Kameron Westcott
Welcome back to this week's episode of Unlocked. And I have your favorite guest on Mom.
Julie Chrisley
Hi.
Kameron Westcott
Honestly, I think at this point we just need to do, like, our own podcast that just hits on moms and daughters in, like, 30 minutes.
Julie Chrisley
Sounds like a plan to me.
Kameron Westcott
I think it would be good.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, I do, too.
Kameron Westcott
I do, too. So are you nervous?
Julie Chrisley
Am I nervous?
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
No. I'm actually really good today. You know, we. We got to. I got to go away. Your dad and I got to come visit you in Cayman.
Kameron Westcott
Yes.
Julie Chrisley
And it was so nice. Notice the tan. I got a little bit too much on my face.
Kameron Westcott
I love a good tan.
Julie Chrisley
I know, and I shouldn't because it's just not good for your skin.
Kameron Westcott
Yes, it's not good for your skin, but guess what? We're all going to die someday, and if I can't tone it, I'm going to tan it.
Julie Chrisley
Well, I know. And I always say it is job security for. For a cosmetic surgeon and a dermatologist and anybody that does a laser. Hey. And then I have. Do you see this on my face? I've got, like a whole. It looks like a balloon popped up on my face. Do you see it?
Kameron Westcott
Well, you better get that checked out before we leave to go out of the country.
Julie Chrisley
I don't. Well, I don't know that I'm gonna have time for all that now.
Kameron Westcott
So you're gonna go out of the country and look jank.
Julie Chrisley
Well, I'm gonna get. I'm gonna ice my face tonight. And I'm gonna put some, like, sleep pads on there or something. It'll be fine.
Kameron Westcott
Oh, my God, it'll be fine.
Julie Chrisley
So, yeah, this week is crazy. Could it be any crazier? We both have all kind of podcasts to do. I have been trying to get all of Chloe's doctor's appointments, you know, orthodontist, dermatology, all our appointments done before we leave.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
Not to mention moving nanny. Not to me. And it's just everything. It is so much. I know.
Kameron Westcott
It has been an insane week. And speaking of how crazy it's been, I want to address something.
Julie Chrisley
Oh, my gosh.
Kameron Westcott
TMZ put out an article about me and my company, Good Girl, getting a letter from the fda.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
Making it sound like we're not protecting our patients, just doing what TMZ does. Right. I mean, all they look to do is wreak havoc on people's lives. And I was so pissed off because we gave them a full statement and they only took bits and pieces from it. And the letter we got from the FDA was nothing but a warning letter stating that some imagery and some wording needed to be changed.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
It had absolutely nothing to do with patient safety. Had absolutely nothing to do with the safety of our products. Everything that we sell comes through a compounding pharmacy. So it just. It agitated me so bad.
Julie Chrisley
I know it's frustrating.
Kameron Westcott
And 30 other companies were in that first round of warning letters. 30 other companies.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
So this had absolutely nothing to do with the safety of products and everything to do with imagery and. And a few different words.
Julie Chrisley
Right. Well, I think they. They like to make this salacious article about taking, you know, a couple of little words to get people to click on and to get people to read their stuff. Yeah. I mean, that's with anything online.
Kameron Westcott
And then they were going to run an article, which, who knows, they still may, about our trademark being abandoned.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
And just like, making it seem like everything's falling apart, which it's not. It is insanely successful. I took over 100% ownership of my company because I had partners. I took over 100% ownership in December. And when that happened, we abandoned the old logo because we were no longer using it.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
So why pay for the old logo if you're not using it? You abandon it. We have trademark lawyers, we have pharmaceutical lawyers, and we own the Good Girl Rx name. We have that name.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
So we are compliant with every single thing that we do. And, yeah, obviously, you abandon a logo or a trademark that you no longer need. Need or And. Or are in use of.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
So we have filed for the new logo, the new trademark, all the things. Actually not the logo. Because the lawyer said you technically don't have to because you're always updating artwork.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
So as long as you have trademarked the name, you are good.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
So it's just so frustrating at how people want to make things seem or look when in reality it is not that.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Kameron Westcott
And it can cause so much damage to not only people but. But companies as well.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, yeah. Because people love a takedown.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah, exactly.
Julie Chrisley
People love when things start falling apart. That's what. And it's so crazy to me because I don't understand that. That way of thinking because it's not the way that I think.
Kameron Westcott
You have always said people love to build you up just to. Just to tear you down.
Julie Chrisley
That's right. Right.
Kameron Westcott
So.
Julie Chrisley
And it's so true.
Kameron Westcott
I just needed to address that because it has truly just irked me at how they're making things look.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Kameron Westcott
When reality. Everything could not be going better. When we mentioned it on the View, it absolutely crashed the website.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
We're adding so many different products. The FDA has now released like 15 other peptides that compounding pharmacies can produce.
Julie Chrisley
I love that.
Kameron Westcott
Which is amazing.
Julie Chrisley
So you'll be using. You'll be adding those to what people can order off. Good girl.
Kameron Westcott
Yes, we're adding those two. So I love that. Yeah, we're really excited. And you know, there were some, some. There are some other companies out there which it's going to be hilarious to see. Dad see this. But we're finally starting all the social media this week or next week. It's going to be very consistent. And we're adding a peptide that helps with. So there's other companies that do like erectile dysfunction and all of these things.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
But this is a peptide that helps with your sex drive.
Julie Chrisley
For women only?
Kameron Westcott
No, for women and men. Oh. So it actually helps to like trigger the chemicals in your brain.
Julie Chrisley
You know what it's called?
Kameron Westcott
I do. This is also an FDA approved product which is great. Yeah. And it's called PT141. Now it's marketed specific.
Julie Chrisley
And folks, that's going to be on the Good Girl Rx coming soon.
Kameron Westcott
Yes. It's market specifically for. For women.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
But it can be used by men as well. And the effect. The effects last six to 12 hours. You take it 60 to 90 minutes before you like want to be intimate and people are absolutely swearing by it. And it's.
Julie Chrisley
That's Interesting.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah. And so for women, it was FDA approved for hypoactive sexual desire disorder and menopause and pre menopausal women. So that's what the FDA approved it for.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
And people are, like, swearing by it.
Julie Chrisley
Okay.
Kameron Westcott
And then. And men, it's also used.
Julie Chrisley
Right. But yeah, that's the thing that I love about Good Girl is that you are going down. You have so many different things depending on what stage of life that you're in. Yes. Whether I know you're going to start doing some things for ivf. So that's for women that are just starting, you know, their. Their motherhood journeys, you know, the weight loss. That's for women of all ages. Yes. Now, this is for people who are in pre menopause or going through.
Kameron Westcott
It could be pre menopausal, menopausal. It could even be for people my age, which is crazy. That's what people don't realize is because of, first off, the atmosphere that we live in.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
All of the chemicals that we consume, people are on all kinds, different medications.
Julie Chrisley
I will say, I think people like your generation, y' all got a lot more wrong with y' all than we did. Like, when I was your age, I never thought about taking a medicine of any kind.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
But, you know, at yalls age, y' all taking everything and men and women to have sex, to not have sex, to have sex longer for anxiety and depression and feelings and hair and skin. And I'm like, oh, my God, yes. Imagine what you're going to be doing. You just got to hook yourself up to IV by the time you get my age.
Kameron Westcott
But think about it. First off, we won't have to hook ourselves up to an IV because if you're putting things in your body that help with cellular reproduction and all of these.
Julie Chrisley
Okay. Speaking on that, last night, I got the side eye. Why? Well, so Savannah came over for dinner. Well, she calls me and she says,
Kameron Westcott
hey, I was playing golf.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, she's playing golf. Hey, what are y' all doing for dinner? I said, well, I'm grilling chicken. Well, do you have enough for us? Well, sure. Okay. Of course. So she comes over, we're sitting there eating, and she's like, where's Chloe? Chloe was upstairs. Now, keep in mind, Chloe goes to school early for help. So she is at school at five minutes till seven every morning. Right. Which is great. She eats lunch at, like, 10:40. Then as soon as school's out, she has track. Then we go from track to tutoring in the afternoon. So she is a long day. So when I pick her up, whether it's between tutoring and track or after tutoring and she says, I am hungry. I. I am going to feed her.
Kameron Westcott
Yes, but feed her.
Julie Chrisley
No, no, let me finish.
Kameron Westcott
You should have like a charcuterie little plate or something healthy. Not Sonic or McDonald's.
Julie Chrisley
Okay, so. So yesterday we also had dermatology appointments. Okay. And she said, mom, I'm really hungry. I said, okay. And I knew she had to go to tutoring. Who can concentrate when they have an empty stomach?
Kameron Westcott
Okay, well, feed her something healthy.
Julie Chrisley
I said, what would you like? And she said, I said, I gave her the choices of where we were at the time. And she's like, well, just go to Sonic. So I got her a cheeseburger. Protein. No, all it had was meat and cheese, protein and bread, and she had that. And then she didn't eat anything else the rest of the night. So. So she had her dinner at like 4:15, which is really good because, you know, they say eat dinner early.
Kameron Westcott
Oh, here we go.
Julie Chrisley
So of course, this one over here. I said, chloe's not hungry. I said, she's tired because she's had a long day. Well, what did you feed her?
Kameron Westcott
Yes, because you're not feeding her nutrients that give her energy. And I see. You do know when I packed her lunch, I. I would make like the kale salad at the beginning of the week that there were, There was times where she was like, I want to eat at school, whatever. But I would make her healthy things.
Julie Chrisley
Okay, listen, we do that as well. So she takes these little charcuteries, which is meat and cheese with a little piece like a flatbread on it, has a little flatbread with it. She takes yogurt.
Kameron Westcott
Why can't you just.
Julie Chrisley
She takes.
Kameron Westcott
But, but she's either what kind of yogurt?
Julie Chrisley
She takes. What kind of yogurt?
Kameron Westcott
No,
Julie Chrisley
see, this is what she's been doing. Activia.
Kameron Westcott
But what about the protein yogurt that they were eating all the time?
Julie Chrisley
She does that too sometimes. If I have that, then she takes like grapes, strawberries, blueberries, or okay, like you just. So I'm justify. No, I'm not. But she's gonna side eye me. Like what you feed her. I didn't.
Kameron Westcott
Because I knew exactly what you fed her.
Julie Chrisley
And this is my thing. I love her. I'm so grateful for everything she's done. But at the end of the day, I am the mother. I raised her. And she, I said to her last night, and her brother was sitting beside. One of her brothers was sitting beside her. I said, did I ever tell y'?
Kameron Westcott
All?
Julie Chrisley
No. When you said, mama, I am hungry. Ever in your entire life.
Kameron Westcott
We also didn't struggle with the things that Chloe struggles with.
Julie Chrisley
With. Okay, let me tell you at the end of the day, if when we lived in California, you went to Subway every morning. When we lived in Atlanta, you went to Chick Fil A every morning.
Kameron Westcott
So leave her alone. Whatever.
Julie Chrisley
And if my child says, mom, I am hungry, guess what? They are getting food.
Kameron Westcott
Okay, well then feed her something healthy. Go get her a smoothie.
Julie Chrisley
Leave her. Leave us alone. I'm going remind you of that one day. I'm going to remind you of that one day. Okay, well, her kid's going to be over here crying. She won't let me have anything to eat. It's all kale.
Kameron Westcott
It's not true.
Julie Chrisley
Don't be like, come on, let's go.
Kameron Westcott

Kameron Westcott
Speaking of, I am going to go through the process of freezing my eggs.
Julie Chrisley
Yes.
Kameron Westcott
So that's what we were talking about with Good Girl. All of those things seeing, you know what IVF drugs we can get, if we can get right. If we can get them at a more affordable price because it's extremely expensive.
Julie Chrisley
Absolutely.
Kameron Westcott
Just the drug aspect of it is anywhere from 6 to $10,000 just for.
Julie Chrisley
And that's crazy. And that's something that really, I know you're out here advocating for a lot, but I feel like that's something you need to advocate for too. Well, yeah, because there is absolutely no way that it can cost that much to produce.
Kameron Westcott
Well, my thing is is there needs to be a way that insurance carriers are forced to cover the the cost of IVF if you have been deemed medically necessary. Right. For having that procedure.
Julie Chrisley
Absolutely.
Kameron Westcott
Because for me I have. But now I'm gonna have to pay 30 grand to have the whole egg retrieval process happen. Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
It's crazy.
Kameron Westcott
Which is absolutely insane. So I'm gonna go through that and.
Julie Chrisley
Well, you understand that. And I remember this when I was going through my breast cancer that it had not been long. And so that was in 2012 and it had only been a few years when they had actually passed the law where insurance companies had to pay for breast reconstruction.
Kameron Westcott
Yes.
Julie Chrisley
Is that crazy?
Kameron Westcott
I remember that. Which. That's. That's honestly heartbreaking again.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Kameron Westcott
Something out of your control. And insurance carriers don't have to go.
Julie Chrisley
I mean, I think about. About all the women that came before my time. Yeah. You know, I was. I was so blessed and so lucky because we had great insurance, and by the time I was diagnosed, that had already been passed that they had to pay for that. Yeah. And it's just crazy to me that that would even be ever like. And. And women. Women should have the choice. Yeah. If you don't want to have breast reconstruction. Okay. That is your choice and it is your body. You do what. What you want to do, but it shouldn't be. Oh, my insurance is not going to pay, so I can't have this done. No.
Kameron Westcott
Which I think too. That's something that I really want to push because America First Policy Institute brought me on board with their women's initiatives, which I think is huge. I think I'm like the vice chair, whatever it may be.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
Whatever the title is. Honestly, I've been more concerned and consumed with what I can do in that role. Vers. What the title is.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
But I think that's something I really want to push for, is for insurance carriers to be forced to cover the cost of ibf. I think so, too, because it's.
Julie Chrisley
I. I agree.
Kameron Westcott
There are so many people that want to have a family but can't afford to do so.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
Which is honestly heartbreaking.
Julie Chrisley
Right. And you can't really go out here and preach, you know, get married, have kids, you know, do all this, but then you have people that go and do that. They get married, they want to have children, and then you're faced with these huge bills, like, that's not okay now. It's just. It's not okay.
Kameron Westcott
Aren't you so excited for me to go through the process?
Julie Chrisley
I am. I am excited.
Kameron Westcott
But it's going to be. You really have joked about it, and you're like, you're going to be a force during that time.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah. When you start talking about all the hormones and all, I'm like, oh, geez.
Kameron Westcott
I know.
Julie Chrisley
I'm like, I'm glad we don't live under the same room. That's all I'm gonna say. I'm so grateful.
Kameron Westcott
Honestly, I'm. I'm nervous for it, but it's gonna be fine.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah. You're gonna be good. And you're like me in a lot of ways. We can.
Kameron Westcott
We can push through, take A lick
Julie Chrisley
and keep on ticking. Yeah, I mean, we really can.
Kameron Westcott
But what's crazy is like, this year has already gotten so crazy that I only have a certain period of time that I can do it in.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
And then literally two days after the egg retrieval, I have an event in Florida. I have to go to a two day event. Then right after that, I have Turning Point USA that I have to speak for.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
At two different events back to back. So it's gonna be. It's gonna be a lot.
Julie Chrisley
It'll be good. You. You got this.
Kameron Westcott
I know you got this, but it'll be. It'll be fine. It'll be fine.
Julie Chrisley
Yep. What else? What about Britney Spears got a dui?
Kameron Westcott
Oh, thank God somebody did something so TMZ can write about something different. Honestly, that's.
Julie Chrisley
What is Brittany thinking, Mom?
Kameron Westcott
It's honestly heartbreaking. It is heartbreaking because, like, she's not thinking. I mean, if you have seen her Instagram videos, have you seen her have.
Julie Chrisley
And it is.
Kameron Westcott
It. It does.
Julie Chrisley
It makes me sad. Yeah, it makes me sad because you just.
Kameron Westcott
She's just not there.
Julie Chrisley
No. And you wonder, you know, she was on that conservatorship for so long that her father and people have mixed emotions. People either say it's wrong, it's bad. Listen, when you have to babysit an adult child, I don't care. He got.
Commercial Voiceover
He.
Julie Chrisley
He earned every penny that he got because ultimately he. He was responsible for her during that. What was it, 12 years? Yeah. So I'm telling you, he earned every penny of it.
Kameron Westcott
Well, nothing about it.
Julie Chrisley
She did so good while she was under that. And if you think about it, since she's come off that she has been off the rails. And I hate that for her.
Kameron Westcott
Well, and too for people that have not gone through that process of a conservatorship, it is not something easy to obtain.
Julie Chrisley
It's not something easy to obtain. And then it's not something to. To get people to even acknowledge, but. And enforce. They don't understand it. And so they're just like, well, we don't. We don't accept that or we don't. We don't view these as valid. Well, I have a court order that says I have this guardianship, conservatorship, whatever. And the difference being guardianship, you are over that. That person, like their medical needs, their, you know, they can't make decisions on their own. But a conservatorship means you also, you also manage their money. So that's the difference. So there's A guardian and a conservative. So if you don't have like money, you have a guardianship. But the conservatorship, it includes that money aspect of it that, that you actually control how they spend their money.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
And if I'm not mistaken, her net worth increased during the time that her father had the conservatorship.
Kameron Westcott
And you know what's crazy, though, is I want to say she sold her catalog recently for like 250 million.
Julie Chrisley
I don't know how much it was, but I do think that she sold.
Kameron Westcott
And that was after she had come out of all the conservatorship.
Julie Chrisley
And that's awful because if she. And I truly. I don't know how anyone can say that she is, and I'm not a medical professional, but that she isn't dealing with some mental health issues. I think that is just evident without. From her, the way that she, she acts, the things that she puts out here on social media. Yeah.
Kameron Westcott
So Britney Spears sold her music catalog for about 200 million. The deal was reportedly finalized December 30, 2025. What was sold, her ownership share of her catalog, royalties, income from songs being streamed, licensed, etc. That's.
Julie Chrisley
That's crazy.
Kameron Westcott
Which is absolutely insane because now she has all of that money.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Kameron Westcott
To.
Julie Chrisley
Well, you just hope that whoever's helping her, you know, has the wherewithal and that she listens enough to put this money aside and, you know, for her future, you know, because I don't know what she has, what she doesn't. Yeah. It's just. It's so sad. It's like, brittany, honey, just get an Uber. Like.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
Why are you out? First of all, it's so dangerous. And this is my thing. And I'm not just saying this about Britney Spears, but I'm saying this about anybody. If you are out here, you are drinking alcohol. Alcohol is not free. You are paying for it. Then you better put enough in your pocket to pay for an Uber.
Kameron Westcott
That is very true. Because you see way too many accidents that happen. That could have been.
Julie Chrisley
Absolutely. Get an Uber. First of all, first and foremost, it is about safety. It is about your safety and about other innocent people on the road.
Kameron Westcott
Well, you've always said that because you and dad are different. Dad's like, you shouldn't be drinking. You have a problem. You know, you could very well just be a responsible adult having a glass of wine. And, you know, according to dad, you're an alcoholic, but you have, like, you're not naive to the fact of. I know they're going to be drinking, but you better be responsible. You better get an Uber. You better do this, you better do that.
Julie Chrisley
Or call me. This is the thing. Call me. And I. I've always said this to my children. No, I am not an advocate for an underage drinking. I am not an advocate for people who know they have issues with alcohol. You have to put it away. You have to distance yourself. Yeah, but I'm also not stupid. And before I lost one of my children or before I had my children make a decision that's going to impact their lives and other innocent people for the rest of their lives, call me. Yeah, call me.
Kameron Westcott
It's that simple.
Julie Chrisley
I might be mad at you for a little bit, but I'm going to get over it, and it's okay.
Kameron Westcott
You're normally not mad for that long.
Julie Chrisley
No, I'm not.
Kameron Westcott
You're normally not mad.
Julie Chrisley
You're. I don't hold on to it. No, I don't hold. That's not. That's not who I am. I don't hold on to it. I don't. I don't do that.
Kameron Westcott
See, that's going to be the thing, though. It's like. That's like. My kids are going to be like. They're just going to call you. Yeah, they're just going to call you. You're going to cover for them?
Julie Chrisley
No, not necessarily. No. No, no, no, no. Now, that's. That's where you're wrong. It depends on. Because I do have. Just because of things that I've gone through in my life. I will respect you as their parents, and it is not my job to parent them at this point. That is your job. Oh, well, I. Yeah, maybe certain little things, but when it comes down to it, they will never know that they. I do not want them to think that they can make a wedge between you and I. Yeah. Or me and Chase, or me and Gray. I mean, Chloe, Because y' all are my children. They are. They will be my grandchildren. So we'll see how it plays out. But. Yeah.
Kameron Westcott
Are you. Are you excited for when that day comes, though? Like, for one of us to have kids?
Julie Chrisley
I am. I am. Because, listen, you know, we have Jackson and Chloe. Chloe, yes. Technically, she was my granddaughter, but she is my daughter.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
So I don't look at her as my grandchild. I look at her as my daughter. She looks at me as her mother. Yeah. I've had her, really, since she was less than a year old.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
So she's my daughter. Yeah. When she gets married, has a Child that will be my grandchild. Yeah. You know, that's how I look at it.
Kameron Westcott
So you don't get to treat her like you would a grand.
Julie Chrisley
And just with everything that has gone on with Lindsay, you know, that situation and the things that have transpired has just put lots of. Of pressure or distance or whatever. But Jackson is my grandchild.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
You know, he. He is my grandchild. I don't. I don't. Would have no reason to view him as anything other than my grandchild.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
You know, so. But am I excited for the rest of my kids to have kids? Absolutely. I am. You know, I hope. This is my hope, and my prayer, though, is that dad and I have been back home. I'm hoping that we can kind of get settled and get in a good rhythm and a good place where I can really enjoy them.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
You know, I feel like sometimes when. When you're still young enough to be of working age and your kids start having kids, you know, you have to really prioritize things, you know, because it's not like olden days where the grandparents were already retired and they just went like my grandmother. My grandmother was always just a grandmother, you know, and that was great and amazing because she was that way for me and for y'. All. Yeah. Or for you and Chase, and I hate that. Not. You know, Grayson was just a baby, and then she never even got to meet Chloe.
Kameron Westcott
No.
Julie Chrisley
But, yes, I'm excited for that chapter. Absolutely.
Kameron Westcott
Well, and too, I think we're, like, entering into different chapters. Like, you and dad came and visited me in Cayman for, like, two days.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
And. But we've never really, like, done that. You know, it's different. Like now as I'm almost 30 years old, and now y' all are coming, and it's like. It's just like an adult trip.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
And.
Julie Chrisley
Well, I think it is. Relationships, they evolve. Yeah, they evolve. And. And they evolve with your children. I think, you know, as your kids grow up and as they enter different phases and go through different things in their life, your relationship with them has to evolve, you know, because unless you just want. There's a lot of people that just have a very surface relationship with their adult children. That's not us.
Kameron Westcott
No, that's not.
Julie Chrisley
That is not who. Who I am. That's not who I ever want to be. So in order to do that, you got to be willing to change, as far as I'm talking about myself.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
You know, and, you know, you have to meet them where they are sometimes. And even though that's the case. I'm still the mom, you know? And so that's why I don't mind saying I'm going to meet you where you are, because I always. In my mind, I always look at that. I'm the mom.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
I always look at that. I'm going to go above and beyond. It's not going to be. You go above and beyond for me. I'm going to always go above and beyond for you, because I've always done that.
Kameron Westcott
But I would also challenge you on that, too, as. Because I feel like the older we get, the relationship does change. Right. Like the relationship with you and I versus the relationship with you and Chase. Like, when he's in his. Whatever stage he's in which he's doing better, great. But when he was in his stage, there was. You would do anything to make sure he is protected and safe and right. But like, for you and I, you'll come over and help me with laundry or you'll go do something random that I need or you'll.
Julie Chrisley
And I think that's what I'm saying is you have to meet your kids where they are. Yeah. You know, and. And I think that is. That's just a part of it. That's the beauty to me of being able to be a mother is that, you know. And I was going through a bunch of pictures with Danny the other day, and I was seeing, you know, you guys were so little, and, I mean, there were pictures of dad in there that I had never even seen. And he and Grace. I literally called Grayson and I said, gray, if you want to know. He probably didn't like this, but if you want to know what you're going to look like as a grown man, your dad, you just look at your dad. It was so uncanny how much they look like each other.
Kameron Westcott
I know.
Julie Chrisley
And I think these pictures.
Kameron Westcott
Do you have it on your phone?
Julie Chrisley
I don't think so. Did I send it to you?
Kameron Westcott
I don't know. Look and see if I took a picture of.
Julie Chrisley
Take a picture. I don't think so. But it was a picture of your dad. And I don't. I don't think I'd ever even seen these pictures because they were before me. Because Lindsay and Kyle. I always judge it by, like, Lindsay and Kyle, their age to know. And so it was. It was before me. And he looked. Grayson looks so much like him right now.
Kameron Westcott
He does.
Julie Chrisley
It's crazy.
Kameron Westcott
I wish we had a picture.
Julie Chrisley
I know. Look at this picture that my mom sent me. This is insane. Right here. But to me, this looks like Chase.
Kameron Westcott
It does look good.
Julie Chrisley
That look like Chase.
Kameron Westcott
It does. That does look. That's you. Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Kameron Westcott
Oh, my gosh.
Julie Chrisley
Isn't that crazy?
Kameron Westcott
It's so funny, though. Once you hold it up to your face. Hold it up to your face. Like, not a lot has really changed, honestly.
Julie Chrisley
Look how tan I was. No, I want you to look at this. I've got to call my mother. I want you to look at these bangs, Mama.
Kameron Westcott
Y' all did the exact same shit to me.
Julie Chrisley
No, Savannah, look how jacked up those bangs are. Look right here. Look at them. They're not even straight. I'm. I'm like, I'm going to get my mother. What in the world was she thinking?
Kameron Westcott
Okay, well, y' all did that same bowl cut to us, and it was awful.
Julie Chrisley
Mama.
Kameron Westcott
It was terrible, right? It was. I mean, look at these bangs. Look how cute. Oh, my God.
Julie Chrisley
You're the one that hasn't changed a bit. Hold it up to you. You look exactly the same.
Kameron Westcott
Just a little, you know, nose job and filler and Botox, and it's great.
Julie Chrisley
It looks. You look the same to me.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah. Also, I. Before we wrap up, I was talking to my Botox girl the other day, and because, you know, there's that meme that goes around, and it's like, oh, people want to talk about eating organic and this and that, but yet then they go inject all this. These chemicals into their skin, like you.
Julie Chrisley
I'm just saying.
Kameron Westcott
But it doesn't go past a certain barrier that actually enters into, like, your bloodstream and stuff, so. Just saying. Just saying.
Julie Chrisley
That's all I'm saying.
Kameron Westcott
Hi.
Julie Chrisley
We. We are a society that loves to justify anything that we want to justify. Right.
Kameron Westcott
Well, on that note, I'm going to justify wrapping this up because I have a few more podcasts to do, and you and I are leaving for a month for a really fun project. I'm so excited that we really don't know what we're getting ourselves into.
Julie Chrisley
I know. So we'll definitely. We're gonna actually do a podcast from our location.
Kameron Westcott
Yes.
Julie Chrisley
But for Chrisley Confessions 2.0 and for Unlocked.
Kameron Westcott
Yes.
Julie Chrisley
So you guys will have to stay tuned for that.
Kameron Westcott
Yes. Due to NDAs and all of that, we're not going to be able to say who is with us or, you know, what we're really doing, but we'll be able to tell you how we're feeling in the moment.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Kameron Westcott
For sure.
Julie Chrisley
For sure.
Kameron Westcott
For the first time in my life, I'M so happy and content and, like, with my life at home that I really don't want to leave.
Julie Chrisley
I know this is. This is weird because you are normally the one that's like, let's go. I don't care. It's a job. And we're going to be working and we're going to be traveling and. And now you're like, I kind of just want to be home. Yes.
Kameron Westcott
But what a great place to be in that, like, you're so happy and fulfilled and life is great that you're like, I don't feel like I have to run from my life to find happiness somewhere.
Julie Chrisley
Right. And I'm just a little. I'm just, you know, a little nervous about leaving Chloe because this will be the first time I've really left her for an extended period of time since I've been home.
Kameron Westcott
Yeah.
Julie Chrisley
And so I just want to be mindful of that. So I'm going to be doing lots of FaceTimes and, you know, checking in with her because, you know, it's just.
Kameron Westcott
You have to. And I think it's just what I want. She needs to also make sure she's still going to her therapy during that time.
Julie Chrisley
Still therapy? Yes.
Kameron Westcott
Just because you don't want that, like, her body is just going to freak out because it's that PTSD of y' all leaving and then not coming back.
Julie Chrisley
Right. Exactly. Exactly. So, yeah.
Kameron Westcott
Until next time. Thank you. You'll be hearing from mom and I on our mystery month long trip, and we can't wait to update you. I may have, like, an emotional breakdown, but it's fine. We're all good.
