Welcome to Vince on a Wednesday. Great to have you with us. The best audience anywhere. As always, appreciate you being here. We've got a mighty show ahead for you. I've obtained Thom Tillis's email. Yeah, Thumbelina, I've got his email that he sent to all these other Republican senators. Whining, whining, whining about you. Ready? You. Thumbelina's whining about you. I've got the details on that coming up on the program. Also, the Southern Poverty Law center yesterday came in for a well deserved spanking into the United States Congress. One of the excellent witnesses who testified yesterday is going to join us coming up on the program. We've got a lot to discuss there. We have breaking news on the issue involving Iran from the President of the United States and so much more. I can't even get to it all. So let's see what we can do. But first let's thank one of our sponsors. We've got Beams Dream Powder. It's so good. You know, if you ever have trouble sleeping, have you tried Beams Dream Powder? Life changing. Yes, Carmelo Anthony. Good question. Thank you very much. Okay, let's, let's dive into the program. Uh, now we've got breaking news this morning from the President of the United States involving Iran. Remember, an Apache helicopter was attacked by the Iranians. They ran a drone directly into it this week. Uh, it goes down and thankfully the pilots uninjured. And we've, we just got an update from the President of the United States on this subject. He says that the drone. You ready for this? Lodged right in between. Right in between the pilots. Take a look at this. This is Trey Yanks reporting this this morning over at the Fox News Channel. Just off the phone with the President. So just a, just moments ago, here's what he's saying about what the President is saying. Listen to this.
Trey Yanks
I just got off the phone with President Trump and he gave Fox News some brand new details on what happened with that Apache helicopter that went down earlier this week. And, and provided his thinking on where things stand with the negotiation. I want to start with a story. The President told me new details about the downing of this US Army Apache helicopter. President Trump tells Fox News that the Iranian drone lodged in between the two pilots in this helicopter. They were flying very low and at that point, the drone didn't explode as it had intended to.
Vince
Crazy.
Trey Yanks
And so these pilots were trying to take down the helicopter with the drone lodged into this, into this gunship without it exploding. And at any moment it could have exploded. The President told me. And he said it was on fire. There was a lot of heat inside the cockpit of this helicopter. And ultimately these two pilots were able to take it down into the sea where ultimately they were rescued for the first time in US Military history by an unmanned sea drone. Now, President Trump also talked about the US Strikes last night against Iranian radar systems and air defense sites. He said the Iranians had tried to rebuild during the ceasefire their defensive capabilities, but they were unable to stop these US Strikes overnight. And they were hammered by US Fighter jets. Now, interestingly, President Trump told me that he is getting close to ordering new strikes against Iranian power plants and bridges because he says the Iranians are tapping the United States along when it comes to the negotiating process. He says the bully of the Middle east is dead. And he told me I may keep going when I.
Vince
All right, so the president is at his wit's end here, apparently with the Iranians who he says are tapping him along. Trey's reporting their product of his conversation with the President of the United States this morning. The president also saying on truth social media that Iran is just taking way too long here and he's getting tired of it. Here's what he said. Iran's military is a complete and total mess. Much of it, like their navy and air force doesn't even exist anymore. They've been completely defeated. Iran is all talk, no action. The bully of the Middle east is dead. They've taken too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them. Now they will have to pay the price. President Donald J. Trump. He also said this morning that the fake news media is not reporting how successful the US Military blockade has been. The most successful blockade in the history of naval warfare. Nothing gets through it unless we wanted to. It's a steel wall. Iran is doing zero business, not paying their military or any of their bills, and quickly becoming a failed nation. Lots of oil is getting out. Praise be to Allah. President Donald J. Trump. So the President of the United States all over this issue. We'll see. You know, this thing, it goes in fits and starts. You know, we get. We get moments where it seems like we're nearing a deal. We get moments where President Trump's like, all right, it's time to punch them in the face again. Again. He's working on it. He's working. This is a chainsaw juggling exercise by the President of the United States. So we'll see. As always, we'll see what happens. We'll see what happens. Keep cool, my babies. Keep cool. Yeah, Keep cool, my babies. But, you know, the other thing is, like, bad move by Iran. They're lucky they didn't kill our pilots. Bad move by throwing a drone in an Apache helicopter. That's not gonna work. You take down an Apache. We like that Apache helicopter. We wanted to keep it. And so you blow it up. Perfect. We'll blow you up. So they spent the night blowing up everything in Iran. Lots of explosions in Iran. So again, we'll see what happens. But the president handling business as always. All right, let me get to something going on here. Domestically Cuz again, we have a lot to get to today. Yesterday I got some news that Thumbelina Thom Tillis had apparently sent a very angsty email out to his Republican colleagues. This was reported, I believe, in Punchbowl. They had some sort of report on it, but you couldn't read it unless you were like a paid subscriber to Punchbowl. So it was very hard to see. So I said, oh, to hell with that. Why don't I see if I can obtain this thing. So I got ahold of it. I got the whole email that Thumbelina sent out to all of the other Republican senators. Would you guys like to hear about this? Let's talk about this. Let's do it. Here's what Thumbelina had to say. Thumbelina is very upset that you have been pushing for something we like to call the Save America Act. He hates the Save America Act. It's driving him absolutely bonkers that you would like election integrity, which is obviously wonderful that we're getting rid of this idiot. Here's what I have and if you'd like to read it, you can read it on my social media account today. I have it on X. Thom Tellis email to Republican senators. He sent this earlier in the week, but this is the email that he thought would remain private. It has not remained private. We can see it. He complains. He goes. I hope, he says to his colleagues, I hope you all had an opportunity to get some rest. Yeah, they needed another vacation after another vote. A rama. I'm sure most of you would prefer to move forward, but I believe we will look back at this experience as yet another reason why we will have historic headwinds against us in November. I love. So what you're about to hear is Thumbelina pretending he cares sincerely about the political well being of Republicans going into November. A guy who's quitting his job, he's retiring this year, he saw the writing on the wall that he was about to be voted out of the Senate. So he figured he'd get ahead of that. You can't fire me. I quit. And this guy, if he really cared about Republicans picking up seats, what piece of legislation would he push? Anybody? Anybody? What piece of legislation would you push if you cared about Republicans adding seats in the Senate? Hmm, let's see here. I think it would be the Save America Act. I think that's what you would have. He says we missed an opportunity to remove a political albatross, the 1776 Fund, from around the necks of our colleagues who are in cycle. Instead, we added weight to that albatross by having 41 members vote to protect the program. You see, he's upset about the anti weaponization fund, the legitimate, wonderful anti weaponization fund. Thombelin is against it. He doesn't think that American citizens who've been hurt by their government should have any redress. He goes on. In addition, we allowed two SAVE ACT votes that had no place in vote A Rama, which prompted a circular firing squad led by Tommy Tuberville and some of our Republican colleagues. Here's Thumbelina whining about Coach Tuberville. Tommy Tuberville, one of the finest United States senators, A guy who actually stands on principle. A guy who's actually fighting for the SAVE Act. Save America Act. Thumbelina is upset about it because Tommy Tuberville named names and that's unacceptable to Thumb. Thumb says, I can't understand why a super majority of our conference voted against the side by side. I offered. I went forward with offering the amendment at the request of members in cycle. The amendment simply ended the 1776 payout and appropriated $1.7 billion to the DOJ Fraud Initiative. You see, he thought he was very clever. He thought, well, why don't we get rid of the fund for American citizens and then we'll say we're giving more money to the fraud operation. You know that Colin McDonald's leaving now. I love the fraud operation that Colin McDonald's leaving. It should receive funding because I want to take down fraudsters. I think that's great. But don't piss on us and tell us it's raining. You're going to. Oh, you're going to get rid of the 1776 fund. I kind of like that. The 1776 fund. You're going to get rid of that jackass. He says, I knew most Democrats wouldn't vote for his amendment because of the DOJ funding, but I thought it'd be a good landing place for for members to voice their concerns with the 1776 fund. How did I know Democrats would vote against it? I asked them. They simply wouldn't support the fraud funding, which is precisely why I had the provision in in the amendment. The chance of this amendment passing and threatening the privilege of the underlying bill was 00. So he was. So wait, what are you saying? He was going to present this because he knew it wouldn't pass. What the hell is he saying? Why is everything games with these people? If you voted against my amendment because you were afraid it would strip the reconciliation bill of privilege you were misinformed or a victim of groupthink. If you did, if you did for that reason, you should have voted against the SAVE act for the same reason. Had either version of the SAVE act been adopted, the underlying bill would have been at risk of losing privilege. He says we took a major risk with the SAVE act that Democrats wanted to meddle. If I had been a Democrat leader, I would have convinced a sufficient number of Democrats to vote for it. And immediately after it was adopted, I would have argued it was fatal to the privilege of the underlying bill. But the real problem I have is, is that the President and a few of our members forced us to take two or more unsuccessful votes for the SAVE act at the expense of our most vulnerable members in cycle. He's upset. He's upset that we're voting for the SAVE Act. Susan Collins rightfully voted against it, representing her home state of Maine, which voted against it by a nearly 65, 35 margin in a 2025 referendum. Yeah. What he's not telling you is that the wording on this referendum was jacked up beyond recognition by the Democrats. That's what he's not telling you. That's what he's not telling his Republican colleagues. Rural state senators voted for it. But now they must explain why shutting down mail in ballots, ending early voting and complicating registration is a good thing for rural voters in big states. You see, here's how a rhino Republican describes the Save America Act. Now what are we trying to do? We're trying to limit the use of mail in ballots. Mail in ballots which are a primary vector for fraud. Jimmy Carter said that ending early voting. You know what this means? Not having voting go for a million years. We need a functional election day. Thomas. Against that complicating registration. Complicating? I'm sorry. The Safe America act requires that only American citizens register to vote. And you have to prove it when you do. That's very complicated. Oh, sorry. That illegal aliens won't be able to register to vote now. Thom. What a sack of crap. Other members will need to account for their past positions in support of the state laws that would be repealed or preempted if the SAVE act passes. What are you talking about? Other. Has this guy read the Constitution? The Constitution says Congress can pass laws related to the administration of elections. Even worse, Thom goes on. Tommy Tuberville and others initiated a circular firing squad calling out Susan Collins and other Republicans by name. Oh, God forbid that we name names. Amazing members not in cycle attacking our most at risk Member because she supports the view of the 65% of voters in her state. He once again lies. Tommy Tuberville said, quote, this. He quotes Tommy Tuberville. Now Senator Tuberville, quote, it was beyond embarrassing that Republicans in quotes continue to block the Save America Act. Thom Tillis, Lisa Murkowski, Mitch McConnell and Susan Collins have not only betrayed their constituents, they are accomplices in Democrats illegals first agenda. The people of North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky and Maine deserve better. Tom's upset about this. Where is the lie, Tommy, that Tommy expressed, that Senator Tuberville expressed? Where's the lie? Show me the lie. The people of North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky and Maine do deserve better. Now, again, Susan Collins is going to be the most complicated person in this list. Because right now the question is, do we keep a nominal Republican in the Senate in the form of Susan Collins, or do the people of Maine go with the Nazi tattoo guy, Graham Platner? The obvious answer here is Susan Collins should remain in the Senate under those circumstances. But that doesn't mean the rest of us have to really enjoy that. The people of Maine do deserve better and they should fight for better. Absolutely. North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky, Maine, all deserve better. Tommy Tuberville is totally right. And you're right. Yeah. Tommy's a great American. And Dana Martian says it in the chat, tommy Tuberville is a great American. Do you remember the fight that he waged against abortion funding? Remember this? And there were almost no Republicans who stood with him publicly. They were acting like he was crazy. He said, I'm not going to allow any more block. This is during the Biden administration. I want to remind you of what Tommy Tuberville did, because I always. I thought I. That's when I realized how impressed I am with Tommy Tuberville. When the United States military under Joe Biden was paying for abortion tourism to fly people all over the place to kill their babies, Tommy Tuberville said that shit stops now. I'm not going to support any more block promotions. Normally the Senate just instantly signs off on all these promotions of senior officials, leaders, general officers, admirals. They say, okay, yeah, sure, and they just confirm everything. And he goes, no, no more block promotions. If you want to do promotions, you can do them one by one. But as far as I'm concerned, I'm not going to join you in unanimous consent. I refuse to give unanimous consent for all these promotions. So long as the military is taking taxpayer dollars and killing babies, I'm not in. And Tuberville, do you remember that he stood alone he basically stood alone. There were very few people willing to speak up and say that Tommy Tuberville is right. In fact, they made it seem like he was imperiling national security. How dare you? How dare you. I'm sorry. How dare he? Pretty sure priority one is keeping our children alive. I'm pretty sure priority one, keeping our kids alive. Tommy Tuberville was doing that. So the guy is. The guy's a hero. The guy's a hero. And here he is doing what he should, which is telling the truth and what so many other senators should do, telling the truth about the people who are selling you out. And Tham hates this. He goes. He finds it remarkable. Thom says, I find it remarkable on several levels, but you would think a member of Tommy's communications team who has a spouse working on the NRSC's leadership team could see how this is only helpful to Susan's opponent. I'm sorry. So apparently somebody on Senator Tuberville's comms team has a spouse who works with the National Republican Senatorial Committee. And therefore, because of that, Tommy Tuberville shouldn't tell the truth because he should be an obedient lick spittle for the establishment like Thom. Yeah, this is what people hate about Washington. Everything I'm reading to you, this is exactly what people hate about Washington. Like nowhere in this is any sort of prime, any real concern about the state of our elections or election integrity or why we need the Save America act instead of its patronizing, dismissive nonsense. It's head pats. It's. Oh, God, those people are disgusting. I can't believe they're demanding this. That President Trump, he keeps pushing for the SAVE Act. It really annoys me. Tom says other members have referred to those who oppose nuking the filibuster and passing the SAVE act as traitors and defectors on social media. Everyone knew the SAVE act votes would fail, Thom says, yet we went ahead anyway because the President requested them at the expense of our members. He whines this simply prompted more attacks on our own, which I assume was the President's goal, says Bitter Thumb. He said three of our most vulnerable members were already forced to vote on the first Schumer amendment, focused on the 1776 fund and the motion to commit Cassidy. That's Bill Cassidy. Bitter Bill and I voted against it to give our members room to vote for it. After that vote, I informed the most vulnerable in cycle members that I would vote however a majority of them wanted me to, if it meant voting with them or not, like the Schumer he sees the hero. Now you see this. He's going to save the Senate. I'm not suggesting that you give members your proxy, but I am suggesting forcing votes that have no upside for in cycle members and attacking them when they vote is not helpful to saving our majority. I get, I get. In Tuberville's case, it was likely to help him boost. To help boost him in the Alabama governor's race. Yeah. You know, if you're Thom Tillis, of course you do the calculus based on whether or not you think this is going to give you some short term political advantage. That's how you view this. Tuberville has already proven that he's operating on principle. If this helps him in the Alabama governor's race, that is pushing the Save America Act. That's because he actually believes it. And the people of Alabama should have a governor in place who believes in the sanctity of their vote. Tuberville should be elected governor on this basis. Was it really worth calling Susan Collins an embarrassing accomplice who betrayed her constituents? Yeah, I think so. I think any time an American senator can now start telling the truth about what's happening in his own body, that's a good thing for the American people. That's. That's a massive improvement over where we've been. The Thumbelina era. Based on last week's reconciliation experience, Tom says, I hope we've learned a lesson that will not be repeated if we choose to move another reconciliation bill in this Congress. In my opinion, last week's vote was a net loss for in cycle members. I'm not diminishing the importance of funding dhs, but the gain from that will not offset the pain we've created in key races. The road to holding our majority is already difficult. We can't afford any more unforced errors like this between now and November. Respectfully, Thom T Disrespectfully, screw you, thumb. Tham Tillis is pretending like he cares about Republicans holding the Senate. If he cared, he would be pushing the Save America Act. It is as simple as that. That's what he says behind closed doors. You ever wondered to yourself, like, what do they say behind closed doors? What's the conversation really like? That's what it is. That's the email he sent to his colleagues. I got ahold of it and I said, you know what? You deserve to see this. So there you go. That's the words of Thom Tillis. Those are the words of establishment Republicans who are not interested in fighting for the agenda that you and I keep voting for. That's what that looks like. All right, more ahead on the program. We've got to get to some other action that took place in Congress yesterday. The Southern Poverty Law center is, well, a disaster. They pay for cross burnings. They're a poisonous operation of the American left. Big, big hearing yesterday. We'll play some clips from it and then we'll get to a great guest who was one of the key witnesses in that hearing yesterday, coming up in just a moment. Before we get there, though, I want to thank one of our fine sponsors who support the show. That's Patriot Mobile. You know, it feels like our country does finally have some momentum, making it so great and with so many of us fighting to restore common sense in America first. But we've seen this before. Conservatives will get comfortable and then the left will start taking back ground inch by inch. Can't let that happen. America needs every one of us in the fight. And a big part of that means supporting companies that actually stand for our values. This is why I'm very proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile gives you premium priority nationwide service on any of the three major US Networks so you get the coverage you need. Plus unlimited data plans, mobile hotspot, international roaming, and 100% US based customer support. Switching easy. Keep your phone, keep your number, activate in just minutes. Yesterday, the Southern Poverty Law center gets pulled before Congress, which is good. Finally. And they, they had this fella who is currently the interim leader of the SPLC seated there among the witnesses. Now, you should know that this guy, Brian Fair, the reason he's the interim CEO is because the original founder, Morris Dees, was run out for a culture of racial prejudice and sexual harassment. So now the new guy, the interim guy, gets called before Congress. He can barely answer the questions because he's got no good answers. Listen to some of the smackdown that he got. Well deserved yesterday. Cut four in the hearing.
Jim Jordan
Mr. Ferrer, did the Southern Property Law center use donor money to have field sources attend extremist rallies across the country? Mr. Chairman, it's a simple question. Did you use your Donor money for that purpose.
Brian Fair
We used donor money.
Jim Jordan
Yes or no?
Brian Fair
Confidential informants to infiltrate extremist organizations.
Jim Jordan
Did the Southern Poverty Law center use donor dollars to have field sources host extremist rallies throughout the country?
Vince
Yes.
Brian Fair
Not to my knowledge.
Jim Jordan
The indictment says. Did the Southern Private Law center use donor dollars to have field sources grow existing chapters of extremist groups?
Brian Fair
Mr. Chairman, as I said earlier.
Jim Jordan
Question, Mr. Fair. Did you use donor money for the purpose? I just read. I'm reading straight from the superseding indictment.
Brian Fair
And Mr. Chairman, the indictment will be managed and responded to by counsel in the criminal case. That's.
Jim Jordan
Well, you just answered a question from Mr. Raskin concerning the indictment. He asked you did field sources send information to the FBI that help with things? You answered that question.
Vince
That's a matter of public knowledge.
Brian Fair
That's in our public filing.
Jim Jordan
Did Southern Poverty Law center use donor money to have field sources create new chapters of extremist groups?
Vince
Yes again.
Jim Jordan
Mr. Chairman, did the Southern Private Law center use donor money to recruit new individuals into those extremist groups?
Vince
Yes.
Brian Fair
I assume you don't want me to answer since you're not giving me time to answer.
Jim Jordan
No, I'm giving you time to answer because that's a yes. Or did you use your donor's money for that purpose?
Ryan Bangert
Yes or no again, those issues will
Brian Fair
be resolved in the pending allegations against the splc.
Jim Jordan
Seems to me if the answer is no, you could say no.
Vince
He's so sweaty and weaselly. Good job by Jim Jordan. Just pointing out that all of those things are all inside of the indictment. The justice. The Justice Department has evidence of each of those things and Jim Jordan just asked about them and the guy's like, I don't have any good answers. That's because you did them. That's why he, he was a disaster yesterday. He couldn't explain why left wing terror organizations go unmentioned on the SPLC hate map. Watch cut 5 of this moment. Check it out.
Congressman Gooden
During the Biden Harris administration, the SPLC included many mainstream conservative groups and their hate map, including Alliance Defending Freedom, Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA and Family Research Council. To your knowledge, did the SPLC include antifa, which is an actual domestic terrorist organization organization and its hate group?
Vince
No, they haven't.
Brian Fair
Congressman Gooden, just for the record, the SPLC does not have a domestic terrorist list. I'm not sure what Dr. King was referring to. What list she's referring to. As I understand she's on none of our list. We have a list that identifies groups based on the statements that they and their leaders make.
Congressman Gooden
Is antifa on your hate map?
Brian Fair
No. Again, as I said earlier, Congressman Gooden, it's my understanding that the FBI has said so.
Congressman Gooden
They're not. Let me ask you this. Has SPLC labeled the radical left group Jane's Revenge as a hate group? This group has publicly taken responsibility for vandalizing and destroying pregnancy resource centers and Catholic churches since May 2022.
Vince
That's right.
Congressman Gooden
Have you all designated that on your hate map?
Vince
No, they haven't.
Brian Fair
Congressman Goodening. If you've looked at our height map, you know the criteria we set for designating groups. One designation is when a group expresses, vilifies, demonizes individuals based on immutable characteristics. The second is a group that expresses anti government conspiracy theories
Vince
which is like the entire life.
Congressman Gooden
So destroying pregnancy resource centers and Catholic churches would not qualify as hate under your definition.
Vince
You guys are okay with that? That's what antifa is. Anti government conspiracy rally.
Congressman Gooden
That's considered hate. But destroying a Catholic church or a pregnancy resource is not. Just to be clear. Help me understand Congress.
Brian Fair
Good. Congressman Gooden, the SPLC
Vince
is a scam,
Brian Fair
establishes its own criteria.
Vince
Enough of this guy. All right, so, so one more for you, boy. I've got a lot I could actually play for you. So many, many great clips. But on this one he claimed at one point that the SPLC does not target organizations because of their faith. And let's be very clear about what the SPLC does. They target Christians. They target Christians. They are dominated by anti Christian bigotry. They say that the Family Research Council and Focus on the Family and various organizations, Christian organizations. The reason that they're on their so called hate list is because they're anti lgbt. Now what the hell does that mean? To be Christian means that you believe in the traditional definition of marriage. So if you believe that marriage is between a man and a woman, the SPLC says that you're a hate organization. But why is it that they don't include Muslim organizations on their hate list for being anti LGBT by this definition? Why is that exactly? It seems like they're targeting Christians specifically. Watch this cut six as he lies to you about this issue.
Mr. Roy
How many extremist Islamic groups do you have of the 1500 or so organizations you have on your hate map?
Brian Fair
Again, anyone can can go to our website.
Mr. Roy
My office has been looking over and can't really find one.
Brian Fair
Again, it is the SPLCs.
Mr. Roy
You think SBLC could provide us a list of the Islamic oriented groups that you have on your hate hate map,
Brian Fair
Mr. Roy, we don't target any group because of its religion.
Mr. Roy
Really?
Vince
Liar.
Brian Fair
Clear about that.
Vince
Really?
Brian Fair
Yes, that's exactly right. We target no group because of its religion. We target groups because they express statements and engage in activities that demean and vilify.
Mr. Roy
You brought up LGBTQ groups a second ago, so. You brought up LGBT groups a minute ago. So you think there's a bunch of Islamic groups that are pro lgbt? Is that the position of the splc? I just want to make sure the record is reflecting that.
Vince
Amazing. Yeah. The SPLC should be on a hate list. Let's be honest. They. They're a deeply bigoted operation and they're. They're a fraud group. So. Good hearing yesterday. I do have more coming up. I. I think maybe we'll get to some more clips. Brandon Gill destroyed this guy yesterday. It was really, really good. But before we get there, we have a great guest coming up first, one of the excellent witnesses yesterday. Hold on for that. But first, I want to tell you about one of our great sponsors. He's the senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Alliance Defending Freedom, and he was one of the excellent witnesses yesterday at that Southern Poverty Law center hearing. Ryan, so good to have you with us on the show today. Thank you, sir.
Ryan Bangert
That's great. Thank you, Vince, for having us.
Vince
What was that like? So, I mean, finally to see the head of the SPLC sitting there and he didn't seem to have any good answers whatsoever about his organization's activities.
Ryan Bangert
No, it's kind of surreal, honestly. And I'll tell you, you played several of the clips earlier of his testimony. And I think it just points out there are no good answers as to why they list certain groups on their hate map versus others. ADF has been on the hate map since 2016. You've already mentioned Family Research Council. Turning Point USA was listed in 2025, only months before Charlie Kirk was tragically murdered. So they've been adding all of these pro family, pro life, mainstream conservative groups to their list. And the answer as to why they've been doing it is they Just disagree politically with our positions on issues like pro life, on issues like whether or not children should be protected from mutilating, gender ideology surgeries. On issues like should parents have the right and not the state to educate their children. So these are the policy differences that we have with the splc, and that's why they're putting us on this so called hate map.
Vince
It's more than a little over the top for an organization like the Southern Poverty Law center to accuse mainstream Christian organizations of being bigoted when they're the ones who are paying for cross burnings. The indictment that just came out, the superseding indictment, says that the SPLC has been paying for the materials for cross burnings. Ryan.
Ryan Bangert
Well, it just points out the hypocrisy of what the SPLC has been up to. I mean, you go through the indictment thing after thing after thing. They were paying one of the individuals who helped organize the 2017 Charlottesville Unite the Right rally. Now, what was interesting is that after that rally, the SPLC's fundraising almost tripled. They brought in a tremendous amount of money, tens of millions of dollars. And yet here they are paying one of the ringleaders who helped organize this rally. And I think this goes to show hypocrisy is really their stock in trade. One of the reasons that they pointed to ADF as a so called hate group was they said that we were trying to sterilize transgender people. Well, guess what? ADF defended a law in Alabama that would have prevented the sterilization of transgendered minors and youth. And guess which law firm was on the other side of that case? The splc.
Vince
So wait, the SPLC was accusing ADF of supporting the sterilization of children? Is that what they. I mean, this is literally projection. Because the SPLC supports hacking the genitals off of kids and injecting them full of chemicals such that they become sterile. So they're accusing you of sterilizing children?
Ryan Bangert
Yeah. And that just goes to show the hypocrisy of the splc. On the one hand, they claim to be fighting violent extremists, extremism. And on the other hand, they paid over $4 million over a decade to support individuals who oftentimes were in the leadership, leadership roles in these groups. I think that that was just an astonishing fact that came out at the hearing.
Vince
What does mutilating children have to do with civil rights? I thought this is the whole. The concept, right? The Southern Poverty Law center is supposed to be a civil rights organization. What does mutilating Children or pumping them full of hormones have to do with Southern poverty, civil rights. These things don't seem related at all. What is that?
Ryan Bangert
Well, they're not. I think this just goes to show how the Southern Poverty Law center, over time, has completely lost the thread. It was founded in 1971 to fight racism in the South. And in 2010, they began completely changing their mission. That's when they began listing mainstream Christian conservative organizations on their hate map. Apparently they just needed more people to fight. And they also began adopting the political positions of the far left in a very explicit way. And that's really what this is about.
Vince
You know, this reminds me of two other organizations. The Human Rights Campaign and Planned Parenthood are very similar because after the Obergefell decision, the Human Rights Campaign moved on from gay marriage to transing children. Their big thing became transing everybody because they needed more money. They needed a new operation to generate revenue from. The same is true of Planned Parenthood that abortions have gone down in the country because birth pregnancies have gone down in the United States. And looking for new streams of income, Planned Parenthood became the single biggest distributor of cross sex hormones in the country. And so these left wing organizations, they'll start with one founding purpose, and in Planned Paranoid's case, obviously a demonic one, and then they'll move into something else to generate revenue. That's what it seems like the SPLC has been doing.
Ryan Bangert
Well, I think this gender ideology point you're making, Vince, is just right on the money. It's so patently absurd, so patently harmful to individuals. The only way to justify it is to absolutely defame your opponents. There's no rational or good argument as to why you should intentionally harm children by permanently mutilating their bodies. So the only way you can support that is to engage in ad hominem argument. And all three of those organizations, splc, Human Rights Campaign and Planned Parenthood, have really been at the forefront of pushing this absolutely atrocious and harmful ideology. And thankfully, I think the American people are finally seeing through this for what it is, is absolutely demonic.
Vince
So, Ryan, yesterday, one of the things I really valued about your testimony is that you got into how the SPLC wields control over a lot of the institutions, institutions of our country. I think people see a hearing like this and they're like, what a stupid organization. Of course they should be held criminally accountable. But the damage that they're causing is not isolated to their website. It's more far reaching. Tell us how much influence the Southern poverty Law center has had over all of our institutions.
Ryan Bangert
That's one of the great untold stories of the splc. Everyone sort of knows about the hate map, but what you don't see is what happens under the surface. Starting in 2016, they began a concerted effort to influence corporate America to persuade major corporations in finance, technology and social media to start canceling conservatives, to push them off platforms, deny them services. And this really solidified after the Unite the right rally in 2017. In 2018, they formed a coalition called Change the Terms. And this is where things really ramped up. Changed the Terms. It was a coalition of a number of different groups led by the splc. In part, they went and had hundreds of meetings with corporate leaders and persuaded major corporations to write into their Terms of Service that they would not serve groups that engaged in hate. Now, whatever hate is, right, the splc, they own the right according to their Change the Terms campaign to define what that is. And they define it as anyone who disagrees with our political ideology. And so that cashes out. With ADF losing access to a number of services and a number of other groups like adf. We lost access to Pantheon Web services. Why? Because they explicitly rely on the SPLC to define what hate is. We lost access to a number of different nonprofit pricing programs. Microsoft, Adobe, Intuit. Now some of these we've gotten back because we've had to push back. But it was really incredible how much influence the SPLC was able to wield over the infrastructure of corporate America and the decision making processes that corporate America engages in to decide who, who can, who can exist in the marketplace and in the public square. And that's really what this is about, denying access to the public square to your ideological opponents. And that is something the SPLC specialized in over the past decade.
Vince
They, they wield a tremendous amount of control. I'm reminded of an example that you gave yesterday too about Amazon and its charity program a couple of years back. Amazon used to have something called Amazon Smile where with every purchase that you made on their platform, you could contribute a small amount of money to a charity of your choice. They retired that program because of the scandal around the Southern Poverty Law center as what was going on there. The SPLC was controlling who you were allowed to donate to on Amazon.
Ryan Bangert
Right. And SPLC has been very engaged in trying to influence where corporate charity can go. And that includes donor advised fund money. But AmazonSmile, interestingly, they relied on two sources to make decisions about who would qualify to receive funds. The OFAC list, which is A federally kept government list of terrorist organizations and the SPLC's hate list. And somehow these two things were the two sources. And one of these things is not like the other. One is a government kept list of terrorist organizations. The other is a list kept by an unaccountable private, partisan political organization that's simply listing off its political enemies and then handing them over to corporations and saying, go cancel them.
Vince
Yeah, no, that's a big deal. But meanwhile, I get the feeling that the SPLC probably had a hand in the government's list too, because the SPLC up until last year had an integrated relationship with the FBI and the federal government. Now, this FBI got rid of that. Cash Patel and Dan Bongino got rid of that. The Justice Department got rid of that. But that seems like another big source of influence that they've wielded for years.
Ryan Bangert
Well, all credit to Kash Patel for finally ending the relationship between the SPLC and the Department of Justice. But during the Biden administration, it's documented the SPLC met regularly with high ranking officials, not only in the doj, but several other agencies within the Biden administration to share intelligence, whatever that meant, and engage in sort of joint decision making. And we saw what happened. The Biden administration weaponized the tools of the federal government against conservatives. We have example after example. President Trump had to pardon a number of peaceful pro life advocates who were prosecuted under the Face act for simply engaging in pro life advocacy. That's really. It's remarkable that that happened, but it's not surprising given the influence of far left organizations on the Biden administration's decision making over the past four years, prior to Trump's election in 2025.
Vince
One more thing on this, the politics of it in terms of the Democrat Party, Ryan, because right after the indictments came out and then the superseding indictments, I've noticed a lot of Democrats have been panicking and screeching and running to the microphone and calling this some sort of, you know, tyrannical behavior by the Trump administration to bring these indictments. Why is it that I'm seeing so many Democrats who are panicking about the indictment against the splc? What is that about?
Ryan Bangert
Well, the SPLC has been a tremendous ally of the far left for a long time. And I think it's just really remarkable that now that they're being exposed for just a small piece of their behavior, that people are running for the hills. Quite frankly, the SPLC has lost its way. It lost its way decades ago. And we're just now beginning to see the full extent of how badly it has gone astray. And I think when you start shining light, light is a great disinfectant, but light also causes sometimes those who are in the dark to start panicking, as we know.
Vince
Yeah. And the louder they screech, the more we know we're over the target. The Alliance Defending Freedom is such a legendary organization. Now you guys have a great operation. Ryan, thank you so much for joining me today to tell me about it. And thank you for your great testimony yesterday.
Ryan Bangert
Thank you for having us on, Vince. Appreciate it.
Vince
That's Ryan Banger, the Alliance Defending Freedom. Great operation. They're winning all sorts of victories before the Supreme Court on behalf of the rest of us. Liberty, the Constitution, it's. It's really great. Hey there. I'm Paula Pan.
Paula Pan
I help people make the smartest money decisions possible.
Vince
If you don't control your money, it controls you. You're not in control of your finances, and you have to look outside of yourself to live the life that you want. You're not in control of your life.
Dr. Alveda King
Like, what is it that you actually want? Money should follow the dreams and goals because sometimes we make the dream and goal the money. And you've overworked yourself and you've exceeded
Vince
what you've needed for the actual thing you want. Sometimes we forget, like, what's the actual thing you want? Afford anything. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. But don't you get. You get the feeling, don't you chat, that we're way over the target? You know, we often talk about, like, what is this? Like, so much of this seems astroturf, the violence, the. The division and then like the predicates to try and crack down on your liberties, they just seem so fictional. And they seem like they're. They just are a created instrument, like Astroturf, literally. And that's the splc. The SPLC is one of these organizations that does that. They organized the Unite the Right rally and then use that as a predicate to try and destroy conservatives in the United States. It's too much. It's too much. They created one of the great lies about President Trump. The very fine people hoax all of that. The SPLC fundraising skyrockets after a rally that they organized. Again, too much. It's too much. And, boy, it's great to see these indictments against an organization that definitely deserves them. And so anyway, we had some amazing moments yesterday in that hearing that includes Brandon Gill. Boy, this guy. Producer Jim. This is his congressman. Producer Jim. I always give Jim Credit for this because I say, Jim, I think Brandon Gill's in Congress because of your vote. So thank you to producer Jim for putting Brandon Gill in Congress. Watch what happened yesterday. Brandon Gill got the SPLC boss to say out loud that Graham Platner, the Democrat with the Nazi tattoo, should not be in the United States senate. Watch this.
Brian Fair
Cut7 said that if it is a symbol of Nazism, we oppose Nazis.
Brandon Gill
You don't think that that's indicative, that perhaps he holds Nazi sentiments?
Brian Fair
It may well be.
Brandon Gill
It may well be, I think. Do people who aren't Nazis normally get Nazi tattoos on their chest?
Brian Fair
Again, I assume they don't.
Brandon Gill
You assume they don't? I would assume so, too. I don't know anybody who's not a Nazi. I don't know anybody who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest but is not a Nazi. Do you?
Brian Fair
No.
Brandon Gill
Do you think that somebody who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest should serve in the United States States Senate?
Brian Fair
I wouldn't vote for that person.
Brandon Gill
I certainly wouldn't either. Do you think that this should disqualify him politically from serving in the Senate?
Brian Fair
Again, I'm not sure where the line of questions is going. The splc, if you're asking me.
Brandon Gill
I'm sorry, go ahead.
Brian Fair
If you're asking me if the SPLC opposes Nazis and Nazi symbols, the answer is yes.
Brandon Gill
Yep. The SPLC has referred to this same tattoo as a racist skinhead symbol and tattoo. You can see the resemblance there. You wouldn't want somebody with a tattoo like that in the Senate. No, no, I wouldn't. I wouldn't either. I appreciate your candor there.
Vince
He got. He got the head of the splc, that moron, to say that Graham Platner shouldn't be in the Senate. That's so funny. Oh, my goodness. That was so good. So good. Also, Brandon Gill did ask the SPLC boss if he actually believes that pro lifers are white supremacists. Because he does. The Southern Poverty Law center maintains that if you believe that babies should be born, that makes you a white supremacist, which is very interesting if you look especially at the data when it comes to the abortion of black babies in the United States. Listen to this. Watch.
Brandon Gill
Your organization said that restricting and banning abortion is a tool that the far right uses to maintain white supremacy. Do you believe that pro lifers or white supremacists. Supremacists.
Brian Fair
I believe that reproductive liberty is.
Brandon Gill
No. Do you believe that pro lifers are white supremacists?
Brian Fair
I will tell you what I Believe. If you're asking yes or no, I can't answer that question. Yes or no.
Brandon Gill
I don't think that pro lifers are white supremacists, do you?
Brian Fair
What I think is that reproductive liberty is a right that every woman should enjoy.
Brandon Gill
How many babies in the United States that are aborted are black?
Vince
40%.
Brandon Gill
About 40% of abortions nationwide are of black babies. Blacks represent about 13% of the population. Does that sound like something a white supremacist would oppose?
Brian Fair
What I would say again is that SPLC supports reproductive.
Brandon Gill
Calling somebody a white supremacist is a pretty serious charge, isn't it? I would. I mean, I would think you would be able to defend that if your organization says that. You clearly seem unable to.
Brian Fair
That's right, Mr. Gill. I'm not sure why you would think I'm able to do anything.
Brandon Gill
You're the president of the splc, which labels pro lifers as racists. Well, does your organization just hurl around epithets like that without any justification?
Brian Fair
Mr. Gill, what we do is.
Brandon Gill
I'm giving you the opportunity to.
Vince
Mr. Chairman, we.
Jamie Raskin
What's he referring to?
Ryan Bangert
And can he. Let the witness answer the witness?
Jamie Raskin
Outrageous.
Vince
No, it's not.
Jamie Raskin
Allow him to speak.
Brandon Gill
I know you don't want.
Jamie Raskin
What are you referring to?
Brandon Gill
I know you don't like my question.
Jamie Raskin
What are you referring to?
Jim Jordan
Time belongs to the gentleman from Texas.
Vince
Jamie Raskin has to dive in. I'm going to tag him out. I'm going to tag him out. Raskin thinks he can save him. He can't save him. He's already dead, Jamie. He's already dead. It's unbelievable. It's so amazing. Brandon Gill, boy, he's so good. He's totally. He's. I think he's like the Norm MacDonald of the. Of the. Of the house. He's just like a very flat presentation, but it is so killer. It's so good. He's so good. And he's right about the numbers. 40% of all abortions in the United States each year, black Americans, black babies are being killed by massive numbers. 40% of all abortions now, on average, each year in the United States. It's about a million abortions a year. Million babies a year. Lives extinguished in the womb. And that means that around 400,000 of those babies are black. Black babies being killed each year. As the left pushes that. It's long been a project of the left to abort the black community. Margaret Sanger's very founding intention was to do that. She's a Eugenicist who founded planned parenthood. So 40%. 400,000 black babies. That amounts to, just to be clear, 42% of all black pregnancy ends in abortion each year. 42%. It's a genocide. It's a horrific genocide of black babies going on in the country every year. And the SPLC has the balls to call that, to call wanting black babies to survive the womb white supremacy. You see, once again, as we were just talking about with our last guest, total projection on their part. Like, what? Are you serious right now? It's white supremacy to want the black babies to be born? Words have no meaning if that's what you believe. And they don't believe that. They just throw it around to use it as a form of moral blackmail to support the regime, to support the Democrat operation, which includes aborting so many black children. Now, seated alongside the SPLC guy was a wonderful woman by the name of Dr. Alveda King. She's the niece of Martin Luther King Jr. And she said yesterday, you want to talk about white supremacy, we can talk about it. Watch this cut.
Brandon Gill
Nine are pro lifers. White supremacists.
Dr. Alveda King
Pro lifers cannot be white supremacists. Pro lifers believe in life from the womb to the tomb and beyond. Pro lifers fight for every baby in the womb, regardless of skin color. We have been aborted as blacks in America disproportionately. And so the white supremacists are Planned Parenthood, who admitted that they do have racist underpinning with an agenda to reduce the black population by abortion.
Brandon Gill
That's right.
Vince
They're reducing the black population by abortion and then demanding that black Americans who survive the womb vote for Democrats. Amazing. Just amazing. And it's really heart wrenching to hear those numbers, always to even think about them. Really, really, really crazy to me. But good for Dr. Alveda King. Alveda King was wonderful yesterday. You know, it's interesting. Jasmine Crockett, who is a racist, she's a bad person, and she's leaving Congress. Luckily, Texas is getting rid of her, but she's not going out without continuing her own low IQ rantings. Here is Jasmine Crockett yesterday trashing Alveda King. A decent woman, a very, very classy woman. Jasmine Crockett. Not classy. Attacking Alveda King. Watch this.
Paula Pan
I hate that we have spent this much time, you know, on SPLC and we've not addressed the elephant in the room, the literal elephant in the room. The vast majority of the people on that side of the aisle. And for those of you that are at home. Let me tell you, when I say that side of the aisle, I'm talking about the Republicans, the ones that brought this hearing. And again, you heard that this is not the first hearing. But the vast majority of them are white men. White men are lecturing people of color because the vast majority, actually any semblance of diversity comes from this side of the aisle.
Vince
White men are not allowed to have opinions.
Paula Pan
People of color. Who is fighting for who? People of color do not feel comfortable or welcomed within your party. That's why you have to parade someone who has the name Dr. King attached to them so that people can be confused. Because I have been reading the comments online and people are like, who is this Dr. King? Because you want them to believe that somehow she espouses who Dr. King was. Yet you've yet to have MLK III come in here. You've yet to have Dr. Bernice King. The ones that were actually raised by Dr. King, the ones that actually probably understand the teachings of Dr. King. And I just want to be clear because I want to talk to y' all about what these Dr. King had to say about racism so that y' all don't get it twisted and don't get it confused just because you see the name sitting in this room. Our nation was born in genocide when it embraced the doctrine that the original American, the Indian, was an inferior race. That was from his 1963 book.
Vince
There was a monologue earlier in which you wanted to respond.
Ryan Bangert
I think you were kind of ready to do that. But we're not giving that.
Vince
Listen to Alveda King. Now briefly respond to that.
Dr. Alveda King
Very briefly, Congresswoman, I am a bit emotional. I'm going to watch what I say. But it seems as though you have suggested that I am a bastard to the King family legacy. I am legitimately the daughter of Reverend Alfred Daniel Williams King and Dr. Naomi Ruth Barbara King. We are a family who loves God and I love you. God bless you, Ms. King.
Vince
Let the record reflect that the general lady. Whoa, whoa. Alveda. I gotta say, Alveda King is a lot classier than I would be under that circumstance. A lot classier. That's a classy woman. She says, I love you. That's it. And she moves on. Now, you should know that as Alveda King was being classy towards Jasmine Crockett, you know what Jasmine Crockett was doing? She left the room in the middle of Alveda King's remarks. She stood up and she walked her racist ass out of the room. And Alveda King was still being classy to her. Even though Jasmine Crockett straight up turned her back on the woman, she turned her back on her elder who was just treating her really respectfully. It really goes to show you who we're dealing with. The quality of the people is completely on display in that exchange. Thank you to Alveda King for just being great and for her excellent testimony yesterday. That was an amazing, an amazing hearing and I really appreciate it. And I can't wait to see what this trial process brings for the Southern Poverty Law Center. Boy, do they deserve the consequences for their actions big time. “SPLC should be on a hate list. Let’s be honest. They’re a deeply bigoted operation.” — Vince [31:14]
“Calling somebody a white supremacist is a pretty serious charge, isn’t it? … I would think you’d be able to defend that if your organization says it. You clearly seem unable to.” — Gill to SPLC [51:19]
“It really goes to show you who we're dealing with. The quality of the people is completely on display in that exchange.” — Vince, after Jasmine Crockett walks out on Dr. King’s heartfelt response [58:09]
Vince regards the congressional hearing as a “reckoning” for the SPLC, exposing not just its political bias but its active role in manufacturing political violence, manipulating corporations and government, and pushing radical agendas disguised as anti-hate work.
He predicts the SPLC indictments will further expose the organization, praises the testimony of witnesses like Ryan Bangert and Dr. Alveda King, and ends with a call to continue supporting real news and conservative causes.
