For those of you who are gun owners or would be gun owners, I've got something interesting to share with you. You can now, for the first time since the 1930s, walk into a gun store, purchase a suppressor, not have to pay a tax, get it the same day and not be put on a federal registry. Did you know this chat? Were you aware of this development that you can now buy, suppress. Now, not in every single state in the Union, some states are a big pain in the ass. But in a lot of states in our country, you can now do this for the first time since the 1930s. Isn't that an incredible win for liberty? Now, you might be thinking, how the hell did this happen? And if you're thinking that, well, perhaps you missed the episode where I talked about it. It, it's the big beautiful bill. You can thank. Well, you can thank ultimately yourself, President Trump, and the Republican Congress for getting this done. Here's the way it works, ladies and gentlemen. Here's the way it works. For many years now, the government has been tracking the purchase of suppressors. They're trying to track your purchases. And so the way that they do this, rather than have a gun registry, which they can't have, they've had a tax registry. You see the game that they're playing. They imposed a $200 tax on the purchase of suppressors and other gun items. But I'm focusing on suppressors today. $200 tax. And so what the government would do is they would track whether or not you paid your tax. Ah, you see a little backdoor registry. That's the way they would track you. And if you purchased a suppressor, it would take a long time to get it, and it really depended on how long the ETF would take the process your purchase to begin with. So it could be months, it could be a year, it could be just as. As few as a couple of weeks. But the point is that the government had been directly involved, interfering in your ability to go out and exercise your second Amendment right and purchase an accessory for your gun. Well, that's over. And the reason it's over is because the big beautiful bill zeroed out the tax, ladies and gentlemen. No more $200, Dax. Now it's $0. Well, that's interesting. What happens to the registry? Well, there's nothing to track. There's nothing to track. If there's no fee to pay anymore, the government can't use that as a justification for tracking you. Did he pay his taxes? There are no taxes here. There's no $0. Now it's a $0 tax. It's not $200 anymore. The government can't track it. In other words, the registry has to go away. Now, this has been the source of a lot of litigation. It's been fight fought in the courts ever since. And this is kind of by design, right? So the big beautiful bill passes, gets signed into law. Wonderful. Thank you, President Trump. They zero out the tax, and then all of the gun rights groups go to work. They go to work, they sue, they bring this into the courts. And then it just made its way through federal court. And a federal judge said, actually, there's no tax, there's no registry. People can buy these things same day and not have to be registered. Okay, wonderful news. Here's the issue, though. The big question was, was the federal government going to appeal the ruling? Now, you might be thinking to yourself, wait a second, why would the federal government appeal the ruling? Aren't they on the side of the Second Amendment? Yeah, they are. But it was still an open question whether or not the Justice Department was going to try and make some case that, well, this element of the law needs to be upheld and therefore, we need to keep doing this. Well, that question has been answered, ladies and gentlemen. That's the big story today. Andrew Clyde, Congressman Andrew Clyde from Georgia shared this information overnight. Breaking. I've received confirmation from the Trump administration that the DOJ will not appeal our historic victory against the nfa, the National Firearms Act. Thank you, President Trump and Attorney General Blanche, for delivering the most significant Second Amendment win in over 90 years. This is huge. This is huge. And so, as of Midnight last night, 1201am this morning, the very first purchase of a suppressor since the 1930s quickly happened. No registry, no tax. It's pretty amazing. You want to see it? Good. I've got it for you. Here's cut 7, the first lawful unregistered suppressor transfer since June 26th of 1934. Take a look at this. And these are the second. Look at that. Everyone's clapping.
B
It's great.
A
That's just wonderful. They should be clapping. It's a win for America. It's a win for liberty. It's a win for the Second Amendment. It's all sorts of good things. It's just, you know, I. I know that the news is always filled with all sorts of garbage, and this is awful. And this crisis is going on. I'll tell you what, I'll take victories wherever I can get them. And that is a real measurable victory. A real measurable victory. In fact, let me share with you, one of the. One of the lead plaintiffs here is a great operation called Silencer Shop. And Silencer Shop, for those of you who are gun purchasers, you'll know probably that there are these Silencer Shop kiosks and gun stores all across the country where you can go in and you've been able to process all of your applications in order to buy a suppressor just from these little kiosks. And they're great, they're a great operation and they've worked really hard to make this happen. Here is one of their experts explaining in some detail what exactly is now changing about all of this. Take a look. Cut 8.
C
Tomorrow, August 13th at 12:01am, just a few short hours from now, a federal court injunction is set to take place. We sued the ATF and we won. And that means our customers win too. So here's what it all means. If you get a suppressor or an AOW from Silencer Shop in a state that doesn't have any state level NFA regulations, you can Skip the form 4, just fill out a 4473, go through the standard NICS background check and you're good. You can take it home that day just like any other firearm. That means no Form 4, no registration, no ATF wait times. Super sick, super based. Best day of my life. And this is the part that matters. You're getting that protection because you're getting it from Silencer Shop and and we're a plaintiff in the case. Court order covers Silencer Shop customers. So whether you get it from Silencer Shop or from a powered by Silencer Shop dealer that got their inventory from us, you're good. There's 27 states that don't have any NFA compliance requirements at the state level. So you just do the normal 4473 and you're done. You could get a suppressor in like five minutes, but some states aren't quite as cool. There's 15 states that have a requirement for the Form 4 in their state laws. Now we're fighting to get those changed, but in the meantime, Silencer Shop will take care of all the paperwork for you and make it as easy as possible, just like we always have. There's a full list of which states are included and which are still using the NFA process right down below. In one correction from last week's video, we mentioned that suppressors, SBRs and SBSs were all included. And while short barreled rifles and short barreled shotguns were included in the court's orders, they still require the Form 4 in all 42 states where they're legal. Here's why. The Gun Control act or GCA is separate from the National Firearms act or nfa. In the GCA there's a requirement to get approval from the Attorney General to get short barreled rifles and short barreled Shotguns. And right now the Form 4 is the only form that gives you that approval. Now we're working on getting a new form added for these specific instances, and we'll keep you updated when that changes. And to be clear, this is a federal court ruling, so this is 100% completely legal. But we always want to shoot you straight. And there is still a chance that the government can appeal if anything happens or there's changes to these laws. We'll keep you updated.
A
But the good news, it's amazing, isn't it? Amazing. I love. He says the best day of his life. That's really great.
B
There's a.
A
This is a meaningful win for victory for Liberty. Now, having said that, you know what's going to happen. You know, now that now that Liberty is on the march, the tyrants are going to move in. There's no doubt you're going to watch as some Democrat states attempt to once again impose all sorts of draconian restrictions on your ability to exercise your Second Amendment rights and protect your family and go hunting and enjoy shooting recreationally. All of these things. You know what, you just have to be on guard for the fights. But I'm always gonna celebrate when we get a big victory for Liberty. So, ladies and gentlemen, wonderful, wonderful stuff. And somebody just asked in the chat, Vince, can we get that guy's link? Great question. How about this? I'll tell you what I'm gonna do right now. I'm going to head on over to my lovely X account and I'm going to repost that video right now. It's reposted. There you go. So you can get that gentleman's stuff. And in fact, I, I'm actually putting out this morning. We're going to see if we can't get somebody from Silencer Shop to come on the program. Hopefully tomorrow we'll see, to talk a little bit more about this. But I just, I just think it's great. I wanted to share that with you. I thought that would be nice. Wouldn't that be nice to share that with you? Some good news to start the day. In fact, I've got more good news to share with you. The United States Justice Department, in addition to standing on the side of the Second Amendment in this case, also has. Boy, they've, they've just been coming out with, with fun story after fun story. You see Todd Blanche's press conference yesterday, Todd Blanche, the Attorney General of the United States, was talking about going after all of these, these, these Chinese marriage scams. So basically, you've Got all these Chinese nationals who are marrying American citizens for a fee who are, you know, everyone's. There's a whole big kickback scheme in order to get unearned American citizenship. It's also disgusting. The Justice Department is cracking down on it. And I'll get to that in just a moment. I promise I'll get to that story in just a moment. But I want to start with I thought, which may be my favorite feature of the press conference. Yesterday, a reporter asked Todd Blanche whether or not it was true that another executive from the Southern Poverty Law center was just arrested. Could it be? Has Christmas come early? Another Southern Poverty Law center arrest. You Damn right. Cut one. Watch this. Poverty Law Center. Can you please speak a little bit about what you've learned as part of that investigation and if we should expect more charges.
D
So I'm not. So, yes, today. My understanding is today there was an arrest made and there is a new indictment that includes the former CFO of splc. I don't have any comments about whether we've said from the beginning everybody, not just me, but anybody who's talked about this case, like virtually every criminal case, the fact that an indictment is returned doesn't end the investigation. It's just part of the investigation in most cases, which is certainly true in this case, I think as alleged in the indictment, this individual participated in the scheme. As alleged, I believe she was part of the effort to open bank accounts and completely fictitious companies names and make payments to individuals for reasons that were not. That were not accurate as described. But I don't have. I think the indictment was unsealed this morning. I don't have a. I believe it was unsealed this morning. I think the arrest was this morning. I don't have anything to say beyond that, except to say that this is exactly what we said would happen in a case like this, which is that our investigators and the U.S. attorneys and the agents working the case will keep on working it even after the initial indictment.
A
Isn't this great? Isn't this wonderful? I love this crackdown on the Southern Poverty Law Center. A bunch of fraudsters dumping money into the KKK and white supremacy and then saying there's a huge problem with the kkk. Yeah, you're funding it, you jackasses. The Southern Poverty Law center now with a superseding indictment. This woman getting busted yesterday. Tell us more. Tell us more. Okay, fine. Here's the New York Post telling us more. Yesterday, ex Southern Poverty Law center cfo, chief financial officer charged in brazen scheme to secretly pay $1.2 million to white supremacist groups. A former Southern Poverty Law center finance officer charged Wednesday for her leading role in having the left wing nonprofit secretly pay informants to participate in white supremacist groups. Heidi By Rick of Palm Springs made her initial appearance Wednesday in federal court, Riverside, California. According to her attorney, CNN reported she was arrested earlier that day. That would be yesterday. A 26 page superseding indictment naming by Rick, who was first unmasked by the New York Post in June, was later filed in the middle district of Alabama. There she is. It's gross. She's.
E
She's.
A
She's nasty.
B
Look at her.
A
There's a new indictment that includes the former CFO of the splc. Sorry, my screen's all over the place. Attorney General Todd Blanch confirmed that an unrelated news conference at DoJ headquarters, adding that an arrest had been made. They said in a statement that. Doctor, the lawyer said she's innocent. The case is without merit. Okay. FBI Director Cash Patel said that By Rick was at the center of our ongoing investigation into the Southern Poverty Law center, which found the nonprofit knowingly misled donors who believed that their money was being used to dismantle violent extremist organizations, when in fact part of those donations were instead being used to pay senior leadership within those extremist groups. Now, Wednesday's superseding indictment accused this woman of helping to funnel 1.2 million bucks in donor money to an informant in the white supremacist group national alliance, who was also her lover. Her neo Nazi lover. Amazing. Oh, look, there's a picture. I don't know if this is the guy. Let me see. West Virginia headquartered white identitarian group National Alliance. Look at that. Oh, those are some old school Oakleys, though. This guy, in addition to having terrible, terrible ideological sense, he has old school sunglasses. Sense.
C
Look at that.
A
That's like Michael Jordan in the 90s with those glasses. Those are some Oakley's, huh? What are those? What do they call those? The Juliets. The Romeo's. I think there was a name for those. Those are probably knockoffs from China. The June 2 indictment has named the person who would become the director of the SBLC's intelligence project as Employee 2 by Rick. Served in that role from 2012 to 2019. Mm.
E
Mm.
A
Anyway, they go on to point out that she was just dumping a ton of money to the neo Nazis. And now she's been charged. She's been charged. So there you go. That's. Well, that's wonderful.
D
What a.
A
What A great update to that story. That's for the, for the. Nothing is happening people. Just an update that once again, something is happening. Kind of love it. Yes, indeed. All right, coming up in just a moment, I want to talk to you about the DOJ crackdown on Chinese marriage fraud. Speaking of the chicoms, big announcement from Todd Blanche yesterday. They're going after all these people. It's actually kind of a whole of government approach. It is a whole of government approach because they're going after all of these fraudsters trying to steal American citizenship. Citizenship. I love sharing this with you. Appreciate you guys. All right now, thank you to Todd Blanche as well, the Attorney General of the United States for this epic announcement yesterday that the DOJ is cracking down on Chinese marriage fraud in America. Take that ChiComs cut to watch this.
D
We are announcing the arrests and unsealing of an indictment out of the Southern District of New York charging 11 individuals for allegedly overseeing an extensive decade long marriage fraud scheme involving more than 1,000 sham marriages between Chinese nationals and United States citizens and then the submission of fraudulent applications for green cards. This is one of the largest marriage fraud prosecutions in United States history. This scheme was not a quick fly by night operation, but rather a years long multimillion dollar cottage industry to criminally assist people who would not or legally could not otherwise become citizens of the United States. The men and women who facilitated this scheme were all naturalized citizens originally from China and one green card holder. Under President Trump's leadership, the Department of Justice is working alongside our partners at DHS to secure the border and protect American communities, something that was ignored during the last administration. Not only are we protecting our physical borders from unlawful crossings, but we are also preventing immigration fraud schemes that are just another way to skirt the immigration laws of the United States. As alleged, some of the charge defendants acted as facilitators who orchestrated the marriage fraud scheme pairing foreign nationals seeking immigration status with United States citizens willing to participate and engage in a sham marriage Chinese. These facilitators employed attorneys, tax preparers and marriage officiants. Some of the other charge defendants acted as recruiters by finding and recruiting United States citizens to participate in the scheme. And other defendants acted as officiants officiating dozens of these alleged fake marriages.
A
So, okay, just to be clear on all the details that you just heard, the Biden administration let this happen at scale. Not surprised. Biden's family was on the take from the ChiComs. They let this happen at scale. You've got all of these naturalized American citizens from China. These are all, these are all, they all originate from China. These are all Chinese people who are taking tens of thousands of dollars in kickbacks as you get Chinese nationals who are paying up to 100,000 bucks to become American citizens in this scheme. So you got all these people being paid, paid. It's all ChiComs, top to bottom, everybody involved. And then everyone's getting unearned American citizenship on this basis. The whole thing is crazy. Also, how did the Chinese people who became American citizens get into the country in the first place? Were they the product of Chinese birth tourism? Were they, you know, anchor babies? What the hell's going on There.
B
So.
A
So, I mean, just when you think to yourself, like, okay, like. Like, this has to be the limit of tricom interference in the United States. No, they're still figuring out new paths to get in. And this is. You know, this is on top of the fact that, remember during the Biden era, we had tens of thousands of Chinese nationals pour across our border into the United States, and then we just completely lost track of them. The hell are they? The hell's going on, man? China's really got our number. They've been taking advantage of us for years. Hell, they've been killing American citizens at scale with the fentanyl crisis. This has to stop. The DOJ is putting a stop to it, and they had 11 defendants yesterday that they've indicted, and it involved over 1,000 sham marriages. Could there be more indictments coming? Absolutely. But taking down the structure that led to this, that's what they're doing yesterday. So that's a big announcement from the Justice Department. You.
B
The.
A
The names here of it from the Justice Department. You'll see about what you'd expect. Amy Chang, Xiao Mei Shan, Christine Lu, Jing Yangyi, Xiao Yan, Chen Gong Zhang, Anthony Shang, Michelle Duenas. I don't know. That doesn't sound Chinese, but, you know, whatever. Angela Duanes. They might have married into it. Sigrid Cito and Erica Johnson. Or maybe somehow they're just a part of this operation.
C
Whatever.
A
Is Fang Fang on this list? I don't see Fang Fang here. Fang Fang came up in the chat, though. Thank you guys for reminding me about Fang Fang. Yeah, so that's the list. And that's. That's 11. And I think they're just getting started here. That network included facilitators oversaw the scheme and identified foreign national customers. Recruiters who found willing United States citizens and helped ensure their continued participation, and assistants who prepared immigration paperwork and coordinated the submission of fraudulent lawful permanent residency. That would be green card applications to the government. Yeah, you get a green card, you're on a path to citizenship, by the way. Pay attention to that. Anytime you hear a government official be like, I'm not trying to give them a pathway to citizenship. I just want a pathway to a green card, jackass. It's a pathway to citizenship. You get a green card, it's a pathway to citizenship. And they say foreign nationals paid facilitators as much as approximately $100,000 for a sham marriage and assistance obtaining lawful permanent resident status. Facilitators, in turn, allegedly paid participating US citizens up to 30,000 bucks. Generally in installments, tied to milestones in the green card application process. Oh, and look, they have pictures here. They have photos. Here's a. Here's a fake marriage. Let me see. Here's a fake marriage for us to look at. There's one. Here's another fake marriage. You have all these fake marriages going on. Look at the fake priest, too. They bought a priest outfit. That's incredible. That's. What's the. What's the cheapo Chinese website where you can buy stuff like this? What is it? Temu. It's a. It's a Temu priest outfit. Look at this guy. Okay. Unbelievable. It says sham marriage, too. That's the name of the file. This. There's. There's more. They've got. They get the sham wedding ceremonies, by the way, with AI, you're not going to have to even stage these photos anymore. You can just, like, generate them on whatever Chinese AI you want to. There's a. Another couple staged photo from the indictment. Look at all that. Amazing. Just amazing. God bless the Justice Department for cracking down on this. Yeah, Timu. Pastor Father Timo is doing all these. These marriages. Thanks, Father Timu. Thanks. Enjoy jail. The. Now, it's not just the Justice Department that took some big steps on this yesterday. The State Department also had a big announcement on this subject. A little different, but same basic premise, which is stopping people from stealing American citizenship. Marco Rubio with this announcement yesterday. He said American citizenship is not for sale. But elaborate birth tourism rings. Birth tourism, you know, that's when foreign nationals pay to come into the United States, pop out a baby, and then have an American citizen.
B
Boom.
A
We have an American citizen. We're tied to America now. We can take American welfare. Yeah, no, we're going to put a stop to that. If the Supreme Court's not going to put a stop to it, the Trump administration is going to find other ways to do it. So here's Marco Rubio talking about this. He said elaborate birth tourism rings are profiting off of the exploitation of America's laws, coaching foreigners to defraud the US Visa system, arranging travel and housing, and even forging documents, all to enable foreign nationals to obtain citizenship for their children. The State Department established a birth tourism prevention task force to review the activity of visa holders. Okay, let me just be clear. Basically, they're auditing all of these visas in the United States in order to figure out, are you, like, legit? Are you just trying to exploit our laws for free American citizens? And if it's the latter category, we're Going to stop that, he said. They're dismantling illegal birth tourism networks. They're putting an end to his. To this heinous abuse of our nation's laws. In just one month, the Birth Tourism Prevention Task Force has taken action to revoke more than 600 visas, 600 of them in a single month from foreign nationals across the globe. And we will continue to safeguard our nation from this abuse. The State Department will use all available tools to dismantle birth tourism networks and defend the integrity of U.S. citizenship.
B
Good.
A
So we've got a bit of a whole of government approach going on here, stopping people from stealing American citizenship. Now, is this the end of this? Should this be the end of this? Hell, no. No. We've got a lot more to go. Remember, Senator Jim Banks and Congressman Brandon Gill, both patriots, both great Americans, inside the United States Congress right now have a. Have a great piece of legislation called the Citizenship Act. Citizenship Act. It's very simple. You know what it does? It protects our citizenship. It says that illegal aliens and birth tourists, adults who come into the country with the purpose of having a baby who becomes an American citizen, are invaders of the United States. By statute, they would be called invaders of the United States. Now, that may be common sense to you already. Of course, an illegal alien is an invader of the United States. But as far as the law is concerned, they want to declare it. Brandon Gill and Jim Banks and anybody else who's a co sponsor of this legislation, everybody should be. They want to declare it by statute that these people are invaders of our country. And if they do that, that disqualifies their children from American citizenship. That disqualifies them outright. And it makes. It puts the onus on the Supreme Court to take up this case again and hopefully render a much better judgment than the one we got recently on birthright citizenship, the Citizenship Act. I've told you, I talk about the Save America Act a lot. And we should. I know, I know. We talk about the Save America Act a lot. We should. That's about guarding America's election integrity. But on this Citizenship act, this is just as important as the Save America Act. Declaring illegals and birth tourists invaders of the United States and preventing them from getting free American citizen children. That's a high priority. You want to save the country. You want to protect our sovereignty, protect American citizenship, protect our citizenship, protect our vote. That's what we need the government to do. They do a lot of nonsense. This would actually be of value. Let's get it done.
D
All right.
A
Much more ahead on the program, especially from the doj. I've actually got a couple of DOJ stories for you today. All of them very interesting, very wonderful, including, will we see the prosecution of tampon Tim Walls? Could that be happening? I've got an update from Todd Blanche on that. Hold on. I've got a lot more to get to on this edition event. Want to thank two more fine sponsors for us today that really are great supporters of the program and in this case, a great supporter of my night's sleep Helix mattress. You guys have a Helix mattress yet? It's really great. The Helix mattress is wonderful. During the warmer months, you really start paying attention to your sleep quality, don't you? One of the best changes I've ever made has been switching to a Helix mattress. We sleep on a Helix. We sleep on the midnight Lux in the Colonnades household. We love it. It's made a noticeable difference in how well we rest each night now before making the switch. I didn't even realize how crappy my mattress was. I actually thought I had a good mattress, didn't. I was waking up multiple times a night and feeling uncomfortable. And then I would start the next day feeling tired and not fully recharged. Since getting my Helix mattress, I've been falling asleep faster. I wake up feeling much more refreshed, ready for the next day. Wonderful. I took their sleep quiz. I sat down. Allison and I sat down at the kitchen counter, popped open the laptop, just took their sleep quiz really quick, answered a few simple questions about our sleep habits and preferences, and they matched us up with our mattress designed specifically for our needs. Plus, Helix shipped free right to our door. They'll ship free to your door. And it includes a 120 night sleep trial and a limited lifetime warranty. And now helix is offering 20% off site wide. Just go to helixsleep.com Vince 20% off sitewide. That's helixsleep.com Vince 20 percent off sitewide. Helixsleep.com Vince we love Helix. Yeah. Yes, indeed. And then when it comes to your health, we gotta thank Brickhouse Nutrition too. They're a great, enduring sponsor of our program. You know, a lot of people are trying to lose weight to get healthy and that makes a lot of sense. You should lose weight to get healthy. It helps you a lot. But people turn to the weight loss injections. They're looking for dramatic results. But you know how the injections work. They lower your blood sugar, reduce your appetite. Appreciate you guys. All right, so what else is the DOJ up to? Come on now. Is Christmas really come early? Maybe so. Actually, here's Todd Blanche. He was being asked yesterday about their investigations into Minnesota. You know, Minnesota is like the fraud capital of the country right now, or at least it seems like. There's a lot of these blue states that are, that are full of fraud and it's being run into the dirt by the Democrats who run the state. That would be Tampon Tim Walls, people like Keith Ellison, the Attorney general of the state. And you and I have both had an instinct for a while that, you know, these guys probably should have handcuffs on them given all of the fraud that's been happening on their watch and with their permission. Is that gonna happen? Well, great question. I'm glad somebody asked Todd Blanch yesterday because Blanche confirmed that there is a full blown investigation into the leadership of Minnesota going on. And he said, and Tampon Tim knows it. Cut three. Watch this. The top Democratic leadership of Minnesota to DOJ for this type of investigation. Can you talk about the status of
D
where that stands, of where an investigation? The leaders have met.
A
He referred it over here. Is that something you've opened on or
D
you intend to, or can you just
A
kind of just, you know, are you making progress toward that end?
D
We've spent a ton of resources and we of kind continue to spend a ton of resources in Minneapolis combating fraud. And that includes a very intense look at the leadership and the programs and who's administering them. But beyond, and the governor knows that and everybody knows that, and that should be the case. That's what every single person should expect us to do as the Department of Justice. But I don't have an update or comment on how that's progressing beyond the fact that, yes, we have a lot of resources spent there.
A
Yes, we have a full blown investigation into the leadership of the state of Minnesota. So an update from. From Todd Blanche on that. Now, of course, Todd, on behalf of this audience, Mr. Attorney General, we'd love to see you stick the landing on this particular thing. Please, please. You know, one of the realities here is it is meaningful. First of all, it's very meaningful to watch as you're arresting all of these Somali pirates who've been stealing from us. I love that. Thank you for that. And please keep that going. But the thing that we really want, and I mean as American citizens who vote in our elections, who would love to see the integrity of our country restored, we really want accountability that goes after the people that are aiding and abetting all of this destruction. The people who are not minding the store, the people who've opened the back door, they've opened the cash register, and they've allowed Somali pirates to steal our money. That would be people like Tampon, Tim Walls and Keith Ellison and Jacob Fry. All of these people. That's what we want to see. We want to see some arrests. We want to see some silver bracelets on people like that. If you've got the evidence that they've committed crimes, please, please, please stick the landing. And a perp walk would be nice. We'd love to see that too. But Todd Blanch, a good update from Todd Blanche on that. Appreciate his remarks on that subject. Also, the Justice Department was asked yesterday, Todd Blanche was asked yesterday about Fauci. So remember last week that the United States Senate, Senate committee, they had Anthony Fauci stop by. Was it last week or two weeks ago? Sorry, that vacation week blanked me out a bit. I think it was two weeks ago now, actually, Anthony Fauci appeared before the United States Senate and then he. He pled the fifth 111 freaking times. Now, as I told you at the time, how are you going to plead the Fifth? I thought you got a pardon, son. I thought you got a pardon. I thought it was impossible for you to incriminate yourself because you have a blanket pardon for all of the crimes you committed during the COVID era. So how can you plead the Fifth Amendment to prevent self incrimination when incrimination isn't even possible? Actually, kind of sounds like you're just obstruct Congress at this point. And that's the way Senator Rand Paul and the Republicans on his committee took it. In fact, I talked to Senator Ron Johnson about this yesterday, and he said that's how I took it, too. Senator Ron Johnson told me on the big national radio show, he goes, this guy needs to be prosecuted for what he did this. The Justice Department has to prosecute him. And so Rand Paul and all these other Republicans, they did make a criminal referral to the United States Department of Justice, holding Anthony Foushee in contempt of Congress for his behavior, for his deception, for his obstruction, for blockading, getting any information despite the fact that he's supposed to be free and clear from prosecution. Not anymore. Not on this subject. He doesn't have a pardon for obstructing Congress now. So they made a criminal referral. And yesterday reporter asked Todd Blanch, is Foushee going to be prosecuted for this? Todd Blanche doesn't give us the clearest of answers, but he does make some news yesterday. He gives us a couple of specifics. Here's cut 4. Todd Blanche on Anthony Fauci. The Anthony Fauci contempt referral.
C
Is there any update on that?
A
Is your office closer to coming forward with any decision on that?
D
Well, no, I don't have an update as these. As you guys know, when the Department of Justice receives a referral. Referral from Congress, there's a process. There's a. There's a process of how we take it in and, and how we investigate it. But any update that I would expect to come from this department would be if there's ultimately a decision made, and that certainly won't be anytime soon.
A
Okay, two pieces of news there. There's two. I know that sounded like a relatively evasive answer, and it was a relatively evasive answer. Remember, as the Attorney General of the United States, he doesn't have an obligation to. To essentially withhold statements on the activities of the Justice Department unless they're really officially made in the process of an indictment. You know, everybody's innocent until proven guilty. You want to try not to defame people by just releasing evidence without actually bringing indictment. Got it. But he released two important pieces of information. One, the Justice Department is taking it seriously and actively reviewing the criminal referral from the Justice Department. That's one to whatever statement we're going to make on that particular subject, the prosecution of Anthony Foushee, an indictment of Anthony Fauci, he said, is not going to come anytime soon. Now, is that a source of disappointment for you and for me yes, it is. Definitely. I had no question. Anthony Fauci deserves to be prosecuted yesterday. But he says if it's going to come, it's not happening anytime soon. So I wouldn't, I wouldn't set your watch for an Anthony Fauci indictment over the course of the next week. It may take some time, but they're reviewing it. And he says an indictment, if it comes, it's not coming quickly. All right. So a disappointing, but you should know about it. Update on the Anthony Fauci process. I that guy. Holy crap. The destruction that that man has wrought on America. You would think that our criminal code would address that particular guy and everybody around him. Actually, speaking of that, though, remember in Anthony Fauci's top lieutenant has been prosecuted by the United States Justice Department for the nobody's ever prosecuted nonsense. Anthony Fauci's top lieutenant was prosecuted this past year, which I really value. I just would like to see that diminutive crazy person also added to the list. That's all we're asking. We're just asking for Fauci to be held accountable. I don't think that's too much to ask. Even the amount of destruction he's wrought on America, that would be wonderful. Yes, yes, yes. One more for you from the Justice Department. You ready for for this update? Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney out of Washington, D.C. she's kind of busy right now. Jeanine Pirro has been in the news this past week because President Trump hasn't been exactly thrilled with her because she had dropped some charges against people who had previously been accused of vandalizing the Reflecting Pool. Now, Jeanine Pirro, who is the D.C. u.S. Attorney, her judgment was that we didn't have enough evidence to bring the case against these particular people, so they dropped the charges. That has been a subject of some consternation by President Trump. Of course, having said all of that, the reason I'm telling you about this, in addition to that just being the news of it, is the idea that Jeanine Pirro is nothing but some sort of mindless water carrier for Donald Trump and that she's gonna do whatever he wants regardless of the evidence. This is. It's just not in any way supported by the facts, is. Not yet. The media is still acting like she's some sort of political hit job stooge who's not allowing the evidence to guide her. Which is why this story from yesterday about what she's up to is, is both kind of hilarious and super fascinating. The Washington Post has a piece up right now. Jeanine Pirro, in rare move, convenes special grand jury in Washington. Special grand jury in Washington. Now, I am fascinated by this. Now, I got to tell you right up front that the Washington Post does not know why she has done this. They don't report what the purpose of the special grand jury is, but they do explore what it can be used for, which, again, so I would just, just flag this. Would you dog ear this particular chapter? Because I think this could result in something very interesting. Jeanine Pirro is underway here with a special grand jury. The Justice Department has convened a special grand jury in Washington. They say it's a rare legal body that officials say could pave the way for federal prosecutors in the nation's capital to investigate some of its biggest and most controversial cases. Unlike a typical grand jury, a special grand jury can actually release a potentially critical report about the subject of an investigation, even if prosecutors don't find enough evidence to bring the person to trial. So it could be a big transparency initiative. In other words. D.C. special Grand Jury is to be overseen by a fellow called Stephen Vander velden, one of U.S. attorney Jeanine Pirro's top allies in her office. According to three government officials familiar with the matter. All granted anonymity because they weren't. Because this matter hasn't been made public. Pirro has relied on Vander Velden to investigate some of her office's most controversial cases, including a probe into Jerome Powell. Yeah, Jerome Powell, who had massive cost overruns at the Federal Reserve where he was blowing through billions of dollars of federal taxpayer money. And the president was like, what the hell's going on here? And an inquiry into allegations that the D.C. police Department purposely skewed his crime statistics. Sorry, this story about the D.C. police chat. Do you remember this? The D.C. police Department did cover up, did cover up what's going on. Like they were hiding crime statistic. It's not even. This is not some conspiracy theory. The Washington Post reported on it, and they're acting like this is like a, like, oh, what is this, a wild goose chase? Jeanine Pirro was going after the D.C. rightfully so. They were covering up crime statistics during the Biden era. It's unclear what the new special grand jury will be tasked with probing, but those interviewed said it's a notable move, especially given President Trump's interest in prosecuting his adversaries. What a bunch of jackasses. President Trump's interest. You know, to this very day, the media continue to deceive their audience about what President Trump is up to. They pretend like that, that this guy is some out of control tyrant who's abusing the levers of government in order to persecute his political opponents in an effort to both harm them and rig elections. Right. This is the way the media, including the Washington Post, continue to treat President Trump. What does that sound like to you, though, as I describe all of those things? Sounds like the left, actually. It sounds like the Biden led Justice Department, the Merrick Garland led Justice Department, the left, which has routinely abused its power to persecute its political opponents to try and rig elections, to put President Trump in mugshots in various jurisdictions. Like, let's say big fat Fanny Willis in Fulton County, Georgia, or fat Alvin Bragg in Manhattan. Right. Or big Tish James in New York. This keeps happening over and over. And of course, not to. Not to. You know, you can't leave out big stupid Jack Smith, who was abusing his power unconstitutional special counsel over and over and over again to try and harm Donald Trump and everybody around him for political purposes, to rig elections. So when President Trump tries to pursue justice, which we've voted for, they accuse him of doing precisely what they did. This is all one giant game of projection. Special grand juries, they say, on the rare occasions where they are convened, are typically used to pursue investigations of government officials or probe broad conspiracy cases and organized criminal. Conspiracy, criminal activity. Now we're getting somewhere. This is the juicy paragraph. I love this paragraph. Special grand juries are used for going after organized criminal activity. Oh, yes, that's what we desire, organized criminal activity. What kind of organized criminal activity? I don't know, like conjuring up an entire intelligence community assessment on the basis of nothing but horse crap to go after President Trump and try and disable his entire presidency and undermine the will of the American people. Could be that. What about maybe coming up with like, the Steele dossier and the Trump Russia collusion hoax? What about, you know, going after American citizens for singing church hymns outside of abortion mills? Maybe that could be one of the reasons why we'd want to go after you for your organized criminal activity. Maybe going after Catholics for salivating the traditional Latin mass? Maybe not pursuing the firebombings of various crisis pregnancy centers. Maybe destroying the life of Mark Haug. Or surrounding Trump officials with SWAT teams at their homes, pulling up boats behind Roger Stone's house, aiming guns at him and his wife. Maybe could be that. Maybe conjuring up fake criminal allegations against General Flynn. I don't know. There's just like a list of things I just cut right off the top of my head that might qualify as organized criminal activity. Now, for those of you who've been, of course, paying attention to this story, you'll know that in South Florida there is a Graham conspiracy case underway, which we all are waiting with bated breath for. We'd love to see the results of that. But meanwhile, perhaps there's some value to a Washington, D.C. based special grand jury that was just empaneled by Jeanine Pirro.
D
Perhaps.
A
Perhaps. At any rate, the Washington Post admits that they don't actually know what the purpose of this special grand jury is. But I will tell you with enthusiasm that I'm very grateful that she's impaneled it and I look forward to the results of that investigation. I absolutely do. That would be, that would be one wonderful. Okay, let us see here. Okay, well, table, Justice Department news for now, I think. I think I've covered all of the wonderful Justice Department news. I'm glad. Isn't it nice to have Todd Blanche fully confirmed? Do you feel. I already felt like he was basically unfettered. Now he's weapons free. The guy's weapons free. Love that. Todd Blanche, please keep delivering. We've. I was enthusiastic about his time as acting Attorney General. I wasn't so sure when, when President Trump picked him as acting Attorney General, I was like, is this the guy? Is he the right guy? Turns out he was great. He was great as acting Attorney General. Now he's the full Attorney General. Super happy about that. I hope he keeps just racking up the victories. I want him to have a legendary tenure as the Attorney General of the United States. That would be, that would be a wonderful change of pace, wouldn't it, from the Merrick Garland era? Oh, my God. All right, let me, let me get to another point with you, which is that these Democrats are trying to establish some distance from, from the establishment Democrats, that is, are trying to establish some distance from the socialists in their ranks pretending that they have some sort of meaningful difference from them. Let me right up front, I'll tell you, they don't. They don't. The only difference that establishment Democrats have from the open, theatrical communists that are running around calling themselves Democrat Socialists of America. The only actual difference they have is one of messaging. The commies are just more honest about the intentions of the Democrat Party. The establishment Democrats somehow have less integrity than the Communists. They just don't want to tell you the truth about what they're up to. And I would say this is kind of best captured this week in a clip, this comes to us from a lesbian cable network called Miz now. They have a show called Morning Joe. And on that show, a fellow who was once fired for apparently like being a sexual harasser or something, Chris Matthews. He's back on the channel now because all of that was memory hold. And here he is saying how much he appreciates the commies because they make establishment Democrats appear sane. Watch Chris Matthews cut five, and I'll break it down.
B
Here's what I think, and I've been thinking about this for days now. The DSA has done a favor to non DSA Democrats, to regular Democrats who are regular members of the party. They've listed what they believe in their chair, made that clear. It's in Peggy Noonan's column this week. It's very clear. We're going to get rid of ice, not just ice. We're going to get rid of the border. We're not going to have a border anymore. We're not going to effectively control people coming in and out of the country. And so I think we're not getting. We're going to get rid of prisons. You know, we're going to get rid of the Pentagon. We're going to negotiate. Well, what happens when your hostages are your former diplomats, like what happened with President Carter? People take your hostage, your diplomats, hostages, what do you do then? You need an army. You don't like to like to have an army, but you do need to have one. All these positions can be denied by any regular Democrat. All you have to do is go out there and say, thank you, DSA for telling us what you believe in. I, I don't believe in that stuff and discriminate because you can't follow aoc. I like IOC generally, but she came out and said, we're just a big tent party. Well, the problem with the big tent defense is every Democrat has to defend all this crap coming from the left. They've got to say, I believe in all this crazy stuff and that makes me a Democrat. You've got to say, no, no, I'm not a member of the DSA and here's why, and make it very clear. So it's going to require politicians to be good politicians and say, here's where I stand, right? This one, I'm a regular Democrat. I'm for labor unions. I'm for opportunity for everybody. I'm for civil rights. I'm for all the things I believe in as a Democrat, but I'm not with this crowd. And I think that's going to be a line that has to be drawn by Democrats because I'm telling you, the last six weeks of this election is going to be an attack on El Sayed and the DSA in New York and the Mandani. And it's all going to come out and blame every Democrat for everything the DSA is doing. I don't believe in the DSA plan. I don't believe in their checklist of what they believe in. I'll say so. But running for office is going to require that, I think, before now, before the election.
A
Now, let me point out like so Chris Matthews is, is out of central casting of establishment Democrats and he's trying to make this case that we're not crazy like them. In fact, if anything, we benefit from the Overton window push here because they seem so crazy, we seem rational by comparison. He's trying to draw distinctions here between the socialists and the establishment Democrats. But here's where this all falls apart. The establishment Democrats, when they have power, pursue all of the evil things that Chris Matthews just described as being somehow crazy. We don't support that. So for instance, he just said, they want open borders. They want to abolish ice. We're not like them really. Ladies and gentlemen, does anybody remember the Biden era? Does anybody remember when US Taxpayer dollars were used to erase our border and to import illegal aliens by the tens of millions into the United States? Joe Biden is as establishment Democrat as it gets. And so, in other words, the hopes and dreams of the socialists were being fulfilled by an administration that was lying to you about what they were up to. When the, when the Biden administration was called out for this, they said, oh, it's not a crisis, it's a challenge. Oh, we've got it under control. We've even appointed a border czar. We've got Kamala Harris. And it was all nothing but a series of lies, all to aid and abet the destruction of America's sovereignty. So when the socialists say out loud that they want to destroy America's borders and the establishment Democrats pretend like they don't, that's all this is. It's just a game of pretend. They're all on the same page. When they say they want to get rid of the prisons, he goes, oh, they want to get rid of the prisons. That's crazy that the socialists would do that. Well, what have establishment Democrats done with criminals? Well, I don't know. Check every Soros funded attorney across the country. They've been releasing criminals back out into the public at scale leading to all sorts of horrific tragedies, including the murder of American citizens over and over and over again. They've had illegal aliens in custody. They could enforce immigration law. They could assist the feds in doing that. They refuse to. They have sanctuary jurisdictions everywhere. So you've got the commies who are saying we need to abolish prisons. You've got establishment Democrats who have straight up abolished law enforcement. What is the difference? Exactly. Please lay it out for me. How are you functionally different in terms of policy from the socialists who are at least being honest about what they want to do? You're just deceiving us about it. It's the same deal. And then of course, like the thing, oh, they want to get rid of the Pentagon, says Chris Matthews. Oh, that's so crazy. They want to get rid of the Pentagon. We don't want to get rid of the Pentagon. Really? Because last I checked, it was your party, Chris Matthews, the establishment Democrats who were driving troops out of the military for not getting forced Covid jabs from the government. Whatever happened to my body, my choice when it came to Covid jabs. The left has had it out for the American military forever. And I'm not talking about just like the flagrant sort of theatrical socialists. I mean, establishment Democrats, they've been rooting against the military for as long as I've been alive. What are you talking about? There is, as a functional difference. There is none between the crazy, florid socialists and the deceptive establishment Democrats. It's just a matter of messaging. Establishment Democrats are very accustomed to lying about the world around them and their intentions. In fact, I'll give you another example of it. This week, Nancy Pelosi is still lying about her awareness of the fact that Joe Biden was non compos menthis. Here she is, cut sticks. Watch this.
E
Think of the debate and how sad that was. That's really when we learned. Because, see, I had been speaker and when I was speaker, I saw the president, president all the time, but when I wasn't, then I saw maybe three times that whole year. And so I had, I didn't know and I don't. And I think he had his sort of ups and downs. And when he had a. When I saw him one time, he was giving me the Presidential Medal of Freedom. So that was a short vent and he was perfectly fine that day, I thought. And so I didn't know. But, but I do think that those who did know should have acted upon that information, whatever that means.
A
His staff and his family both, you mean?
E
Well, whoever knew. Yeah, whoever knew. The staff saying the family knew. The family saying the staff knew.
A
I don't know, but they should have acted sooner.
E
They should have because this was a great man.
A
There was just no way of knowing.
E
I just didn't know.
A
No one told me about this.
B
Really?
A
No one told you? What, so like, you know, people knew 3,000 miles away, sitting on their couch watching their television, but Nancy Pelosi had no idea, being in Washington D.C. as one of the top leaders of the Democrat Party, yeah, that's totally believable. There's just no way of knowing.
E
I just, I just didn't know that
A
Joe Biden, his brain didn't work. Okay, yeah, we believe you. We believe you. You know, at least Harry Reid was more honest than Nancy Pelosi.
B
I know.
A
Isn't that funny that I say that like Harry Reid was honest. Harry Reid, do you Remember Harry Reid 2012 election? Harry Reid lied about Mitt Romney paying his taxes in order to try and give Obama an assist in his reelection campaign. He said, yeah, Harry Reid, excuse me, Mitt Romney, he just has never paid his taxes. I know it. People are like, oh, he's never paid his taxes. Oh, he must know. He's one of the top leaders in the government. And then after the election was over and Obama won reelection, Mitt Romney was, I mean, excuse me, Harry Reid was asked about this and he was like, yeah, I lied about it. But Romney lost, didn't he? People were like, well, that's brazen. You straight up admitted you lied. He's like, yeah, whatever. It worked. Harry Reid had more integrity than Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi to this very day, I mean, what does it matter? The chick is retiring. Joe, Joe Biden's, you know, legacy is over, destroyed. The guy, the guy lost. Kamala lost. She could just admit it. Now she's not admitting it. She's, she's dead ending on this one. She's like, I just had no idea. Sure, Nancy. Liar again. It's not a difference in functional strategy in terms of policy. It's just a difference about whether or not they're going to tell you the truth. And even the socialists, I really, you know, candidly, they're all over the place. There's a lot of dishonesty there too. But the establishment Democrats, I'm telling you, they're not different. They're not different. Borders wide open, criminals run free, military savaged. They've got the same policies. It's just true. I've got the big national radio show coming up today. We got a lot more to Talk about. The VIN Show.com to get your local radio listings.
