Let's begin in the Commonwealth of Virginia today where we get yet another horrifying story about an illegal alien who's been in this country for far too long who keeps coming in contact with police because he keeps being arrested for being a violent criminal. And yet Democrats just keep releasing him back out into the public not deporting him from the country, not working with ice, not ejecting him from the country. And he goes on to stab an American woman to death in a Virginia bus stop. For more on this story, Nick Minock, ABC7 Local Report. Great reporter out of the Northern Virginia area. Here's what he has to say describing this story. Listen.
B
A Virginia woman was killed at a Fairfax county bus stop. We're learning the man charged in her murder is in the US Illegally. His name is Abdul Jali from Sierra Leone, according to the Department of Homeland Security. I'm at the Fairfax County Courthouse where I discovered this man has a lengthy criminal history, more than 40 charges in the past, ranging from stabbings to malicious wounding and much more. In almost every case, Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Steve Descano dropped charges against this man, only secured one conviction. In the past. He served very little time. He was let back out into the community where then he allegedly stabbed this woman of Fredericksburg. Now, this woman's family is heartbroken. According to an obituary, her family describes this woman, Stephanie Mentor as a jolly, happy individual, a light and dark places. And tonight, the US Department of Homeland Security is calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spamberger and Fairfax county officials to hand this man over to ICE so they can deport him.
A
It is an awful, awful case. In fact, the New York Post has more, more coverage of this. What exactly went down here? The woman who was the victim, Stephanie Minter, 41 years old, was fatally stabbed by this guy, Abdul Jalo, a Sierra Leone national, on Richmond highway in Fairfax County. This was last week, Monday, Fairfax County, Virginia. Take a look at this. This woman, just full, there she is in the photo. She's full of life. She seems in a great mood. What is that, a birthday crown she's wearing? It's just awful. She's, she's now dead. Killed by an illegal alien. She was found in a bus stop shelter with multiple stab wounds to her upper body, pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Police identified Jalot, 32, as the suspect in her killing. They had surveillance footage and interviews that revealed he was the last person seen with Minter and had exited the bus stop with her. According to these authorities, he was arrested Tuesday after a person recognized him entering a business. He was charged with second degree murder, that is, as well as petty larceny. They say he entered the United States in 2012. He's from Sierra Leone. He had an ICE detainer. That's so 2012. Just for those of you playing along at home, that's Obama. Obama lets him in in 2012. An ICE detainer is lodged against him in 2020. That would be by the Trump administration and a judge said that he had a final order of removal to get out of the country. The federal A federal judge ruled on Wednesday that the DHS policy to remove immigrants to third countries that are not their own without giving them notice or an opportunity to appeal. The decision is unlawful. So the Trump administration still keeps fighting this garbage. The accused killer has been arrested. This is the craziest stuff. Has been arrested more than 30 times. 30 times. You heard Nick Minock say he's at 40 charges, 30 arrests for a laundry list of offenses, including you ready? Rape, malicious wounding, assault, drug possession, identity theft, trespassing, larceny, firing a weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, pickpocketing. Federal authorities said. That's a non exhaustive list. Those are horrible crimes. The victim, Stephanie Minter, was described in her obituary as a happy, jolly individual filled with love and adoration for her loved ones. She will be sorely missed with the world missing out on that beam of light we came to know so well. Though she has taken new wings, the beauty she brought into this world remains forever in our hearts. Motive for the fatal stabbing is not yet clear. I don't care. I don't care what the motive is. She would be alive today if this man were kept out of our country. And yet he got into our country. And as if that wasn't bad enough, he keeps being taken into custody in a Democrat controlled district and keeps being released onto the freaking streets of the United States of America. He's committing rape and robberies, malicious wounding, drug possession, identity theft, trespassing, everything you can possibly imagine up until the point that he stabs a woman to death. This is why we talk about the broken windows theory of policing. This is why we talk about enforcing our borders. This is why we want the local cops to be able to work with the federal cops. All of this is designed to be a preventative against the absolute worst form of crime. So you don't have somebody getting stabbed to death in the American homeland inside of a bus stop in Virginia. You know, it's so common sense that you have to only conclude that the people keep advancing the madness, are doing it for some sort of demonic reason. It is, it honestly, it is too much. It is too much. And it is these Democrats who are responsible for this. I mean, just think about this. This guy's been in our country for, for many years now, keeps being taken to custody, never turned over to the feds. And when the new governor, the Democrat governor of Virginia just arrived, Abigail Spanberger, she swore off having the state work with ICE in almost any capacity. She just passed an executive order recently saying that local cops, state cops can't work with ICE to get rid of would be stabbing murderers. Here's Abigail Spanberger recently cut to watch.
C
And this executive order rescinds executive order number 47. State and local law enforcement should not be required to divert their limited resources to enforce federal civil immigration laws. It is a responsibility of federal law enforcement. Virginia state and local law enforcement officers must be able to focus on their rapport responsibilities investigating crime and community policing.
A
Look at the people behind her. Just look at that. I mean, for those of you watching rumble.com Vince, she's got a diverse cast of idiots all standing behind her nodding gravely along as if she's advancing some noble goal or something. Meanwhile, she's imperiling the people of Virginia. It's unconscionable what this idiot has done. It's unconscionable. And yet there she is. She's like, now we can't work with law enforcement in order to make our state safe. That can't happen anymore. You see them nodding along behind her is the attorney general of the state, Jay Jones, the guy who fantasized about murdering his Republican political opponents. And you're here to tell me executive Democrats since executive.
C
Look at that number 47.
A
Look at those guys.
C
And local law enforcement should not be.
A
These are the moderate.
C
To divert their limited resources to enforce
A
such a thing as a moderate Democrat immigration laws.
C
It is a responsibility of federal law enforcement. Virginia state and local law enforcement. Look how diverse they are able to focus on their.
A
How shallow they are. How shallow the left is. They're diverse. They all have different skin colors. They all have the same disgusting ideology which is imperiling now the commonwealth of Virginia even further. I'm sorry, I'm infuriated by this. I'm in fear. I, I How can we exist in a system like this? There's no way we can have a law to address this. I mean, I know it's come up a couple times in Congress, like members of Congress have tried to advance things. We can't have a law that addresses government officials who are involved in the negligent homicide of their own communities. I don't know. They're practically aiding and abetting murderers actively. Whatever law needs to be passed to address this, it has to be done immediately. And if there are laws on the books, they should be enforced immediately. We can't allow this to continue. You have to hold government officials criminally accountable for what they're doing to their own people. Abigail Spanberger. So what about now? What about now? In the wake of a murder? So the guy just stabbed an American woman, a Virginia woman, to death. Will Abigail Spanberger do anything now in the event that the court says, yeah, this guy is allowed to be released ahead of his trial or whatever like that? Will Abigail Spanberg and the Democrats throughout the state of Virginia hand this guy off to the feds? Well, Nick Minock just asked that question, and here's the answer that he got. Cut three.
B
Right now, the U.S. department of Homeland Security is calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spamberger to notify ICE Age before Fairfax county officials release a man who's accused of murdering a woman at a Fairfax county bus stop. Well, I just heard back from Virginia Governor Abigail Spamberger's office on if she's going to do that or not. Here's part of the statement her spokesperson sent me. Quote, dhs should request a signed judicial warrant to ensure this violent criminal is deported. I'll read that again. DHS should request a signed judicial warrant to ensure this violent criminal is deported. So right now, ICE lodges, detainers. Those are notices to local jails saying, hey, we want to come pick up this individual so we can proceed with immigration consequences. It might be deportation, might be something else. But Virginia Governor Abigail Spamberger is now requiring ICE to take the extra step to overcome an extra hurdle by going to a local criminal judge to get a criminal warrant, an order for the local sheriff to hand over this individual who has more than 40 charges against him, an arrest record of more than 30 arrests to get the local sheriff to hand over that individual to us. The Fairfax county sheriff simply could choose to hand this person over to ice, but Spamberger is saying that ICE should get a signed judicial warrant instead. Let us know your thoughts.
A
I'll let you know my thoughts. Thank you, Nick, for that reporting. Thank you for asking. This is obstruction by obfuscation. What you have right now is Democrats across the country doing the same stunt that Abigail Spanberger is doing here. So instead of getting villains out of our country the easy way, the easiest possible way, which is a collegial relationship between law enforcement, local cops working with the feds. Democrats are merely pretending they want to deport these bad guys by saying, you need to get a judicial warrant to do it. Go get a judicial criminal warrant to get this guy into custody. And out of the country. Now, that creates a number of. Of really meaningful hurdles, really meaningful hurdles that will lock up our entire immigration system, lock up our ability to get the bad guys out of the country. That's the point. Democrats, for instance, recently were upset that the Trump administration was using administrative warrants to go in and grab illegal aliens who have final orders of deportation. In other words, if you care about due process, these illegals have received all sorts of due process. An immigration judge has issued final orders of deportation for them. So you have immigration officials, immigration law enforcement, ICE going in and grabbing these guys with administrative warrants in hand. And the Democrats are saying, that's not good enough. You need to have a, quote, a full judicial criminal warrant. The idea is to lock up the system to create protections for illegal aliens and to basically gum up the works of what has been a rather successful deportation effort by the Trump administration that's led to millions of people being taken or actively leaving on their own out of our country. Democrats want to put a stop to that, want to put a stop to the point they're allowing stabbing murderers, homicidal maniacs to stay in the country because they'd rather that than have safe communities. They'd rather that than have a situation where these illegal aliens are actively deported. That's the garbage that's going on here. God help us. God help us. This is. I. I don't know if you've got Democrat friends, you know, people in your life who vote Democrat, who think that, like, hey, I'm a moderate, I like the Democrat or whatever, send them this episode. Just let them know what's going on right now in their own party and inside of our own country. It's a complete disaster. Abigail Spanberger's no moderate. They just had her give the State of the Union response, on behalf of the entire Democrat Party, the official response. What has she done? She's made Virginia into Mad Max. It's like crazy. They use this word sanctuary as if they're providing safety. Virginians, do you feel safer with Abigail Spamberger? Do you feel like it's a sanctuary for your family? It's certainly not. No. Things are far worse. To the point that Stephanie Minter got stabbed to death inside of a bus stop. And the leadership of the state is not going to get off its ass to do anything about it. They're just going to keep letting it happen. In fact, they're working to help that guy right now. Now, there's more to this. It's not just the governor. It's down to the prosecuting level. The prosecutor in Fairfax County, Virginia is an awful person by the name of Steve Discano. Steve Discano is one of the most infamous non prosecutors in the whole country. He's one of these Soros guys. He was George Soros funded when he came into this job. And there's some great coverage actually on this by a guy called Tim Carney. I'm going to share that with you in just a moment on what exactly is happening in Fairfax county and the lessons that are baked into this for the rest of the country. We've got more details on this huge story ahead on this edition. Events. Let me tell you about one of our great sponsors. American Financing supports our program. We love supporting them. Call 888-879-6480 or american financing.netvince for details about credit costs and terms. Thank you to American Financing for helping people out and taking care of our show. All right. Let's see now what is going on. One more thing. This is the prosecutor side of it. This is the disaster. Soros figured out something brilliant years ago. I say brilliant sinister is what I mean to say. It's absolutely sinister. He figured out years ago. He's like, you know, I'm wasting money on buying up the most expensive politicians. I'm wasting money buying up presidential candidates. I'm Wasting money, buying up members of Congress. I could keep doing that. I could do some of that. But what I really need to do, rather than buying the people who are tasked with creating the laws, why don't I just buy up the people who are supposed to be enforcing the laws? That's the sinister brilliance of this movement. Soros begins buying prosecutors. That's why we call them Soros prosecutors all across the country. Places like San Francisco and Philadelphia and Fairfax County, Virginia. Buying them up. The goal, not to enforce the law, prosecutorial discretion. Sorry, we're not going to enforce the law against this violent criminal because George Soros doesn't want me to. And that's been happening at scale. Yeah, that's right. Clen says it, it's diabolical. Sinister. Diabolical. Great word, diabolical. So what, what Soros has done is he bought a guy like Steve Discano. And here's the latest on Steve Discano. This comes to us from Tim Carney over at the Washington examiner. And he says the following. He says murderers, rapists, perverts, pimps, these are all the kinds of people that Fairfax county prosecutor Steve Discano is serving. The George Soros funded commonwealth's attorney for this suburban county of a million people has openly stated he won't enforce the law when it clashes with his ideology. The results have been ugly. Ugly. Now, you may remember this name if you were following these stories in any detail. Richard Cox. Richard Cox. In fact, we covered this story last year on the program. Richard Cox. That's his real name. That's right. Dick Cox was a already a serial sex offender when he exposed himself in a women's locker room in Fairfax County, Virginia. Yeah, this. This pervert, he's a registered sex offender. He keeps going into little girls locker rooms, public pools ahead of their swim practices, and then exposing himself to the girls. And then every time he's taken into custody, he just claims, I'm a woman. I'm a. A woman. I'm sorry. Hold up a second. I need you to see this. For those of you I'm looking this up. I wasn't planning on showing you this, but I need you to see this. This absolute psychopath. Look at. Hold up. All right, here we go. I got the picture. This is the guy. This is the guy right here. Check this out. That's Richard Cox. This is the guy pretending. This Dick Cox who pretends to be a woman. This is who Steve Discano is defending. He's protecting this guy. I mean, are you serious? That's the ugliest freaking woman I've ever seen. That's a. That's an ugly dude. That's what it is. That's a man, man. That, that guy has been going into little girls locker rooms and then getting naked in front of him. I. Where are the fathers? How is this guy even still alive? That's what I want to. Could this happen in like, I don't know, Texas? I mean, what would. It's crazy. It's crazy. So Richard Cox, he's a serial sex offender. Exposed himself in a women's locker room in Fairfax. Descano let him go and then he proceeded to expose himself in a high school girls locker room. And then I just told you the story of Stephanie Minter getting stabbed to death. Abdul Jalot was arrested more than 30 times, including from malicious wounding, and it was repeatedly set free. He's now accused of stabbing Stephanie minter to death February 23rd. And then there was Gret Glier. Gret Glier was executed in his bed. In a calculated assassination last month, Steve Descano let the killer go with an insanity plea. You know this, that killing, by the way, Greg Gleier executed in his bed next to his wife. The killer in that case meticulously planned the homicide. Prosecutors had the evidence that he meticulously planned this homicide. Now you tell me how does that amount to an insanity defense if he has meticulous planning leading up to a homicide? Sounds like he's of sound enough mind to plan a murder. But you let him go with an insanity plea. That is what Steve Descano did. Tim goes on. He said a Chinese pimp ran a brothel in a residential neighborhood across the street from a school bus stop while police did everything they could to shut it down. Descano's office dropped the prostitution charges and let the place continue operating. That is until, at the time, Republican Attorney General Jason Mearez got it shuttered. And he goes on to say that this guy's a Soros guy. He's a Soros guy. He won by 1500 votes in 2019 in a low turnout election, Descano raised about a million dollars between the primary and the general election. A shocking amount for a down ballot county race. About 2/3 of his cash came from two Soros funded organizations, the justice and Public Safety Pacific and the New Virginia Majority pac. Descano is one of his proteges. One of his proteges? Yeah. Descano says that he sees his position as an opportunity to single handedly legalize anything that state and local legislatures have banned. He told the aclu, for instance, quote, I'm going to get all charges dismissed when they're related to people possessing marijuana. He also later wrote in the New York Times that he would nullify the law within Fairfax county if Virginia was to ever restrict abortion. In the op ed, he said the real threat, quote, was not lawbreakers, but the real threat, I now realize, may stem from those who write the law, not the law breakers. The people who write the law are the real threat. You see in this. He states it plainly, to hell with the laws to help the legislature, to hell with the law writers. I'm going to stand up for the law breakers. This has happened all across our country. All across our country we have these sanctuary county situations. You know, Descano actively, as a. As a Soros prosecutor, he's actively made a decision that he will try and avoid leading to, quote, immigration consequences in any case that he handles, which is why he keeps releasing illegal aliens back onto the streets of Virginia. Any country that doesn't have a means to hold Steve Discano criminally accountable is not a real country. We're not a real country if we can't hold somebody who actively says he's going to ignore the law accountable. It's just our system doesn't work. It's completely broken. If that's the case, we have to have a way to hold a guy like Steve Descano accountable, or for that matter, a guy like Keith Ellison in Minnesota or a guy like Jay Jones, the homicidal attorney general who's now in Virginia, or Tampon, Tim Walls, any of these guys. Jacob Fry in Minnesota, in Minneapolis, you have to have a system that can roll up the newspaper and smack these guys across the head. You have to, or else the whole system will fall apart. This is where I. One of the things that we specialize here on this program is finding the resistance point, finding the spot that needs the most attention. And I'm telling you, these Soros prosecutors, that's the spot. That's where we need to focus our attention, that we have to. And in this fight continues. This fight absolutely continues. I've got an update for you in a moment on one more thing out of Virginia. It's just a weird Virginia news cycle right now. There is a Democrat attempt to rig the midterms that I've been telling you about. I want to give you the update on that. Redistricting. We get two big pieces of redistricting news to get to. We're going to do bad news, good news. Ready? Bad news, good news, bad news. Virginia. A circuit court judge in Lynchburg, Virginia just ruled that the effort by Democrats to redraw the districts into a 101 map. This is a state that has a ton of Republicans in it. You look at the whole, the picture of the state, it's all red and except for a little couple highly concentrated blue spots. Democrats want to turn it from a 6, 5 state, 6 Dems, 5 Republicans into a 10, 1 state, 10 Democrats, 1 Republican for the midterms this year. They want to do it. They are in an all out sprint to rig the Virginia elections. And by the way, they could rig control of the entire United States House of Representatives if they succeed. The bad news is after some successes in court, we've had some Republican successes in court. Yesterday we get a circuit court judge out of the city of Lynchburg saying, well, the, the statewide referendum to redraw the maps can continue. Take a look. This is coverage from WDBJ on what exactly is going down right now in Virginia. Judge says this really all comes down to timing.
C
The judge says because the constitutional amendment
A
process is still playing out, the court cannot step in. So, so instead of the judge making
C
a decision on whether this election was unconstitutional, he is just dismissing the case for now and he's leaving that decision up to Virginia's highest court. What city leaders hoped would be settled in this court on Monday is now headed to the Virginia Supreme Court. City council members say that leaves them preparing for an election they believe violates the Constitution.
A
What we have is what we needed, an action plan for how to move forward as a municipality. But again, this is, this does not impact the fact that a circuit court
D
judge has found both the process and
A
the ballot language unconstitutional.
C
Word one Council member, Jacqueline Timmer, says they were fighting for clarity but knew the issue was likely bound for the state's highest court.
A
Either way, this thing's going to an election that coming up fast. By the way, early voting. For those of you in Virginia, early voting on this begins this week on Friday. So get your vote in immediately. Get to the early voting period. Make sure no one else can take your vote. That's why you take your vote out of contention by jumping into the early voting period and vote no. Vote no. I actually asked one of our guests once, I was like, can you write the word hell next to no? Is that okay? He's like, don't do that. You don't want to invalidate your ballot. You don't want to create any problems. Okay, fine. Don't create any problems. Just vote no on this, please, and tell everybody you know to vote no. We have a very legitimate chance, by the way of defeating this thing in Virginia. Very legitimate chance of doing that. There's a lot of, a lot of, according to the polling on this subject, there's a lot of people who are prepared to vote no, but you have to. And the ballot is worded in the most insane possible way. They claim that the ballot question says, do you want to restore fairness to elections? Restore fairness to election. Restoring fairness means rigging them for Democrats. Vote no. Ok, so that's Virginia. That fight continues. And the Supreme Court may get involved. There may be a decision after the election. We can't leave it up to chance insofar as there's an election, which there is, starts Friday. Early voting goes through April 21st. Vote no. Tell everybody no, no, no. That's right. 10, 10, 10. Get everybody, you know, get 10 people. Get them to get 10 people. Get more. 10 people. Just keep going. No in Virginia. Got to do that. Big deal. One more for you. This is on the better news side of things on redistricting. New York, New York supreme the Supreme Court has cited with a New York Republican in a congressional redistricting fight. The U.S. supreme Court just ruled in favor of a Republican representative from New York challenging a congressional redistricting effort in a decision she said helps restore the public's confidence in our judicial system. Over the dissent of the court's three liberal justices, the conservative majority halted a state court ruling that had ordered New York's redistricting commission to. To redraw the district held by Representative Nicole Malliotakis of New York, Republican, that covers Staten island and a small piece of Brooklyn. A judge had ruled that the district was drawn in a way that dilutes the power of its black and Hispanic voters. This is insane. Black and Hispanic voters are not a monolith. They vote based on personal preferences. Democrats are out of control. They had instructed the state's independent redistricting commission to complete a new map. The Supreme Court has intervened. Republicans score a victory here in this redistricting fight. So we have, we have redistricting fights all across the country. They're continuing. And a victory in New York. For those of you in Virginia, vote no so we can get another victory here to stop these Democrats from rigging all the elections, stealing the United States House of Representatives by way of Virginia. We've got work to do, but just wanted to give you some updates on on that one. All right. Let me turn to the topic of Iran now with you for a moment. We've got some updates from Marco Rubio on this subject. The Secretary of State stepped out and I'm going to take you through some of his answers yesterday because he briefed the Gang of Eight. He went to the Congress to share information with the leaders of both parties and the leaders of both intelligence committees. And then he stepped out and he spoke to the press and he was just very blunt about all of the things that led to the decision over the weekend to strike in Tehran and wipe out the ayatollah and everybody else around him. Here's Marco Rubio talking about how there was how Israel had decided it wanted to conduct this attack at this time and that helped set the timetable. But remember, as he says this, like we were prepared for a big attack. We sent an armada to float off the coast of Iran. We've been prepared for a strike now for a while. The strike took place Saturday. Here's Marco Rubio explaining the sequence of
D
events cut for states conducted this operation with a very clear goal in mind. I haven't got a chance to see a lot of reporting. I don't understand what the confusion is. Let me explain it to you and I'll do it once again as clearly as possible. Perhaps you'll report it that way. The United States is conducting an operation to eliminate the threat of Iran's short range ballistic missiles and the threat posed by their navy, particularly to naval assets. That is what it is focused on doing right now and it's doing quite successfully. I'll leave it to the Pentagon and the Department of war to discuss the tactics behind that and the progress that's being made. That is the clear objective of this mission. The second question that's been asked is why now? Well, there's two reasons why now. The first is it was abundantly clear that if Iran came under attack by anyone, the United States or Israel or anyone, they were going to respond and respond against the United States. The orders had been delegated down to the field commanders. It was automatic and in fact, it bear to be true because in fact, within an hour of the initial attack on the leadership compound, the missile forces in the south and in the north for that matter, had already been activated to launch. In fact, those had already been pre positioned. The third is the assessment that was made that if we stood and waited for that attack to come first before we hit them, we would suffer much higher casualties. And so the President made the very wise decision. We knew that there was going to be an Israeli action. We knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces. And we knew that if we didn't preemptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would stop, suffer higher casualties and perhaps even higher those killed. And then we would all be here answering questions about why we knew that and didn't act.
A
So the point that he makes, especially at the end there is receiving a tremendous amount of attention online. But let me just add my voice to some assessments here. If Israel were to have conducted that attack on their own, in other words, if Israel had just decided, we're going to do this on our own, they go in there, they strike Khamenei and they, they kill what, 49 top Iranian officials. Iran would be at that moment the same thing they are now, which is weapons free. They'd be belligerently attacking everything, but they would be much better equipped to do it right now. They'd be in a position where they could cause way more havoc. So the, the decision by the United States, which was already prepared for a strike, we clearly had our military all ready to go, was, was that we're going to wipe out everything. If Israel's going to take this strike, we're going to make sure to wipe out everything. Because the second and third order effects of this are going to be far worse if we don't get involved in this situation. That's what Marco Rubio just laid out. Additionally, he says that Iran, in the wake of Operation Midnight Hammer last June, where we blow up all of their nuclear facilities, Iran had suddenly started churning out unbelievable numbers of ballistic missiles with the intention of causing even more chaos in the Middle east and around the world. Here's Marco Rubio yesterday offering more detail. Cut five watch.
D
They are producing by some estimates over 100 of these missiles a month. Compare that to the six or seven interceptors that can be built a month. They can build 100 of these a month. Not to mention the thousands of one way attack drones that they also have. They've been doing this for very long time. And by the way, they've been doing it under sanction. You see the attacks they're conducting right now? They're attacking airports, they're attacking hotels. They're hitting not just military bases, they're attacking our embassies directly. They're attacking facilities that have nothing to do with war or with military. And that's a weakened Iran. That's in Iran despite years of sanction. Imagine a year from now or a year and a half from now, the capabilities they would have to inflict damage on us. It's an unacceptable risk, especially in the hands of a regime that's run by radical clerics. The Ayatollah is a radical. Was a radical cleric.
A
Yeah, he was, he was, but he's gone now. And so they were stockpiling missiles to the point that by next year they would have amounted to a very, very lethal threat in the region, says Marco Rubio. Rubio, you know, he's just being blunt. It sounds like, you know, as he describes all of the available details here about what, what led to this and, and what kind of threat we were facing going into the future. And then he was asked about regime change. CNN's Mana Raju asked him. He's like, we're not very good at regime change. We've had a lot of bad track records with the regime change. And Rubio says something that's kind of been a consistent feature. If you hear from the president. J.D. vance, Marco Rubio, it's not a regime change operation, it's a defanging. We're getting rid of the military threat. We're not interested in the regime change operation. We'd love for the regime to change, but that's not what this mission is. Cut six, Watch. How do you assure the American public that things will not get worse for the next regime that comes in places the ex.
D
Well, we would love to see this regime be replaced. And ultimately, as the president has said. No, no, but let me finish my answer. As the president said, he would love for the people of Iran to use this as an opportunity to rise up and remove these Leaks. They've been wanting to remove them from a long time. We've seen, seen successive waves of protests and we've seen them slaughter people.
A
Okay?
D
But the objective of this mission is to make sure they don't have these weapons that can threaten us and our allies in the region. That's why we're doing what we're doing now. And while we would love to see a new regime, the bottom line is no matter who governs that country, a year from now, they're not going to have these ballistic missiles and they're not going to have these drones to threaten us. That's the objective of this mission, is to deny them the ability to use ballistic missiles to threaten their nation, neighbors, to threaten our bases, to threaten our presence in the region, and ultimately, as a shield behind which they can do whatever they want with their nuclear weapons ambition. We were not going to let them hide behind that. And that's why this was such a critical mission to undertake now while they were at the weakest point and not a year from now where they could inflict even more damage and perhaps already be behind that point of immunity.
A
So we're not in this for regime change. We're not in this for occupation. We're not in this to build some flourishing democracy. We're not in this for that. That's not the point of this. The point of this is to disarm a terrorist regime. We're going to do that. That's why the bombing runs will continue until morale improves. There you have it. That's the. That's the Marco Rubio assessment of what's taking place right now. I like that. I like that. The administration briefed Congress and then briefed the American people. That's what the Secretary of State did yesterday. Our thanks to him for that. Speaking of Congress, they just had over a week ago, they had behind closed doors in Chappaqua, New York, depositions with the Clintons, Bill and Hillary Clinton, you know, the Clintons, remember them, very close friends with Jeffrey Epstein. What was that about? Why were you so close to Jeffrey Epstein? Hillary Clinton went first, and we finally have video of all of this. Hillary Clinton went first with the, the Oversight Committee. And, well, things got spicy. They got. They got very spicy. Let's start with a little light. Here's Hillary Clinton talking about Bill Clinton receiving massages. Watch.
C
When you saw photos of your husband in a hot tub, laying on a beach and getting massaged by other women, and you knew that Jeffrey Epstein was involved in some of these trips. And these things did it concern you at all? I'm here not to offer my opinions. I'm here to answer specific questions to the best of my ability. When you saw your husband in these photos with a young woman being massaged, what went through your mind? I am not going to speculate. You didn't have any feelings about young women massaging your husband? I am not going to offer opinions or speculation about anything that I have no context for and was not there.
A
You know, she's, she's very composed in this clip. It's kind of interesting. Her blood, her blood pressure seems low, like her heart rate seems steady. Like she's had to constantly deal with the fact that Bill Clinton's been cheating on her for decades and she's just made her peace with the fact that this is the only way this is going to work. I just can't give any opinion on that. All these women massaging my husband out of my sight as he travels on private jets to various exotic locales with Jeffrey Epstein. I just can't offer an opinion. I have no opinion to give. Yeah, yeah, I think she did. Roaches says this. She came to term with Bill longs ago. Bill long ago. I think she did. I think she. They're kind of, you know, they've got this, this pact, you know, they're a ride or die pact that they're going to the end together because they know each other's secrets. So we'll just let that happen. We'll just let that happen. But Hillary did lose her cool, though. She did at one point. She started going ballistic on Nancy Mace. Now this is, it's a little, a little unclear what the conversation's about. It involves Howard Lutnick and the fact that Lutnick had lost friends on 911 and that Howard Lutnick, of course, by his own admission, he knew Jeffrey Epstein. He was neighbors with him in New York and at one point attempted to, remember we talked about this on the show. Attempted to bring his family by Jeffrey Epstein's island when he was there in that region because he wanted to bring his kids and his wife by so they could have lunch, I think on a private island, which does sound kind of cool, but it sounds super creepy when it turns out it's Jeffrey Epstein's island and you find out later that it was like super pervy. But anyway, Howard Lutnick comes up in this conversation and Hillary starts going ballistic on Nancy Mace. Watch this.
C
That's the question. I'm going to answer your question. This was what I spent my time doing. I'm a survivor trying to look out for other survivors. Trying. And I was taking care of the people who lost 3,000 lives. And now you're being World Trade Center. You asked me. I have Howard Epstein survivors. I'm a survivor myself. You have emails. You've denied that Jeffrey Epstein. That you tried to get Jeffrey Epstein to give money to you. Howard Lutnick was. You have an email with me asking Jeffrey Epstein for money from Howard Lutnick, sending it to Jeffrey Epstein and his people to raise money. I don't know about an event, an intimate event for you at his office at Canter Fitzjr. If you would let me finish office and say to this committee, you didn't try to get money from Jeffrey Epstein when there was an intimate event in an email that Howard Lucknow emailed to Epstein's people and Epstein to get him to come to your intimate event at Canter Fitzgerald. A very small event. And so I'm not going to put. You want to yell at me, that's fine. But I'll yell right back. Well, I am looking out for support. I'm doing the job that you would not do and refuse to do as Secretary of State. Thank you. And I yield back to you. No, I'm going to finish answering the question, which I have a right to do. I am very sympathetic to your personal situation.
A
Look at her reining it in.
C
Now I have seen you testify or speak on the floor about it, and I very much sympathize with not only what you went through, but appreciate your effort to stand up for survivors. I was a senator representing the people who were murdered on 9 11. Nobody lost more people than Howard Lutnick. You can say whatever you want. You can call him and have him appear before the committee. I knew him. I knew him as the man who lost the employees that he knew intimately, including his brother.
A
Okay, so you saw what happened. She lost her cool entirely and then suddenly realized how stupid the whole thing looked. And Nancy Mays outmaneuvers her and then she like reins it in. Like her. Her political instincts return. She's like, whoa, whoa, whoa. I should. I should just love my role here. But then there was another freak out. Remember last week we were talking about how one of the photos of this session came out because Lauren Boebert sent it to Benny Johnson and then Benny Johnson posted it. Nobody was keeping it a secret. Benny Johnson said, Lauren Boebert sent me this. And then apparently it upended the whole hearing. We finally have footage of that moment. Here's Hillary Clinton Blowing a gasket saying, hold me in contempt. Hold me in contempt. Watch this.
C
Excuse me, can I interrupt? I have another. Photos that are being released of the secretary as she is testifying from inside this room. Can you please advise me as to whether or not that's permissible and consistent with the rules, particularly given that we have asked for a public hearing if there are photos that are being released of the secretary, she is testifying. Can you please explain how that. I'm done with this. If you guys are doing that, I am done. You can hold me in contempt from now until the cows come home. This is just typical behavior.
A
We will go off the record.
C
Oh, for heaven. So I would like to understand how that permissible. It doesn't matter. We all are abiding by the same rules.
A
I will take that down.
C
Yeah, well, I would like to take a break at this moment. I'd like to have conversation for now.
A
Go off the record. Go off the record. Only I can talk more bite about the same rolls. I did a bunch of. I think you're blowing things a little out of proportion. This video that we're watching was agreed to. You know, you're going to release footage of the whole thing to the public anyway. Like, you know, stop your whining. This is ridiculous. Lauren. And Lauren Boebert to her credit was like, yeah, I took a picture. It was me. I did it. You got me. Oh, they should hold her in contempt. You know, Republicans really let this thing drag on. They should have held her in contempt a while ago. But it is what it is. All right. We've also got Bill. Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton, who? Really? That guy. I mean, that's the Epstein guy. That's the guy who spends all of his time with Jeffrey Epstein. That's the guy who. Jeffrey Epstein by the White House, what, you know, 17 times. The guy who's constantly flying around in the Lolita Express. Bill Clinton. He starts testifying to Congress last week and he's like, well, just raising money from him. Raising money. He blamed Larry Summers. Larry Summers, who just got thrown out of his job at Harvard, by the way, over all of this. Larry Summers for introducing him to Jeffrey Epstein. Cut 10. Take a look. For the record, can you briefly describe the nature and extent of your relationship with Mr. Epstein?
E
Well, sometime after I left the White House, either in late 2000, were early ish 2002, I received a call from Larry Summers, who had been on my economic team and was later secretary treasurer and was then President Barbara. And he said that he was calling Because a man named Jeffrey Epstein, who had made a substantial commitment of several million dollars, I think it was 10, but whatever it was to brain research, and that he was an information hungry person and he wanted to spend some time talking to me about economics and politics. And he said he's got this massive airplane and he said he would take you, your staff, your Secret Service detail, and anybody else you wanted to bring on the trips that he knew. I was planning to set up a global network to provide life saving, AIDS medicine to as many people as possible, as quickly as possible.
A
It's all about philanthropy. I wanted to meet him because of his philanthropic operations. Now you listen to what Bill just described. He said it was after he left the White House. That's weird because Epstein was at the White House constantly when you were in the White House. I was finding out about this guy Epstein after I left the White House. I mean, after the guy was constantly hanging out with you when you were in the White House. What is this, this guy lying under oath. And then Bill, as if he's done that before. Has he lied under oath before? Bill Clinton was asked about the hot tub photo. They asked him about the hot tub photo. Can you describe why you're in a hot tub with this chick and she's. Her face is blacked out. What's going here? Cut 11. Here's the hot tub photo moment.
E
The Sultan wanted us to stay there. And the whole. The water, this big pool was on the same floor, that there were several suites and that. So we went out, I swam around, I sat in the hot tub for five minutes, I. Or whatever it was, and I got up and went to bed.
A
And then I have to ask this. Did you engage in any sexual activity with this person? Thank you. I didn't. I didn't know. No sexual activity. He said that, that those photos were taken in Brunei. A small, little luxurious nation in Africa or Asia. Excuse me? Brunei. Brunei, right. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Asia, of course. And he says, of course. And yeah, that's where. That's where he was. He was hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. They flew there. He's got. He's got videos of himself in pictures that is in a hot tub and a pool and hanging out. Very luxurious experience. And he swears. No, I didn't. I just, I just went to bed. I just. I sat in the hot tub and I went to bed. That was it. I love how he has this vivid memory of a boring night where he can explain it in detail. How many boring nights have you had in your Life that you could never recall. You know what I mean? Doesn't that stand out to you? This was. That was a long time ago. And he recalls it vividly. I was in the hot tub for approximately five and a half minutes, and then I went to bed. I don't. I don't think. What is this, guys? Rumble.com. vince, you remember this painting that was hanging in Jeffrey Epstein's house of Bill Clinton in a blue dress, legs dangling over an easy chair, pointing directly at the viewer? Anybody remember this? Is that how you get a picture like this, just because of philanthropy? Is that. I don't know about that. That's kind of like. That's Epstein telling Bill Clinton that he owns him. It's like, I own you. And he hangs a picture of him like that in his house. That's crazy. Yeah. What else do we get from Bill? Bill talked about that massage photo. Remember Bill Clinton getting a massage from one of Jeffrey Epstein's girls? In the middle of. It was like an airport lounge. Here's Bill Clinton discussing getting the massage. Watch.
C
Have you ever had contact with an individual by the name of Shantae Davies?
E
I believe Shantae was. That's a distinctive name. And so I think that was the name of one of his flight attendants.
C
Okay.
A
Suddenly he thinks.
C
Has been described on being on a 2002 Africa trip and providing massages. Was she or any other young female on that trip underage at that time?
E
Not that I'm aware of.
A
Okay. Not that I was aware of.
C
Receive a massage or have physical contact from her or anyone else on that trip.
E
You've seen the pictures. There was one time when I was sitting up and I got a back rub. The neck work.
A
Okay.
E
And I think Shantae did it, but I'm not sure.
C
Okay. Did you ever Visit Epstein's little St. James Island?
E
No.
C
We have Virginia Guffrey, who has testified seeing you on the island with two young girls. Did this occur at all?
A
Okay.
C
Why do you think she would have made that claim?
E
Objection.
A
Speculation. He can't possibly.
C
Have you. Have you ever met her? Any other Epstein associated underage girl?
E
Not to my knowledge.
A
Not to my knowledge. Not to my. Have you noticed his memory starts to get a little foggy, though, when she starts asking questions about that. Were people underage? Was that. Her name was Ashanta. Suddenly the hot tub thing he remembers vividly. I was there for exactly 5 minutes and 26 seconds. And then I went to bed. I was getting a little overheated. Started sweating in the hot tub. But like on this one, he's like, well, I don't know. There's a lot that I don't know. I don't remember the details about that. Yeah, yeah. What's this one? This is the, the one where he's looking at pictures. He's looking at photos. Look how excited he is looking at these pictures. He's like, he's looking at an old high school yearbook. Mr. President, about five minutes remaining. Yeah, isn't that, that's a weird clip. I haven't, I hadn't seen the guy. The fellas told me about that clip. That, that. Yeah, there's a weird moment where he's like staring at these pictures. That Bill Clinton, man, he's unstoppable. One more for you from Bill. And this one's an interesting one because I think he's kind of throwing himself on the mercy of President Trump here a little bit, but he goes out of his way. This clip is fascinating. Democrats are questioning Bill at this moment and, and they're trying to basically connect Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein's evils, obviously, because Democrats are not interested in like sussing out the truth. Instead they're interested in obstructing the truth and then smearing Donald Trump. So they spend all this time trying to do that. And Bill doesn't play along. In fact, Bill, annoyed that they didn't ask for more detail, says that he wants to add some additional information about what he knows about Donald Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. And Democrats do not like what Bill Clinton said. Next. Watch this.
E
I hate this, but because I don't believe I should inject anything, but I do not want to leave the impression, since there was no follow up question, he never, the president, never, this is 20 something years ago, never said anything to me to make me think he was involved in anything improper with regard to Epstein either. He just didn't. That's the truth. You know, as I said earlier, the only conversation I have with President Trump about this was in the early 2000s, and I have no information that he did anything wrong. I just want it all out there. I want everybody to get it all out there and let everybody see where we are.
A
Bill Clinton's always been a clever politician. He's always, you can't, you can't deny that. He's always been a very clever politician. And, you know, he knows that this video is going to go public. So this is certainly part of his thinking here. He's, he's old, he's got limited time left on this earth. He's not, not fully invested in all of these Democrat power play schemes, wrap up smears. His thought is like, well, hey, if I'm in the crossfire right now, whose good side do I wanna be on? It's Donald Trump's. It's Donald Trump's. So I will actively tell people, including at the expense of that party, my party, that, yeah, I know Donald Trump wasn't involved in anything terrible. Nothing. I never had any reason to believe that. I'm gonna go out of my way to make sure everybody knows that. And to be clear, the record's been very good for President Trump. President Trump was the guy contacting the sheriff, saying that, that Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein are a problem. They're a real problem. He was the guy who was working with the victims attorneys in order to do everything he could to help the victims in the wake of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. He's the guy who kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of Mar a Lago. The case is really strong. So just add Bill Clinton's endorsement to the pile of the excellent case that President Trump has here as he's the guy who literally just released millions of files about Jeffrey Epstein. And the whole reason we have these photos in this content, so that Congress can ask Bill Clinton these questions, just so you know. All right. Hey, big national radio show coming up today. You make it sound like Bill lied about Trump's participation. No, no, not at all. Not at all. I'm not saying he lied. I'm saying that he's trying to save his own skin right now by telling the truth about Donald Trump. Because his thought is like he's looking at Trump and going, man, if anybody is the guy to be on the right side of here at Donald Trump. Yeah, that's what this is. And you know, trust me, I'll handle the truth telling here. This is all we do. This is all we do on this program. Again, great to have you with us. Big radio show coming up.
