We talk about everything from declining water quality to fisheries management to conservation efforts, they’re taking a hard look at the challenges facing one of Florida’s most iconic waterways and pushing for real solutions. We also talked about the history of the river, what’s causing the decline, the work being done to reverse it, and why anglers, outdoorsmen, and everyday Floridians should care. The St. John’s River flows through the heart of Florida like a main artery from Okeechobee county all the way to the Atlantic Ocean in Jacksonville.
