Yeah, we've got, we've got some great stuff going on. Let's see here. I've got the, the, the left is collapsing in upon itself, you know, as these primaries are underway to figure out who's going to run for various states in the Congress. All these people are attacking each other in the most aggressive possible ways and I love it. I've got some great video footage coming up for you of that. But before we get there Though I want to talk about this real, this really big problem, which is that the left's assassination culture continues. And we had yet another terror attack on ICE agents yesterday. This time it was a federal building. 26 Federal Plaza, New York City, Monday morning. This is first thing Monday morning as the workday is beginning. A fellow called Andrew Arabaca, according to law enforcement officials, shows up outside of this federal building with what they say is a bunch of anti ICE stuff on him. So it's really clear right away that he hates ICE and that he's here to conduct an attack on the building. And you can see in the video footage that was captured by some a nearby onlooker, the guy dumps a ton of gasoline on the ground, lights it on fire. She is stunned by what she's witnessing. Look at this.
B
Oh my God.
A
His fire goes up. Authorities get a hold of this jackass, they take him into custody.
B
Get away.
A
There are two injuries including of one federal law enforcement official. They're treated for those injuries yesterday. But this guy taken into custody as yet another ICE attack plays out. It's not the only ICE attack we've seen. We've seen a lot of these. We've seen people try and use their vehicles to strike ICE agents. We've seen them physically assaulting ICE agents and obstructing them from their jobs in the streets, these left wing rioters. We've also seen terror attacks on facilities in Texas. Remember the guy who took up a position, a sniper position and started firing into the side of a vehicle looking to kill ICE agents, instead killing illegal aliens in the process. An awful end for human beings as that terrorist took up arms and started attacking. This just keeps on happening. And why does it keep happening? Well, you know the answer. People like Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer and all these other Democrats who do know better but refuse to tap in any sense of decency or morals. They keep calling ICE agents Nazis. They call them brown shirts. They say that they're evil, that they're morally depraved, that they're doing something awful, when of course they're doing something wonderful. They're restoring law and order in the United States of America. Chat as far as I'm concerned, we support law enforcement on this show. Law enforcement is what you need to hold the society together. Gotta place people under arrest who break our laws. You have to hold them accountable. If you invade our country, you need to be deported from it. Those are our laws. They're there for a reason and we should be supporting the men and women of ice. Now, that is not the posture the left has taken. They want to abolish ice. They want to destroy it. In fact, remember last year we had a big old government shutdown that blocked off funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Border Patrol. Why did they do that? Because they don't want either of those systems to function. They want our borders to be wide open and they want illegals to stay. Because, candidly, Democrats derive political power from illegals being present in the country. And that's for a variety of reasons. One of them is they just use the human bodies for electoral strength. The more illegal immigrants that are in the country and the more we're unable to filter out who's illegal and who's an American citizen, then the more congressional seats Democrats get. That's just been their habit, their custom. They'll import people by the millions. They'll use American taxpayer dollars to drop them into blue states and as a result, get a bunch of unearned congressional seats. That's true. It also follows that they get unearned Electoral College votes for the same rationale, by the same logic, which is crazy, but that is the way that they're getting power. We know this. This is not. This is not some conspiracy theory. This is well established. In fact, in the 2020 census, blue states, Democrat states, were invariably given way too many seats for their population, and Republican states were given too few seats for their populations. And that's without even sorting out the difference between illegal aliens and American citizens. In fact, President Trump has now tried over and over and over again to get a citizenship question into the United States Census in order to establish how many citizens are living in. In a given household in the United States as we conduct that census every decade. It's the most fundamental question who is a citizen of the United States? And we should be asking it. And if you're not a citizen, you're either here legally or illegally. And if you're here illegally, it's time to go. It's time to go, and we need to get you out of here. No more unearned political power for Democrats with that broken, corrupt, rigged system that is rigging elections. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are importing people in order to give yourself political strength and you're doing it illegally, that is an election rigging operation as plain as day. It's not a conspiracy theory. It's reality. It is an actual conspiracy, and it's playing out before us. How else do Democrats derive power from illegal aliens? Well, another way, of course, Is the more chaos that they introduce to the country, the more they can use that as a predicate to say the government needs more power over your life. The more violence that exists, the more that people are drawing off of the taxpayer benefits, the more that people don't even know or trust their own neighbor. They can't speak the same language. The more chaos that's introduced into your country, the better it is for big government tyrants. So they love the chaos because it serves again as a tremendous predicate for them to say, just give us more power and we'll make your life peaceful. Well, they made your life chaotic in the first place, and I guarantee you they're not going to improve it by you handing over more of your money and power to them. It's not going to happen. In fact, the lessons from the last century, the lessons from all of human history, are that that way lies chaos, death and destruction don't go that direction. This is why we need to secure our borders. This is why we need law enforcement now. Now. And then, of course, the other piece of this is economic. You know, all these Democrats, the reason why they like illegal aliens pouring into the country by the millions, is they're also scratching the backs of their big donors. Donors who rely on exploiting cheap surf labor in order to work on their assembly lines or work in their fields. Rather than pay American citizens to do these jobs at prevailing wages, you've got these guys underbidding American workers, making these jobs completely unappealing to the average American worker and locking in illegal aliens at bottom of the barrel wages that shouldn't be paid in the United States at all. And it is, it is designed to both exploit that labor and the effect of it and obviously generate a profit. But the effect of it is to screw over American workers. Everything about this is a crappy system. And this is what the left supports. This is what Bernie Sanders and all these other idiots support. You can't have it. So just in terms of exploring why it is this happens, it's all of those things. All of the above is the answer to that question. And so they whip people into a frenzy. They tell people, ICE is the enemy, so attack them. So we get a terror attack in New York City yesterday against ICE officials. Just awful. And that government shutdown I told you about, what damage did that do to immigration enforcement? Well, it was meaningful. We heard from Tom Holman this week that there was a dip in arrests during that time period because the men and women of ice, especially the civilian employees, not the, not the Law enforcement on the streets were just not getting paid at all. So it staggered those immigration enforcement agencies. Luckily since then, deportations have gone up. And we just got data yesterday on all of this. Now Tom Holman already told us June was the highest single month for immigration arrests on record in the history of the agency, in the history of ice. That's a big deal. I'll take that. I'll take that very much. And I know you and I have been watching DHS like a hawk, especially with Mark Wayne Mullen, the new guy at the helm. Is he actually deporting people? And here's the update on that subject. Bill Malusion's got something of an update for us here. Look at this. Breaking New ICE data dump reveals the agency has carried out 356,389 deportations so far in fiscal year 2026. So just over 350,000 deportations that would be taking people into physical custody. This is not self deportations. This is not including other means by which people have left the country. This is just people we've grabbed. 3:56, 3:89. It began on October 1st. That averages out to about 1260 per day. ICE currently has 66,000 people in ICE detention, about 40,000 people of whom have criminal convictions or pending criminal charges. Wow. Wow. That's okay. That's a lot of people. So in addition to being here illegally, what that means is they've committed other crimes, invariably many violent crimes. 40,000 of the people that are in custody are, are violent illegal aliens. The data also confirms that borders are Tom Holman's recent statements that June saw a record setting number of arrests with 43,138, which is higher than January and February when the surge in Minnesota was in effect. July is now on pace to potentially break the June record. Well, that's great. Here's the thing. We want more. We want more. And I am rooting on Tom Holman and in this case Mark Wayne Mullen and especially the men and women of, of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Please, with each passing month, set another record until it's not possible to set any more records because we've deported so many people, there's nobody left to deport. That's, that's the only time that it should go down. But please keep setting that record. So, so a decent update there. Remember in the first year of the Trump administration they got about 3 million people out of the country by way of comparison. 3 million. So that was through forcible deportations and self deportations. People who decided to take the deal and leave the country of their own volition. Good. Let's keep that up. Let's get more of those and the types of people that they're picking up, those violent criminals. Well, we've got a more of a rundown on that too. The Department of Homeland Security just gave us a very interesting and unfortunate, let's say not shocking but completely appalling rundown of the kinds of lunatics who they're getting rid of in the country. I want to show you this DHS saying. While Americans enjoyed the weekend in the FIFA World cup finals, the brave men and women of vice law enforcement worked around the clock to arrest the worst of the worst, including murderers, rapists, violent assailants, drug traffickers and other public safety threats under President Trump. And Mark Wayne Mullen, ICE is targeting the worst of the worst, criminal illegal aliens. Like these. Then they go through the list. You ready? I'm going to try and read some of these bizarre names. Heap Nuk Nguyen, a criminal, illegal alien from Vietnam, convicted for first degree murder in Lexington, Oklahoma, deported. Truck Ngok Tron, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, convicted for murder, driving while intoxicated and aggravated assault in Santa Ana, California, deported. Juan Baldemar Figueroa Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for sex assault of a child in Denver, Colorado, deported. Fabio Junior Dos Santos, a criminal illegal from Brazil, convicted of aggravated assault, dangerous weapon on a child under 14 years old in Gardner, Massachusetts. So the guy committed assault with a dangerous weapon on a child. Deported. Rafael Flores Aguilar, a criminal illegal from El Salvador, convicted for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury in Guilford County, North Carolina, deported. Thuac Ba Dinh, a criminal illegal, Vietnam, convicted for aggravated assault, intent to murder, Madison Heights, Michigan. Look at these guys. Every one of them, they got mug shots up. Jorge Velasquez de la Cruz, a criminal, illegal alien, Mexico, convicted for assault with a deadly weapon, driving under the influence and corporal injury to a spouse, San Luis Obispo, California, deported. Roberto Zoarez Frio, a criminal legal from Cuba, convicted for aggravated battery, resisting an officer, criminal mischief, aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability, Tampa, Florida, deported. Ok, the list keeps going. Rapists, murderers, child molesters, scumbags, all being removed from the United States of America. That is good news. And this is who the Democrats are freaking protecting Data Martian saying in the chat. The Democrats love them. They sure do. A warm embrace and a sloppy kiss for these murderers, rapists and scumbags from the Democrats. And then they whip their radical base into a frenzy to attack ICE agents. That's how we end up with a terror attack. So can we put that back on screen? Show me the terror attack from yesterday in New York. This guy is attacking ICE because he's upset that these scumbags are being taken out of the country. Look at this. There's the fire lights. It attacks the building has to be tackled by federal authorities, taken down. That's what that guy represents. There's nothing noble, there's nothing moral, there's nothing decent, there's nothing righteous about this mission. Everything about it is demonic all the way down to the flames that he's trying to employ against good and decent law enforcement. Why attack? He's standing up for what these Democrats are standing up for. They want to keep the rapists and the murderers here. We don't. We want them the hell out of our country. And we've got Democrats who are still taking microphones right now and saying we need to abolish ice. They're saying we need to abolish ice. Here, check this out. This is Minnesota retiring Senator Tina Smith. She's a Democrat. She was just campaigning yesterday for Peggy Flanagan. Peggy Flanagan, a whack job leftist running for Senate in Minnesota. Here's Senator Tina Smith endorsing her and saying, this Peggy Flanagan is just like me. She wants to abolish ice. Cut six. Watch. If you want someone, if you want someone who believes as I do, that ICE is broken and that we need to tear it down to the studs and start over again, that's Peggy Flanagan. We need to abolish ice. That's the message. Not for normal people. Abnormal people maybe not for normal people. Normal people don't want to abolish law enforcement. They're not trying to get rid of the cops. They want people to enforce the law. They want people to get rid of, of this never ending list of scumbags that abolish ICE so we can keep murderers in the country, so we can keep people who sexually assault children in the country, attack them with weapons, assault with a deadly weapon, the list goes on. That's who Tina Smith and Peggy Flanagan, that's who they're supporting. They're supporting these guys. That's what Democrats represent. These are their constituents right here that I'm showing you. Here's another one. Kassim Abdul Kayam, a criminal illegal alien from Pakistan, convicted for enticing a minor by Internet or text in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is who Democrats are standing up for. They're campaigning on it. And that revolution, man, it if there's good news in the midst of all of this, these people are consuming themselves. They're devouring their own children. The left is consuming itself right now. I've got some updates for you on that in just a moment. I'm going to take you through it because at that very same event, things descended into utter chaos at it. And I'll share that with you in just a moment. It's going to be, it's going to be very interesting. I want to walk you through how the left is definitely fighting amongst itself right now and it may not be the kind of thing that they can come back from, which would be good news for the rest of us. More ahead on this edition of events. But first, I want to thank Patriot Mobile for supporting the program today. Patriot Mobile, great, great wireless provider. Patriot mobile, great service, great supporter of the program. Okay, so there is an expression that the revolution devours its own children. And in fact, what, what tends to happen in, in these revolutionary movements, in, in these especially these deranged revolutionary movements is they keep insisting on advancing chaos. And for a moment it appear, it appears like they're unified. But over time they develop what's referred to as a narcissism of small differences. They begin to become totally insistent individually that it's their way or the highway and that. That that combination of forces where all of these lefties begin insisting that their worldview and their pronouns and their particular form of demented attitude towards the world is the only way to view things. Eventually these things obviously start to run into one another to the point that the revolution does begin consuming its own children. They begin attacking each other. For instance, it's like totally unsustainable to have a movement that's composed of people who call themselves feminists and people who say that women aren't a real biological category. It's. It's not actually sustainable in the long term to have a movement that says that they support the gays and support Palestine and then try and have some combination of the two queers for Palestine. It's not sustainable that it doesn't work. It's not going to work. And all of these differences that you're seeing, well, they're coming to a head and they're playing out now on the campaign trail. And I couldn't be happier about it. And I hope this vibe lasts throughout the campaign because it bodes very well for the rest of us. So check this out. Yesterday at the rally for Peggy Flanagan in that Minnesota race, you've got two. You've got two primary Democrat candidates running right now. You've got Peggy Flanagan. You've got Angie Craig. Angie Craig is supported by the establishment, endorsed by people like Nancy Pelosi and Hakeem Jeffries. Peggy Flanagan is endorsed by the more radical elements of the party, although they're all radical, but the more radical elements of the party, including in this case, Tina Smith and Bernie Sanders and Keith Ellison. And that's where I want to take you to, because Keith Ellison was there at the rally yesterday. Keith Ellison is the. The sinister attorney general of the state of Minnesota. And while he was talking, some Democrat chick starts yelling at him, heckling him at this event for not being radical enough. Check this out. Cut seven. Watch.
C
I worried.
A
Are we going to have somebody who is absolutely.
B
Take no.
A
From anybody. Get into that job?
C
Are we going to have somebody who.
B
Who if.
C
Thank you.
D
Thank you.
C
Let. You know what we let.
D
Let us. Let us.
B
You.
A
Come on, guys. Come on, guys.
B
Come on.
A
Come on. So they're freaking out at him that. Shame on you. They're yelling at Keith Ellison and then they're yelling something about the cru. Now, you may, like a lot of people be wondering, what the hell's the cru? What Are they even yelling about? And the answer to that is that he established that is Keith Ellison, something called I got a piece of hair in my mouth. This is really annoying. Hold up. Hairball. I got a hairball. All right, we're good. Now, Keith Ellison developed something called the Conviction Review Unit, the cru. And let me show you this story. This comes to us just from this past week from mpr, MPR in Minnesota. Headline Minnesota Conviction Review Unit Demise dashes hopes of some incarcerated people and their families. In other words, what Keith Ellison had set up in Minnesota was a mean means by which to spring convicts free. They set up a process to investigate so called innocence claims, creating Conviction Review Unit within the Minnesota Attorney General's Office that started accepting applications in 2021. Here's the issue, though. The Trump administration found out about it and they got rid of the federal funding for it. Keith Ellison. Let me be crystal clear. Keith Ellison was using federal funding to spring criminals free. And the Trump administration cut them off. No more federal funding. And so as a result, now Keith Ellison is blaming Trump, I would say crediting Trump for cutting them off, he said in a statement. Democrat Attorney General Keith Ellison cited the Trump administration's refusal to renew federal grant funding that supported the program as the reason for the unit's closure. Ellison saying, quote, no system of justice is perfect, and when ours gets it wrong, we must work to put things right. If the opportunity arises in the future through renewed funding or other means, would welcome the chance to resume this important work. He's now running for a third term as Attorney General of the state. So you see what's happening here. The woman at the event, the heckler, is screaming at him for not releasing enough criminals. And the reason he stopped releasing criminals is because Donald Trump cut him off from the federal funding he was using to do it in the first place. Isn't that amazing story? And so the revolution is consuming its own children. They're attacking each other. Keith Ellison is a radical whack job. The guy's a criminal. He's straight up on camera telling fraudsters in the state of Minnesota that he will assist them so long as they donate to their campaign, to his campaign. Money buys freedom, he told them as they were robbing people blind. And here he is now being screamed at by someone even further to his left somehow. And it couldn't happen to a better group of people. I appreciate and value the political destruction that we're witnessing going on in the left right now. And it's not just there. In fact, just this past weekend. James Talafrica was served up one of these moments as another crazed Democrat was screaming at him at a Texas town hall. And I'm going to get to that in just a moment. I want to take you through what, what's happening with Talafrico and the way that Jasmine Crockett may be kamikazing her own party. It's pretty amazing. I, I'm digging it. I like it.
B
All right.
A

They just trebucheted Graham Platner clean out of the race in Maine. The guy with the Nazi tattoo. They've got some chaos going on. I know there's a lot of debate about these Republicans and especially the Republican senators who are failing to do the job of getting the Save America act fully passed. No question, we've got some fights on the right, but on the left, it's a bloodbath. Check this out on, over the weekend, James Talafrico doing a town hall, and some crazed Democrat chick starts screaming at him and telling him he's got to do whatever she says. Watch this lunacy. Stay here.
B
You answer our questions or you suffer.
A
I'm happy. I'm happy to engage.
C
We'll come to here in just a second. I appreciate you being here, and I
A
appreciate you traveling in, and I appreciate you. What a. That's wonderful. That's wonderful. And
E
it's all right. It's all right.
F
It's all right.
A
This is. This is what this conversation's supposed to be about.
B
Yeah.
C
So. So one.
A
You see what's happening here? You're gonna do everything I tell you to do. You're gonna stay here, you're gonna answer my questions.
C
You.
A
And then he cucks out and immediate, immediately gives her the oh, I appreciate you. I really value you. And telling her to. Instead of telling her to shut up and sit down, she's acting like a whack job. And then she says, I'm not here for you. I'm here for my people. Now, what does she mean by that? What does she mean, my people? She mean the people of the United States of America. Does she mean the people of Texas? She mean Any sort of, like, civic organization or church. What is she talking about? Oh, you know what she's talking about. She's a racial separatist. She's talking about black people. She thinks she speaks for all black people. I'm here for my people, she says. And then she's getting in the face of James Talafrico. Now, to be clear, this is the coalition the left has built. The left has built up this coalition of a bunch of whack jobs who all think they're in charge of everybody in their own party. And then they're screaming at each other about who's really in charge of it. And then he just sits there and takes it like a bitch. And then she goes on social media afterwards to then further condemn him as a big fat racist. I love it. Watch her ranting after this event.
F
But for us real black folks, everyday black people, we gonna sit this out. We gonna undervote your ass, James Talarico, because I know civics. You talking all that fly ass. I know civics. And what I know for a goddamn fact is we've survived Ken Paxton as the AG moving that down the road to the Senate decreases his ability to. To terrorize and torture black Texas voters. And Texas.
A
Listen to the math. Listen to the math on this.
F
Win is a win. But what I will not have you do is try to instill your great white hope in my people and watch you let us down.
A
Unreal.
F
I'm not fixing to let your white moderates win, because in 2028, we need to elect a new president. And if you white moderates and you lowly ass candidates like James Talarico keep pulling your, we're gonna end up with another Trump.
A
Well, there she is, the queen of all black people. She showed up. It was nice of her to grace James Talafrica with her presence. That's hilarious. Now, of course, she goes on in the video to attack other black people who would dare either support James Talafrico. I can't even imagine what she thinks of black Americans who voted for Donald Trump. She has utter loathing for them. So there she is, like an emotionally incontinent, racist whack job, complete bigot, showing up at this event, you know, telling James Talafrica that she's in charge of his entire agenda. He bitches out and lets her do whatever she wants at this thing because he's too scared of her. The whole thing is perfect. All these people are built for each other, every single one of them. And who put this idea into the Head of the queen of all black people. Who put this idea into her head? Well, it might be Jasmine freaking Crockett. Now, Jasmine Crockett, as is well established through the public record, in every clip we've ever seen of her, is a colossal idiot. But not only is she an idiot, she's a racist. So she's kind of that nasty, poisonous combination, isn't she? And she only had a seat in Congress to begin with. Has it right now, thanks to a rigged and bigoted congressional district that was drawn in Texas. Now that district is gone. Texas. God bless you, by the way, the people of the Lone Star State, I want to thank you so much. Got rid of the racist districting in the state. As a result, Jasmine Crockett doesn't get to get an unearned seat anymore. No more rigged district for Jasmine Crockett. So she ran for Senate in the primary, and she lost to Talafrico, who loses to Talafrico. You see that guy? He thinks God is like 40 genders. How can you lose to Talafrico? And yet she did. That's how crappy she is. But she thinks she didn't lose on the merits. No, no, no. You know why she lost? It's because Texas is racist. Jasmine Crockett is one of the people putting this idea into the head of that woman, the queen of all black people. Here's Jasmine Crockett. Very recently cut 10. Watch this for me.
B
I am going to be working everywhere. The best thing that I can do for James Talarico isn't me standing on a stage with him. It is the fact that I endorse five candidates in the runoff who all happen to be black men in the state of Texas. And every single one of them won, and they're going on to November, meaning that they will pull out more black people to vote. People keep trying to say, well, Jasmine has to go and hold his hand. No, I don't. And don't worry about my math and how it works in my mind, because the reality is that if you can give people more than one thing to vote for, then you have a better chance of getting them out to the polls. And honestly, some people just not going to be sold on certain people that are running in the state of Texas. So the best thing that I can do is take down ballot candidates who no one's ever heard of and do my best to uplift them and increase the voter participation in a way that we did in Texas.
C
Jim Rome takes on sports.
A
I will always have a complicated relationship with this game. But people evolve. So do sports. Do not make me regret this. Do not make me devolve back to that guy that so many clones wish that I still was. And do not embarrass the entire country. Now I can go back. I can get there fast. Lose tonight and you got a real problem. Do not blow it. The Jim Rome show podcast. You've been warned. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. Ok, this is. Thank you for that. So we had to listen to that nonsense. This is Guy. This is one of those videos. I should have checked with you beforehand. The 57 second point at which we ended in that video was precisely the moment I wanted to begin the video video. So I'm going to show people that now. This is the. The clip I'm talking about. This is. That's funny. Here is the moment in that video where she says Texas is too racist for her. It's too racist. They can't handle her because Texas is composed of a bunch of racists. Watch this.
B
You see a lot of haters got a lot of things to say about me and my race and how I ran it. But the reality is that there was a lot of races. Not a lot. It was racist. It was a racist race. It is what it is. Right? But we live in America as y' all are celebrating 250. Okay, we know what this country is. But let me, for me, I am going to be working every.
A
You hear that? She's not going to hold back. She just wants everybody to know it was a racist race. Now, I want to remind somebody, everybody of something. This was not a general election ballot. This was a Democrat primary. So what Jasmine Crockett is saying about her own party in Texas is that they are racist. That she didn't lose to Talafrico because she sucks even worse than he does, which she does. And he really sucks. She lost because Democrat primary voters are racist, said Jasmine Crockett. And so therefore, Talafrico's campaign against her was, you guessed it, same R word, racist, Racist. So now the queen of all black people shows up at Talafrico's rally and starts screaming about how she can't support him. And then she goes on and does a social media video saying, we will never support you. We're not going to vote for you. Now, I love the distorted logic of the queen of all black people. Her view is like, well, it would be better to get rid of Ken Paxton as attorney general of the state and then he can move on to the Senate where he can't do as much damage to us. And it's just all nonsense. But it's funny. It's like, whatever, okay, Whatever your dementic, demented logic is, let's get Ken Paxton in the United States Senate. You're going to help us do that?
F
Great.
A
Great. Stay home and let Ken Paxton become the next United States Senator from the great state of Texas. Wonderful. One more thing. You heard Jasmine Crockett there in that idiotic video clip say, y' all are celebrating 250. Y' all are celebrating 250. What the hell are you talking about? This great country is so great that you were. You ended up in a position where you became a United States Congresswoman. And you are still ungrateful and bitter about the state of our country. What the hell is wrong with you? No gratitude for how great this country is? What? Your ancestors have given you nothing. You don't want to celebrate alongside the rest of us. You're a US Freaking Congresswoman. Instead, it's bitterness, ingratitude, ignorance all the way down. And those toxic forces, that lack of understanding about our country's history, that hatred, that contempt for who we are as a people, it's all turning on itself. These people are attacking one another, and it couldn't happen to a better party. They deserve each other. They made that bed. They can freaking lie in it. And here they are, fighting. So in case you were looking for some encouraging news as we started the show today, as I saw some. Some people posting in chat, as often happens, Vince, please lift me up. Please give me some good news. That's your good news today. The revolution is consuming its own children. And they. They were made for each other. That's just amazing. Now, in order to fight back against that revolution, one of the things we clearly need in the United States is election integrity. President Trump gave an epic speech on Thursday laying out all the ways our election is completely vulnerable. Completely. Whether it's the Chinese stealing the voter data. For every American voter. You hear those numbers? What was 220 million Americans? I'm pretty sure that's every registered American voter. So, stealing all of our voter data, we've got dead people on the voting rolls. We have illegal aliens, non citizens on the voting rolls by the hundreds of thousands, at the very least. That's just in four states. What about the rest of the country? We have voting machines that are completely vulnerable to interference, such that if people do interfere, if foreign countries do interfere, if bad actors in the United States do interfere, it's undetectable. Said the intelligence. Wow, the President revealed a lot. So what are we going to do about it, is the question. Well, the answer should be that we have to restore credibility to our elections. And that includes passing what you and I affectionately referred to as the Save America Act. Yesterday, Senator Mike Lee, a champion in our story, took to the floor of the United States Senate. Now, this is not a full blown actual official filibuster debate, but it is Mike Lee making the case yet again for the Save America act. And God bless him for it. Here he is, cut to giving us another push. Watch.
C
President, imagine your shock if while on your way to the theater, let's say, I don't know, maybe you're going to the opera. You're planning to pick up your tickets at Will Call. You arrive at Will Call at the appointed moment and you say, yeah, Senator Pete Ricketts, I'm here to pick up my opera tickets. They gave them to somebody else. You found out that the theater was handing out tickets at Will Call without any form of id. One day, maybe it's theater or opera tickets, maybe the next day it's withdrawing money from a bank. You show up and money's gone from your account because your bank stopped requiring people to show id. They can come along and claim to be someone they're not and take someone's money that is not theirs. The mere fact that we have a lot of people who are allowed to vote doesn't diminish the, the seriousness of not requiring people to prove that they are, in fact, who they claim to be when they show up to exercise that important right. Some people, when denying that there is any need for us to act here, will throw out things and say, well, that's fine for the bank or for theater tickets or for the pharmacy, but this is an important constitutional right. It is a fundamental right. My response to that is yes, exactly, and that's exactly why we need it. The fact that it involves a protected fundamental constitutional right is a reason why we need to make it easy to vote and hard to cheat. Yes, that, Mr. President, is exactly what the Save America act does.
A
I mean, there are other constitutional rights that have all sorts of ID requirements imposed on them by gun. In the United States, you're subjected to a background check. You have to go through an extensive process to wait to get your gun, even if it's a short window of time depending on your state. But still, you have to go through a process that confirms who you are and what your record is and whether or not you're even eligible to exercise your Second Amendment right. That's a lot of hoops to jump through for a constitutional right. What about just showing an ID to vote? If Olive Garden's never ending pasta pass requires a photo id, why doesn't voting, why does spaghetti have more integrity than casting your ballot? Why is that? Explain that to me, would you? Can't explain it unless you just want fraud in the country, which of course, the left does. In fact, Mike Lee talks about this yesterday. He said, look, the only reason that anybody's against integrity here is because they benefit from cheating. Cut three. Watch this.
C
So what's the holdup? Well, it certainly isn't the American voter, because the American voter, by a margin of like 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5, depending on which poll you look at, believes that it's important that people who show up to vote ought to have to prove who they are and they ought to, at the time they register to vote, to have to establish their citizenship and thus their eligibility to vote in the first place. We're talking about 75 to 80, some as high as 85%, depending on which poll you look at. Those are Democrat voters and Republican voters alike, all agreeing that this is a problem and it's a problem that Congress can and should fix. So what is the holdup? Well, it's hard to say what the holdup is, but I can summarize it this way. It's Senate Democrats. The Save America act is popular literally everywhere in the United States of America, except in this chamber and except among Democrats in this chamber everywhere else. It's a no brainer.
A
Now, you'll notice that he's correct about Democrats being a problem, but he's excluding from his analysis, as a diplomatic matter the fact that we have some Republicans who are a problem and we've been down the list before. Yesterday we were talking about Lisa Murkowski. She just wrote a big Wall Street Journal op ed, why I'm voting against the Save America Act. And then she offered a bunch of reasons that were nonsensical. John Thune is failing to lead his conference to success. So Thune has been a failure here. You've got people like Thumbelina and John Cornyn, you have whiners in the Republican Party, people bitter at Donald Trump, Bill Cassidy among them, bitter at Donald Trump, who really don't want to give him a win. And giving him a win would mean giving the American people, most importantly, a win. And so Mike Lee, again, who's a champion in this story, I'm not going to take anything away from him on that continues to be diplomatic with the recalcitrant conference that he has to deal with, despite the fact that you can tell sometimes on social media that he's getting very frustrated with them. But yesterday in that speech going was all the Democrats. It's true. All the Democrats do oppose the Save America act because they love themselves some cheating. Mike Lee is not giving up on his strategy, though. He wants everybody to stay until it's passed. Watch cut four. Here's Mike Lee yesterday with more.
C
We don't have a lack of time, Mr. President. We have a lack of spine. Don't ever confuse lack of time with lack of spine because they're two very different things. If we truly lacked time, that would be one thing. We've got time. We're just choosing not to use it. We're choosing to use it differently and I would add very poorly if we don't take this up, take it up now and stay on the bill until it darn well passes. The Senate should stay here tomorrow, this weekend, next week, through weekends and long scheduled recesses as long as it takes. If opponents want to block it, let them do so in public. If Democrats want to filibuster this bill, let them stand and speak like actual senators. Actually filibustering, because that's what filibustering is.
A
You know, Congress is about to go into yet another recess and they're going to do it forever. I mean, it's like the rest of the calendar year is just recess after recess after recess, not doing any work. And it's not an actual recess. They'll still have a pro forma session going on to deprive President Trump of the ability to get a recess appointment through. So they're failing us and failing the president and going on vacation and being lazy asses and not doing the work that we need them to do. So let me, let me put this forward. Next time they ask for unanimous consent to gavel out and send everybody home, Mike Lee want to, may want to consider denying it. If there's, if there's any opportunity here for Mike Lee or any of these other senators who really care about this issue to upend this and to fight for the Save America act, maybe they should employ that strategy. Just something to think about. Now, what about the filibuster? What about the standing filibuster? Now, we've talked about this quite a bit, but the core point, this whole thing about 60 votes in the Senate, 60 votes is what you need to end debate early. Does that make sense. Just want to make sure this makes sense. Chat. Because cloture, we talk about cloture needing 60 votes. 60 votes is what you need to end debate early. Now what's another way that debate can end? You have the freaking debate until it's over. When debate is exhausted, then you can vote. And when you vote, you can pass legislation with a simple majority. The 60 vote threshold is only to end the debate early. This cannot be clearer. And Washington has made a sport of hiding this detail from the American people for a long time. They make it seem like the only way legislation can get passed is if it has 60 votes to pass it. That's not true. It's 60 votes to end the debate early. Here is Mike Lee talking yesterday about the strategy that they should employ, which is to follow the rules of the Senate Cut five Watch.
C
Shame on us if we don't take the steps necessary to extricate ourselves from the sharp clinging talents of the so called zombie filibuster, the name that I've assigned for the use of the 60 vote cloture standard as a, as a de facto 60 vote passage standard, which it is not, which it was never meant to be, which if it were, it would arguably run afoul of the Constitution. The reason we talk about this and the reason I contrast the, what I call the real filibuster, the talking filibuster against the zombie filibuster, is that in the case of the zombie filibuster, nobody even has to work for the way it always worked before and after they first adopted the cloture standard for the first time in 1917, although it was set at a 3, 4 supermajority back then. They would just continue to debate it. That's what we should do here. If you want to filibuster, you can, you may do so, but you should have to stand here and speak. And when nobody else shows up to speak against it, that's over. And you call the question on the bill and you call it not at 60 votes, you call it at 51. That's what we ought to be doing. We should put this bill on the floor and we should debate it until such time as it passes.
A
Perfect. Yeah, exactly right. Exactly right. So I'm glad to see he's still keeping that strategy alive. Now, I know lots of other Republicans have no interest in doing this because of the fundamental freaking laziness of too many United States Senators. That's one of the most unfortunate realities of this. There's not a lot of hidden backroom wheeling and dealing to offer as an explanation. The biggest explanation of all is freaking laziness. They have a three day workweek in the Senate. They don't really want to work on Monday and Friday. They don't want to stand on their own two feet for hours. They don't want to make the debate. They don't want to stay within range of the Senate floor for the duration of the debate. They would just rather not do it. Well, I don't care what you'd rather do. I care what the right thing to do is. The right thing to do is to establish election integrity on this program. I and this audience, we have been championing the Save America act since its inception. There's a reason we spend so much time on it is because we want to push to get it done for real. We don't want you to just pay lip service to it. We don't want this to be some ceremonial messaging bill. We don't want to get Democrats on the record. Do they support fair elections or not? We know that position. I don't need them on the record. I need Republicans to do their jobs. That's what I need. And God bless Mike Lee. Mike Lee, I think he was up there for 90 minutes yesterday making the case he wasn't alone. Marsha Blackburn also made the case last night and some others. This is important. It's very important. So stay in the fight and please keep the pressure on. President Trump asked us on Thursday to keep the pressure on our senators. And one of the nice things, I'm getting a lot of email right now from members of our audience who say they've been reaching out to their senators directly, speaking to congressional staffers, speaking to the office, getting the emails in, telling me what kind of emails they're getting back. The pressure is on right now. Continues to be. And let's keep it going. So it can't just be President Trump and Mike Lee. It should be the rest of us, too. God bless those guys.
B
All right.
A
Now one more thing for you. The United States Senate. I need to tell you, I need to admit that I got something wrong. You ready? I know this is one of those rare moments I got something completely wrong. I thought that Senator Lindsey Graham's sister was merely going to be a placeholder for Lindsey Graham's seat, but it turns out she intends to stay there. This week, Lindsey Graham's sister, Darlene Graham Nordone has announced that she plans on running for the seat that Henry McMaster just appointed her to. Take a look at her statement To Sean Hannity this week, cut 11 watch
E
president again saying, I hope Darlene does this, meaning I hope you will get. And here's the filing deadline for people that don't know. And this is. These are just the laws of South Carolina. The filing begins tomorrow. I think you have a week.
D
Mm. Yes.
E
And by that time, the funerals won't even have taken place.
D
I know.
E
And then the president putting an ask on you. We'll put it that way. It's a lot of pressure.
D
It is a tremendous amount of pressure.
E
Tell me what's going through your head about it, and where do you stand now?
D
I've been. I'll continue to say I've been praying a lot, talking to my family, but with the love of my family, with the support of his staff, I know I'm a hard worker. I learned that from Lindsay. He cared about the people of this state. I've worked for almost 30 years for the people of this state.
E
I'm going to talk about that in a minute.
D
I feel like I can do it. I feel an inner peace about it. Will it be difficult? Yes, absolutely.
E
So you're inclined to get in, or have you even made a final, final decision?
D
I've made a decision.
A
She. She goes on at the end of that clip, and she says, I'm in. I'm in. Okay, she's in. Now, when she first got the job, I told you that you should treat her like a United States senator, because she is at this moment a United States senator. She was just appointed to it just days ago. Now, the fact that she lost her brother is a very sad thing. And she's in a state of mourning and grieving the loss of her brother, the sudden loss of her brother. And that makes all the sense in the world. But as a United States senator who's now assuming the mantle of her brother's office, she does get everything that comes along with it, and that includes our sincere and good faith phone calls and emails to her, especially if you're in South Carolina, to encourage her to do the right thing, like say, pass the Save America act, to take the floor with Mike Lee and to get that job done. These are. These are all perfectly good things to say. Now, I did get. It's funny I mentioned that. I did get some feedback from the audience. Some people saying, vince, don't. Don't tell people to bother her. She's grieving her brother. I'm sorry, I'm not going to change my position on this. If you're a United States senator, be A United States senator. She said yes to that. And so she says yes to everything that comes along with it. I'm not asking for anybody to be mean to her. I'm just asking them to be honest and to be insistent about what's good for the country. Now, at the time when we. When we found out she was getting the job, we thought that. I thought that she would be a placeholder, that she wouldn't be running for the gig. And that gave me a little bit of comfort in the idea that a family member would get the role in the first place. Like, look, she's just there while we await who the people of South Carolina choose. Now, we're still waiting for who the people of South Carolina choose. And in the end, they may choose her, but now she's got the strength of at least a couple of days of incumbency. She'll be running against other Republicans in the race, Republicans who are believers in the MAGA movement, who support the President of the United States. People like Ralph Norman, Congressman Russell Fry. Congressman. As well as Mark lynch, who just lost his primary against Lindsey Graham earlier this year. All of them have, in varying ways, taken up the mantle of America first and President Trump's movement. Now we'll see. It looks like all three of those men are staying in the race and will compete against Darlene Graham here. So the people of South Carolina have a big task ahead of them in making sure that the right person fills that seat. Now, having said that, there are two quick things I want to share with you about Darlene Graham. One of them is immediately cause for concern, in my view, and the other is cause for optimism. So let me start with concern. Concern on Darlene Graham. John Barrasso is the whip of the Republican Party, an establishment figure who has failed to deliver the Save America Act. And here's what he told Punchbowl. Barrasso said. Darlene Graham has his full support in the South Carolina Senate race. Darlene Graham is an excellent senator. She'll continue to be an excellent senator, and she has my full support. Chad, what's the problem with this quote? Darlene Graham is an excellent senator. She's been a senator for less than a week. How can you say she's an excellent senator? What track record do we even have to measure her by? She'll continue to be an excellent senator. Maybe I just don't even know what you're talking about. How can we give her a report card on her time as a senator when she just put her stuff on top of the desk? But Barrasso says she's got my full support. And obviously she does have President Trump support, too. That's a big endorsement, and that may be the deciding factor in this race. President Trump very fond of Lindsey Graham. That may be the explanation for all of this, his fondness for Lindsey Graham. But one way or the other, Darlene Graham is in this race.
C
Now.
A
Cause for optimism in this, apparently the problems, look, the problems that people have had with Lindsey Graham have consisted of his appetite for war and military aggression. That didn't seem in any way to have sort of a dynamic assessment of the cost benefit analysis. Lindsey Graham was always tempted by foreign adventurism, by the use of our military and candidly imperiling the lives of our troops when it wasn't clear to the American public that there was a mandate to do that. So where is Darlene Graham on that major subject? And here is I, I say it's a cause for optimism. I just find it very interesting. And Byron York is summarizing it this way at the Washington examiner today. Senator Darlene Graham told Sean Hannity that if she's elected to a full term, she'll have different priorities than her late brother. Quote, I used to see him on the talk shows. I would watch him and I'd be like, lindsay, are you just talking about national security all the time? And I understand that's important, protecting our borders, national security, Absolutely. I said, but talk about what matters to the average person. The price of groceries, the price of gas, health care insurance, those kinds of things. That's what I'm worried about. Well, that's encouraging. That's encouraging. But this is only the beginning. We're only starting to get to know this woman at all. Nobody knows Darlene Graham. We're just becoming acquainted with her. So you can't say she's an excellent senator. She's been there for five minutes now she's running. Now she's running. And it's up to the people of South Carolina to kick the tires on this race. And they have to do it quickly because we need a great senator to join the ranks of the United States Senate in January. The president could use great backup. Would be good. All right. As always, thank you for being here with me. This episode of VINCE delivers a charged rundown of a left-wing terror attack on ICE agents, connecting it to broader themes of political chaos, Democrat strategy on immigration, and the self-destructiveness of “revolutionary” leftist factions. Vince Coglianese draws a tight link between incendiary leftist rhetoric, ongoing violence against law enforcement, and what he describes as Democrats’ explicit reliance on illegal immigration for political gain. The episode also tracks escalating discord within the Democratic coalition and covers the state of the Save America Act in the Senate, featuring notable speeches and the political implications of Darlene Graham Nordone’s appointment to Lindsey Graham’s Senate seat.

This episode delivers a rapid-fire, opinionated account of recent anti-ICE violence, situates it within broader left-wing strategy—alleging that Democrats benefit politically and economically from illegal immigration—then highlights the fracturing unity on the left, providing detailed examples of factional infighting at campaign events. Vince circles back to electoral integrity, exalting Senator Mike Lee’s efforts on the Save America Act while criticizing Senate inertia. The episode ends with the political implications of Darlene Graham Nordone’s Senate appointment, evaluating her emerging platform and endorsements.
This summary covers all the episode’s major topics, offers timestamps for key sections, and calls out memorable lines for readers who want the flavor and substance of Vince’s conservative commentary.
