From Playing Lacrosse at the national level. To participating in Cross fit for seven years.
Sports has been ubiquitous with who he is.

His life saw a turn of events when he went through a bout of addiction and fought a hard battle with addiction to drugs & alcohol.

He found a way to turn his life around and today empowers other to focus on what really is important for them.

Dominic has certifications with OPEX, Precision Nutrition, WAG Nutrition certifiaction and many others.

Today he works with clients to ensure that they not only look good but they feel good.
