This week on the show, 2022 Grey Cup Champion, Offensive Lineman Shane Richards joins me. I've been watching and knowing Shane since he stepped into the building of my old high school in Calgary, Crescent Heights High School. If you are a quarterback or running back you want him in front of you. Shane is 6 ft 8, 300+ pounds and he's solid. He's a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he played 2 years, and received all-American honors on the field and academically. He was the #1 overall pick in the 2019 draft to the Toronto Argonauts. He's also the owner of 4 Corners Wing Stop based in Calgary.

I had a great conversation with Shane, and we got into a whole lot. we have similar views on a lot of things and share similar experiences with the transition from Jamaica to Canada.
