Oh, my gosh. I think for you, and this goes from current to from the time I met you, is just your strength and your ability to just be so strong. Like, if I ever have a business question, you know, this, I will call you and say, what do you think? And you can think, you know, you're. You're very smart, very sharp, and just very. Like, I don't. Most people, I don't know if they know this about you, but business savvy like you, you just in just a strong, strong person. Strong like. And you. And you'll tell me too, like, if I call and complain about somebody. Well, okay, well, let me the whole story. Okay. Tamara, maybe you didn't do this right, or, you know, you give it to me straight.

I want to get it. I want to be pragmatic. So I appreciate that. Yeah. What I admire about you the most is, honestly, especially with everything going on, you are a really good friend. Aw, thank you. You really are a good friend. And I think that it's been skewed throughout years of television, but, like, there isn't a day that I wake up that I don't hear from camera and checking in. And even when I'm at my worst, you're there. So I think, you know, of course I admire that. You're a great mother.

But also when we're together we have so much fun together.

Mine's gone now. Mine is. You can blame me for that. But medicine, you really have been there. Like Tamara's the type of friend that I'm like I think I'm gonna do a birthday dinner tomorrow at 7. You don't feel pressure?

And she's there and it's like. It's just so.

Yeah, I mean I think I get a bad. You said bad rap because I. What you guys see me as friends is on a TV show where it's very hard to have friends. Everybody has gone after everybody. My friends that I've had, I've had for 20 something years.

Abby prem asks if you could Both give your 30 year old selves advice, what would it be?

[Sophie Cunningham]

I think mine would just be just trust the process. Don't stress too much. I think at 30, you know, 30 is a good age. I think 30 is when you start figuring things out and you become an. You're a big girl now. You know me just. I think it's hard because I'm trying to think back. I was, I had so many kids. No, I only actually had two at that time but I don't know, just work hard, save money, invest your money. I wish I would invested money earlier. Yeah, that's one thing I wish. It doesn't take much to put X amount away every single paycheck and I wish I would have done that. But I don't know. I think just don't worry so much. I was always so stressed of trying to be something I wasn't.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah, well that's exactly what I was going to say. That end part that you just said. I think if, you know, if I go back to my early 30s, I was so worried what people were going to think that I then wasn't myself. I was more quiet, I was more reserved. I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin to say how I actually feel. Which is really freeing.

Yeah.

But then the same advice I would give myself now, which is. Try to take it day by day. Which is really hard for me.

What to expect, which is never a good thing. And you know, for me personally, you see on the show, like, I was devastated, devastated. Not eating, not sleeping, stressed out, concerned. Wanted to be with you, didn't want to be doing this. You were at that point, not even.

Responsive. No, no, no, Nothing. It's just. It's just being there. And I think another thing for me is like, I don't want to always ask you, how you.

Feeling? Yeah. But I think what's good and what's. You. What you've learned, which I think back in the New Orleans days, you hadn't. Like, if I didn't write you back, you would worry, I'd worry. And now, you know, it's just, she's probably not feeling very good today. Well, also, when you're thought your friend is.

Struggling.

Yeah. Just know that it's not about necessarily how I'm feeling that day or. Or that I don't want to talk to somebody. It's just that, like, sometimes I can't be there the way I would want to be there. So I'm just not there at.

All. And it was hard for me as well, in the sense that we were. We talked every day. We were on the podcast every day. We were traveling. We were in New Orleans three weeks prior to all this. And then it went from that to the only time. And it's still. There's still a big distance now because you're not. You're not good with your phone or you're tired or you're at a doctor's appointment. So it's a totally different, different. And you mourn that friendship as.

Well. I mourned it too. And I. I have that with all of my friends that. But I'm super close.
