. Fine.
Tamara Judge
You're doing fine. You. Sally you're good. And plus, Sally, you're really pretty and you have a great body.
Dolores
Oh, my God, she's gorgeous in that.
Tamara Judge
When she took her little outfit off at the pool, it was like, oh,
Dolores
all I could think of. Oh, to be young and hot like that.
Tamara Judge
You know what I was thinking of? Oh, to be able to have such a good body and be so skinny and not care to be, like. Because, you know, when. When you're not, like, in shape or when you're just not. You're the way you want to look.
Dolores
Yeah.
Tamara Judge
And you start dating someone, it kind of like takes away of the excitement of doing all the first things with them.
Dolores
Right.
Tamara Judge
Like taking your clothes off for the first time, going in the dock for the first time.
Dolores
Now it's in the dark.
Tamara Judge
Now it's in the dark before 8pm but it's not even. The sun's not even down yet. And you're like, well, I better do this quick before. But, you know, it must be so nice because my whole life, I never had that flawless body where I was, like, excited to run around in my bikini in front of the person that I was with. Like. And a lot of people can relate to me for this and say, well, there's, you know. Yeah, like, we're going on our first date. Oh, I gotta put on a bathing suit in front of this.
Dolores
Well, Sally, like, I give her props because there's a difference. You know, somebody that's been in the fitness industry, there's a difference between being thin and being fit. And Sally is both of them. She's lean, she's fit, she's got muscle. Like that body right there, like, that's goals for me.
Tamara Judge
She was probably an athlete when she was in high school or something.
Dolores
Yeah. Yeah.
Tamara Judge
Unless it's just genetics, Let me tell you, Frankie's fiance, her body's insane. It's insanity.
Dolores
Is it genetic or she.
Tamara Judge
Yeah, she's got a big ass. She's got a waist that. It looks like she had her ribs removed.
Dolores
Wow, I'm so jealous.
Tamara Judge
Nicole Parico's body is like nothing you've ever seen with no effort.
Dolores
I'm just trying to get my butt off the back of my legs at this point. Lift it up now.
Tamara Judge
If you saw, you would think Shanna Butt implants. Like, she's got this big ass on this tiny girl. When I tell you her waist is. Is like this.
Dolores
What a dream. What a dream.
Tamara Judge
Oh, Nicole Perico. I can't wait to see what these beautiful kids look like between the two of Them, right?
Dolores
So back in the van, Sally calls Craig crazy. He tells Sally to shut the F up and leave him alone. Sally said and did nothing on this van ride. Even Charlie was shook. You saw her in the back going, no. Well, no. She's just shaking her head, hand and face, like. Then she's like, oh, my God.
Tamara Judge
It's too much. Like, if it's once in the while. Tamara, we, like, always lose our shit. Guys, girls, it's a pressure cooker on here. But he is just too much.
Dolores
He's unhinged. And Charlie.
Tamara Judge
That's what I was trying to say.
Dolores
Charlie, you've seen Craig. Now speak to Vinita and see Sally both this way. And we know that they're not together, so she obviously figured it out and ran. Is this just Craig drunk? Because when he's not drunk, he's sitting behind him, sewing machine, making pillows, and he just seems so angelic. And then when he drinks, like he's an asshole.
Tamara Judge
Maybe. I mean, I don't think he was drunk. It was the beginning of the dinner.
Dolores
But bonafide with Vanita, also, when a guy goes after a girl, not a good look.
Tamara Judge
That's what I'm saying.
Dolores
It's not a good look.
Tamara Judge
Could you imagine if he was on Summer House and. And Paige spoke to him the way she spoke to Kyle that night? She eviscerated him. I wonder what their fights look like. Not that it should matter, and I hate to bring it up, but I'm curious, like.
Dolores
Well, that's what I was wondering as well. Like, if this is a pattern of his. Did Paige had to have seen this? Had to have seen it. And I can't imagine. She's like, oh, yeah, this is great.
Tamara Judge
I don't know.
Dolores
This is. This is the guy I'm gonna marry, the one that goes out to girls.
Tamara Judge
I don't know. But we don't know, you know, what happens behind closed doors. We don't know. Maybe there's a reason Sierra went for him. You think Sierra's a girl's girl? You know, Sierra is like my other child. I love her. She's so beautiful. Like, so gorgeous. That girl is a ride or die. She's. Go in the dictionary. Look under ride or die. That's Sierra.
Dolores
Sierra, that's you, too, my friend. That's you too. So that's it. So thank you so much. I know you're. You're in a hotel room, and it's not easy. And hopefully your last day in Florida, and then next time we'll see you
Tamara Judge
if it was warm, yeah. So I'll see you in Jersey next time.
Dolores
All right.
Tamara Judge
On the other side, Safe travels.

Episode Theme: A lively and candid recap of Southern Charm episodes 12 and 13, featuring the group trip to Puerto Vallarta. Teddi and Tamra deep-dive into the drama, friendships, romantic entanglements, and evolving group dynamics, all while exploring the show's underlying hypocrisy and highlighting their own insights as reality TV veterans.
The hosts break down the latest Southern Charm episodes centered around a tumultuous group vacation in Puerto Vallarta. They recount the cast's messy friendships, shifting alliances, and romantic crossovers, emphasizing the theme of hypocrisy—especially as it plays out among friends competing for the same romantic interests. Tamra and Dolores (guesting for Teddi) draw connections to their own lives, provide sharp commentary on cast behaviors, and call out double standards, all with their signature blend of humor and frankness.
Humor & Relatability:
Calling Out Double Standards:
Emotional Honesty on Friendships:
On Craig’s Behavior:
The episode blends sharp analysis with the kind of insider perspective only veteran "housewives" can offer. Tamra and Dolores are quick to call out hypocrisy and double standards, point out when behavior crosses lines, and always balance critique with humor and real-world relatability.
Their recap isn't just about Southern Charm—it's about what real friendship (and real drama) looks like, on and off camera.
For Listeners:
This recap covers the heart of the Puerto Vallarta trip drama—romantic betrayals, friendship fractures, and the kind of arguments only reality TV delivers. It's equal parts fun, insightful, and very, very human.
You don’t need to have watched the episodes to follow the group’s rollercoaster – Teddi (via Dolores) and Tamra are your perfect guides through the chaos.
