Ladies and gentlemen, yet another weak and vicious minded lefty tried to take up arms and kill the President of the United States. This weekend the Secret Service moving quickly as this guy tries to barricade, tries to blast his way through the magnetometers. They, they take him into custody. But not before apparently he shoots a Secret Service agent squarely in the chest. That agent, the good news this morning is going to be okay. Having taken that shot directly into the bulletproof vest he was wearing. But just, just awful, awful news and a scared Room as people duck for cover in the midst of this attack. You know, I was Saturday, I, some of you, I may have mentioned this on the radio show. I had contemplated actually going to the correspondence dinner this year and then just never really made much of, made much effort to go after. I was, was thinking about it in the first place. Now that's the Washington Hilton. For those of you who are not from the D.C. area or aren't familiar with this, you know, in Washington, that Hilton is colloquially referred to as the Hinckley Hilton, the Hinkley Hilton. And the reason for that is because it's the very same Washington hotel where Ronald Reagan was shot back in 1981, just outside the hotel room doors, the hotel building doors. Reagan was shot and so was James Brady, the White House press Secretary at the time. James Brady, who was grievously wounded by the attack, shot in the head. Never the same after that, would die years later. But that White House press briefing room at the White House, the Brady press Briefing Room, is named after him. That's the scene of far too many attacks now on presidents of the United States. I'd be a little surprised if we ever see another presidential attended White House correspondent's dinner at that location. I just, I just can't see it happening. But, but maybe it does in the future. But first, let's just talk about what was taking place on Saturday night. Now, I was, I was, I got a message from a friend who asked if I was there. I was, no, I'm not there. We've dealt with family stuff tonight that I'll be, I'll be home, perfectly happy to do that. And I, and I indicated in my text, I said, you know, one of the downsides to going to this event is it's packed to the gills. It's like a total fire hazard. People cannot move table to table. The waiters can't even get to the tables. It is, it is that hard to move around the room. It's kind of a miserable experience, candidly. And, and that was all on display on Saturday because when the chaos begins, there's a reason that the Secret Service agents have to run across the tops of the tables. It's not possible to move between them. They have to run across them. And, you know, and everyone had to kind of stay in place. There was really no opportunity to try and get out of the room just because it's physically impossible. So here's what happens. Saturday night around 8:35pm the President had just been introduced. He's on the dais he's chatting with Oz Perlman, who is the comedian and illusionist who is going to be the night's entertainment. He's kind of talking to the president and the first lady of the United States. And then we hear the shots fired outside the room. You can hear it in some of the audio. And that's when things start going down very, very quickly. Perhaps you've seen this. But again, here's the footage from this weekend. Cut one. Watch this. Can you hear the clatter of plates? They're clearly. They can hear gunshots or something going off. Melania seems like the first person who's really attuned to this. Secret Service agents rush the stage and they start getting everybody off the dais, specifically the President of the United States and the vice president, who go out on alternating sides of the stage. Very quickly, you see uniformed agents come out with long rifles and take positions all across the stage now, surveilling the room, scanning, looking for threats. And the rest of the people in the room, they're just. They really don't have a chance to go anywhere anyway. They're hunkering down. They're keeping their head down. People are going underneath tables. The Marine Corps band stops playing. Just the scenes of chaos there on the other side of the stage, you had J.D. vance. We'll show a different angle here. Here's cut two. Here's J.D. vance being rushed out. They grab him by the shoulders. They get him out of the room very quickly. He's younger than the President, a little more spry. He heeds their demands right away, gets out of there. And this is another angle. You can see these guys quickly take positions on the stage with their long guns. Everybody around the president kind of ducks down and they try and get out of the room. They hold the president down a bit. They try and, of course, keep him low for cover. We also have another angle here. Here is CBS News footage. Again, these are. There's so many reporters in the room. Every other cameras up? Lots of people did. Here's cut three. These are agents trying to get Stephen and Katie Miller out of the room.
B
Do you have all your stuff?
A
Next to Major Garrett there, you see an agent over the top of Stephen, Katie Miller. This is the same table. You can see RFK and Cheryl Hines. RFK is just kind of keep. He's. He's just got his head up. He's just watching everything. See a bunch of security, Secret Service and other security from CAT for cabinet officials, guns drawn, moving about the room, getting VIPs out of the room. Then they move Steven here and Katie. Katie, you can see she's pregnant. They keep them down. What. What chaos. What utter chaos moments from here. They get rfk. You can see him. And they get RFK out. And here's Cheryl Hines. They pick her up, get her off the stage. And then there in the background, you see Pete Hegseth. There's the Secretary of War. He seems kind of. I mean, I wouldn't say unbothered. He just seems aware, but he's got his head up. He seems fine. He's not. He's not all that worried about people jumping on him. Pete. Pete Hegsett. The president would later discuss that at the press conference he conducted later in the night. In fact, here's the president the very next day in an interview with 60 Minutes explaining how the evacuation went down. Cut four, take a look. Here's the president.
B
It looked chaotic. At one point. You were down. What was happening?
C
Well, what happened is it was a little bit. Me. I wanted to see what was happening, and I wasn't making it that easy for him. I wanted to see what was going on. And by that time, we started to realize maybe it was a bad problem. Different kind of a problem. Bad one. And different than what would be normal noise from a ballroom, which you hear all the time. And I was surrounded by great people, and I probably made them act a little bit more slowly. I said, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Let me see. Wait a minute. So, you know, I'm telling guys, just
B
at that moment where it looks like you go sort of down with the service, you were telling them to wait.
C
No, what happened is, then I started walking with them. I turned. I started walking and then said, please go down. Please go down on the floor. So I went down, and from first lady went down also. But we were asked to go down by the agents as I was walking.
B
In other words, they wanted you almost to crawl.
C
I was standing up, pretty much. I was standing up and then turned around the opposite direction and started pretty much walking out. Pretty tall, a little bent over, because, you know, I'm not looking to be standing too tall. And. But I was walking out, was pretty about halfway there. And they said, please go down to the floor. Please go down to the floor. So I dropped to the floor. So did the first lady president describing
A
why it took a little bit longer for him to get out. He wanted to see what was happening. He wanted to see what was happening in the room. This guy, he is. I don't know if for those of you who saw the press conference, I am just constantly reminded what a different guy he is. He's built totally different than so many people, definitely people in Washington. He's been, how many times have they tried to kill him? I mean, people will say, you're going to hear the media describe this as the third assassination attempt. It is not the third. It is one, no doubt, of many. It's just the third that has gotten that close. That close. How many assassination attempts do we never hear about that the Secret Service thwarts? I'm sure it's a lot. We've. And it's not also. And we've also seen the president rushed off the stage other times in his presidential career on the campaign trail. So this guy has become accustomed to the threats on his life. And in fact, he said on the week this weekend, he said, you know, it's a dangerous job. It's a very dangerous job. I'll get to that in just a moment. But, but first, here's the president. So here's the sequence of events. The president, right after he was rushed off the stage, he felt an obligation to tell the American people what was going on. So he started posting the truth Social. And here's what he said. He said, quite an evening in D.C. the Secret Service and law enforcement did a fantastic job. They acted quickly and bravely. The shooter has been apprehended and I've recommended that we let the show go on, but I will be entirely guided by law enforcement. They will make a decision shortly. Regardless of that decision, the evening will be much different than plan and we'll just plain have to do it again. President DONALD J. Trump so the president's first instinct was, let's keep going, let's keep going. Now, apparently what was happening behind the scenes is he was the only person in the room who, who kept saying, can we go back out there? Can we get the show back going? Can we get, can we get this all happening again? And he said what ended up happening is because of the chaos and the doors to the ballroom being open and people leaving and the, basically the Secret Service told him, Mr. President, this building is not secure anymore. The seal on the doors have been broken. Any the chance that somebody came into this room who would wish to do you harm has risen. We can't have this. It would take us five hours to make this building safe again. Let's get out of here because this is for your safety. The president took that encouragement and he decided to go back to the White House at their request. And then conduct a press conference. He posted to Truth Social a little bit later the following. He said, law enforcement has requested that we leave the premises consistent with protocol, which we will do immediately. I will be giving a press conference in 30 minutes from the White House press briefing room. Of course, he did do that. The first lady, plus the Vice President and all cabinet members, they're all in perfect condition. He also said that we will be rescheduling the correspondence dinner within 30 days. That's an agreement that he was able to reach with the Correspondence association pretty, on a pretty rapid fire basis on Saturday night. They quickly were able to come to that conclusion. And then he got out of there. He got out of there and then, in fact, he got back to the White House and he assembled the cabinet inside of the Oval Office. Everybody was with him. Uh, have you seen this photo? Rumble.com. vince, if you haven't seen this image, take a look at this. Here's the President of the United States together with his cabinet gathering, just surrounded by guys, you know, I'm looking at Dan Scavino here. There's, there's mark Wayne Mullen, J.D. vance. We've got Todd Blanche, Boris Epstein. Right up here is Marco Rubio. There's Stephen Miller, there's Pete Hegseth. Not sure who's behind him, but take a look. Basically, they're all leaning forward here and looking at a phone. Some of the imagery of the guy. My guess is that they're looking at the, the actual surveillance footage of the guy rushing into the building. Rushing into the building. Because by 10:29, about 15 minutes later, the President of the United States did share that security footage immediately. This is the kind of transparency you almost never get from a President of the United States, especially in the midst of what would be used in a criminal investigation of the assassin. Here is President Trump's post to Truth Social. The security footage of the shooter sprinting past the Secret Service through the magnetometer. Look at this. There you go. You can see the Secret Service checkpoint here. They turn on the video footage, obviously captured via an iPhone or something, and then he runs past it, meaning an iPhone's pointing at the security camera screen. He runs past these guys, everybody draws their weapons, and then they start moving in unison in his direction. Now, I have a lot of questions about how all this went down, a lot of questions about how all of this went down, including, we would later see imagery of the, of the shooter lying on the ground being held down by law enforcement. And in that, in those photos, ladies and gentlemen, I didn't see blood on the guy. I don't know. Did they gun him down? We heard a lot of shots fired. How. How exactly did they take him down? Was he shot? You know that there are reports that he shot a Secret Service agent in the chest. There is a lot of confusion about the way exactly that went down in the hallway. That's the footage, though. That's the footage, though. And they got him in custody. And he's alive. He's alive, yeah. They say he was tackled. A lot of shots fired. They missed every shot. Is that. Is that right, Chad? Yeah. So, anyway, so we'll. We'll. We'll keep our eyes on the developments there. The Secret Service, obviously, they're conducting an investigation into the way all of this went down. But the idea that a guy could just sprint past the magnetometer, I mean, you're probably. You might already know some of this, but perhaps you don't. How did he get into the building? The answer is he had been there for a day or two. He had been there. He'd been there as a guest of the hotel. The hotel was still actively open, and the shooter just bought a room. He just bought a room, and he was staying inside the building. So in order to get into the building, you either needed to have an event pass or just a room key, I guess. So he had his room key. He was just there. He brought guns into the hotel, and then he rushes past the magnetometers heading for the ballroom. Now, thank God he didn't get into the ballroom, but he wasn't that far away from the scene. So I'm going to get more into the details of who this guy was in a moment. But let me just ask a really basic question here, because this one, I've been thinking about this all weekend, and Chad, tell me, if you share this view, if this guy, one dude could think up this plan, which is, I'm just going to get a hotel room. I'm going to stay inside the building. So they're going to let me inside the perimeter because I'm a guest of the hotel. He brings his guns in a couple of days. Before, there was no screening of him to see whether or not he was armed as he went into the hotel. And then on the. At the moment he decides to attack, he rushes through the magnetometer. Just. Let me just game this out for you a second. What would have stopped a more proficient fighting force from doing the very same thing, like a group of guys, like a foreign adversary? What if you had a group of commandos who had all moved into a hotel in the days before, brought all of their guns with them. And then upon the event, instead of just one guy rushing through, suddenly you get an armed team of assassins all moving very quickly through that thin security screening site, opening fire on Secret Service agents and. And then moving quickly into the ballroom. In other words, the chance of peril is sky high. Yeah, yeah. No, that's exactly right. Amariko Red is asking, what if a professional team wanted to do the same thing? What if, ladies and gentlemen, I'm not giving anybody ideas. I'm seeing people in chat. Vince, don't give anybody ideas. I'm not giving anybody ideas. I promise you. If there are determined assassins who watched what happens this weekend and are. They're already contemplating this, I am raising this. I'm. I'm a. I'm nobody. I'm not. I'm not some armed assassin. I'm not like an adversary. I'm just thinking through how do we protect the President of the United States? And I am not pleased by how this went down. I am grateful for the United States Secret Service, Very grateful for the United States Secret Service guys who are on the scene, who stopped this? But why did it get this far? Far. Why did it get this far? And if you had a more determined, professional group of killers who were trying to do this, what would have stopped them? Now, presumably, again, going through this scenario as I'm describing it, presumably they still would have been able to get the President off the stage, pull him backstage, away from that threat. But what of the rest of the room? What of the cabinet members? What are the other people in there? There would have been a lot of people who would have been killed in that mayhem. This is deeply troubling, what we just witnessed, deeply. Why do we have to keep going through this? The President of the United States did describe how it all went down. I'm going to share that with you in just a moment. I've got the footage of that. We have a lot to discuss today, but I'm very, very concerned about this, very. And then we're gonna. We have to talk about the left, too. The fact that they keep inflaming these weak and vicious minds to the point that they try and assassinate the President of the United States. This is a massive problem that has to be dealt with. We've got a lot more to get to. I want to thank one of our great sponsors, the great people over with pocket hose. Thank you for sponsoring our program. I do love this expanding garden hose. They've got a Great new product. It's called the Pocket Hose Ballistic. And you know, I used to have to replace the hose outside every year because it would kink, tangle, burst. It was just a mess. But the Pocket Hose Ballistic is the upgrade that has. Well, it's changed my situation. My hose situation is great. It's the toughest pocket hose ever built. It's reinforced with a liquid crystal polymer used in bulletproof vests. Now, I don't baby the hose. I drag it across the driveway. We yank it around tight corners. We leave it sometimes in the sun, although we should put it away. It's easy to put away with the pocket hose. The Pocket Hose Ballistic handles at all. Plus it comes with a pocket pivot for total freedom of movement at the spigot. With full 360 degree rotation. I move, it moves, it follows, and the water flows. And now, for a limited time, when you purchase a new Pocket Hose Ballistic, you're going to get a free 360 degree rotating pocket pivot and a free thumb drive nozzle. Just text Vince to 64,000. That's Vince to 64,000. For your two free gifts with purchase. Text Vince to 64,000. Message and data rates may apply. Thank you to Pocket Host. Great sponsor for, for keeping this program free and giving us the opportunity to be able to talk about all of this. So I am, I'm very concerned here about what's going on with, with the Secret Service. I know the President's being generous to them because he's grateful once again that he survived yet another assassination attempted, but I just can't be so generous. I'm. I am deeply concerned that this guy was able to even sprint past a magnetometer with a gun. And that is not far from that ballroom. That's not far at all from that ballroom. He was deep inside the layers of security. Massive issue. Okay, here's the President describing at the press conference how everything. Let's see how everything went down. Here's cut six. The President of the United States Watch
C
charged a security checkpoint armed with multiple weapons. And he was taken down by some very brave members of Secret Service. And they acted very quickly. And have just released for purposes of transparency, clarity, I've ordered it to be put out. You probably have it by now. Put out on truth and put out on many other platforms. A tape showing the violence of this thug that attacked our Constitution and also showing how quickly Secret Service and law enforcement acted on our country's behalf. Really did a great job. One officer was shot, but saved by the fact that he Was wearing a. Obviously a very good bulletproof vest. He was shot from very close distance with a very powerful gun. And the vest did the job.
A
The vest did the job. Thank God. Thank God everybody's okay. Thank God. That could have gone very badly, very quickly. It was bad enough that that guy was able to get that far. Now, the president did acknowledge that this is a dangerous job. This is what, again, I see the moments like this, and I admire him so much. He acknowledged this weekend that the job he's in is dangerous. It's dangerous at levels that almost no profession is actually, given the number of presidents who've been shot and. Or assassinated. Here's the President of the United States describing it. Cut seven.
C
Nobody told me this was such a dangerous profession. If Marco would have told me, maybe I wouldn't have run. Maybe I would have said, I'll take a pass. No, it's a dangerous professor profession, but I don't view it that way. Look, I'm here to do a job as part of the job. It is a dangerous. I can't imagine that there's any profession that's more dangerous. But I love the country and I'm very proud. I'm very proud of the job we've done. You see what's happened.
A
He is a remarkable human being. He's remarkable. Survived multiple assassination attempts. I don't know. I mean, the human response to this, you know, you think there's going to be a lot of people if. If. If they had one. If you had one where somebody was taking shots at you. He was shot in the head. He had a bullet graze his ear. After something like that, there's a lot of people would have hung it up, been like, you know what? This is not worth it. I wanted to be president. I wanted. I wanted the power of the job. I wanted the glamour of the gig. I wanted all this. And this isn't worth it. I want. I want to protect my life. He keeps doing it. He keeps going out. He stays in the gig, and they keep trying to kill him. And he keeps. He's literally joking about it. People are laughing in the room. He's like, I didn't realize how dangerous this job was. But it is what it is. You know, he said this weekend that he doesn't want to die. He's like, I don't want to die. He's, I want to live because I want to make America great again. God, how can you not love that? How could you not think that that was wonderful? How could you not be impressed by that totally impressive and motivational, actually, for all of us. And just, just an amazing dude. Just an amazing dude. All right, so the president described that he rushed the checkpoint, shot a Secret Service agent apparently. And the agent, the agent survived and you know, and is good. Now what about the shooter? Who is this guy? What we learned really quickly. The administration has been releasing information really quickly about this guy. He's been identified as a California teacher. A California teacher, a Democrat. Here's Hudson Crozier with the Daily Car News foundation reporting. Authorities identified the gunman who opened fire at the White House correspondence dinner as a California man. His name is Cole Allen. He's from Torrance, California. Attacking the event while President Trump and other officials were in attendance, Allen was praised as the teacher of the month by C2 Education of Torrance in a December 2024 Facebook post from the Tutoring School. His LinkedIn profile lists him as a part time teacher with C2 and an independent video game developer. He's also a Kamala Harris donor. He made a $25 donation to Kamala during the 2024 presidential campaign, according to FEC records. And of course, you can see the photo here. Rumble.com Vince this is the image of him face down on the ground that the president of the United States shared the truth social right away Saturday night as he obtained it. He doesn't really hold back. He's all in on the transparency of this. Now we have found out more about this guy Azra Namani sharing this. She, she's wonderful. She's a great reporter over at Fox News Channel. This guy is like a highly educated dude. Highly educated dude. And he was involved in all sorts of stuff that was like, basically he, he is, he was radicalized by the left, very engaged in, in higher education with them. And you know, it just reminds you that this is a guy who like is right out of left wing central casting. He's like, look at this. Here's Azramani. I pulled it up for you. Call Allen in his own words. She says the California computer scientist, 31 years old, who is accused of opening fire at the White House correspondence dinner isn't just any would be killer. He's an elite trained engineer from Caltech where students with perfect SAT scores gain admission. And now in a new FOX News story with her colleague, she says she's unearthed video of him from 2017 speaking publicly about creating brakes for wheelchairs to make life easier for seniors. That's. Yeah. And there's video footage of him, you know, rambling about his wheelchair Break.
B
College student Cole Allen developed a prototype for a wheelchair emergency break.
A
The wheelchair brakes tend to lock the wheels, but don't actually lock the chair to the ground.
C
The idea with this
A
is to prevent it from moving at all so you can hear him there. It kind of, kind of sounds like a low testosterone lib, but talking about his wheelchair. Break. She says Allen is accused of rushing a Secret Service checkpoint and that he faces all these federal charges now. But his backstory is what stands out. She writes, Alan wasn't a drifter. He was a mechanical engineer from Caltech. He was a former student researcher at NASA's elite Just Propulsion Laboratory. He's a computer science scientist with an advanced master's degree at Caltech. He built offensive and defensive robotic systems and physics based simulations. He graduated back in 2017. That's the first year of the Trump administration. He developed a shooter style game called First Law physics based space combat role playing shooter game. Then he developed another game on Steam. He worked at C2 Education. That's where Smart kids who want to get into Caltech get tutoring. And he earned a master's degree in computer science from California State University's Dominguez Hills in 2025. He was also publicly recognized as teacher of the month. In late 2024. He also made a donation to Kamala Harris and she talked about, look, this is about understanding his pathway. He went from elite technical training to game design to alleged real world violence. Now, in other words, what you have is a guy who is fully indoctrinated in the left's quote unquote higher education system, somebody who's supposed to be intelligent, somebody who's supposed to be bright, who squanders all of it to kill to try and kill the President of the United States. What motivates that? How does that happen? What kind of cult like mind do you have to have to abandon all of these advantages you have in life to try and take out a guy who literally just loves the country. President Trump is a guy who is straight up willing to put his own life on the line, as he put it, to make America great again. What motivates somebody to do something like this? And the reason why it's so important to ask these questions is, is because we need to stop this now. The guy has a manifesto. They released the manifesto this week and the administration did. And in the manifesto you can see what his motivations were. He's a conspiracy theorist. He is a garden variety left wing blueski conspiracy theorist. You know about Blueski? That kind of, that Left wing insane asylum where all of the lefties have escaped from X. They no longer on X anymore. They don't want to be a part of open communication, so they go to Blueski and they spread these conspiracy theories. We've got the details on that coming up here on this program. To Veracity. All right, so the kill that the would be killer, call Allen the shooter. He had a manifesto. He had a manifesto. And so the New York Post obtained this thing. They got the full transcript of it. And in the manifesto they say the following. Here's. I'll share some of this. They say there's a 1,052 word missive that was obtained by the New York Post Sunday morning. It was signed Cole Cold Force Friendly Federal Assassin Allen. That's how he signed it. And it outlined his rules of engagement. Uh, in the manifesto, he talks about how he's gonna surprise a lot of people today. He starts by apologizing to everybody who, who trusted him. He apologizes to his parents and his colleagues and his students. He apologizes to all the people he traveled next to. Yada, yada, yada. I apologize to everyone who was abused and, or murdered before this. He claims, he says he doesn't expect forgiveness. And then he says, this is why he's doing this. This is the key. He says, I'm a citizen of the United States. He says, I am no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes. In other words, this is a conspiracy theorist. This is a left wing conspiracy theorist whose mind has been corrupted by the establishment left by Barack Obama, by Joe Biden, by Kamala Harris, by tampon Tim Walls, by all of these lunatics. These people who keep filling his head with this kind of conspiracy theorist poison, to the point that he's fully convinced that Donald Trump is some force for evil, that he's a Nazi, and that the only way you can address the threat of Trump is to kill him. He is exactly one of the weak and vicious minds that we have to keep talking about. So he's a conspiracy theorist, in other words. And then he said. He goes on further to say that his goal was to kill all of the administration officials he could possibly find, from highest ranking to lowest.
C
And.
A
And then he goes on one other element here in his manifesto that I really want to focus on, which is he points out that the security at the hotel is very lax. He says, P.S. oK, now all the sappy stuff is done. What the hell is the Secret Service doing? He wrote this while he was staying at the hotel at the Hilton. Sorry, going to rant a bit here and drop the formal tone like I expected. Security cameras at every bend, bugged hotel rooms, armed agents every 10ft, metal detectors out the wazoo. What I got, who knows, Maybe they're pranking me is nothing. No damn security. Not in the transport, not in the hotel, not in the event. He says, like, the one thing I immediately noticed walking to the hotel is the sense of arrogance. I walk in with multiple weapons. Not a single person there considers the possibility that I could be a threat. The security at the event is all outside, focused on protesters and current arrivals, because apparently no one thought about what happens if someone checks in the day before. Like, this level of incompetence is insane, he writes, and I very sincerely hope it's corrected by the time this country gets actually competent leadership again. He says, if I was an Iranian agent instead of an American citizen, I could have brought a damn mad deuce in here and no one would have noticed. Shit. Actually insane. And then he says, anyway, so it's irrelevant with the rest, he says here. But the point is, he points out, it sounds like he's literally writing the final pieces of his manifesto before he conducts the attack. He's observing the fact that people are already arriving, and he's like, I'm inside the building already. This is crazy to me. Well, it's crazy to the rest of us, too. Crazy guy. It's crazy to the rest of us, too, that the security there could be that vulnerable. Now his blueski account is full of TDS screens, Trump Derangement Syndrome screens. And Andrew Colvitt shares some of these. The great Andrew Calvert, he says in one post, the guy called President Trump the Antichrist. In another, he recommended buying guns in reaction to the Trump doj exploring ways to ban firearm purchases from transgenders. Yeah, this is after basically mentally ill people who think that they're born in the wrong body keep killing American citizens. In one post he calls Trump a sociopathic mob boss and in another referred to him as a traitor with known connections to Putin. Another left wing conspiracy theory advanced by the establishment Democrats. He also attacks JD Vance for advocating an end to America's funding of the war in Ukraine and for his criticisms of the Pope. He seems pretty fixated on Ukraine more generally. Another Ukrainiac. Remember the Ukrainiacs keep trying to assassinate President Trump? Ryan Ruth was a Ukrainiac is one. He also frequently interacts with Will Stancil's blueski account, Crazy Lefty, among others. So yeah, so you see here just Blueski post after blueski post where the guy keeps talking about how it's time to buy guns and we got it. We gotta buy guns, obviously, because he's trying to take out Trump. He's talking about how he's pro trans. Of course, let's see, he's got. He attacks J.D. vance, calls him a piece of shit and attacks J.D. vance again. And it's just on and on. So basically his entire blue skate count is filled with this kind of mentally ill Trump derangement syndrome garbage. Absolute garbage. And that brings me to Barack Obama. I want to talk about Obama for a moment with you. Barack Obama this weekend waited nearly 24 hours to say anything about this on X. He finally posted. I don't know if he posted the Blueski. I don't have a Blueski account. But he posted the acts the following. Although we don't yet have the details about the motives behind last night's shooting at the White House correspondence dinner, it's incumbent upon all of us to reject the idea that violence is any place in our democracy. It's also a sobering reminder of the courage and sacrifice that U.S. secret Service agents show every day. I'm grateful to them and thankful that the agent was shot. Is going to be okay. Okay, sorry. Let me break down the deceit and the cowardice that's filled in this entire post. Let me begin with this. Although we don't yet have the details of the motives behind last night's shooting. This is such bullshit, it's unreal. We do have details about the motives. The guy is a left wing conspiracy theorist. He said outright that the reason he was conducting an attack on Trump is because he believes the conspiracy theories. Look at this from the manifesto. He says he called President Trump. He said he's a pedophile, a rapist and a traitor. He's none of those things. This is deranged. Left wing conspiracy. So when Obama says something like, we have no idea why this occurred, he's lying. And then he goes on to say generically that violence has no place in our democracy. Violence has no. You are responsible for inflaming these weak and vicious minds. The president, President Obama, if he was genuine here, if he actually cared about any of this, he would show some actual courage and he would reject the lies that his party relentlessly tells and that he is party to about President Donald Trump. Those lies have repeatedly inflamed his radical base, Obama's radical base, to so many attempts on President Trump's life. If Obama genuinely cared, he would work to end the assassination culture that has infected his party. He would, in fact, that assassination culture. I can't believe we have to keep. We have to talk about this again. That assassination culture. Charlie Kirk talked about this in April of last year. I talked about this back then, too, because there was a survey that was done by Rutgers University that showed that lefties all feel pretty content. A majority of them feel content with the idea that President Trump could be assassinated. They would be able to justify it. A majority of people on the center, left, left of center. 55.2% of respondents who considered themselves left of center said that they could justify the assassination of President Trump. 48.6% of the same people said they could justify the assassination of Elon Musk. 57.6% of them said it would be acceptable to destroy a Tesla dealership. Why? Because President Trump and Elon Musk were shrinking the government. This is assassination culture, and it is running rampant on the left. And some of these guys are taking up arms and attempting to assassinate the President of the United States. And every time this happens, I have to keep reminding you of it. I have to keep talking about why the hell this is happening now. It's not just Obama that is too much of a coward to address this. It's also the fact that you've got guys like Hakeem Jeffries just a week ago who promised that Democrats would be waging. What was the phrase again? Maximum warfare everywhere, all the time. Remember, in the wake of the Virginia election rigging operation that the left tried to conduct. And by the way, it may be stopped yet in the courts. We'll get to that as we go through our future episodes. In the wake of that, Hakeem Jeffries said, maximum warfare everywhere, all the time. What does a lunatic like the guy who just attacked at the Washington Hilton, what does he take away from a post like this, from Hakeem Jeffries, maximum warfare everywhere, all the time. He takes up arms. He takes up arms. And then you've got the media guys. Jimmy freaking Kimmel, who at this point, I hate to tell you, he's a scumbag. The guy's a scumbag. Kimmel on Friday night did his show. This is just under 24 hours in advance of the White House Correspondents Dinner, and he did a show where he pretended to be the comedian who did the night's entertainment at the correspondence dinner. Of course, he wasn't actually welcome to be the entertainment. So he pretended to be on his ABC News, excuse me, his ABC late night show. And one of the quote, unquote jokes he told on Friday night was about President Trump dying and Melania Trump being excited about it. Here's Jimmy Kimmel. Cut 10. Friday night, our first lady Melania is here. Look at Melania, so beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.
C
You know,
A
that was Friday. Where did this come from? How is this shooter motivated? Who even convinced him that killing Trump would be good for the country? I don't know. When Jimmy Kimmel feels comfortable going on television and then joking about the death of the President of the United States and how enthusiastic Melania Trump would be about it, you might say that Jimmy Kimmel's a part of a grooming operation to convince the left that that would be a wonderful outcome. In fact, there are garden variety lefties all across the country who have taken that advice and genuinely believe it. There's a Wisconsin brewery this weekend which was, as Dustin Grage put it on his excellent X account. The brewery was gushing over the assassination attempt. This is a left wing brewery in Wisconsin. And they posted the following. Well, we almost got free beer day. Free beer day. Either a brother or sister in the resistance needs to work on their marksmanship. Or he faked another assassination. That's a big conspiracy theory on the left this weekend. They both want to see President Trump assassinated and are convinced that it was staged. He faked another assassination to get a positive news cycle. We'll never know. Regardless, we stand at the ready to pour free beer the day it happens. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're offering free beer in exchange for the death of the President of the United States, wouldn't that be construed as a bribe? Aren't you bribing people to assassinate the President of the United States? You absolute psychopaths. Psychopaths in Wisconsin. This news has become big enough that Wisconsin Democrats are Condemning, allegedly officially condemning their own donor. Here. The state Democrat Party is denouncing a financial backer of liberal causes for a post he made promoting the idea of assassinating President Trump, said the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, in the wake of a shooting at the D.C. event that Trump was attending. His name is Kirk Bangstad. He's the owner of Minocqua Brewing Company and the founder of a political action committee supporting progressive politics. Progressive politics? Didn't Justice Clarence Thomas just warn us about the deadly effects of progressive politics? He said that Saturday in his post on his Facebook account. There he is. Kirk Bankstadt. The post was made after the gunman opened fire at the White House. Excuse me. At the White House Correspondents association dinner. I didn't read the rest of it. The White House Correspondents association dinner and in January, the brewery has been posting this for a while. The guy posted on Facebook that he would sell free beer all day long the day he dies. Appearing to refer to Trump, but not by name. Quote, show us this post when it happens in a few months and we'll make good on that promise. Show us this post when it happens in a few months. The hell are we supposed to take from that? Awful, awful people. Obama's so unserious. Violence is not the answer. You know what is? Addressing the very vile people that are in your base and telling them to back the hell down and telling the truth about President Trump. He's none of the things you said. You're just lying about them. In fact, these lies about President Trump came up this weekend in President Trump's 60 Minutes interview with Norah O'. Donnell. And she read directly from the manifesto, but she, she just asked him this sort of generic question. What's your reaction to this? Take a look here. Watch this clip as President Trump reams Norah o' Donnell out for trying to breathe life into this vile garbage.
B
The so called manifesto is a stunning thing to read, Mr. President. He appears to reference a motive. In it he writes this, quote, administration officials, they are targets. And he also wrote this. I am no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes. What's your action?
C
Well, I was waiting for you to read that because I knew you would because you're, you're, you're horrible people. Horrible people. Yeah, he did write that. I'm not a rapist. I didn't rape anybody.
B
Oh, you said you think he was referring to you.
C
Excuse me, I'm not a pedophile.
A
Do you think he was referring to you? She says, oh, you mean, oh, you thought he was referring to you? What would lead you to think that? Oh, shut up. Please shut up. You are so ridiculous. Oh, it didn't occur to you, Nora, that that's what he explicitly was saying in his manifesto? What a joke. What an absolute joke of a follow up question. Oh, you think he was referring to you? What a scam.
C
Because you're, you're, you're horrible people. Horrible people. Yeah, he did write that. I'm not a rapist. I didn't rape anybody.
B
Oh, you think he was referring to you?
C
Excuse me, I'm not pedophile. You read that crap from some sick person? I got associated with all stuff that has nothing to do with me. I was totally exonerated. Your friends on the other side of the plate are the ones that were involved with, let's say, Epstein or other things. But I said to myself, you know, I'll do this interview and they'll probably. I read the manifestation. You know, he's a sick person. But you should be ashamed of yourself reading that, because I'm not any of those things, Mr. President. I was never. Excuse me, excuse me. You shouldn't be reading that in 60 minutes. You're a disgrace. But go ahead, let's finish the interview.
B
The other thing that he wrote in disgraceful. The other thing in the manifesto that I think is worth, you know, see,
A
see, the reason why he's correct in his assessment is because she read it in like some neutral tone. Now, you know for a fact that if this were a Democrat sitting in front of her and every, every aspect of this scenario was similar, she would say, of course, you know, it basically that the shooter, his, his mind was full of these grotesque conspiracy theories. He was lying about you. What? Why do you think he was so misled about who you are? What would lead someone to, to believe this nonsense? She didn't ask anything like that. She just flatly declared, she just reiterated what was in the manifesto and acted like it was just some neutral observation of reality. That's why President Trump is correct to say that her behavior is utterly disgraceful. It is because this is in no way the way she would treat a Democrat under any similar circumstances.
B
Looking at, in terms of determining his motive, he had been staying at the hotel since Friday. He checked in, he said he had cased the place. And he wrote, what the hell is the Secret Service doing? And he wrote this quote, I expected security cameras at every bend, bugged hotel rooms, armed agents every 10ft, metal detectors out the wazoo. What I got is nothing. He wrote like, this level of incompetence is insane, sir. You have already had two.
C
Well, he was pretty incompetent too, because he got caught.
A
But.
C
And he got caught pretty easily. So I'd say he was pretty incompetent too. You know, I could take any event having to do with security or anything else. I can always find fault. Those guys did a good job last night. They did a really good job.
B
I mentioned that because, again, as his motive. You brought this up. He had social media accounts that had anti Trump and anti Christian rhetoric.
C
You should read. Why don't you read all the anti Trump. Why don't you read it? You just did. So why don't you read it?
B
Well, he had a lot of anti Christian rhetoric. He had. He was part of a group called the Wide Awakes. He had attended a no Kings protest in California.
C
King.
A
No Kings. No Kings. Unbelievable. Yeah, so. So that's a radicalization event. You know, those no Kings rallies, Those are radicalization events. Those are grooming events. Those are events designed to try and sow the kind of chaos that we just saw play out this weekend. Trump's not a king. President Trump literally was doing an event with the press in order to try and kind of establish a bridge between him and a media that has treated him, in many cases, so cruelly speaking to the media that were in that room this weekend, you would think that when, with an attack so imminent, like normal people with an attack just outside the room where their lives were in a meaningful sense under threat for a moment, would walk away from that event and go, you know what? What can I do to improve this picture? What can I do to prevent this kind of thing from happening again? Now, I hate to predict this, but I have to. I would venture a guess that a lot of the people that were in that room, the legacy media people, don't in any way didn't walk away contemplating their own role in creating the environment that would lead to a psychopath like that taking up arms. A guy who came up in the left wing system came through, all of the left wing institutions came through higher education, had achieved all these various things in his personal life. And then after all of that propaganda took up arms against the President of the United States in his cabinet. I don't. I just. I am saddened to say that I believe that a lot of the people in that room aren't going to pause and contemplate what role did I have in creating this environment. And they should. They should pause and think very deeply about whether or not they're giving in any way an accurate portrayal of the president of the United States, or if they are a part of inflaming the weak and vicious minds who keep taking up arms trying to kill him. Ladies and gentlemen, it is a miracle after all of these near misses that none of them have been successful. It is a miracle that that hasn't occurred. In fact, I think it's in many ways divine providence that it hasn't occurred. But just imagine, as you probably did the day that President Trump was shot in Butler, what kind of chaos this country will be going through right now. If the, the assassin had successfully killed our president of the United States, this country would be in utter chaos. We'd be holding on by a thread, if at all. We have to stop this before it gets worse. We have to. And for you lefties out there, you have to come to grips with your role in creating this. This is on you. This is on you. This isn't sort of a generic sort of like, oh, everybody's doing it. No. This is coming in from one direction. It's coming from the left. And the life for this violence is being inflamed by all of the establishment creatures, whether it's Obama, Hakeem Jeffries, the legacy media, the entertainment people like Jimmy Kimmel. They're all breathing life into this. And this poison will destroy our country unless we do something about it. I want to leave you today with one more note. On the left, there are lefties who recognize the cancer that's within their own movement. There are two come to mind immediately. One of them is John Fetterman. John Fetterman from Pennsylvania, the senator, he posted this weekend that he was there at the venue and he said, we, we have to stop the Trump derangement syndrome. John Fetterman said we were there front and center. That venue wasn't built to accommodate an event with the line of succession for the United States government. After witnessing last night drop the Trump derangement syndrome and build the White House ballroom for events exactly like these. John Fetterman telling the truth. One other On CNN this weekend, seated alongside Scott Jennings, Van Jones acknowledged what you and I both know to be true. There are a lot of lefties, the blue ski lefties, who will celebrate this. The fact that this guy got this close to once again attempting to assassinate the president of the United States, and he said, we have to stop this in the left's own movement. Here's van Jones. Cut 11 this weekend. Watch.
D
I thought the president did well, I'm starting to worry about something, though, which is that the shooter survived, which means on Monday he's going to court, which means there is a danger that people try to make him some sort of hero. You watch what happened with Luigi, who shot a CEO to death and somehow became a hero. So they said, tonight you saw the worst of America. You saw the best of America. Tonight you definitely saw the best of America. I hope on Monday we don't see the worst. Again, I just want to say very clearly, this kind of despicable behavior has no place in America. It has no place on the right. It has no place on the left. We don't know if he was there because he wanted to hurt Democrats or Republicans. Both were there. We don't know if he wanted to hurt journalists or politicians. Both were there. This kind of behavior has no place in America, and it is wrong. Violence is not the way to resolve any grievances. And this cheerleader culture for. For violence, for people who think that the answer to our problems is to go shooting billionaires or going to synagogues or all these different things has to be called out immediately. The minute it starts, every single person with a platform must denounce it or we're going to see this again.
A
He's right, by the way. His assessment was in the immediate aftermath of the attack, he didn't yet have the manifesto or any of the stuff that Obama clearly had when he lied about the motive not being known. But Van Jones, correct, saying the left is going to celebrate this. There are going to be elements of the left who celebrate this. They're going to do what they did to Luigi Mangione. They're going to celebrate him and make him into a hero. Don't let it happen. And so Van's recommendation is correct. All you lefties with platforms come out and condemn this. Not only condemn it, but start telling the truth about this president. You don't have to love every policy. You can debate his policies, but stop lying about him. You are inflaming weak and vicious minds. And if they succeed in taking out our president, you will have blood on your hands. And this country is going to be in a complete mess. We can't let that happen. We've got a lot more to talk about, a lot more to talk about. I'll do it again tomorrow on this program. I've got the big national radio show coming up today as well, the Vince Show. You can listen on any of the great hundreds of local radio affiliates all across our country. The Vince Show.com for your local radio listings. You can get it there or watch us live on Rumble from 1 to 3pm Eastern. Rumble.com Vince coming up today, I am going to encourage you to watch Dan Bongino's podcast, as I do each day. But one of the things I'm really looking forward to today is Dan's analysis of the Secret Service perspective here. What exactly happened? How did this all go down? Where does he think there are issues? I'm very eager to hear what Dan has to say on this subject. Given that he was first of all at the Secret Service and then subsequently at the FBI and the deputy director's role, he's gonna have a lot of important color to give you on his impression of this weekend's events. So definitely check out the end of day rumble.com Bongino that's 10am Eastern time. And then the great Haley Karen Knee is coming up at noon Eastern today. She's amazing. Rumble.com Haley with two wise why? Because she is amazing. You can check her out live on Rumble. As always, great to have you with us. Best audience anywhere. Holy cow. Always, always crazy. Always crazy. I can't wait to be back with you tomorrow. I'll see you then.
Host: Vince Coglianese
Date: April 27, 2026
Main Theme:
Analysis and in-depth reaction to the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump at the White House Correspondents Dinner, including the sequence of events, security failures, the assailant’s background, and the media and political environment that Vince argues fuels such attacks.
This urgent episode centers on the chaos and aftermath of another assassination attempt on President Trump, which unfolded at the 2026 White House Correspondents Dinner. Vince breaks down how the attack occurred, dissects security failures, profiles the assailant, and critically evaluates the cultural and political landscape—especially the left-wing rhetoric—that he believes incites this kind of violence. He calls for accountability and reflection across American media, politics, and the progressive movement.
Background Profile:
Motivations:
Manifesto Observations:
Vince maintains his characteristic directness, urgency, and sharp critique, blending news analysis with advocacy and polemic. The tone is resolute, polemical, and openly aligned with conservative values and Trump’s leadership, while often venting frustration at media bias and progressive rhetoric.
Vince delivers a searing narrative on the latest Trump assassination attempt—from the terrifying sequence at the “Hinckley Hilton” to the dangerous gaps in security protocol. He presents the shooter as a product of elite leftist radicalization and lays partial blame for the current “assassination culture” at the feet of major Democratic and media figures. By highlighting voices even among progressives that call for an end to the toxic rhetoric, Vince urges the left and the nation at large: “Stop lying, stop cheering, stop inflaming; before it’s too late.”
