And Caroline Levitt who By the way, returns to the lectern today for a White House press conference after her maternity leave. Eager to see that and talk about that. I'll be doing that on the big national radio show. We will surely have some clips from her remarks today.

But.

But she's warning everybody, hey, look, you know, nobody quite knows what the President's going to say. Only the president does. But here's some of what we're hearing, and this is Multiple sources are now saying that the president is going to talk about election meddling by the Chicoms. Speaking of the Communists, here's what CBS says on that subject. He says Trump is to allege, they say Trump is to allege Chinese meddling in US Elections in his primetime speech. Part of President Trump's speech tonight is expected to touch on previously unreported alleged Chinese meddling in US Elections, according to sources familiar with the matter. One component, allegations that Beijing compromised US Voter data and evidence that the CIA knew about the action and didn't share this information with Mr. Trump during his first term. It was kept from him. That deep state is deep, baby. They keep this information from the President of the United States. Pretty relevant. And that kind of meddling, no doubt assume. We assume, I think, safely redounded to the benefit of the family that took all that money from China. That would be the Bidens. The Bidens. We'll find out more tonight. The audience for the primetime speech is expected to include members of the president's cabinet. Among those invited, the heads of the CIA, John Ratcliffe, the FBI, that's Cash Patel, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, that's Bill Pulte and the Department of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullen, as well as other agencies and staff. Some cabinet members will not be there due to scheduling conflicts. Asked for comment on the contents of the president's address, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt saying, quote, as usual, anonymous sources are speculating about what President Trump will say during this speech on Thursday evening. The truth is nobody knows yet what President Trump will ultimately say, which is why everyone should tune in. She's a good press secretary. Building some hype around this. Mr. Trump announced the primetime address earlier this week and has disclosed few details on its contents, though he has hinted that it will focus on elections. The president has long insisted, CBS says, without any evidence, falsely, that the 2020 election was stolen from him due to rampant fraud. Notice of course they don't. They don't qualify this. They just flatly state it. They voice of God it, which is not journalism. The question of Chinese involvement in the 2020 election has drawn some debate, they say in an early 2021 assessment issued by the National Intelligence Council, the US intelligence community assessed with high confidence that China did not attempt to influence the election's outcome. With Beijing deciding neither a Biden nor a Trump victory was advantageous enough for China to risk getting caught meddling. Bull crap. Absolute bull China. Huge winners in Joe Biden's auto pen presidency. Intelligence agencies also found China did not interfere with election infrastructure, including vote counting. But the assessment does note that there was a minority view from the national intelligence officer for cyber, who believed with moderate confidence that China did attempt to undermine Mr. Trump's reelection bid in 2020, largely through social media and official statements. All right, so we'll, we'll get the president tonight. He'll give us the actual details of what he's discovered. There's some reporting to suggest that the president will be talking about the Chinese interference in the 2020 election, the meddling in that election. And then subsequently is set to release information tomorrow, declassified information about all of this tomorrow, which is causing upheaval in the intelligence community. They're very worried about all of this. Settle down, sons. The President of the United States gets to make the call here. We elected this guy. He can declassify whatever he wants. And no, Jack Smith, you can't prosecute him for that and release this information to the public. The president has been on this forever. This, in fact, we reelected him on this basis. We wanted transparency around elections. We want credibility with our elections. The president tonight set to give a big speech on this. He said it's going to be very big news. I played that clip for you yesterday. Very, very big news from the president tonight. We'll see. We'll see. I eagerly anticipate it. And you and I will surely be talking about it when we gather again tomorrow morning. Rumble.com Vince, if you'd like to join that assessment. Live at 8:00am Eastern Time. Now, on this issue of election integrity, we await a lot of developments. Of course, the FBI's investigations into places like Georgia and Arizona. Those are underway. We await the grand conspiracy case down in South Florida. Joe DiGenova and the team, very aggressive down there. We await a lot. And we also await the United States Congress passing the damn Save America act, which is wonderful. I shouldn't say damn, it's great. The Save America Act. We need it. We need it. People should prove that they're American citizens when they register to vote and show their ID when they do. And we should get non citizens off the voting voting rolls. Now in Congress right now there's a whole bunch of negotiations underway about what legislative vehicle to attach the Save America act to, either in totality or in some of its components. And JD Vance just had a big meeting with Speaker Mike Johnson on this subject. And here he is yesterday talking to the press and saying it is far past time for this to get passed and I am now getting very involved in this effort. Watch. Here's J.D. vance.
J.D. Vance
The entire Trump administration's priority is to actually get the Save America act passed. We have the proudest and in some ways the oldest democracy anywhere in the world. 250 years, we just celebrated. And yet if you vote in California, you're lucky if a month after the election day your vote has actually been counted. We know that we have in certain jurisdictions illegal aliens who are casting ballots. We know that 80 plus percent of the American people want you to show a voter ID in order to vote. And yet there are a lot of big blue states that make that impossible will in fact criminalize the act of asking for an ID in order to vote. Why would you decriminalize asking for an ID in order to vote unless you wanted to encourage and promote cheating? So this is an important priority for the administration, but more importantly, it's an important priority for the American people to save our elections. The way you save America is by bringing election integrity. It's something that matters. It's a shame that the Democrats aren't going to help us get this done, given that a majority of Democrat voters actually want us to have election integrity in this country. But we've got a good piece of legislation to support the troops, support the farmers and get Save America act passed. This, of course, is the first step, but it's an important step. We're going to take it together, we're going to be successful and we're going to keep on working at it from there.
Vince
Man, add Another job for J.D. vance, the president of the United States, putting him on this task of trying to get this Save America act straight through the United States Congress. There he is with Speaker Mike Johnson. At this point, I think J.D. vance and Marco Rubio have the same number of jobs. It's crazy how much these guys are taking on for the administration. But that's good to see. I like that. That's very encouraging actually, to see him out in public on this issue. I know that he's obsessed with it getting the Save America act passed. And I'd like to see that he's present there. And of course in his role as President of the Senate, he's got a lot of influence on trying to get this done. Of course it falls to John Thune, the leadership of the Senate. But J.D. vance will play an essential role, including being able to preside over the Senate, potentially overrule the parliamentarian, being a tie breaking vote. And of course the biggest thing he can do of all, which is exerting that influence the White House bully pulpit over the affairs of the United States Senate. So there he is talking about it. In fact, he was talking about it quite a bit this week. He just did the Joe Rogan podcast and on that show J.D. vance was saying it is really time for the Senate Republicans to cut through the bullshit. His word, listen, cut to federal thing.
J.D. Vance
So we are right now trying to pass the Save America Act. One of its main provisions is a requirement that you do voter id. And we actually have, I think a majority of the Senate that would support it. But this is just weird Senate procedural bullshit. There is a sub segment of people who want voter ID but won't blow up the filibuster in order to achieve it. And so they're so married to these old world Senate procedures that they're gonna make it impossible for us to pass Save America. Now, for what it's worth trying to fix that and trying to address these like weird procedural archaic things. It's insane though. Like have you ever. Okay, I'm sure you hear people talk about the filibuster all the time. I don't wanna go too far down this rabbit hole. Here's what the filibuster is. It is a pure Senate rule. It is a creation of the Senate procedures which basically says that anything that has to do with the budget is a 50 vote threshold and everything else non budgetary is a 60 vote threshold. Now as you can imagine, there's some gray area on things that maybe count as budget issues and should be 50 or are not budget issues and count at 60. So what we have tried to persuade the Senate to do is, is to treat the voter ID as something that can fall within the 50 vote threshold. And there is no law, there's no provision in the Constitution. It is legitimately that there are Senators who are so attached to the idea that budget is 50, non budget is 60 that they're quite literally willing to prevent voter ID in America.
Vince
It's so crazy. Now again, those vote totals that he's referencing, 60 votes, that's a vote to end debate. You don't have to have A vote to end debate. You don't have to have a 60 threshold vote. You could just have the debate until the debate is exhausted and then you have the vote. You understand this, right? You understand this. Why am I telling you? We've talked about this for, for many, many months now. But have the debate. Notice that that issue that the Senate has worked really hard to prevent us from even being aware that that's a, a viable path, they should do it. Get off of your rear ends, stand up, have the debate and pass this thing. And you can do it at 50 votes. At that point, it's a simple majority vote, but you actually have to have the debate. Mike Lee's been saying this for a very long time and it is deeply frustrating that these idiots refuse to do it because they're lazy. That's fundamentally the explanation. They're lazy. That is the single most obvious and unfortunate explanation. I almost think that corruption would make more sense. But it's laziness. It's laziness when it comes to these Republican senators. The Democrats love the fraud. They love the fraud. They're trying to protect it, which is why they won't join in on the most common sense piece of legislation we've seen this century. So there's J.D. vance on, on, on some of that. That's great. And I hope he stays very visible and active and of, on these guys. I really do. Now there's some other things from JD's interview with Joe Rogan. One of them is that he was talking about these, these socialists, the rise of the socialists on the left. And he says that they're so full of crap. They're, they're so full of crap. They don't care about the average guy. You know, these socialists are like, oh, we're, we're just trying to uplift the worker. You know, workers of the world, unite. Really, because these socialists. Have you real, have you, have you detected that they're for open borders? That the same people who say that they're fighting for the American worker, that's the claim that they're making. They actually don't want us to have borders. They're importing cheap foreign labor en masse and screwing over American workers. J.D. vance points this out yesterday. Take a look.
J.D. Vance
One of the reasons why I'm such an immigration hawk is because it is really important not to flood the country with low wage immigrants. Because if you give a corporation a choice between a low wage immigrant and a native worker, who's going to require, by the way, a native worker of Any race, they're going to be forced to pay the native worker more if there's not a pool of low wage workers to go to. And this is like a consistent finding in the economics literature, but also just common sense that when you flood the country with low wage immigrants. This is why I think the DSA types are a little full of shit when they talk about helping normal people. If you want to help a normal person, don't provide a corporation 9 low wage migrants to compete against them when they're bargaining for wages. You actually give workers more power when you have a more restricted immigration policy.
Vince
Yeah, you give them more power when you actually defend their borders. It's a simple supply and demand equation. But the other spillover costs of having a wide open borders is an increase in crime, an increase in chaos, an increase in societal distrust. All of the things we talk about, all of the things we talk about, this is the reason why we have been fighting so hard to stop illegal immigration, illegal aliens pouring into the country, invading the country. This is why we've been fighting so hard for borders. This is why we fight so hard for mass deportations. We're trying to restore order and fairness to our country. It's a very simple thing. These commies are not for that. I played a clip for you recently of Bernie Sanders, remember him? Bernie, Bernie Sanders, not that long ago, a decade ago, was saying out loud that open borders was a Koch brothers conspiracy. His position was that this was a libertarian ideology, that in order to get as much cheap labor as humanly possible, kick open the borders, who cares about American workers, whatever, they're replaceable, and then we bring in cheap labor that we can exploit. That's what we need. And he's right, that that was, that is a libertarian position in libertarian politics. To the extent that, to the extent there's much unity among libertarians, that he's right that it was a Koch brothers thing, but now it's also a whack job socialist thing. So you've got all these people with a really bad idea destroying the country. It's terrible. And these socialists, they. Have you noticed? It's like it's, they're all kind of for the current thing in the Democrat Party. It's like, yeah, kick open the borders, like abolish the police, abolish ice, burn down the police precinct, you know, transgender for everybody, trans the kids, they're for like all of the chaos. Because Democrats, when it comes to advancing this chaos to conclusions that in, I'm
Caroline Levitt
sorry, the US Are considered out of
J.D. Vance
political bounds, things like sharply raising the
Vince
level of immigration we permit, even up to the, up to a level of
J.D. Vance
open borders, about sharply increasing open borders.
Vince
That's a Koch brothers proposal. The idea. That's a Koch brothers proposal, he said. And so Democrats, this chaos that they create, they, it's, they are both firefighter and arsonist. They will light the building on fire and then demand that you give them the power to be the firefighter. It's, it's, it's, it is by design. It is by design. It is utterly Soviet. And so this chaos that they're introducing is meant to be a predicate to giving the government more power. It's always the scheme. What have I been telling you? Power is the only principle for these people. And so, yes, screwing over the worker. Why do you think all the unions are constantly screwing over the workers by getting in bed with the illegal alien labor lobby? Why are they doing that? For the power of the Democrat Party, that's why. That's it. It's not about standing up for the workers. A lot of these labor unions are screwing them over, not all of them, but a lot of them, especially at the national level, the seiu, the afl, cio, they're screwing over their workers by getting in bed with a party that is selling them out every single day. So J.D. vance is right. They are full of shit when they talk about helping normal people. All right, coming up in a Moment, speaking of J.D. vance's many jobs, there's also the, the, the job of handling fraud. There's so much fraud going on, fraud, especially in these blue states, California, Minnesota. I, I've got J.D. vance recounting a visit that he made to Los Angeles and how he thought, man, that looks like Port au Prince, Haiti. It's crazy. We've got that and then we've got this big congressional hearing yesterday on fraud with James o' Keefe and Nick Shirley. I've got the details on that coming up. A lot more to get to on this edition events. Hey, I want to share with you one of our fantastic sponsors today, Brickhouse Nutrition and their great product, Lean. Appreciate them. All right, so what's going on in Los Angeles? J.D. vance did recount a visit to LA, and he said it was crazy. It was crazy to see Skid Row and then get behind the gated walls of a lavish event. Watch the Vice president.
J.D. Vance
I just. Man, I still feel a certain sense of, like, heartbreak over la.
Caroline Levitt
Oh, I just.
J.D. Vance
Because every time I'm in la, you can see why. This was, like, the quintessentially American city. The architecture is beautiful. It's got its own vibe going. Like you said, the weather is amazing. And then you drive through Skid Row, and you're like, how could any state or any city let this happen?
Vince
Skid row is now 55 blocks. It was 50 blocks just, like, a year or two ago.
J.D. Vance
Okay, so my first experience with Skid Row was. So Usha used to work at this, like, very fancy litigation firm in Southern California. Before she was second lady, she was a corporate litigator. So there's a Christmas party in downtown la, and you get these instructions from her firm, and they're like this really convoluted way of this is how you have to get to this Christmas party. And I'm like, why do I have to follow these directions? Why don't I just put it in Google Maps, right? This is like five or six, seven years ago. So we realized that the reason why they gave you these convoluted directions was so that you could avoid Skid Row at night. And so you get to this party, you drive through Skid Row. If you follow Google Maps directions, you get there, and it's like this beautiful facility with, like, fancy food and fancy wine and. And then there are armed guards outside of it and these gigantic walls. And I realized when I was there. You know what this reminds me of this reminds me of going to the US Embassy in Port au Prince, Haiti. Like super security, crazy wealth and privilege and status on the inside and squalor and misery on the outside.
Vince
Yeah, that's the vice President of the United States saying that's unacceptable in the United States of America. It's a third world country. Sounds like something out of a zombie apocalypse. Sounds like the Hunger Games. Like a, like a ridiculous, fancy, totally carefree event. Super wealthy, super ritzy. And then they have armed guards to protect from the zombies outside. It's. It's unacceptable. It's totally unacceptable in California, by the way, one of the most beautiful states we have. I think some would argue it is the prettiest state we have, although there's a lot of competition for that. It's gorgeous. But Democrats have run it directly into the ground. 55 blocks of squalor, 55 blocks of people that fraudsters are paying off in order to buy up elections, to buy off votes for Karen Bass. You remember that? People taking a dollar, $3, a couple of cigarettes just to sell their votes for Karen Bass to try and stop Spencer Pratt. That's what's going on in California right now. And if we're going to fix ourselves as a country, we're going to make America great again. Fixing that should be a priority. And beating these Democrats, God willing, if Steve Hilton can do it, beating these Democrats and trying to restore California, that would be a big, a big, big move. So there's the assessment that's. That's what Skid Row's like. That's the J.D. vance talking about all that, that nonsense. Now on this issue of fraud that I'm talking about, then where a lot of, a lot of fraud taking place on skid row. This, this moves really nicely into this next topic because James o' Keefe and Nick Shirley, two great Americans, testified yesterday on Capitol Hill. And I've known. I, I don't know Nick Shirley personally. I've known James o' Keefe for a very long time. James, this is. This is James. I think this is his first book or is one of his earliest books. James. I worked with James many years ago. We were. I was as an editor at the Daily Caller. We were helping him break some of his great investigative reports at the time. Look at this. Look, there's a nice. James autographed the book for me. How about that? He said, vince, thanks for everything and hope to work with each other soon. James o'.
James O'Keefe
Keefe.
Vince
Me too, James. We'll have to have James back on the show and talk about some of his great investigations. But James and Nick have been doing great work exposing a lot of these fraudsters. In fact, o' Keefe was the guy who captured this woman, Brenda Brown, on camera. Basically signing up all these homeless people to be a part of petition drives and, and to vote and voter registration. And then she would have them give her address. Like, I'll just write my address down. Or, you know, just make up a name and oh, sign this petition. Paying people. Everything about it was illegal. O' Keefe caught it all on camera. He caught all of this on camera. Cut six, take a look. Here's James o' Keefe's camera operation.
Brenda Brown
The petitioner, Brenda Brown, hands cash money to the homeless person not only for signing the California ballot initiative, but also as payment for them to register to vote.
Vince
Now, because you haven't registered, I need
Brenda Brown
to register you so I can get paid too. Okay, you guys, I need to get paid. That is a federal felony. And it didn't just happen once. It happened over and over and over again. We personally witnessed and covertly filmed this happening at least 28 times over the span of our investigation. And that is just in Los Angeles. Many of the homeless have zero understanding of what it is that they're actually signing.
Vince
But what, what is that petition for? You know, the petition war. I do not know what to say.
Brenda Brown
The petitioners instruct the homeless to enter made up addresses like Pinocchio Lane.
Sheldon Whitehouse
Where do I put as my address?
J.D. Vance
Oh, good.
Brenda Brown
And all of this occurring just outside the front doors of shelters and NGOs such as Winegard Center.
Vince
Dave, Dave, in our chat goes. This is old news. Yeah, no shit, Dave. I'm showing you what. I'm showing you how we got here. Thank you. Thank you for acknowledging that. Yeah, it's all news that that happened. That's true. But that's what brought James to a Senate hearing yesterday. A congressional hearing. Here's James o' Keefe talking about this and saying, okay, what was done about it? Well, to be clear, the federal government secured a guilty plea out of Brenda Brown. It's funny. Yesterday I saw some people on social media. Nothing ever happens. Yeah, well, something did happen. She pled guilty to the feds in federal court for violating the law. But at the state level, it's a different story. She violated a bunch of state laws. What happened at the state level? James o' Keefe lays it out.
J.D. Vance
Watch.
Brenda Brown
So this is a completely nonpartisan, non political issue. Mayor Karen Bass, the Lada, and the Governor of California did not criticize me. They actually put statements out saying this is outrageous and needs to be exposed.
James O'Keefe
So.
Vince
So what's happened?
Brenda Brown
The Department of Justice is indicted, but none of the. No, nobody in the state of California has yet arrested or prosecuted these people.
Vince
And what's Gavin Newsom done?
Brenda Brown
Put out a statement condemning the stuff that we exposed in the tape? That's it.
Vince
Oh, doesn't he have investigation authority?
Brenda Brown
He does. In the state of California.
Vince
Doesn't care. In Bass, she does.
Chuck Schumer
And.
Vince
And is it against the law?
Brenda Brown
It is. State crime. Fraudulently putting someone else's name on the California ballot petition.
Vince
Yeah. So you notice that Democrats, they'll pretend like they care once they get caught. Tim Walls does this, too. Tampon, Tim. Every time the feds come in and they're like, we found all this fraud, we're like, we're arresting Somalis left and right. They are. By the way, they've been arresting all these Somalis left and right, trying to recuperate the funds. And then Tim Walzer come flying and be like, I helped, Nick. You didn't help crap.
Sheldon Whitehouse
You.
Vince
You're the. You help the money go out the door in the first place. We were fixing the problem you created. Every. To the extent that Democrats ever acknowledge this, it's only after good people actually do the job of catching the bad guys and then they try and take credit for it. Yeah. No, you don't get any credit for this. You want credit? Actually do something about it. Cut it off at the pass. Don't allow it in the first place. And these, Democrats, remember, are the beneficiary of this. Karen Bass isn't going to go after that. Brenda Brown was hustling votes for her. Karen Bass isn't going to go after any of this. All these fraudsters were paying off people on skid row or hustling votes for her. She's not going to go after it. That's her scheme. Gavin Newsom is not going to go after it. These guys take money from these operations. So James o', Keefe, right, to point that out, he's like, look, there's no consequences in California. Luckily, we have a federal government that's doing something about it, which is good. And by the way, if you see that stuff online where people are like, nothing ever happens, well, then just point out when something actually does. All the black pilling and doomsday nonsense, it's like, it only makes sense if nothing ever happened. But if you're not actually reflecting reality, you just have your head up in your dark and remote Location. You have no idea what's going on. You're just repeating the same bumper sticker that's been stuck in your head from us. Nothing ever happens. She pled guilty to the feds. Okay, that's a good. That's a good thing. Now, additionally, yesterday we had Nick Shirley testifying, and it was a great exchange between him and Ron Johnson. Ron Johnson was talking to him about all these Somalis that have been stealing money from us. And then the money just flies right out of the state of Minnesota and it heads to Somalia. Take a look at this exchange.
Sheldon Whitehouse
Correct. I mean, $700 million in cash flowing out of the Minneapolis airport back to countries in Africa. Have either of you gentlemen kind of investigated the foreign sourcing or an organization of a lot of this fraud? I mean, we're opening it up to foreign governments to fund their own operations.
Nick Shirley
Well, yeah, it's been proven that a lot of the money in suitcases that left Minnesota went back into the hands of people inside Somalia. And for instance, in New York City, where I just did an expose exposing this adult daycare fraud, nobody at these daycares actually knows who the owner is. A lot of them had just been hired within the past month. In Miami, you have the Cuban government running these DME companies that are fleecing and quite literally looting from Medicaid. A lot of foreign governments have infiltrated our Medicaid because it's so simple and so easy to defraud.
Sheldon Whitehouse
By the way, we know it's $700 million because government watched it go out. They let it go. They didn't even put the IRS on the case. It's truly remarkable what we're allowing to happen here. So, again, Mr. Chairman, I commend you, like Senator Ernst for holding this hearing. And Ashley Moody, this is an incredibly important hearing, and it speaks volumes that only the ranking member showed up to denigrate Mr. Shirley's efforts. Quite honestly, that was why he showed up. And not one of them are here talking about these hundreds of billions, trillions of dollars worth of fraud.
Vince
Not one of them were there. Yeah, more on that in just a moment. What that hearing looked like yesterday was crazy, because these guys are revealing really important information about the theft of hundreds of billions of dollars of money and votes, for that matter, as James o' Keefe was describing. And Democrats refused to show up. You know why? More in a moment as we. As we continue here in this edition of. Vince. You know, there's been a groundbreaking discovery to help all of us age healthier. It's thanks to helping dolphins remember Flipper? He was a dolphin. That discovery is C15 from Fatty 15, the first emerging essential fatty acid identified in more than 90 years. That's right about as old as Chuck Grassley. Studies show that when we don't get enough C15, our cells can become fragile and age faster. To address this doctor spent more than a decade developing the pure science backed C15 found in fatty 15 which helps repair cellular damage, helps support sleep quality, cognitive health, metabolism and steady energy. Since I added fatty 15 to my daily routine, I've noticed that I just feel better. That's the thing you're looking for, isn't it? I just feel better. I've noticed deeper sleep, more consistent energy. Fatty 15 was developed to support healthy aging for everybody from kids to parents to grandparents. And in fact that's why award winning fatty 15 is now available as pure capsules which I take. I like those. They also have those apple mint gummies for the teens and adults who want them. They've. They've got the Berry Blast gummies for kids. Fatty 15 is on a mission to support healthy aging for all, including all ages and stages of life. You can get an additional 15% off of their 90 day subscription starter kit. I wonder if Nick Shirley drinks blackout coffee. He should. Can you imagine the next level that his fraud investigations would be at? So Nick Shirley and James o' Keefe are there and they're detailing all of this really important information about saving the American people money. We're approaching $40 trillion in debt, by the way. Not to horrify you, but that is the number. And as we, as we get closer to it, perhaps you should be thinking, all of us should be thinking, how do we save some money? Here's a quick way. How about we save a trillion dollars every decade by not allowing fraudsters to steal it with Medicare and Medicaid? Why don't we get our elections back in order? Why do we stop the fraud? Why don't we do the basic things you would do if you cared about your country? So who showed up at the hearing yesterday? Republicans. And that's it. Cut nine. Watch this.
James O'Keefe
You've got some testimony from the person I kind of call as a fraud busting hero. Nick Shirley is there and you've got political activist James o' Keefe there and a lot of Republicans in the room. And I think we have a shot of the empty seats all the way to the right. Yep, right screen. And then off to the right of that empty seats where Democrats would be sitting. I mean, how does this play out? Dems don't care about defrauding the American people.
Nancy Del Stritto
They don't want to know the truth about this. You look at what happened in Minnesota with Tim Walsh. You look what's happened in California. You look at these areas that have just basically turned a blind eye and have let people move forward with fraud. During Monday, that portion of the questioning we talked about, the Fraud Accountability act,
Vince
the Democrats refused to show. It's not that they, it's not just that they don't care. The more important thing to them is preventing the American people from thinking that this hearing was legitimate. Because if they did, they would start to ask questions like, well, who let this happen? And the answer to that is invariably. You ready for it? Democrats. Now, it's not always Democrats, but it's often Democrats who are the, the source of so many of these problems. And yes, it's Democrats. Democrats like Tampon Tim Walsh, Tampon Tim Walls, who slandered Nick Shirley as a white supremacist for daring to expose Somali fraud going on at Minnesota with the blessing of Tampon Tim. And Keith Ellison, the deranged Attorney General of the state, said, you're a white supremacist. And then when these people are actually being prosecuted again for real being prosecuted. Quality leering center. Where's Tampon, Tim? To apologize to Nick Shirley for being legit about all of this, here's Nick Shirley, cut 8 yesterday explaining by exposing
Nick Shirley
the fraud, actually also exposed the politicians and media. And media who worked for years to cover it up. Governor Tim Waltz labeled my work as white supremacy and called me a far right delusional conspiracy theorist. Meanwhile, he dropped out of reelection and he even said he has ended his political career. Now the highest government funded daycare in Minnesota has pleaded guilty to daycare fraud and the largest autism bust in America history has been exposed. Where is Tim Waltz in the media now? It just so happens that over 80% of the fraud committed in Minnesota is by the Somali population.
Vince
Yeah. Tim Walsh should be in jail. Tim Walsh should be in jail. And Nick Shirley should be receiving every award imaginable for his excellent journalism. Good for Nick, good for James. Great Americans. Glad they're in the fight for us. We need great independent journalists. We just need great journalism. And those guys are doing it. And you know, I love that the media, they attacked this guy. They attacked Nick Shirley, they attacked James. They've been attacking them for years because once again, kind of like the Democrats, actually, broadly, because guys like that are exposing the failures of our institutions and the complicity of our institutions and destroying our country. And that's why so much venom is reserved for people like James o' Keefe and Nick Shirley, because of the value they add to our country. All right, let's see. There was more going on in the United States Senate yesterday than that fraud hearing. Although a lot of attention was on Todd Blanch and his confirmation hearing yesterday. And not much attention was on the fraud hearing, which is why I wanted to bring that to you. But Todd Blanche yesterday did face the United States Senate. And you should see the kind of crap that he had to deal with. Like for instance, here is Sheldon White Club. Excuse me, Sheldon Whitehouse, who is a member of a whites only club in Rhode Island. Typical Democrat. It's just like so full of crap. Look at the garbage that he was serving up to Todd Blanche. And watch as Todd Blanche dunks on him. Watch.
Sheldon Whitehouse
How long do you intend to put up with that Cash Patel character? Are you good with his airplane jaunts? Are you confident he's not drinking on the job? Are you sure none of his travel is a pretext for vacation activities like snorkeling Olympics and visiting girlfriends? Are you sure. He knows what he's doing. Do you vouch for him? Are you willing to look at whether he lied to this committee?
Caroline Levitt
That's an extraordinarily obnoxious question, Senator. And I have full faith in Director Patel and the work that he's doing every day.
Sheldon Whitehouse
Great.
Vince
You get to own that. Extraordinarily obnoxious. That's a great way to describe Sheldon Whitehouse. Oh, that's. That's perfect. Hey, by the way, every other Senate or House witness, from now on, if you're sitting in a congressional hearing and you've got to deal with these Democrats, describing them as extraordinarily obnoxious is a great way to handle it. That's a fun, fun little tip. That's a good cheat code from Todd Blanch yesterday. It is obnoxious. It's super obnoxious. Sheldon White. So that was actually basically how the Democrats acted the entire hearing. Just whiny and petulant and emotionally incontinent and upset that President Trump gets to have an Attorney General that cares about the rule of law. They're upset that he's got an attorney General that cares about justice and correcting the injustices of the past and trying to correct the injustices of an unjust Justice Department that has behaved tyrannically under the control of Democrats. Democrats are freaking out about all of this. In fact, they're trying to make it a scandal that Todd Blanche once served as the President's attorney. Oh, you can't do this. That's a conflict of interest.
Brenda Brown
What?
Vince
JFK appointed his brother as the Attorney General of the United States. What are you talking about? Here's John Kennedy yesterday, in his inimitable way, pointing out how stupid all of these attacks are on Todd Blanche. Cut 11. Are you and President Trump friends?
Caroline Levitt
I'm his lawyer. Was his lawyer. And now I'm the Deputy Attorney General. So I met him as his criminal defense attorney. I'm not sure there's very many people who have ever had a criminal defense attorney who calls that person their friend. I now have a.
Vince
Well, let me put it this way. Are you enemies?
Caroline Levitt
No. We're not enemies at all. No.
Vince
Have you ever seen a president of the United States appoint an enemy to be Attorney General?
Caroline Levitt
I have not.
Vince
Usually they appoint their qualified friends, don't they?
Caroline Levitt
Yes.
Vince
I mean, one president appointed his brother, right?
Caroline Levitt
He did, Senator.
Vince
And I can think of another person who appointed his former law partner.
James O'Keefe
Is that right?
Caroline Levitt
It is, correct.
Vince
Nixon. Yeah. So, I mean, like. Like this idea that, oh, what a conflict that you appoint a guy that you know, it's not a conflict. Let's, let's go back in time for a second. The, the, the, the media tried to make a big scandal out of the fact. In fact, the entire left made a huge scandal out of the fact that, that the President had a conversation, apparently with James Comey about his loyalty to the country. Are you going to be loyal. Are you going to be loyal to the American people? Are you going to be actually going to work for the President? Are you going to work to undermine the president? What are you going to do? And they made it a scandal to ask that question. The President has been routinely attacked by the government, including while he's been President of the United States, especially in that first term. So finding people he can trust to take these roles to clean up the country is really important. It is not in any way shocking that he would ask Todd Blanche to be the Attorney General of the United States. Todd Blanche has been by the President's side in some of his toughest battles as the left has tried to destroy him. The left was actively attempting to rig the 2024 election. And there was Todd Blanche in the trenches alongside Donald Trump, fighting for justice. So it's not a surprise that he would trust the guy, especially with this particular task of getting rid of the very tyranny that Todd Blanch experienced the receiving end of. In fact, he's kind of the perfect guy for it. He's battle hardened and knows about the abuses. This is why Democrats hate him. This is why they're trying to prevent his confirmation. So it makes all the sense in the world that President Trump has tapped him. And by the way, he has proved it in his time as acting Attorney General that he deserves to have this job full time. Eric Schmidt is a great senator. Missouri. Yesterday, he was ripping Democrats for pretending like it's Donald Trump who's been weaponizing the Justice Department.
Eric Schmidt
I heard one of my colleagues say that this is the most troubled Department of Justice in history. I happen to live through the previous administration where you had a Department of justice completely weaponized against political opponents. They tried to try to throw their chief political opponent in jail, ruin his family's lives. You were his lawyer to see some of that, and I was with you in a courtroom in New York to witness that offense in. One of those cases were aimed against Catholics in this country who happened to attend a traditional Catholic Latin Mass, went after parents under the Patriot act for showing up to school board meetings to object to critical race theory or the masking of their kids. We live through Jack Smith. And the chairman has just revealed new revelations, of course, that he was reading text messages. By the way, Jack Smith testified under oath he didn't do that. He testified that they just had the phone logs. We know that's not true. Now, Jack Smith should be subject to prosecution for lying to Congress. So this weaponization, let's draw a distinction. When you go after your political opponents, that is a weaponization. When you hold people accountable who weaponize the justice system, that's not the same thing.
Vince
Not the same thing at all. At all. This is an act of projection by the left accusing Todd Blanche and Donald Trump of doing precisely what they've been doing as an attempt to conceal their own crimes and to falsely take some sort of moral high ground. We elected Donald Trump to fix that corruption, to end it, and to bring justice, not injustice. I'm not asking President Trump to do anything unconstitutional. I'm not asking for him to do anything unlawful. I'm asking him to uphold the rule of law. That's what he was elected for, and that's what Todd Blanche needs to do when he is confirmed as the full time Attorney General of the United States. Now he's got another day of, of this kind of nonsense he's got to deal with today. We'll, we'll keep, we'll keep on it. Now, a lot of this doesn't really come down to what the Democrats want. I think it's so ridiculous that we have to do a freaking hearing with these Democrats when we know how they're going to vote. They're going to vote no. They're not voting yes. It's not like they're doing a sincere Q and A to figure out how they're going to vote. They're coming into this like Sheldon Whitehouse, like a bunch of whack jobs that are going to vote no no matter what and try and dirty them up in the process. It really comes down to do any of the squishes in the Republican Party bail on him? That's the question. And as of the last few hours, I've seen some reports that Thumbelina Tham tell us is inclined now to vote yes for, for Todd Blanche. And the reason for that, apparently, was some of the questioning yesterday. He was asking, do you think it's a bad thing to assault cops? As if anybody would answer, no, it's not a bad thing. He said, yes, it's a bad thing to assault cops. Because Thom Tillis thinks that January 6th is the most important day of his life. He's like, it's the high holy day of the American left, and Thumb has adopted it on his religious calendar now. It's. The whole thing's so stupid. But Todd Blanche said, no, it's not a good thing to assault cops. And so now Thom is apparently convinced that he'd make a great Attorney general. Like, well, every attorney general would say that. That's like, that. Every nominee would say that. What a stupid litmus test. But, okay, whatever. Whatever it takes to get Thumb through. We're going to get rid of Thom soon, which is good. He's retiring, but it looks like he's going to vote yes here for. For. For Todd Blanche, which is. Which is great. But the fact that we have to go through this crap, in fact, like, just to give you just one more sign of how stupid this is. Maisie Hirono. Crazy Maisie Hirono gets to ask questions for some reason. I guess it's, you know, she's in the Senate again. For some reason, Hawaii keeps sending crazy Maisie to the Senate, but when she does these hearings, she's. She always asks this, like, weird, perverted question about their sexual habits. I was like, what do you. Why do you ask these stupid questions? Crazy Maisie, yesterday, doing it again. Cut 12 questions. Since you became a legal adult, have
Nancy Del Stritto
you ever made unwanted requests for sexual
Vince
favors or committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature?
Sheldon Whitehouse
No.
Vince
Senator, have you ever faced discipline or entered into a settlement relating to this kind of conduct?
Pete Hegseth
No.
Nancy Del Stritto (continued)
Senator,
Vince
isn't that kind of creepy? She's kind of creepy, isn't she? She's. She's. She's got a creep vibe. In addition to having a dumb vibe, she's got a creep vibe. What a weird thing. She does that every hearing, and every single time, people are like, no, what are you talking about? There's crazy Maisie.
James O'Keefe
She's.
Vince
She's still doing it. Todd Blanche, God bless you for having to deal with this crap. It's. It's totally insane. Hey, real quick update for you on the chaos, the. The conflict in Iran. President Trump is bombing the hell out of him right now, but apparently we've bombed them into compliance such that they've released an American citizen they've had detained since the Biden administration. This is great news. The President just posting this last night. He says Iran has allowed an American citizen who was wrongfully detained In December of 2024 under the presidency, he puts it in quotes of sleepy Joe Biden to leave the country. She is now Safely outside of Iran and in good condition. The United States of America appreciates this gesture of goodwill by Iran President Donald J. Trump. Now, what does this tell us? What does this tell us? Well, it certainly tells us that apparently the bombing is working. This wasn't the product of, you know, sitting at a table and asking them to. To give us something. We apparently bombed this particular thing into submission. So maybe it's a sign that bombing some of these military sites is a very effective way to get them to do things. They've produced an American citizen they've had detained since Biden, which is very good. And I know that this administration is always locked in. This is one of Marco Rubio's primary things, always locked in on getting these hostages released, these American citizens, freedom. And thankfully, that has occurred here. Now, could this bode well for other aspects of our dealings with Iran potentially. But for now, we're getting updates, it seems like every few hours from centcom about the extent to which we are blowing up all of this Iranian stuff, and rightfully so. They've earned it. You know, we gave them an opportunity, and they failed it. So now we're just blowing them up. The administration always, always anticipated that this could be the path that they were gonna take. And sure enough, that's where we are right now. So some good news from the President. United States and American citizen free. And hopefully the entire Strait of Hormuz free and wide open with haste. That'd be really good. It looks like the blockade is back on. We're disabling ships that are trying to go in and out of Iranian ports. So big updates as we get them coming. And in fact, I expect the President is very likely to address some of this tonight in his speech, so. So keep your ears and eyes on that subject. Also, the Secretary of War just gave us a big update, and for those of you in our chat who have been members of the military or are members of the military, I'd love to get your assessment of this. Pete Hegseth has just announced that in order to keep our war fighters in fighting shape, that the military is going to begin doing testosterone monitoring. That's right. We're going to monitor for testosterone, and if there's a deficiency, we're going to give you some. Now, the left loves hormone therapy. If it involves, you know, deforming someone, they love cross sex hormone therapy, but how are they with, you know, same sex hormone therapy, regular old hormone therapy, how are they with that? They're probably against it because it involves toxic masculinity. Here's pete hegseth cut 13. Watch this.
Pete Hegseth
the Department of War, we have the most elite warriors on the face of the earth. Every single day, you are pushed to your absolute physical and mental limits to master the profession of arms. We demand your all, and you give it. But while we invest heavily in our weapon systems, platforms and gear, our most decisive tactical advantage will always be the individual warfighter. We have a sacred duty to maintain that advantage, which is why we must constantly look for new ways to optimize your performance, your resilience, and your long term health. And to meet that commitment, today, I'm authorizing a new screening program for testosterone deficiency for our service members. Ensuring you have the right testosterone levels to operate at your absolute best. Because it's well established science that as we age, testosterone levels often naturally drop. Under the supervision of our world class medical professionals, warfighters age 30 and older are going to be tested annually as part of their periodic health assessment. It's a health assessment that happens every year. We're just adding this test. Those under 30 can voluntarily choose to get the test as well if treatment is recommended. It's entirely your choice to receive testosterone replacement therapy. This initiative, it's not about artificial enhancement. It's about restoring and optimizing your natural capabilities, protecting your longevity, and ensuring you have the biological foundation required to sustain the fight.
Vince
Okay, thank you.
Pete Hegseth
We owe our warriors the absolute.
Vince
The veterans in our chat, by the way, everybody loves it. They're saying it sounds very good. Great idea. That's, that's great. Also, I've got Black Widow 2963 in chat saying, vince, please wish my husband good luck. He just left for his 10th deployment. Not only will I wish him good luck, but I'm going to thank him for his Service. Thank you, 10th deployment. Man, he's been, he's been serving for a while and we appreciate that. That's a, that's a lot of work. On behalf of the United States of America, thank you for raising your hand and serving your country. We really appreciate it here on this program. It's, it's, it's great. And it looks, sounds like a lot of the, the active duty guys, the veterans think this is, this is great. What's the, what's the beef here? What's the complaint that we're going to have everybody dialed in that we're going to send the, we're going to make these weapons more lethal? That's the whining about. Come on. I think it's great. So Pete Hegseth Doing a lot. I think the. The feedback that I've been getting from veterans is just a lot of relief that Pete Hegseth is leading the military in this way. Refocusing on lethality and readiness, refocusing on merit. The media are trying to make a big deal. Oh, he's. He's stopping women from advancement. He's not stopping women from advancement. He's upholding merit. He's restoring that system. He's getting rid of allowing people to jump lines without merit. That's. That's over. And Pete Hegseth is doing a good job. I like that they're calling it the Department of War, too, because it brings it back to its old name and it conveys the business they're actually in, which is war fighting. The Department of Defense was like a euphemism. The Department of War is legit. It tells you exactly what this operation's about.
Brenda Brown
War.
Vince
War fighting. And Pete Hegstath making a big announcement to help the warfighters yesterday. Now, before I let you go, there's some. I've got some things that amuse me that I want to share with you. Can I do that? Do you mind if I share some things that amuse me? I'd like to do that. Chuck Schumer this week is the source of a lot of curiosity, and people are wondering whether or not he's eaten either some bad lettuce, some raw burgers, or some combination of both, because Chuck Schumer was given a speech on the floor of the Senate this week, and it definitely sounds like he ripped one right in the middle of his speech. In fact, if you're watching on video, rumble.com Vince, he even kind of gives a kind of a body movement to support the sound that you hear blast out over the microphone. What the hell's going on with Chuck schumer? Watch this. Cut 14.
Chuck Schumer
And we need a complete investigation. That's independent now. On Iran and the ndaa. When all the Trump administration.
Vince
I'm sorry,
Brenda Brown
what?
Vince
He. Now, you know, sometimes when something like this occurs, people will blame, like a microphone or something like the mic. Like, look, I'm touching the mic. Like I. Even if I touch the mic, I don't even. Like, I can't make a sound like that. But some people will blame. What was like just, oh, he brushed the mic or something. Nobody's touching the mic.
Chuck Schumer
When all the Trump administration on. In the ndaa. When he leans into administration on and the ndaa.
Vince
Are you seeing this?
Chuck Schumer
When all the Trump administration. Ron and the NDAA when all the Trump administration.
Vince
How old is Chuck Schumer? Hold up, hold up a second. Maybe this is just, maybe this is just one of those things where you get to a certain age, you just, you just let one rip and you don't even care where you are under what circumstances. Like he's not embarrassed by it at all. 75 years old. He was born on November 23rd in 1950. He's 75 years old. He's just blasting him out on the Senate floor now. I is this, wait a second, hold up. We've got, we've got deeper forensic evidence here. Apparently there's a thermal camera that allow us to take a look at this footage at that moment. Rumble.com Vince, if you'd like to see this forensic evidence, let's take a look here.
Chuck Schumer
A complete investigation that's independent now on Iran and the NDAA when all the Trump administration. Complete investigation that's independent now on Iran and the NDAA when all the Trump administration.
Vince
This technology is unbelievable. I can't even believe how good our tech is now. That's, that's incredible. I didn't know C SPAN had thermal cameras in there. Thank you to Politican for putting that together. That's really funny. That's super funny. I little, a little thermal cloud pops up behind him. That's amazing. That's totally amazing. Speaking of elderly. Unreal. Speaking of elderly Americans, did you guys see the story out of Florida of 76 year old Nancy Del Stritto? She's, she's down in Florida and the state of Florida just sent her a license plate and she didn't ask for a custom plate, but the plate that she received says squeeze ass. Yeah, I know that. Like what, Somebody sent an old lady a license plate that says Squeeze Ass. Watch the CBS News coverage of this old lady realizing what it says on the plate and then coming. And then by the end of it she decides that she might want to keep it because she might quote, I might like a few honks. She says, listen to this.
Nancy Del Stritto (continued)
Imagine you go to the DMV to renew your license plate and this is the plate you get.
Nancy Del Stritto
And I looked at it and I said, I don't think so.
Nancy Del Stritto (continued)
The plate reads SQZ A55. But it can have a different interpretation. If you look at it from afar, that can be considered inappropriate. This is what 76 year old Nancy Dello Streeto said about the plate when she received it.
Nancy Del Stritto
I don't think a woman that lives in a senior community that's going to be 77, 7 years old next month. We'll be driving around with what this plate has to say.
Nancy Del Stritto (continued)
She took a tally between her friends at her retirement home here in Florida and her family and so far the count is 16 to 1.
Nancy Del Stritto
To keep the current plate, that's good for 10 years.
Vince
Good, good.
Nancy Del Stritto (continued)
However, if she is unhappy with it, Broward county has said they will replace any plate themed offensive for free.
Nancy Del Stritto
I can handle it if I get a few honks here and there. Actually being over 70, I might like a few honks.
Vince
The license plate says squeeze ass and she says I can handle it if I get a few honks.
Nancy Del Stritto
I get a few honks here and there. Actually being over 70, I might like a few honks. I get a few honks here and there. Actually being over 70, I might like a few honks.
Vince
She might get a few honks. What a country. What a great country. I've got a great radio show coming up today, the big national radio show, the vinshow.com to get your local radio listings. You can watch it live. You can watch it live 1 to 3 Eastern time rumble.com Vince Then of course, you can watch Dan Bongino's fine program, 10am Eastern. Rumble.com Bongino and then the great Haley Carony as Noon Eastern on Rumble Rumble.com Haley. Haley with Two Wise. Why? Because she's great. As always. I hope you have a great American day. I'll be back with you with an epic Friday show tomorrow as we react to the president's big speech on election integrity. I hope you have a fantastic day. Thank you for being here with me. Honk, honk.
Episode 332: The Moment of Truth

Host: Vince Coglianese
Guests and Key Figures: Senator J.D. Vance, James O’Keefe, Nick Shirley, Todd Blanche, Caroline Levitt, Pete Hegseth, more.

Vance, and real-time reactions to congressional hearings, with Vince's characteristically sharp, sarcastic, and combative conservative tone throughout.
“We have the proudest and in some ways the oldest democracy anywhere in the world… And yet if you vote in California, you’re lucky if a month after the election day your vote has actually been counted.” (08:40)
“There are senators who are so attached to the idea that budget is 50, non-budget is 60 that they’re quite literally willing to prevent voter ID in America.” (11:40)
“One of the reasons why I’m such an immigration hawk is because it is really important not to flood the country with low wage immigrants… when you flood the country with low wage immigrants… you actually give workers more power when you have a more restricted immigration policy.” (15:10)
“You know what this reminds me of? This reminds me of going to the US Embassy in Port au Prince, Haiti. Like super security, crazy wealth and privilege and status on the inside and squalor and misery on the outside.” (22:04)
“That is a federal felony… It happened over and over and over again.” (26:43)
“A lot of foreign governments have infiltrated our Medicaid because it’s so simple and so easy to defraud.” (31:41)
Whitehouse: “How long do you intend to put up with that Cash Patel character?”
Blanche: “That’s an extraordinarily obnoxious question, Senator.” (41:18)
Kennedy: “Usually they appoint their qualified friends, don't they?” (43:45)
“Ensuring you have the right testosterone levels to operate at your absolute best.” (54:21)
“I can handle it if I get a few honks here and there. Actually being over 70, I might like a few honks.” (63:00–63:32)
