You look great. You look phenomenal. Thank you for being here. Okay, let's get into what the hell is going on in California. It's, it's another crazy day in California. Now, there is some disagreement among the election assessors right now about who has made it through to the final round in the gubernatorial race. But let me give you the the New York Times count because that's what we've been looking at each day here on the program. Here's what the New York Times says. As of this morning, the gubernatorial primary is a Javier Becerra is a lock to make it to the general election, but Steve Hilton still trailing at number two here according to this data. Let me tighten it up so you can see it there at 25.1% right now. And then Tom Steyer is 22.4%. Now I'm looking at a check mark next to Javier Bakaria's name. They should add a check mark next to Steve Hilton's name as well. Decision Desk hq, another election assessor has said that Steve Hilton does move on to the final round. Now 83% of the votes are in. Just 83% after a week. It's been a full week now and just 83% are in. That means Javier Becerra, Steve Hilton are both moving on to the November election. That is great news. That's wonderful news that Kennedy California's will have a real alternative here to the idiocy of the Democrats who continue to wreck the state. Now, don't underappreciate the extent to which California can rig the general election and you could have all sorts of chaos there, obviously. But in the meantime, a glimmer of hope here that there could be a better path and California could be made great again. Steve Hilton and Javier Becerra will square off now in November. Good news there. Meanwhile, in the mayoral contest. Well, it's a shitty story. Karen Bass and Nithya Raman are the top two. They're destined down for the general election. Spencer Pratt fallen into third place. And according to all of the available assessments, including common sense, you're just watching a California. They're still ramming votes in as of today. You think those are going to help Spencer Pratt? There's going to be some late break for Spencer Pratt with all of the ballots that they're still accepting up to today. Insanity. Spencer got robbed. Spencer got robbed. And that's what I want to talk about with you now. How is it that California does all of this? Now, there's. There's a lot of. Of explanations for this. And for those of you who live in California, you are far too accustomed with it if you know somebody who's ever lived in California. My buddy Larry o', Connor, for instance, he used to live in California. He said he's still getting notifications that his ballot has arrived at his address. What? His ballot never arrived at his. He lives in Maryland. The ballot didn't arrive in Maryland. So his ballot arrived at some house in California. Did whoever receive it fill it out? It's madness. Lots of people who used to live in California still receiving ballots either to their actual home address, where they live now, or back in California to an old address. These things just keep showing up. They just keep sending them out. And are we to believe that everybody is being honest and only filling out a ballot with their name on it when they actually reside in California? The answer to that is obviously no. There are hijinks afoot, no question. Mickey Kau used to work with me many years ago. Mickey Kau has an interesting summer. He's a Californian. Californian. He's a Californian. He writes the following on X. He goes. For those dismissing the possibility of fraud in California's vote. Please remember that key protections that we are told are built into the law turn out to be vaporous in practice, meaning meaningless. You need to sign it. They say a mark or a slash will do. That's true. You can draw a happy face directly on the signature line, and that would count in California. You could do a little doodle. You could do a skyline. You could draw a palm tree. That's a signature in California. What's the point of a signature space if it doesn't in Any way authenticate that you are who you say you are? What is this? You know, signature verification, which is already a crappy art form. Of course they should. Signature verification is idiocy. Signature verification is moronic. And here's why. You're going to trust some rando to do a signature match as they stare at a ballot. And the signature that's on file, good enough. You know what that leads to? Sometimes legitimate people who are legitimately signing will have their ballot thrown out on that basis. That's actually happened in real life. You know where that happened? Georgia, Georgia, black voters in particular, were being disenfranchised if their signatures didn't match the signatures that were on file in the state of Georgia. That's true. They were being disenfranchised at a higher rate. And it kind of makes sense that your signature wouldn't match the signature on file over time because I don't know about you. Anybody. Hey, Chad, do you remember when you were 18 years old and you began using a signature in order to do anything official? Does your signature today look like the one that you started with? Does it? Josh. Josh, how old are you, Josh, right now? Come on, Josh. Josh is 30. Okay, Josh, tell me, does your signature today look exactly like the one when you started signing anything in your life? It absolutely does not. Okay, so, Josh. No, it doesn't look anything like it. So this is the other side of it, where you have like. Like, like a credible person, like, who's really trying to cast their ballot, filling it, signing something, and then some. Some rando just stares at it, goes, they don't match, and throws them out. That's where the election fraud could also happen, where you're looking at ballots and you go, well, I don't want to put this ballot in because they're voting for Trump or whatever. The signatures, they kind of look different. Throw that one out. You see the problem. It's a huge problem. So in Georgia, they fixed it. They fixed it. And here's how they fixed it. They said you have to write your state ID number on the ballot. If you're submitting it by mail or when you're in person, you have to present your ID to vote. Common sense stuff. What happened in Georgia, voter enfranchisement went up, and authentic ballots, credible elections, the increase went up. And despite the claims by the left, the left was claiming that if you compel people to write their state ID number or show their voter id, if you compel them to do that, that's going to hurt black Voters, this patronizing bigotry from the left. Black voters too stup to get voter id. Well guess what happened? Black turnout went up. Under those circumstances, fewer black votes were thrown out because of the left's insane election arrangements. It's just the whole thing is so crazy. Every decent person should want a functional credible election system. Indecent people want systems that you can exploit for power, for fraud. Back to what Mickey is writing about. So you got the signature situation where people can like literally write anything. So what is that? What's the point of a signature line? What a waste. We check those signatures, says an L. A election worker. They don't. They don't. That's a lie. It must be postmarked by election day. They claim. Nope, that's not true. In fact, the fine print and the regulations and the California Secretary of state say that voters can self date. They can just scribble whatever date they want on the outside of the envelope. What? Well how does that work? So in the last week as all these ballots are arriving, you telling me that nobody wrote a date on an, on an envelope and then just submitted it on their own and submitted it after the election in violation of the law? But they did write the date, the old date, they backdated it and so it gets to count. That's insane. That's totally insane. That's California. Ballot harvesters must sign the ballot envelope is another claim they make in California. But guess what happens if they don't? They still count. The votes still count. That is a tremendous vector for fraud, shenanigans and theft. And it's all happening in California. You know. So if anybody ever asks you like what are the problems in California? Well, send them to this show. Just like, well, Vince has a massive list. There's a massive list. And that's non exhaustive. There's a million other ways there's problems in California. We just had a woman who was busted for paying homeless drug addicts a dollar, two dollars, a couple of cigarettes to get them to register to vote at her home address. And that's happening at scale in California. You know that the ballot harvesting itself is one of the biggest problems in America. So yeah, no, California is a massive, massive issue. And that should not be in any way duplicated anywhere else in the country. In fact, we should shut it down entirely. And here's where I bring you some interesting news today. California U.S. attorney Bill as sale. We love talking about Bill. Bill's been doing some great work. Bill as Sally was just on with Glenn Beck and Glenn asked him, you know what's happening here? We're going to see any election fraud charges. And be still my beating heart. It was so good to hear Bill, as sales say, okay, I don't like telling people everything about this because, you know, you can't control everything about the grand jury and what comes next. And I'm supposed to keep this as secret as possible, but here's some news for you. Watch this. You said you expect people to be charged. Can you say with what and you feel confident enough, you have enough evidence,
B
I will just say it will be election fraud charges in the. In the next. I hate to put timelines on things, but one or two months, I believe we need. We need the. Some of these results to be certified so we can, you know, prove some of the allegations. But we will be charging some people. I can't get in too much. And mostly Glenn. I mean, it's not just DOJ rules, but we also want to protect innocent people if we get something wrong. We don't want someone to be tainted with the. With the stain of an investigation until we're able to prove that in court. So I can't get into too much, but just know that this, at this point right now, we're wide open for investigations. If anyone knows anything direct, and then, please, direct evidence. I know people have theories and they have ideas, and we need right now are witnesses. If you've witnessed anything. If someone voted in your name and you found out someone voted for you, we want to know about that. If you saw someone collecting ballots in a suspicious way or doing something odd with ballots, we want to know about that. Those are the kind of things we need direct evidence of right now so we can launch into deeper investigations.
A
Okay, so there's a lot going on here. One of them, he says the election has to be certified first before we can move on criminal charges. In the fraud cases that we're developing now, don't I. That's the kind of thing we might hear. And you go, that's. Well, that's disheartening. You don't want them to have to be certified first. Why can't it happen sooner? There's. My guess is that there's a legal justification for this, that damages have to happen first in order to redress them. That might be the case. I'll let the lawyers handle this. But remember what we saw in Virginia. Remember, as people like as the Democrats were trying to steal all of those congressional seats, the election had to play out first before the court cases could move that was that one thing has to happen before the other. That's often the case in these legal battles. Bill Assailee is a killer. The guy's, the guy knows what he's doing and he's been great in this role as U.S. attorney. In fact, he's gone after a ton of illegals really efficiently in California. So I'm going to, I'm going to trust Bill Assailly, given his record here, that he's doing the right thing. Also, one to two months is a very interesting timeline because one to two months, let's say we're in June, so that's July and August. That puts us decently ahead of November's elections. In other words, if he can secure criminal charges against the bad actors in the California election system prior to November, he may be able to prevent a, like a huge theft operation going into that gubernatorial election where Steve Hilton right now is very much in play to potentially become the next governor of California. So this is not a small thing at all. Also, you know, there's, you know, we'll see what's possible here based on these charges and what kind of bearings it has on the election that just played out. But we have seen courts before say, hey, there was too much fraud in that election. That election needs to be redone. That may be, may well be the case. One thing at a time here, but I am going to take this with a lot of optimism that the US Attorney there says we are bringing election fraud charges, that you don't say that lightly because that means you have evidence in front of you. Also, for those of you in California, you know, listen to Bill. If you have genuine direct evidence of any kind, like for instance, if you are trying to cast your ballot and they say, hey, somebody else already cast it, give that to him. Call the U.S. attorney's office, let them know about any direct evidence that you're engaged with that is highly suspicious, especially if it involves you as a voter. That's really key. Let him know that. Of course, as he said, lots of people have theories and that's fine. There's all sorts of good and very likely credible theories about the way this fraud is being conducted. But what they really need is big E evidence, evidence in order to take down these fraudsters. And so stay in touch with the U.S. attorney's office there. So keep an eye on this. But that's a good development. I was like, man, that's great to hear as Bill Asale talks about that. So that's California now at the national level. And including in California. What can we do about all of this? Well, the answer to that is obviously the Save America Act. If you tell if you know anybody in your life who's opposed to the Save America, Is that possible, Chad? Do you know anybody who's opposed to the Save America Act? I just have to. Let's just survey the audience here because it seems crazy to me that anyone could possibly be opposed to. And if they are, it's. It's on the basis of conspiracy theories. This idea that, oh, it's Donald Trump who's trying to rig elections. How? By asking American citizens to be the only ones who are registered to vote to prove it. When you register, do you know anybody? Only the enemy people say liberals. Yes, sadly, within the families says Stump. Now, I know the chat moves fast, but Stump, why? Why within the. Is it just anti Trump animus? Is that what it is? Just like I hate Trump, therefore I'm against election integrity. Because he wants it. Is that what it is? Let me see if I can engage Stump here. Stump W says this. I want to see what Stump says. Go ahead, Stump, we're all waiting on you, Stump. We need tds. He says, okay, thank you, Stump. Tds, yeah. Trump Derangement Syndrome. Yeah. That's the only thing that could possibly explain it is Trump Derangement Syndrome. Unless you're actively involved in rigging elections. Maybe you have family members who are doing that, but chances are it's just tds. But again, can I run down the basics here? What? I'm sorry, I didn't even gavel in. I have to apologize to you. There we go. Can I run down the basics of the freaking Save America Act? What does it do? American citizens have to demonstrate that they are authentically American citizens when they register to vote? A, you have to show photo ID when you vote. B, and election officials who enable fraud in any capacity can be held accountable under the law for their violations. See, that's okay. Those are huge. Then there's also clean up. Here's D. Clean up the voter rolls, get rid of non citizens on the voter rolls. Some basic things the president wants to add. Other things about not allowing men to cheat in women's sports. Again, common sense to any American citizen. And you hear this list and you go, what's the objectionable part? Tell me the part that somehow gets in the way of somebody's right to vote. None of it does. None of it does. In fact, our current system disenfranchises American voters every time a non citizen steals a vote from a Citizen, every citizen in that state and jurisdiction and in our country is robbed of a share of their voice in our process. It's just true. You're disenfranchised by voting theft, don't allow it. No non citizen should be voting in our system. Voting is a right of citizens and citizens only. Citizens should be the ones who dictate the future of this country. And that's what the Save America act is all about. And Democrats stand against it at the congressional level, at the leadership level, because they know that their party thrives on shenanigans, on fraud, on rigging. So this is why even to this day, even at this late hour, we continue to fight for it, despite the fact that we're facing all of this ridiculous opposition, even among the establishment Republicans in the United States Senate. This seems like a waste of time. Why would we do that? We can't vote to give money to our friends so we can enrich ourselves in with the Save America Act. That seems like a big waste of the Senate clock. No, it's actually the number one thing the American people want do it. The President is pushing for it again with a big post yesterday. He's saying it's time to fire somebody and get the Save America act passed. I've got the details in his message to John Thune in just a moment. All ahead on this edition of Vince. I want to thank another great sponsor of the program, Rumble Wallet, for supporting the show. We love Rumble, don't we? I love Rumble. I just love Rumble for a million reasons, but I just love it's a great free speech platform. I love the chat. I love that you and I can engage one another in this way and constantly be fighting for the country in the way we do. And in addition to Rumble being a great free speech platform, Rumble has stretched out into making it so that you can control your own money, which dirty little secret here. A lot of the banks don't actually let you control your own money. They kind of dictate whether or not you get access to it on their timetable instead of yours. That's crazy. Yeah, well, we hear a lot about crypto. Here's the part that a lot of people miss about crypto. Crypto was actually created so you could own and control your money after that 2008 financial crisis. Bitcoin was designed as an alternative to banks. So instead of a bank holding your money or delaying transfers or limiting access, you're in control. And if you've ever had to wait for a transfer to clear, you have felt this Problem. Now, fast forward to today. Everybody's heard about crypto, but getting started still feels complicated. Well, this is why you should use Rumble Wallet. It takes all the complexity out and it makes it simple. Choose what you want. Bitcoin, dollar backed, Stablecoins, or even digital gold backed by real gold. No complicated setup. You can be up and running in minutes. And once you're set up, you can even support your favorite Rumble creators, like this guy, directly. So scan. The QR code is right there. Where is it? I never know where it's at. Is it right here? It's right there. No, it's right there. It's. It's right there, I'm telling you. You know those weathermen who have to operate on green screens? I could never do it. I could never do it. We call them weather people now. Is that the thing? It is Pride Month, after all. No, weatherman. I can't do it. I. I don't know. Anyway, there's the QR code. Scan it or click the link in the description and download Rumble Wallet. From there you'll get set up. Tap, buy. You're in the game. In just a few minutes, you can go from hearing about crypto to actually owning some. Rumble Wallet is a technology provider only. It's not a custodial service. See terms@wallet.rumble.com wallet.rumble.com thank you to Rumble Wallet. All right, is it time to fire somebody? Is it time. I know everyone's like, yes, Vince, it's time to fire somebody. It's time to fire everybody. Fire them all. I agree with you. Kind of. I mostly agree with you. I like Trump. Let's not fire him. Let's keep him around. The President of the United States is calling for the firing of the parliamentarian in the United States Senate. He says it's time for her to go. Here's what the President said yesterday. Senate Majority Leader John Thune should immediately fire the parliamentarian who treats Republicans in everything that they stand for, horribly. She was put there by then Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. True, true. And Barack Hussein Obama. Need I say more? She's a nasty holdover From Mitch McConnell, a man who has proven to be very disloyal to John Thune, who decided to keep her because he loved giving trillions of dollars to the Democrats. But for the Republicans, including the wall where I ended up having to go around him to build over 1,000 miles and close up our open border, he gave nothing. Just to be clear, the pronoun. There he is, Mitch McConnell. That's who he's referring to, he gave nothing. She is known as a radical left lunatic that caters to Democrats and has no respect for Republicans or Republican ideology. Just the other night as an example, she ruled against us on a proposal that would have been easily approved and should have been by anyone else. We have every right to change her and should do so immediately. As long as she's there, we will never get our desperately needed Save America act approved and put into full force and effect. President Donald J. Trump. All right, let's get into the details. What is he referencing here and what strategy is he trying to use to get the Save America act passed? Well, the parliamentarian comes into play in particular when it comes to these reconciliation packages. Reconciliation is a way for Congress to pass budgetary priorities. That's it. They're budgetary priorities. How do they spend money? And it allows if, if both part, if the same party controls both houses of Congress, it increases the chances that they can get things passed in this way with a simple majority, with no concern about the Senate filibuster blocking them. Here's the issue. It's only for budgetary things. Now for policy things, that requires a 60 vote threshold in the United States Senate right now to end debate. I know it's annoying. The whole thing's so annoying. But there's a Filibuster, there's a 60 vote threshold in order to get your priorities accomplished. So, like, if you want to pass the Save America act, that's not a budgetary issue, that's a statutory one where you're trying to establish rules around elections. It requires 60 votes. So right now the parliamentarian is standing in the way because her position is, well, that's not budgetary. The president's frustrated by this. He wants a new parliamentarian in there because he wants the Save America act to be appended to a reconciliation package to get it passed by any means necessary. Now, let me back up from this fight. To begin with, you can obviously replace her. We shouldn't have a Harry Reid holdover. We should have somebody who's going to be loyal to the rules. I just want somebody who's loyal to the rules in that seat no matter what. But what I also want is a United States Senate that actually fights for something that functions. Don't allow the part. We, none of us should allow this. We can't allow whatever argument exists over the parliamentarian to get in the way of the fact that that Senate Republicans won't do their damn jobs. Stand on your own two feet. Tuck your little Insoles in so you're comfortable and stand there until you get the freaking Save America act passed, mount a speaking filibuster and fight for your country already. Get it started. Go time is of the essence. And this buck passing part of this is Senate Republicans are actually trying to pass the buck off of the. Off to the parliamentarian. They are. They're like, well, it's her fault that we can't get this passed. You know what that's about? Disputes involving reconciliation packages. There's no reason this should have ever gotten to a reconciliation. Either get rid of the filibuster or mount the speaking filibuster and get this done. Mike Lee told us months ago in March. He goes, guys, Save America act can't be passed a reconciliation anyway. This is. This is a fool's errand. This is meant to pass the buck for the Senate Republicans failing to do the job they need to do. Watch Mike Lee explain it back in March. Watch.
C
There are a lot of things that can be passed through a Senate procedure known as budget reconciliation, through which we can pass things with a simple majority vote. The Save America act isn't one of those things. It can't pass through budget reconciliation because it's a, It's a policy. It is not budgetary. And even if you attach money to it, there are things at the margins we could do to help facilitate compliance with it. But the restrictions themselves have basically zero chance of meeting the standard to pass through budget reconciliation. So look, regardless, there are other reasons out there to do budget reconciliation. Do not be fooled into thinking that we can set down the SAVE act, the Save America act, and just pick it up on budget reconciliation. That's not going to work. Thanks.
A
He told us months ago, he. And he's, of course, been the, the single biggest backer of the Save America act in the United States Senate, fighting to get the speaking filibuster going for many months. And remember, do you remember this? I mean, it's so funny because this audience knew the details better than most United States Senators. There were senators who had no idea this is true. There were United States Senators who had no idea that they could actually amount a speaking filibuster and get things passed in a simple majority. They had no idea because they've never done it. They've never even attempted it. They're like, really? Those are the rules. Remember all the lies we were told for months? It was like, well, we don't have enough. We don't have 60 votes. You don't need 60, you morons. You don't need 60. Mike Lee's been telling you. Rachel Bovard, who's wonderful, has been telling us. She came on this show and explained it long before everybody else and the rest of the conservative media found out about this. This audience knew and this audience has stayed in this fight and is and is relentless. In fact, it's driving United States senators crazy that their phones keep ringing off the hook, that their email inboxes are overflowing, that people keep demanding the Save America act, and they have been trying to get rid of this problem for a while. You know how you get rid of us? Do your job or else we get rid of you. Just ask John Cornyn. Just ask Thombelina. Just ask Bill Cassidy. If you fail, we're getting rid of you. And then we're going to find somebody who can do the job. We really have the best audience anywhere. We've got a lot more to get to, including a wild Senate race in Texas. Ken Paxton squaring off against James Talafrico. Talafrico. He's now trying to shake the freak off. Yeah, we'll, we'll tell you what he's up to, the stunt he's pulling this week. All right, let's talk to you about James Talafrica and what he's up to. Talafrico. What a whack job. The, the he, his, this guy is now claiming that he's against child genital mutilation. Those are not the words he's using. But suddenly on a podcast with some compliant little Talafrico fanboy who's like, oh, they say you're a radical. It's so ridiculous. They say you're too liberal for Texas. It's so ridiculous. And Talafrico is like, yeah, well I'm not actually for, you know, lopping off the genitals of children anymore. Watch this. James, I hear consistent tropes about you being way too liberal for Texas that you're pro sex surgery for minors, and on and on and on. How do you respond to that?
D
Well, just on that particular accusation, I oppose gender reassignment surgeries for minors. I think what's happening is the people that are in power know that there's a backlash to the extremism and the corruption in our government. And so they're going to use a, a tried and true playbook to get out of this distraction and division. That is how corrupt public officials stay in power.
A
So suddenly he claims he's against. What did he call gender reassignment surgeries for minors. Even the thing he opposes, he's lying about. Chat. Here's a quick IQ test. If you chop the genitals off of a child, does it change their gender? That's the question today. If you chop up a kid, does it actually change their gender? I'll give you a moment to answer that question. Curious. No, no. There's a couple nos. Let's see. No, no, no. Nope. There's a nope. We got a nope. There's more nos. I got a nope. Ishmael Court says, hang on, I'll go check. No, no, no and no. No, absolutely not. Okay. And there's a fuck though. Thank you. That's what I was waiting for. I was waiting for a fuck.
B
No.
A
Yeah. No, it doesn't. That doesn't work. So even in his denial of supporting this cruel practice, he's lying to you. I don't support gender reassignment surgeries. Friggin liar. And he does. Let's be clear. He's lying now even it's A, it's a. There's, it, there's. It's like Inception. There's, there's a lie in a lie. It's a Russian nesting doll of lies. He supports it. He supports it. In fact, he just voted. Back in 2023, a law was presented in the Texas State Senate piece of legislation called SB14, which bans sex change surgeries on minors. And even that is that it's not a sex change. Oh, my God, I can't even believe it. Bans mutilating the genitals of children and then telling them that they're a different sex. It's so crazy that this is the kind of crap we have to deal with in 2026. That was SB14. He voted against it. So when he actually had a chance to assess it as a state representative, he voted in favor of mutilating children. So he's lying now about his position. In fact, when he was asked pretty. This is obviously, this is a well known clip now, but I'm going to reiterate it. When he was asked, what do you love most in the world, other than your friends and your family, what do you love most in the world? Check out his answer. Something that you love that's not family or friends. I love.
D
I'm just saying this because it's on my mind. The trans children who showed up yesterday at the state Capitol to advocate for their humanity, they shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch.
A
The legislation he's referring to is what I was just telling you about. We had trans kids show up and they were pushing us to make sure that kids could be mutilated. So I voted for them. You're disgusting. His answer is, I love abusing children. Guy's a whack job. He's sick. He's totally sick. And yes, he is too liberal for Texas, whatever the hell liberal means. Liberal means insane. Totally insane. That's demonic, what he's advocating for. And now he's lying about it. So let me tell you something. You know what's going to happen next? Talafrico is going to keep doing this. He's going to be asked about all of these whack job positions and he's going to try and dance away from each of them. He will lie directly to your face. Like, let's go further.
D
God is non binary.
A
Yeah. You still think God is non binary? Is that it? Do you still think God has six genders or whatever the hell your position is on that subject? Do you really think God is an Enthusiastic abortion pusher. You know that one. He says that the Bible doesn't address abortion at all, when of course it does. God knew you before he formed you, pretty clear in scripture. And he says, oh, no, God didn't really address abortion. So it's up to me to finish the Bible on his behalf. So what I've decided is that abortion is great. That's Talafrico's position. So I'm against gender reassignment surgeries. Oh, okay. Are you still for killing the kids? Not for mutilating him anymore, but you're still for killing them? Is that your actual position? He's a, he's a liar, he's a con artist. He's not a very good one. And I just want to point out what's going to happen next in that race. It'll be a never ending series of attempts to try and pretend like he's a normal person and no Texan should even begin to believe him. And I have a lot of faith in Texas. I don't think they're going to believe him. I think they're going to enthusiastically vote for Ken Paxton and keep that whack job away from any position of power. In fact, he should be kept away from schools. That guy should be kept far away from children. There should be some sort of restraining order on him.
D
Jesus never talks about abortion. The Bible is silent on abortion. And when that happens with a social issue as important as abortion, we Christians have to take scripture as a whole and we've got to try to make some kind of ethical determination.
A
Yeah. Yeah. There he is. Welcome to the Talafreak Show. Speaking of Texas, you guys following the Carmelo Anthony murder trial at all. The Carmelo, remember this is, this involves a high school track meet, April of 2025, and this guy, Carmelo Anthony, walks into the tent of a rival high school team and stabs another athlete, Austin Metcalf, to death inside of the tent. Now, to the extent that Carmelo Anthony's legal defense has existed, they've been trying to claim it was an act of self defense. How in the world, just I want to ask like a really basic question here. How in the world could you even begin to try and summon a self defense claim when you're the only one who's armed and you stab another high schooler to death? Their claim to the extent that they've tried to make any is like, well, he shoved me first. So you get to stab him. Have you. Look, even if he did shove you, you get to stab him to Death. Have you been in high school before? Like, I'm talking to the audience now. Have you ever been in high school? Have you ever seen anybody shove anybody else? Have you ever been in a fight in high school? Normally, it doesn't end with someone getting stabbed in the heart to death. Kids shoved each other. Okay. Hey there.

I'm Paula Pan.

I help people make the smartest money decisions possible. If you don't control your money, it controls you. You're not in control of your finances, and you have to look outside of yourself to live the life that you want. You're not in control. You're like. Like, what is it that you actually want? Money should follow the dreams and goals, because sometimes we make the dream and goal the money. And you've overworked yourself and you've exceeded what you've needed for the actual thing you want. Sometimes we forget, like, what's the actual thing you want? Afford anything. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. But the left has turned this into a big racial case. Carmelo Anthony is a black now, a black man. He's now 19 years old. And Austin Metcalfe was a white boy, a white teenager. And this is just one of those cases where the left has tried to racialize it beyond recognition. And in fact, one of the things that they've been whining about, the left that is, is, oh, there's no black jurors in the trial. Now, to be clear, not all the jurors are white. The jurors are all sorts of races. But the reason there isn't. There aren't black jurors is because when they were surveying the jury. When they were surveying the jury pool, they were asking some of the. Would be black jurors if they could fairly rule against this guy Carmelo Anthony. And they had. Would be jurors saying, no, I can't because he's black. They admitted in the jury procedure that because of his skin color, they'd be inclined to support him. They wouldn't want to. To rule against him. Okay, well, then you're disqualified on that basis. It makes total sense, right? I mean, am I right? This makes total sense. If you can't objectively observe the case and you're going to prejudge it. This is actually what you call prejudice. If you're going to prejudge it on the base of skin color, then you just can't be a juror. That's how they arrived with the jury that they have. And this. So, in other words, the court system is working as intended and the case has now reached a period is now going to the closing arguments. Both, both, both sides have rested. They're headed to closing arguments now and the defense has, it's just been a total disaster for them. They, they brought in some witnesses. Basically every witness that the prosecution brought in was gave great accounts on, on what exactly went down. It's just horrific and it's got all the makings of a very horrific murder by Carmelo Anthony. Killing Austin Metcalf in cold blood, stabbing him in the heart, just disgusting. And we get this update. One of the witnesses that the defense called gave very damning testimony on cross examination this week. Carmelo Anthony's claims reading here from the Daily Caller. Carmelo Anthony's claims that he stabbed the Texas teen in self defense may now be completely falling apart after a witness called by his own lawyers changed their tune. Collin county prosecutors rested their case against the 19 year old on Saturday after calling up 21 witnesses to testify about 17 year old Austin Metcalfe's fatal stabbing at that high school track meet. Anthony was the aggressor throughout the day. The deadly altercation, entering a school sports team's tent where Metcalfe was cursing and taunting those who asked him to leave and killing Metcalfe with a knife after Metcalf pushed him, witnesses reportedly testified. Anthony's defense began calling up witnesses on Monday, including one who admitted to inconsistencies in his testimony upon questioning from a prosecutor. The witness reportedly testified he initially told police Anthony was surrounded by a mob when the stabbing happened and then later realized it was after the stabbing based on the surveillance video. In other words, the original claim by the defense witness was oh, Carmelo Anthony was surrounded. The mob was descending on Carmelo Anthony. That is not the case. They showed him the surveillance footage and they said, no, look, everybody's arriving after the stabbing. So in other words, the crowd moves in after the stabbing takes place. So the prosecutor goes, you know you're wrong. The witness replied, yes sir. Devastating. Devastating to the defense's thin case. Carmelo's Anthony's parents apparently I saw were down downcast, crestfallen over the fact that it appears that the case against their son is, is now open and shut. This thing heads to closing arguments. We'll keep an eye on it. I know so many in Texas are keeping an eye on this case. It's just dominant. I was talking to producer Jim Jims in the Dallas area and he was saying, yes, everywhere man. It's just everywhere right now. We'll keep an eye on It. But that case that's caught the nation's attention. Don't let the left sow division. I hate when the left takes these obvious cases and then they side with injustice because they're trying to advance racial division. Don't let them do it. May justice prevail here. May justice prevail. Speaking of the justice system and the chaos that the left causes, we've got an update for you on what's been going on outside of Delaney Hall. That's in Newark, New Jersey, this immigration facility where rioters have been staging insurrections on any given night. Now, there's been some meaningful crackdown by police which has been good, but it's been going in fits and starts. I've been following Nick Sorter's excellent X account and some other independent journalists who are giving us great perspective here. Tom Holman is giving us a little bit more detail this week on the types of people they've been arresting. It turns out that almost all of the people who've been committing acts of violence aren't even from Newark, New Jersey. These aren't locals. This is not people from the community causing all this violence, standing up for their community. These violent lunatics are a rent a mob. Listen to the borders are. Tom Holman, explain.
E
Well, the ones we're charging with crimes, the one that they go from protesting to criminal activity, insulting our officers and damaging government property, most of them from out of state. Look, these are paid protesters. We got facial recognition of people from Portland that are at Portland riots and many from the Minnesota. This is a well planned, established thing they're doing. This isn't homegrown. There's a lot of local people there to protest peacefully and they certainly can do that. But the violence, majority of violence, not all the majorities coming from out of town people.
A
The majority is coming from out of town people there. These are insurrectionists that are being bused in to commit these acts. And you pay attention to what Tom Holman said there. He said they're paid, these are paid rioters. There's a, there's a, an organization behind this. There's money flowing into this. There's logistics involved in this. And as a result, that means that there is a criminal organization that we can take down. They got, they've got to do it. They've got to take these guys down. I told you. Scott Besson said, the treasury secretary about a week or so ago, he said that we're a couple of weeks out from some big developments on this. The Treasury Department and the FBI have been in full blown investigations into this subject. God willing, it comes quickly. We really need it because, you know, it's just, we just want our country back. You agree with me? We want our country back. We, we need it big time. Look at all of you beautiful people. Holy cow. 19.1000 with us right now live on Rumble. If you haven't joined us on rumble, rumble.com Vince, join us for the live 8am Show. Pack in here so we can talk about what's happening with the country. I like that we can all get together and scheme on how to make the country great again each morning. Thank you for, for being here for that. So that's a good update from Tom Holman. Tom Oman also gave us some more information about how the left is clearly lying about the conditions inside of this facility. In fact, they sound wonderful. There's lots of people who are at the, who are, who are free American citizens who are working hard each day just to figure out how they're gonna pay for the next meal and feed their children. Meanwhile, the detainees, that would be the illegal aliens that are being booted out of the country, the rapists, the murderers, the child abusers, everybody inside of that facility, they're getting taken care of pretty well. They're getting great healthcare and great food. Here's Tom Holman.
E
I went to the bathrooms, I went to the detention area, I went to indoor and outdoor recreat. Matter of fact, outdoor recreation has kind of a state of the art exercise equipment which kind of shocked me. And I went into, I heard a lot of complain about the food. I went there unannounced. The following day, unannounced, I went there and had lunch. I sat in a cafeteria with detainees, had the same meal they had. I had my security detail with me, of course, but I had the same tray of food they had. I looked around the room and saw they had the same tray. It was spaghetti and meat sauce, it was green beans, it was charo beans, it was rolls and butter, it was a fruit drink, it was dessert. I ate it. Now, is it a five star cuisine? No. But was it a well established meal? Yes, it was. Matter of fact, I didn't even finish it all. And I'm not a little guy.
A
Could you, I just, I love this picture. Could you just imagine being an illegal alien? You're in custody now, you didn't think anyone would catch you. You get caught, you're now being detained inside of this immigration facility. You're in the chow hall, the mess, whatever they're calling it. And you're sitting down at a table and right next to you is the border star, Tom Holman. And he's eating spaghetti and meatballs. I got amba. Oh, it's so funny. He's like, I'm a big guy. I didn't even finish it all. It does sound like a good meal. You know, sometimes for lunch, I'm like scrounging. I'm like, what do we have in the house? Right. I don't know if we have. It's like, you know, got to run out and find something. Spaghetti and meat sauce, green beans, charo beans. I don't know if I've ever had charo beans. That sounds good. Rolls, butter, a fruit drink, dessert. He's, he's crushed. I couldn't even finish it all. I'm a big dude. It's amazing. It's so good. You know what is also good? The, the Trump administration is, is annoying the media because they're revoking a citizenship from people who are committing fraud in the United States. Now, I've told you this before. The, the Trump administration has really ramped up denaturalizations, which is great. They're denaturalizing hundreds of people a month. They've been ramping it up dramatically. It's a huge change from what it used to be. You know, from 1990 to 2017, the first Trump administration. You ready for how many denaturalizations the Justice Department pursued every year? You ready for the number from 1990 to 2017? 11. Per year. 11. Isn't that amazing? 11. That's nothing. The Justice Department was barely denaturalizing people. I don't even think they were really aware that they had the power. Then President Trump arrived for the first time. The Justice Department filed 168 denaturalization cases under President Trump in his first term. 168. A huge increase, actually, from, from the, from prior years. And then Biden dropped it again. Now Trump's back in office. They're pursuing between one to 200 denaturalizations a month. A month. And those numbers keep coming. And we just got a list of 17 of them. CBS reporting on this. And check out the story here now, CBS with this report. This is the kind of reporting I want from cbs. You see what happens? They get rid of Scott Pelly and suddenly they're telling us all this good news about US Citizens former now soon to be former US Citizens who are getting booted for being fraudsters. The Trump administration on Monday announced it is seeking to revoke the citizenship of 17 U.S. citizens accused of immigration fraud. CBS exclusively reporting about these plans. Officials said the move represents the largest ever effort by the US Government to use its denaturalization powers, which were rarely invoked before President Trump returned to the White House. Oh, they cite the same data I gave you just now. 1990, 2017. Just 11 legal complaints per year by the Justice Department. Federal law has long allowed the government to do this, but it's seldom used. Some of the 17 cases. You ready for this? Targeted in this latest denaturalization round were convicted of violent or serious crimes, including sex offenses against children. Sex offenses against children. Why don't we skip past denaturalization and just shoot them? How about that? Why don't we just jump straight to shooting sex offenses against children? Others were convicted of fraud crimes or accused of committing immigration fraud. Those targeted in the latest round of denaturalization cases include a Haitian immigrant who allegedly sexually abused his daughter, a man from the former Yugoslavia convicted of sexually abusing a child under the age of 15, an immigrant from Mexico convicted of receiving sexually explicit images of minors, a former Catholic priest born in Colombia accused of child sex abuse, and a Filipino born man who pleaded guilty to a child sex crime. Death. Death. Let's do that. If they're guilty, death. But denaturalization, how generous of us. Denaturalize and get them the hell out of our country. The group also includes an Indian immigrant accused of filing fraudulent H1B visa petitions, the daughter of a Colombian drug trafficker accused of money laundering, a man born in Jamaica convicted of wire fraud, and a Cuban born woman accused of defrauding a tribal casino. Other naturalized citizens were accused of using false identities. Get them out of here. Get them out of here. Take their jackets and throw them out. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said the Justice Department would have zero tolerance for abuse of the naturalization process. Criminal aliens are lying about their past crimes, including drug dealers, sexual predators and fraudsters. Yet one of the, one of the realities of the denaturalization process is did you lie in pursuit of your citizenship? And if you have crimes in your past and you didn't disclose them and then you lied when you were going through the naturalization process, there are grounds to get rid of you. That's the key. Now one of the challenges we've seen is if you commit further crimes, if you commit like basically fresh crimes after you become a naturalized US Citizen, say you marry your brother so that he can commit immigration fraud. Let's just this a random example. I just came out of that out of thin air, then it might be difficult to denaturalize you if they can't prove criminality prior to you becoming a US Citizen. We are a nation of laws after all. You have to follow the statute. But the reality has to be, in my view, that if you become a citizen, you gotta follow our nation's laws. And if you're committing crimes after you become a US Citizen, can't your citizenship be on the line? Doesn't that make sense? Like what, in what world can we get rid of Ilhan Omar? Is really the question I'm asking you right now. How do we do that? That would be good. Let's get rid of her. She doesn't seem to like us very much, so she should just renounce her U.S. citizenship. But if she's not gonna do it, we can help her. We can get rid of her. So, you know, keep your eyes that. Remember, J.D. vance said that this woman is under investigation by the Justice Department right now for whatever role she might have in immigration fraud, including her brother's immigration fraud. So keep an eye on that. And then one more thing and it comes to J.D. vance. Gosh, I feel like we have so much we could possibly talk about. A lot of, a lot of it we're gonna have to do on the big national radio show today. But one more thing with that involves J.D. vance that I want to share with you today. The House Oversight Committee yesterday released a big report about fraud in Ilhan Omar's current state in the state in which she currently resides. Before we deport her, she is in Minnesota these days. And Minnesota is an epicenter for left wing fraud. Okay. It's just huge amounts of fraud going on there. And we just got a big over House Oversight Committee report on how this all went down. Bombshell report exposing how Governor Tim Wall. Stamp on Tim. And Attorney General Keith Ellison fueled Minnesota's fraud explosion. $9 billion in Medicaid loss, $300 million in federal child nutrition funds placed a serious risk. By the way. They're understating the amount of fraud there because the U.S. attorney in the area said they were looking at $19 billion in suspicious payments. They had only. They had only fully confirmed that 9 billion of it was fraud and not the rest of it as well. But this is the, this is the report. And in it you can see some of the top lines of what they found. Key findings. Governor Walz and Attorney General Ellison were aware of credible and systemic fraud in Minnesota's social services program. They knew about it. They knew about it as early as 2019. But they didn't act. They just let it happen. Negligent homicide of taxpayer money. Minnesota state agencies had clear authority to suspend or stop payments to providers suspected of fraud. They had clear authority, but there it is. Failed to act. Minnesota officials continued directing taxpayer dollars to Feeding our future scam and other high risk entities despite identifying serious program deficiencies enabling hundreds of millions of dollars in federal funds to flow to fraudsters. Testimony and documents show that concerns about litigation and accusations of discrimination, not legal barriers or directives from law enforcement, were cited as reasons for continuing payments to suspected fraudsters. In other words, people within the system that were handing out your money to fraudsters were afraid that they'd be accused of racism if they stopped it. Because guess what? A lot of this money was being stolen by Somalis and nobody wanted to be accused of being a racist for saying the truth out loud, you morons. The Walz administration retaliated against state employees who raised concerns. They punished whistleblowers while senior state officials prioritized, managing political and media fallout over addressing known fraud vulnerabilities. And finally, failures to prevent fraud resulted in an estimated $300 million in federal child nutrition funds being lost and potentially $9 billion in Medicaid related funds being lost or placed at serious risk. All right, so that's the rundown. And in other words, the assessment here from the Oversight committee is Walls knew, Tampon, Tim knew everything. Keith Ellison knew everything. And you might be saying to yourself, yeah, of course they knew. Yeah, of course they knew. But here's the key. If you're gonna make a criminal case against these guys, you need actual evidence of what they knew, when they knew it, and how they acted. The House Oversight Committee just packaged it up, put a bow on it, sent it off to JD Vance and Fraud Force. Now, what is Fraud Force going to do with it? You ready? Good news. Fraud Force is stacking up the criminal referrals. Remember JD Tampon, Tim and Keith Ellison and Jacob Fry? They're all under federal investigation right now. We already knew that they're under federal investigation, but J.D. vance has just announced that he is now making an additional criminal referral directly to the Justice Department on the basis of this House oversight investigation. Take a look here. Here's J.D. vance, Benny Johnson pulling the clip from Fox. Here we have JD Vance talking about this last night with Jesse Waters.
F
So you're the frauds are now. House Oversight just came out with a report that said that Tim Walls was
A
warned repeatedly that there was fraud and
F
he kept the money flowing because he didn't want to be called racist. That sounds like a crime to me. Is that a crime? Well, I'm going to let the law determine what's a crime and what's not. We're certainly going to investigate this, Jesse. And I guess now I can make a bit of breaking news because I left the White House to come here to do this interview with you. And before I did, we actually referred this particular case to the Department of Justice for a full criminal investigation. We are not going to do what the Biden administration did and make judgments of the law before all the facts are in. But here's what's particularly troubling about this to me is, is, Jesse, you had people within Governor Waltz's office who were saying, you know what? This looks like fraud. It looks like these Somalian illegal immigrants are doing something that's very shady. And then you had people who shut them down, who shut these whistleblowers down and said, you know, you're a racist or you're a xenophobic phobe for asking questions about where taxpayer money is going. What that means to me, Jesse, is that clearly people weren't taking fraud seriously. Whether it rises to the level of a criminal violation, we're going to investigate it. And of course, if it does rise to that level, we're going to prosecute it.
A
We have to. We have to says, who is that random political commentator? Who's that person? Who is that? Oh, that's the vice President of the United States who has an assistant attorney general who works for him by the name of Colin McDonald who is running the newly minted anti fraud operation at the United States Department of Justice.
