Good. Thank you so much for jumping in last minute. Teddi was feeling a little under the weather. Her daughter was sick. She got a little sick and.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Which one?

[Tamara Judge]

Dove. When I was. I was over there the other day, and she was in bed. Dove was. And they were isolating her from Teddy. Teddy ended up getting sick, so never good.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

So susceptible.

[Tamara Judge]

Well, her immune system's really down, so. Oh, the poor thing. But before we get into speaking of

[Teddi Mellencamp]

sad, sad, sad news, nightmare of awe. Oh, my God.

[Tamara Judge]

I obviously, like everybody else, I found out yesterday, and I immediately got sick to my stomach. It's just devastating news. A parent's worst nightmare. Mary Cosby's son Robert, so sad, has passed away at 23 years old. My heart just breaks.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I was literally in the family, nauseous. I found out in the airport, and I thought I was gonna throw up.

[Tamara Judge]

That's how I was yesterday. I was getting ready to go film, and I found out, and I couldn't even leave because I was so sick to my stomach.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

It's so bad. It's so. He's her whole life, you know, her whole life.

[Tamara Judge]

And her only child as well.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I know. And how do these. How and why and how do you go on? How do you live? He. I remember watching the episode where she finally confronts him about it.

[Tamara Judge]

I know.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And she blamed herself immediately in her confessional. She goes, I missed the mark. Like, I missed it. I had never, you know, she never. I don't. You know, I've seen her in another interview. She's like, I never did drugs. I didn't know what to look for and how bad it was when it was there. Like, she's kind of saying that, but it broke my heart. The one scene that they had. Had. I was watching it, I remember, with Paul, and he goes, I have seen a lot of friends from where I come from. This kid's in trouble.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And I remember texting Andy and saying, that is the saddest inter. That is the saddest scene I've ever seen in housewife history. For me as a mother of a son or any child. Because that's bad.

[Tamara Judge]

It's so bad. So. Oh, God. The police department spokesperson confirmed that Robert was found dead on Monday evening after officers responded to an overdose call that turned into a death investigation. Mary did do a statement. Beloved son Robert Jr. Has been called home to the Lord. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God's promise and in knowing he is finally at peace. We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

How do you get through that? How do you live? Mary, we're so sorry. Prayers are with you right now. And I hope her faith and God does get her through it. What else do you have at this point? Right.

[Tamara Judge]

This is the second housewife that has lost a child to overdose. Lori Peterson, that was on early Seasons of Orange county, lost her son two years ago to overdose, so. And he struggled, too. A lot like Robert Jr. Jail, drugs, all that. It's just so heartbreaking.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I know. A friend of mine from high school just lost her son. Only child. Loved. Loved him so much. Refinanced her house, went into debt, putting him in and out of rehab. Single mother forever. And they lost the battle. It's terrible.

[Tamara Judge]

They were supposed to start filming this week.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Oh, they were?

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. Production postponed after the death. They were not actively shooting, but they were about to. And so they were in pre production and filming was scheduled to begin this week, but have been postponed to. I don't know when it just.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

What else can you do? They have to do that.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. And I mean, I don't know that if she'll be back or not. That's gotta be very hard to navigate and jump into filming after something like that, you know, either way, who knows

[Teddi Mellencamp]

what to do in that? It's a heartache. I don't ever want to know. I don't even. There's no words. So is it something that she does to stay busy?

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah, I could see her just wanting to stay busy.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

What do you do? You don't even know. You don't know. You can't say what you would do, then find out.

[Tamara Judge]

But whatever she chooses, you know, she's so loved.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She's so loved. And he was a nice boy. He really, when he spoke to his mother, he was so kind.

[Tamara Judge]

And some of our production crew worked on Salt Lake City and they were saying just how sweet he was and how kind he was to everybody.

You could tell he was a kind, kind.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. Poor, poor kid.

Yeah, well, no reunion for the Valley, so I've never heard of that.

Maybe because it's just a brand new show and they're just kind of testing it out. I'm not sure, but MJ is throwing a Twilight open house. She's inviting 60 of her future clients as well as her boss, Mauricio.

So how does she know their future clients?

[Tamara Judge]

She's hoping. She's hoping.

Putting it out into the universe and manifesting. Here's my 60. She's really trying. I give her a lot of credit.

Well, it is the year of Mauricio because he's been popping up everywhere. Every reality show, there's Mauricio.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

He's got. He's got a way about him.

[Tamara Judge]

He really does.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Tamara Judge]

I have to say we also have Tannen's skincare launch of her. You know her, she's going to have her party. And so rj, she has RJ do the photo shoot. Shoot with her products because he used to be a model. Rj. He is. I'm starting to really like him sometimes. He can be like a kind of a douche lord on the show, but I feel like there's something very nice and sweet about him as well.

There is, and I hope. I want to see him, like, settle down.

[Tamara Judge]

Do you think that maybe him and Gigi can hook up and.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No.

[Tamara Judge]

No. You don't think so?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Not at all. Listen, she's not wrong when she says he's an appetizer.

[Tamara Judge]

Like, he needs a girl.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

He needs a startup girl. He needs a girl who can tolerate him, who's young, who's not feisty, who. He could buy her nice things and she'll get excited about it. He needs just a nice, wholesome girl. I think Gigi would just take him down. If he goes out with Gigi, he'll probably. It'll be his last girlfriend ever. He'll never date again and become a hermit.

[Tamara Judge]

So Tannen says her friendship with sky is in the gray area. She hasn't invited sky, our bombshell, to the event. She was waiting for sky to reach out and I'm like, good luck with that one. I don't think sky knows how to say the words. I'm sorry. What is your impression on Sky?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Hard on the outside? Very angry.

[Tamara Judge]

Very angry. Right.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She has a very angry energy. She's mad. I want to say it's not like so much angry. Well, it's angry out of. She's. She's very mad about something in her life and I. I don't know what it is. She had a beautiful, loving father, but I don't know about her mom. She doesn't talk about her mom. No, but her sisters are beautiful. Iranian women are beautiful.

[Tamara Judge]

They are. They really are. She's mean.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She's a mean.

[Tamara Judge]

She's a mean person. I'm feeling like leads with hate.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I'm feeling that her meanness is coming from an internal kind of like, hurt somewhere. I don't know why. Because there's no reason for it.

[Tamara Judge]

Well, here's the part.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Pretty. You look in the mirror, you're pretty, have money, married a nice guy, beautiful, healthy children. The you so mad for exactly something I see there's no fun at all.

[Tamara Judge]

None.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She's so angry. And when she stares at people, she stares at them with hate. Yes, but then, as you see later on in the episode, she softens for Tannen. She has a soft spot for Tannen and Tannen, I think, well, finally she's kind of sticking it to her. No, I mean, I see it differently.

[Tamara Judge]

I just don't see Sky.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I wouldn't hang around with Sky. I don't.

[Tamara Judge]

I just don't see Scott. Tannen is so sweet. I just don't see. You don't?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No.

[Tamara Judge]

No, you don't. Okay, well, I just don't see them being best friends. I just.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I wouldn't say the word sweet.

[Tamara Judge]

They're the polar opposites.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I wouldn't say that either.

[Tamara Judge]

Oh, so you think Tannen's got a side to her? We did see at the season finale, like, she was like, hey. And all this stuff, and I'm like, whoa.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

You were like, whoa. I wasn't at all. You see the way she talks to her husband?

[Tamara Judge]

True, true. Well, this part where sky calls her sister, I'm assuming in Iran, right?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Tamara Judge]

And asks about their dad, and her sister says all she can think about is how little time he has left. Sky's father lives in Iran and her siblings and stepmother as well. He has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's four years ago and recently had a heart attack. So sky wishes she had a very sick. And this is a part that I didn't like. She kind of weaponized Sky. I mean, she kind of weaponized Hannon by saying, I wish I had a best friend to help me through this situation. I, like you pushed your friend away. You didn't like the last episode.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Your friend got hurt, talked about her for putting oil on the dog, and that wasn't wrong. Well, there's a lot of things we can say about Sky. I'm going to tell you right now. Her energy's up. She's very pretty. Her energy sucks. She's Nasty.

[Tamara Judge]

Are you going to tell me she likes animals and that's all that matters? Is that what you're going to tell me?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That means a lot to me.

[Tamara Judge]

I know it does.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't see why her best friend had to go and talk behind her back about putting oil on the dog. I'm not over it. I'm not over it.

But you know Tannen and Sky. Hello. Tannen and sky don't lean on their husbands. Tannen and sky go on vacations together. Before all this, they were, like, bonded. Like, Tannen and her husband got married over something bad that happened to her in an accident. Would that had been the guy that she would have married?

Yeah. Okay. So we see Gigi and MJ go to Aurora Photography. Gigi asks MJ how her marriage is going. MJ says that she doesn't prioritize her husband. Well, I don't think he really does that for you either, mj. I'm sorry to say. Gigi talks about her new company like, this girl is doing everything to make this show work. She's going to pay her rent to pay her rent. She's got Valley girl diamonds that she knows is gonna piss off Sky.

That's what I have a problem with.

She's doing it.

I want Sky. That's no competition for Sky. I know sky should be like, good for you. That's so good. Let me help you. See, she don't have that in her.

She. She needs to call Stacy Roush and. And talk to Stacy and get some lessons, some QVC Stacy lessons. That's what she needs to do.

What Are your thoughts on lab grown diamonds?

What, so the real diamonds are just grown, right? They're just grown, they're cheaper.

I don't know. Actually, I don't know a lot about them to be honest. But the ones that I have seen, they look very clear and sparkle like diamonds.

And what are they, like half the price or something?

I don't know much about them. I don't know. I think they're definitely cheaper and some little kid isn't digging them out of a mine.

Well, I lost my center diamond to my wedding ring and I took it. I took it in. This was like a year ago. I took it in and I'm like, you know what? I really kind of want a different setting. And he put a lab diamond in there for the meantime until I figure out what I want.

It was like $1,000 or something. Yeah. But I don't know what it is compared to like if you get a 10, what do you think?

So how much is it?

Like if you were to get like a 10 carat, it's still going to be expensive.

If you get a regular diamond, it's way more than that.

I wanted something more in style. So Natasha and Amar talk about the vasectomy. Amar says that the vasectomy feels wrong because of his ex wife had him and his ex wife had problems getting pregnant.

I'm starting to feel sorry for his wife, Natasha. I feel like she's in the shadow of his first wife.

I think that he talks about it more than he normally would have because he's on the show.

That's that. I was also wondering that They're a beautiful Couple, though. I mean, they have. It's not like they just got married. They've been married for a while and they have three children.

Like, he just thinks it's. It emasculates him. It's like taking the dog's balls off.

Well, then say that. Say that exactly.

Like he's just saying. He's using every excuse not to have to do this, bro, just do it. It's like, I know a lot of people that have done it and they're okay. He's afraid it could. He could lose his function. He's mentally thinking, I'm not a man anymore. But you're not getting your balls cut off. It's not gonna look any different.

But do you think by him telling Natasha the. The situation with his ex wife and they had problems getting pregnant that. But it just makes her feel really bad. Living in the shadow of your ex wife. Not even ex wife is deceased away.

Yeah, I think living in the shadows is an aggressive statement of that because he's so good with her. They have such a beautiful family. He's on hands on with the kids. He's a good provider. He loves her so much. I think he's just.

Do you think she should be so open with, you know, his feelings towards. About. About the vasectomy? Like, I just feel like she's like, okay, like, wow.

So as Gigi, MJ and Tannen go get Botox, MJ finds out Tommy forgot to pick up their son from school. MJ says that these problems are too consistent. So she's calling Tommy. Why isn't he answering the damn phone?

He never answers.

He never answers when it's her. Did you see when she's sitting with her girlfriend or whoever she's with and she calls. He was an answer. The friend goes, let me call. Picks up right away. That would piss me off.

He probably doesn't want to hear her. A lot of guys. You know how many guys do that to their wives? More than not.

Yeah, well, I mean, all parents know to show up to the pickup line

He's saying he can't find parking.

He's been driving around for 20 minutes. Why didn't he call the school?

I've picked up many a kids in my day, and when you're late, the line goes down. The line goes real quick. At the end of the Day, right, Listen, you were late. That's it. You were just late.

My dad was sitting here with me when I was watching. He goes, eyes, he's full of shit. But. But is it the worst thing? No. We've all been late to pick up our kid now and then. It's not the worst thing in the world. Like Tommy is the same guy she what he was when she married him. She's growing out of him. So the, the things that her mother warned her about, that fought with her about that said everything about the things that. All the things that her mom told her. And she said this in the car. The mom last week, he's nobody different than the guy you married. But she's growing out of him. She wants to grow her business. She's back with her friends, she's on the show again. And she just wants something different in her life. And I understand that. I do.

Yeah, I do a lot.

It happens to men. It happens to women. Sometimes men want a 20 year old piece of ass. A tighter ass. A younger, younger and tighter or however they say it. They don't want the same wife. I'm not saying that's not a mistake, guys, because it is. And sometimes women don't want the same guy with all the bad habits. Usually when I get the call from one of my friends and it's not in this case. I'm not saying that Mercedes is doing this but. And I'll. And my friend will be like, yeah, I just can't take it here anymore. He eats too loud. I'm using your excuse. And then I'll be like, he's always eating loud. Are you banging your trainer?

Right, well, Reza helps MJ set up for her open house. Tommy drops off some things. Despite time is my whole heart. I love Reza. Despite Tommy and him texting, Reza is ignored. If Tommy wants nothing to do with Reza and friends, then why did he ignore agree to be a cast member on this show? It's not like he's a background character. He is in the opening titles as a main cast member. But also, did you notice MJ has her own intro. Tommy and the son have a separate one. Everybody else does it as a family.

So that was done after. Yeah, because they knew. They saw the writing on the walls. Well, let me tell you, Tommy is from Brooklyn. Old school, Bronx. Maybe the Bronx.

He's from the Bronx. One of those.

Even more, I would say more. I'm leaning more towards the Bronx. That is not those. He will never conform. I don't even Know how he made it? Why is he in la? Because of her? How did they meet? Why is he there? He's cut from a whole different cloth. He will never fit in that mold. So. And he's not about to make believe that he's something he's not. It's not that guy. It's the wrong guy to do it. So I'm not. I don't have anything against Tommy. I just want him and Mercedes to get along and parent together through this divorce.

But this guy couldn't even, like, bring this stuff into the house. He just dumped it on the curb

because he's still mad about the horrible things that were said. And he is a principled, old school Bronx guy. He's not letting it go in his own head. He loves his wife. He has nobody. He has no family. He loves his wife, but he loves her in the way he knows how. And that is still resenting how he feels. People treated her wrong. That's how I feel about it.

Yeah, well, sky shows up to the open house. Reza asked sky to talk about Palm Springs because they hadn't. She hadn't responded to him. Skye says she didn't respond because she didn't want to talk about it. So Gigi gives the girls jewelry from her brand. She goes, everyone, including Sky. The necklace with the big old V that stands for the Valley. She knows this is going to piss off Sky. Sky says she's not going to go up to Tannen at the party and she's not going to freaking wear that necklace either.

She goes, does that look like something I'd wear? She should have put it on and said, oh, I love it. It looks so good next to mine. Like, she doesn't know how to be sarcastic. She's gonna lose. Yeah, Sky's not gonna make it because sky gets triggered by how funny. Wait, every time. Paul laughs about this all the time. Remember at the reunion when Brittany goes to Meredith, you triggered me? She goes, you're a walking trigger. That was so funny. But getting to triggered. I think that sky is too hot headed to handle it. And Tamara, you know, that's not going to get her very far in this business.

It's not. It's not. You can't hold a grudge in this business.

No, you cannot. And you can't let somebody.

Nobody wants to share the buttons like that. Fight for three years on any show like you have.

Yeah, it's like it just doesn't work like that. So sky is saying she's not going to go up to tanning at the party, but MJ says if you love someone, you should take ownership. And then sky, as sweet as she is, responds with, I piss on love.

Sky, you're not that tough. You're just angry. So stop trying to be tough because you're not.

She's very stubborn. She's very hard headed. And, and she doesn't have somebody in her life to knock her off her. Her. Right, you know, her husband. Yeah. She's got no one to knock her off or not to humble her. Her husband is afraid of her, so no one's putting her in her place. But here's the thing. She has no family here from what I see.

Yeah. She said that she would have Thanksgiving and Christmas and all that with Tannen and her family.

Well, then you know what, sky, you should have called her to say, let's talk. This is what friends do, and I'm sorry. And she does it at Sky's party. She does.

Yeah, she does step there.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She says, I am sorry and you're Right. I should have done that. But, you know, you should have done it sooner, and you shouldn't have had to be told to do it. I think that she doesn't want to feel like she needs anybody. She's so, like, set in her ways with being tough and being mad and being angry and being. I don't need anyone. She's so that way that I don't think more people than Tannen could be around her that long.

I agree.

And she's not nice when she talks. She's not filtered. Like, you shouldn't put down where people live. They live in the valley. Don't act like. Don't sit in front of your new friends and say that. It's beneath you to be there.

Well, that's the problem. It's the way she says it. Like, I don't mind people that swear and put things down and say how they feel and that, whatever. But she does it in a way where she's looking down on everybody. And that's about the thing.

I can't. I've met people like her before. They don't have a lot of friends. And the friends that they.

They. The friends that they do have, they understand that. They don't care that they're nasty because they see the good side of them. But you know what? Tan? And I don't think you. Well, Greg is, you know, there. He gives her a present. It's a product, a framed picture of her with her product. And he leaves room for her second product. And all I can do is stare at Greg's man bun. It is 2026. No man should have a bunch of.

So MJ and Reza go to lunch. This whole scene kind of confused me. Reza is concerned Tommy hasn't been treating MJ right. You know, MJ's been open about her marriage and where she is with everybody. I don't know why she flipped on Reza. MJ says she wants to fight for her marriage. Reza tells her that this might not be the right Thing for her happiness. MJ thinks he's crossing a line. Do you think Reza crossed a line?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Well, they're. They're in a good place now, and they haven't been for a long time, so I think. I don't think he crossed a line, but I also think that. That, you know, I think it was some. It was for her to initiate the conversation on him.

[Tamara Judge]

Well, I think it's one of those things when your friend is constantly telling you things about your marriage, and then you step in and say, well, you know, he said, like, she's complaining. He doesn't work. He doesn't do this, doesn't do that. And then when he says, like, maybe he was insinuating, maybe it's time to move on, she's like, you've crossed a line. I don't know. I just felt like it was.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No, I agree with you. I agree. I. I totally agree.

[Tamara Judge]

I hate to say this. This, but because it's the season finale, I felt like it was performative. That's. That's what kind. That's the kind of, like, feeling I got when I watched it. Because a lot of.

A lot of things now that I. I didn't realize it was the season finale. So now that you say that, maybe I have to look at it through different eyes.

Maybe. I don't know. That's just the way I felt. I just felt like this. Something about it just didn't feel sincere.

So RJ takes Gigi to a salt room. Ever been to a salt room?

I have. Not in a long time. I'm probably due.

Well, they'd love to go to. They popped up, like, five, six years ago, and they were like, franchise. And then now they're all gone. So that's a hard sell. That's a business. It's a hard sell.

Just because it's, like, something you don't get immediate results from. Like, what were we doing?

Like, well, I know somebody that went into a salt room and they just started to drain mucus.

And then there's this thing I saw recently. If you stand on salt, watch how your body change. You know, an Instagram thing, Like one of those. I get all this since the Buddhists.

Can't you just get, like, a salt room in your house and just, like, I don't know, stand on Himalayan salt?

No, that's what they. It was on Instagram. You just, like, put salt in a bowl and you stand on it, but

I mean, I just don't know that I would ever go again. I just wanted to try it because I've never.

I went, yeah. The company opened close to my house, and they invited us to try it, so we went and tried it. I don't know. I'm like, what am I doing in here? It's very salty. What's going on? What's going on? Am I gonna get, like, bloated from all the sodium? What's happening? I'm gonna retain water.

Same thing.

So RJ and Gigi go to the salt room and then assault room. They're talking. Of course, RJ has to be a douche lord and take his shirt off and start doing things on the ground. Then Gigi's walking on his back.

Did you notice his toenails were polished?

His toenails were polished blue. Do you think that there's any chemistry between the two of them?

Yeah. They talk a little bit about Sky. Gigi thinks she's crossing. Cross the line of no return.

They don't like her, and she's not likable.

I don't think anybody likes Sky. I really don't.

Okay. This next scene was so uncomfortable with Tommy and MJ at therapy. I was like, tommy, say less, please. Tommy, say less. And he got so defensive and so angry. And the therapist is like, you have anger issues. Why is it always about Tommy? I'm like, oh, my God.

She seems so nervous around him.

Yeah, she, like, walks on eggshells. I mean, he admits I'm not perfect, but MJ has too many critiques. And of course, they do the. All these flashbacks of her critiquing him. But I didn't really find it as critiquing him that much. More like, don't be a dick.

I feel bad for. You know, it's just. Anyway, moving forward, I. I knew it's just over. It's just over, and that's it.

You know? MJ says she doesn't appreciate going to events solo and feeling alone.

There's nothing wrong with it. But I also believe in my heart that this is just during filming. If it's not filming and they're going to family events, I gotta believe Tommy's by her side.

Why do you want to bring him if you don't like the way he talks?

[Tamara Judge]

He's gonna talk about shit in his hands and farting. I don't want to bring them.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah. Like, just. I know women very close to me who do not bring their significant other certain places because they're afraid of what they'll say. They're afraid of how they'll act. And not every. And. And you, you know, that's acceptable.

[Tamara Judge]

That's like me filming with Eddie. I'm like, I never know what's gonna come out of his.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That's what I'm saying.

[Tamara Judge]

Just shut up. Just don't say a word.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Right. Look at Lisa Barlow with John filming. When he said, you know, he said something that everybody was saying about her. Then he said it and then she was like, of all the things to say, like, don't ever do that again. So, you know, like sometimes leave him home.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And he feels like he's doing a great job as a husband and as a father because he's giving it his all. Well, if his all isn't enough, then it is time to split.

[Tamara Judge]

Well, also, I think Tommy, like the therapist had said, tommy, you need to go to trauma therapy. He says a little bit about, you know, how he grew up and the problems he had in his childhood and his mom passing away.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

He said it before.

[Tamara Judge]

He said it before. So I do think that he's got some. I don't think he's a bad person. I think he's got some deep rooted trauma and he needs to work through it. I'm actually give him kudos for doing therapy on camera.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

He does support her, I just hope, because they had some problems. Now we know, because the way it ends, we know that they get divorced. She files for divorce in October, a few months after filming. And we know after that there was also, what, some legal issues between the two of them.

[Tamara Judge]

Oh, there was. I didn't know that.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And then she said something and then he came on. Ari has a podcast and he came on and he was like, not saying nice things because when you talk about him as a father, he gets pissed off.

[Tamara Judge]

Well, yes, there was a whole thing.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't know exactly what.

[Tamara Judge]

I know there was some back and forth. I know that she goes on Jeff Lewis a lot and I think something was said there.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

That's what it was. And then it was.

[Tamara Judge]

And then he did his podcast or a podcast and said something about her. And I mean, it's not uncommon. It's not uncommon reality. People get divorced and they start, they get asked questions and one says one thing and the other one gets pissed off. Then the other one says another thing. It's like, oh, Lord.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[Tamara Judge]

So, yeah, this scene was very somber. You see Natasha and Amar driving in a car. They both look very withdrawn. Her eyes look. Looked heavy and sad. And they are driving to his late wife's grave and Mar says that he's glad that Natasha is going with him, but he doesn't want to burden her. Would you.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Very considerate of each other, these two people.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah. So they. They get to the grave. There must be some rules that you can't take a picture of a headstone or. That was not her grave. What do you mean? Because they never really showed the headstone at the cemetery.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Maybe her family didn't sign off on it.

[Tamara Judge]

I don't know who would have to sign off on it.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't know. But what he said about her was, he goes, this is my burden, not hers. And I really don't want to. I'm glad she came, but I don't want to burden her with it too.

[Tamara Judge]

She was bawling, bawling his eyes out. And it was just so sad to see and to witness and

[Teddi Mellencamp]

sad. Very, very, very sad.

[Tamara Judge]

Very sad. And she was there for him.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Yeah.

[Tamara Judge]

So we move on to resin MJ talk to their partners and we see like some split screens. Do you think this fight was for. Do you think this fight was for tv? Do you think MJ really got mad at him?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't know. Because at the end of the day, her and Tommy kind of when they could kill each other, but other people can't get involved.

[Tamara Judge]

Well, Reza tells Adam that MJ and Tommy are having many issues and he was just trying to give her some insight. Reza didn't pull those concerns out of the air. MJ told him she was unhappy that Tommy wasn't financially stepping up and that she felt unsupported in the marriage.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Scared. And she's trying to build her. The thing is, she's going to be taking a lot of time away from her son and her mother. Motherly activities or whatever you want to call it, to build. She's going to not be around and he's going to have to step up. And that's right now her biggest concern is, like, if I can't trust you to do that, how do I make money for the family? She's not wrong. She's right.

[Tamara Judge]

No, I know. I. Yeah, I get that. But these are all the things that she has told Reza. And then she's with Tommy. So it's Mercedes and Tommy at their house. And And Tommy tells Mercedes that any issue they have as a couple should be private.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Well, yeah, of course he's going to say that. People would say that. Any guy would say that to you. Every guy says that.

[Tamara Judge]

But if MJ has shared the worst moments with Reza about her marriage, Rez

[Teddi Mellencamp]

is justified in talking to.

[Tamara Judge]

Right. Of course he's going to view Tommy through that lens. And so I just thought. I didn't think Reza was out of line, but that's just me, Sky.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't either.

[Tamara Judge]

I don't. Yeah. So sky asked Bombshot about Tannin's lunch. Bombshot says he wants to go to the party. And sky says even though she is in a tough place for Tannin, launching a business is a big deal and she wants to be there for her. So we see sky softening up a little bit. So we're hoping for a little bit of conflict resolution. Let's see what happens. So at the start of the launch party, MJ and Reza agree that they don't want to take a step backwards in their friendship. And so they just kind of make up very nonchalantly. No big deal. So that's why when I went, huh, okay, maybe MJ just wasn't in a good mood that day and things were bothering her. So sky and Bombshell show up. Tannen asked sky why she said she was. Wasn't going to say hi to her at the open house. And sky explains that her words were twisted. And Tannen tells Gigi that sky said everyone was going to attack her if sky went up to them. So she's like, well, that's kind of a different conversation than what I heard. So it seems like they're. They make up. They're in a good place.

Yeah.

[Tamara Judge]

And.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And that was nice.

[Tamara Judge]

It was nice. It was nice.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Until you see this part of sky that I'm talking about that we need

[Tamara Judge]

to see more of. And then you. Makes you wonder, has sky been acting like this, but shit's been edited out?

[Teddi Mellencamp]

No.

[Tamara Judge]

I don't know.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

I don't think so. I think she has a soft spot for Tannen, and she wanted to be. She's too stubborn to have admitted it before this moment, but she. She was afraid to lose her as a friend because she doesn't. Doesn't look like there's a lot of people knocking on her door to hang out with her.

[Tamara Judge]

No. So then we see Reza and Gigi, like, oh, my God. Listening to the conversation and hear that sky kind of threw them under the bus or grouped them together and Rez Is like, this is the season finale. I'm not letting this go. Let's.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

What else is there? There's. It was. Let's kick. Nothing going on. Nothing going on.

[Tamara Judge]

So, yeah, so she. So they go up to her and kind of confront her, and then Gigi does what Gigi does, and she spills her drink on Sky. She's gonna get some for that. Because this is a perfect situation where sky has been kind of a jerk for most of the season.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

She comes around, she does the right thing. She shows up to the party. She makes up with her friend at

[Tamara Judge]

the end of the season. Now Gigi looks like the asshole, and sky looks like the victim.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Gigi doesn't care. Mm.

[Tamara Judge]

Mm.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Because they had to make the finale. The finale.

[Tamara Judge]

I mean, it was almost like she thought maybe Gigi. Gigi thought that sky would melt like the wicked witch of the valley, just pour water or whatever she had all over her. Everyone. I mean, then. Then of course, Sky's like, I'm gonna call the police.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

And then Gigi's like, out of here. You're welcome, everyone.

[Tamara Judge]

But then she comes back, right? Doesn't. Doesn't sky come back? She goes out front, sits with her husband for a little bit, and then she. She comes back.

[Teddi Mellencamp]

Producers talk to her and tell her to come back.

[Tamara Judge]

Get your ass back in there. It's a season finale. Everyone ends the party by dancing together. RJ says it's the perfect way for everyone to forget about the drama and just have. Have fun together. And then it shows on the screen. MJ files for divorce from Tommy on October 17th. A month later, she moved out. Tommy moved into a new place less than a mile away. And that is the end of the valley.
