Bravo and Cocktails gets tipped about the Miami casting for Season 8 as a now, Alexia, Larsa, Lisa, Stephanie, and Marisol are essentially locked in for next season. The others, though, Gertie, Julia, Adriana, and Kiki are considered on the bubble. I've never heard that term before. Meaning their contracts haven't been finalized. Do you think that that's true?

[Teddy Mellencamp]

I mean, producers are still saying. Producers are still deciding whether to keep them, and it's likely that two of the four won't be back.

[Tamara Jud]

Of the four, but they said. Okay, so there's just. Let's look at this. So Gertie, Julia, Adriana, Kiki considered on the bubble.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Tamara Jud]

I mean, I don't even want to speculate who I think is gonna go.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

I don't know where others are. Are assuming.

[Tamara Jud]

Well, the ones that they are keeping. I'm 100 not shocked. I mean, that's the obvious. That's why I'm like, first of all, I don't think production puts things out like this that they're wanting to ax certain people.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

No. So how did.

[Tamara Jud]

How did they come up with this?

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Gives this tip.

Well, Bravo and cocktails get tips all the time. And the only thing I can think of is if it is true, it's coming from within. It's one of the cast members.

Somebody might be a little pissed, huh? Anybody can email them, I guess.

[Tamara Jud]

Yeah.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Yeah. So, yeah, they Take tips.

[Tamara Jud]

So I don't know if it's email or DMS or what, but. Oh, yeah. Well, we will see. I mean, we haven't even seen their. Usually in our case, how Orange county works is we do the reunion. There's probably two months that go by, and then we get contracts.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Yeah, this is quick. This would be quick to do.

[Tamara Jud]

So this is what makes me believe that it's probably not true is because we haven't even seen the reunion yet.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Okay. So they're saying of the four, Gertie is the one most expected not to be invited back to the fold next. However, the with Gertie is that the cast doesn't fully gel with her. Adrianna is a bit of a toss up because she seems disengaged and the producers are aware of it. Julia is the most likely to be out, largely because of fan backlash. As for Kiki, her spot on the bubble has more to do with balancing out the Real Housewives of Miami cast divide. And because of her personal storyline, hasn't resonated with viewers as much as they had hoped. So this is all speculation.

[Tamara Jud]

Yeah.

I'm gonna see Adriana on Thursday at Watch what happens live, and I'm gonna.

Ask her, well, I want to see how engaged she's gonna be in the finale too.

She was engaged the last episode.

[Tamara Jud]

She. Yeah, she was engaged. But most of the season she's kind of been pretty quiet. And I'm wondering because maybe sometimes when you get backlash from the season prior, you kind of tone it down.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

What? But she didn't tone it down. I think she might have made things worse.

[Tamara Jud]

Well, towards the end, right?

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Well, at the beginning, I mean, she did the knees.

[Tamara Jud]

The knees, the knees, the sagging knees, which I take great offense to. I got sagging knees.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

I'm pinching mine right now just to.

[Tamara Jud]

Feel like, oh, God, I'm like, how you guys age.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

It's age. But, I mean, I would be bummed. I think that they just. I don't know if it's necessarily a shakeup, but maybe that means. It may mean nothing. It may mean nothing.

[Tamara Jud]

But we'll find out.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Tamara Jud]

And all in due time, we will find out.

We'll probably find out near Bravocon, probably. Yeah. Yeah, that's my guess.

They'll probably start filming around then, I would imagine.

And also to show that we were wrong again, Andy Cohen says he never wants to see Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum Jen Shaw again. This is according to reality t During a Q and A in the Watch what Happens Live Clubhouse, a fan asked Andy and any chance of Ginshaw or Monica coming back to Salt Lake? Andy responded, jen Shaw, I never want to see again.

[Tamara Jud]

But he didn't say anything about Monica. Okay, so I had heard from, I can't remember who it was that they were already talking to Jen Shaw. That's why you can't believe what people say. They were already talking to Jen Shaw about potentially coming back when she got out and doing like a three part series with her and all kinds of stuff. Maybe they're going to do like a special with her, I don't know.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

But, but that could be Hulu or something else, you know, could be.

[Tamara Jud]

They said they talking to Bravo. So you never, you never, never know.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

But, but I think when Andy comes forward and says, I never want to see that person again, I don't think that we see that person again.

[Tamara Jud]

What is your thought about people on the Housewives doing illegal activity and then going to jail and then coming back to Bravo? Do you think that that should even be a possibility?

[Teddy Mellencamp]

I think in this situation I'm, I stand with Andy here.

[Tamara Jud]

So do I. I do too. I was like, God, if they bring her back, like that's really sending a message.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Yeah, I, in this, in this instance, I think it depends on the situation. And if it's like, you know, But I think, I think I could. That's why I'd rather probably see Monica if we're going to do that. Even though those girls are holding their own right now, so they may not need anything.

[Tamara Jud]

Yeah, like I see Monica back though, honestly.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

I know you would. But then of course, Jen Shaw clapped back to Andy Cohen on Instagram. I'm confused how she claps back.

[Tamara Jud]

Yeah, that's what I'm wondering. Does she have. Well, I know she probably can use email access. Well, maybe email or. I don't know. I've only seen jail stuff on tv. So you get that, you know, you stand in line for the little pay phone and you call, you got so many minutes. And she's like, hey team, go out there and slap him back. Slap them back.

But it says from management, a respectful conversation has already been had with Bravo behind the scenes and there are no hard feelings.

[Tamara Jud]

Oh, what does that mean?

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Does that mean that she's saying she's not upset? That she's saying she's not upset? That she's not considered.

[Tamara Jud]

Conversations has already been had with Bravo. So do you think that she was asking to come back and they had the conversation with her or what?

[Teddy Mellencamp]

I think she already knew that she wasn't going to be asked back. So she's like, there's no hard feelings. It is what it is. Like this wasn't she wasn't blindsided by this information. That's what my guess is.

Yeah, sounds about right.

No, I don't rewatch and quite honestly I haven't even watched every episode. I think there's a couple episodes I haven't seen while I watch them. No, I won't. If I if there's receipts that need to be brought, I'll definitely bring them.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Like you'd print them out.

[Tamara Jud]

Yeah, I'd print them out. I think we all pretty much do that most of the time. Like something that happened through the season.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

Would you put it in a burn book?

[Tamara Jud]

I'll make a whole folder. No, no, no. I mean, at this moment, I don't even know what I would bring.

[Teddy Mellencamp]

If you were to guess. Where do you think you're sitting?

[Tamara Jud]

I don't know. I never know. I never, like, I mean, the whole show.

Next to Andy. But you never know. It's like as soon as you say that, you're like, third seat down. And it's like, one year I went. My last year I went before I got fired. They're like, okay, you're gonna sit right next to Andy. Da, da, da. Then I get there and they're like, no, we're gonna put you here. And then I got. I got fired.

No, thanks for ya. Listen, I love variety. My whole life, like I grew up in Carol Burnett and Cher and so it started as Countess and Friends and it was a really full on variety show. I had, you know, Lance Bass has been in my show, Rachel Dratch from snl, you know, Bridget Everett, Murray Hill. So I've had a lot of stars in the show and now it's, you know, I do Countess Cabaret and you know, taking me eight years to build the show and it's always different. And so the shows I'm doing out in California are called loonaverse shows because certain venues can't support a big band like a grand piano and a drum set and you know, the whole entourage. So, so I've made a clip show which I show, you know, iconic moments from the show that that's. And peel back the layers and we go behind the scenes. What actually, you know, happened with the pirate, with all of these things that have gone on in my, I don't know, 13 years on the Housewives of New York. And then, you know, and I have a moderator and then we talk about all these clips and then we talk, we open it up to Q and A and, and of course I have to give this a chic and some money. So, so, you know, I'll sing, you know, opening and yes, I think at some points in the show. So it's been really great and, and people are loving it. So yeah, I feel, you know, blessed that I've been able to do it this long because my show is always changing because my life changes because life is a cowboy, my friends, right? So, so my life is never the same. So like, for example, I talked about my next tour will be about the Love Hotel, really and what happened on that show and I mixed it up with Housewives moments and of course crappy Lake moments with Sonny Rita. So it's a lot of fun. And you know what I love the most is the creative part. I'll pick a song and I'll go, all right, now what story's going to get me to that song? And then of course it's the perfect dress. Like if I cover Tina Turner, it's short and all legs, you know, so that's really the fun part for me.

Is, is the legs. Now I see October 11th gonna be in California, in Hollywood, October 10th and 11th. Oh, 10th and 11th. Okay.

And she sent me flowers to the hotel and she goes, I'm gutted, darling, that I counted ten to show tonight. I get to my dressing room and she's there with her entire family. It was unbelievable. And then she would go on to introduce me to the stage. I mean, it was like, shoot me now. I could go to heaven, right?

Oh, it was unbelievable, those moments.

Yeah, I was really dumb.

Speaking of Scotland, I don't know, we might have asked you this before, but would you do Traders?

You know, it was so funny because when I was going to Scotland with her, I tried to call Dorinda, who was doing Traders the first time around.

So I gave her something that I knew that she would like. And you know what? She loved it. It's all about the packaging. It is. You know, I tied up into a nice beautiful bow and she was thrilled. She took a picture of herself with them on to send to me. That's how happy she was.

Oh, because I did a series, I forgot called the Murdoch Mysteries, which is a big series in Canada and it airs here on Acorn and it's premiering October 6th, I believe.
