It is a happy Tuesday. August 4th. May or August 4th be with you. I guess I had to find a way to work Star wars into that somehow. It's been three months since Star wars day. I never quite want to let it go. All eyes are on Michigan as we get into another very contentious primary. Michigan Senate Primary Democrat Senate Primary the Democrats look look poised to nominate Abdul El Said. If you look at the prediction markets, a lot of the polling. Abdul El Said has the wind at his sails in terms of the endorsements of the Democratic socialists of America. You have Bernie Sanders, $15 an hour minimum wage. You've got Pocahontas, who's sending her endorsement via smoke signal. A lot of aoc, right. You know, obviously coming in there. And I like Abdul Al Said because. And he's like a beautiful guy and he's. He hates Jews. Abdul Al Said is going to be more than likely, unless there's some sort of surprise, some sort of shock, the next, sorry, Democrat Senate nominee out of the state of Michigan. Any Michiganders in our chat, Haley Stevens, that little chipmunk. She's not going to, she's not going to make it. It's unfortunate because I think she's funny. She's a feisty little thing, right? That's the Michigan way. That's the Michigan way. I do have a Haley Stevens button. We also have called it the Karen button. This is also how we can sound like Haley Stevens are going to do a little bit of joy, a little bit of enthusiasm, a little bit of energy, a bit of stick it to him. Well, she's not going to have enough stick it to him to get through the polling, I guess, through the primary election. It seems, as Abdul El Said appears to be poised to take that nomination. This is going to highlight a very interesting dynamic within the Democrat Party. We've been talking about how the Democrats are kind of at war with themselves. The title of the show is that the Democrats lost the middle. This may very well prove that there is no more home for anybody who considers themselves the middle. Right on the Democrat side of things. And that's, that's the whole point of looking at Michigan, looking at the Abdul El Said race and essentially just analyzing that and seeing what's going on. So look at the two camps. You have Haley Stevens. Haley Stevens has already come out and said that if Abdul El Said wins, she's going to endorse him and back him in the general election. She actually, she, she answered that question quite emphatic as Haley Stevens. What they said, would you back. Will you back him if he wins? And she said, you betcha. Like, she literally said the words, you bet. Right? I was like, all right, this is like, what does she, what does she think she is? You know, And I said this last week with, you know, on filling in on Dan's show. But think of all the, like, iconic speeches in the history of the United States of America, right? Like the Gettysburg Address. I got along very well with a Abe Lincoln. He's a tremendous guy. I told him, I said, Abraham, Abe. I called him Abe. Don't go to that play at the Forge Theater. Don't do it. He said, sir, I have to do it. You know, bad things happened. We wouldn't want to see that happen. But I said. I said Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, right? I mean, iconic, okay? Martin Luther King, I had a dream, jfk. It's not what your country can do for you, but what you could do for your country. We choose to go to the moon not because it's easy, but because it's hard. And there are some people who don't believe in the moon landing. It's okay, right? Some people believe the moon is made of cheese. I have debunked that. Right? If the moon was made of cheese, Chris Christie would have eaten it already. That's the truth. It would be gone. All right, but all those, like Herb Brooks, right. Miracle great moments are born from great opportunity. All those iconic speeches in the history of American. The American experiment, right? And we get left with what? Haley Stevens, a little bit of joy, a little bit of enthusiasm, a little bit of energy, a little bit of sticking to him. How far are we falling? We've fallen a great distance, if that's what's considered now inspirational.
B
Right?
A
I don't know what's worse. The Howard Dean might be. Might be worse. But not by much. Not by much. But Haley Stevens was endorsed by Jim Clyburn. Haley Stevens was endorsed by Michigan's governor, Gretchen Wicked Whitmer. Haley Stevens was endorsed by outgoing Democrat Michigan Senator Gary Peters. And Al Said was not. Was endorsed by guys like Bernie Sanders, people like aoc, people like Elizabeth Warren. And so you kind of had this showdown in the Democrat Party who's still calling the shots. Is it the Clyburn wing? The Clyburn wing. James Clyburn of South Carolina, who goes by Kingmaker in Democrat circle circles. He goes by Kingmaker in Democrat circles. Right. I mean, this is a guy. Think back to 2020, when Joe Biden was in the race. Pro for the pudding. Where's my Biden? Wait, that's the air horn. Let me show you this. I got Biden. This is. This is the guy that Jim Clyburn endorsed in 2020. Beer brewed here it is. Used to make the crew bearded. Is fine. Oh, Earth rider.
B
Thanks for the Great Lakes. I wonder. What.
A
There's not a soul on Earth who knows what that means. That's real. It's not. AI got another one, too, from Biden. It's a good one. I know more. Think of myself as being as old as I am than fly. I no more think of myself as being as old as I am than fly. I have no idea what that means, not the slightest clue. He said that in 2020, by the way, when he was being interviewed by Scott Pelley. Remember Scott Pelley? He just had a crash out like a month ago. Scott Pelley chomping on his glasses during 60 Minutes, going, nom, nom, nom, nom. How would you say your mental focus is, Mr. President? Nom, nom, nom. I no more think of myself as being as old as I am than fly. We're like, hey, what does that mean? Don't worry about it. Everything's fine. Sharp as attack. Jim Clyburn endorsing Joe Biden in 2020. He endorses Biden. Pocahontas drops out of the race. A bunch of other Democrats drop out of the race. They coalesce behind Joe Biden. They steal the nomination once in 2020 from Bernie Sanders, who got robbed by the oligarchy. But now it appears that the Bernie Sanders wing of the party is the side of the party that is calling the shots. And that means to anybody who is out there thinking, oh, I'm not one of those, like DSA Democrats. I'm a Blue Dog Kennedy Democrat, Clinton Democrat. I'm not a communist. Don't matter if you're a communist. It doesn't matter if the person you're voting for is a communist or not. What matters is the communist wing. The rabid socialist wing of the party is the wing, that is the group, that is the faction, that is the caucus, whatever you want to call it, that is calling the shots on the left, period. That can't be disputed. That's not up for debate. That's the current dynamic and that is going to be proven tonight if and when, and I believe it's going to happen. And on, you know, on the prediction markets, it appears to be a near certainty. Well, granted, they can be wrong, but it appears that Abdul Al Said is going to win. Here's a couple of other things that Haley Stevens did that, well, could have potentially sealed her fate before the election, before votes were even cast. Abdul Al Said obviously is out there spouting the talking points, espousing the issues, representing the, the values of the rabid socialist wing of the party that's been winning in, in, in, in primaries across the country throughout the summer. Haley Stevens has tried to def. Differentiate herself, set herself apart from the socialist swing of the party. She's been very critical of Al Said because of some of his radical far left, far, far, far left stances. But then when asked, hey, would you get behind him if he wins the primary? She was all about it. So you're like, you're on one hand, you're saying, this guy's. This guy's dangerous. It's terrible. But I'm going to get behind the dangerous guy, and I get it. That's why he's supposed to be in primaries. But, you know, if you're trying to win over voters, they're probably going to go to the more energetic guy. If you say you're going to just endorse the more energetic guy if you lose anyway. Almost like you see the writing on the wall. That's number one. But even worse than that, Haley Stevens committed. No, no, number one. On the Democrat side of things, she criticized Abdul El Said for being anti Israel. Can't do that. That's not allowed. That is. That is unauthorized behavior on the left. Period. End of story. You cannot criticize people for not supporting the state of Israel on the left. You're not allowed to do that. You're also not allowed to be Jewish on the left either. Just ask Josh Shapiro, P.A. remember what they did to him, right? They screwed him over. Well, I screwed him. They. They should have picked him to be the vice president in, in the 2024 election. Kamala Harris should have. And perhaps if there was no Israel Gaza conflict, she would have. And that could have helped her in Pennsylvania, and that could have made the election look a little different. Instead, she picked a goofball. And that's putting it nicely. Tim Walls. Remember? You know, it's the waving, wacky inflatable tube guy. That's Tim Wallace. Remember how all the. Remember the way he used to move? I lied. The way you move. He's like, whoa, he's going crazy. We got a deal on the car lot. 50% off and no interest for the first 18 months. Get your car. That was Tim Walls. Remember all the waving, the kicking, all the weird behavior that that guy had? Strange. Very strange guy. Weird person. You look at him, a very strange person, and they called J.D. vance weird. It's a very weird guy. But Haley Stevens criticized Abdul Al Said for not supporting Israel. Or she may have used the words anti Semitism. She was critical of him because he's critical of aipac. That's. I'm just saying you can't do that on the left. That's a disqualifier. She says Dan Goldman. Dan Goldman has lost his seat in Congress because he's Jewish and Doesn't hate Israel. I mean, it's not my defining issue. It's not, it's not a defining issue over here on the right. It's an important issue. If you, if you're a Jew hater, it's not a good thing, but it's, it's one of those things where, hey, if you're critical of aid going there and you have actual fair criticisms, I'm listening to it on the left. They shut that down. They shut that down. You have to proclaim your hatred for that nation in order to be taken seriously on that side of the aisle factor. That's a fact. Again, just ask Dan Goldman and several other candidates who have faced the wrath of, of the Democrat Party far left DSA cult. It's not enough to say, yeah, I think we should pause aid. You have to proclaim your hatred for that nation and you have to, you have to, you know, deny its right to exist. Anyway, Haley Stevens doomed her chances, doomed her chances at winning this nomination. So I do not believe that she's going to, that she's going to come out on top in Michigan. And I do not believe that the establishment over on the Democrat Party. I don't think, I don't think the establishment is going to be very happy with the way some of these, these results go. That being said, today is primary day. And if you are a Republican voter in the great state of Michigan, Mike Rogers, the GOP Senate nominee, I believe is running unopposed or de facto unopposed. He's not going to lose. If you want to do a little Rush Limbaugh Operation Chaos and vote in the other party's primary, from what I understand, Michigan's an in primary. You can go in as a Republican voter, request a Democrat ballot and fill it out for El Said. If you think he is the weaker of the two candidates, I think he's got a little bit more baggage than Haley Stevens. I do. And let's be honest, I kind of like Haley Stevens. I mean, I don't like her policies, but I think she's funny because she sounds funny. And this doesn't make any sense. People like, what does this have to do with politics? Because here's the deal. You go into Michigan, you see Haley Stevens talk. You're like, oh, that's cute. You know, like, oh, she's a chipmunk. You know, I get, I'm a little creeped out, which kind of reminds me of GRU from Despicable Me. She kind of looks like that, her hands on her hips, you know, that, that's the Michigan way. You know, the whole thing, it's like. It's ridiculous. That's the Michigan way. Yeah, she's ridiculous. But, like, you could look at that little. You know, we're gonna do a little joy, a little bit of enthusiasm. They're making fun of the way I talk, right. The whole.
B
Those.
A
All those little clips that we saw Haley Stevens coming out, and I'm like, you know, that's dangerous because it's, like, kind of cute. I'm not saying I'd vote for. I don't vote for Democrats, but it's kind of cute where it's like, oh, okay. There's a. There's more likability there than there is of an Abdul. Al said Mike Rogers doesn't have to worry about, you know, him playing the woman card. I guess, you know, you never know with Democrats. Right? I guess he could identify as is she if he wants to tomorrow. Although I don't think the residents of Dearborn, for example, are going to be too excited about that. But that might be a conversation for another day. Maybe tomorrow, since I'll be here tomorrow. Maybe we'll have that conversation tomorrow. Why can't Al said identify as a woman, play a woman card? I don't know. You know, President Trump, we're gonna do that. We're running for 2028, you know, and we're doing it under the name Donna. Donna Trump. We're gonna transition. They say to me, sir, it's ma'.
C
Am.
A
They said to me, ma', am, you're a smoke show. Ma', am, you're a 10. You're a smoke show. Beautiful. I'm gonna be the first female transgender president in the history of the world, and there's nothing anybody can say about it, because if you don't agree, you're a bigot, right? You don't agree, you're a bigot. Donna Trump, 2028. She sounds a lot like Donald. She looks a lot like Donald. She golfs a lot like Donald, but she's not Donald. You can't dead name me Donna 2028. Five letters, one name. That's the answer. That's the loophole, Donna. Just transition. I mean, by the left's rules, it would be a new candidate on the ballot, right? That's how the rules are. If he tried it, they would scream bloody murder. That's kind of what I want them to do. That's why we're going to talk about that Clay Travis story at the end of the show. Going to spend a ton of Time on it. But it's a funny, it's a really funny story about what he wants to do with the WNBA. Yeah, he wants to put up $10 million for the WNBA All Stars to play against the high school boys team because the high school boys team probably win. But he also wants to do something else in the WNBA because let's just say they're all about men and women's sports. Cool. Let's do it. Let's put some money where mouths are. Al Said is a huge favorite, too. This is from Harry Anton. Al Said is a huge favor, a favorite to deliver the biggest blow to the Democrat establishment so far. Most Democrats, 57%, want at least major changes in the party. It's coming from a red state article about Democrat voters wanting changes in their party. 33% was the number in 2022. So the Democrat Party is moving away from the center. It is moving away from the middle. If you believe that there's a home for moderates on the left, you're wrong. If you believe the candidate that you are voting for is a moderate. Oh, he's not one of those communists. He'll be ok. You know. No, no, because all that does is it gives the Democrats who are embracing the DSA types who have openly said this. I mean, our goal is liberation. Our goal is communism. The goal is communism. That's not my, that's not me. It's not a voiceover. It's not a, you know, friend of mine pretended to be. That's a guy named David Jenkins. He's big with the dsa. You've seen the clips go around from Shannon Breen, show of the DSA co chair. Right. Talk about let's abolish the border, abolish prisons, abolish ice. What was the other? Abolish the Senate, abolish the presidency, pack the Supreme Court, expand the House of Representatives. You know, all the things that would fundamentally change the country, shred the constitutional form of government that we have, turn it into a parliament, parliamentarian style mess like what you see in Europe. Okay, Democrat. The Democrat Party has openly embraced this communist movement that has sprouted up in their tent. They've openly embraced it. Those are the ones that are calling the shots now. And any Democrats that hold a seat that you would consider a moderate, they're hostages. They are just, they are just weight behind a snowball that's rolling downhill, getting bigger and bigger and bigger, rolling downhill, getting real big, rolling downhill. Now it's the size of Chris Christie and Stacy Abrams and Rosie O' Donnell, It's a gas giant. It's heading right for your country. It's serious time. We're under 100 days until the midterms. So it is time to employ Dan's 10, 10 and 10 rule. It is time to get back into the too big to rig mindset. If and when Abdul El Said wins tonight, he will be that much closer to a position of power. It is on us and specifically on you, the voters of Michigan, who I'm talking to right now. You're listening to this right now. And I greatly appreciate that it is on you. Make sure that Mike Rogers, whether you love him or hate him, he's not a commie. He's got to win that Senate seat. And if he does, it also takes the, the, the chance of the Democrats flipping the Senate pretty much out of the realm of possibilities. So all eyes will be on Michigan tonight and I believe we'll see, as the show is titled, that the left has moved away from the middle and hopefully that means they lose the middle. And if you're in the middle and you don't want to vote for Republicans, I would urge you to reconsider but at least withhold your vote from Democrats because you're going to be giving your vote to literal communists. All right, let's take a quick break. I want to get to a word from our friends over at Helix. It's Helix Mattress. Listen, during the warmer months, I don't like the heat. I'm not into the heat. It's not one of my favorite things. During the warmer months I really started paying more attention to my sleep quality. Gotta love it. And one of the best changes that I've made has been switching to a Helix mattress. I sleep on Helix mattress and it's made notice a noticeable difference in how well I rest each night before making the switch. I would wake up multiple times throughout the night feeling uncomfortable and I'd often start the day feeling tired and not fully recharged. Since getting my Helix mattress, I've been falling asleep faster and waking up feeling much more refreshed and ready for the day ahead. I took their sleep quiz, answered a few simple questions about my sleep habits and preferences and they matched me with a mattress designed specifically for my needs. Plus Helix chips free right to your door and includes a 120 night sleep trial and a limited lifetime warranty. And now helix is offering 20 off site wide. What a deal. Go to helixsleep.com Vince for 20% off site wide that is helixsleep.com Vince V I N C E for 20% off site wide helix sleep.com/sleep Vince. Thank you, Helix, for being a part of the show. All right, we're going to move into this quick story about Spain. You know, I talk about what we're up against, talk about the left losing the middle right. And this is part of the, this is part of the problem. Okay. What happens if the Democrats take power again? And I'm not just talking about the House and I'm not just talking about the possibility of the House and the Senate because we still have the presidency and you know, the President still has the power to Veto. You need 2/3 to override and we're probably not going to lose that many seats if we do lose both chambers. And I don't think we're going to lose the Senate. I know there's a lot of, you know, doom, doom ish predictions out there about the Senate right now. No, I don't believe James Talafrico is going to win in Texas. That's not me telling you if you're a Paxton supporter down there to put your feet up. I'm telling you to work hard. Because if we do work hard, we won't lose Texas. But if the Democrats take power again, we've heard what the DSA co chair almost Shannon Bream wants to do. We've heard David Jenkins, our goal is communism. We've read and heard their party platform. Number one, first and foremost, what was the biggest issue in 2024 going into that election that Donald Trump campaigned on? The border. The border is one of the biggest issues, was one of the biggest issues facing the country. That's been rectified here, but temporarily. New president comes in, they wave their magic wand, borders open again. If the new president is a Democrat, we can't have that. You want to address the affordability crisis in this country. The issues with how much things cost, maybe removing 25, 35, 40 million illegal aliens from the demand side of the supply demand equation, maybe that's a good idea. I think so. If you remove 25, 35, 40 million people who are competing for the same resources that you're competing for, your costs are going to go down. And that's what we want. That's not what the socialists want, that's not what the communists want. Because if there's one thing that Democrats are really good at, it's about, it's creating a problem and then selling you the solution. They're very much like Big Pharma in that regard. Here, let me Tinker with this virus and by the way, go get that vaccine. Yeah, it sounds familiar, right? Create the problem, sell you the solution. Democrats, ah, there's, oh, there's too many illegals to deport. Let's just, I don't know, give him amnesty. No. How's that sound? How about F. No, right? Like, like, like Hell no. Is that YouTube, that video? Hell no to the. No. No. I love that guy. Anyway, Donald Trump is warning about a Spain style border invasion. If the Democrats win. I want to roll this video. Trump on the invasion. He was in, he was in the Oval Office yesterday talking about this. And it's very important to understand we've already seen that invasion take place over four years and we've stemmed the tide. Democrats take power again. Let's say they have a trifecta or just if they win the presidency in 2028, that will happen again. We can't let it happen again. Let's roll. Trump from the Oval Office yesterday talking

about Spain, the whole socialist thing, I think in many cases it's much more than socialists. They skipped socialism, they went directly to communism. But when I saw what happened in Spain, I said, you know, we had a version of that. You could say much worse. We, we allowed 25 million people under Joe Biden, the Democrats, we had open borders and countries all over the world, almost all of them sent people that they don't want into our country. And we've gotten a lot of them out and we're getting more, including murders. And I always say 11,888, that was the number of murders. Many of them committed more than one murder. And we're going to be just like that. If you put these lunatics in that I see running for office, they had, we had an open border. A year and a half ago, we had the worst border in the history of our country. Now we have the best border. We haven't had one person come in and this is done by the Democrats, not by left leaning people. They do charts and they have. In 15 months, not one person has come in through our southern border illegally. Now that's pretty amazing. I'd say maybe 10, maybe 15. They say none. And believe me, if they did, they'd love to report it. But you could go outside in those vast plazas where hundreds of thousands of people gathered when they stormed our country, just like they did, in my opinion, worse, just like they did to Spain, they stormed our country. And those borders are those big plazas that were built, they put concrete down and now you look at Them there's grass growing in the cracks. Nobody comes up because they know they're not going to get through. And if they do get through, they're going to be taken out, brought back to their country. So we've done a fantastic job. You know, somebody said you did it too fast. I did it in 30 days, my first 30 days. Biden couldn't do it. He couldn't get it done. He tried it at the end, he tried to do something because it was so overwhelming or so bad politically, you
A
know, I really did a tremendous job. Everybody knows I did a tremendous job. Even the fake news knows I did a tremendous. Where's my Trump head? Here we go. Let's have a little fun. I did a fantastic job. You look at that. The border is secure. None of the bad hombres are coming into our country. We're getting the bad hombres the hell out of our country. And I did a fantastic job. I've had this Trump head for a long time. Oh, there's my pearls. These will come in handy later when we talk about that Clay Travis story. I know I'm teasing. Probably the least important story of the show a million times, but it's a fun story. So I now, I am now well equipped. My pearls, I've got my Karen button. We're ready to roll. It's a Spain style border invasion. And Trump says in his opinion it was probably worse than what happened in Spain. It was 25, 35, 40 million people in Spain. I mean, look, Europe's a mess, right? With the, with the Islamic invasion that's happening over there. It's not just, you know, it's a bad situation out there in Europe. I get it, especially in Spain. But you saw the like. Was it 40,000, 50,000 of those quote unquote migrants? They weren't migrants. They're invaders. Migrants come the right way. That was not migration. That was, that was an invasion. People trying to sweet, like sugarcoat it. Oh, look at all the migrants. Those are not migrants. They're not. Is a burglar kicks down the door of your house and, you know, comes in there, starts stealing all your stuff. Is that a migrant, too? Oh, it's just, it's just an undocumented house guest. Oh, okay, cool. Let me call the play. Hey, 91 1, I have an undocumented house guest. He's trying to steal my television. Yeah, can you come help? Oh, wait, we're funded. The police. Oh, crap. All right, well, okay. Guess he's gonna stay. Take one of my bedrooms.

Now,

it was worse here, 25, 35, 40 million people. Spain, it was 50,000. And I get it, it was bad and it all happened, like, in one day. But, I mean, you're talking about millions who poured into this country. Millions, Tens of millions. And it'll happen again. And they're telling you it'll happen again when they tell you they want to abolish the border. Last thing I'll say on this topic, because I have been stewing. It's been building up. You may be able to tell, but there's a Mom Donnie story we're going to get to. Guys and gals Invincibles. There's a Mom Donnie story we're going to get to out of New York. That's going to make your blood boil. My blood is already boiled. It's boiled. It's over. It's evaporated. The pot's empty. I'm so mad about this because of how they're trying to lie to you. And we're not going to let it happen. All right, last thing I'll say. You want to abolish borders. You have no borders. You have no country, period. That's the truth. Your country starts and stops where your borders are. If you get rid of those, then there's nothing. There's nothing that differentiates you from Mexico or Canada. Well, there's something that differentiates us from Canada. In Canada, their men sit to pee. In the United States, we don't do that. Because, you know the French. You have the French problem. And we kicked their asses in hockey, and we did very well. You know, the men, the women and the paraplegic team. We beat Canada. If they were the 51st state, they would have won a gold medal, too. They don't want to do that. All right? Your borders, you sacrifice those, you get rid of those. You don't have a country. It's the truth. The laws of your country can be implemented within your borders. If you don't have borders, then you don't have laws. You don't have laws, you don't have a country. That's what the Democrats want, and they've admitted as such, they want to abolish the border. Can't do it. Can't let it happen again. That is not a position that is popular among the middle. I do believe ideologically, the left has lost the middle. We just have to get to the middle and say, hey, do you really stand for this? You may not like Trump. That's okay. Whatever. We could. We could agree, we could disagree. It is what it is on that. I love Trump. I think he's great. I think he's a great president. He's doing the best that he can with a really crappy hand that he's been dealt. You're not a communist, right? No. Ok, well, then you're not a Democrat anymore. You're politically homeless. You cannot vote for this in November. You don't want to vote for a Republican. All right, whatever. Don't vote Democrat. The answer here is never vote Democrat. We'll start there and we'll eventually, we'll eventually bring them in, have them at least for one election cycle, vote for Republicans to help us out. That's our goal. All right, one more break and then we're going to get to this Mom Donnie story because this is some dystopian 1984 level stuff. We're also going to have a little bit of fun with it because that's the way we do it, not because it's the Michigan way. We're done with Michigan. Let's get to word from our friends at Bone. Bon Charge. Bon Charge. Ladies and gentlemen. I've been using the Bon Charge infrared sauna blanket and red light face mask ever since they sent them to me and I cannot recommend them enough. You'll be able to watch that right here as well on Rumble. All right, I want to move into this Mom Donnie story because this. You ready to have your blood boil before we have some fun? Before the end of the show? I think so. Zoran Momdani. He's doing it. He's gonna starve. Folks, this is. You know what? Let me get my alarm. I gotta go to my alarm. Here comes. No, that's the air horn, you dope. Here's the alarm. All right? I hit the wrong button, called myself a dope. There it is. There's the alarm. He's doing it. He wants black people and married women to starve. That's what he's going to do. Sean, what are you talking about? It's about black people and married women are going to starve. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. That sounds a little extreme. What do you. What do you. Do you have the receipts to back that up? Yeah, I do. You know Mom Donnie is doing the whole city run grocery stores thing, right? Well, guess what you need in order to shop in the city run grocery stores. This is from hotair.com. this is a file. It's a fascinating article. When I was reading this last night, I was reading this article last. I said, oh, you are. This is great. This is great. You need Eater id. That's not what they're calling it, but it's with the great Ed Morrissey over@hotair.com. some of the best writers, by the way, in the space are on that website. I'm a huge fan of David Strom. He has an amazing writing style. I read his articles and laugh. I just laugh. He's very snarky and I like that. Kind of dry, kind of pointed. I like it. If you couldn't tell. Zoran Mamdani, New York City. The city run grocery stores. Whoa, hold on a second. But then, hasn't the left just told us that IDs are racist and that black people and married women are too dumb to get valid identification? Well, they didn't say that necessarily verbatim, but that's what they've been implying. Remember the bucktooth Botox bandit of Buffalo? Kathy Hochul, the governor of New York right now, who said a couple years ago young black men in the Bronx don't know what the word computer means. That's not nice. Probably shouldn't say that. If I said that, we'd have a problem. You know, black people don't know what computers are. They go, he's a racist. Nobody says anything about Kathy Hochul saying things like this. Remember Zoran Mamdani? Jim Snow 2.0 over the winter. You need two forms of identification to prove that you can shovel snow. Why did they do that? Because they're paying these people. And for a government to pay people who aren't authorized to work, well, that's illegal. So they had to check IDs. They also told us that borders are racist. Right? We just got done talking about the border and how they're going to throw the border wide open. It's going to look like Spain again. It's going to look like the Biden years again if Democrats take back power. So IDs are racist and borders are racist. Yet here comes Zoran Mamdani and his city run grocery stores that are going to essentially enforce both both IDs and borders. Requiring ID to vote, that's not okay. But requiring ID to shovel snow, recovering. Requiring ID to board an airplane, requiring ID to buy cigarettes, requiring. Requiring an ID to buy alcohol, requiring an ID to go into the city run grocery stores. Wait a second. You know Barack Obama, right? Oh, this is a good one. Here we go. That's the great. Hey, underscore Berg on Instagram. He does Obama's voice great. He did Obama as a rooster. So I have this on my drople do. I think it's great he does this cockadoodle. So stupid, but it's perfect. Barack Obama's got that. What is that monstrosity in Chicago? It kind of looks like the thing that the, the Jawas ride in and on Tatooine, you know, in Star Wars A New Hope Episode four. But looks like that turned on its head, right? It looks like it looks like a garbage can. Right? You have Barack Obama and the Obama quote, unquote, presidential library in Chicago requiring residents to show ID if they want to prove their residents of the city of Chicago to access the library for free. Well, they must not want black people and married women to be able to access the library for free. How dare they. We must fight against this oppression. It's oppression. It's an inequity. It's all the other buzzwords the left loves to use. All right, here we go. Zoran Namdani had a, a press conference about the city run grocery stores. And this is the local ABC affiliate in New York. ABC 7. I grew up in New York, so it was, you know, Channel 7. It was the ABC affiliate. And they rent. They, they, they ran a clip of this press conference of a reporter. I don't know who the reporter was. I'm not sure if the reporter was with ABC7 or not. But they asked mom Donnie the question, hey, you know, how are you going to stop people from playing games? You know, these shenanigans with the city run grocery store, right? 30% discount. There's the, you know, obviously there's reselling. I mean, you think they wouldn't do that in New York? You know what I saw during COVID in New York, by the way? Capitalism. It's illegal. Capitalism is not illegal. But doing this is illegal. There were people going to these supermarkets during the COVID years. And for those of you who lived in New York during 2020, 2021, if you're still there, God bless you, good luck. Luckily, I got out in the great state of Tennessee now. And I tell you, the things that we were able to do once we moved here, we would not have been able to do in New York, because they take everything from you. They tax everything. But people were actually going into these supermarkets, raiding the toilet paper section, knowing that it was in high demand. Because for some reason, this is my. One of my favorite things about the COVID years. For some reason, everybody thought that for 15 days, to slow the spread, you know, two weeks, you needed 96 rolls of toilet paper. I got news for you. If you need 96 rolls of toilet paper over the course of two weeks, you got a much bigger problem than the China virus. Much bigger problem. You probably need that now because it's cyclo runny assis that's out there. You go to Taco Bell, which is funny. Apparently it became breaking news that Taco Bell causes, you know, a swift exit strategy after. After ingestion. Let's just leave it at that. But you remember the runs on the supermarkets during COVID There are actually people who are going into these supermarkets buying all the toilet paper and then selling it for a premium in the parking lot. They got arrested because that's illegal. But the point is reselling, right? People will do that. So Mamdani was asked a question about, hey, how do you plan to address this? How do you plan to, you know, to mitigate that? And I want to. I want to run this, this, this clip because they tell you they're going to implement identification. Let's roll it. How are you going to keep people from taking advantage of that, you know, that deal, basically? And is there going to be a limit on the number of items that someone can take that are discounted at that level from that essential basket? So our RFP makes very clear that this is a program for New Yorkers to be able to put food on the table, not a program for people to be able to make a quick buck through reselling. I'm going to pass it over to our EDC head, JPAC to add some additional details.
C
Yes, if you look at our RFP for the operator, we are looking to make sure, sure that we target New Yorkers, whether it be at sort of a library card esque thing. And also we manage who's buying and that is focused on everyday New Yorkers. So we are mindful of that. And so we're going to make sure that we have all the place, all the things in place to make ensure that that does not happen.
A
What'd she say? A library card esque thing? First of all, what is that? Where can I get a library card esque thing? Hold on. Okay, so let me like, let me distill this for you. How does one obtain a library card esque thing in order to then shop at the city run grocery stores in New York City? Right. I, I just want to get one of these library card esque things that she was talking about. Yeah, she'd have to probably you. You have to, you have to probably you have to prove that you're a resident of New York City. Right? How does one do that? You gonna use the honor system? Hi, my name is Sean Farish, I live in New York City. Can I have my library car desk thing now so I can go buy groceries at the city around grocery store? Well, prove that you're a resident of New York City. How do I do that? Do you have forms of identify identification? Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Let me clutch the pearls right now. Because you can't do that. Oh, that's racist. By the left's logic, clearly Zoran Momdani in New York City don't want black people or married women or divorced women for that matter to be able to buy food at the city run grocery stores. One way or the other, you're showing some form of identification to make that purchase. You understand this, right? In order to obtain the library card esque thing, as this woman put it, you're going to have to prove who you are. And the only way to prove who you are is with identification. Okay, that's number one. To obtain the library card as thing, or let's go on and say that they are going to, you know, use the honor system or whatever. I'm from New York City. Give me this thing. Here's a utility bill, whatever. You don't need to show photo ID when you go to the city run grocery store. You're going to have to use the quote unquote, library card esque thing to make the purchase, to prove that you're supposed to be in the store and that you're eligible to make that purchase, a 30% discount, which is still showing ID. So no matter what happens, you are showing ID to make purchases at New York City's city run grocery store, period. That's what's going to happen. Now, I was reliably told for years by the left that identification is racist. Black people can't get IDs. Married women are too stupid to get IDs. I was told all of these things reliably. And that's why we can't have voter id. We can have ID to go to libraries, like the Obama library. We can have ID to shop at the city run grocery stores. We could have ID to board airplanes. We could have ID to buy alcohol. We could have ID to buy, you know, tobacco products. We even for a point in time in New York, had the show ID to buy whipped cream. That's a real thing in 2022. Because they were trying to combat, you know, the people with the whippets. I said, I'm trying to buy freaking Ready Whip to put on top of my ice cream. I have to. You're carting me. What is this? Alcoholic whipped cream? Is there something. Is this a new thing? That's pretty cool. I can get rocked by just. No, they were trying to combat the whole compressed air thing. All right, so you need ID for all those things, but you don't need ID to vote now why? Because this is obviously clear. The Democrats want to cheat. That's the point here. Okay, but this is where things get really, really dystopian and weird. You just heard Mom, Donnie and the lady that came on after him say that they're going to require a library card esque thing. And I'm not saying that because it's my term, right, A library card esque thing to make the purchase at a city run grocery store. And yet here comes this tweet from one of Mamdani's spokespeople saying, no, that's not what we said, ladies and gentlemen. You just heard it. Look at this. Insane. This even needs to be said. But to be absolutely clear, New York City grocery stores will be open to everyone. There will be no system to verify identity, residency or income. And no one will be asked to show ID to shop. This is the dumbest and fakest online news cycle I have ever seen. Okay, then, then Mr. Calvello. Joey, what's the library card esque thing? If there's no. If there's no ID to shop, what is it? Hello? Joseph, you there, bud? Don't you try this crap with us. We just heard it. We just saw them say it. So here comes mom, Donnie, here comes the lady. They talk about a library card thing. You're going to have to show ID to prove who you are to get the library card thing, or you're going to use the library card thing in the store to make the purchase. And then, then they're telling you that's what's going to happen. And he goes, no, you didn't hear any of that. He didn't say that. These aren't the droids you're looking for. He's. They're doing the Obi Wan. You got to be like Jabba the Hut. Oh, oh, oh, oh. Jedi mind trick, right? For the Star wars fans out there, they've gone even beyond Obi Wan. These aren't the droids you're looking for. They're like, you're actually not even looking for droids. Go away. And you're like, oh, yeah, I'm not looking for droids. There's some. There are people who will continue to fall for this. But think about this too. It's not just the id, they're enforcing borders. Who's the city run grocery store for? New Yorkers, right? New York City residents. So you have a library card esque thing. You're given a library card ask thing to make the purchase in the. In the city run grocery store because you've proven that you're a New York City resident. Oh, okay, question. Here's a hypothetical. Let's say you live in New Jersey, right? But you work in New York City. That's something that a lot of people in New Jersey do. Okay, I'm from the Northeast. I know this. Okay? You live in New Jersey. It's just cheaper to live in New Jersey. And then you. And then you commute to work in New York City and you work in New York City and you go back home to New Jersey. In some places in New Jersey, it's cheaper. Not. Not all. Okay, but you get the point. Let's say you're getting ready to leave whatever job it is you have in New York City, okay? You got a good job and you're like, ah, I'm going to stop at my favorite city run, you know, Commies R Us grocery store and I'm going to go get some beef. I'm going to go bring it home. You know, 30% discount in most places. I'm going, I'm going to go get it. Okay. And then you're told when you're trying to check out. Sir, do you have your library card as thing? Oh, as well? I don't have that. I'm not a resident of New York City. Oh, then you can't shop here. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. So you mean to tell me only residents of New York City can shop in the, in the store? So if you're a resident of New Jersey, but you work in New York City, you can't shop in the store. So you mean to tell me that you must reside within the city's borders to enjoy the city run grocery store, and if you're not from within the city's borders, then you're not eligible to shop in the city stores? I thought borders were racist. Oh, I guess not. I guess not. So here's mom Donnie and his administration implementing IDs and enforcing borders in New York City. Two things that we were reliably told over and over and over and over again were racist, bigoted, xenophobic, fascist, Nazi things. Borders and IDs. And again, the moral of the story here, the hypocrisy that we can display the, the, the just blatant double standards here, that's what we show the middle and say, you know, they don't want voter id, but they want city run grocery store, library card thing, IDs. What's more important? Buying food at a city run grocery store. Voting. I'd say voting. I'd say voting. I would, you know, but some people would disagree with me. That's okay. This is America. We're allowed to disagree. Okay.
C
New Yorkers, whether it be at sort of a library card, esque.
A
There it is. Library card. S thing. I want one. Is it like a vaccine card? You know, is it one of those that. Oh, okay, yeah, you refer IDs during those, those time periods too. Remember when you needed one of those to just eat in New York City, but you don't need one to vote? Okay, all right, cool. Sounds good. Show this to middle, you know, independent, malleable middle people, right? These folks who can be swayed independent voters and say, you know, you and I can agree that non citizens shouldn't be voting in our elections, right? That's not, that's not a nasty thing to say. If you're a citizen, you can vote. If you're not a citizen, you can't vote. So voter ID is not a bad thing. Right? Because only, only eligible voters will be voting. Well, look at this. The Left doesn't like IDs. They tell you all about how black people can't get IDs, married women can't get IDs. Yet they're using, they're implementing IDs. They're using IDs to prove you can shop in a grocery store. They're using IDs to get your free admission to the Obama Presidential Garbage Library center in New Jersey, but not to vote. Like If I, if IDs are racist and they're racist all the time. Right? They're not only racist some of the time. All right, anyway, I told you, we get to this Clay Travis story. We're going to go right to this now because this is, this, this is, you know, I did, I made the joke earlier. The Donna, Donna, Donna Trump. She's beautiful. She's a smoke show. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. She's beautiful. Supermodel, right? Donna sounds a lot like Donald, looks a lot like Donald, but she's a smoke show. I have to say that beautiful woman, that's my complete and total endorsement. She's going to run for president in 2028. This is just epic. What Clay Travis wants to do. Clay Travis famous for, well, he found it out kick. He's now a, he's the co host of the Clay and Buck show. Nationally syndicated radio show, does very well. Clay Travis is proposing an all trans WNBA NBA team called the Nashville Balls. That is hilarious. I don't care what anyone says. Well, that's juvenile.
B
Grow up.
A
No, you grow up. That's funny. Why is he doing that? Because the left for years has gone trans women are women. All right, well let's go get a bunch of men pretending to be ladies. Let's form a WNBA team, put them on a WNBA court, call them the Nashville balls because that's hilarious. Oh, you're really going to call them the balls. That's what you play basketball with? Get your mind out of the gutter. Why shouldn't he propose this? This is hysterical. It's brilliant. Because now they're going to tell you, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We can't do that. Why? That sounds bigoted. Are you against inclusion? Basketball is for everyone. Right? Utopia. Listen, Clay Travis won me over in 2017 when he went on CNN and he said to Brooke Baldwin, the two things that he believes in. Absolutely. In this country is the First Amendment and boobs. And it set her off. Like crazy. She was like, did you say B doubleobf? Oh, my gosh. Did you say that on television? Now, all of us, the Karens. The Karens came out in, like, full force. Now they're going to come out because he wants to propose. He wants to bring about the Nashville Balls as a transgender WNBA basketball team. So they're all going to clutch the pearls. But it's. It's us who gets to clutch the pearls now, because. Are you against allowing transgender athletes in your sport? That does not sound very inclusive. Matter of fact, that makes you a bigot. Your rules, not mine. I'm just trying to keep up with the rules that you're putting in place. Maybe one day. Maybe one day, you on the left will choose to follow them. Might be a good idea. Until then, Nashville balls 2028. Clay Travis. Epic, epic troll. And keep pushing that. I will be behind the Nashville balls 100%. Matter of fact, I'm in Tennessee. He's in Tennessee. Let's do a Nashville Balls press conference. I think it'd be a great idea. Ladies and gentlemen, that is a quick hour. Holy smokes, that went by fast. Look at this. 15,000 people. It's time to go raid the great Graham Allen. Thank you so much for watching Vince today. I'll be back tomorrow morning, same time, same place. VINCE Podcast | Episode 345
Are Democrats Losing the Middle?
Substitute Host: Sean Farish (filling in for Vince Coglianese)
Date: August 4, 2026
This episode, hosted by Sean Farish in place of Vince, dissects the trajectory of the Democratic Party, arguing it has shifted further left and is abandoning moderate voters “in the middle.” Through the microcosm of the Michigan Democratic Senate primary and broader discussions on party factions, immigration, urban policy innovation, and cultural issues, Farish asserts that Democratic power centers now reside with self-identified socialists or communists, ostracizing centrists and driving independents toward conservative alternatives.
The episode is high-energy, irreverent, and rife with political satire, but also makes specific, substantive points about party endorsements, identity in politics, and progressive overreach. In typical VINCE fashion, the original conservative tone is blunt, satirical, and combative.
Timestamps: 01:00–16:00
“This may very well prove that there’s no more home for anybody who considers themselves the middle, right on the Democrat side of things.” (05:10)
“The rabid socialist wing of the party is...calling the shots on the left. That can’t be disputed. That’s not up for debate.” (09:18)
Timestamps: 13:00–17:30
Argues the party is openly embracing “communist” and “abolish everything” platforms (abolishing borders, prisons, presidency, etc.).
Cites DSA leaders outright:
“Our goal is liberation. Our goal is communism.” (14:30; attributed to DSA’s David Jenkins via Shannon Bream’s show)
Farish contends that non-socialist Democrats can only slow this movement, not reverse it.
GOP strategic advice: Suggests Michigan Republicans take advantage of open primaries and vote for El-Sayed as the weaker candidate (14:00–15:30).
Timestamps: 17:00–21:00
“You cannot vote for this in November. You don’t want to vote for a Republican? Alright, whatever. Don’t vote Democrat.” (29:32)
Timestamps: 21:00–31:00
“They skipped socialism, they went directly to communism. When I saw what happened in Spain...we allowed 25 million people under Joe Biden, the Democrats, we had open borders...” “In 15 months, not one person has come in through our southern border illegally. Now that’s pretty amazing.” (25:35–26:55)
“You want to abolish borders. You have no borders, you have no country, period. That’s the truth.” (29:36)
“...the left has lost the middle. We just have to get to the middle and say, hey, do you really stand for this? ...You’re not a communist, right? ...Then you’re not a Democrat anymore. You’re politically homeless.” (29:36–30:15)
Timestamps: 36:45–53:20
“Zoran Momdani...wants black people and married women to starve.” (36:55, satirically exaggerating the left’s talking points on ID laws being racist)
“If you look at our RFP for the operator, we are looking to make sure we target New Yorkers, whether it be at sort of a library card-esque thing. And also we manage who’s buying and that is focused on everyday New Yorkers.” (43:52–44:17)
“So let me distill this for you: how does one obtain a library card-esque thing? ...You have to probably prove you’re a resident of New York City. ...The only way to prove who you are is with identification.” (44:17)
“I was reliably told for years by the left that identification is racist. ...That’s why we can’t have voter id. ...But we can have ID to go to libraries, ...to shop at the city-run grocery stores...” (46:00–46:40)
