How are you feeling? I think we've talked about it.

So I'm feeling tired. I probably should have rested more than I did. I shouldn't have been on a plane probably a week to the day.

[Tamra Judge]

Did they, when they did the ablation, did they go through your neck or groin area?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

My groin. So they went out through both sides of my groin into my heart and then they would. It's an electrical problem. So they would find out where the electrical thing is.

[Tamra Judge]

Yeah. And then did they put weighted like sandbags on your incisions after you had it done? They did that to Eddie one time. So it.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No, they didn't, but they wanted me to hold it in case I got up or down. And it was pretty painful, honestly. I'm going to tell you guys, if you feel that flutter in your chest, go get it checked out. Don't ignore it. It's serious. You really need to get it fixed. I'm going to actually do a post about it. I did a story and. But I just, I know that when Paul had posted about it, a lot of people called and said, hey, I went to the doctors. You made me go and I have a problem. So I'm going to just do it again. I'm making. Paul is making me a real. So.

[Tamra Judge]

Well, you should also, you should also do some kind of heart rate monitor. So Eddie would do a heart rate monitor. He actually, because his was persistent, he would have it actually on his phone, the backside of his phone. He could put his thumbs on it. I can't remember what it was called, but a lot of times it's hard to detect afib because you have to be an afib for them to detect it.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Right. So. So an apple watch will do it.

[Tamra Judge]

Apple watch, apple. There's aura. Ring will do it too.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Or ring and the apple watch will say, hey, you're an afib. You need to go see a doctor.

[Tamra Judge]

Yeah.

So if you please don't ignore that. Yeah. I'm really begging people, please don't ignore it.

If you ignore it, you can go into persistent, which is very, very hard. And you know you're in persistent. You can't walk without your heartbeat. Heart rate going to like 200 beats a minute.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I actually had it beating so bad sometimes that I felt like I had a cough. It would be like I would feel in my throat.

[Tamra Judge]

Yeah, I've had that flutter before. I rarely have it, but every once in a while I'll get it where you like. Clear your throat because you can feel it in your throat.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah. I'm just chance to stress it enough, see a cardiologist.

[Tamra Judge]

So you are, you're. You're good? Fine. Everything's good so far?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Everything's good. I've had a few. They say you'll have a few after I've had a few here and there. But other than that, everything's good. Yeah.

[Tamra Judge]

Well, Kimberly Loof one asks, Dolores, do you and Polly talk about marriage now that he's divorced? We've talked about this before.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, no, no, actually we haven't. I just, I love the way our relationship is now. Not that marriage is. I'm against it. I'm totally not against marriage, but everybody around me that's married scares the shit out of me, getting married, so. Not you. Not you.

[Tamra Judge]

At my age, if I had to do it all over again, something, you know, me nutty split up or something happened to him, God forbid. I think I would go with like a 99 year old. That was very wealth and that's the only way I get married.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah. No, I'm serious. Like, I've never gone.

[Tamra Judge]

I've never gone for the money thing, so I thought, geez, marriage four, let's.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Why not marry the first time for love?

[Tamra Judge]

Yeah. I don't think I would marry again.

I'm very careful about it. Not that I have any doubts about. Paul's a great guy. He's so good. He's so good to everybody, but I just, I just. That makes me so nervous, I guess if you fall off a horse and you don't get right back on, they say, yeah, it's been 25 years, 26 years since I've been married and you're doing just fine.

So long. How long have you and polly been together?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

3 and a half years.

[Tamra Judge]

Yeah, well, no pressure, no need. What does it matter? Good.

Yeah.

But I'll let everyone know. You'll know. I know.

I feel like if you're going to have kids or something like that, then it's so different. But if you're like, you know, in your 50s, you're like, yeah, like my mom's like, she's like, I'll never get married again. She has a boyfriend, but she's. I'll never get married.

Good for her. So, yeah, no, I mean, if you do it, you do it right. Would you sign a prenup if you got married again?

I think it's a great season, but I can't really talk about it. I wish I could, but. And I don't even Know when it's coming out. So people are asking me, when's it coming out? If it repeats. Last year. Repeats. You know what we did time we filmed the same month and everything. I think we came out like in July or something. So who knows? I don't know when it's going to come out. So let's get into Summer House. We are coming to an end with Summer House. I think there's only a few more episodes, right?

Yeah, they didn't. Did they film their reunion yet?

[Tamra Judge]

I don't think they did two more episodes. Yes, they did. They already. They already found the reunion, so. So the show starts off before everyone arrives at the house. Jesse and Lexi arrived together. Lexi says she and Jesse had many conversations this week. And I wanna say the only reason you're having many, many conversations, Lexi, is because he just wants to keep getting in your pants, girl.

Or, you know, my money's on Lexi. My money. Jesse is totally. She's got. He's not only dealing with Lexi, he's dealing with mom and sis.

So it's. It's a threesome. He didn't want Lexi.

Lexi likes being in on this show. And Jesse is kind of like anchoring that.

Yeah. Because I think Lexi's good on the show.

I just can't see. She's good. She speaks well. She's pretty. She's not afraid to talk. She knows her place. She's under. Like, I. I like how she can get past things and move on. But is she able to get past them? Because she really doesn't like them.

I think her mom's like, in her 40s. Her mom looks very young. I don't know. I mean, Lexi. How old's Lexi? In her 20s?

Her mom looks very, very young. I just think at this point, Lexi asking for it she's asking for it because she just keeps going back to Jesse. And I think she likes the banter between them and the actual. I mean, it's interesting on the show.

They're the only two that are really.

She should, she should be Jesse and Lexi. But I think we saw the seating chart and we were all a little bit. Hmm. I'm not sure about that.

There's been a lot of em. I. I don't know the seating charts anymore. What they're doing, you know, is it seniority at this point? Is it who has the most controversial season on both sides of Andy? I don't know.

Well, I have most of the time. But I remember my last season, my last season on the show before I got the old boot. They told me, you're right next to Andy. And then all this. So I go out there and last minute, like as we're walking out there, they switched and put Shannon there and me on the other side and I went, ruh Ro. Something's going on. Sure enough, I got the boot. So it's a two part reunion. And I'm seeing now that Paige and Amanda were on are on both sides of Andy. That's. I don't understand that at all.

I guess it goes by seniority these days.

And it's, it's very risky. Very, very risky. Saying there's not a ton, a lot of, not a ton of build out or improvements to be made on empty warehouse is insane. Because you're dealing with just nothing in his budget. $600,000 leads me to believe someone is funding this whole thing. I don't think that he's funding it. It's very fucking risky.

Passed away very young and it's hard for him to show emotion and talk about it. He says that when it happened last year, he was with Sierra and he cried on the edge of her bed. Now Sierra said he cried in her arms. And Sierra literally gets up and just walks away.

Yeah. But I'd have to say it is at the end because if it's a year ago, that was at the end. If they filmed the same schedule every year, it was the end of the season. We only have two more episodes left. So I'm thinking it was while they were together, so not just friends.

I just want to say to you is when she got up and left, I didn't really think about too deep into it except to say, oh, that was cold, Sierra. Like, that was like, you know, you might get some backlash on the Internet about that, like getting up and leaving the table and this guy's pouring his heart out. But. But what I think is that triggered a hurtful moment for her to think that I was there for you. At that time I thought this was real. And then we go meet your parents and you come home and break up with me.

Yeah. I can't discount her feelings. I would have loved to see her say, like, you know, I'm glad I was there for you. That I know that was a really hard time in your life.

And she see, I'm thinking like they had really deep connections. She was going through something with her family. And he was there. He went through a death of a very good friend, and she was there. So I think that just triggered a lot of hurt in her when he started talking about that. You know, women.

Which leads me to believe that she really does care for him. And he is an idiot for getting.

She cared for him. She cared for him very much. I think she loved him. I think she did. I think she loved him. I don't think she'd be that mad if she didn't love him. Yeah.

I feel like that triggered a lot of emotion with her, and maybe she got up and went and cried and said, like, get myself together. Let me pull myself together, because.

No. Because she doesn't ever hold back on what she wants to say. I think that I feel like more. Could be. You could be right. I feel like more. She wanted it. She got up and removed herself not to cry. She don't like crying. She doesn't like getting upset in front of people. She gets mad because when she was in the coffins. In. When. When she was. So I got this sensory thing. Like, I don't like my hands getting dirty and touching things with my hands. This is what I do. I don't eat the butter.

I don't eat the bottom. Because I was told once when I was like, 15, that all the fat goes to the bottom. So I always eat the top of the muffin.

Amanda says he has a hard time verbalizing anything besides humor and happiness. And you know what? I've been like that most of my life. You know, obviously, I'm going through therapy now, but I laugh things off or make jokes about it, because I don't know that they say that.

Well, comedians are the most oppressed people, and that is a trait of theirs. Like, it's. It's kind of like to hide their real feelings. There's commercials now. That's that show someone laughing and, like, having a freaking great time. And then a week later, they say, this person committed suicide. I'm not saying everyone that walks around happy.

[Tamra Judge]

Right.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

But you don't know.

I think it has a lot of.

Your upbringing going through. Oh, well, like, what do you mean, upbringing?

[Tamra Judge]

Upbringing? We, in my family, we didn't talk about anything.

We weren't allowed to be in a bad mood. You weren't allowed to be mad.

Well, we just didn't get over it. Who cares? Like, you know, you can't. Like, we've said this before. You want something to cry? I'll give you something to cry.

Yeah.

Yeah, it was.

And we used humor and sarcasm in my family. Like, I would. It would not be uncommon for me to walk into family thing, and my uncle say to me, hey, Chi, your ass doesn't look that big today. You know what I mean? Like, that's how it's just. But so it's probably. He was never taught, and he wasn't in a family that did that. So I totally relate to that.

A lot of families.

But it doesn't mean he doesn't care. I think deep inside, he's probably one of the those that crumbles because he doesn't know how to verbalize his feelings. And that's hard to get into a relationship with somebody like that. Just ask my husband.

Yes, but you know what?

[Tamra Judge]

We've.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

We've all evolved. You know, the young. I feel like he's not that young, by the way. And. And I. And I think people younger than us and younger than him have now been taught to talk about their feelings, which is so important. But I think he missed that cutoff because we have to remember he's in his 40s.

Yeah. Yep. So, yeah, it is. Jesse tells the group, lexi, I'm not.

Comfortable Talking about my feelings, by the way. I'll just leave it at that.

I find that hard to believe I have any feelings. So Jesse tells the group Lexi decided they should start the relationship again. It wasn't him. Lexi. Lexi's family also came over to talk about the relationship with Jesse, which is weird. Run. Lexi's family is very involved. They go out to dinner with them. They went to the Box together. I don't know what the Box is. Do you?

I took Spencer, me and Eddie Spencer and his girlfriend to Moulin Rouge in. Where is it? Paris. That's where. Right? Is it Paris? I think it's Paris. We traveled all over. We went many different countries, and they took their tops off, and I was mortified. I don't know what I was thinking.

I don't text her and say, listen, anyone needed. Should have had to have that text. There is certain protocol when somebody's in a relationship that shouldn't need to be spoken about, you know, like, what would you know?

I think Jesse was overreacting because Lexi was like, you can't be with her. You can't lay with her. You can't have the legs over each other and all this stuff. And then he's like, oh, I can't. You can't touch me. I don't know.

I don't know. It was kind of a corny thing for him to do the way he did it.

He did it a little.

She's right. Well, let's have a conversation. But, you know, then, you know what, again, and I've said this before, I mean, avoid it.
