the person of case 011?
Interview Expert/Analyst
All right.
Medical/Case Analyst
I feel this is a fully human individual matters. I don't feel this person is a hybrid.
Interviewer/Questioner
Do you think they were systematically testing experiencers?
Dylan Borland
Well, that's documented. You have the leaked phone call with Green and K. Randall. What's her name?
Interviewer/Questioner
K. Randall.
Dylan Borland
May K. Randall. You have that leaked phone call where they are literally saying we are testing veterans, military, government officials who have had experiences and in their own words, hybrids. I want to be clear here. This is not me saying it. That is them saying it, not a hybrid.
Medical/Case Analyst
Okay?
Interviewer/Questioner
Do you have, like, a dead man switch? Given all the.
Dylan Borland
Yeah, of course. I said it in weaponized. I told the very first conversation I with Jeremy. I said, jeremy, I don't know you. You don't know me. I'm gonna go become a congressional whistleblower. If anything happens to me, I will have my dead man switch triggered. I'm telling you, it's true. Yeah, of course I do.
Interviewer/Questioner
On Twitter, somebody said, we need 4K videos of UFO and we need NHI bodies.
Dylan Borland
Okay?
Interviewer/Questioner
And then you said, I know that exists. You said, I know it exists. Okay, Yeah, I know directly.
Dylan Borland
I know directly that right now in our government, there is cell phone video ending the conversation about the triangles once and for. For all. And that is cell phone video. That's not even imagery. Cell phone video within 100ft of it. You're sure?
Interviewer/Questioner
We have craft in hangars all over the country.
Dylan Borland
I don't know about all over the country. I'm sure we have craft. Yeah, I'm sure they exist in a hangar somewhere or underground, wherever they're at. But we have craft.
Interviewer/Questioner
You know that they're not just these aerial objects that are ephemeral that we don't understand. You know that we have been studying them on the ground in isolated conditions, I am sure.
Dylan Borland
Go back to earlier when you were talking about 4K videos and bodies and everything. I know for a fact there are cell phone videos of triangles. Undeniable. End of discussion. Ends all conversation. The reports are there. It is there to clear. I'll say it this way. They wanted me to name the people that I know that were working on the program. I refused to do it. And they wanted the name of the program. I refused to do it. Behind the scenes, all of us just assume that all of us are tapped. But like I know I'm tapped. I mean they duplicated my phone.
Interviewer/Questioner
Is the non human intelligence in control of the COVID up too?
Dylan Borland
My opinion? Yeah, absolutely, yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
Have you ever talked to anybody? An incredible position in the government who seems to have hinted that humans aren't in charge?
Dylan Borland
The ICIG did it with me personally. I. I want to respect them. The ICIG did it with me.
Interviewer/Questioner
So the intelligence community Inspector General told you that humans are not in charge?
Dylan Borland
They extremely hinted at it, yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
Holy.
Jesse Michaels
That is crazy.
Dylan Borland
They hinted at it, yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
That is. That is insane.

All right, so today's video is about UFO whistleblower Dylan Borland, who testified back in September of 2025, and he is back with a brand new interview with Jesse Michaels. Previously, he'd really only been interviewed on Weaponize with Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp, and then he had testified. So this is a rare interview he's doing. And we're going to cover a lot of different things that he said because he initially just came out with like this one sighting, this one thing, and then there. There were some other things around it. But in this interview, I think you learn a lot about how involved Dylan Borland is, and it was a very relaxed interview. Jesse did a really good job of just kind of making him feel comfortable, and it was just like two dudes hanging out. And I can appreciate that. But I admit there were some things that Dylan said that I thought, okay, let's talk about it now. There's a reason why I want to play this first clip and I'll explain afterwards.
Interviewer/Questioner
Do you think that in UFO legacy context, people can call in craft with their minds?
Dylan Borland
I think that. Okay, so now we're going to get into the fun hypotheticals. I do believe remote viewing is true. I do believe in prophetic dreams. I do believe in consciousness projection. You know, we talked about this. Everybody who knows me knows why I avoid the woo. And the reason why I really avoid the woo is because I'm already fighting enough on stuff I've already proved behind the scenes, provable. Yeah, of course I believe that's true. The problem I have is I think people have pushed best what is true to something that isn't, so they can diminish what the truth is.
Interviewer/Questioner
Interesting. Yeah. So there are ways to stigmatize the truth by getting.
Dylan Borland
Exactly. That's a PSYOP, 100%.
Interviewer/Questioner
But you. Do you think people can call in UFOs with their mind?
Dylan Borland
I think they can connect to them, absolutely.
Interviewer/Questioner
Yeah.
Dylan Borland
My issue is, is that I think you can connect to them. I think it's true. But my issue is, is if you can connect to them and communicate to them, bring them within 50ft, have them land, like, do that. Instead of having lights 200 miles out, bring them in. If you're communicating, if you're in touch with source and all this new age stuff, bring them in.
Interviewer/Questioner
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Dylan Borland
You know what I mean?
Interviewer/Questioner
Sure.
Jesse Michaels
Look, he's talking about psionics. I just made a film about it. Right. You can check it out at Psionics Film.
Dylan Borland
So.
Jesse Michaels
And I understand what he's saying, and I totally agree. And the reason I'm putting. I agree with what he said, what Dylan said, Land a craft. Close. Right. Totally agree. Now, the reason I'm putting this up front is because, you see, even Dylan is being skeptical or critical or suggesting different avenues to provide evidence or proof of claims. Right. So if Dylan Borland can do it, then we can do it as well here in the video. So that's why I'm showing that up front. Right. So now let's get into some other things that Dylan said, such as this.
Dylan Borland
To be clear, I'll say it this way. They wanted me to name the people that I know that were working on the program. I refused to do it. And they wanted the name of the program. I refused to do it because I didn't want to put that person in danger. Going back to why I went to Congress because I thought their life was in danger. That's a problem. They wanted the people and they wanted the name. And if you are in these programs, those names change so many months. And that's how you can narrow down who spoke.
Jesse Michaels
So, look, I'm a little confused by this. I get what he's saying. He came forward to protect these, you know, people he knew that were in, quote, the program. Right. The legacy UFO program. But then he doesn't want to reveal those names when he comes forward. So how are you helping those people out? Why even come forward to begin with? How does it help those people that you come forward and then don't name them? To get them help, to get them protection. Right. So it's kind of unusual. Like, that's kind of what you're blowing the whistle on. Right. Doesn't it Seem like that's what Dylan would be blowing the whistle on is the people in the program and what it's called. Right. Come forward with that information, otherwise what's the point? You're going to hang on to it. So I guess I'm just confused by all that. You know, I'm confused and you know, again, maybe it's just me, but I just don't understand this. The thing we need you to come forward about, you then don't want to be honest about. I just don't see the point. Right. And say it behind the scenes. You don't have to say it publicly, but even behind the scenes he doesn't want to say it. So again, I don't, I don't get it. What's the point of bringing people forward? What are you doing exactly? Blowing the whistle on, Right. That you'd know this, but you can't reveal it. How are we supposed to know that? How are we supposed to prove that? Right? So again, just like he suggested to the psionics people that they should land a craft up close, I would say the same thing to him. Right. Land the craft up close. What are we doing?
Interviewer/Questioner
Is the non human intelligence in control of the COVID up?
Dylan Borland
To my opinion, yeah, absolutely, yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
Have you ever talked to anybody in a credible position in the government who seems to have hinted that humans aren't in charge?
Dylan Borland
The ICIG did it with me personally. I want to respect them. The ICIG did it with me, yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
So the intelligence community Inspector General told you that humans are not in charge?
Dylan Borland
They extremely hinted at it, yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
Holy shit.
Dylan Borland
That is crazy. They, they hinted at it, yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
That is, that is insane.
Jesse Michaels
So this is an interesting little tidbit that he drops here kind of near the end of the interview, to be honest with you. Well, maybe three quarters through, but that the ICIG hinted, strongly hinted to Dylan that humans aren't in charge. The others are. They're in charge. Right. He believes, he strongly believes that, you know, non humans are sort of responsible for the COVID up as well. And he thinks humans aren't even in charge and that the ICIG strongly hinted at him. Sort of told him, this is what's really going on, buddy. But I mean, I just have so many issues with that. And then you may be wondering, well, how did he come to that conclusion? Right. When you say strongly hinted, what do you mean? Well, he kind of explains in a hypothetical, more or less what I think happened that convinced him of that.
Dylan Borland
What I said in Weaponized was you can tell somebody knows something. Based on the questions they ask you, you respond, and the next question they ask you is very telling. So hypothetically, Jesse, let's say. Let's say you asked me a question and I say, yeah, I've seen gray beings, traditional grays. If I said that to you, your next question is, be like, when, where, how? Hypothetically speaking, let's say I say that and your next question is, well, where did they come from? And then I respond, well, you know, I don't have an answer. I think they've been here a long time. And the very next statement is, well, who do you think is running the show? Hypothetically, let's say that happened.
Jesse Michaels
That's wild. So this to me just seems to be a difference of interpretation. Right. Wouldn't these people just be saying things to kind of play in your sandbox? Yeah. Tell us what you think. Oh, okay. You think that non humans are not in charge. So who do you think's in charge? Right. Just kind of placating his story. And he took it as, oh, they're admitting it. That's how it sounds like to me. Does that make sense what I'm saying? Let me know in the comments if I'm making sense there, if you think the same. So this doesn't really prove to me anything that, you know what I mean, non humans are in charge. This is what I'm supposed to believe. This is the story. They didn't outright say that. And I don't think they strongly hinted at it when they asked you who's in charge? Right. So I think a lot of Dylan's judgment is this is a good basis, this story is a good basis for how he sort of comes to different conclusions in his beliefs and what he thinks happened to him. A lot of times his stories are like, you know, xyz, you know, X did Y and Z. Therefore, that makes, you know what I mean, ABC real. Because otherwise they would have done this other thing over here. Right. And that's basically all the stories. Right. They strongly hinted. You read into it. They kind of, you know, you have to read into things to sort of get the explanation that he seems utterly convinced of. So when I say. When I hear him say he's utterly convinced that, you know, we're not alone and these sorts of other things that you're going to hear in this video, I take pause and I think, well, you know, I don't know. Again, you know, he talks about, like, what he sees and what he's seen with those own eyes. I believe the guy. But when it comes to interpretation of things. I mean, that's subjective. So we can kind of all come to our own conclusions with some of these things and we might interpret it totally differently. All right, let's continue.
Interviewer/Questioner
Do you have like a dead man switch, given all the.
Dylan Borland
Yeah, of course I said it. And weaponize. I told the very first conversation I had with Jeremy, I said, jeremy, I don't know you, you don't know me. I'm going to go become a congressional whistleblower. If anything happens to me, I will have my dead man switch triggered. I'm telling you, it's true. Yeah, of course I do.
Jesse Michaels
My biggest question is, what would be in his dead man switch? Because he kind of talks about everything to begin with. There are some things he can talk about, of course, but would it, Would his dead man switch be, you know, videos, photos, who these people are in the program and whatever? So if he gets out, all the information comes out that he's using right now to protect people. Doesn't make sense if you ask me. Right. So if he perished, which of course I hope he does not, then all that information would come out and then would hurt his friends, the same people he's trying to protect, right? I don't know. I guess I just don't know what that means. What would be in his dead man switch? And if you have things that are in your dead man, why not come out and say them right behind the scenes, Testify behind the scenes. Right. Or tell people behind the scenes, not, you know, the public. So I don't know what you'd hang on to. You know what I mean? Not sure what's. What information is he hiding? That would be so bombastic. Bombshell in a. In his dead man switch, right? I don't know. But again, I hope that's nothing he ever has to come to terms with. Of course, but that he's thinking about that is interesting. Right? And that you would then want to release it if something happened to you, it would just then put all those people in danger. I mean, you were protecting the information for a reason. So again, I don't get it.
Interviewer/Questioner
Do you think what you saw was non human or ours?
Dylan Borland
I know. I know for a fact it was not human made and not ours.
Interviewer/Questioner
How do you know for a fact?
Dylan Borland
Because Arrow proved it when they listed it as unclassified and then classified the other drawings dealing with unidentified unknown origin drawings and technologies. If it was ours, they would have classified it and they didn't.
Interviewer/Questioner
Okay, yeah, fair enough. And even if you don't Trust them. And you think they're bad faith actors. They still would.
Dylan Borland
They would have had to. So here we go back to intent. Yeah, I view everything from intent. Why go and classify the other stuff and not classify that?
Interviewer/Questioner
Yeah, no, it doesn't make sense.
Dylan Borland
There we go.
Interviewer/Questioner
I mean, unless it was like we. They know that they've lost all trust. And so the 4D chess game would be to not classify it because they know that we'd talk about it as if it was definitely. But again, not human, when in fact it was ours.
Jesse Michaels
So this is interesting, right? Again, this is Dylan Borland's way of thinking. If it was ours, they would have classified it. And because they didn't do something, that therefore means it's this other thing. Right. That therefore means it's non human. Because otherwise they would have classified it. I mean, can't there be other reasons? I'm no classified expert or expert on anything. But would there be other reasons? Possibly like that's it. That's the only reason. Because they didn't classify it. That means it's alien. And that's what he's running with. Right. That's the judgment. And again, that just feels subjective. In a different interpretation that I might have, then maybe other people would have. Right. So that's why he's thinking the object he saw is non human. Because Arrow didn't classify it. But they classified other parts of his story, but not that, therefore not ours. Is that maybe how it works? I don't know. Just feel like there could be another explanation.
Interviewer/Questioner
On Twitter, somebody said we need 4k videos of UFO and we need NHA bodies.
Dylan Borland
Okay?
Interviewer/Questioner
And then you said, I know that exists. You said, I know it exists. Okay, Yeah, I know directly.
Dylan Borland
I know directly that right now in our government there is cell phone video ending the conversation about the triangles once and for. For all. And that is cell phone video. That's not even imagery cell phone video within 100ft of it. I know for a fact.
Interviewer/Questioner
And you know we have high res
Dylan Borland
imagery of you 100%. Because again, I know what I had and I know it was redacted from me because I wasn't read into the saps.
Interview Expert/Analyst
I.
Dylan Borland
As for the bodies, I want to be. I'm glad you brought this up. I want to be clear. This is where this gets into fun. I am sure these things exist. And during my whistleblower through Arrow in the IG and Congress, like I said in Weaponized, when people ask a question, when you understand why they're asking a question, after you make A statement. But I believe Dave. I trust Dave. I know what I know. I know what I've been told. I know what I testified to, and I know what came back as was confirmed. I know what arrow, and hypothetically, the IG have told me directly in skiffs. It absolutely exists. There's no doubt in my mind. None at all.
Jesse Michaels
So there's all this crystal clear 4K footage of craft. Right. That would just prove it all. But how does that prove the bodies? Right. He talks about genetics in this interview and stuff he learned from Grush. But again, what is he seen? So maybe he's seen some videos filmed on cell phones. I don't know that. Is that what he's holding on to? Why can't that be released? Why aren't they pressuring that to be released in the tranches? I don't know. Something's just not adding up here that I can't figure out. But this seems to be the basis for him knowing directly about CRAFT and bodies. And he brought it up again.
Dylan Borland
Go back to earlier when you were talking about 4K videos and bodies and everything. I. I know for a fact there are cell phone videos of triangles. Undeniable. End of discussion. Ends all conversation. The reports are there. It is there. So they're not that they won't release those videos. Sure.
Interviewer/Questioner
Got it.
Jesse Michaels
And this time he says a little bit different. He says the reports are there. So I don't know if he's actually seen these videos. I think what he's seen are reports of some alleged videos. Right. But what I've seen is that when you see a report, this happens in the tranches. You see a report, and it feels way more compelling than when you actually see the video. You're totally disappointed by the video. So again, I'm not even sure Dylan has seen the videos. I think he just kind of revealed it there accidentally. He hasn't seen the videos. He's seen the reports of the videos, which is what convinces him. I don't know. Let me know what you think in the comments.

I don't know.
Interviewer/Questioner
You're sure we have craft in hangars all over the country?
Dylan Borland
I don't know about all over the country. I'm sure we have craft. Yeah, I'm sure they exist in a hangar somewhere or underground, wherever they're at. But we have crafts.
Interviewer/Questioner
But you know that they're not just these aerial objects that are ephemeral that we don't understand. You know that we have been studying them on the ground in isolated conditions.
Dylan Borland
I am sure of it. But again, this goes back again, this gets into the fun stuff. We were talking about hypotheses, you know, if.
Interviewer/Questioner
But it's not. That's not really a hypoth. You're, you're extremely.
Dylan Borland
I am sure there crafts that were not made by humanity at this current time and place when we recovered them. That is no doubt where they come from. No idea. You know, this is one of the things that people always attack this subject. They want to lump me in with quote unquote, aliens and little grays and all that. That's not the truth. I never said extraterrestrials exist. I never said we have proof of extraterrestrials.
Interviewer/Questioner
But non human we have.
Dylan Borland
We have craft that were not made by humanity at the time we recovered them. Major difference. We recovered things that were named were not made by us.
Jesse Michaels
So he's never said extraterrestrial, just non human. Right. But he also says in the interview they could be humans, future humans, this and that. So again, what are we talking about? Right. When the ICIG hinted at him that the others are in charge of. I thought it was about. I mean, what are we talking about here? Again, he goes back and forth on this in it. Right. And again, how he's so sure of things is interesting how he comes to the Conclusions that he comes to. And he doesn't leave any wiggle room, which is kind of interesting. He does for some things, but not, you know, he's absolutely convinced we have craft bodies that may. They're. He's calling them non human, but also saying they could be humans as well. So they could be human craft. Right. And he's throwing out a distinction there from the time, you know, we knew them or whatever he's saying there. Right. We have discovered craft not made by humans at the time of the discovery. So he's sort of implying, you know, temporal moving humans. Right. Future or past humans? Again, I don't know. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Interviewer/Questioner
Do you think they were systematically testing experiencers?
Dylan Borland
Well, that's documented. You have the leaked phone call with Green and K. Randall. What's her name?
Interviewer/Questioner
K. Randall.
Dylan Borland
May K. Randall. You have that leaked phone call where they are literally saying, we are testing veterans, military, government officials who have had experiences and in their own words, hybrids. I want to be clear here. This is not me saying it. That is them saying it in 2017 while I'm going through this. That's happening. And I want to be very clear and very fair. I'm not saying everything I encountered is because of my sighting, but everything I encountered happened.
Interviewer/Questioner
And Kit green ran the CIA's weird desk, and it's very sort of mysterious.
Dylan Borland
Him and put off. And a homeboy over in Israel, the remote viewer. Dude, they're all referencing that leak phone call. Yeah.
Interviewer/Questioner
Who's the in Israel? The remote viewer.
Dylan Borland
Not Ingo. Yuri Geller. Yeah. They name him by name. They want to put him in MRIs. They want to remote view him while he's in the MRIs. All of it.
Interviewer/Questioner
And do you know that this turned into some sort of formal program or.
Dylan Borland
No idea.
Interviewer/Questioner
Interesting.
Dylan Borland
Yeah.
Interviewer/Questioner
Crazy.
Jesse Michaels
All right, so this is an interesting part of the interview. And he's talking about Kit Green and K. Randall May, who is a sort of experiencer herself. And Kit Green worked at the CIA's weird desk. Right. And according to Dylan Borland, he says they're talking about, you know, testing on experiencers, that there's a leaked phone call from 2017 that they talk about that. Well, actually found the leak phone call. And I've got a few clips to show y' all of different things. So this is clip number one.
Interview Expert/Analyst
How is the world expert in, which has to do with the interview interpretation of data that comes from verbal reportage of individuals doing remote viewing. And he is expert in that, not me. He's done thousands of cases, I've done zero. And he would be the individual response to that. So what the issue is that the sponsor's interested in is tying that all together. And the sponsor is interested in one dimension of that experiment, and I'm interested in the second. I was interested in the third. And here the dimensions are our sponsor and myself and Hal and George
Medical/Case Analyst
are
Interview Expert/Analyst
extremely impressed at the granularity of your reporting on the clinical medical data of the individual.
Jesse Michaels
And this is clip number two.
Interview Expert/Analyst
Okay, now you want to tell me
Medical/Case Analyst
about person of case 011.
Interview Expert/Analyst
All right.
Medical/Case Analyst
I feel this is a fully human individual. That is, I don't feel this person is a hybrid who has been monitored and abducted, but not in such a way that it was so traumatic that, you know, it overwhelming everything. Since early childhood, this individual has been followed essentially in development, has been selected and tissue samples may have been taken especially early in childhood, may actually have a scar on his body from early childhood that he can't account for. But in that he's not not a hybrid.
Jesse Michaels
Okay, and finally, clip number three.
Interview Expert/Analyst
You've already stated that you would be willing to be a subject in the experiment for an attempt for an inequitable contact communication in the time and state precisely with Geller.
Jesse Michaels
So does this prove what Dylan Borland was saying in his statements? I mean, they're talking about things and doing studies on people, but it's maybe not as nefarious as he's making it out to be. It sounds like they're willing participants. But he. Some of the things Dylan Borland says are in the leaked phone calls. Although the mention of hybrid is only talking about people not being hybrids. Never that people are. But clearly if they're saying someone's not a hybrid, that means they think hybrids exist. So maybe that's what he's getting at. They do speak of URI Geller and you know, you hear about how put off there and this sponsor, this weird sort of sponsor, right? Who is that? What's going on there at the government? Who's the sponsor here? Just. That's kind of interesting. So anyway, I'm gonna put a link below. You can check out the full leaked phone call. It's like an hour long if you want. But something else Dylan said in this interview was interesting in line with this of testing experiencers, because Dylan considers himself an experiencer and he also considers that he was also tested on and actually rather recently. So take a listen to this story
Dylan Borland
and then while I'm at the va, they tell me, oh, you need to go into this PTSD program, which I'm not allowed to go. I'm not allowed to collect. So the way the VA works is if you have a disability, you have a financial and medical incentive to help you with it. So the VA is treating me for it, while also denying me the medical and financial aspect of it. And they put me in this weird program back in 2016, 2017, where they're flashing images and air horns. I'm counting backwards from 100, from 100 by 7. Wild stuff, dude. To this day, I still don't know what it was about, but just that crap. And my medical records is just full of insane stuff. And I have all of them. Doctors had quit over it. I know one of the doctors filed a complaint. He was told to leave this insane stuff.
Interviewer/Questioner
What sort of testing are they doing on YouTube?
Dylan Borland
So at that point in time, in 2016, 2017, I would go in and get hooked up to a pressure cuff. It was a polygraph. They would put the brain. Things on my brain, put me up to a pressure cuff. Heartbeat. It was a polygraph. And then I would sit in a room in the back. There was the female doctor who was CIA. She was confirmed CIA. And then they had a dude with an air horn who claimed he was an old retired Army Ranger.
Interviewer/Questioner
How do you know she was CIA?
Dylan Borland
She admitted it to me.
Interviewer/Questioner
Okay?
Dylan Borland
She actually. How I know is because she knew what I was doing for BAE and knew specifically where I worked and told me. Well, so while that's happening, I'm in there, and they're just. I. For an hour a day. I have to go in twice a week, and they're. I get hooked up to this polygraph machine, and there's a computer, and they're just flashing images. It's like a butterfly, Kid with a gun, car explosion, bunny rabbit. I have to count backwards from 100 by 7. And if I went 193, 86, instead of saying 79, 78, the air horn would go off and I would have to restart. And they would restart the flashing images. What, dude? Swear to God.
Interviewer/Questioner
So weird.
Jesse Michaels
All right, so he's, like, hooked up to some machine, you know, and they're blaring stuff at him and showing him stuff and having them count backwards by seven. You know, I think Dylan thinks he's been messed with, you know, mind control, or at least attempted mind control, and he sort of connects it to MK Ultra a little bit, like, just part of this whole thing of experiments on experiencers, essentially. And he thinks that's what happened to him through the va. I don't know. Let me know what you think in the comments then.
Dylan Borland
This goes back to odni. When they duplicated my phone, I. You know, behind the scenes, all of us just assume that all of us are tap. But, like, I know I'm tapped. I mean, they duplicated my phone. I have always told people, like, look, if you're talking to me, I will never say a word. I'm not recording. I'm not screenshotting. But this conversation, to be fully transparent, is not private because somebody else is listening. A third party. I understand that sounds paranoid, but it's not. It's real. We know people. We know people that absolutely happened to provably. Um, but yeah.
Interviewer/Questioner
Can you say anything more about that?
Dylan Borland
I don't want to.
Interviewer/Questioner
Okay.
Dylan Borland
It may go back to people I talked about under oath in front of Congress and how much I love them and care about them and how great of a person they are. I'll leave it there.
Interviewer/Questioner
Okay. So you're. You're seeing retributions against these people who you were having conversations with in the 2015 to 2018 time range. In 2023.
Dylan Borland
Ish. Yes.
Interviewer/Questioner
And so you start to get nervous and you're like. And then also you're inspired by these other whistleblowers who've come out, people like David Grush. And you're like, I want to throw my hat in the ring.
Dylan Borland
Yeah. Well, so at that point, Dave had. I. I never talked to Dave. That's the other irony is the. I only knew one person who was involved in this now. I knew that this whole thing existed. But you got to remember is where I'm at is so closed off from the rest of the ic. I am in my own little bubble. Special access program, like, different world. And even at Ditra, it's a different world.
Interviewer/Questioner
Because why do you think they're going to lump you in automatically? Like, why do you think they're going to show up at your house?
Dylan Borland
So it wasn't that. It was the person I. One of the people I know who were Legacy lost their job, and they were working in programs that are affiliated with it. And I thought that they may have been a whistleblower, so I wanted to make sure I came forward as basically protect them.
Interviewer/Questioner
Got it. Got it. And did that person end up coming forward or no?
Dylan Borland
Plead the Fifth.
Jesse Michaels
Okay, so this is interesting. He pleads the Fifth there about admitting if this person came forward, this whistleblower came forward. So he thought that a friend of his who was in the Legacy program and then got let go, I guess, and went to work for other programs that were affiliated with the Legacy program. And he thought that person was in danger. So by coming forward, that was going to help them. And he's not revealing if that person actually came forward or not. You know, I don't know. This is very interesting. How do you get a job with the program and then they just let you go and you're just out and about? You know, hey, don't talk about any of that alien stuff, right? I don't know. Just, you know, I guess it's possible. But you would think it's so hard to bring people in, you'd keep them for life, you know, but who knows? You know, Dylan thinking that, you know, his phone is, you know, been duplicated and people are listening in and all. I don't know, maybe that's true. Clearly he thinks he's being followed, watched. His life is on the line. I'm not saying any of those things aren't true. And I really hope if he is and those things are happening, he's taking care of himself and his family for sure. I'm just talking about the fantastical claims here. Okay. The aliens, you know, is he helping bring aliens out with this? Right. Is it worth putting everyone in danger if you're not entirely sure about the aliens? That's just my opinion.
Interviewer/Questioner
You experienced all this stuff, like from 2015 to 2018 at BAE, you're learning all this sensitive UFO stuff. Yeah. Maybe you're looking into databases later, but like you haven't done anything treasonous with any of this information. And then after you serve for five years on the Defense Threat Reduction Agency around counter WMD stuff, and you do that, presumably pretty effectively because you do it for five years, at the end of that, they're still worried that you're a liability. I don't understand.
Dylan Borland
Well, the problem is, is that, that last year is when I became a whistleblower. I went to the iga, I went to Arrow, I went to Congress. Okay, So I came out.
Interviewer/Questioner
Why'd you decide to do that?
Dylan Borland
Because I had heard from people who were whistleblowers went forward and this goes back to Dave and rest in peace to Matthew Sullivan, and I'm so, so sorry for his family. Like, this goes back to Vanguard. I. I wish nothing but the best for his loved ones. Like, I don't like this stuff. But why I decided to come forward was because people who were whistleblowers and affiliated with the UAP task force made a comment.

and said people's lives were in danger and one of the people who was 100 read in and had their career destroyed two weeks prior got into another mess related to this. As I interpreted it, I came forward because I wanted to save lives. I didn't give a about UFOs.
Jesse Michaels
All right, y', all, I'm gonna leave it there again. I'm gonna put a link down below in the description to the full interview so you can check it out again. Dylan Borland on Jesse Michaels link down below. Go check it out. It was a good interview. I definitely have a lot of questions about Dylan's story and different things he's attributing to being so where he leaves no room for doubt, right where he's so convinced of the most fantastical parts of his story, you know, and there's so much more. I didn't even cover that he says in this interview, so I highly recommend it if you want to learn more about him and things he's talked about out where does it go from here? I don't know. Will he ever reveal the program name and people who are in the program? Because that's really what we'd want to know otherwise. I just don't see the point if he asks me, so we'll have to wait and see. Let me know what you think down in the comments. As always, thank you all so much for watching. We'll see you on the next one. The episodeâhosted by Patrick Scott Armstrong and featuring analyst Jesse Michaelsâdives deep into Borlandâs firsthand claims, the supporting evidence he presents, and some of the controversies and criticisms around his story. The tone swings between serious investigation and critical skepticism, offering a balanced view for listeners intrigued by both the revelations and the unresolved mysteries of the UFO/UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) question.
âI am sure there are crafts that were not made by humanity at this current time and place when we recovered them. That is no doubt.â
(23:50 â 24:17, Borland)
"I know for a fact there are cell phone videos of triangles. Undeniable. End of discussion. Ends all conversation. The reports are there.â
(19:28, 21:19, Borland)
âI think he just kind of revealed it there accidentally. He hasn't seen the videos. He's seen the reports of the videos, which is what convinces him.â (21:38, Michaels)
âIf anything happens to me, I will have my dead man switch triggered. I'm telling you, it's true. Yeah, of course I do.â
(02:00, 15:41, Borland)
"If you have things that are in your dead man, why not come out and say themâŠwhat information is he hiding that would be so bombastic?"
(16:00, Michaels)
âThe ICIG did it with me personally... They extremely hinted at it, yes.â
(03:52, 11:48, Borland)
âI do believe remote viewing is true... Of course I believe that's true. The problem I have is... people have pushed what is true to something that isn't, so they can diminish what the truth is.â
(07:34 â 08:13, Borland) âIf you're communicating... bring them in. Instead of having lights 200 miles out, bring them in.â (08:24, Borland)
âIt's not me saying it, that is them saying it.â
(01:33, 25:38, Borland)
âIt sounds like they're willing participants... although the mention of hybrid is only talking about people not being hybrids. Never that people are.â
(29:40, 30:57, Michaels)
âI have to count backwards from 100 by 7. And if I went 193, 86, instead of saying 79, 78, the air horn would go off and I would have to restart.â
(31:59 â 33:15, Borland)
âThey duplicated my phone. I have always told people... This conversation, to be fully transparent, is not private because somebody else is listening.â
(03:13, 33:42, Borland)
âHow does it help those people that you come forward and then don't name them? To get them help, to get them protection. It's kind of unusual.â
(10:02, Michaels)
âI never said extraterrestrials exist. I never said we have proof of extraterrestrials... Major difference. We recovered things that were not made by us.â
(23:50 â 24:17, Borland)
On Evidence Hidden in Classified Channels
âI know what I had and I know it was redacted from me because I wasn't read into the SAPs.â
(19:44, Borland)
On Systematic Experiencer Testing

(32:29 â 33:15, Borland)
On Motivations for Coming Forward
âI came forward because I wanted to save lives. I didn't give a about UFOs.â
(39:32, Borland)
This episode offers an intricate, sometimes tense look at Dylan Borlandâs beliefs and allegations about the U.S. governmentâs secretive involvement with UFOs, non-human craft, and the systematic testing of experiencers. Listeners are presented with plenty of dramatic claims along with healthy doses of skepticism and insistence on evidence. The conversation illustrates the complexity and controversy of whistleblower testimony in the UFO fieldâhighlighting both the need for disclosure and ongoing doubts about the verifiability and motivations behind such revelations.
