From and that's what you really missed. Jenna, did you get your delivery?
Jenna Ushkowitz
I got my delivery, Kevin. I ripped it open. I'm like a stickler now that I have kids for having high quality products in our house all the time. And Deetson Watson has done that. So, like, I'm not afraid that when Emma wants to eat all my prosciutto, because she will, that it's okay for her to do that. Dietz and Watson has been handcrafting premium meats and artisan cheeses for over 85 years. They're family owned and operated and they never cut corners.
Kevin McHale
Ever. They do things the right way, even if it's the hard way.
Jenna Ushkowitz
They're transparent about what goes into their food and what doesn't.
Kevin McHale
They know good taste doesn't need a long list of ingredients and they stick.
Jenna Ushkowitz
To what matters, using the fewest, highest quality ingredients to craft their meats and cheeses.

High Key.
High Key Host
Listen to High Key, a new weekly podcast. You better listen. Speaking of tanning, I was sunning my nether regions. Cause I read that you're supposed to get sun not only in your mouth, but also in your other orifices. Wait, are you talking about you put your hole into the sun? I did. That's crazy. Downward dog mooning the sun. I was gonna say. Is it cheeks open? It's cheeks open all the way wide. Is your cheeks open?
Teddi Mellencamp
Uh huh.
High Key Host
Who's holding them? Enough of that nonsense. Now listen to High Key on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast.

Two T's in a pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamara Judge. Hey, guys.
Teddi Mellencamp
Welcome to another episode of two T's in a Pod with myself, Teddi Mellencamp. And do you have our judge?
Tamara Judge
Good morning. How are you? This is very early for us.
Teddi Mellencamp
This is early for us. But don't you worry. Lisa gets right into it because Gertie, Adriana, and Lisa go to lunch and Lisa shares, I think, pretty much everything one could share in their life in this one sitting. It felt very awkward to me, like, the way she moved from one topic to another. She shares that she's walking in the Milan fashion show. Then she shares that her father had a heart attack. Then she shares. I mean, it just, it's like, then she shares. Then she shares, then she shares.
Tamara Judge
She's kind of an oversharer. She's like. I feel like she's kind of like.
Teddi Mellencamp
The dorit, but I don't even mind that she's sharing all these things. But it was kind of the order. Like, maybe she should have switched up the order a bit. Like, maybe start with what's going on with your dad.
Tamara Judge
Well, you have to understand also, she's never been close to her dad. I think they just reconnected.
Teddi Mellencamp
But doesn't that make it harder? Because you don't have that connection and you want it. You're trying to get closer. And I don't know, either way, I was.
Tamara Judge
I mean, it's got to be a.
Teddi Mellencamp
Tough situation, the fact that all we get of Adriana this episode, not much is not much. And like, how do we say, wasn't.
Tamara Judge
It like, let's talk about your boyfriend or something?
Teddi Mellencamp
Talking about your boyfriend. How do we say, do we need her in France?
Tamara Judge
I don't even know what that means. I barely speak English. Think I'm going To speak French. That is French, right?
Teddi Mellencamp
Oh my gosh, yes. Then Alexia doesn't think it was good for Larsa and Lisa to talk at Jody's party. She thinks they went too far. Inappropriate, disgusting. And then Alexia asks about Julia and Gertie and Julia says she doesn't care to see Gertie and calls her text cold. She says she was holding her boys when she voice dictated her messages to Gertie. I feel like we need to read these messages.
Tamara Judge
Well, first of all, I think Alexia forgot what show she's on because it's absolutely perfect for them to talk because, you know, we need the drama. And I didn't personally realize that Lisa and Larsa have been friends for 15 years. No, I didn't know that.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, I think I knew that because they're always talking about how they're best friends.
Tamara Judge
Yeah, but I think, which I can understand Larsa's stance on this and, and I, you know, we talked about this last episode. If it bothers her, unfollow the guy. That's it. Plain and simple.
Teddi Mellencamp
Julia posted on her instastory after Internet backlash over the first episode. My Beautiful Souls. This season you've seen a different side of me. One I've even struggled to fully explain. The truth is, just before we began filming, something life changing happened. I given a chance to welcome two incredible boys into my life. It was sudden, emotional and I felt deeply destined. But here's the part no one saw. If you have to explain the part no one saw, here's the part nobody saw. It was.
Tamara Judge
I was an asshole.
Teddi Mellencamp
We all saw it not. But here's the part no one saw. The adoptions weren't finalized. Not yet. I was living in an emotional in between, loving these boys fiercely while navigating legal uncertainty and keeping so much of it quiet. It was overwhelming. Beautif. Yes, but also so fragile, sacred and stressful beyond words. Which is why I was being so cautious about sharing about them in writing. So when moments came up, like sending a strange message you all saw, which I didn't think was strange, it just goes on and on and it's in an incredibly hard to read font. So like you guys, what is that font?
Tamara Judge
But I feel like she's trying to do damage control. I mean, we're only one episode in.
Teddi Mellencamp
Sweetie, like just give us time to learn about it.
Tamara Judge
To learn. Exactly. And I'm like, just calm down. Like we don't need to. You look bad, you did something shitty. Don't try to make excuses for yourself. Yes, we get it. You are in the middle process of adopting. I commend you. That's amazing that you're doing that, but you are kind of a dick.
Teddi Mellencamp
You were kind of a dick. And then Gertie recently took to her Instagram to call Julia out. Caption, this proves the last time we texted June 28, leaving her a happy birthday until her return in August in time for her Zoom storyline. Oops. One. I meant story. Lie. Then watching her wife treat me like a peasant at the party. Anyways, keep watching. This is just the appetizer she's serving this season. Shaking my head. Keep watching. She then showed text messages where Gertie sent a Julia voice note and June singing her happy birthday. Then Julia responds, thank you, babe. Would love to get together, but I'm leaving to London until August 8. What are your plans? I've seen you traveling. Then there's just more and more texts going back and forth. It's clear to me these women don't really like each other. There's not much empathy going back and forth. And I hate to break it to you, Julia, you acted like an asshole and we saw you.
Tamara Judge
Yeah. And now she's getting the backlash and she can't handle it.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah. Then Gertie went on a cruise with Julia to support her while Martina was.
Tamara Judge
Ill. Can I ask you a question? Why is she going on a cruise? Why her wife is ill? Because she's like, was it planned? I needed more information on that because that just makes her even sound like, even colder.
Teddi Mellencamp
My guess is this is some sort of housewives cruise. But Julia feels that Gertie made the cruise about herself and pr. Gertie texted about not being included in a dinner reservation on the cruise with Julia, and Julia didn't care.
Tamara Judge
Well, if I went on a cruise with you and you asked me to go on it and then I went and then I was your plus one on the cruise and you ditched me. You ditched me for dinner without a heads up. I would be confused and I would hunt you down.
Teddi Mellencamp
But also, who would you be? Who would I be ditching you for if it was just the two of us? But that's why I think it was.
Tamara Judge
Hot guy or something.
Teddi Mellencamp
I think it was other housewives, and I think she was trying to level up.
Tamara Judge
Do you think that this is where it all started?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yes. I think the cruise is the problem.
Tamara Judge
They got. They got pissy on a cruise, and it looks to me like Julia was kind of cold and mean to her then as well. With summer in full swing, I feel the familiar urge to refresh my closet. But I'm trying not to waste money on pieces I'll only wear once or just one season.
Teddi Mellencamp

No one wants to think about hiv, but there are things that everyone can do to help prevent it. Things like prep. Prep stands for Pre Exposure Prophylaxis and it means routinely taking prescription medicine before you're exposed to HIV to help reduce your chances of getting it. Prep can be about 99% effective when taken as prescribed. It doesn't protect against other STIs though, so be sure to use condoms and other healthy sex practices. Kevin McHale

Then we zip to being in Milan. Lisa and Larsa took the same flight. They didn't even say hi to each other. Can I ask you a question? Did it seem to you like Larsa's son didn't even want to go on this trip?
Tamara Judge
Lars's son reminds me of Spencer. I was just thinking that he was just like, I don't want to be involved. I don't want the cameras on me. I'm just here, mom, to support you, to let everybody see that you do have a son. Because I'm like, Spencer, can you at least go to a dinner on camera? He's like, mom, no. Told you once, told you twice. I don't like being on camera. And I feel like Preston was the same. He's just like, I don't think I should get involved in this. I'm going to go on the other room. And it's like, so uncomfortable as a mom trying to talk to your, you know, teen son and you're trying to, like, get him to talk and he's looking at you like, I don't want to talk on this show.
Teddi Mellencamp
But of course, I go to even, like a darker place where in my mind I've assumed that the reason Larsa has her son doing this Runway show instead of her is to make Lisa look like a jackass and be like, look, my son's doing it. I wouldn't even do it.
Tamara Judge
Well, Lisa was very unbothered and we got a little petty pippin in this. Like, she got unbothered.
Teddi Mellencamp
Doesn't really make sense to me because most of the time, unbothered is like when you're the most bothered usually, right? Yeah. And it seemed like she was bothered. I mean, they're in the car together, they can't even help.
Tamara Judge
Do you think production. Production put that car ride together? Obviously, right? Of course they did. It's not like the designer, were they. They were walking for the same designer, right?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yes. And if you're going to go and have production film a trip in Milan, of course production is putting together all the car rides and whatnot.
Tamara Judge
Well, I'm shocked they didn't send a few other girls and kind of just make a little trip out of it.
Teddi Mellencamp
It's too early on. And everybody else deciding they need to keep them separate.
Tamara Judge
But it's really not that normal for them to just like, send two people second episode to another country and film.
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, I think These two are already going to do it. And then they got in a fight, and so they had to figure things out.
Tamara Judge
One handheld camera and that was it.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, well, who knows? But Larsa says Marcus is using Jody to get to her. She says, fine, kiss Marcus's ass. And that Jody doesn't understand Marc Marcus isn't his real friend. But then Lisa says that she's on standby because her dad's an icu. And then Larsa says, lisa, you shouldn't have come if your dad only has a week to live. Oh, ouch. Yeah, that was a little harsh.
Tamara Judge
That was a little harsh. I know that her relationship with her dad is not great. I. You know, that's a tough one. It's a tough one.
Teddi Mellencamp
I love when you get. When you clam up silent when we bring up Larsa. Love it. It's my favorite.
Tamara Judge
What do you mean I clam up?
Teddi Mellencamp
You don't. You always give her the benefit of the doubt.
Tamara Judge
No, I'm not giving her the benefit of the doubt. That was a low blow. That was absolutely a low blow. And you had already said it. I just. And I'm just speaking for Lisa, like, you know, if my mom, if it was my mom. I'm close with my mom, of course I would stay there with her. If. I don't know, it's hard. I mean, your parents are your parents if you have a relationship with them or not.
Teddi Mellencamp
But I wonder how much they've been talking. So, like, why Larsa felt the need to go there, I'm not sure. But then we get back to Gertie goes for plastic surgery checkup for her breast reconstruction. I do appreciate she's sharing so much about this.
Tamara Judge
Can we talk about my boobs right now?
Teddi Mellencamp
Just show them to me.
Tamara Judge
My muscle came is not attached to my breast tissue. Something happened. Like, there's a bit. Well, it happened a while ago. So I just went to the doctor yesterday.
Teddi Mellencamp
Are you gonna get another pair of fake titties?
Tamara Judge
He told me that I need reconstructive surgery if I flex.
Teddi Mellencamp
I knew it was coming.
Tamara Judge
If I flex, I. There's a huge separation where my muscle is. And I thought it was just because I had scar tissue. My. And he goes, no, your muscle's been detached.
Teddi Mellencamp
So what does the reconstruction actually do? Like, are you going to get implants?
Tamara Judge
Well, he. Well, that's an option, but I told him, you know, last time I felt like my implants made me sick. The implants I had before, they no longer.
Teddi Mellencamp
Oh, okay.
Tamara Judge
I'm not making those Anymore, so.
Teddi Mellencamp
So you're gonna have big old titties again?
Tamara Judge
No, I would never. I would never do big old titties. So we'll see. I just talked to him about it. He's like, yeah, you need to reconstruct. I'm like, oh, okay, let's do it.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, her doctor wants her to do another procedure. Russell does not. Gertie wants to go through at least one more procedure, but it isn't.
Tamara Judge
Isn't it funny how the guys are. The husbands are always like, no, you don't need that. Like, no, you don't. Like, I told Annie, I go, look, the doctor thinks that I need to have this tack down. And he's like, ah, really?
Teddi Mellencamp
Don't worry about it, because I know it means it's gonna have to take. They're gonna have to take care of your asses.
Tamara Judge
Oh, do you think he takes care of my ass?
Teddi Mellencamp
No, I don't.
Tamara Judge
No. Guys aren't great at taking care. I mean, he'll.
Teddi Mellencamp
But I have a feeling Gertie's husband is. Yeah.
Tamara Judge
I mean, he's good about. Here's your food, but he's like, peace out. Going more soccer, riding.
Teddi Mellencamp
He's like, by the way, did you find a new show to watch? Yeah.
Tamara Judge
He's like, you've done this so much. Just, you know, you can take care of yourself by now.
Teddi Mellencamp
But I think the part that really resonated with me is that when you are going through cancer, so many different things change in your body.
Tamara Judge
Did that. That probably resonated with you, right? When you're.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah.
Tamara Judge
I say. And I'm like, oh, my gosh. Like, from her. Her body changing, the weight gain, the. Just so much.
Teddi Mellencamp
All the different things. And I mean, I felt. I felt where she was coming from. I'm also so far away from being able to get any sort of, like, surgery like that that I haven't really gone to that point yet. I've more gone to, like, can I get Botox? And they're like, well, the problem with getting Botox is that it can hit you a lot stronger when you're on immunotherapy.
Tamara Judge
Yeah.
Teddi Mellencamp
So, you know, like, all that kind of stuff. So I'm not anywhere.
Tamara Judge
Just pull your wig down.
Teddi Mellencamp
Just pull my wig down. I mean, it's already.
Tamara Judge
I'm.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'm barely showing forehead right now, so, I mean, there you are. Let's see.
Tamara Judge
Is that a new one?
Teddi Mellencamp
No, this is. I just. I've switched my side part to a middle part.
Tamara Judge
How many wigs do you have.
Teddi Mellencamp
Now, how many wigs do I got? I think I have five wigs.
Tamara Judge
Do you have them like on little Styrofoam?
Teddi Mellencamp
They have little heads right behind here.
Tamara Judge
You should put them in the background.
Teddi Mellencamp
But, like, each time somebody comes and does a wig, I'm like, okay, will you take these three wigs? We're going to make these changes because it starts to make you a little. You're just like, ugh. Okay, which wig? But I tend to mess mine up within two wears.
Tamara Judge
But how often do you wear them day to day? Like, if you're not doing this or going somewhere, do you just not.
Teddi Mellencamp
I don't wear them.
Tamara Judge
Yeah. And your hair is growing.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, thanks.
Tamara Judge
No, I mean, your actual hair is growing.
Teddi Mellencamp
No. Thank you so much. No, I like, today, I'm actually going. When I finish the pod, I'm going with Slate to our friend's little birthday thing in Lido. So maybe I'll wear, like, Lido, Orange County. Yes. Oh, I know. So I'm going to be there. So I don't know if I'll wear a wig that. But we'll see.
Tamara Judge
We'll see about those. Amazon. It's like a baseball hat that has hair at the bottom.
Teddi Mellencamp
Not cute. Not cute. Oh, negative. Then Marisol and Steve are planning for their courthouse wedding. They seem cute. They make me happy.
Tamara Judge
Wait, so they are. They're not married? Right. And so they officially got married in courthouse.
Teddi Mellencamp
They're officially getting married in the courthouse.
Tamara Judge
So why do I feel like they had a whole wedding?
Teddi Mellencamp
Because I think you can have a wedding and not get married.
Tamara Judge
Did they not have a wedding, like, a few years ago, maybe?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, but I think they didn't get it formally done, so now they're going. Marisol then talks about Alexia and Todd seeing each other because Alexia is more defensive and angry around him, allegedly. She says Todd brought out the worst in Alexia. To was always picking on Alexia and making her feel less. Do you.
Tamara Judge
Do you like how they did the flashbacks? It probably had absolutely nothing to do with the reunion. Just everything that, like Alexia just acting out. Like they're making it look like, oh, she's acting out because, you know, that's how the editors can, you know, change the minds or try to make it look a certain way. I'm sure that she wasn't upset with her relationship, and that's why she was lashing out. It's a housewife show. That's what we do.
Teddi Mellencamp
See, this is where we wrong. We see each other different. Like, I see Alexia probably being on edge because she wasn't in the world's best relationship. And if you have somebody telling you, like, imagine if you're about to go.
Tamara Judge
Oh, I'm sure she was.
Teddi Mellencamp
Reunion. And Eddie's like, you know what? Don't go. Film this stupid reunion. Yeah.
Tamara Judge
Yes, I, I agree with that. But you can't take every little scene where you're lashing out on a housewife show, which that's what we all do.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah.
Tamara Judge
Make it seem like, oh, it's Todd's fault. Marisol was so happy when, you know, when Alexia started talking about Todd, she was thrilled. His rented life.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, that comes later. That comes later. I know, because we go back to Milan and Larsa asks how Preston felt about her conversation with Lisa. And then Preston says, Lisa being there for her business, and tells his mom not to be confrontational. You know what? I kind of love Preston.
Tamara Judge
That's what Spencer would say, mom, you shouldn't just let it go. You have to. And I go, that's why you.
Teddi Mellencamp
He won't just let it go. You look petty spice.
Tamara Judge
Well, that's what the whole show's about.
Teddi Mellencamp
I understand that. The whole show about petty, petty spice. But like, it was a lot. Like, it really bothered me. And I know that we're skipping ahead, but when they're walking down the Runway and Larsa had her little Lumi light shined up against her face, taking selfies of her.
Tamara Judge
Oh, that was intentional.
Teddi Mellencamp
She's like, that was not nice.
Tamara Judge
No, it wasn't. That's why I call her petty Pippin.
Teddi Mellencamp
I didn't like it.
Tamara Judge
I know. And then doesn't Larsa say, like, you're not friends and jokes and like, can I push her down the stairs?
Teddi Mellencamp
Is she gonna fall down? She is a follower. And then they pan to her falling down. You. I wonder how long these two are going to be fighting. But then we're back at dinner with Alexia, Marisol, Kiki and Julia. They have dinner with Alexia's friend Johnny. And this is where Alexia kind of breaks it down for us.
Tamara Judge
Oh, she broke it down. I'm sure.
Teddi Mellencamp
What is not rented house and fake rented cars. Do you think that means they're rented? They're not purchased?
Tamara Judge
It's like, his car's probably leased. His house is rented. Like that really nice apartment they lived in that was all glass. That was rented.
Teddi Mellencamp
So what?
Tamara Judge
So, well, some people, like, they're all, you know, they're just all show. Like, I can very easily go rent a twenty thousand dollar house on the ocean and make it look like, you know, this is my house when it's not. I don't know, it's.
Teddi Mellencamp
But as long as you're not saying it's your house, you're saying I wanted to rent this.
Tamara Judge
I thought it was their house for so long. I didn't because he never talked about it not being his house.
Teddi Mellencamp
But the part I didn't like is Alexia says Todd's main issue is being on the show. But then he's kind of playing her back and forth. Well, he met her a couple of.
Tamara Judge
Months, but he met her when she was on the show and nothing.
Teddi Mellencamp
No, they had been together for eight years.
Tamara Judge
Well, she was on the show prior. Oh, you're right, you're right.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah. So they, they, she wasn't really on the show when they got back.
Tamara Judge
You know, the show had been on pause, on break. I thought it was canceled for like what, five, six, seven years? Something like that.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, but then I don't like the games playing with her now. Like, how does she not know if he wants to be with her or not?
Tamara Judge

Would you quit the show if you were Alexia, would you have quit the show?
Teddi Mellencamp
It depends if I was in a good relationship or not. It depends which situation was making me happier. And I think that my guess is if he's this controlling for the show, he's probably just as controlling in their day to day life.
Tamara Judge
Oh, he's way more controlling. If this is what he's showing last year is what we saw, he's probably, you know, it's kind of like any narcissist that you're with.
Teddi Mellencamp
Like, I love how they keep calling him a narc.
Tamara Judge
Nar. Nars. Narcissist. At first I'm like, what's a nurse? And yeah, like they, they show their best face on camera. They're in that. Which isn't good. And they don't even realize it. And they're five times worse in real life without cameras.
Teddi Mellencamp
But Alexia says the ball's in his court and that she's still in love with him. Nobody wants the ball in somebody else's court.
Tamara Judge
No.
Teddi Mellencamp
No one in the history of balls.
Tamara Judge
No, I agree with that. And I feel like she's gonna wake up and be like, what am I doing?
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, I did feel like when I was watching this scene, it made me go, well, damn, Adriana was right.
Tamara Judge
This whole. I said that last episode, Adriana was right. I mean, I, I thought like she was a liar. But do you remember last year when she crossed paths with him somewhere at a party?
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah. Like in the entrance of the unit of the.
Tamara Judge
Yeah. And he made some kind of comment about Alexia. I can't remember exactly what it was, but it. And we're all like, oh, you're just being a. No, it was true. Yeah, it was true. We apologize. Adriana.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah. We are formally apologizing to you.
Tamara Judge
It doesn't happen.
Teddi Mellencamp
I need you to formally apologize for wearing that purple bow or blue bow.
Tamara Judge
Oh, my God.
Teddi Mellencamp
Because I didn't need that whole.
Tamara Judge
Yeah. Yeah. I really feel like Todd's going to lose his. Or probably lost his. When he saw this episode. Is he one of those that doesn't like the show but yet watches every episode?
Teddi Mellencamp
I think he doesn't like the show when he looks bad on the show, but it's going to be very hard for him to look good on the show.
Tamara Judge
Well, he seems to me, and I don't know him, but just. What, like, remember last year, didn't he do, like, this 15 minute video?
Teddi Mellencamp
Apologizing like that was almost as bad as Julius Font on her.
Tamara Judge
Yes. I feel like that's somebody that's maybe a little insecure that, you know, just wants to make sure everybody likes him.
Teddi Mellencamp
It was something somebody's gotta hide.
Tamara Judge
Yeah. Like if. Yeah. Most guys would be like, I don't give a think what you want, but.
Teddi Mellencamp
Don'T you worry, we're back in Milan. Preston was number two in the lineup and Lisa was number 50. Something which Larsa clearly enjoys.
Tamara Judge
Well, she had to point that out right in front of Jody.
Teddi Mellencamp
I know. Jody's, like, crammed in. Then Larsa takes selfies with a ring light after the show. Larsa tells Lisa they need to talk when they get home. Jody disappears after the party. But then the poor guy that has to hear the two of them.
Tamara Judge
Oh, fabulous.
Teddi Mellencamp
The rapper. Yeah. Bicker back and forth. But they both thought that he took their sides. But I thought he took Lisa's.
Tamara Judge
I thought he took Lisa's side as well.
Teddi Mellencamp
I know.
Tamara Judge
I was just like.
Teddi Mellencamp
But I do want to know if maybe Larsa could ship over her phone, because I'd like to know if she took more selfies of herself than she did take photos of her son.
Tamara Judge
Well, I only saw her taking selfies when Lisa was walking. Did she take other ones? Well, isn't she known for that? She made her own. She has her own selfie light, like her own brand.
Teddi Mellencamp
Well, could she not promote it in the middle of a fashion show? Weird. I know. I mean, it was the Larson. Maybe that's what she was doing. Why hasn't she given us the Larsa light?
Tamara Judge
She was Supposed to. I talked to her and I'm like, where's my Lars? I'll send you one. I never got it.
Teddi Mellencamp
I want to know if I'm amazing in it. But then they make it clear that Jody is missing an action.
Tamara Judge
He probably was annoyed with all the pettiness.
Teddi Mellencamp
You know what I mean? See what they're trying to do? They're trying to make us think that he's out doing drugs, out doing the booger sugars.
Tamara Judge
Yep, I know, I know.
Teddi Mellencamp
And how do we feel about all Lisa's posts?
Tamara Judge
I talked to Lisa and I talked to Jody. Lisa called me and we were talking and then Jody showed up and they both. And I. I do believe him. They both told me, listen, he doesn't like to film. His friends were there. They don't like to. Film production wanted them to say something that made sense, that they were leaving and they wouldn't be seen at this party. So he said, we're going to go in there for the air conditioning. He goes, honestly. And I think he. He wrote out a whole post. I said, I don't know if you should do that. I don't know if you should, but you do what you have to do. But he said, like, I'm a businessman. I'm into fitness. Like, I'm not there doing.
Teddi Mellencamp
But I just think Lars is insistent on making Jody being friends with Marcus storyline to make him look like Pablo Escobar is a little bit too much.
Tamara Judge
It is just a little too much. I mean, are we going to see Marcus and Jody blowing lines? Yeah. Like, is that what, Is that what she's hoping for? Is she pushing that narrative? Because now I'm just going a little deep because of the pictures we saw of Marcus last year. And, you know, because Jody's hanging out with him, she's trying to group that in and make it look like that. Because if that's the truth, that's not cool at all.
Teddi Mellencamp
But what about when they show Jody's face after a night out? He's like, well, I'm. That's my. That I don't do any drugs. And that would be my face after.
Tamara Judge
Who knows what he was doing. Like, it was like just a picture. He could have been, like, talking or shocked.
Teddi Mellencamp
He could have been with his Lars a lot.
Tamara Judge
He could have been mad. He could have been mad at something and whatever. I don't know, who knows?
Teddi Mellencamp
But I mean, I do think it's off to a fresh start. But I am ready to meet Stephanie. When does she come into play?
Tamara Judge
Yeah, when Stephanie. Coming. Hey, Steph. I talked to her on social media.
Teddi Mellencamp
Of course you do.
Tamara Judge
Super cool. Super cool.
Teddi Mellencamp
Steph, thanks for reaching out to Tam, but not to me.
Tamara Judge
I reach out to her. I always welcome new housewives to the. The Bravo family.
Teddi Mellencamp
Of course you do. Of course you do.
Tamara Judge
I need, as the longest running housewife, as a legend and an icon, it is my duty to welcome everybody.
Teddi Mellencamp
You know what? That's, you know, that's really who you are. You're a friend of the people.
Tamara Judge
I'm. Yeah, I'm the people's people.
Teddi Mellencamp
I'm the people's people.
Tamara Judge
I don't warn him about anything. I don't. Oh, I do warn about social media. Don't let social media change you.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, because we would.
Tamara Judge
Because it's hard to do. It's hard when you're getting abused and attacked and the. And the trolls come for you and then you're like, next season I'm not going to be as open.
Teddi Mellencamp
I don't know how I feel about these six page explanations before we even get to that part of the episodes. Like, I don't need to see it. I don't need to see it on everybody's social medias.
Tamara Judge
Yes. And I think sometimes less is more.
Teddi Mellencamp
Yeah, me too. But thanks for tuning in to another episode of Tutti's in a Pod. We love you guys and we'll talk to you soon.

Podcast Summary: Two Ts In A Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge
Episode: Petty Pippen (RHOM Recap)
Release Date: June 19, 2025
In the latest episode of Two Ts In A Pod, hosts Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge delve deep into the dramatic happenings of Real Housewives of Miami (RHOM). Titled "Petty Pippen," the episode offers an incisive recap of the recent turmoil among the housewives, highlighting conflicts, personal revelations, and the intricate dynamics that keep viewers hooked.
Teddi and Tamra kick off the discussion by addressing the oversharing tendencies of Lisa, one of the RHOM cast members. They express discomfort with the flow and sequence of information Lisa divulges, particularly during a lunch scene where she transitions abruptly between personal and professional topics.
Teddi Mellencamp [03:41]: “It felt very awkward to me, like, the way she moved from one topic to another.”
Tamra Judge [04:11]: “She's kind of an oversharer. She's like...”
The hosts critique Lisa's inability to prioritize pressing personal matters over superficial updates. They mention her involvement in the Milan fashion show juxtaposed with her father’s health crisis.
Teddi Mellencamp [04:27]: “Maybe she should have switched up the order a bit. Like, maybe start with what's going on with your dad.”
They further discuss the challenges Lisa faces in reconnecting with her father, emphasizing the emotional complexity of their renewed relationship.
Tamra Judge [04:27]: “She's never been close to her dad. I think they just reconnected.”
Julia takes center stage as she attempts damage control via Instagram, addressing backlash from a previous episode. She reveals that her adoptions are still pending finalization, adding layers to her personal narrative.
Teddi Mellencamp [06:13]: “If you have to explain the part no one saw, here's the part nobody saw. It was...”
Tamra Judge [06:43]: “I was an asshole.”
Julia's acknowledgment of her errors sets the stage for ensuing tensions within the cast.
Gertie publicly confronts Julia on Instagram, reigniting their feud. The exchange revolves around missed dinner reservations during a cruise, hinting at deeper animosities.
Teddi Mellencamp [07:49]: “I hate to break it to you, Julia, you acted like an asshole and we saw you.”
The hosts dissect the lack of empathy and mutual respect between the two, suggesting that their dislike is palpable.
The narrative shifts to the contentious car ride shared by Lisa and Larsa during a Milan trip. Their strained interaction hints at underlying conflicts exacerbated by production schedules.
Tamra Judge [15:44]: “Larsa's son reminds me of Spencer. I'm just here, mom, to support you.”
Teddi Mellencamp [16:40]: “It was too early on. And everybody else deciding they need to keep them separate.”
The hosts speculate on the authenticity of their interactions, questioning whether production influenced their strained demeanor.
Gertie’s journey through breast reconstruction amid cancer treatment becomes a focal point, with Teddi and Tamra empathizing with her physical and emotional struggles.
Tamra Judge [19:03]: “He told me that I need reconstructive surgery if I flex.”
Teddi Mellencamp [20:08]: “What does the reconstruction actually do? Like, are you going to get implants?”
They discuss the implications of her surgery on her personal image and relationships, highlighting the societal pressures faced by women undergoing such procedures.
The episode delves into Todd’s strained relationships with housewives like Larsa and Lisa. Tamra criticizes Todd’s controlling behavior, labeling him a narcissist, while Teddi contemplates the impact of Todd's actions both on and off-camera.
Tamra Judge [33:10]: “Narcissist. At first I'm like, what's a nurse? And yeah, like they, they show their best face on camera.”
Teddi Mellencamp [34:44]: “I think he doesn't like the show when he looks bad on the show.”
Throughout the episode, Teddi and Tamra oscillate between providing empathetic insights and delivering candid critiques. They applaud Julia's intentions behind adopting but condemn her approach to handling public relationships. Gertie's resilience and confrontational stance receive mixed reactions, with hosts acknowledging her transparency while questioning her motivations.
Their discussions also shed light on the overarching themes of authenticity, vulnerability, and the detrimental effects of public scrutiny on personal lives. The dynamic interplay between empathy and critique underscores their deep understanding of the housewives' complex lives.
Two Ts In A Pod successfully encapsulates the essence of RHOM's latest episode, offering listeners a comprehensive and engaging recap. Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge balance critique with compassion, providing a nuanced perspective on the controversies and emotional upheavals within the housewives' circles. Their ability to dissect conflicts while maintaining relatability makes the episode a must-listen for both avid fans and casual followers of the show.
