This video showcases the unboxing of the Lasair® III 110 instrument, emphasizing the importance of receiving it in perfect working order. It highlights the need for annual calibration, which can be done at any PMS office worldwide, with a typical turnaround of about two weeks. Viewers are introduced to the quick guide and calibration certificate included in the package, along with a ship kit containing essential components. The portable version is noted to come with extra printer paper and batteries for convenience.

In this video, Lexi Lake and Benton Hutchinson introduce the Lasair® III 110 particle counter, highlighting its capabilities as a 0.1 µm particle counter suitable for clean room certification. They explain the differences between the portable and inline versions, emphasizing the portable model's user-friendly interface and data export features. The video also covers various accessories available for enhanced monitoring, including TRH probes and a HEPA filter scanner. The presenters stress the importance of calibration and support services offered by Particle Measuring Systems. Overall, the video aims to inform viewers about the product's applications and features for effective cleanroom control.

This video discusses a manifold monitoring system that can extend from one location to up to thirty-two points, significantly reducing the cost per sample in large clean room environments. It highlights the integration of TRH probes that provide temperature and humidity data alongside particle counts. The system supports various analog inputs for enhanced data collection and features real-time data integration. Additionally, it includes a high-pressure diffuser for gas sampling and a HEPA filter scanner to test filter efficiency, along with a barcode scanner for storing sampling information.

The Lasair® III 110 portable model provides users with the ability to operate directly from its screen, displaying cumulative data and TRH probe values. It allows for easy screen swapping to show differential and cumulative counts, along with various graphical display options. Users can print samples for hard copies and program recipes, locations, alarms, and settings with ease. The statistics mode aids in classifying clean rooms based on size and sample collection needs, while data can be exported as a CSV file for further analysis in Excel. Particle Measuring Systems also offers support for sample location and data analysis.
