I just had the best time ever. Thank you very much. It was great to see all of you and hope we get to get do another thing like this coming up soon. I am supposed to go to Kansas City later in the year. When I have more details on that. I will share that as well. So maybe we could do a Kansas City meetup at some point. I want to get out to Chicago, too, for WLS out there. So we've got some, we've got some events coming going into the future. But thank you to all of you. Showed up in Alexandria, Virginia last night. It was so great to see you all. Thank you for that. And I was with, I was with a lot of great friends on stage. We did it, the four of us was myself, Larry o', Connor, Chris Plant, and Derek Hunter, all with wmal. And it was just a total blast. I love getting together with those guys. Very, very fun. Okay, let's see here. One of the things that we were talking about both on stage and in the green room was the fun news of the weekend that Louisiana Republicans just gave Bill Cassidy the heave ho. Yeah, Bill Cassidy just got thrown out on his butt from the United States Senate. The guy was trying to keep the job, but Republicans have decided, no, you don't get to keep that job. You can go. You can go now. Thank you very much. In fact, Bill Cassidy came in, and this is unheard of for an incumbent. He came in third. He came in third in the Republican primary this weekend. Louisiana, I don't know what you are, what you have in the water right now, but I have to thank Louisiana. Louisiana has been busting its tail for our country lately, haven't they? Louisiana v. Cala. Get rid of the racist districting in the United States and then redraw the maps to make them less racist. Thus Democrats lose power and then throwing Bill Cassidy out. I don't know what's going on in Louisiana, but I'm loving it. Thank you very much, guys. Here's Fox's report. Trump scores major Republican primary victory as Cassidy ousted in Louisiana. Yeah, it's true, they frame it around Donald Trump because President Trump, of course, made the endorsement here against Cassidy. But this is fundamentally, this is a win for all of us. Five and a half years ago says, what's this ad jumping in front of me? What the hell is this? Five and a half years ago, after he voted to convict President Trump in his impeachment trial, Republican Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana was sent packing by Republican voters as he ran for reelection. Trump backed Republican Julia Letlow and Louisiana Treasurer John Fleming topped Cassidy in Saturday's Republican primary. According to the Associated Press, with most results tabulated late in the evening, Letlow stood at 45% of the vote, Fleming at roughly 28%, and Cassidy at under 25%. Bill Cassidy, the incumbent Republican senator, couldn't crack a quarter of the vote in a Republican primary since no candidate cracked 50% of the vote. Let Lo and Fleming now move on to a runoff next month. And Cassidy becomes the first Republican senator to lose renomination since Dick Lugar of Indiana in 2012. Amazing. So Julia Letlow and John Fleming. Now Letlow is who President Trump has endorsed, but I think he's excited about both of these guys having run. They both easily defeated Bill Cassidy and they had to this runoff. And I expect Julia Letlow, based on the polling, will likely become the nominee and subsequently next Republican senator from the great state of Louisiana. But isn't this fun to see? I love, you know, we've talked at some lengths how there's a lot of Dan calls them doomers. There's a lot of people out there who got a black pill on the news. I love this. I love to see the fight that the American people are waging here and that we're winning all of these victories. We just had all this success throwing out the Indiana Republicans who sold us out, who refused to do even the simple thing of picking up two congressional seats from those Democrats who've been stealing over 40 seats all across our country. So what did we do? What did Republicans, conservatives do all across the country? In particular in Indiana, they said, you're fired. And they threw these guys out. They threw them out. Bill Cassidy just got fired. And that, to be clear, is a part of a trend line. There's a lot of these establishment figures that we've been getting rid of or are leaving right now from the United States Senate, which is good news for the rest of us. Just think about the last couple of years. You know, we've had people like Richard Burr and Mitt Romney leave the United States Senate. John, not Jonathan, excuse me, not yet. Thom Tillis. Thom Tillis is leaving angrily this year. He's done at the end of this year. Mitch McConnell, he's leaving because his mind already left, but he's subsequently leaving the United States Senate this year. There's a race to replace him going on right now in Kentucky. And now we got Bill Cassidy thrown out. And, and I just think this is victory after victory after victory, kind of, kind of doing a controlled burn of the Republican Party, the United States Senate and get people in there who are actually going to fight, fight, fight for our country. That needs to be the goal right now. And just think about Cassidy and who he's been. Cassidy back in 2023. He's been crapping on Trump for years. Look what he was saying in 23 when he was saying, you know what, that Donald Trump, he has no chance of ever becoming president again. Here he is. Watch.
C
Well, a couple of things. I don't think Trump can win a general election, but that's a nice way for him to dis people like Tim Scott, who's a pretty formidable candidate. You just have to take this as a competitor trying to diss others. On the other hand, during the last election cycle, we saw that in all the swing states, almost all, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Arizona, that Trump's the candidates for Senate that Trump endorsed, all lost. If you had taken the votes that went to other Republicans and put them together, those Republicans would have won. So I think the president's kind of high profile endorsement of those candidates and actually hurt those candidates, at least in the general election. So if past his prologue, that means President Trump is going to have a hard time in those swing states, which means that he cannot win a general election.
B
All right, Senator, he cannot win a general election. Thank you to Western Lensman for surfacing that clip. Isn't that a fun clip chat? How did President Trump do in the swing states in 2024? Does anybody know? Does anybody know how President Trump did in the swing states? Can I just get a quick fact check on that particular thing? Because Bill Cassidy, the clip I just played. He said that Donald Trump was not going to fare well in the swing states. How did he do? How did he do, Chad? That's right, Megachip. He won them all. He won all seven. He won every swing state. Bill Cassidy was wrong. And now Bill Cassidy is out of a job. Cassidy. In fact, in the closing hours of his race this weekend, Bill Cassidy went on the Fox News Channel and he was questioned by, and this is a great clip, Jason Schaffetz, former congressman. And Schaffetz just got in his face about how he voted as Cassidy did. He voted to convict Donald Trump in one of President Trump's impeachment trials. He voted to convict him. He said, yeah, no, the House is right to impeach him. I'm going to vote to convict. That was Cassidy, Republican Senator. These ludicrous impeachment operations by the left. Cassidy played along with it. So in the closing hours of the race, Jason Schaffetz asked him about it and, boy, did Cassidy not want to talk about it. Watch this.
D
You and I got to serve in the, in the Congress for a little while. But my question for you is still about Donald Trump. I mean, knowing what you know now about the farce that was put forward to the American people and the Congress, knowing what you know now, would you still vote to actually convict Donald Trump of, of the charges that he was.
B
Answer the question.
C
Reporters always love to ask that question. I'm a doctor. You give me all the information I can, I make a decision, I move on. I don't keep on going back, oh, what happened five years ago. I'm thinking about what's going to happen five years.
D
With all due respect.
C
Hang on, Jason, let me finish, let me finish.
D
You just touted everything you've done for the last five years. Why can't you answer that question? Did you or did you not know
C
Now, Jason, if I, I want you
D
to answer that question. Would you or would you not actually vote to convict, knowing what you know now? It's a simple question.
C
Yeah. Jason, you may go back and flagellate yourself over decisions in the past. I do not. I move on. By the way, what I'm talking about is not just the, is not just the present, it is the future. By the way, the future also includes that if somebody wants somebody working for the state of Louisiana for the future, not fixated on the past, then Polls close at 8 o' clock tonight. Get out there and vote. But by the way, I will continue to vote for the future of Louisiana, working well with President Trump and anyone else. I'm about the future.
B
Oh, it's so satisfying to watch that clip knowing that he lost, like, by huge numbers in Louisiana right after that happened. Good for Jason Chaffis, man, for cornering him and being like, hey, just answer the question. Would you do this again? And I love how Cassidy is like, I'm a doctor and, you know, I just have to make the best decision I can, then I don't have any regrets. But what if you amputate the guy's arm and then you figure out later you're like, oh, you should have never done that. There was no malady that required you amputating his freaking arm. You don't have any regrets about that? So crazy. It's so crazy. Get the hell out. By the way, this whole thing, like, we don't look backwards. I only look forward. Well, that's another reason to get rid of you. Because the rest of us are looking at the past and thinking to ourselves, how can we prevent these atrocities from happening again? Namely things like rigging our elections. How can we stop that from happening? And what we need are fighters in the United States Senate who are actually going to do something like, say, pass the Save America act to prevent our elections from being rigged. Because right now, power for Democrats in America is defined by the unearned power that they have grabbed, they have seized through rigging. So, yeah, you damn well better be looking at the past because the past is an indicator of how Democrats plan on wielding their power again going into the future, obviously. So good. Goodbye. Goodbye. Get the hell out. And I think that, you know, anybody who saw that exchange with Jason Schaffetz saw right through Bill Cassidy's lame attempts to survive that interview. Good for Schaffet this weekend. Now, after he lost, after he got less than a quarter of the vote as an incumbent Republican senator in the primary, Cassidy gave his concession speech. And when he gave his concession speech, rather than support the president and his agenda, he gave. He made whiny, veiled shots at the President in a very passive aggressive way. Take a look at this. Cut three. Watch.
C
I've been able to participate in democracy. And when. And when you participate in democracy, sometimes it doesn't turn out the way you want it to. But you don't pout, you don't whine, you don't claim the election was stolen. You don't find a reason why. You don't manufacture some excuse. You thank the voters for the privilege of representing the state or the country for as long as you've had that privilege and that's what I'm doing right now.
B
He thinks that there's no problem with our elections. Bill Cassidy, he's taking shots at Trump and he's like, I don't. I would. I can't believe that that guy questioned the 2020 election. I can't believe it. So the answer to Jason Chaffetz, his question actually is, yes, I would do that all over again. I would vote to convict Donald Trump again. I detest that man and I detest the voters who sent in there. That's his answer. Good riddance to Bill freaking Cassidy, the guy who uses his concession speech to attack the President of the United States. What a selfish pile of garbage. It's good. Thank you, Louisiana Republicans. Thank you. Now, the Rhinos in Congress are really nervous by what they just saw. They're getting worked up over the fact that we are firing people like Bill Cassidy. And this includes a Congressman from Pennsylvania by the name of Brian Fitzpatrick. He was on CBS's Sunday show this weekend, Face the Nation with the hostess Margaret Brennan. And Margaret asked him, what's the lesson here? That Bill Cassidy was just thrown out in Louisiana? Listen to Brian Fitzpatrick's answer. And to summarize what you're about to hear, it's basically, well, the answer to this is we should allow Democrats to vote in Republican primaries. I'm sorry, what? This is a real Republican Congressman from Pennsylvania. Watch.
E
We just saw what happened overnight down in Louisiana where Senator Bill Cassidy lost in this three way primary. The President himself, the leader of your party, who wanted this redistricting, has also been directly involved in some of these primary races, picking candidates. He came out hard against Cassidy. He's also now focusing in on Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky, who has taken votes in opposition to the President, including for the release of the Epstein files. I mean, is the message here for Republicans that if you dissent from the President, he's going to take you down?
F
Well, it's one of the many reasons, Margaret, why we need to open primaries up in all 50 states. Another cause that Tom and I are behind. Over half the states in this country have closed primaries, meaning that if you're a registered independent, you are excluded from voting and 50% of elections. And let's just put this in a context. You could be a 98 year old World War II veteran who stormed the beaches of Normandy, saved civilization, who registers independent in the land of independence which we're celebrating 250 years of. And in half of the states of this country, including unfortunately, our home state, Here in Pennsylvania, if you register independent, you're told you're not welcome to vote in half of elections. That is insane. And not only is it an injustice, Margaret, it has a terrible corrosive effect on the floor of the House. Tom and I see it all the time. We call it the vote no hope, yes crowd. They go to the House floor wanting to support a policy, knowing that policy is the right thing to do, but because they live in a closed primary state, and 18% of Americans. 18% of Americans vote in primaries. They're going to the House floor thinking about 18% of their electorate instead of 100% of their electorate. So closed primaries coupled with gerrymandering, your previous question. Are really, really hurting our country. They're causing gridlock on the House floor.
B
This is idiocy. This is complete idiocy. Actually, the thing that's hurting our country is a lack of election integrity. The thing that's hurting our country is rigged congressional districts. The thing that's hurting our country is allowing illegal aliens to pour in by the millions, giving Democrats unearned congressional seats, that those are the things that are hurting our country. And the things that are hurting our country include weak rhinos like Brian Fitzpatrick, who sits there and says, you know, the real answer to this is to allow Democrats to vote in Republican Primari, what the hell's wrong with you? How is that your assessment of all of this? Talk about a guy who has contempt for his voters. Like, I don't really like these Republicans. They're kind of annoying. Boy, I wish independents and Democrats could vote in a primary. The point of a primary, of a closed primary, it should be any primary, is that it's a party choosing the person who, within their own party, who's going to represent them. By design. It's a party process. That's why you have primaries. The primary phase is so that Republican voters can choose the Republican nominee. That person advances to the general election. Should a consideration be the general election electability of that person? Sure, if voters want to factor that into the math. But right now, policy priorities predominate among Republican voters because we are so sick of what has happened to our country. So, of course, there's all sorts of really important litmus tests that Republican primary voters have when it comes to their candidates. Like, are you going to secure my borders? Are you going to get men out of women's sports? Are you going to improve the economy? Are you going to stimulate American energy? Are you going to save election integrity in the United States if you're not Going to do those things. I'm not considering you. Why would we let independents and Democrats interfere in that operation? That's, that's a great way to screw up elections. And for his claim is like, well, what about the 98 year old World War II veteran? That guy can vote in the general election. If he's not affiliated with a party and he's in a closed primary state, which is, by the way, the way a primary should be conducted, then he can vote in the general election. He's not being deprived of his voting franchise. He made a choice not to participate in the primary level and that's his freedom that he fought for. Insanity, I guess a Republican congressman saying Democrats should vote in the elections. I know he said independents. What he means when he says open primary. Anybody can vote and meddle in the election. That's insane. That's insane. And that way only lies more. Beautiful.
C
I voted to convict President Trump because he is.
B
Oh my God. Beautiful.
C
I voted to convict President Trump because he is.
B
What am I even watching? It's so funny. I love that Bill Cassidy getting hit in the head with a golf ball. I love it. I love it so much. Thank you very much, Josh. I appreciate it. We just got another one. I love this. This developed on Friday and I was like, I got to save this because you and I have to talk about it Monday morning. And I'm glad we can do this. Ladies and gentlemen, Steve Cohen is getting fired. Isn't that great? Steve Cohen, Tennessee Democrat, is officially hanging it up after decades in the United States House of Representatives. What just happened is Tennessee Republicans came in and they removed his rigged district. It's done so. And the reason for that is because it was a racially segregated district that Democrats drew particularly in order to get Democrat power. Well, without a rigged district, Steve Cohen doesn't have a job. The people of Tennessee have never thought to themselves, you know, that Steve Cohen is really delivering for me. He's really improved my community in my country. Steve Cohen's been wonderful. No, because if he had that case to make, he'd still be running in the redrawn maps. But he's not. On Friday, without a rigged district, Steve Cohen announces that he is officially retiring from Congress. And I want you to enjoy this. Here is Steve Cohen looking all mopey that we just took his rig district away. Watch.
G
This is by far the most difficult moment I've had as an elected official. I signed a paper that was sent to Nashville for noon Central time is the deadline stating that a request not to be on the ballot, which otherwise if I didn't make the statement, they would keep me on the ballot. In the 9th district, if you have a congressional delegation that has nine members and they're all Republican and they all bend in need of Donald Trump, which they've done on this redistricting. This is for Donald Trump to get one more vote, he thinks, to stop him from being impeached. I feel bad for my constituents because a lot of them come up to me regularly and say, please, we're for you and don't quit. Don't quit. I've had people tell me recently as today, African American and Caucasian, don't quit. And I don't want to quit.
B
I'm not a quitter.
G
But these districts were drawn to beat me. They were drawn to defeat me.
B
I love it. He's quitting. He's like, they tell me, don't quit. And I just ignore them, just like I always ignore the voters because I've never once really had to work for a vote. It's always been a rigged operation that's given me this seat. And they say, don't quit. Well, then why didn't you quit? Why didn't you run? Why didn't you make your case? I'm better. I should be elected in the new district. The best part of this story is the racializing that the Democrats have done. It looks like that a black Republican woman is going to replace him in the newly drawn 9th district in Tennessee. Isn't that fun? It is very fun. But Steve Cohen, the chicken man, is heading out the door. The KFC guy, he's gone. He's gone. Which is what? Wonderful news. This is why it's like Indiana Republicans, man. You had an opportunity to do this, and I want to see more Republicans duplicate this. We were talking on Friday with a great former representative from South Carolina talking about this. Adam Morgan was talking to us. And they're doing this right now. They've got a special session going on to redraw the maps. But. But in many cases, these Republicans needed to be dragged kicking and screaming to do this. Guys, buck up a little bit because look what just happened. You got rid of an awful congressman like Steve Cohen. It's wonderful news. Let's keep duplicating that. It's great for the country. Get rid of the rigged seats, and I guarantee you this country is going to improve dramatically. Steve Cohen is proof of this. I can't love it more. Super funny. It's super funny. And let me just. Yeah, there he is, the chicken man, eating his kfc. What a goober. Good riddance, dude. Let me once again just remind you of how valuable election integrity is. This is why we're going crazy on Jonathan and why we want the Save America act so badly. If you get rid of these ludicrous people like the chicken man and all these other morons who take this power and then use it to whip their weak and vicious minded base into a frenzy. If you get rid of all those people because you get rid of election rigging, do you realize how meaningfully our country improves just in terms of like the quality of the voter and the fact that there's not a bunch of people being led to believe that assassinating the President of the United States is a legitimate way to, to address a political grievance, that the temperature immediately goes down. If you get rid of the rigged system, if you establish election integrity, we bring the temperature down dramatically. Because then people who want to acquire power in our system can only get it if they appeal to voters on a fundamental level, if they actually like, address their concerns. But if the system is rigged, if you don't derive power from actual votes, instead you're just stealing power. That's how everything becomes so chaotic. That's how you can have like 40% of the country thinking that President Trump faked his own assassination attempts. That's how you have half of 40% of Democrats. Excuse me, that's how you end up with half of Democrats thinking that it's legitimate to assassinate the President of the United States. That's crazy. We need election integrity to address this immediately. Immediately. And if you won't give it to us immediately, we'll fire you and we will find people who will. Which is which is underway right now. I'm very encouraged by this. I love this. All right, I've got more coming up for you, specifically on the Save America Act. I've got an update for you from the President of the United States himself. We will get to that. A lot more to discuss coming up on this edition. Events want to thank the great sponsors who make it all possible. Gold Belly guys, I don't know if. Producer Jim Verde is keeping our meeting minutes as usual on this one. Here's the President of the United States. He just posted again at Truth Social. I knew as soon as he got into that airplane, by the way, from Beijing, once he got his Internet access back, he's on Truth Social. I was like, get ready, everybody. Here come the truths. There's a lot of them this weekend. Here's the President. He said the Save America act must be passed now. Use the housing and FISA bills to get it done. Maryland just had 500,000 fake mail in ballots revealed. We cannot, as a country put up with this any longer. Voter ID and proof of citizenship must be approved now. Crooked mail in voting must be stopped. Put it all in the housing and FISA bills. Make America great again. President Donald J. Trump. Now, I'm going to go ahead and venture a guess here. It's an educated guess that posts like this drive Mike Johnson and John Thune crazy. John Thune in particular. They drive crazy because if it was up to John Thune, President Trump would stop talking about the Save America Act. John Thune wants all of this to quietly go away. Because so long as the President is talking about this, and most importantly, so long as we continue to talk about this and call the United States Senate it, then John Thune has to figure out ways to navigate away from us. He has to keep walking on eggshells, keep giving us head pats, keep trying to placate us and give us explanations for why he hasn't produced this thing. He doesn't want to do that anymore. He wants to move on to a million other things that are not election integrity. And we don't want him to stray away. We want him focused on this. President Trump wants him focused on this. God bless the President for staying on this. And so his point is like, hey, work this into another bill. Put it in the housing bill, put it in the FISA bill. Thank God he's saying that. Thank God. You know, I had Reagan Reese ask President Trump about this recently. Would you, Mr. President, would you want to include Save America with the FISA reauthorization as Anna Paulina Luna has been suggesting? And the President said, yeah, I would like that. I would like that. And again, when he answered Reagan's question, when he answered our question, it just kind of seemed like it was an idea that he was vaguely interested in. That sounds kind of good, but here he is now straight up declaring it on Truth Social, that, yes, let's do that. Will Congress follow suit? I think they should, given that we keep firing all of their friends who fail to serve us. Well, I think they should. They. That would. They would. They'd be well advised to follow this advice. Let's see if they do. Let's also see if the President takes this to the next level. At any point, you know, does President Trump really go after John Thune by name? Does that happen? Good, good. There we go. Only American citizens should vote in American elections. Totally right. Totally right. It's not. It's the law. Why don't we just uphold the law? Why don't we, why don't we verify that people are American citizens when they vote? So glad the President stayed on that. Speaking of the left's election rigging operations, of course, one of the great things, and I was thanking the Virginians last night in Alexandria that I saw one of the great things that's happened this year is that we stopped the Democrats from rigging the Virginia congressional elections. They tried to steal four congressional seats this year, and they failed. And on Friday, here's the great news. On Friday, the United States Supreme Court laughed them out of the court. The homicidal maniac known as Jay Jones, the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Democrat, he had filed an appeal to the United States Supreme Court, saying, please let us rig the congressional districts. Please let us do it. And the court said, yeah, no. And in a, in a terse statement refused to hear. This case. It's not our business is basically the answer from the United States Supreme Court. This was handled by the state Supreme Court. It's a state issue. And that state issue is that the Democrats violated the Constitution. So they have gotten absolutely shut out. Which is, which is great. But something I told you about that was happening in the midst of the referendum that we finally got an unfortunate update on is that Abigail Spanberger is the governor of Virginia. And during, before the referendum, before the election rigging operation took place, the Democrat led legislature sent her a what they call an assault weapons ban, a gun bill designed to rob Virginians of their second amendment rights. She refused to sign the legislation until after the referendum was over. And the reason she did that, of course, is because she didn't want to further energize Virginians to show up to the polls to stop the election rigging. That's why she did that. She waited until after the referendum was over, but in the past week she just signed this thing into law and it is Virginia. It's a dumpster fire. It's bad news for Virginians, for the second Amendment, for gun rights. Just a quick summary here. This comes to us from WSLS in Virginia. Virginia's new gun laws ban the future sale of semi automatic, semi automatic firearms. Beginning July 1, dividing gun owners and supporters. Beginning July 1, Virginia will prohibit the future sale, manufacture and transfer of certain semi automatic firearms and magazines capable of holding more than 15 rounds. Fifteen rounds, that's all you get. The hell is wrong with these people? Is that so? Are the state police who protect Abigail Spanberger gonna be limited to 15 rounds? Is that how it works? Or do they get to have a 30 round magazine? What can you be. Can you tell me why you have better protection than I do? Why you get to have better protection than the citizenry that you're supposed to work for? How? Where in the second Amendment does it say that gun rights can be infringed? In fact, the Virginia Declaration of Rights is, is more clear than almost than even the second amendment about the value of gun rights. So this is unconstitutional based on both the U.S. constitution and even more so the Virginia Constitution. And it should be absolutely defeated. They say it's aimed at reducing access to weapons commonly used in mass shootings. What? First of all, the weapons that are commonly used in mass shootings are handguns. They're gangsters with handguns. It's not AR15s, you psychos. The measure allows current owners to keep firearms they legally possess. Oh, thanks. Yeah, for now. This is always the same way. It is. Everything's a slippery slope with these people. They want mandatory confiscation. They want an Australian style gun buyback. Mandatory gun buyback, which is confiscation of weapons. In some cases, these weapons may also be transferred to immediate family members. Supporters, including state lawmakers who back the legislation, say the goal is to gradually reduce the number of high capacity firearms in circulation. Ladies and gentlemen, this is only going to make Virginians less safe. The only people who are going to ignore these laws are law breakers. They're the ones who will be carrying the 30 round magazine. Meanwhile, you're going to be switching your 15 round magazine in order to fight back. That's insane. That's totally insane. And, and this needs to be defeated. Now the good news is that there are lawsuits already filed. The NRA and other gun rights groups have already filed lawsuits and in state and federal court basically challenging it, both on state constitutional and federal constitutional grounds, which is wonderful. But the restrictions here are crazy. The Sportsman's alliance just gave us a summary of all of the things here. It creates a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to import, sell, manufacture, purchase or transfer semiautomatic firearms. Classified as a quote, assault firearm. That doesn't even mean anything. Every firearm can be used in a assault firearm. A pencil can be used in an assault pencil if you stab somebody with it. The legislation employs a feature based definition to classify assault firearms. Prohibited items include semiautomatic rifles, center fire rifles with detachable magazines, and specific features such as folding and collapsible stocks, pistol grips or threaded barrels. So basically anything that makes a rifle useful or more accurate is being removed. Pistols, semi automatic center fire pistols with fixed magazines holding over 15 rounds, or those with detachable magazines and similar band features, shotguns, semi automatic shotguns with folding stocks or capacities exceeding seven rounds. Screw you people. Just screw you. They're disarming Virginians. Virginia, a historic state, which by the way, historically has been much better on gun rights than many of its many of the surrounding states. Certainly in the D.C. area, if you had a choice, as we did when we first moved to the D.C. area, between Maryland, D.C. virginia, you go to Virginia. Virginia had a better tax situation and it was respectful of second amendment rights. And now Democrats are destroying all of that. Everywhere they touch, everywhere they get power, they destroy all of it. These, these lawsuits have to prevail. We have to defeat these people in court. So in a way, if there's a silver lining here, part of me is a little bit grateful for the opportunity to absolutely dunk on these monsters in court. If we can establish clear second amendment precedent in the United States Supreme Court that this is totally out of bounds. This could end up being a very good thing in the long run. So maybe this blows up in their face, but in the meantime, a gross violation of rights. This all goes into Place on July 1st. If you're in Virginia, buy it while you can. Buy it while you can, because the restrictions show up. They say you can legally possess all of this if you buy it prior to July 1st. So get busy. The gun shops, the poor gun shops, by the way, they're gonna, they're gonna really suffer because of this. And if the gun shops have to close down because they can't sell anything, that is. Isn't that just another way to attack Second Amendment rights? It sure is. It sure is. Virginia's doing that. Abigail Spanberger, she was supposed to be moderate. And that jackass held onto that bill and waited for that referendum to be over. And then once she was like, well, we successfully tried to rig the elections, let me move on to banning the Second Amendment. It's just awful. So that's the update on that. All right, let's move to some other. Some other craziness in the world. Actually, here's a fun story for you. This is a really, really fun story, but the media has basically ignored this until President Trump put a focus on it. This weekend, President Trump posted the Truth Social about something called RCP 8.5. RCP 8.5. And here's what it's about. It's about the climate. It's about climate change. The United nations, for years, through something called the ipcc, the intergovernment inter. Governor, excuse me, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change had a projection that they referred to as RCP 8.5. And basically it was the doomsday scenario that because of climate change, the whole planet was going to be completely destroyed basically by 2100. This is like kind of the thing that AOC has been pushing for years. People like Greta Thunberg have been pushing this garbage for a very long time. Al Gore, that the whole planet is going to be destroyed unless you give the forces of evil a lot more power over your lives and the United States. That would be Democrats. If you give Democrats a lot more power, if you surrender all of your money and your energy and your ability to travel any great distance, if you surrender all of that, if you give up your single family home, if you live in a high density building, if you rely only on government transportation, if you do all of those things, if you put up, if you get rid of the power plants in your community, if you put up windmills you do all those things, you enrich all their left wing crony friends. You do all those things, then you can save the planet. But until then, everything's going to be destroyed. Well, here's what happened in the past few weeks, with little fanfare, the United nations abandoned its doomsday scenario. They abandoned it. They said the data demonstrate that this is not going to come true, that all of the fear mongering on this issue is not going to come to pass at all. It's been a lie. And so this weekend, President Trump celebrated this, and rightfully so. And it's funny because there's been not a tremendous amount of coverage about this, but President Trump suddenly has taken something that the left has been very quiet about and he's put it on full blast. Here's President Trump. Here's the headline from the New York Post. Climate Group Reverses Course on Doomsday Predictions and Trump takes Victory Lap. Wrong, wrong, Wrong. President Trump took a victory lap late Saturday after a prominent international climate change panel backed off of using some of the most aggressive doomsday estimates. After determining that they're not the most plausible outcomes, the UN backed IPCC had quietly adjusted its modeling framework of 4 to 5 degrees Celsius warming by 2100 last month. That framework had underpinned a myriad of other analyses predicting terrifying consequences for greenhouse gas emissions. Here's the President's post on Truth Social media. Take a look at this. Good riddance. After 15 years of Democrats, he's going with Democrats promising that climate change is going to destroy the planet. The United nations top climate committee just admitted that its own projections, RCP 8.5 were wrong, wrong, wrong. For far too long, climate activism has been used by Democrats to scare Americans, push horrible energy policies and fund billions into their bogus research programs. Unlike the Democrats who use climate alarmism nonsense to push their green new scam, my administration will always be based on truth, science and fact. President Donald J. Trump. Now, the funny thing is, one of the many funny things about this is that the forces of evil that were pushing this in the first place, they're now claiming that the reason the UN is backed off of RCP 8.5, the doomsday scenario, is because the green energy movement has been so successful. I love this. Heads I win, tails you lose. It's always the same thing. They're now claiming that they were such an immense success that they thwarted disaster. So we just need to continue to give them more power so that we can thwart these doomsday scenarios. Now, if you Pay any attention to this, to this story. You know that the real answer to why we've seen a dramatic decrease in carbon emissions, again, even the idea that you would refer to carbon dioxide as a pollutant when is literally what you breathe out and what trees benefit from, the whole thing is so stupid. But insofar as you talk about carbon emissions, you know why carbon emissions are down. You know why? Chat. Why are carbon emissions down? Why did carbon emissions fall every year of President Trump's first term in office? Was it because President Trump was putting windmills up everywhere? Was it because solar panels exploded all over the place? Is that why? Is it because everybody jumped into electric vehicles? Why did carbon emissions go down every single year in President Trump's first administration? Hmm? Hmm? What was it? No, it wasn't that. Cows stopped farting. That's a good guess. Megachip. Hmm. Natural gas Cam's got it. Fracking. Fracking. We had an absolute revolution in natural gas technology. The fracking revolution has changed everything. Everything. It was fracking. Fracking is amazing. It changed everything. And so what we ended up with is fewer carbon emissions and a lot more abundant American energy. And so, you know, we didn't have to sign on any stupid like, you know, Green New Deal or stupid International alliance. President Trump has been ripping up those international agreements that, by the way, only hamstrung the United States. And everybody else gets away with murder. No, we just revolutionized the way we draw energy. That's it. It's as simple as that. Isn't that wonderful? And so this whole thing has been crazy. But the left has been scaremongering about this for years. For years. And again, it was all designed to give them power. Remember Greta Thunberg going to the United Nations? Now, it was 2019, just before COVID We were served up with this goofball. Cut six. Watch.
I
It's all wrong. I shouldn't be up here. I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean. Yet you all come to us young people for hope. How dare you. You have stolen my dreams and my childhood with your empty words. Yet I'm one of the lucky ones. People are suffering. People are dying. Entire ecosystems are collapsing. We are in the beginning of a mass extinction. And all you can do talk about is money and fairy tales of eternal economic growth.
B
I love and I love. Remember how the left held her up as like this child oracle. Yes. Tell us how to live our lives. 16 year old little brat. And that was Greta Thunberg. And then of course, we were served this great moment at the same event. Remember when Donald Trump, President Trump walks past her and there's Greta Thunberg in the background looking all grumpy that President Trump is there and he doesn't pay her any attention at all. Watch this. Thank you very much. She's so grumpy. How could you be that grumpy? She's 16 years old. She's got her whole life ahead of her. She got to see the president of the United States. It was so good. Yes. That's for real. You don't remember Rock Justice? That's this for real. Yes, that was real. Oh, my gosh. That was so fun. That was so fun.
F
Yeah.
B
What a world. By the next year, to be clear, the left, you know, their doomsday predictions once again hadn't come true, so they had to back off of their ludicrous. Another one of their ludicrous claims. Remember Glacier national park started replacing signs that predicted that the glaciers would be gone by 2020. They waited until 2020 to do it. The signs at Glacier national park at the time. This is CNN warning that its signature glaciers would be gone by 2020 are being changed. The signs in the Montana park were added more than a decade ago to reflect climate change forecasts at the time by the US Geological Survey. In 2017, the park was told by the agency that the complete melting off of the glaciers was now no longer expected to take place due to changes in the forecast model. But tight, tight maintenance budgets made it impossible for the park to immediately change the signs. So they just kept lying to the, to the visitors. All these glaciers are going to melt. And then by 2020, they had to remove the signs that said all of the glaciers are melting. They're not melting.
I
How dare you.
B
How dare you. How dare you tell the truth. We've record polar bear populations. They just tell a lot of lies. They, they lie. The left loves to lie. All right, let me, let me finish. Today on an amazing development over the weekend, I, I have to tell you, my spidey senses are tingling about what comes next in the James Comey John Brennan grand conspiracy case is Battle Kitty. In our chat today, Battle Kitty's always asking about the, the grand conspiracy case. Any updates on that? Yeah, here's an update on it. James Comey is freaking out that that case is about to result in real indictments. And the reason I can tell is because he's spending all of his time on national television trying to work the American public. James Comey. I haven't seen him on TV this much since his book came out, his ridiculous book. The guy's all over the television all the time. And here he is this weekend saying on national television that he has deep staters still inside of the FBI. Now this is a message he's been spreading on TV over the past few days. I don't know if he's, if this is supposed to be a threat or if he's trying to activate his, his troops by virtue of the media, but watch this. Here's James Comey telling the deep staters, hang on. If you can hang on for two and a half more years, we can retake all this power. Watch Comey this weekend.
J
Not looked at from the top level, the people running it. If you're bragging about forcing out career prosecutors and agents because the president doesn't like a lawful investigation they conducted, something is seriously broken at the top. But I have great confidence in the people down below who are just trying to hang on. And I'm urging them, hang on two and a half years and then we can rebuild these institutions. But we need good people in those roles. America does rebuild.
B
Do you hear the way he uses language in such an Orwellian way? So what's happening is Cash Patel right now is getting rid of all of the tyrannical and out of control people that have been inside of that agency. Again, I've talked about this with you many times. Cash was the inheritor of an agency with so little trust from the American people because that agency has abused its power on a routine bas. It's been tyrannical, it's been attacking the political opponents of the left. They're getting rid of that garbage. They're purging that garbage. And this is a source of great frustration to the left. The deep state is being found and smoked out. James Comey is saying for whatever deep staters who are still there, hang on, reinforcements are coming. We're gonna quote rebuild. What he means by rebuild is not build an agency that has integrity, is not build an agency that has, that is dedicated on taking out criminals. In fact, the FBI right now is taking down child predators at unbelievable levels. They're going after child predators in these vicious networks is on the 764 network. Hundreds of child predators are being tracked down as we speak. They're busting. They've brought the crime rate down, the murder rate down to the lowest levels in recorded history. They dropped the fentanyl importation by over half. They helped deport all sorts of illegal aliens from the country. Cash has reoriented the FBI around criminal justice and actually holding criminals accountable to include people like James Comey, who's now been served up multiple indictments for his own behavior. And so Comey, an active criminal defendant, is going on national television as he has in the past week, and bragging about how he's had ongoing conversations with members of the FBI. One, he's still so you hear that you have active FBI agents, allegedly. Unless Comey's lying, he could be talking to, giving aid and comfort to an active criminal defendant, somebody who's being thoroughly investigated right now by the FBI. Yeah, that is total conflict of interest. And then, and then for him to go on television and say, yeah, don't you worry, Deep state, stay in the fight, because in the end, we're going to win. We better stop them. We better stop them. And we, and we got to get this grand conspiracy case underway. What's the latest on that? Well, I'm glad you asked because I've been asking the same question. The attorney general of the United States, Todd Blanche, was just on Fox this weekend with Maria Bartiromo, and she is, well, she's tenacious and she stayed on this issue particularly and asked Todd Blanche a couple times about the grand conspiracy case. Let me start with this clip. Here's Todd Blanche saying that we are investigating the Russia hoax aggressively right now. This Justice Department is very aggressively on this case. Watch cut nine.
H
The whole Russia hoax, there was absolutely nothing to it. And so the question that the American people have to ask is, well, then why did they do it? Why did Comey say what he said? Why did the outgoing Obama administration do what they did? And that's what we're studying right now because it did great damage to this country. It did great damage to President Trump's first term. And we want to understand why that happened, why there continued to be an effort by, by operatives in the government to go after President Trump while he was in office, then of course, over the past several years as well.
B
Okay, so that's not a small statement. That's not random analysis from the outside. That's the attorney general of the United States saying we are very aggressively investigating the Russia hoax as we speak. But then of course, you know, what, what you might be asking and what you heard Maria asked this weekend, she's like, okay, that's fine. But when are we going to see action on it? When's it coming? Because we've, we've been talking about this for years that we've got all these problems. When do we see action? Take A look at this exchange cut down.
H
We're finding out some incredibly troubling things and at some point, at the right time, that will be made public and the American people will see exactly what happened to this administration and President Trump over the past decade.
B
Well, I mean, the country was ripped apart. We all know that it has. Half of the country said he colluded with Russia. The other half said, no, it didn't. I mean, it ripped the country apart. But you say when the time is right. When is the time right? When should we expect these, these charges of conspiracy?
H
Well, I mean, look, as has been publicly reported, the Southern District of Florida has an open criminal investigation that involves hundreds of subpoenas, it involves hundreds of witnesses. And so as far as timing and when we can expect it, we are working hard and we are working efficiently, but we are going to do it right. We are not going to rush something, rush something that, that shouldn't, that isn't ready. We're not going to reach a conclusion before our investigation is over. But I assure you, and I assure the American people that we are completely focused on it.
B
They're on it. Southern District of Florida. I mean, we've got it confirmed six ways from Sunday. It's there. They're doing it. They're doing the grand conspiracy case. And if you're gonna do it right, nail it. Just absolutely nail it. Like give us time to do it right. Okay, We've given you a lot of time. Please nail it. We beg of you. All right. I got a lot more coming up today. We'll do it today on the Vince Show. We got the big national radio show today, the VIN Show.com for your local radio listings.
