A massive, massive victory for decency on Friday in the state Supreme Court in Virginia as the justices there in a 4, 3 decision strike down the Democrats and their attempts to rig the Virginia elections. Is this, can it, can it get any better than this? Chad, this is wonderful news. You know, this is what of course, we've been talking about for some time now, we've been fighting for. I want to thank Ken Cuccinelli who stopped by our program about a month or so ago and told us, Vince, look, don't worry here. This is headed for defeat for these Democrats. The Supreme Court is going to strike this down and I think we're going to get this result at the latest by mid May. Ken Cuccinelli was right. The only thing that he didn't get right on this was he expected a 7 decision or at least he was hop one. We didn't get a 7 decision. We got a 4, 3 decision out of the state Supreme Court. That would be the four Republican appointees came in on the side of decency and the state constitution and they said, this cannot stand. You cannot steal the election in this way. You can't redraw these districts in this way. In fact, it was completely unconstitutional. And this is, of course, that's, that's the point. That's what the court has to assess. Is it or is it not constitutional based on the Virginia Constitution? And it was unconstitutional. They did not allow, the Democrats did not allow time for an intervening election to play out when they began this scheme. They began it after early voting had already begun last year in 2025. In light of that, there was no intervening election when they attempted to redraw these maps. Thus it's invalidated completely. Now. Does it mean that they won't be able to do this in the future? No, it doesn't. No, it doesn't. They will still undoubtedly continue to pursue these schemes, but for the moment, a massive setback for the Democrats in their attempts to rig four congressional seats. You don't get them. And that's great news. That's really good news for America. That means that they are four fewer seats away from straight up stealing the entire United States House of Representatives. So a massive victory for fairness in Virginia. Democrats are suffering here. A humiliating setback after attempting to rig the elections. Ken Cuccinelli did weigh in on this and he said, this is precisely as I predicted it would play out. He said it was based on the failure of the Virginia General assembly to pass its proposed gerrymandering amendment on both sides of an intervening election. The court laid out the special session, had massive issues and clearly thinks these issues are very serious and lists much law that's against the General assembly, but didn't decide on those issues because it's deciding on this one issue. So in other words, Ken Cucinelli points out that there's a lot of other constitutional flaws with how the Democrats were attempting to steal this. But the court decided just on the one, just on the one within the Constitution that there was no intervening election here. So what is this? Well, it's the court upholding the rule of law. That's what it is. You know, you've, you were hearing from Democrats all weekend long whining about this. Oh, they didn't respect the will of the people. They explicitly respected the will of the people. How do you respect the will of the people? You uphold the rule of law. You follow the Constitution as created by the leaders of the state. You follow the rules. If you don't follow the rules, you are not respecting the people. You are undermining the people. If you are the kind of person who advances chaos, you're not doing that to the benefit of the populace. You're doing it at their expense. Now, we need law and order, which is why it's such a good decision out of the state Supreme Court and why you shouldn't for a moment take seriously all these Democrats who are whining about this. And there are a lot of them. There are a lot of them. But before we get to the whiners, we have the victors. President Trump here celebrated this, this victory. Here he is. Cut one. Take a listen. Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones. You remember that guy? Remember him? Chad Homicidal Maniac. The guy who wanted to kill a sitting Republican speaker of the House and his children in order to achieve his political goals. And then subsequently, the Democrats in Virginia elected him to be the Attorney General of the state. He's a psycho and he's pissed off. He's very pissed off by what the court did. His goal was to undermine the people. His goal was to screw over the rule of law. His goal was to tear up the Constitution. And his goals were thwarted by the state Supreme Court. Again, thank God. Here's the assessment here. Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones saying in a statement today, the Supreme Court of Virginia has chosen to put politics over the rule of law, which is not true. It's the precise opposite of that. It's exactly the Opposite perfect inversion of the truth by issuing a ruling that overturns the April 21 special election on redistricting. This decision silences the voices of the millions of Virginians who cast their ballots in every corner of the Commonwealth. Boy, I tell you what, these Democrats really hate Constitutions, don't they? They hate restraints on their attempts to steal everything. And thank God, thank God we have a Virginia Constitution. Thank God we have an American Constitution. As a ball work against their designs to rig our system. He says, as attorney General, it's my job to enforce the laws on the books and defend the will of the people before the court. My office clearly laid out both in filings and oral arguments that this constitutional amendment process and voter ratification occurred in a timely, constitutionally compliant and legally sound manner. No, it didn't. Not in any sense. In fact, if you just read the decision from the court, everything J. Jones says here is false. It's completely false. And again, he remains the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia. So what are they doing now? What are Democrats doing? Well, the. The rigging schemes never end. And here's. Here's step one. So on Friday, immediately after this decision by the state Supreme Court, Virginia Democrats decided to try and appeal the entire decision to the United States Supreme Court. Now, the US Supreme Court has nothing to do with this. Nothing. This is a state constitutional question that has just been resolved by a state Supreme Court. And yet that hasn't stopped Democrats from trying to take it somewhere else, like, what can we do? Virginia Democrats are appealing the ruling now to the United States supreme court. This is NBC4 Washington. After the Virginia Supreme Court on Friday struck down the plan by the Democrats, Democrat lawmakers in the commonwealth notified the court, the state court, that is, that they intend to appeal the ruling to the United States Supreme Court. Where, by the way, the court's going to laugh it right out. The U.S. supreme Court's going to laugh this right out of the room. Friday's ruling by the State Supreme Court delivered another major setback to the Democrats in their nationwide battle to rig every election they can. Democrats, led by House Speaker Don Scott and Attorney General Jay Jones. There he is. The homicidal maniac filed a motion late Friday asking the state Supreme Court to pause its ruling from taking effect while they appeal for an emergency hearing before the United States Supreme Court. So they want an emergency hearing. Now, how sloppy and rushed was this entire operation to appeal to the Supreme Court? Well, let me show you this. The, the move, the actual motion, what they sent to the state Supreme Court which is. Hey, can you pause this while we. While we file an appeal to the Supremes? The. The actual motion is filled with misspellings. Look at this. This idiocy. The Commonwealth of Virginia. Look at this. Don Scott, in his official capacity. We'll lower this for you so you can see it. In his official capacity as the speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates. Virginia v I R G N I A. They can't even spell the Vergnia House of Delegates. And then if you go down, they also misspelled the word senator. Ryan McDougal is the name of the state senator who's on the other side of this case. Virginia State Senator. S E N T A T O R Guys, they rushed this appeal and they can't even spell. That's how frazzled and emotionally incontinent they are right now. They can't even run it through spell check. That's how quickly they're trying to still salvage what's left of their rigging operation. Pretty funny. Pretty funny. Yes, that's right. Bandit d' Arville I is smrt. That's Jay Jones. God. Now, there's no chance that this is going to succeed. None whatsoever. This nonsense is not going to succeed. In fact, the former Virginia Attorney General, Jason Mearez, Republican, told Nick Minock, local reporter in. In the D.C. virginia area, the following. He said that it has no chance of succeeding. The adequate and independent state grounds doctrine is a key principle of US Federalism that limits the United States Supreme Court's jurisdiction to review decisions from state courts. This is a motion that has zero chance to succeed and is a Hail Mary to save face. After wasting $70 million in political money and 10 million doll taxpayer money on an illegal unconstitutional gerrymandering amendment, this motion will be declared dead on arrival. I'm glad Jason Mears brought this up. And I should have dwelled on this before. In addition to defeating them on this election rigging operation, you realize how much money they just set on fire? $70 million. 70. You're right. Katrina. Katrina. Yeah. They do need to go to the leering center. They need to spend more time at the leering center. Maybe then they won't spend $70 million. Or maybe they will. I guess that's actually the end product of the learning center. You're just bad at everything. They burned through $70 million. Isn't that amazing? The Democrats didn't have the war chest to begin with. They're in debt right now. Hakeem Jeffries dumped tens of millions of dollars into this race. Barack Obama exerted all of the possible political capital he could. Abigail Spanberger, all of the political capital that she could. All of these guys were moving heaven and earth in order to try and steal this election in Virginia and failed. Completely failed. Ah, yes, it's very nice. What a nice, what a nice weekend. I was very encouraged by this. I love, I love this. I love this. Very exciting. I don't know about you in my house. It was a big conversation this weekend. Yes. Destroyed. These assholes love it. The other thing is that what the left is trying to do now, they are. The latest election rigging thing that they're trying to do in Virginia is wild. Is wild. So I told you about the Supreme Court appeal. It's a feckless Supreme Court appeal. But here's something that they're attempting to pull off which isn't, let's say quite so obviously fruitless. We just got a big update this weekend that Democrats are deciding they really want to go for broke. And here's how Democrats are hatching a plan right now to fire the whole state Supreme Court. Yeah, I'm not kidding. They mean it. It's a 4, 3 court right now. They want to fire all seven justices, all of them. Replace them and have a new bench of justices allow them to steal Virginia's elections. Yes. Here's how this is going. Ready? Here's the New York Times this weekend. This, this is, this is the thing to pay attention to. I'm telling you, you know, this is, this is a clear sign. This is how these Democrats always operate by any means necessary. They have a piece this weekend in the New York Times. A private call reveals Democrats desperation over tossing of map. Jeffries reflected the fury and desperation that has gripped the party after Friday's ruling in the state. Democrats are struggling to respond to a major redistricting setback in Virginia with some party leaders discussing an audacious and possibly impossibly. What do you mean possibly? It is a far fetched idea for trying to restore a congressional map voided by the court but showing little indication that they have a clear plan. During a private discussion on Saturday that included Democrat House members from Virginia and Representative Hakeem Jeffries of New York, the minority leader. The lawmakers vented anger at their defeat at the Virginia Supreme Court. They spoke about a collective determination to flip two or three Republican held seats under the existing map and they discussed a bank shot proposal to redraw the lines. Anyway, according to three people who participated in the call and two others who were briefed on it, now, they didn't land on a specific course forward, and Hakeem Jeffries and other members of Congress agreed to consult with their lawyers about the most prudent way to proceed. But here's what they were discussing. They were talking about, quote, unusual gambit to replace the entire Supreme Court with a goal of reinstating their gerrymandered map. The plan drew mixed reactions on the call, said the people, and it wasn't clear that it would even be viable or palatable to Governor Abigail Spanberger and Democrats in the Virginia General Assembly. All right, stop with that crap.

They had just attempted to steal four seats. Of course it's palatable. They're just trying to figure out a way to spin this so that people don't look at this and go, this is demented. This is not in any way constitutional. This is totally tearing down the system for your own power, which this is exactly what it is. Now, how would this work? How could they possibly do this under the law? Glad you asked. This comes down to lowering the retirement ages, mandatory retirement ages for judges on the court, for the justices. One key to the plan would be having Democrats in Richmond lower the mandatory retirement age for state Supreme Court justices. That's the idea. They would lower it. Thus, basically, by lowering it, they would get rid of every single judge on the court. They want to lower the mandatory retirement age from 74 to 54, which is the age of the youngest current justice. So what they want to do is they want to replace the entire state Supreme Court with children. They're going to get rid of all the adults, replace them with kids, and then those kids will do exactly what they're told by the Democrats. Virginia judges are appointed by the General Assembly. Democrats hold majorities in both chambers. They could then fill the vacancies on the court with sympathetic Democratic lawyers. Now, notice that as I'm reading through this, the New York Times does not pause for a moment to say that this is a tyrannical scheme. They don't pause for a moment to say that this would violate the entire purpose of having a dispassionate Supreme Court, that this would be a complete rigging of our elections. They don't caution the Democrats against this at all. They. They in fact, they just treat this like this is like some neutral event. That. Oh, that. That makes sense. Donald Trump's awful. So they might replace the entire state Supreme Court in order to thwart Trump voters. What was President Trump subjected to after the 2020 election? Take you back in time. What was President Trump Subjected to a nightmare for what? Why? Because he challenged the way the election was conducted in a court of law. He had lawyers advise him on ways to approach those challenges. During the 2020 election, he was accused of trying to rig the entire system in some sort of insurrection or subversion of our, quote, democracy. Do you remember all of that? What the hell is this? Democrats, as we speak, are openly plotting to rig an entire state Supreme Court to fire all of the current justices, to replace them with children who will do the bidding of the Democrat Party and steal the entire United States House of Representatives. They are openly conspiring to stage an insurrection in the United States of America. And it's Donald Trump who was on the receiving end of that tyranny for merely raising challenges in court. It's just amazing. Yeah, this is the real insurrection. Jazzik2 says in our chat. Ghetto democracy, blue sky 84 now, again, continue to pray for your country and, and, and you know, you can feel like what I feel, which is just feel some hope that, that the winds that we've been having lately can be sustained, can be continued. But understand something about these Democrats. They will never relent on plotting against you. This scheme is designed to rob you of representation. It's designed to light on fire this idea that the American voter has any say whatsoever about our leadership in this country. So Democrats right now are plotting this very thing. Destroy the state Supreme Court and steal the entire United States of House, House of Representatives. Keep your eyes open on that. Keep your eyes open on that. As we come out of a pretty big victory, one more element for you on this. We've got. Where did this idea come from that these Democrats would do this? Well, it came from a left wing blog called the Down Ballot. And this is the blog post that they wrote going into the weekend. How Virginia Democrats can overturn the redistricting ruling, retire the Supreme Court. And the piece goes on to say Virginia Democrats are looking for a way to overturn the court. What can they do? And the left wing blog says they have a simple and lawful solution. Send the entire court and into early retirement. And basically, the scheme I just described to you, which is to lower the retirement age to 54, fire all the adults, and then bring in, you know, impressionable children to run the operation. So in case you were wondering where'd that idea come from, it came from that blog. That's where it came from and that's why they're doing it now. Here's what's happening right now. So we got the Louisiana v. College decision. No more racist districts in the United States. And as a result, when, when you get rid of racially segregated districts, Democrats lose power. So there's a piece this weekend in Politico out of Washington D.C. actually technically out of Virginia there and in Arlington. Politico says that the Congressional Black Caucus. You aware of this organization, the Congressional Black Caucus? It's not really a Congressional Black Caucus, it's a Democrat Black Caucus. It's a Democrat operation in Congress. It's a. Well, in other words, it's a racially segregated caucus. They're in an all out panic right now about the end of race based districts in the United States, which is a very good sign. They have a piece up this weekend inside the Congressional Black Caucus's existential crisis, which is hilarious. The Congressional Black Caucus is facing an existential crisis. Political rights as red states rush to axe majority minority districts across the South. That's another way of saying get rid of racially segregated districts. The ascendancy of one of the premier power centers in the House Democrat Caucus is at stake. Yeah. Now why is that? Why would, why would that be the case? Why would that be a Democrat caucus? Aren't there black Republican voters? Yes, there are. Yes, there are. Don't voters of all races support Republicans? Yes, they do. So if you notice, what's happening is Democrats use and abuse black voters for Democrat power. They draw racially segregated districts in order to give themselves power. It's not about representing Americans or making sure that their will is fulfilled. It's about empowering the Democrat Party. The coalition was primed for one of its biggest electoral years yet. The caucus has a record 62 members right now, 62 Democrats. They're playing in major primary battles. They represent a loyal base of black voters that has been the backbone of that party. Politico leads out that black voters are moving towards Trump right now. We just saw more data for that. More and more black voters are moving in Trump's direction. They have a shot at elevating the first black speaker of the House, says Politico. Notice Politico capitalizes black, which is idiotic. To be clear. This thing about capitalizing the word black, for those of you can see it, rumble.com/vince, you can see it. It's, it's a form of like, it's like a head pat to black voters. It's patronizing it's, it's like, oh, you're so special, we've capitalized your B for you. What, do you do this for anybody else? No, just for you. This is stupid. You realize that this is a racist style to do this. That's what they do. Now the CBC is bracing for new maps across the South. The Congressional Black Caucus that threatens to draw members out of their districts after the Supreme Court's landmark ruling earlier this month all but erased. Politico is lying to you. Protections from the Voting Rights Act. It didn't erase protections. It upheld the Voting Rights Act. It didn't erase any protections. It didn't weaken the Voting Rights Act. That's all bullshit. I don't know how many times you can see this stuff written in the news. They're lying to you. It upheld the purpose of the Voting Rights act, which is that nobody should be reduced to their race when it comes to our elections. The Virginia Supreme Court's ruling nullifying the voter referendum on the state's new Dem leaning map only added to the blows upward of 19 members of the caucus. About one third of its ranks are at risk of losing their seats. The Congressional Black Caucus is looking at 19 Democrats getting thrown out now if they don't have racially segregated districts. A worst case scenario could look like the complete erasure of black representation across the south, according to 10 CBC members who spoke with Playbook. Really 10? Does Byron Donald know about this? Does Tim Scott know about this? Over in the Senate? These guys know that they would be erased by this? Because I'm pretty certain they would not be erased by this. It's again, Democrats who would be erased by the fact that we are removing racism from. From the districting. It's a generational moment. CBC lawmakers compared to the Reconstruction era and civil rights movement is testing how far the caucus will be willing to go to preserve their political might. This is a battle of life and death. What? Said Emmanuel. No, it's not. You're not going to die. If we remove your rigged district. You're just not going to be in Congress. Holy crap. Look at the way these guys. It's existential. It really is a cult. Emanuel Cleaver said it's life and death whether or not he has a rigged district. You're going to see the outrage, said Representative Andre Carson. It's the kind of disenfranchisement that has driven voter turnout throughout the decades. Okay, look what's happening here. I'm going to forecast to you something that's going to happen Going into the midterms now we get rid of racism and districting and that's a, that's cause for celebration. Every American should celebrate that of every skin color. You know what's going to happen here? These morons, these sinister morons are going to turn this into something that is not. It'll be an inversion of the truth. Going into the midterms, they're going to make claims that there's some sort of racial attack going on on black Americans. Black Americans are being attacked. That's the stunt. You just heard it from Andre Carson, Congressman Andre Carson, saying that this is going to drive voter turnout. It's the same garbage that Democrats constantly attempt on black voters. And black voters would do well not to fall for it. This reminds me of Joe Biden, remember Joe Biden standing on a rally stage campaigning against Mitt Romney and then he looks at a crowd of black voters and he goes, mitt Romney is, quote, gonna put y' all back in chains. Well, that's evil. I mean, not least of all because it's a lie. It's just a lie. What are you talking about? Straight up. Attempting to scare black voters into compliance. To comply with what? To give Democrats power to further destroy the lives of black voters. And not just black voters. All of us. All of us. That's the game plan. You're watching it come be born before your very eyes. And it's a routine playbook is why it's so easy to identify. Because the Democrat Black Caucus, and trust me on this, they're Democrats, they hate Republicans. It was never as much as it is a racially segregated caucus. It's not about every black person gets to be involved. They straight up refused to let Byron Donald's be a part of it. Byron Donald's, back in 2021, attempted to join the so called Congressional Black Caucus and he was blocked from it. Republican Representative Byron Donalds blocked from Congressional Black Caucus I was shocked. He said he wasn't shocked. He says he was shocked because he was trying to emphasize how ridiculous they are because they are ridiculous. Congressman Byron Donalds is reportedly being denied membership into the Congressional Black Caucus, an organization that, that it's its founding members. There's a typo here envisioned as a nonpartisan organization. Other lawmakers who won in 2020 were inducted months ago. While Representative Donald has spoken to some members of the caucus, he has not received an invitation. Representative Donald said he was shocked when reports emerged Wednesday night that his membership was being blocked. That's their decision. He said, yeah, no, they blocked him. They blocked him because he's a Republican who means it. He's not faking it. He means it. And so they said, you can't be with us. We're a party. We're an organization that's about Democrat power. And now they're watching their power disappear because it was rigged to begin with. Isn't that nice? What a nice story. But get ready. Get ready for the midterms. All right, so we, we got the Congressional Black Caucus freaking out the Democrats. They're really upset that their rigged districts are going away. It couldn't happen to a better group of people. It couldn't happen to a better group of people. They really deserve it. You steal a district, get the hell out. That's my, that's my view on the subject. Now, what are we looking at right now? Let's, I mean, on, on this run of good news in terms of fighting back against the Democrats rigging operations. We've got some estimates here that I want to take a look at for the midterms. Republicans could win, according to PBS, 14 new seats now. 14 new seats, which is a lot of fun. Here is pbs. His claim. Republicans have opened up an advantage now in the national redistricting battle among states after a pair of court rulings that weakened federal Voting Rights act protections. Didn't weaken them. Didn't weaken them. PBS is lying to you. Strengthened the Voting Rights Act. Upheld the Voting Rights Act. Protected Americans from being judged on their skin color white when it comes to voting. It's just so disgusting the way that they lie. And invalidated a key Democrat redistricting effort. They're talking about Virginia. So what are the numbers right now? Let's. Let's scroll down to that. Here's what PBS claims so far. Republicans believe they could win up to 14 additional seats from new districts in Texas, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee. Democrats, meanwhile, think that they could gain up to six seats from new districts in California and Utah. But those tallies presume past voting patterns in November. Historically, the President's party tends to lose seats in the midterms. Okay, so that's the, this is the legacy media math. They say, first of all, the claim is Republicans have the advantage in the redistrictive battle. Now, that's only true if you narrow the, the timeline to this year, to the last. What was the last two years? Basically, if you just narrow the timeline to the last two years, yeah, Republicans have the advantage. But if you widen the lens over the course of the last two decades, what you determine pretty quickly is that Democrats have stolen over 40 seats across our country. That's the White House's position on this. Over 40 seats right now are ill gotten by Democrats. Stolen by virtue of illegal aliens pouring into blue states. Apportionment that they didn't deserve. Electoral college, by the way, as a spillover problem. The Democrats have picked up a bunch of electoral college votes by virtue of importing illegal aliens into their states. The census was jacked up in 2020. Democrats got more seats than they deserved. Republican states got fewer seats than they deserved. It's a massive problem. And then of course, you've got the issue of racist districting, which has given Democrats ill gotten power. So you add all of it up. Democrats have a 40 seat advantage that they should not have. So we have a lot of ground to make up so that, no, we're not Republicans aren't ahead in the redistricting battle. They're just ahead in the current round of the redistricting battle. But the war. We still have a long way to go. We still have a long way to go. That's the legacy media math on this. What about, you know, on the MAGA side? What's the, what's the assessment from, you know, Republicans who actually want to see Republicans win and to support the President's agenda? Here's Sean Spicer. Sean Spicer is the former White House press secretary. He just put up his assessment. He said that right now. He said 11 House seats have just swung towards Republicans in the last few days alone. He said, I have the current House at the following 212 Republicans, 207 Democrat with 16 toss up elections this cycle. He says there's 16 competitive races this cycle that we need to fight for. He said if we win six of the 16, we keep the majority. Six of the 16 to keep the majority. This. As we get closer to the midterms, folks, I'm gonna, we'll dive in a little bit more deeply granularly on these districts, but this is kind of how close things are. And also it's a. It's an encouraging sign because we have 16 options. If we can win six of them, in Sean's math, we can keep the United States House of Representatives out of the hands of Democrats, which is great. Now, we want bigger margins than that. We want to win all 16. We just need a lot of Runway to get the Trump agenda passed. And you're always going to have some Republican squishes. You're going to have people in the House who poorly serve you, which is why we have to grow the numbers meaningfully. So let's just, let's not just win all 16. Let's win a lot more than that. We've got to keep Democrats away from power, and we've got to grow the ranks of people who are going to help President Trump just absolutely dominate going into the next year. But that's a, that's an early indicator of kind of like what the stakes are and why you should be optimistic that it is possible for. And the Senate map is very difficult for Democrats this year. The Senate map is very difficult. It doesn't mean they won't win. They could, but that's the more difficult map for them. The easier map is the House. And even with the House now, it's going to be a real contest. It's a real challenge. And it is very possible for President Trump not merely to retain control of both houses, but to grow his margins in both houses. And if we do that, we can do a lot with the Trump agenda. So keep your eyes on that. The last piece here is the Save America act. And as always with the Save America act, we should gavel in. Anytime you have mail in voting, you're gonna have a rigged election. Anytime you're not using voter id, the Democrats don't want. They're fighting us on the Save America Act. Anytime you don't have. When somebody says, we don't want voter identification, that means they want to cheat. Then they say, we don't want citizenship. We don't want proof of citizenship. They don't want it to be a part of the voting process. And yet, when it comes to Voting. The interesting thing is 97% of the Republicans, Republicans want voter ID, but if you add the Republicans and The Democrats together, 86% want Jimmy Carter. I mean, I wasn't a big fan of him as a president, but Jimmy Carter had a committee that was set up and along with Scoop Jackson, some very respected people. And the primary finding of the committee on the election staff. Primary finding, the committee was can't have mail in voting. It's called crooked.

He's right about that. The Carter Baker Commission from the early 2000s said that mail in voting was the primary vector for fraud. So they wanted to limit mail in balloting substantially out of concern that that's the way that a lot of fraud was being conducted. In fact, this was kind of a widely held view by Democrats early this century, which they've since abandoned since they've decided to adopt mail in ballots as a means for fraud. President Trump fighting back against that, which is why he wants to Save America act now. Are we getting it? Not yet. We're not getting it. The pressure needs to stay on. Whether we get it in this Congress or any other future Congress, the pressure needs to stay on. This is what we want and we want it now. We want it yesterday. That's why Turning Point usa, Turning Point action I told you about on Friday has decided that they're going to go after John Thune in his primary. They're going to go after any Republican who's failing to deliver on election integrity. You want to fix this country? Do what President Trump's already begun doing, do what so many of Republican states have already begun doing. Do what the United States Supreme Court just did. Do those things, improve elections all across the, across the board, secure the border, stop the foreign invasion, redraw the districts to get rid of the racism as the United States Supreme Court just declared. Do those things, fight for decency, redo that census so that only American citizens are counted in it. And that apportionment is only done based on American voters, American citizens. These are straightforward things. In fact, for those of you who watch both me and Dan Bongino, you'll know that Dan has a five point plan. That is basically all the elements that I'm laying out for you. His also includes getting rid of the filibuster so we can pass the Save America Act. So we can pass the Save America Act. The President is staying on this. Love that he's staying on this. It's of immense value that he used the biggest bully pulpit on the planet to do that. And we'll keep rooting for him because we can really use this thing big time. Thanks to the president for that. We've got some foreign policy stuff I want to hit with you right now. Just, just a quick rundown of some of the big foreign policy events this week because we're getting a lot. We're getting a lot. We were hoping for some kind of deal or agreement to be reached going into the weekend with Iran at the moment, no dice, no deal. In fact, the president of the United States said this weekend that Iran continues to play games. They have been for 47 years now and they've been, in his words, tapping American leaders along. And the president says we got to put an end to that. He says Barack Hussein Obama was great to Iran, actually going to their side, genociding Israel and all other allies and giving Iran a major and very powerful new lease on life. Hundreds of billions of dollars, $1.7 billion in green cash flown into Tehran. All of the banks in D.C. virginia and Maryland emptied out. Crazy. So much money when it arrived. The Iranian thugs had no idea what to do with it. They had never seen money like that. He says for 47 years the Iranians have been tapping us along, keeping us waiting, killing our people with their roadside bombs, destroying protests and recently wiping out 42,000 innocent unarmed protesters and laughing at our now great again country. They will be laughing no longer, says President Trump. In a later statement Sunday evening, he said he was unimpressed by Iran's latest offer. They had basically the United States had made an offer to Iran. Iran responded and the president saw it and he didn't like it. He said, I just read the response from Iran's so called representatives. I don't like it. Totally unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. Trump so the president is rejecting Iran's nonsense, whatever it was, and saying, yeah, we're not going to do this, we're not going to do this with you. So we'll continue to squeeze you until we get an actual deal. Now, what is the state of the Strait right now? What's the state of the Strait of Hormuz? Well, the Central Command this weekend announced that they've redirected 61 ships so far using that blockade, that epic American military blockade. And they said over 20 U.S. warships are enforcing the blockade right now against Iran. CENTCOM forces have redirected 61 commercial vessels and disabled four. Disabled four of them. Yeah. The way they disable these ships is they either blow out their rudder or drop something down their smokestack through these precision strikes, but they're disabling ships. Any ship that tries to make a run through the blockade with coming, coming to or from an Iranian port, they're being disabled. And that's the American military. So Iran clearly feeling the pressure here. Now, what is Iran doing about all this? Well, they're spazzing out. Iran this weekend struck a US Owned ship with a drone. This is the shipping company said as much. The US Owned NEHA trade strip trade ship, rather was attacked by two Iranian drones in the Persian Gulf on Sunday. The chairman of the group told Fox one drone hit the ship while the other missed. The vessel didn't have any cargo in it at the time of the attack and was anchored over Doha. Near Doha. Over. What am I talking about? Near Doha? The ship had 23 sailors aboard, but nobody was injured. So kind of a feckless little drone attack. Apparently nobody injured on the ship. But the Iranians continue to spaz out. And President Trump continues not to agree to a crappy deal. You know, this goes back to the media. There's a lot of like, concern trolling going on with President Trump here, which is, you know, from every direction. But this idea that President Trump is going to agree to some crappy deal just because he wants to get out, I need to get out. So I'm going to, I'll let the Iranians have everything and we won't get anything for it. That's not what's going to happen here. The president is rejecting Iran's nonsense because he doesn't want to give them some sort of sweetheart deal that doesn't result in resolving the underlying fundamental question, which is do we stop Iran's nuclear program? That's it. That's what the president wants. Two things, right? He wants to stop the nuclear program, end it, get the material, take it out of Iran and open up the Strait of Hormuz. It's as simple as that. You do those things, you we've got a deal. You don't do those things, we don't have a deal. So the president's not rolling over for crap. He's insisting on excellence. And so for now, no deal. Back home in the United States of America, we've got a crazy United States senator by the name of Mark Kelly. That guy's completely out of control. Arizona senator. He was on CBS this Weekend on Face the Nation. And Mark Kelly's in some hot water again. Remember, he was a part of organizing the Seditious Six all the People. Basically, he was telling the troops hey, you can ignore the commander in chief. If you think he's telling you to do something unlawful or unconstitutional, just ignore him. Just planting this idea that President Trump is telling people to do unconstitutional things. President Trump's been doing no such thing. But Mark Kelly has been encouraging the troops to disobey him. And now Mark Kelly comes out and he says, yeah, I just got a briefing from the United States Pentagon. They told us all about our current military capabilities and the size and strength of our stockpiles. And America's very weak right now, says Mark Kelly. Wait, hold on a second. You got a classified briefing and you just told our enemies that we are vulnerable to attack? You just announced this in public. Here's Mark Kelly creating some real problems for himself this weekend on CBS Watch.

Yes, Margaret, we have. We've been tracking it a number of times. We've been briefed by the Pentagon on specific munitions. Actually, it's been pretty detailed on Tomahawks, ATACMS, SM3, THAAD rounds, Patriot rounds, those interceptor rounds to defend ourselves. And the numbers are. I think it's fair to say it's shocking the how deep we have gone into these magazines because this president got our country into this without a strategic goal, without a plan, without a timeline. And because of that, we've expended a lot of munitions, and that means the American people are less safe. Whether it's a conflict in the western Pacific with China or somewhere else in the world, the munitions are depleted. You may have seen me ask the Secretary of Defense this question about how long it's going to take to replenish. We're talking about years.

Well, you know, Admiral Paparo, the head of U.S. pacific Command, was recently asked in front of Congress about American readiness and whether the diversion to the Middle east was hurting it. He said he did not see any real cost on our ability to deter China. From what you have heard, when you say it's shocking, do you think that the US Would be able to defend, for example, Taiwan if China tries to move against it? Or are you saying we are not in a position to do that right now?

Well, it all depends on the length of a conflict. You know, conflict that lasts a matter of days or just weeks, I think we're well positioned to do that. If a conflict goes on for months or years, when it takes years to replenish some of These munitions, of course we're going to be in a worse posture than we otherwise would be in if this war in Iran didn't happen. And by the way, Margaret, what are the American people getting out of this? I mean, this president said he wasn't going to start any new wars. He was going to bring down costs. He's done exactly the opposite. War against Iran, costs on everything are up.

Okay, let's be really clear about what you just heard. That's a United States senator who was given a classified intelligence briefing. United States Pentagon entrusted him with information. Now, I can't speak to the accuracy of his claims. I can tell you, though, that our adversaries are watching what he just said very closely. They're watching him as he says, oh, we are vulnerable right now. We are not in a position to defend our interests. China can invade Taiwan today. We wouldn't be able to stop them. So said a United States senator who just came out of a classified briefing making those claims. That is despicable. It's completely despicable. I mean, it's one thing for those of us on the outside who are not receiving classified briefings to assess this and say, like, hey, Joe Biden, why are you sending everything to Ukraine right now? Doesn't that hurt us? Why are you sending. Why are you draining our stockpiles? Doesn't that come at our expense? The underlying question, all of this is like, what can we do to best secure America? And you're. You're telling our enemies, hey, we're vulnerable to attack right now. I just got a classified briefing. Then why wouldn't they take advantage of that information, you psycho? Margaret Brennan summarized her own conversation with Mark Kelly. This way. This is. I mean, you see this and you're like, my God, this guy said all this? He just came out of a briefing, then he said all this on national television. After hearing the Pentagon classified brief on Iran war impact on US Weapons stockpiles, Senator Mark Kelly says it is shocking how deep we have gone into these magazines. He said the Tomahawks, ATACMS, SM3, THAAD rounds, Patriot rounds. So those interceptor rounds to defend ourselves have been hit hard. He says it'll take years to replenish those stockpiles, which could affect the hypothetical US Conflict with China. You know, Pete, Hegseth is reviewing this behavior. He announced immediately. The Secretary of War immediately announced that the Pentagon is now launching an investigation into Mark Kelly's behavior here. Captain Mark Kelly strikes again, says Hegseth. Now he's blabbing on TV Falsely and dumbly about a classified Pentagon briefing that he received. Did he violate his oath again? The Department of War's legal counsel will review. So Mark Kelly back under investigation by the United States Pentagon again as he continues to act like a complete jackass at the expense of our troops, at the expense of our country. And you know, China really is the big question here. How is China viewing all of this? Well, if Mark Kelly would open his eyes and open his ears and close his suck, he would have seen several days ago that China is rubbing its hands together in the hopes that the United States is diminishing our stockpiles right now. In Iran, the New York Times had a piece of just last week. China sees a giant with a limp as US Drains weapons on Iran war. And, and the top of the piece says, according to Chinese analysts, Chinese military analysts, a grinding war in Iran has so severely drained American firepower that these analysts are now openly questioning Washington's ability to defend Taiwan. That shifting calculus threatens to undercut President Trump's leverage in his high stakes summit next week with China's top leader Xi Jinping. So what Mark Kelly just did is he fed the chicom propaganda machine this weekend saying, you know what, you're right, our stockpiles are dwindling. If you've ever been looking for a chance to invade Taiwan, now's your moment. American interests, screw them, do whatever you want. That's the message from Mark Kelly. And President Trump is headed to China this week. Very high stakes event. He'll be set to visit China for the first time since 2017. Remember when he was there in 2017, got an epic state visit. Big red carpet, communist red carpet. Welcome to the President of the United States. And now he'll beat with Xi Jinping. He's got a good relationship with the guy, but it's going to be interesting. What do they talk about? They talk about fentanyl. Are they talking about energy? Are they talking about Iran? Are they talking about Chinese intellectual property theft? They're going to talk about all of the adversarial garbage that the Chinese have been pushing on us. I think it's coming up. I think the President's going to be talking about it. Meanwhile, they're going to try and cultivate a good relationship. They do have a good relationship, but the President with a, with a very, very big event this week. So we'll keep our eyes on that.
